JUDICIAL WATCH - FIGHTING CORRUPTION & THE RISE of LA RAZA SUPREMACY - SUPPORT THEM TODAY - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Judicial Watch Supporter,

Tomorrow, we're going to make an important announcement.

It is about a new Judicial Watch program that directly addresses the integrity of the 2012 elections.

We're going to break the news at CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) here in Washington, DC at a 9:30 am press conference. If you or yours are attending CPAC, please consider stopping by the press conference, our booth or one of the many of other activities in which Judicial Watch is participating.

If you are not coming, there may be many activities you can see online beginning this Thursday, February 9.

I expect there will be a great sense of urgency at CPAC this year as we have born witness to a massive expansion of government power and corruption, the likes of which we haven't seen in many years.

That's why Judicial Watch is a leading sponsor of CPAC this year. Specifically, we are the sponsor of the Ronald Reagan Banquet, which will feature a speech by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. Your Judicial Watch will use the opportunity to educate the nation's conservative leadership and our fellow activists about our mission. We are a conservative movement leader and one of the largest conservative grassroots organizations in the nation. And our enhanced role at CPAC this year reflects that.

We have much to do...

As I write to you today, we have filed a staggering 800 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and more than 60 lawsuits against the Obama administration on issues ranging from Obamacare to continued funding of the criminal ACORN network; from tracking Wall Street bailout money to his unconstitutional use of czars who are accountable to no one but him, plus the attempted corruption of the 2010 and 2012 elections by senior Obama administration officials and their ideological allies.

We fought successfully to uncover the political corruption between members of Congress like Barney Frank and their cronies at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

At the same time, we are fighting hard across the country against "sanctuary" policies for illegal aliens and against other politically-driven, backdoor attempts by the Obama gang to gut enforcement of our laws against illegal immigration.

We're also right in the thick of two hugely important Supreme Court battles over Arizona's get-tough illegal immigration law, SB1070, and the president's socialist healthcare overhaul, also known as Obamacare. Both High Court battles loom in Spring 2012.

But while Barack Obama has just begun his third year in the White House, he and his gang are thinking of nothing, I'm sure, but retaining power - by hook or by crook. In fact, Judicial Watch recently uncovered a scheme by the ACORN-front Project Vote and the Obama Justice Department to undermine elections by manipulating the National Voting Rights Act in order to register a "Food Stamp Army" to re-elect Barack Obama (all with the seeming involvement of the Obama White House). Having ACORN/Project Vote help Eric Holder's Justice Department "enforce" voter registration laws is like having the Mafia run the FBI!

I can assure you that no one is working harder than Judicial Watch to break through the Obama administration's secrecy and to hold this radical president accountable to the American people.

And we haven't forgotten about Congress either.

The corruption and malfeasance that were at the very heart of the economic crisis are still causing enormous amounts of pain to many Americans right now - and the responsible politicians and their accomplices must be held accountable! Getting to the bottom of how Obama administration officials, Fannie and Freddie executives and members of Congress conspired to hustle "subprime" loans that are the root cause of our current economic disaster continues to be a top priority of ours.

Corruption in Washington is rampant. And Judicial Watch is the only game in town when it comes to uncovering government scandals and taking strong legal action to punish political officials who abuse the rule of law and public trust.

Make no mistake. Our challenge is great. Not only because of the sheer volume of government scandals, but also because of the staggering resources of the federal government and its leftist allies.

The deep pockets of Soros, the ACLU, the far left and Obama's taxpayer-funded government lawyers all stand against Judicial Watch. We, on the other hand, depend exclusively on contributions from you and many thousands of good Americans.

As long as we have to continue to litigate against powerhouses like the ACLU and government lawyers whose salaries and expenses are paid for by taxpayers, we operate at a financial disadvantage.

And that's why I'd like to ask you today for a special donation to support our work.

Thanks to you, Judicial Watch is taking a leading role in CPAC 2012 to help get our message out and energize thousands of other conservatives who share our values. In that way we can be even more effective in our fight for openness and honesty in government.

We're prepared for the attacks from the Left. The labor unions and Obama's shock troops in the Occupy Wall Street movement are targeting CPAC and the Judicial Watch-sponsored Reagan Banquet specifically for disruption and protests.

But we won't be cowed by Obama ally intimidation…

…Certainly not when the future of our nation is at stake.

And that's why your special donation now will be so helpful.

So if you are coming to CPAC, here are the Judicial Watch
events:

Thursday

Join us in the Virginia Ballroom on opening day of CPAC, Thursday, February 9 at 9:30 a.m. for a press conference event announcing an important effort to help protect the integrity of the 2012 elections.

Friday

Join us in the main stage area in the Marriott Ballroom as I moderate the panel discussion "Obamacare: Why It's Unconstitutional and What Conservatives Need to Do" from 1:25-2:10 p.m.

Friday evening, Judicial Watch is sponsoring the premiere event at CPAC: the Ronald Reagan Banquet. Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is the scheduled keynoter for that special evening. I'll be speaking at the dinner as well, which may be carried by C-Span.

Saturday

Saturday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the Taft meeting room we will be teaching a seminar on how you, too, can put the Freedom of Information Act to work to uncover government secrets.

I hope to see you there if you are at CPAC. And I thank you for your support in our fight for the rule of law.

Sincerely,

Tom Fitton
President

P.S. Your donation now will be a big help in our critical fight for the rule of law.

**Please note that speaking/panel date/time might be subject to change.**
