Advocates for amnesty argue that the 11 million immigrants in the country illegally should be legalized (but what if there are 40 million? What’s the math then?).

They claim we need to bring illegal immigrants “out of the shadows.” But illegal immigrants are very visible  — they attend public schools, obtain health services at hospital emergency rooms at taxpayer expense and even testify before Congress.

Non-deportation rate drops — to 99.2 percent

The Homeland Security Department has granted legal status to 99.2 percent of all illegal immigrants who have applied under President Obama's new non-deportation policy for young adults, according to the latest numbers released Friday.
