year showing that illegal aliens received an astounding $4.2 billion in
taxpayer dollars by claiming the ACTC in 2010.

Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration released a report last week
indicating that Internal Revenue Service (IRS) managers discouraged their
employees from detecting illegal alien tax fraud.
