The High Cost of Illegal Immigration - CALIFORNIA PAYS OUT $22 BILLION PER YEAR IN SOCIAL SERVICES TO ILLEGALS

“Law enforcement and public safety
have taken a back seat to attempts to satisfy immigrant advocacy groups,” Crane
told the panel of congressmen.

“What we're seeing is our Congress
and national leadership dismantling our laws by not enforcing them. Lawlessness
becomes the norm, just like Third World corruption. Illegal aliens now have
more rights and privileges than Americans. If you are an illegal alien, you can
drive a car without a driver's license or insurance. You may obtain medical
care without paying. You may work without paying taxes. Your children enjoy
free education at the expense of taxpaying Americans.”

Slow path to progress for U.S. immigrants

43% on
welfare after 20 years

Bottom of Form

Immigrants lag behind
native-born Americans on most measures of economic well-being — even those who
have been in the U.S. the longest, according to a report from the
Center for Immigration
Studies
, which argues that
full assimilation is a more complex task than overcoming language or cultural
differences.

The study, which
covers all immigrants, legal and illegal, and their U.S.-born children younger
than 18, found that immigrants tend to make economic progress by most measures
the longer they live in the U.S. but lag well behind native-born Americans on
factors such as poverty, health insurance coverage and homeownership.

The study, based on 2010 and 2011
census data, found that 43 percent of immigrants who have been in the U.S. at
least 20 years were using welfare benefits, a rate that is nearly twice as high
as native-born Americans and nearly 50 percent higher than recent immigrants.

The report was
released at a time when both major presidential candidates have backed policies
that would make it easier to immigrate legally and would boost the numbers of
people coming to the U.S.

Steven A. Camarota, the center’s research director and author of the
96-page study, said it shows that questions about the pros and cons of
immigration extend well beyond the sheer numbers and touch on the broader
consequences of assimilating a population defined by tougher socioeconomic
challenges.

“Look, we know a lot
of these folks are going to be poor, we get it. But don’t tell the public it’s
all going great, which is the story line I think a lot of people want to
sell,”
Mr. Camarota said. “There is progress over
time. Every measure shows improvement over time, but still, the situation does
not look like we’d like it to look, particularly for the less-educated. They
lag well behind natives even when they’ve been here for two decades, and that
is very disconcerting.”

Federal law requires
that the government deny immigrant visas to potential immigrants who are likely
to be unable to support themselves and thereby become public charges.

On Tuesday, a handful
of Republican senators wrote to the Homeland Security and State departments
asking them to explain why they don’t consider whether potential immigrants
would use many of the nearly 80 federal welfare programs when they evaluate
visa applications.

Neither department
responded to messages Tuesday seeking a response to the senators’ letter.

Expanding
legal immigration is a contentious issue for voters, the vast majority of whom
tell pollsters that they want the levels either retained or decreased.

But most politicians
want legal immigration expanded.

During his time in the U.S. SenateBarack Obama backed
bills that would have dramatically boosted legal immigration, potentially by
hundreds of thousands a year. As president, he has called for the same thing.

(LA RAZA DEMS FEINSTEIN AND BOXER HAVE THREE (3) TIMES ATTEMPTED
A “SPECIAL AMNESTY” FOR 1.5 MILLION “CHEAP” LABOR ILLEGAL FARM WORKERS. THEY DO
THIS ON BEHALF OF THEIR FILTHY RICH BIG AG BIZ DONORS…. DESPITE THE FACT THAT
ONE-THIRD OF ALL “CHEAP” FARM WORKERS WILL END UP ON WELFARE! – CA NOW PUTS OUT

HAND OUT MORE, WITH LOS ANGELLES LEADING. L.A. COUNTY PAYS OUT $600 MILLION PER
YEAR IN WELFARE FOR ILLEGALS, PRIMARILY ANCHOR BABY BREEDERS! NOT ONE AMERICAN
(LEGAL) VOTED TO BE MEXICO’S WELFARE STATE! DEMS ARE THE PARTY of ILLEGALS!)

“We need to provide our farms a legal
way to hire workers that they rely on, and a path for those workers to earn
legal status. And our laws should respect families following the rules —
reuniting them more quickly instead of splitting them apart,”
Mr. Obama said
in a major speech on the subject in El Paso, Texas, in 2011.

His presumed
Republican challenger,
Mitt Romney, in June called for increasing legal
immigration for students who study in high-tech fields and admitting unlimited
family members of those who hold green cards.

“Our immigration
system should help promote strong families as well — not keep them apart. Our
nation benefits when moms and dads and their kids are all living together under
the same roof,”
Mr. Romney told the National Association of
Latino Elected and Appointed Officials.

Mr. Camarota’s report took a broad look at the
immigrant population and found that immigrants are contributing to major
changes in American society, including that one-fourth of public school
students now speak languages other than English at home.

It also found that
immigrants as a population lead complex economic lives that aren’t easily put
into one category or another.

Immigrants made up
more than half of all farmworkers, 41 percent of taxi drivers and 48 percent of
maids and housecleaners, but they also represented about one-third of all
computer programmers and 27 percent of doctors.

The statistics varied
greatly by geography. In Massachusetts, native-led households averaged $89,000
in income while immigrant households averaged $66,000.

In Virginia,
immigrant-led households averaged $93,000 in income, far outstripping native
households’ $80,000 average. Likewise, immigrant families averaged a larger tax
burden in Virginia — though they also had higher rates of use of welfare or
Medicaid.

The center found that use of public benefits
varied dramatically based on where immigrants originated.

Mexicans were most
likely to use means-tested benefit programs, with 57 percent, while 6 percent
of those from the United Kingdom did. The rate for native-born Americans is 23
percent.

Mr. Camarota said a key dividing line is
educational attainment. Immigrants who have been in the U.S. 20 years and who
have bachelor’s degrees or higher make slightly more than the average
native-born American. But immigrants with only high school educations make less
no matter how long they have been in the U.S.

“The fact is the
less-educated in particular — they don’t do well over time,” he said. “It’s not
reasonable to expect an immigrant who comes to America with only a high school
education to close the gap with the native-born.”

Scholars debate
whether the current wave of immigrants will assimilate differently from those
in the 1800s and at the start of the 20th century.

George Borjas, a Harvard University
professor, has argued that second-generation Americans — the children of
today’s immigrants — will fall behind in wages by about 10 percent by 2030.

(THE BELOW STATS HAVE
NOTHING TO DO WITH ASSIMILATION! COME TO MEXIFORNIA WHERE 90% OF ALL SERVICE
SECTOR AND CONSTRUCTION JOBS ARE HELD BY MEXICANS. YOU WON’T HEAR THEM SPEAKING
ENGLISH!)

But in “Assimilation
Tomorrow,” a report released in November, Dowell Myers and John Pitkin said
immigrants of the 1990s eventually will attain high rates of homeownership and
71 percent will become U.S. citizens by 2030.

Those authors said
immigrants were set back by the recent recession but were still on track to
follow the same assimilation path as previous waves of immigrants.

(THE THING IS… MOST SOURCES PUT THE
NUMBER OF ILLEGALS AT 40 MILLION AND BREEDING FAST! THERE ARE 12 MILLION OF
THESE “11 MILLION” ILLEGALS IN SOUTHERN CA ALONE!)

They also said a
program to legalize the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S.
would be critical to helping assimilation.

The
truth about the DREAM Act

Published
March 20, 2012

·Text Size

The
DREAM Act has become a rallying cry for President
Obama, members of his
administration, and liberal Democrats everywhere. President Obama has vowed to
“keep fighting for the DREAM Act,” which would grant amnesty to millions of
illegal immigrants.

It’s
true when listeners or those polled don’t know the facts that the DREAM Act has
some appeal. After all, we are all naturally sympathetic when children are
involved.

But
the descriptions of the DREAM Act voiced by President Obama and his cohorts are
not accurate. And the consequences are never told.

DREAM
Act supporters claim that only children would benefit from such a bill, but the
facts tell another story. Under most DREAM Act proposals, amnesty would be
given to individuals up to the age of 30—not exactly children. And some other
proposals don’t even have an age limit.

These
supporters also maintain that illegal immigrants can’t go college without the
DREAM Act. But the truth is that illegal immigrants can already go to college
in most states.

And
ultimately, most versions of the DREAM Act actually don’t even force illegal
immigrants to comply with all the requirements in the bill, such as going to
college or joining the military. The administration can waive requirements
because of “hardship”at its complete discretion.

DREAM Act proposals are
also a magnet for fraud. Many illegal immigrants will fraudulently claim they
came here as children or that they are under 30. And the federal government has
no way to check whether their claims are true or not.

Such massive fraud occurred after the 1986 amnesty for illegal
immigrants who claimed they were agricultural workers. Studies found two-thirds
of all applications for the 1986 amnesty were fraudulent.

(ANYONE THAT THINKS THERE ARE ONLY 11 MILLION ILLEGALS IN OUR
BORDERS SHOULD COME VISIT CA! LOOK AROUND AND TRY TO FIND A NON-HISPANIC
ENGLISH SPEAKING LEGAL! CA IS NOW 40% ILLEGAL. NEVADA IS NOW 33% ILLEGAL.
COLORADO IS NOW 20% ILLEGAL. AND LA RAZA IS NOW MOVING INTO THE AMERICAN SOUTH)

And
this amnesty did nothing to stop illegal immigration. In 1986, there were about
three million illegal immigrants living in the U.S. Today, there are an
estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. and about seven million of
them work here, unfairly taking jobs from unemployed Americans.

While DREAM Act
supporters claim that it would only benefit children, they skip over the fact
that it actually rewards the very illegal immigrant parents who knowingly
violated our laws. Once their children become U.S. citizens, they can petition
for their illegal immigrant parents and adult siblings to be legalized, who
will then bring in others in an endless chain.

This
kind of chain migration only encourages more illegal immigration, as parents
will bring their children to the U.S. in hopes of receiving citizenship.

President Obama tried to
get the DREAM Act passed during a lame duck session about a year ago but it
faced bipartisan opposition in Congress. This hasn’t stopped the administration
from passing its agenda. The Obama administration does everything it can to let
illegal immigrants stay here, which compounds the problem.

Political
appointees at the Department of
Homeland
Security
recently issued new deportation guidelines that amount to
backdoor amnesty and strike another blow at millions of unemployed U.S.
workers.

Under
the administration’s new deportation policy, DHS officials review all incoming
and most pending cases before an immigration court to determine if the illegal
immigrant can remain in the U.S. Since the administration has made clear that
many illegal immigrants are not considered priorities for removal, including
potential DREAM Act beneficiaries, this could open the door to allow millions
of illegal immigrants to live and work in the U.S. without a vote of Congress.

The Obama administration
has also cut worksite enforcement efforts by 70%, allowing illegal immigrants
to continue working in jobs that rightfully belong to citizens and legal
workers.
And the list goes on and on – this administration has a pattern
of ignoring the laws and intent of Congress.

The United States is based on the rule of law but the Obama
administration already has dirty hands by abusing administrative authority to
grant amnesty to illegal immigrants. The DREAM Act doesn’t stop illegal
immigration—it only encourages more of it by rewarding lawbreakers.

Rep.
Lamar Smith (R-Texas) is Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee

California
spending annually $22 billion to support illegals

Going To the Top!

By Susan Tully

I've been at the immigration reform and enforcement table for about 20 years.
I've worked with activists during all those years. But last week, in Los
Angeles, I had a first-time-ever experience at an activist brain storming
session.

Gathered for an update on Stop AB131, the petition drive to gather signatures
to force a ballot initiative as to whether the California taxpayers should fund
college grants to illegal aliens, I asked the top activist leaders from
Southern California how the signature drive was going.

They started updating me with the positive response from California residents
who signed the petitions, but then admitted about 500,000 more signatures were
still needed. When I said there was only a little more than three weeks to go
to meet the January 5th deadline, suddenly their faces dropped at once, and the
room went completely silent.

It was easy to read on each of their faces; the task was nearly impossible!
Without big money to pay signature gatherers or a tsunami of petitions flooding
in, the taxpayers of California will be forced to give grant money to illegal
aliens for college, on top of the $22 billion they are spending annually in
California to support the illegal alien population.

While all of our minds were racing and searching for suggestions as to how to
accomplish this daunting task of gathering signatures, Lupe Moreno, long time
Hispanic leader from Santa Ana, said "Can we have a prayer?" Everyone
agreed to pray.

As the prayer went around the table, people expressed their sorrow for the lack
of leadership in the State of California and in the nation to protect the
interest of American citizens, and asked for divine guidance in helping them
understand the harm their policies are inflicting on millions of innocent
people in the state. In all the years I have worked on this issue, I had not
witnessed the sort of sincere emotion that was expressed in that room.

(THE FASTEST GROWING POLITICAL PARTY IN AMERICA IS THE MEXICAN FASCIST PARTY of
LA RAZA! AND WE ARE FORCED TO FUND IT!)

You see, the politicians in California are happy to give money the state
doesn't have to illegal aliens to attend college, while they cut the budgets
and slash programs for public safety, right and left. The American citizen's
interests and safety are simply collateral damage for seeking and appealing to
the illegal alien lobby.

These activists in California have already learned what the rest of the nation
is about to learn. We the people. . . are the only ones looking out for the
best interest of American citizens. With few exceptions, we have no national
leadership on the issue of stopping the illegal migration flow into our nation.

American citizenship or the benefits thereof have become a commodity for
politicians to pander and barter away. They will grant de facto citizenship
through sanctuary policies, in-state tuition, non-compliance with Secure
Communities, grants for college, etc., etc., etc. President Obama and most the
Republican presidential hopefuls are peddling various versions of amnesty
proposals if they are elected next year.

What do these politicians want in return? They are hoping to leverage enough
votes in key states to put them over the top in 2012, no matter what it costs
the American people. This is futures betting: The politicians are gambling the
nation's future in hopes of winning the next election.

So while the state can't afford to pay its bills or provide decent services to
citizens, these California activists watch their elected leaders lavish still
more benefits for people who don't have a legal right to be in the country. And
while their child might have to pay out-of-state tuition to go to college in
another state, thousands of illegal aliens are going to college at in-state
tuition rates in California that they are subsidizing.

In addition they know that millions of other illegal alien parents are
receiving food stamps, Medicaid, housing assistance and dozens of other state
and local benefits for their American-born children, while they have to decide
which bills will be paid this month and which will have to wait.

It's not hard to understand why the activist of California need all the help
they can get. Please go to www.stopAB131.com and lend a hand to our friends and
family and the people of California to do what needs to be done for the good of
our children first.

A CASE STUDY OF WHAT BEING MEXICO’S
“FREE” BIRTHING CENTER COSTS:

Jose
Herria emigrated illegally from Mexico to Stockton, Calif., in 1997 to work as
a fruit picker. He brought with him his wife, Felipa, and three children, 19,
12 and 8 – all illegals. When Felipa gave birth to her fourth child, daughter
Flor, the family had what is referred to as an "anchor baby" – an
American citizen by birth who provided the entire Silverio clan a ticket to
remain in the U.S. permanently. But Flor was born premature, spent three months
in the neonatal incubator and cost the San Joaquin Hospital more than $300,000.
Meanwhile, oldest daughter Lourdes married an illegal alien gave birth to a
daughter, too. Her name is Esmeralda. And Felipa had yet another child,
Cristian. The two Silverio anchor babies generate $1,000 per month in public
welfare funding for the family. Flor gets $600 a month for asthma. Healthy
Cristian gets $400. While the Silverios earned $18,000 last year picking fruit,
they picked up another $12,000 for their two "anchor babies." While
President Bush says the U.S. needs more "cheap labor" from south of
the border to do jobs Americans aren't willing to do, the case of the Silverios
shows there are indeed uncalculated costs involved in the importation of such
labor – public support and uninsured medical costs. In fact, the increasing
number of illegal aliens coming into the United States is forcing the closure
of hospitals, spreading previously vanquished diseases and threatening to
destroy America's prized health-care system, says a report in the spring issue
of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons. "The influx of illegal
aliens has serious hidden medical consequences," writes Madeleine Pelner
Cosman, author of the report. "We judge reality primarily by what we see.
But what we do not see can be more dangerous, more expensive, and more deadly
than what is seen." According to her study, 84 California hospitals are
closing their doors as a direct result of the rising number of illegal aliens
and their non-reimbursed tax on the system. "Anchor babies," the
author writes, "born to illegal aliens instantly qualify as Disability

WELFARE FOR ILLEGALS IN LOS ANGELES
COUNTY ALONE IS UP TO $600 MILLION PER YEAR… HOW MUCH OF THAT DOES MEXICO PAY
US BACK ON?

JUDICIAL WATCH

SANCTUARY
COUNTY LOS ANGELES SPENDS $600 MILLION ON WELFARE FOR ILLEGALS

County Spends $600 Mil On Welfare For Illegal
Immigrants

Last Updated: Thu, 03/11/2010 - 3:14pm

For the second consecutive year taxpayers in
a single U.S. county will dish out more than half a billion dollars just to
cover the welfare and food-stamp costs of illegal immigrants.

Los Angeles County, the nation’s most
populous, may be in the midst of a dire financial crisis but somehow there are
plenty of funds for illegal aliens. In January alone, anchor babies born to the
county’s illegal immigrants collected more than $50 million
in welfare benefits. At that rate the cash-strapped county will pay around $600
million this year to provide illegal aliens’ offspring with food stamps and
other welfare perks.

The exorbitant figure, revealed this week by
a county supervisor, doesn’t even include the enormous cost of educating,
medically treating or incarcerating illegal aliens in the sprawling county of
about 10 million residents. Los Angeles County annually spends more than $1
billion for those combined services, including $500 million for healthcare and
$350 million for public safety.

About a quarter of the county’s welfare and
food stamp issuances go to parents who reside in the United States illegally
and collect benefits for their anchor babies, according to the figures from the
county’s Department of Social Services. In 2009 the tab ran $570 million and
this year’s figure is expected to increase by several million dollars.

Illegal immigration continues to have a “catastrophic
impact on Los Angeles County taxpayers,”
the veteran county
supervisor (Michael Antonovich) who revealed the information has said. The
former fifth-grade history teacher has repeatedly come under fire from his
liberal counterparts for publicizing statistics that confirm the devastation
illegal immigration has had on the region. Antonovich, who has served on the
board for nearly three decades, represents a portion of the county that is
roughly twice the size of Rhode Island and has about 2 million residents.

His district is simply a snippet of a larger
crisis. Nationwide, Americans pay around $22 billion annually to provide
illegal immigrants with welfare benefits that include food assistance programs
such as free school lunches in public schools, food stamps and a nutritional
program (known as WIC)
for low-income women and their children. Tens of billions more are spent on
other social services, medical care, public education and legal costs such as
incarceration and public defenders.

Anchor
Babies Grab One Quarter of Welfare Dollars in L.A. County

The anchor baby scam has proven lucrative for illegal aliens in Los Angeles
County, at considerable cost to our own poor and downtrodden legal citizenry.

The numbers show that more than $50 million in CalWORKS benefits and food
stamps for January went to children born in the United States whose parents are
in the country without documentation. This represents approximately 23 percent
of the total benefits under the state welfare and food stamp programs,
Antonovich said.

"When you add this to $350 million for public safety and nearly $500
million for health care, the total cost for illegal immigrants to county
taxpayers far exceeds $1 billion a year -- not including the millions of
dollars for education," Antonovich said.

I love children and I'm all for compassion -- smart, teach-them-to-fish
compassion. But when laws, the Constitution, and enforcement allow illegal
aliens (the operative word here being "illegal") to insinuate
themselves into our nation and bleed us of our precious financial resources,
then laws, the Constitution and enforcement need to be changed.

Power

La Voz de Aztlan has produced a video in honor of the millions of babies
that have been born as US citizens to Mexican undocumented parents. These
babies are destined to transform America. The nativist CNN reporter Lou Dobbs
estimates that there are over 200,000 "Anchor Babies" born every year
whereas George Putnam, a radio reporter, says the figure is closer to 300,000.
La Voz de Aztlan believes that the number is approximately 500,000 "Anchor
Babies" born every year.

The video below depicts the many faces of the "Anchor
Baby Generation". The video includes a fascinating segment showing a group
of elementary school children in Santa Ana, California confronting the
Minutemen vigilantes. The video ends with a now famous statement by Professor
Jose Angel Gutierrez of the University of Texas at Austin.

County’s Monthly Welfare Tab For Illegal
Aliens $52 Million

09/07/2010

As
the mainstream media focuses on a study that reveals a sharp decline in the
nation’s illegal immigrant population, monthly welfare payments to children of
undocumented aliens increased to $52 million in one U.S. county alone.

The
hoopla surrounding last week’s news that the annual flow of illegal immigrants
into the U.S.
dropped by two-thirds in the past
decade overlooked an important matter; the cost of educating, incarcerating and
medically treating illegal aliens hasn’t decreased along with it, but rather
skyrocketed to the tune of tens of billions of dollars annually.

THIS
FIGURE DOES NOT INCLUDE EXTRA MILLIONS PAID FOR ANCHOR BABIES

Those
figures don’t even include the extra millions that local municipalities dish
out on welfare payments to the U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants,
commonly known as anchor babies. In Los Angeles County alone that figure
increased by nearly $4 million in the last year, sticking taxpayers with a
whopping
$52 million tab to provide illegal
immigrants’ offspring with food stamps and other welfare benefits for just one
month.

That
means the nation’s most populous county, in the midst of a dire financial
crisis, will spend more than $600 million this year to provide families headed
by illegal immigrants with welfare benefits. In each of the past two years Los
Angeles County taxpayers have spent about half a billion dollars just to cover
the welfare and food-stamp costs of illegal immigrants. Additionally, the county spends $550 million on public safety and
nearly $500 million on healthcare for illegal aliens.

About
a quarter of the county’s welfare and food stamp issuances go to parents who
reside in the United States illegally and collect benefits for their anchor
babies, according to the figures from L.A. County’s Department of Social
Services. Nationwide, Americans pay around $22 billion annually to provide

such as free school lunches in public schools, food stamps and a nutritional

Labor Secretary Pledges Help For Illegal Workers

Two months after the Department of Labor launched a special
program to assist and protect illegal immigrants in the U.S. the Obama cabinet
official who heads the agency is personally encouraging undocumented workers to
report employers that don’t pay them fairly.

In a Spanish-language public service announcement, Labor Secretary Hilda Solis assures that “every worker in America
has a right to be paid fairly, whether documented or not.” Illegal aliens who
are not getting fair wages are encouraged to call a new hotline set up by the
agency on a new
“Podemos Ayudar” (We Can Help) web page designed to
administer worker protection laws and ensure that employees are properly paid
“regardless of immigration status.”

In the short video, also posted in English, Solis tells
illegal immigrants that it’s a “serious problem” when workers in this country
are not paid fairly and that all workers have the right to receive their salary
regardless of immigration status. She encourages those who are not to call the
new hotline and assures it’s free and confidential. “Podemos ayudar,” (we can
help), Solis guarantees at the end of the brief segment.

The Labor Secretary’s new message is part of a campaign
launched a few months ago to help illegal immigrant workers in the U.S., who
she refers to as
“vulnerable” and
“underpaid.”

At least 1,000 new field investigators have been deployed to reach out to
Latino laborers in areas with large numbers of illegal alien employees and the
agency will focus on enforcing labor and wage laws in industries that typically
hire lots of illegal aliens without reporting anyone to federal immigration
authorities.

For a government agency to protect law breakers in this
fashion may seem unbelievable but not if you consider the source. A Former
California congresswoman, Solis has close ties to the influential La Raza
movement that advocates open borders and rights for illegal immigrants. She
made the protection of undocumented workers a major priority upon being named
Labor Secretary, assuring illegal aliens that “if you work in this country, you
are protected by our laws.”

"While the declining job market in the United States may be
discouraging some would-be border crossers, a flow of illegal aliens continues
unabated, with many entering the United States as drug-smuggling "mules."

Joe Legal vs. Jose Illegal

Joe
Legal vs. Jose Illegal

Here is an example of why hiring illegal aliens is not economically productive
for the State of California...

You have 2 families..."Joe Legal" and "Jose Illegal". Both
families have 2 parents, 2 children and live in California.

"Joe Legal" works in construction, has a Social Security Number, and
makes $25.00 per hour with payroll taxes deducted...."Jose Illegal"
also works in construction, has "NO" Social Security Number, and gets
paid $15.00 cash "under the table".

Joe Legal...$25.00 per hour x 40 hours $1000.00 per week, $52,000 per year

Now take 30% away for state and federal tax

Joe Legal now has $31,231.00

Jose Illegal...$15.00 per hour x 40 hours $600.00 per week, $31,200.00 per year

Jose Illegal pays no taxes...

Jose Illegal now has $31,200.00

Joe Legal pays Medical and Dental Insurance with limited coverage

$1000.00 per month

$12,000.00 per year

Joe Legal now has $19,231.00

Jose Illegal has full Medical and Dental coverage through the state and local
clinics at a cost of $0.00 per year

Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00

Joe Legal makes too much money is not eligible for Food Stamps or welfare

Joe Legal pays for food

$1,000.00 per month

$12,000.00 per year

Joe Legal now has $ 7,231.00

Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for Food Stamps and
Welfare

Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00

Joe Legal pays rent of

$1,000.00 per month

$12,000.00 per year

Joe Legal is now in the hole... minus (-) $4,769.00

Jose Illegal receives a $500 per month Federal rent subsidy

Jose Illegal pays rent

$500.00 per month

$6,000.00 per year

Jose Illegal still has $25,200.00

Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.

Jose Illegal has nights and weekends off to enjoy with his family.

Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe Legal
pays for his children's lunches while Jose Illegal's children get a government
sponsored lunch.

Jose Illegal's children have an after school ESL program. Joe Legal's children
go home.

Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same Police and Fire Services, but
Joe paid for them and Jose did not pay.

Don't vote/support any politician that supports illegal aliens...

Its WAY PAST time to take a stand for America and Americans!

Mexico
prefers to export its poor, not uplift them

At
this week's summit, failed reforms under Fox should be the issue, not US
actions.

By
George W. Grayson WILLIAMSBURG, VA.

At the parleys this week with his US and Canadian
counterparts in Cancún, Mexican President Vicente Fox will press for more
opportunities for his countrymen north of the Rio Grande. Specifically, he will
argue for additional visas for Mexicans to enter the United States and Canada,
the expansion of guest-worker schemes, and the "regularization" of
illegal immigrants who reside throughout the continent. In a recent interview
with CNN, the Mexican chief executive excoriated as "undemocratic"
the extension of a wall on the US-Mexico border and called for the
"orderly, safe, and legal" northbound flow of Mexicans, many of whom
come from his home state of Guanajuato. Mexican legislators share Mr. Fox's
goals. Silvia Hernández Enriquez, head of the Senate Committee on Foreign
Relations for North America, recently emphasized that the solution to the
"structural phenomenon" of unlawful migration lies not with
"walls or militarization" but with "understanding, cooperation,
and joint responsibility." Such rhetoric would be more convincing if Mexican
officials were making a good faith effort to uplift the 50 percent of their 106
million people who live in poverty. To his credit, Fox's
"Opportunities" initiative has improved slightly the plight of the
poorest of the poor. Still, neither he nor Mexico's lawmakers have advanced
measures that would spur sustained growth, improve the quality of the
workforce, curb unemployment, and obviate the flight of Mexicans abroad.
Indeed, Mexico's leaders have turned hypocrisy from an art form into an exact
science as they shirk their obligations to fellow citizens, while decrying
efforts by the US senators and representatives to crack down on illegal
immigration at the border and the workplace. What are some examples of this
failure of responsibility? • When oil revenues are excluded, Mexico raises the
equivalent of only 9 percent of its gross domestic product in taxes - a figure
roughly equivalent to that of Haiti and far below the level of major Latin
American nations. Not only is Mexico's collection rate ridiculously low, its
fiscal regime is riddled with loopholes and exemptions, giving rise to
widespread evasion. Congress has rebuffed efforts to reform the system.
Insufficient revenues mean that Mexico spends relatively little on two key
elements of social mobility: Education commands just 5.3 percent of its GDP and
healthcare only 6.10 percent, according to the World Bank's last comparative
study. • A venal, "come-back-tomorrow" bureaucracy explains the 58
days it takes to open a business in Mexico compared with three days in Canada,
five days in the US, nine days in Jamaica, and 27 days in Chile. Mexico's
private sector estimates that 34 percent of the firms in the country made
"extra official" payments to functionaries and legislators in 2004.
These bribes totaled $11.2 billion and equaled 12 percent of GDP. •
Transparency International, a nongovernmental organization, placed Mexico in a
tie with Ghana, Panama, Peru, and Turkey for 65th among 158 countries surveyed
for corruption. • Economic competition is constrained by the presence of inefficient,
overstaffed state oil and electricity monopolies, as well as a small number of
private corporations - closely linked to government big shots -that control
telecommunications, television, food processing, transportation, construction,
and cement. Politicians who talk about, much less propose, trust-busting
measures are as rare as a snowfall in the Sonoran Desert. Geography,
self-interests, and humanitarian concerns require North America's neighbors to
cooperate on myriad issues, not the least of which is immigration. However,
Mexico's power brokers have failed to make the difficult decisions necessary to
use their nation's bountiful wealth to benefit the masses. Washington and
Ottawa have every right to insist that Mexico's pampered elite act responsibly,
rather than expecting US and Canadian taxpayers to shoulder burdens Mexico
should assume.

THE REALITY OF LA RAZA’S LOOTING OF CA:

Consider Ignacio Mesa Viera,
subject of a recent front-page
story in the Sacramento Bee.
He came to the United States illegally in 1979 to work and help his family, as
he explained, but was convicted on a drug offense in 1995. He was deported but
returned to the United States, whereupon he was busted for another drug offense
in 2008. Before his recent deportation, the U.S. government was paying for
Viera’s kidney dialysis, a treatment that can cost more than $60,000 a year. “I
imagine that the reason they don’t want to let me stay in this country,” Viera
told the Bee, “is they don’t want to be paying for this.”

Cedillo
and his colleagues need to know that everybody’s taxes pay for services they
and their children “cannot get”—including kidney dialysis and other expensive
medical treatments courtesy of the federal government. Meantime, as a University of California report noted last year, tens of
thousands of middle-class, taxpaying legal residents are being squeezed out of
an affordable college education even as the legislature contrives to provide
scholarships for the children of illegal aliens.
The lawmakers’
solution is to create yet another
entitlement in the form of a new $1 billion scholarship program for students
whose families earn less than $150,000 a year. Such is life in the Golden
State, even with a DREAM Act in place.

U.S. funding for jailing illegal
immigrants falls far short of costs

California is expected to get $90
million this year, but the state spends about $1 billion annually. L.A. County
says it gets pennies on the dollar for its expenditures.

By Anna Gorman

February 5, 2010

The $90 million California is expected to receive from the
federal government this year for jailing illegal immigrants convicted of crimes
is far short of the state's roughly $1 billion annual cost, officials said.

"The
federal government has sole control over the nation's borders. The states do
not," said H.D. Palmer, a spokesman for the state's finance department.
"The incarceration costs associated are borne disproportionally by states
like California."

Los Angeles County officials have not projected how much in reimbursement funds
they could receive this year.

But in 2009, the county received $15.4 million in federal money, officials
said. That is a fraction of the $100 million it spends on average to jail
illegal immigrants.

"The federal government reimburses us literally pennies on the dollar what
it costs us," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Lt. Mark McCorkle said

The state -- which houses 19,000 illegal immigrants in its prisons and jails --
receives the federal money through the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program,
or SCAAP. Obama's proposed budget plan sets aside $330 million for the
incarceration program, down from $400 million last year.

But with California struggling to balance its budget, Gov. Arnold
Schwarzenegger is continuing to fight for additional funding, Palmer said.

Last year, Sheriff Lee Baca wrote a letter to the House Appropriations
Committee urging an increase in funding for the program.

"Because SCAAP reimburses previously incurred undocumented criminal alien
incarceration costs, every dollar of incarceration costs not reimbursed by
SCAAP adds a dollar to state and local budget shortfalls that must be offset by
reductions in other essential services," Baca wrote.

Although the county does not know exactly how many undocumented immigrants are
in its jails, McCorkle said about 3,300 inmates identify themselves as
foreign-born.

Officials from states greatly affected by illegal immigration long have argued
that their taxpayers should not have to bear the burden for Washington's
failure to control the border.

Why
the illegals must go!

April 19, 2007

by William Gheen

President, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC)

www.alipac.us

Today, Americans face
an unprecedented illegal immigration crisis facilitated by multi-billion dollar
drug and human importing cartels as well as corporations which are inducing the
invasion by aiding and abetting illegal aliens and using their influence on the
Executive Branch and elections to paralyze existing immigration laws supported
by over 80% of the American citizenry.

These events are not random and chaotic. Massive
illegal immigration is the result of non-enforcement and under-enforcement of
our existing immigration laws.

Supporters of illegal aliens love to claim that our
immigration system is broken. The system is not broken. Elite financial and
political business interests who could care less about the death and
devastation they are causing Americans have sabotaged the system. Their profits
continue to rise as they send the rest of America spiraling downward on a path
to anarchy and Third World quality-of-life conditions.

By using their influence to suspend our existing
laws, these globalist special interests have deprived all Americans of
political representation as well as their votes, their voice, and a functioning
Republic for which our flag stands.

When the laws of the American people – debated and voted on by their
duly-elected Congressional Representatives and signed into law by the
President– go intentionally under-enforced by the Executive Branch, all of the
principles, sovereignty, and self-governance of Americans are derailed. The
will of the American public, the existing laws, the US Constitution, and the
borders of our great nation are perceived as market hindrances to the global
elite. We the people of America are perceived as peasants and subjects beneath
the power of their influence.

The American public has spoken through our
lawmakers and in numerous polls. A super majority of Americans want our
existing laws enforced, those responsible for illegal immigration fined and/or
imprisoned, the borders secured, and illegal aliens deported from the United
States for many years or permanently. These fact remain, despite several
politicized polls which attempt to manufacture consent and make you believe
such views represent a minority.

The truth is that most Americans want the illegal
aliens to return to the nations of which they are citizens. The rallying cry
is: "Illegals Go Home!"

We could easily list 101 reasons why Americans are
upset about illegal immigration. Most are concerned about the 4,000+
preventable deaths of Americans by the criminal acts of illegal aliens on our
soil each year. No corporate propaganda will change the fact that most
Americans do not want to surrender or capitulate to the lawless masses rushing
into our nation.

No poll or politicized source is needed to prove
this point because the decision is based upon our nation's successful history
and basic common sense. The answer is based on something that every judge,
lawmaker, and even street thug knows. The penalties must outweigh the benefits
if you want to deter any action.

It is common sense and common practice in America
that for any law to be a deterrent, two important factors are in play. First,
the laws must be enforced, and second, the penalties for any crime must exceed
the benefits to those breaking the law.

It is truly amazing that we find ourselves as a
nation having to explain these basic foundations of law to corporations and
politicians in the year 2007 despite their existence since the dawn of
civilization! Can you imagine what would happen in America if the penalty for
robbing a bank was that you had to return half of the money you stole if, and
only if, you were apprehended for the crime? What if the penalty for car theft
was paying a $2,000 fine if you were caught with the stolen vehicle?

The answers are clear. Within a month, you would
not have a bank open in America and you would not be able to keep a car worth
more than $2,000 in your driveway for more than a week. How many millions of
people would quickly take up the careers of bank robber and car thief once the
rewards for the crime were higher than the penalty?

If American businesses and homes left their windows
and doors unlocked each night and robbers were merely removed by police when
detected – only to try again the next night – what do you think would happen?
If big, global businesses practiced the same non-enforcement of security
similar to the lack of border security and lack of immigration enforcement they
have facilitated for Americans, they would be out of business in a matter of
days or weeks. If they left their doors unlocked at night and just pushed
people back to the street, America would quickly descend into such chaos and
anarchy that we would be unable to sustain a population of 300 million. Our
population would take a hit similar to the impact of the Black Plague on
Europe, and we would quickly enter a new dark age.

Since illegal aliens can never afford to compensate
Americans for what they have taken, they must go. We do not need to go door to
door looking for illegals to deport in America. Attrition through enforcement
works. Illegal aliens are leaving the states of Georgia and Pennsylvania in
droves, not because they are enforcing the laws but because they have simply
announced they plan to start!

Unfortunately, the current state of affairs in America has illegals flooding in
by the millions each year and many law-abiding Americans fleeing the states of
California and Texas and many towns and cities in search of more safety and
security. Many Americans are on the run and finding few places left to run to.

The illegal aliens are sending a clear message on
the streets of Los Angeles and other major urban centers. They are saying:
"This is our land. White, black, and legal Hispanics get out!"

This is great news for the housing and real estate
markets, Wal-Mart, and McDonalds. They are growing the economy using rapid
population growth. This is great news for big corporations and bad news for
Americans.

Attrition through enforcement will work. In fact,
if President George Bush were to announce on national television that America
would begin securing our borders and enforcing our existing laws in one month,
so many illegal aliens would leave America that Mexico would have to set up
refuge stations!

Another important reason that the illegal aliens must leave for the long term
is that they'll return to their home communities with a message for their
neighbors that their ill-gotten gains did not pay off in America. This is the
only thing that will stop, or slow, the flow. Deporting illegal aliens and
sending them packing is the only real way we can put a stop to this crisis.

The politicians in DC are very aware that Americans
want the illegal aliens to go. That is why their latest Scamnesty legislation
includes a “touchback”provision. Under these laws, the illegal aliens can hop
across the Mexican or Canadian borders where special "Ellis Island"
stations are set up for them to pay a fine, receive new documentation and be
back in the US within days or hours.

The lunatics advocating this plan are counting on Americans to be so stupid and
so gullible that they can say, "Look, the illegals left and walked back in
legally. Problem solved!" They are eager to pretend to accommodate the
American desires for the illegals to leave while quickly returning their slave
labor force to our nation.

They know that Americans want illegals to leave and
get behind a long line of legal immigrants waiting to enter the US, including
millions of people who have been waiting 5-10 years. These politicians and the
illegal aliens need to be shown the way to the back of the line. The back of
the line is back in the country in which they are citizens, 5-10 years down the
road behind all of the talented and law-abiding people who respect our laws.

If these traitorous corporations and politicians
succeed in setting up these Ellis Island stations for “Operation
Touchback," the revered symbol of Ellis Island will take on a new meaning
that Americans see with contempt and resentment. Ellis Island will become a
name associated with the horrendous betrayal of free Americans and the
deathblow to the American Republic. This is a symbol of America’s surrender and
the subjugation of all her people.

If we allow the politicians in DC to sign off on
the many Guest Worker, Temporary Worker, Path to Citizenship, Amnesty,
Scamnesty bills written by the US Chamber of Commerce, then no wall with an
army on top of it will stop the next 20 million from crashing down on our
country. We will have signaled that America is weak and will capitulate and
accommodate. Already, the word is out in Central and South America that they
can come and stay. Each time President Bush has opened his mouth about such
programs, the US Border Patrol reports massive spikes in illegal crossings.

Since there is literally no end to the stream of
illegals who want to be in America, this will be the end of America as we have
known it and as history has praised it.

In the past, when America has cracked down on
illegal immigration and the American people have signaled they want the
immigration brakes applied, the policies have worked. New laws written near the
turn of the 20th century greatly reduced the amount of immigration into
America. When Presidents Franklin Roosevelt and Dwight Eisenhower launched
large deportation campaigns in the 1950s and 1930s, illegal immigration slowed
to minuscule levels as a result.

Whether you agree or disagree with the decisions of
the past, these policies were part of the successful formula that have led
America to become the most opulent and successful civilization in human
history.

While some argue that these enforcement measures
were racist and that some American citizens of different races were improperly
deported at the time, we now have the technology and methodology in place to
assure that American citizens and legal immigrants are not improperly affected
by our immigration enforcement efforts.

The difference in 2007 is that the globalist
corporations that have hijacked the American government want to stop the
American citizenry from applying the brakes this time. They have taken away our
ability to determine who can enter our nation and our ability to stop armed and
unarmed invasions as granted by the US Constitution.

To take away the self-governance of Americans is to
kill the very thing that has made us such a great and successful nation.

In a time of crisis like this, we must stand firm
on the principles that have made America an attractive and great nation. We
must stand firm on the rule of law. The law must be applied equally to big
corporations and illegal aliens alike lest we all become slaves subject to the
plans of masters instead of a free and empowered citizenry.

Illegal aliens and corporations must endure penalties for their illegal,
deadly, and destructive actions that exceed the benefits they gain from their
illegal activities.

The hour is late and it is time for Americans to
stand up and say with one voice...

No Amnesty! No Guest Worker! Secure our borders and enforce the existing laws!
Restore the American Republic!

The illegals must go.

Illegals go home!

Is This Our America Anymore?

Buried in the Oct. 30
Washington Post was a bland headline: "Report Points to Faster Recovery in
Jobs for Immigrants."

The story, however, contained social dynamite
that explains the rage of Americans who are smeared as nativists and xenophobes
for demanding a timeout on immigration.

In the
April-May-June quarter, foreign-born workers in the U.S. gained 656,000 jobs.
And native-born Americans lost 1.2 million.

From July
1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, foreign-born Hispanics gained 98,000 construction
jobs. Native-born Hispanics lost 133,000. Black and white U.S. construction
workers lost 511,000 jobs.

According
to the Center for Immigration Studies, from Jan. 1, 2000, to Jan. 1, 2010, 13.1
million immigrants, legal and illegal, entered the United States, a decade in
which America lost 1 million jobs.

From 2008
and 2009, the figures are startling. In 24 months, 2.4 million immigrants,
legal and illegal, arrived, as U.S. citizens were losing 8.6 million jobs.

Query: Why are we importing a million-plus
workers a year when 17 million Americans can't find work? Whose country is
this?

Why do we not declare a moratorium on all
immigration, until our unemployment rate falls to 6 or 5 percent? Charity
begins at home. Ought we not take care of our own jobless first before we
invite in strangers to take their jobs?

According to the Pew Hispanic Center, each year
between 300,000 and 400,000 "anchor babies" are born to illegal
aliens. These newborns are entitled to citizenship, free health care and
education, welfare and food stamps

Their parents -- almost all are poor or working
class -- rarely pay any state or federal income tax.

How long can we keep granting citizenship and
full social welfare benefits to the children of people who break our laws and
break into our country or overstay their visas? How long can we keep bringing
in workers to take jobs when our unemployment rate hovers around 10 percent?

Again, according to the Pew Center, the number
of anchor babies here now is about 4 million. Add to that 3 million to 4
million born each decade, and it will not be long before Colorado, Nevada,
Arizona and Texas resemble California, which is on the brink of default.

If no action is taken, the Republican Party will
soon be unable, even in wave elections, to win the presidency, as it won
nothing and indeed lost state legislative seats in California in 2010.

The border will disappear, and America will be a
geographical expression, not a country anymore.

Legal scholar William Quirk describes a new
phenomenon in the invasion of America: "maternity tourism." Pregnant
Asian women pay $15,000 to agents to ensure they are in the United States when
their child is born so that they can return home secure in the knowledge he or
she will be a U.S. citizen with the right to a U.S.-taxpayer subsidized
education in college.

Though the nation has awakened to the threat to
social cohesion and national solvency, Harry Reid is still attempting to ram
through a lame-duck Senate an amnesty for illegal aliens up to age 30 who claim
they were brought here before they were 16, have a high school diploma or GED
and state that they intend to go to college within six years.

An estimated 2.1 million illegal aliens would be
amnestied, put on a path to citizenship, and be eligible for student loans and
more.

According to Alabama's Jeff Sessions, ranking
Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee:

"Aliens granted amnesty by the DREAM Act
will have the legal right to petition for entry of their family members,
including their adult brothers and sisters and the parents who illegally
brought or sent them to the United States, once they become naturalized U.S.
citizens. In less than a decade, this reality could easily double or triple the
2.1 million green cards that will be immediately distributed as a result of the
DREAM Act."

Lawbreaking would be rewarded. Chain migration
would continue. A permanent powerful magnet would be provided to all foreigners
to sneak into the United States and be sure to bring the kids.

As Rep. Dana Rohrabacher argues, one effect of
the DREAM Act will be to move illegals applying to college ahead of many
Americans, as 80 percent of illegals are Hispanics and eligible for affirmative
action.

U.S. soldiers coming home from Afghanistan will
"sit in back," as Obama puts it, when competing against amnestied
illegals.

Several days ago, UCLA's Kent Wong addressed a
pro-amnesty rally in Los Angeles' MacArthur Park. Wong turned the race card
face up.

When Reid's bill passes, said Wong, "the
young people of the DREAM Act movement will go on to accomplish and do great
things. ... You will go on to become lawyers, teachers, doctors and members of
the U.S. Congress to replace those old white men ... ."

If the DREAM Act passes, Wong is right about
whose time has come and gone. May the tea party take names at the call of the
roll.

OBAMA TELLS ILLEGALS “PUNISH OUR ENEMIES”

Friends of ALIPAC,

Each day new reports come in from across the nation that
our movement is surging and more incumbents, mostly Democrats, are about to
fall on Election Day. Obama's approval ratings are falling to new lows as he
makes highly inappropriate statements to Spanish language audiences asking
illegal alien supporters to help him "punish our enemies."
