SEN. JEFF SESSIONS (R-Ala) EXPOSES OBAMA’S AMNESTY
HOAX TO LEGALIZE MEXICO’S OCCUPATION and LOOTING!
“They promised back taxes — but the requirement
isn’t there; they promised tight restrictions on welfare benefits — but state
and local benefits, as well as tax credits, will be available immediately and
federal welfare access is granted to millions of illegal immigrants starting in
five years; they promised to protect workers — but this bill would devastate
workers by tripling the number of legal immigrants over the next decade and
doubling the number of guest workers,” Sessions said.
AMNESTY… here come 40 million heavy
breeding, dem voting looters!
The danger, as Washington Post
economics columnist Robert Samuelson argues, is that of “importing poverty” in the
form of a new underclass—a permanent group of working poor.

THE AMNESTY HOAX:
Sessions: Gang of Eight amendments should be viewed
with ‘great skepticism’

Sen. Jeff Sessions
(R-Ala.) warned the public Sunday, that they should view the Gang of Eight’s
immigration bill and amendments with “great skepticism” since the promise of
border enforcement before legalization isn't met in the bill.
“When the Gang of Eight first announced their
immigration bill they declared it was the toughest enforcement plan in history.
They declared enforcement would come before legalization,” Sessions said. “Now the bill has been reviewed and
there can be no dispute: it weakens current law, undermines future enforcement
and puts amnesty — not enforcement — first.
“So new promises of amendment ‘fixes’ to save the
bill should be viewed with great skepticism: every time, on every issue, the
promises have not matched with reality.”
Sessions said it was time for the Gang of Eight to
“start being straight with the American public” and that “no small cosmetic
fix” would save the bill. His comments come the week the Senate is expected to
dive into heavy amendment work to the Border Security, Economic Opportunity,
and Immigration Modernization Act.
The bipartisan group of eight senators, known as the
Gang of Eight, introduced S. 744, which would create a pathway to citizenship
for illegal immigrants already in the country, toughen border security, create
a guest worker program and boost high-skilled immigration.
Some Republicans have complained that
the legislation would provide amnesty in 10-13 years for the nearly 11 million
undocumented residents before strengthening border enforcement.
Those supporting the bill say it doesn’t include
amnesty since undocumented people would be forced to undergo a background
check, pay a fine and back taxes, learn English, and wait in line for a green
card. The bill also appropriates an additional $6.5 billion for border
enforcement measures.
Sessions argued those things are not
actually in the bill, though he has also said that because the legislation is
nearly 1,000 pages it is hard to read and understand it all.
The bill makes permanent legal residence contingent
on the Department of Homeland Security having 100 percent situational awareness
at every segment of the Southern border and a 90 percent apprehension rate of
those illegally crossing. But Sessions said the bill gives DHS too much say
over whether the border is secure, leaving Congress powerless to stop the
amnesty program if security measures aren’t met.
Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), John McCain (R-Ariz.),
Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Jeff Flake (R- Ariz.), Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), Dick
Durbin (D-Ill.), Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) and Michael Bennet (D-Co.) comprise the
Gang of Eight.

NO
ENFORCEMENT GUARANTEED TO 40 MILLION ILLEGALS HANDED OBAMA’S AMNESTY:
“I’m afraid we’ll have a
deal like in 1986 where the amnesty provisions become law and the enforcement
doesn’t occur,” Sessions said Wednesday on the Senate floor. “We don’t have the
kind of commitment to law enforcement at this point that gives the American
people the confidence that we’re moving on the right path. So this is no sure
thing.”
