By not enforcing the law Obama is breaking his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Absolutely NOTHING Mr. Obama does is good for all Americans. He and his progressive tilting party only look out for the voting block most able to help keep them in power.
Why have laws on immigration at all Mr. Roach? Why should you make a pay check on the backs of these unfortunate souls caught in a legal whirlwind? If it is not defacto amnesty will you consider waving the birthright citizenship of any of their offspring? When you prevent 16 to 31 year olds from being deported, even though they are illegally in this country, what do you suppose they will do? Procreate perhaps? Then what is their status? Do you believe the parents of Dream Act children should be deported? If not, why not? 43% of immigrants, legal and otherwise are on welfare two decades after arriving in this country, who gets to pay for that and the family reunification that will bring even more?

Using that blanket term for pro-immigration, anti-illegal laws is more of the incivility from the intolerant left, who shamelessly believe they can fool people with cynical phrasing.

Everything this embarrassment of a President does is calculated from a political sphere. In this case, the more illegal aliens who invade the country whose family members are permitted to by-pass the law- all the better because the modern Democratic rely on the most dependent, ignorant and emotionally charged type type of voter in order to stay in power.

I too can cherry-pick statistics. Would Mr. Roach care to comment on the thousands of illegal criminal invaders who now dwell in our many jails and prisons as a result of their drug dealing, gang related assaults and homicides?

You claim they have a squeaky clean record but so far (and it's just started) over 1,600 serious crimes have been commited by the squeaky clean kids in this program.

I agree with many of your points. And as someone who grew up in farm country, I am aware of the shortage of farm laborers. However... according to my friends in law enforcement, about 80% of the drugs coming into the Pacific Northwest, arrive via the Hispanic community, and the age group you mention is prime habitat for drug dealing. Also, Hispanics here legally soon drop their taste for the hard farm work their illegal counterparts tend to relish. You say 800,000 young adults in this culture are all clean cut and hardworking... what planet are you from? This is one partial solution to labor shortages, but another end around our immigration laws.
NIGHTMARE Act is more like it and its bad for ALL American citizens. All Obama did was create more people competing for scarce college slots and jobs. Jobs and college slots that should have gone to American citizens. Kids of parents that have worked and paid taxes all their lives and then some line chislers sneak in and take those jobs and college slots away from their kids. Its bad enough that our colleges are giving slots away to foreigners let alone illegals. Also I can see millions of Mexican parents saying OK lets go north and sneak our kids in before they turn 15. the Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race."
Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who
called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media
have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and
marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that
the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars
and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.
