DEMOCRATS DEMAND A.G. SESSIONS SURRENDER OUR BORDERS AND LAWS TO THEIR INVADING HORDES

MEXICO EXPANDS THE LA RAZA SUPREMACY WELFARE STATE TO ALL 50 FORMERLY U.S. STATES.

·         $273: The annual cost of illegal immigration to each U.S. citizen household in Pennsylvania;
·         203,000: The estimated number of illegal aliens living in Pennsylvania.
·         30 percent: The percent of the federal prison population comprised of immigrants – most of whom are here illegally.

AMERICAN? TRAITOR: BARACK OBAMA’S

HISPANICAZATION of AMERICA… first ease millions of illegals over our borders and into our voting booths!

The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. Initially, officials made 140,000 arrests per year in the mid-2000s, but the northward flow dropped so much that officials only had to make 6,000 arrests in 2013, according to a 2014 letter by two pro-migration Senators, Sen. Jeff Flake and John McCain.

The cost of the Dream Act is far bigger than the Democrats or their media allies admit. Instead of covering 690,000 younger illegals now enrolled in former President Barack Obama’s 2012 “DACA” amnesty, the Dream Act would legalize at least 3.3 million illegals, according to a pro-immigration group, the Migration Policy Institute.”

Progressives Enraged by AG Sessions’ Reform of Asylum Law

Pro-migration advocates turned their outrage meter up to max after Attorney General Jeff Sessions reversed rules allowing Central Americans to get asylum if they say they are threatened by domestic violence or by gang violence.

“America is better than this, but apparently Attorney General Jeff Sessions is not,” said a statement from Connecticut Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal. “Today’s decision will send untold numbers of refugees to their deaths. Attorney General Sessions: their blood is on your hands.”
“This could be a death sentence for many,” said Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Ed Markey.
“We should all be ashamed,” said Sen. California Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris.
Democrats’ angry response suggests that they are unwilling to accept the public’s 2016 demand for a compromise of their open-borders ideology, no matter the economic and civic damage being done to Americans and their communities. Without any compromise by progressives and their business allies, polls suggest that the public will to support their communities in the voting booth.
Sessions used his authority as Attorney General to reverse rules written by lawyers under President Barack Obama which effectively allowed a huge number of migrants to get into the United States and get work permits by insisting they had been beaten by their husbands or threatened by gang members. The “catch and release” loopholes were created by Obama’s staffers who declared that such victims were part of a “particular social group.”
The “social group” phrase is in the law which offers asylum to people who are persecuted for their “race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.” But the decision by Obama’s lawyers to invent the two new social groups — people who suffered domestic violence, and people who were threatened by gangs — created a rush for the border.
So many migrants and lawyers used this legal loopholes that the courts have now become backlogged, delaying asylum hearings for several years, and allowing at least 400,000 migrants to work in the United States. That huge population of workers holds down wages for millions of blue-collar Americans, including recent immigrants — although it does create an economic windfall for Democratic-aligned immigration lawyers and urban cheap-labor employers.
In fact, Obama’s migrant-friendly rules helped trigger the 2014 border rush which suddenly flipped public opinion against migrati0n and the migrants. That public reaction helped prepare the way for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016.
Sessions’ decision returns one section of asylum rules to the pre-Obama practices and helps implement one of the “four pillars” in President Donald Trump’s immigration reform. Sessions wrote:
I reiterate that an applicant for asylum on account of her membership in a purported particular social group must demonstrate: (1) membership in a particular group, which is composed of members who share a common immutable characteristic, is defined with particularity, and is socially distinct within the society in question; (2) that her membership in that group is a central reason for her persecution; and (3) that the alleged harm is inflicted by the government of her home country or by persons that the government is unwilling or unable to control[.]
Sessions is using his legal authority to take many other measures to curb migration across the southern border. These measures do not reverse the pro-migration laws set in place by Congress, but he is speeding up immigration courts, hiring more judges, prosecuting all illegal migrants — including those who bring children to exploit the 1997 Flores loophole — and is reversing several other pro-migration decisions.
Unsurprisingly, Sessions’ reset has enraged progressives in Congress.

Aminta had, in fact, called the police on her husband several times, but the officers told her they wouldn’t interfere in a marital relationship. So, she fled to the United States to save her life.

Pro-migration activists were also angry at Sessions’ reversal of their Obama-era gains.
The ACLU described Sessions’ legal directions as “a virtual death sentence.”
“People fleeing terrorist groups are being told to go to hell, and to die there,” said Frank Sharry, director of America’s Voice.

Sessions’ decision is a virtual death sentence for individuals fleeing domestic violence and pervasive gang violence.

It's not driven by legal merits but by the administration's determination to reduce immigration by any means, no matter the human consequences. https://twitter.com/nytimes/status/1006270111328755712

1/ The impact of Sessions’ unilateral decision regarding who is a refugee will be huge. Women fleeing violent abuse, young people fleeing murderous gangs and cartels, and people fleeing terrorist groups are being told to go to hell, and to die there.

Immigration lawyers were furious and upset for their clients as they recognized the importance of Sessions’ decision, both for their clients and their political goal of easy migration.

My office has a hearing Thursday for "Luisa," who endured years of physical violence from the father of her children. Her son still carries the scars. She's only just learned how to talk about it.

This case would have been a winner two hours ago.

We don't know what to tell her.
It took Jeff Sessions *40 pages* to tell people who have suffered as much as anyone you'll ever meet, in your name and with your tax dollars:

This is a sad day. The use of "particular social group" helped align asylum law with our collective moral conscious. Of course individuals subject to brutal domestic or gang violence without recourse in their home countries should be able to see asylum. This change will end that. https://twitter.com/SarahPierceEsq/status/1006249081507930112

Sessions is using his control over the immigration courts to impose his radical, anti-immigrant ideology & agenda.

Today's decision, revoking protections for victims of domestic violence, will leave the Attorney General with blood on his hands.https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/11/politics/jeff-sessions-asylum-decision/index.html

Your periodic reminder of what can happen to children & their parents when a racist demagogue, supported by ruthless aides & spineless enablers, turns his hate into public policy.

A lot of scholars and expert practitioners a lot smarter than me are busy parsing the language of today’s decision, analyzing as though it’s a good-faith legal document. That strikes me as a little like parsing Plessy v Ferguson as though it wasn’t really about white supremacy.

If you’re a lawyer representing asylum seekers, you probably know a bunch of women and children who’d be dead today if what Jeff Sessions says about asylum law is correct. I know I do. Make no mistake: women and children are going to die because of what this white man did today.

Amnesty advocates use business-funded pollsters to conduct “Nation of Immigrants” push-polls which show apparent voter-support for DACA amnesty, for immigration, and immigrants. Those pollsters also push their clients’ preferences when they advise their political clients.
But “Choice” polls reveal most voters’ often-ignored strong preference that CEOs should hire Americans at decent wages before hiring migrants. Those pro-American preferences are held by many blue-collar Blacks, Latinos, and by people who hide their opinions from pollsters.
Similarly, the 2018 polls show that GOP voters are far more concerned about migration — more properly, the economics of migration — than they are concerned about illegal migration and MS-13, taxes, or the return of Rep. Nancy Pelosi.

Trump Can’t Disown His Immigration Policies Now
By David A. Graham

The Atlantic, June 5, 2018
One could make an argument for such a separation—for example, one could say that it serves as a deterrent, discouraging parents from bringing their children if they don’t want to be separated. The retiring head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, however, says deterrence is not the goal of the policy. Sessions has presented this as simply an unfortunate byproduct of enforcing the law. “If you don’t want your child separated, then don’t bring them across the border illegally,” he said.
Trump has not mounted any such defense, though. Instead, he has attacked the policy as the fault of his political opponents. He refers to “bad legislation passed by Democrats,” but although the Flores agreement came into effect in 1997, during the presidency of Democrat Bill Clinton, it’s not a law. Another law, the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act, was signed by President George W. Bush and exempts unaccompanied children from speedy deportation to their home country.

Ann Coulter: Jeff Sessions ‘Only One Doing Anything’ on Immigration in Trump’s Cabinet

Conservative author Ann Coulter (Associated Press)
Associated Press
 Washington, D.C.803

New York Times best-selling author and populist conservative columnist Ann Coulter says Attorney General Jeff Sessions is the only member of President Trump’s cabinet “doing anything” on stopping illegal immigration and trying to get a handle on mass legal immigration.
In an interview with talk radio host Mark Simone, Coulter slammed Trump’s attacks on Sessions, noting that when it comes to immigration, Sessions has accomplished more than any other cabinet member.
Coulter said:
[Sessions recusing himself] has nothing to do with Sessions and has everything to do with Trump. And this infantile, trolling your own attorney general… Sessions is the only one doing anything on Trump’s central campaign promise, which Trump seems to have forgotten, immigration. And now all he does to Sessions is … send him nasty tweets across social media? Fire him if you don’t want him. [Emphasis added]
While Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen has struggled to decrease illegal immigration surges at the southern border, Sessions has introduced major reforms to courts and judicial process to ensure that border crossers are more effectively prosecuted.
Sessions, as Breitbart News has chronicled, has worked to end the “Catch and Release” program — where border crossers are released into the interior of the U.S. — by instructing judges to quickly assess immigration cases. Sessions has also dramatically increased deportation orders against illegal aliens.
Months ago, Sessions ended a taxpayer funded federal program that gave legal advice to illegal aliens, as Breitbart News reported.

What’s clear is that the producers are leaving the state and the takers are coming in. Many of the takers are illegal aliens, now estimated to number over 2.6 million. The Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates that California spends $22 billion on government services for illegal aliens, including welfare, education, Medicaid, and criminal justice system costs.

Tijuana 2018: Six Murders per Day

In less than six months, Tijuana registered over 1,000 homicides for the year as of Friday.
Forty-nine homicides were recorded in the first seven days of June, according to local media and Breitbart Texas’ local law enforcement sources.
The record-breaking numbers in Tijuana are attributed to ongoing turf wars involving Cártel Tijuana Nueva Generación (CTNG), which has aligned itself with El Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación against the Sinaloa Cartel. In some areas, rival factions within the Sinaloa Cartel are fighting for control of the lucrative street-level markets and valuable routes leading into the United States. Those involved in the killings are primarily low-level street dealers, lookouts, customers, and enforcers for these individual criminal gangs. Many of the street-level dealers are targets of rip-crews looking for cash and drugs.
The number of those murdered from January to June 2018 exceeded 2017 during the same period by over 200. In 2017, there were 771 murders from January to June. The total number of killings registered in 2017 was 1,780, which places this year’s pace to be the most violent in Tijuana’s history.
With at least five murdered on June 6, the most recent occurred in the Chamizal neighborhood at 1:35 pm when an unidentified adult male was shot dead while standing outside a grocery store. It was reported that a three-year-old child was struck in the lower extremities and was transported to a local hospital. Investigators later recovered shell casings of an undetermined caliber at the scene.

Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens. Granted, those statistics are old, but if you talk to any California law enforcement officer, they will tell you it’s much worse today.

Liberals upset that illegals barred from stealing library books

Illegal aliens have stolen millions of dollars worth of books from the San Jose, California library system, among many others. The liberal response? To be angry at the library for imposing fines and preventing the illegals from stealing even more books.

When Damaris Triana, then 8, lost several “Little Critter” books that she had borrowed for her sister, the library here fined her $101 — including $40 in processing fees — a bill that was eventually turned over to an agency to collect from her parents.

The $101 is a small part of a whopping $6.8 million in unpaid fines at the San Jose Public Library, an amount that exceeds unpaid fees at some larger cities around the country. It also exceeds other Bay Area cities like Oakland, which has $3 million in outstanding fines, and San Francisco, which has $4.6 million. In San Jose, when the late fee hits $50, the library refers the debt to a collection agency.

In impoverished neighborhoods, where few residents have broadband connections or computers, nearly a third of cardholders are barred from borrowing or using library computers. Half of the children and teenagers with library cards in the city owe fines.

This does not upset liberals, that half of all children have stolen books.

Outsiders might think that “everyone in Silicon Valley is affluent and hyperconnected,” said Mayor Samuel T. Liccardo. He represents San Jose’s one million residents, 40 percent of whom are immigrants.

"Immigrants", ah ha! Can you guess what kind?

In some immigrant neighborhoods, Ms. Bourne said, “there is a fear of government interaction. As soon as people hear there is the potential for being penalized by the government, they want to stay away from that service.”

A "fear of government interaction" in "immigrant" neighborhoods. Look how carefully the Times dances around the fact that the book stealers are largely illegal aliens!

“The kids who are barred from the door of the library are the ones we most desperately want to reach,” he said.

The kids are not barred from the library. They simply cannot check more books out because they haven't returned many others. Illegals feel that since they broke the laws entering our country, they are free to break any of our other laws as well without consequence. And liberals agree.

Alexander is more careful than most. Half of the current cardholders at the Biblioteca branch owe money, and most — 65 percent — are barred from borrowing materials and using computers because they owe $10 or more.

“Fifty cents a day for middle-class families is a slap on the wrist,” said Maria Arias Evans, the principal of Washington Elementary School in San Jose, which is behind the Biblioteca Latinoamericana. Given the choice between paying fines “and putting food on the table and a roof over the children’s head, it’s a no-brainer: It is better not to check out library books.”

I love it when liberals says something stupid, and call it a "no-brainer". I think enablers of illegal aliens stealing books have "no brainers".

She added, “Accumulating fines for families whose income is, on average, $30,000 a year with monthly rents at $1,600 for a one-bedroom apartment is much more of a burden.

Then why not return the books on time?

No where does the article talk about the penalty suffered by law abiding citizens who don't have access to all the thousands of books stolen. That doesn't factor into liberal calculations of what is right or wrong.
