ALIPAC, America's largest grass roots organization that endorses federal candidates who oppose illegal immigration or any form of Amnesty for illegal immigrants, is announcing support for the Richard Mourdock for US Senate campaign today. We will be sending in activists to help defeat the notorious Amnesty supporter Senator Richard Lugar.

Richard Mourdock has pledged to support the enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws instead of undermining them further with Dream or Comprehensive Amnesty plans for illegal immigrants.

Mourdock is in a close primary race with incumbent Senator Richard Lugar who is a notorious Amnesty supporter. Richard Lugar worked closely with liberal illegal alien Amnesty supporter Dick Durbin to try and pass the unpopular Dream Act Amnesty which has failed in Washington five times. Incumbent Senator Richard Lugar has also opposed bills that would have strengthened America's border enforcement. The DC watchdog group NumbersUSA gives Richard Lugar a "D" grade on immigration issues due to his support for illegal immigrant Amnesty.

"Indiana voters have a clear choice between Richard Mourdock, who will fight to protect American jobs, taxpayer resources, and lives from illegal immigration, and Richard Lugar, who has fought to support the interests of illegal immigrants over American citizens," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Polls show us that Americans reject Richard Lugar's Amnesty legislation 3 to 1 and we need to remind GOP voters about Lugar's Amnesty plans before they vote. We need Indiana voters to vote against Amnesty for illegal aliens by voting for Mourdock and against Lugar."

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has been endorsing federal candidates since 2004 and is cited often in local, national, and global media. With over 40,000 supporters nationwide, ALIPAC plans to encourage supporters to volunteer, donate, and vote for Richard Mourdock for US Senate. ALIPAC is also trying to raise funds to make direct contact with GOP voters in Indiana reminding them of Richard Lugar's unpopular support for Amnesty for illegal immigrants.

ALIPAC is comprised of Americans of every race, political party, state, and walk of life representing the larger majority of voters who want more enforcement of existing immigration and border laws.

ALIPAC played a key role in the defeat of Lugar's Dream Act Amnesty legislation in Washington, DC, on numerous occasions, and US Senator Dick Durbin specifically cited ALIPAC's strategies for the destruction of the Amnesty legislation's most recent appearance in December, 2010.

If elected/reelected to Congress I will stop Obama's Department of Justice lawsuits against states like Arizona, South Carolina, and Alabama that are trying to stop illegal immigration with state legislation. (1-10) 10

As a member of Congress I will use the full power of my office, including impeachment if necessary, to ensure the Executive Branch starts to enforce our existing border and immigration laws. (1-10) 10

Illegal Immigrants should be deported when detected in the interior of the US. (1-10) 10

I will oppose any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal immigrants currently in the US because allowing them to become voters would destroy future immigration enforcement efforts. (1-10) 10

If I am elected/reelected to office, I will use the full power of my office to end Obama's prosecutor discretion Amnesty for illegal aliens that was decried via Executive memo and designed to bypass the Congress and the current immigration laws of the United States. (1-10) 10

I support Comprehensive Immigration ENFORCEMENT of America's popularly supported existing immigration and border laws, which will reverse illegal immigration in America. (1-10) 10

I believe that illegal immigration constitutes a form of invasion that all states should be protected against according to Article IV. Section 4 the US Constitution. (1-10) 10; although regular army troops (not National Guard) should not be used for interior law enforcement

If elected/reelected to office, I will use the full power of my office to assure all federal employees and elected officials involved with the Gunwalker Fast and Furious Scandal face justice through criminal trials even if the investigation continues to suggest that employees and officials in the White House were involved. (1-10) 10

I oppose any non-emergency taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens, including welfare, food stamps, licenses, and in-state tuition subsidies. (1-10) 10
I believe that employers who intentionally hire illegal aliens should be heavily fined. (1-10) 10

ALIPAC PLEDGE

If elected or re-elected to the US Congress, I will oppose any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal aliens, including Comprehensive Immigration Reform which would make millions of illegal immigrants voters thus destroying future borders of America. I will use the full power of my office, including impeachment if necessary, to insure the Executive Branch secures America's border immediately and begins to adequately enforce the existing immigration and border laws of the United States, which were enacted by Congress at the behest of America's citizenry. I understand that the failure of the Executive Branch to secure our borders and enforce existing immigration laws is depriving all Americans of a Republican form of government and depriving our states of protection from invasion as mandated by the US Constitution Article 4 Section 4. I will reverse Obama's executive memo instructing federal prosecutors to grant a form of Amnesty to illegal aliens via 'prosecutor discretion' and I will work to assure that all federal employees and office holders (including White House officials and employees) responsible for using US tax monies to buy assault weapons for the organized crime cartels importing illegal aliens and drugs into America will face trial. I intend to use the power of Congress to immediately remedy this problem that is costing many Americans their jobs, wages, taxpayer resources, property, security, and sometimes their very lives.

So help me God,

Richard E. Mourdock
