Yes, and The US taxpayer is picking up the bill. Illegals flock to MD because of state policies such as the penalty for driving unlicensed is a fine...whereas driving with suspended license is potentially a jail sentence and a much stiffer fine... why get a license? In the State of Maryland you do not have to be a legal immigrant to purchase real estate or get a loan to buy a car...these are just a few of the reasons that MD has the population growth of illegals that it now suffers.
