MEXICO'S BIGGEST EXPORT TO AMERICA: Criminals

CALIFORNIA HAS THE

LARGEST AND MOST

EXPENSIVE PRISON

SYSTEM IN THE NATION.

HALF THE INMATES ARE

MEXICANS.

Bureau of Prisons: 1 in 5 Inmates Is Foreign-Born

About 1 in 5 inmates in Bureau of Prisons (BOP) custody is foreign-born, a Department of Justice (DOJ) report reveals.

A new report from Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ DOJ showed that out of the 185,507 inmates currently in BOP custody, 39,455 of the inmates — or about 21 percent — were foreign-born who either entered the U.S. illegally or legally.
According to the newly released data, 51 percent of the 39,455 foreign-born inmates in BOP custody are illegal aliens who are subject to final deportation orders. Another 38 percent of the foreign-born inmate population remain under investigation by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.
Roughly six percent of foreign-born inmates in BOP custody are illegal aliens that are now currently in deportation proceedings, while less than five percent were legal residents in the U.S., though they are now in the process of being deported.
Additionally, there are 19,311 foreign-born inmates in U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) custody. The majority of those inmates, 59 percent, are illegal aliens who are subject to final deportation orders. Another 32 percent of the USMS foreign-born inmates are still under investigation by ICE, while 6.5 percent of the inmates were illegal aliens who are in the process of being deported from the U.S.
More than 1.5 million illegal and legal immigrants enter the U.S., leaving Americans forced to compete with an evergrowing number of low-skilled foreign workers for stagnant, blue-collar wages.

Nearly 95 Percent of Foreign Nationals in Federal Prison Are Illegal Aliens

The vast majority of foreign nationals sitting in American federal prisons are illegal aliens, the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed in a year-end report.

According to newly released data, nearly 95 percent of all foreign nationals in DOJ custody are illegal aliens in the U.S. In total, there are 58,766 known or suspected foreign nationals in federal prisons at the end of the 2017 Fiscal Year. This includes 39,455 foreign nationals who are in Bureau of Prisons (BOP) custody and 19,311 foreign nationals under U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) supervision.
Of the nearly 60,000 known or suspected foreign nationals in federal prisons, approximately 37,557 have already been confirmed to be foreign nationals by the Immigration and Customs (ICE) enforcement. The other more than 21,000 foreign-born inmates are still under ICE investigation.
A total of 35,334 inmates of the 37,557 foreign nationals identified by ICE are illegal aliens, making up nearly 95 percent of all foreign nationals in federal prisons. This includes 92 percent of foreign nationals in BOP custody and 97 percent of foreign nationals in USMS custody.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement that Americans need a national immigration policy that is in the nation’s interest, demanding the Republican-controlled Congress to enact a slew of President Trump’s immigration principles.
Sessions said:
The American people deserve a lawful system of immigration that serves the national interest. But at the border and in communities across America, our citizens are being victimized by illegal aliens who commit crimes.
Nearly 95 percent of confirmed aliens in our federal prisons are here illegally. We know based on sentencing data that non-citizens commit a substantially disproportionate number of drug-related offenses, which contributes to our national drug abuse crisis. The simple fact is that any offense committed by a criminal alien is ultimately preventable. One victim is too many.  It’s time for Congress to enact the President’s immigration reform agenda so that we start welcoming the best and brightest while turning away drug dealers, gang members, and other criminals.
DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen also demanded immediate pro-American immigration reforms be passed by the GOP-led Congress:
While the administration is working diligently to remove dangerous criminal aliens from our streets, this report highlights the fact that more must be done. We will continue to pursue President Trump’s immigration priorities, including securing the border, enhancing interior enforcement, and pursuing a merit-based immigration system, but Congress must act immediately to adopt obvious solutions to strengthen DHS and DOJ efforts to confront dangerous criminal aliens.
The incarceration data does not factor in the number of foreign-born or illegal aliens currently in custody by states and localities.

THE LA RAZA DRUG CARTELS HAUL OVER

AMERICA'S OPEN BORDERS FROM $40 to $60

BILLION YEARLY!

SHOCKING IMAGES OF CARTELS ON U.S. BORDERS:

“Heroin is not produced in the United States. Every gram of heroin present in the United States provides unequivocal evidence of a failure of border security because every gram of heroin was smuggled into the United States. Indeed, this is precisely a point that Attorney General Jeff Sessions made during his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on October 18, 2017 when he again raised the need to secure the U.S./Mexican border to protect American lives.” Michael Cutler …..FrontPageMag.com

Investigators Blame Murdered Mexican Journalist’s Death on Cartel Ties

While the United Nations is condemning the murder of another Mexican journalist who was killed while watching his son’s Christmas pageant, government officials doubted the victim’s current profession and accused him of having ties to a criminal organization.

This week, a team of gunmen entered a school in Acayucan, Veracruz, where they shot and killed Gumaro Perez Aguilando while he was watching his son take part in a Christmas pageant, Breitbart Texas reported.
Soon after the murder, the Office of the High Commissioner of the United Nations Humans Rights issued a news release condemning the murder. According to the statement, Perez Aguilando was the target of threats and assaults in 2012 and 2014 directly related to his journalistic endeavors, Mexico’s Revista Proceso reported.
Perez Aguilando’s murder was also condemned by the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico. Rebeca Jacobson said she was offended by the “cowardly murder”.
Me ofende la muerte de Gumaro Pérez Aguilando de La Voz del Sur en . Cobardes asesinos que lo mataron frente a su hijo en una escuela primaria. Indignada por la pérdida de un valiente periodista más en Mexico.  para su familia.
Despite the condemnations from international bodies, the Veracruz Attorney General’s Office (FGE) issued new information on the case claiming that Perez Aguilando had stopped working as a journalist years before and his murder was not tied to investigative work. Soon after, the FGE issued a new press release claiming the murder was directly linked to Perez Aguilando’s activities with a criminal organization and died by rivals’ hands. The Veracruz government claimed that the victim visited a cartel leader in prison several times and had other evidence in the case.
Of the more than a dozen journalists murdered in Mexico, three of them were killed in Veracruz. According to the UN, the attacks occurred despite an official protection program for journalists in place since 2015.

Twice Deported Criminal Alien Tagged in Texas Cold Case Murder

Texas prosecutors charged a two-time deported criminal alien from Mexico in the cold case murder of a Texas auto shop owner. The foreign national is currently in federal prison following a conviction for illegal re-entry after removal.

Juan Eduardo Meraz-Flores is charged in the murder of a Fort Worth, Texas, auto shop owner in January 2007. The victim,  Jose “Martin” Muñoz, reportedly got in an argument with a customer who allegedly pulled a gun and shot him in the head, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported. Muñoz left behind a widow and three children.
After recently re-opening the case, Fort Worth detectives tied evidence collected at the scene to the previously deported criminal alien who is currently in custody in federal prison, the newspaper reported.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers reported that Meraz-Flores has a long criminal and immigration history. His record includes drug possession, evading arrest, and criminal mischief and dates back to 2003. Immigration officials removed him from the country on two separate occasions in 2005 and 2009.
In 2014, Fort Worth police and ICE Homeland Security Investigation agents arrested Meraz-Flores during the Dallas Operation Community Shield Task Force operation. Federal prosecutors in the Northern District of Texas charged him will illegal entry after removal and sentenced him to 30 months in prison.
Following an “Out of the Cold” podcast by the Star-Telegram, police tied Meraz-Flores to the alleged murder and arranged for new charges to be filed, ICE reported.
“As law enforcement officers, we never know when the run-of-the-mill immigration case will reveal a more significant criminal history,” Enforcement and Removal Operations Dallas Field Office Director Bret Bradford. “Fort Worth police were able to quickly find an accused murderer in federal custody because our ICE officers did their due diligence to present him for prosecution for re-entry. We’ll never know if their actions saved other lives in this case, but there’s no doubt they helped — and continue to help — prevent crimes.”
“We know that this is really good big step, and we’re happy for that,” Muñoz’ oldest daughter, Viviana Munoz-Cardos, told the Star Telegram. “But at the same time, we’re really cautious in feeling too excited because we know there’s still a long way to go.”

Suspect Who Allegedly Wounded a Female Deputy with Shotgun Is an Illegal Immigrant

The suspect who allegedly shot a Humboldt County sheriff’s deputy with a shotgun on Sunday is an illegal immigrant from Mexico.

He was deported in 2015.
According to the Times Standard, Humboldt County Sheriff William Honsal said 30-year-old Hugo Parral-Aguirre allegedly shot the female deputy in the shoulder with a 12 gauge shotgun.
The incident began shortly after midnight Sunday, when deputies were called about a dispute on a Ferndale dairy farm. Honsal indicated that “a deputy and a sheriff’s sergeant arrived on scene shortly before 12:50 a.m. in marked vehicles and approached a small barn-like structure on the property.” As they approached a woman emerged from the residence claiming that she was being held captive by Parral-Aguirre. Moreover, she alleged that Parral-Aguirre was trespassing.
The deputy and sergeant drew their guns after the woman said Parrel-Aguirre was armed. They approached the barn where he was holed up, only to have Parral-Aguirre allegedly fire one 12 gauge shell at the female deputy. She was struck on the shoulder, just above her bullet-proof vest. Parral-Aguire was then shot three times, as the deputy and sergeant opened fire.
Honsal said the outcome was “lucky,” as the deputy’s shotgun wound could have proven fatal is “a few inches away.”
Parral-Aguirre was later located in the lower floor of the residence and arrested by SWAT after he “refused orders in both Spanish and English.” His wounds were not life-threatening.
The deputy is in stable condition.
Honsal told reporters that “Parral-Aguirre had previously been arrested by the sheriff’s office on suspicion of battery in 2008, and had been transferred to a federal prison for entering the country illegally before voluntarily returning to Mexico.” He was also “deported by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency in 2015.”
On October 5, 2017, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that Gov. Jerry Brown (D) signed legislation making California a “sanctuary state.” Brown’s move increased protections for illegal immigrants residing in California.

Campus Leftists Tear Down Kate Steinle Posters at UC San Diego

Left-wing students at the University of California San Diego tore down posters featuring the late Kate Steinle, the 32-year-old who was killed by an illegal alien in “sanctuary city” San Francisco in 2015.

But instead of punishing them for violating free speech rights, the university’s Office for the Prevention of Harassment & Discrimination is reportedly investigating Gregory Lu, the student who put up the posters, for “bias.”
The College Fix reported Wednesday:
On the evening of Dec. 7, Gregory Lu hung 150 posters of Steinle’s smiling face with the words “She had dreams too” in highly traversed areas across campus that other students typically hang items on, such as bulletin boards and the free speech area.
Four days later, an investigator with the Office for the Prevention of Harassment & Discrimination emailed Lu asking to meet with him.
“Our office received an online incident report and I would like to schedule a time to speak with you about it. Are you free this week by phone or in person,” the investigator asked in his email, a copy of which was obtained by The College Fix.
Lu, who has since reportedly contacted an attorney, told the College Fix that he was certain the investigation was related to the posters. All of the posters were torn down, apparently, as Lu was followed by students as he put them up.
The posters were sponsored by a new student group called Right Wing West, which Lu is part of, according to the College Fix.
Right Wing West posted video of left-wing students tearing down posters of Steinle at the University of Washington.
The campus chapter of the College Democrats had condemned the posters in a statementreleased on Facebook, calling the posters “racist propaganda” that “target[ed] undocumented students.” The College Democrats further said that the posters “intended to stoke racial hatred, create feelings of intimidation, and incite fear,” and that the posters “inflict[ed] violence.”
Last year, a student newspaper sued the University of California San Diego after the publication was defunded by the student government, following an issue in which it mocked “safe spaces” and “trigger warnings.”
In 2015, the student government at the University of California Irvine voted to take down an American flag that had been displayed in a student center, saying that the flag created a “hostile environment” and that it was a “tool to silence people.”

Correction: This article originally stated that video footage showed the posters being torn down at the University of California San Diego, but in fact the video showed a separate, similar incident at the University of Washington in which the posters had been put up by the College Republicans.

The 'Big Lie' Starts to Crumble as Feds Release Immigrant Crime Data
By Scott Morefield
Townhall.com, December 22, 2017

Bolstered by dubious “studies” on the matter by groups like the Cato Institute, the liberal media ran wild with that mantra for years. “Several studies, over many years, have concluded that immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than people born in the United States. And experts say the available evidence does not support the idea that undocumented immigrants commit a disproportionate share of crime,” wrote the New York Times in a January piece that’s par for the course when it comes to liberal thought.

And yet, none of these so-called studies seemed to be able to cite actual government statistics. Why? According to Malia Zimmerman at Fox News, “the government agencies that crunch crime numbers are utterly unable — or unwilling — to pinpoint for the public how many illegal immigrants are arrested within U.S. borders each year.”

Which begs the question, of course - Why on earth would the government, especially when it was run by liberals like President Obama, not want real, quantifiable, relatable statistics out there for everyone to see, especially on an issue as touchy as immigration? I mean, there are real ‘racists’ out there slandering God-fearing, hard-working, law-abiding illegal immigrants and all the government would have to do to shut them up is show us all the real numbers.

But they didn’t, did they? Why? Might the reason possibly be that the government always had something to hide? Might the actual data possibly conflict with the narrative they want to maintain?
