LA RAZA SUPREMACIST MAYOR GARCETTI OF MEXICO'S SECOND LARGEST CITY OF LOS ANGELES CLAIMS L.A. IS 'EAST COAST of CHINA'..... Sure as hell is not an American city!

America Needs a Border Wall Like Houses Need Insulation

How Trump's wall will help keep heinous criminals out of America's cities.

Remittances, massive as they are, do not account for all of the money that flows from the United States to Mexico and because they are legal and transparent are easy to quantify.

Money is often smuggled covertly out of the U.S. to other countries around the world. by illegal and hence opaque means. Sometimes the money is concealed in furniture, appliances or vehicles. Sometimes the money is converted to gold or other precious metals to make it more portable. However, no matter how money leaves the United States, a wall would create a barrier against illegal alien workers who send their ill-gotten wages back to Mexico.

That wall could help stem the flow of dangerous narcotics into America - an act that destroys the lives of children and fuels the violence that plays out in towns and cities across the country.

Indeed, a secure southern border could help to insulate America from terrorists operating in Latin America, an issue of grave concern that I wrote about in my recent article, Congresional Hearing: Iranian Sleeper Cells Threaten U.S.that included the testimony of one of the witnesses, Dr. Emanuele Ottolenghi of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies who said, in part:

Mayor Garcetti Says LA ‘East Coast of China’

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti referred to the City of Angels as “the east coast of China” on Thursday while speaking to CNBC about his city’s bid to land Amazon’s second headquarters.

“Los Angeles is the east coast of China, for instance. Displaced New York to London as the most traveled air corridor in the world. It’s the intersection of the United States, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim,” Garcetti said while arguing that his city should get an A+ for location. “I think if we didn’t have a city here, we’d have to build one. And when Amazon, which is about moving goods, looks at Los Angeles where our twin ports of L.A. and Long Beach move 43% of the goods that come in by sea.”
Garcetti said Los Angeles is “densely populated but we’re spread out so we have the chance to test new ways to deliver things on the street, in the air.”
He mentioned that Amazon Prime has made investments in Los Angeles and predicted Amazon would grow their investment in the city. Garcetti made the case that businesses like Amazon need to be in L.A. because the city is “a connector to the world and connector to the nation.”
Garcetti recently returned from a 10-day trip to Asia, and he has been slammed for not disclosing how much taxpayers are paying for his security detail during his trips across the country and abroad.
The potential 2020 presidential candidate has also made trips to Iowa and South Carolina, and the Los Angeles Times last year reported that Garcetti “had spent one-third of the previous 12 months out of town.”
After the LAPD refused to disclose how much taxpayers were paying for Garcetti’s security costs and Garcetti deferred requests to the LAPD, the Times recently filed a lawsuitdemanding the overall costs of Garcetti’s trips in addition to “the number of guards or officers accompanying the mayor, his family or staffers on each trip; the number of hours that each officer or security guard worked during trips; and costs including food, lodging and travel incurred by the security team during their travels outside California.”

Calls to Abolish ICE Omit that Majority of Immigrants Agency Arrests are Convicted Criminals

As a growing number of Democrats and their allies call for abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), it’s important to remember that the overwhelming majority of illegal immigrants arrested by the agency have criminal convictions.

In 2017 immigrants with criminal convictions accounted for 74% of all arrests made by ICE, according to government data used by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center in a
study published earlier this year. Sixteen percent of those arrested by ICE had pending criminal charges and only 11 % had no known criminal convictions or charges, the Pew analysis found.

Nearly 60,000 illegal aliens deported by ICE last year were convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol and another 57,438 for possessing or selling dangerous drugs such as opioids. More than 52,000 ICE arrestees were convicted of immigration offenses, including false claim to American citizenship and tens of thousands had pending criminal charges for assault, driving under the influence and a variety of other crimes. Some had pending charges for more violent crimes like sexual assault, kidnapping and homicide.

Los Angeles, an illegal alien sanctuary city, topped the list with nearly nine out of 10 ICE arrests consisting of immigrants with criminal convictions. Newark, New Jersey had the lowest number with 60% criminal arrests but every region had one thing in common: “In all ICE areas, considerable majorities of arrests were for those with prior convictions,” the Pew study says.

The figures make the calls to abolish ICE, the 20,000-employee Homeland Security agency, preposterous. The growing movement includes elected officials—some presidential contenders—at the federal, state and local level as well as those running for office. Among them are senators Elizabeth Warren (Massachusetts), Kamala Harris (California) and Kirsten Gillibrand (New York). Warren and Harris are reportedly making White House runs in 2020.

Other federal lawmakers calling for the dismantling of ICE include Wisconsin Congressman Mark Pocan and Massachusetts Congressman Mike Capuano. In a
piece published by a mainstream media outlet, a law professor running for New York Attorney General writes that ICE is a “tool of cruelty and lawlessness and dehumanization.” The agency was born in xenophobia and fear, the lawyer asserts, and it is doing exactly what it was designed to do: “Terrorize immigrant communities, bring a police state inside our borders and treat people as less than human.”

Not surprisingly, the mainstream media appears to support the abolish ICE movement and has demonstrated it with biased reporting as well as the promotion of radical leftist ideas such as those published by the New York Attorney General candidate.

A mainstream national newspaper writes that the nation doesn’t need ICE and refers to it as an “
agency that harms Latino and immigrant communities.” A northern California newspaper blames the Trump administration’s “hardline immigration policies” for transforming the idea of abolishing ICE from a pipe dream for liberal activists to a legitimate political issue. The article refers to abolish ICE as a movement that has seen a “remarkable rise from fringe issue to Democratic rallying cry.” A multitude of media outlets around the country have followed suit, shamelessly displaying their pom poms for the insane abolish ICE movement.

The reality is that ICE needs to be strengthened because the agency is overwhelmed, officers can’t keep up with monstrous workloads and repeatedly lose track of hardcore criminals inside the United States.

As a result hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens with criminal records are getting released by local authorities in the U.S., according to a federal
audit released last year by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General. A surge in illegal immigrants under the Obama administration pushed matters into crisis mode with deportation officers so overworked that they often lose track of dangerous illegal aliens with serious criminal histories, the probe found.

This includes individuals who represent critical national security threats. One ICE agent cited in the report said this: “You might work 18 hours a day, but you still won’t get caught up.” Inspectors visited four key field offices and determined that the management deficiencies and unresolved obstacles make it difficult for the feds to deport aliens expeditiously. “ICE is almost certainly not deporting all the aliens who could be deported and will likely not be able to keep up with growing numbers of deportable aliens,” the DHS watchdog found.

Homeless Crisis in Los

Angeles Worst Since Great Depression

The number of homeless people living on Los Angeles’s Skid Row is the worst the city has seen since the Great Depression.

This year, nearly 2,500 homeless and near-homeless men, women and children were served Thanksgiving lunch on Skid Row and in Pasadena and Canoga Park. “We haven’t seen numbers like this since the Great Depression,” Georgia Berkovich, the director of The Midnight Mission’s public affairs department, told the Los Angeles Times.
In 2014, Breitbart News went to Skid Row to help deliver Thanksgiving meals to nearly 300 people. The meals were provided by My Friends House Foundation and Fair Game food truck.
The Fred Jordan Mission, which is located nearby, reportedly served over a ton of turkey drumsticks, 500 pounds of mashed potatoes, 80 gallons of gravy, 560 pounds of candied yams, 585 pounds of green beans, glazed carrots, and 400 pumpkin pies.
The Los Angeles Times also notes that over 2,000 people were served a sit-down meal of turkey with trimmings at the 30th annual Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner for San Fernando Valley homeless and low-income families at the Guadalupe Community Center in Canoga Park.
The homeless epidemic that has swept Los Angeles has become so bad that in August, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors approved a program to pay homeowners up to $75,000 to house homeless people on their own properties.
In January, the Times noted that although New York City remains the number one city for homelessness in America, Los Angeles leads the nation in the number of “unsheltered” homeless people.
Meanwhile, in Northern California, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf called on her constituents to open their doors and residences to the city’s homeless during her annual State of the City address earlier this month.
“Give up that Airbnb. Fix up that back unit,” Schaff said according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Mexican Gangs "Ethnic Cleansing" Blacks In L.A.

Latino thugs indiscriminately murder blacks regardless of gang membership, genocidal purge aligns with radical Aztlan theology

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Monday, January 22, 2007

Racist Mexican gangs are indiscriminately targeting blacks who

aren't even involved in gang culture, as part of an orchestrated

ethnic cleansing program that is forcing black people to flee Los

Angeles. The culprit of the carnage is the radical Neo-Nazi

liberation theology known as La Raza, which calls for the

extermination of all races in America besides Latinos, and is being

bankrolled by some of the biggest Globalists in the U.S.

A story carried on the liberal website Alternet, charts an explosion in brutal murders of blacks by Hispanic street gangs in L.A. Far from being gang on gang violence, the Latinos are targeting innocent blacks in accordance with a concerted ethnic cleansing campaign that seeks to eradicate all blacks from Hispanic neighborhoods.

In one instance, 21-year-old Anthony Prudhomme was shot in the face with a .25-caliber semi-automatic while lying on a futon inside his apartment, slain by a Latino gang known as the Avenues as part of a racist terror campaign in which gang members earn "stripes" for each black person they kill.
In one typical case," writes journalist Brentin Mock, "Three members of the Pomona 12 attacked an African-American teenager, Kareem Williams, in his front yard in 2002. When his uncle, Roy Williams, ran to help his nephew, gang member Richard Diaz told him, "Niggers have no business living in Pomona because this is 12th Street territory." According to witnesses, Diaz then told the other gang members, "Pull out the gun! Shoot the niggers! Shoot the niggers!"
The fatwah against blacks began in the mid-nineties, with a 1995 LAPD report concluding that Latinos had vowed to "Eradicate black citizens from the gang neighborhood." In a follow up report on the situation in east Los Angeles, the LAPD warned that "Local gangs will attack any black person that comes into the city."
The author notes that since 1990 the African-American population of Los Angeles has halved, partly as a result of rampant illegal immigration and that there are noticeably fewer blacks walking the streets because many have been forced to relocate in fear of the racist gangs.
"The LAPD estimates there are now 22,000 Latino gang members in the city of Los Angeles alone. That's not only more than all the Crips and the Bloods; it's more than all black, Asian, and white gang members combined. Almost all of those Latino gang members in L.A. -- let alone those in other California cities -- are loyal to the Mexican Mafia. Most have been thoroughly indoctrinated with the Mexican Mafia's violent racism during stints in prison, where most gangs are racially based," writes Mock.
Mock blames the "Mexican Mafia" for ordering the campaign of ethnic cleansing from prison, as part of a turf war with the Black Guerilla family, another prison gang, but fails to pinpoint the racist creed from which the Mexican kingpins draw their inspiration - the long standing Aztlan invasion agenda.

Aztlan's goal, known as La reconquista, is to cede and take over the entirety of the southern and western states by any means necessary and impose a Communist militant dictatorship. President Bush's blanket amnesty program goes a long way to helping the extremists achieve their aim.

LOS ANGELES GANGS
WHILE YOU WERE SLEEPING, MEXICO WAS LOOTING, MURDERING and SENDING BILLIONS BACK TO MEXICO!
THE COUNTY OF MEX-GANG INFESTED LOS ANGELES PUTS OUT ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO ILLEGALS!

Despite the fact that the majority of documented hispanics oppose illegal immigration, as do the majority of Americans, Aztlan and La Raza race hate groups have become the self-appointed voice for a separatist movement that threatens a violent overthrow of the Constitutional system and a barbaric program of ethnic cleansing. This is held up by the media as 'diversity' and to vociferously oppose it is scorned as racism.

Aztlan and Mecha groups advocate killing all whites and blacks and driving them out of the southern states by means of brutal ethnic cleansing. Flags and placards carried at marches depict white people having their heads cut off, as seen in the picture below.

Those that protest such groups are then attacked by the establishment media and labeled as racists, despite the fact that the Plan of San Diego, a rallying cry for the hispanic Klan groups, advocates total eradication of any race but hispanics.

Mecha's own slogan reads, "For the race everything. For those outside the race, nothing."

TV stations owned by rich white industrialists erect giant billboards in Los Angeles claiming the city belongs to Mexico, as seen below.

Mainstream hispanics who love America abhor the virulent racism that the Mexican klan groups embrace.

And who bankrolls these pocket radicals? Billionaire tax-exempt foundations and NGO's owned by white men. Organizations like the Ford Foundation, groups who are zealous in their quest to eliminate the middle class and destroy America, turning it into a cashless society, compact city, surveillance control grid where only two tiers of society exist - the elite and the poor slaves.

During the May immigration protests, The Aztlanwebsite carried the following statement.

"If the racist "Sensenbrenner Legislation" passes the US Senate, there is no doubt that a massive civil disobedience movement will emerge. Eventually labor union power can merge with the immigrant civil rights and "Immigrant Sanctuary" movements to enable us to either form a new political party or to do heavy duty reforming of the existing Democratic Party. The next and final steps would follow and that is to elect our own governors of all the states within Aztlan."

Here is the open call for violent separatism and the overthrow of existing state government structures.

During the immigration demonstrations, which were orchestrated by Rob Allyn of Rob Allyn & Co. who is closely tied with George W. Bush, alarming reports of illegals carrying out violent beatings began to surface. In Santa Ana California, illegal aliens swarmed around in mobs invading schools, carrying out violent beatings and in one incident a county worker had a Mexican flag plunged into his chest.

The violent protests that began on May 1 last year were characterized by throngs marching under Mexican flags, many of which were illegal aliens, as a "day without gringos."

Imagine what the reaction would be if white middle class Americans marched in their millions and called the event "a day without blacks."

The media continues to run defense for a violent militant movement that seeks nothing less than the eradication of blacks and whites through ethnic cleansing and the takeover of the southern and western states. This is a separatist junta that has over 30,000 ruthless gang members at its disposal once the call for mobilization is heard, along with millions of illegal aliens pouring across the border.

Homeland Security is losing track of one in five illegal immigrants who have been trusted to live in communities before they are deported, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement
allows more than 73,000 foreigners to live in
towns and cities across the United States as
part of the controversial Alternatives to
Detention (ATD) program.
Instead of being locked up in detention centers, they are allowed to relocate before they are processed and sent back to their native countries.
They are required to check in regularly with immigration officials or wear ankle bracelets so their movements can be tracked.
But figures released to DailyMail.com through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request states ICE is losing track of more than 18% of the individuals chosen to be part of the program - including suspected gang members and residents from President Trump's six travel ban countries.
Some have wreaked havoc in the communities they have been relocated to, while others are arrested for violent crimes.
The shocking statistics have raised questions
as to why potentially dangerous illegal
immigrants are being placed in the program,
which comes at a huge cost to taxpayers.

The majority that are allowed into the program are from Central America.
The most (18,853) hail from El Salvador - a country that is struggling to deal with deadly gang violence.
Guatemala (18,280), Honduras (15,362) and Mexico (8,343) follow closely behind.
Of those enrolled, 212 come from Trump's eight travel ban countries.
Immigrants from Romania (1,128) and Armenia (251) make up the highest proportion from Europe, while India (701), Haiti (5,238) and China (701) also feature in the top countries.
Eighteen are from Uzbekistan, the native country of Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, the terror suspect accused of killing eight people by mowing down with a Home Depot truck in New York on Halloween.
He was on a visa and not in the program.

WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVES TO THE DETENTION PROGRAM?

The system was put in place by Immigration and Customs Enforcement as a way to make sure illegal immigrants to meet the requirements of their 'detention', but while still living in the community.
·         They use certain methods to keep track of those involved, including:
·         Parole/release on own recognizance
·         Bond Check-ins at ICE offices Home visits and check-ins
·         Telephonic monitoring GPS monitoring through an electronic ankle bracelet

Miami has the highest number of immigrants in the program (5,669), followed by New York (4,557).
Los Angeles, Houston, Baltimore and San Francisco also have more than 3,000 illegal immigrants living among residents waiting to be deported.
The alarming absconder rate raises questions over whether these illegal immigrants should be confined to a detention center, rather than be left in the community.
The ATD program is also expensive for the government. The ankle monitoring is sub-contracted to a host of private companies.
Jessica Vaughan, the Director of Policy Studies for the Center of Immigration Studies, told DailyMail.com: 'These stats are fascinating. It appears that many of them are asylum seekers, and part of the explosion in asylum seekers in recent years, primarily from Central America, as the citizenship data show.
'It is very interesting to see the geographic spread of the cases.'
'The absconder rate is rather concerning. ATD is an expensive option for ICE, and if one out of five are skipping out on their due process, then it is clear that ICE needs to be more careful about who is enrolled.
'It becomes even more expensive when ICE has to track down people for hearings and deportation, not to mention the fact that they join the rest of the illegal population.
'When weighing different options for how to deal with asylum seekers, DHS has to balance the need for humane treatment with the need to ensure that the process has some integrity and that people are not gaming the system by filing frivolous asylum claims knowing they will be released with or without a monitoring bracelet.
'Cost is also a factor, considering that all of this due process is at taxpayer expense. I believe it would be more cost-effective and humane to process asylum seekers as quickly as possible in the border region, where they are usually encountered, and avoid the need for long-term monitoring.'

Earlier this month, one member of the program who was wearing an ankle monitor was arrested and charged with murdering a community activist in San Francisco.
On August 14, 23-year-old Abel Ezquivel was shot and killed on the street in the city's Mission District.
Erick Garcia-Pineda, one of them charged in the slaying, was wearing an ankle monitor issued to him by ICE.
Garcia-Pineda was claiming asylum in the United States - claiming he was being hounded by MS-13 gang members, according to reports.
The gun used in the murder was registered to a San Francisco Police officer and was believed to have been stolen.
In July, it was reported that Romanian immigrants, some of whom who were part of the Alternatives to Detention, were wreaking havoc in the town of California, Pennsylvania.
Furious residents said they were defecating in the streets and publicly decapitating chickens.
Members of the Californian Borough community in Washington County said they were repulsed by the behavior of their new neighbors, with over 600 residents signing a petition demanding that they alter their lifestyle.
'What I've seen is men and children - never usually the women - the men and the children dropping their pants in the middle of the street, defecating, pulling their pants up and going on their way,' one man told Pittsburgh's Action 4 News
Borough leaders the federal government is responsible for relocating the eastern Europeans to their town.
ICE confirmed that they were placed in the town as part of the ATD program.
The same happened with Romanian illegal immigrants who settled in Washington County, California, and provoked outrage among the 7,000 residents.
The families are believed to be Roma, a stateless ethnic minority from Eastern Europe, started arriving.

A spokesman for ICE told DailyMail.com: 'The Alternative to Detention (ATD) program is a flight-mitigation tool that uses technology and case management to increase compliance with release conditions and facilitate compliance with court appearances and other case requirements.
'Each case is evaluated individually, and, as such, not every case requires electronic monitoring from release to removal. Individuals can be enrolled and removed from electronic monitoring multiple times before their case is fully adjudicated.
'The effectiveness of ATD is measured by whether the enrollee has met the requirements necessary within their case that led to them bring enrolled in ATD.
'Additionally, it is important to note that individuals are enrolled in the appropriate level of supervision based on their individual flight-risk factors , which is crucial to the success of ATD and contributes to the rates of compliance seen throughout the life of the program.'
They also commented on the case involving Garcia-Pineda. They said he was complying with the requirements of his detention until August, when he failed to appear for his scheduled appointment with ICE officials.
He was arrested for domestic violence, but was released from jail and was free at the time of the slaying.

Those in the program are required to check in regularly with immigration officials or wear ankle bracelets so their movements can be tracked
'U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged an immigration detainer against Mr. Garcia-Pineda. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) databases indicate he is currently in removal proceedings before the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR),' they told DailyMail.com.
'Mr. Garcia-Pineda entered ICE custody in December 2016. He was detained by the agency until April of this year at which time an immigration judge with EOIR ordered Mr. Garcia-Pineda released with the requirement that he wear a GPS monitoring bracelet and report to ICE in-person on a regular basis.
'Databases indicate Mr. Garcia-Pineda was complying with terms of his release until August when he failed to appear for his scheduled appointment with ICE.
'It's important to note that following Mr. Garcia-Pineda's arrest in September on a domestic violence charge, ICE lodged a detainer against him with the San Francisco County Jail. Despite the detainer, local authorities released him back into the community without providing any notification to ICE.'
'Records reviewed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) indicate that Mr. Garcia-Pineda's GPS ankle bracelet was removed on August 19 while Mr. Garcia-Pineda was physically on the premises of 850 Bryant Street, which is the location of the San Francisco County jail.
'On that date, the contractor responsible for monitoring aliens released by ICE on ankle bracelets received a tamper alert emitted by Mr. Garcia-Pineda's device.
'Subsequently, ICE initiated efforts to locate this individual, but because the tracking device was no longer functioning the search was initially unsuccessful. ICE then communicated with Mr. Garcia-Pineda's attorney, instructing him to direct his client to report to ICE in person immediately. However, Mr. Garcia-Pineda failed to appear.
'Following Mr. Garcia-Pineda's arrest Sept. 3 by the San Francisco Police Department, ICE received an electronic notification through its Secure Communities system and lodged an immigration detainer against him.

'As previously stated, local authorities failed to honor that detainer and released Mr. Garcia-Pineda back into the community.
'However, by that time ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations was aware this individual was the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation and accordingly didn't take any action that might impede or jeopardize that investigation.'
Other investigations into ICE by DailyMail.com have uncovered that border officials use private jets to fly immigrants back to their home countries - costing the taxpayers $300,000 every day.
The agency spent $116 million in 2015 to transport 235,413 people in the United States illegally back to their home countries.
More than 40 per cent of those who had violated visa restrictions were convicted criminals while more than 1,000 were identified as gang members.
The ICE revealed to DailyMail.com that the average cost of every immigrant in 2015 was $12,213.
The cost includes identifying the immigrant, apprehending them, placing them in a detention center, their process through immigration court and their subsequent removal.

ICE ‘Raging Bull’ Operation Leads to Arrest of 267 MS-13 Gang Members

Nearly 300 MS-13 gang members are behind

bars following the conclusion of a joint

international law enforcement effort led by

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(ICE). “Operation Raging Bull” resulted in

the

arrests of 214 MS-13 members and

affiliates in the U.S. and 53 in El Salvador.
ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents executed Operation Raging Bull in support of the Department of Justice’s recent prioritization of enforcement actions against violent transnational gangs.
“MS-13 has long been a priority for ICE. However we are now combating the gang with renewed focus and an unprecedented level of cooperation among DHS’s components and our domestic and international partners,” ICE Deputy Director and Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director Thomas Homan said in a statement obtained by Breitbart Texas. “ICE has the ability to pursue complex criminal cases using our statutory authorities and to prevent crime by using our administrative arrest authorities to remove gang members from the country. We will not rest until every member, associate, and leader of MS-13 has been held accountable for their crimes, and those in this country illegally have been removed.”
Phase one of the operation followed up on the results of an 18-month investigation in El Salvador. The probe led to the arrests of 53 MS-13 gang members and affiliates in El Salvador. In early October, the second phase began in the States. Running from October 8 to November 11, law enforcement officers and agents from federal, state, and local agencies arrested 214 gang members and affiliates across the U.S.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions repeatedly stressed the importance of defeating MS-13.
“With more than 10,000 members across 40 states, MS-13 is one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in the United States today,” Sessions said in a statement on Thursday. “President Trump has ordered the Department of Justice to reduce crime and take down transnational criminal organizations, and we will be relentless in our pursuit of these objectives.”
“So far this year, we have secured convictions against more than 1,200 gang members and worked with our partners in Central America to arrest and charge some 4,000 MS-13 members,” the AG explained. “These 267 arrests are the next step toward making this country safer by taking MS-13 off of our streets for good.”
Ninety-three of the 214 arrests made in the U.S. were based on federal and/or state criminal charges, officials stated. Those charges include: murder, aggravated robbery, racketeering influenced corrupt organization (RICO) offenses, violent crime in aid of racketeering (VICAR) offenses, narcotics trafficking, narcotics possession, firearms offenses, domestic violence, assault, forgery, driving under the influence, and illegal entry/reentry. Immigration violations made up the remaining 121 arrests.

Only 16 of those arrested were U.S. citizens, the report states. Illegal aliens made up the overwhelming majority of those arrested. Officials arrested a total of 198 immigrants — 193 of which had no legal status. The MS-13 gang members came from El Salvador (135), Honduras (29), Mexico (17), Guatemala (12), Ecuador (4) and Costa Rica (1).
Of those arrested after entering the U.S. illegally, ICE officials reported that 64 came to the U.S. as Unaccompanied Alien Children — most of those are now adults.
Operation Raging Bull – Arrest Map – ICE
ICE officials provided examples of the types of crimes carried out by these MS-13 gang members:
  • In Baltimore, Maryland, the arrest and indictment of four MS-13 members on charges that include violent crimes in aid of racketeering and conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering.
  • In McKinney, Texas, the arrest of an MS-13 gang member and citizen of El Salvador who is wanted for homicide by the National Civil Police of El Salvador (PNC).
  • In Denver, Colorado, the arrest of an MS-13 gang member and citizen of El Salvador who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for DUI and was found with three machetes in his possession.
  • In Los Angeles, California, the arrest of an MS-13 member and citizen of El Salvador, subject of an INTERPOL Red Notice for gang offenses and involvement with the murder of an PNC officer in El Salvador.
  • In San Francisco, California, the arrest of an MS-13 member and citizen of El Salvador, who is a wanted fugitive in El Salvador on an arrest warrant for violent crimes including homicide.
ICE officials added six MS-13 gang members to their most wanted list, including one wanted in Montgomery County, Texas, on murder charges. The other five fugitives are suspected of murdering Salvadoran police officers.
Operation Raging Bull – Most Wanted List – ICE
ICE uses the following criteria in confirming MS-13 gang membership or affiliation:
Individuals are confirmed as gang members if they admit membership in a gang; have been convicted of violating Title 18 USC 521 or any other federal or state law criminalizing or imposing civil consequences for gang-related activity; or if they meet certain other criteria such as having tattoos identifying a specific gang or being identified as a gang member by a reliable source.
Gang associates are individuals who exhibit gang member criteria but who are not formally initiated into the gang. Law enforcement officers encountering these individuals will determine whether indications of gang association are present by referring to the gang membership criteria.

One-Third of 214 Arrested MS-13 Gangsters Were ‘Unaccompanied Alien Children’

Getty

Almost one-third of 214 U.S.-based MS-13 gang members arrested in an international sweep were invited into the United States by President Barack Obama’s “Unaccompanied Alien Children” policy.

The successful “Raging Bull’ sweep was announced by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Deputy Director Tom Homan in a joint press conference at ICE headquarters in Washington, D.C. on Thursday.
The operation is a “significant step towards dismantling and eradicating MS-13 in the United States and in El Salvador,” said  Deputy Assistant Attorney General David Rybicki, the second-ranking official at DOJ’s Criminal Division. El Salvador police also arrested 53 gang members in El Salvador.
Sixteen of the 214 arrestees in the United States are U.S. citizens. Five were legal immigrants.
Ninety-three of 214 arrestees are charged with federal or state criminal offenses and will face prison time in the United States, said Derek Benner, the deputy executive associate director of the Homeland Security Investigations division.
The group of 214 include 193 illegal aliens, including 121 arrestees who will be deported but will not face criminal charges.
Sixty-four of the 193 illegals – nearly one in three – are would-be “dreamers” because they illegally crossed the border while claiming to be minors. Their unscreened claims to be children — not adults — won them the legal status of “Unaccompanied Alien Children,” which allowed them to claim federal aid and be released into the United States.
The status was provided by Obama’s administration, which was seeking ways to welcome migrants from Central America into the United States. That invite spiraled out of control, resulting in a huge wave of migrants in 2014, which helped Donald Trump get elected.
“Definitely some UACs end up being bad people and enter the country to do bad things,” said Homan, who is serving as acting ICE director and was nominated on Tuesday by Trump to head the agency. “That’s why we asked for several policy changes in [the requests] we sent to the Hill.”
Criminal charges against the 214 gang-members include racketeering and conspiracy to commit murder in the furtherance of racketeering. According to Rybicki, an entire eight-man MS-13 “clique” (a local division of a gang) was arrested in the operation. This “Sailors Clique” operated in suburban Maryland, a hotspot of MS-13 activity, and has been linked to at least three murders.
U.S. Border Patrol Deputy Chief Scott Luck explained that the operation worked with El Salvadoran intelligence agencies to identify people with links to MS-13.
The gang was created in Los Angeles during the 1980s because the U..S government failed to enforce immigration laws, which allowed El Salvador youths to sneak into the United States. Without economic skills in California’s diverse society, they formed their own national gang — and then recreated that gang in their own homeland once the illegal immigrants were repatriated home.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Director Francis Cissna explained that his agency’s work to identify illegal aliens with gang affiliations was vital to Raging Bull’s success. USCIS had one of its Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate (FDNS)agents at the Raging Bull command center full time to work to that effect. “That individual reviewed asylum claims for MS-13 members targeted by the operation and assisted in assembling target packages for the immigration and/or criminal court proceedings of these gang members arrested during the operation,” Cissna said.
As Attorney General Jeff Sessions bemoaned in October, gang members and other unworthy illegal aliens often use the United States’s generous asylum policies to tie up their cases in administrative proceedings, often needing only a “credible claim” of persecution in their home country to avoid deportation for years.
“FDNS also notified ICE HSI regarding asylum applicants with strong ties to MS-13 or other significant gang indicators,” Cissna continued. “Our headquarters FDNS officers search USCIS systems for information regarding 195 targeted MS-13 members and associates identified by the operation for additional vetting.”
Operation Raging Bull carries on a series of nationwide and international efforts against the brutal gang. In July, Attorney General Sessions went to El Salvador to announce nearly 600 arrests in that country. Earlier in the summer, ICE’s “Operation Matador” netteddozens of arrests in the United States.
El Salvador police also arrested 53 gang members in el Salvador.

Illegal Immigration Costs U.S. Taxpayers a Stunning $134.9 Billion a Year

Adios, California

A fifth-generation Californian laments his state’s ongoing economic collapse.

By Steve Baldwin

American Spectator, October 19, 2017

What’s clear is that the producers are leaving the state and the takers are coming in. Many of the takers are illegal aliens, now estimated to number over 2.6 million. The Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates that California spends $22 billion on government services for illegal aliens, including welfare, education, Medicaid, and criminal justice system costs. Liberals claim they more than make that up with taxes paid, but that’s simply not true. It’s not even close. FAIR estimates illegal aliens in California contribute only $1.21 billion in tax revenue, which means they cost California $20.6 billion, or at least $1,800 per household.

Nonetheless, open border advocates, such as Facebook Chairman Mark Zuckerberg, claim illegal aliens are a net benefit to California with little evidence to support such an assertion. As the Center for Immigration Studies has documented, the vast majority of illegals are poor, uneducated, and with few skills. How does accepting millions of illegal aliens and then granting them access to dozens of welfare programs benefit California’s economy? If illegal aliens were contributing to the economy in any meaningful way, California, with its 2.6 million illegal aliens, would be booming.

Furthermore, the complexion of illegal aliens has changed with far more on welfare and committing crimes than those who entered the country in the 1980s. Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens. Granted, those statistics are old, but if you talk to any California law enforcement officer, they will tell you it’s much worse today. The problem is that the Brown administration will not release any statewide data on illegal alien crimes. That would be insensitive. And now that California has declared itself a “sanctuary state,” there is little doubt this sends a message south of the border that will further escalate illegal immigration into the state.

Indeed, California goes out of its way to attract illegal aliens. The state has even created government programs that cater exclusively to illegal aliens. For example, the State Department of Motor Vehicles has offices that only process driver licenses for illegal aliens. With over a million illegal aliens now driving in California, the state felt compelled to help them avoid the long lines the rest of us must endure at the DMV. And just recently, the state-funded University of California system announced it will spend $27 million on financial aid for illegal aliens. They’ve even taken out radio spots on stations all along the border, just to make sure other potential illegal border crossers hear about this program. I can’t afford college education for all my four sons, but my taxes will pay for illegals to get a college education.
. . .

Sanctuary Cities Allowed Criminal Alien to Remain in U.S., Murder Kansas Deputy

Mugshot/Johnson County Sheriff's Office
by JOHN BINDER14 Oct 2017Johnson County, KS412

An illegal alien who was drunk driving has pleaded guilty to killing a Kansas deputy sheriff after causing a deadly car crash last year. Sanctuary city policies in two jurisdictions allowed the previously convicted drunk driver to remain in the U.S. leading to the murder of the deputy.

Adrian Espinosa-Flores, a 39-year-old illegal alien, pleaded guilty to reckless second-degree murder charges in Johnson County, Kansas after crashing his vehicle into Master Deputy Brandon Collins, killing him, as Kansas City Star reported.
On Sept. 11, 2016, Collins had pulled a vehicle over on U.S. 69. Collins’ patrol car was parked when Espinosa-Flores recklessly drove into the sheriff deputy’s vehicle, crashing it into the SUV that had been pulled over.
Collins was killed at the scene of the accident. When the illegal alien was taken into custody, it was discovered that he had been driving despite being more than twice over the blood-alcohol legal limit. The illegal alien admitted to police after being taken into custody that he had been drinking that night.
The illegal alien’s sentencing hearing will take place next year. Should Espinosa-Flores be released from prison at any time, he will be deported back to his native country.
Espinosa-Flores managed to stay in the United States following a previous DUI conviction after California officials refused to notify U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials of the illegal alien’s crime, Breitbart Texas’ Bob Price reported in September 2016.
Two U.S. Senators wrote to then-DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson, demanding an investigation into the failure of Los Angeles County to report the conviction to ICE.
“It appears that Flores was able to evade removal by taking advantage of at least one sanctuary jurisdiction. As a result, a law enforcement officer was killed, allegedly by Flores while again driving under the influence,” Senator’s Charles Grassley (R-IA) and Andy Alcock (R-KS) wrote.
The Overland-Park, Kansas Police Department arrested the illegal alien in 2013 for driving without a license. That department also failed to notify ICE officials.
“ICE was not notified by authorities in California or Kansas of either arrest,” ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer wrote in his email response to an AP inquiry.
“It seems Deputy Collins died at the hands of someone who broke our laws and should not have been allowed to remain in the United States following his multiple interactions with law enforcement,” the two senators concluded.

More than 52 million Americans live in economically distressed communities

By Sandy English
28 September 2017
A new analysis of Census data shows that the so-called economic recovery under the Obama administration was an unmitigated catastrophe for the 20 percent of the American population that live in the poorest areas of the United States and that gains of jobs and income have gone overwhelming to the top 20 percent richest areas.
The 2017 Distressed Communities Report,” published by the Economic Innovation Group (EIG), analyzes the census data for 2011-2015 for people living in each of the nearly 7,500 American zip codes according to several criteria.
The EIG’s Distressed Communities Index (DCI) considers the percentage of the population without a high school diploma, the percentage of housing vacancies, the percentage of adults working, the percentage of the population in poverty, the median income ratio (the percentage of median income that a zip code has for its state), the change in employment from 2011 to 2015, and the change in the number of businesses in the same period.
The report divides the findings for zip codes into five quintiles based on these indicators, rated from worst- to best-performing: distressed, at risk, mid-tier, comfortable, and prosperous.
The results show that distressed communities—52.3 million people or 17 percent of the American population—experienced an average 6 percent drop in the number of adults working and a 6.3 percent average drop in the number of business establishments.
“Far from achieving even anemic growth from 2011 to 2015,” the report notes, “distressed communities instead experienced what amounts to a deep ongoing recession.”
Further, “fully one third of the approximately 44 million Americans receiving SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or food stamps) and other cash public assistance benefits (such as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)) live in distressed communities.” The report notes that most distressed communities have seen zero net job growth since 2000.
Residents in these zip codes are five times more likely to die than those in prosperous zip codes. Deaths from cancer, pregnancy complications, suicide, and violence are even higher. “Mental and substance abuse disorders are 64 percent higher in distressed counties than prosperous ones, with major clusters in Appalachia and Native American communities where rates exceed four or five times the national average,” the report continues.
One other important and alarming fact which the report highlights is that over a third of the distressed zip codes contain so-called “brownfield” sites—areas which are polluted or contaminated in some way. Not only do these have impacts on real estate and business development, they present a whole array of health hazards to the very poorest Americans.
Distressed communities can be found all over the United States but are concentrated in the South: 43 percent of Mississippi’s zip codes are distressed, followed by Alabama, West Virginia, Arkansas and Louisiana. According to the report, [the South] “is home to a staggering 52 percent of all Americans living in distressed zip codes—far above its 37.5 percent share of the country’s total population.”
After this, the Southwest and Great Lakes region have the largest share. In the Northeast, most distressed communities tend to be found in urban areas and in the South, primarily in rural areas.
The biggest cities with the largest numbers of distressed zip codes are Cleveland, Ohio, Newark, New Jersey, Buffalo, New York, Detroit, Michigan and Toledo, Ohio. Mid-sized cities with the highest number of distressed zip codes include Youngstown, Ohio, Trenton, New Jersey, Camden, New Jersey, Gary, Indiana, Hartford, Connecticut and Flint, Michigan.
Urban counties with the highest number of distressed zip codes include Cook County in Illinois, with Chicago at its center, Los Angeles County in California, Harris County in Texas, with Houston at its center, and Wayne County in Michigan, encompassing Detroit. Most of these urban areas were once industrial centers and home to the industrial working class.
Distressed zip codes that have a majority of minorities living in them are more than twice as likely to be distressed as zip codes that are majority white. “In total,” the report notes, “45 percent of the country’s majority-minority zip codes are distressed and only 7 percent of them are prosperous.” At the same time there are numerous distressed communities that are almost completely white. A quarter of the total distressed population is under 18.
The report found that the economic benefits

of the recovery after the 2008 recessions

have gone to the top quintile of zip codes,

where the wealthier layers of the population

live, including not only the very rich but also

the upper middle class.
These areas, which the DCI terms prosperous, and make up roughly 85 million Americans or 27 percent of the US population, have for the most part the economic wherewithal to finance higher levels of education, have the lowest housing vacancy, highest percentage of working adults, and have had the lion’s share of job and business expansion.
“The job growth rate in the top quintile was 2.6 times higher than nationally from 2011 to 2015, and business establishments proliferated three times faster than they did at the national level,” the report notes. “Prosperous zip codes stand worlds apart from their distressed counterparts, seemingly insulated from many of the challenges with which other communities must grapple. The poverty rate is more than 20 points lower in the average prosperous community than it is in the average distressed one.”
The report makes much less of an analysis of the other three, middle quintiles, the at risk, mid-tier, and comfortable categories, but it does note some trends that address the overall trends nation-wide. “A remarkably small proportion of places fuel national increases in jobs and businesses in today’s economy. High growth in these local economic powerhouses buoys national numbers while obscuring stagnant or declining economic activity in other parts of the country.”
One of the more telling aspects of the report is that extreme poverty in the US is presided over by both capitalist parties: Democratic and Republic politicians have equal numbers of distressed communities in their constituencies. Democrats, in fact, “represent six of the 10 most distressed congressional districts.”
Another observation from the voting data, and one of the few that looks at conditions beyond the bottom and top quintiles, is worth quoting in full:
“President Trump accumulated a 3.5 million vote lead in counties that fell into the bottom three quintiles of well-being (equivalent to 9.4 percent of all votes cast in these counties). A vast array of factors determined voting patterns in the 2016 election, but it stands that the ‘continuity’ candidate performed better in the places benefiting most from the status quo, while the ‘change’ candidate performed better in the places one would expect to find more dissatisfaction.”
Broader figures and the historical view of wealth distribution in the US—that one percent of the population control 40 percent of the wealth or the decades-long decline in the percentage of the national income that goes to the working class—is not brought out in the report but the data add to a complete picture of social conditions across the United States, the character and geographical distribution of social and economic conditions in a country of more than 320 million.
The portrait provided by the EIG report is not simply one of increasing misery and poverty for the bottom 20 percent, and not only one in which only a minority of Americans are achieving anything like “prosperity,” but of growing and explosive dissent among tens of millions.
It exposes as a bold-faced lie the claim

that President Obama made at the end

of his second term, that “things have

never been better” in America.

While you were sleeping, Mexico was invading, occupying, looting and voting Democrat for more.
“In 1960, according to a USC demographic study, fewer than 10% of the people in the Los Angeles County area were Latino. By 2008, according to federal census estimates, almost half were Latino. Roughly the same was true in the city of Los Angeles.”
''California is going to be a Hispanic state," said Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF. "Anyone who does not like it should leave." And MEChA's goal is even more radical: an independent ''Aztlan,'' the collective name this organization gives to the seven states of the U.S. Southwest – Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah.”
LA RAZA AGENDA: 3 Examples
Richard Alatorre, Los Angeles City Council "They're afraid we're going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They're right. We will take them over. . We are here to stay."
Mario Obledo, California Coalition of Hispanic Organizations and California State Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Jerry Brown, also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Bill Clinton "California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn't like it should leave."
Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General We are practicing "La Reconquista" in California."

Here are a few facts you should consider when you finally look around yourself and see only Mexicans….Mexicans driving, Mexicans in our jobs, Mexicans in our welfare office, Mexicans flooding our healthcare systems, and Mexicans and only Mexicans at all construction sites.
CALIFORNIA UNDER MEXICAN OCCUPATION:

The State Government of CA hands illegals more than $30 BILLION per year in social services. That’s the state level we’re talking about. Counties hand out even more with Mex-occupied Los Angeles leading at $1 BILLION in welfare for Mexico’s anchor baby breeders. No legal in Los Angeles or California were ever given the opportunity to vote on Mexico’s welfare state in our open borders.

California has the largest and most expensive state prison system in the nation. Half the inmates are illegals from Mexico.
There have been more than 2,000 Californians murdered by Mexicans that fled back across the border to avoid prosecution.
According to former CA Attorney General Kamala Harris, now CA senator and advocate for amnesty, nearly HALF the murders in CA are by Mexican gangs.
Los Angeles is America’s and Mexico’s second largest city. Approximately 93% of the murders are committed by Mexicans.
The Los Angeles Police department publishes a list with images of the 200 most wanted criminals in Los Angeles. About 186 at any given time are Mexicans. Most of the rest are Russian and Armenians.
The County of Los Angeles spends about $300 million yearly to jail Mexican criminals.
The City of Los Angeles spends about $10 MILLION per year to clean up Mexican graffiti.
The City of Los Angeles has more than 100,000 homeless and bout 5 MILLION illegals housed and in jobs.
The tax-free underground economy in Los Angeles County is estimated to be in excess of $2 BILLION per year.
The City of Los Angeles tetters on bankruptcy. It will be the largest bankruptcy in American history and will end all City employee pensions. Still there will be no cuts related to the Mexican occupation.

California ranks No. 48 out of 50 states for abominable lower education quality.
Mexicans loathe literacy and speaking the gringo language. Most Mexicans graduate from high school not being able to read at a third-grade level.

At Santee Public High School in Los Angeles, classes are taught in Spanish. Books are in Spanish and school assemblies end in “!Viva Mexico, Viva Mexico!”.

Many public schools in CA have prohibited Legals from wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo day.
California’s Attorney General Xavier Becerra has been described in the press as a “Puss spewing racist”. Mexicans think of themselves as LA RAZA “The Race”. The A.G.’s website no longer list California’s most wanted criminals as they were all MEXICANS. Becerra, as Congressman, sucked in bribes from Mexican criminals.

There have been more than 82 private enterprise hospitals and clinics in CA driven into bankruptcy due to Mexico’s occupation of CA. It’s calculated that Mexico’s “free” gringo-paid healthcare in CA cost legals $1.5 BILLION per year. No illegal in Mexico received ANY medical attention, welfare or jobs.
The La Raza Sanctuary City of West Hollywood, which employs hordes of illegals, banned the use of gas leaf blowers in 1987. No City ordinances anywhere in CA ever apply to illegals. The City handed out more than 400 fines to gardeners who were all illegals from Mexico. The fines were never paid and were deemed uncollectable as these gardeners all had fraudulent IDs. Therefore they were out there driving unlicensed and uninsured. No illegal caught using a gas leaf blower and with fraudulent ID was or will ever be prosecuted. In CA La Raza is above the law.

In Los Angeles there have been numerous murders of innocent black Americans by Mexican gangs who were “ethnically cleansing” their hoods.
LA RAZA Gov Jerry Brown has signed each and every bill put before him that would expand Mexico’s supremacy in CA. Both houses of the state legislature are now controlled by Mexico.

Gov Jerry Brown has openly proclaimed that California is the Mexican’s “second home”, but when it comes to jobs, a tax-free lifestyle, welfare, “free” medical, education and housing for many, CA is the Mexican’s first home.

Former Mayor of Los Angeles and now candidate for Governor, Antonio Villaraigosa is a former member of the racist, violent, fascist separatist movement of M.E.Ch.A.

Mexico has 50 consulates in American compared with the United Kingdom which has only 8. These consulates are LA RAZA headquarters to help Mexicans claim their “rights”, which is more welfare and “free” medical.
Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General We are practicing "La Reconquista" in California."

ILLEGALS COSTING CALIFORNIA BILLIONS
By Jerry Seper 2004 ( THINK IT’S GOTTEN ANY BETTER SINCE 2004?)
THE WASHINGTON TIMES Published December 7, 2004
Illegal immigration costs the taxpayers of California -- which has the highest number of illegal aliens nationwide -- $10.5 (NOW $30 BILLION) billion a year for education, health care and incarceration, according to a study released yesterday. A key finding of the report by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) said the state's already struggling kindergarten-through-12th-grade education system spends $7.7 billion a year on children of illegal aliens, who constitute 15 percent of the student body. The report also said the incarceration of convicted illegal aliens in state prisons and jails and uncompensated medical outlays for health care provided to illegal aliens each amounted to about $1.4 billion annually. The incarceration costs did not include judicial expenditures or the monetary costs of the crimes committed by illegal aliens that led to their incarceration. "California's addiction to 'cheap' illegal-alien labor is bankrupting the state and posing enormous burdens on the state's shrinking middle-class tax base," said FAIR President Dan Stein. "Most Californians, who have seen their taxes increase while public services deteriorate, already know the impact that mass illegal immigration is having on their communities, but even they may be shocked when they learn just how much of a drain illegal immigration has become," he said.

ALIEN NATION: Secrets of the Invasion….. It
S all about keeping wages depressed!
May 2006 – ALIEN NATION: Secrets of the Invasion – Why America's government invites rampant illegal immigration
It's widely regarded as America's biggest problem: Between 12 and 20 million aliens (MOST SOURCES SUGGEST THERE ARE MUCH MORE LIKELY NEARLY 40 MILLION ILLEGALS HERE NOW) – including large numbers of criminals, gang members and even terrorists – have entered this nation illegally, with countless more streaming across our scandalously unguarded borders daily.
The issue polarizes the nation, robs citizens of jobs, bleeds taxpayers, threatens America's national security and dangerously balkanizes the country into unassimilated ethnic groups with little loyalty or love for America's founding values. Indeed, the de facto invasion is rapidly transforming America into a totally different country than the one past generations have known and loved.
And yet – most Americans have almost no idea what is really going on, or why it is happening.
While news reports depict demonstrations and debates, and while politicians promise "comprehensive border security programs," no real answers ever seem to emerge.
But there are answers. Truthful answers. Shocking answers.
In its groundbreaking May edition, WND's acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine reveals the astounding hidden agendas, plans and people behind America's immigration nightmare.
Titled "ALIEN NATION," the issue is subtitled "SECRETS OF THE INVASION: Why government invites rampant illegal immigration." Indeed, it reveals pivotal secrets very few Americans know. For example:
Did you know that the powerfully influential Council on Foreign Relations – often described as a “shadow government" – issued a comprehensive report last year laying out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community" with a common "outer security perimeter"?
Roughly translated: In the next few years, according to the 59-page report titled "Building a North American Community," the U.S. must be integrated with the socialism, corruption, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. "Common perimeter" means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and Canada. As Phyllis Schlafly reveals in this issue of Whistleblower: "This CFR document asserts that President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin 'committed their governments' to this goal when they met at Bush's ranch and at Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005. The three adopted the 'Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America' and assigned 'working groups' to fill in the details. It was at this same meeting, grandly called the North American Summit, that President Bush pinned the epithet 'vigilantes' on the volunteers guarding our border in Arizona."
The CFR report – important excerpts of which are published in Whistleblower – also suggests North American elitists begin getting together regularly, and presumably secretly, "to buttress North American relationships, along the lines of the Bilderberg or Wehrkunde conferences, organized to support transatlantic relations." The Bilderberg and Wehrkunde conferences are highly secret conclaves of the powerful. For decades, there have been suspicions that such meetings were used for plotting the course of world events and especially the centralization of global decision-making.
Did you know that radical immigrant groups – including the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) and the National Council of La Raza (La Raza) – not only share a revolutionary agenda of conquering America's southwest, but they also share common funding sources, notably the Ford and Rockefeller foundations?
''California is going to be a Hispanic state," said Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF. "Anyone who does not like it should leave." And MEChA's goal is even more radical: an independent ''Aztlan,'' the collective name this organization gives to the seven states of the U.S. Southwest – Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. So why would the Rockefeller and Ford foundations support such groups? Joseph Farah tells the story in this issue of Whistleblower.
Why have America's politicians – of both major parties – allowed the illegal alien invasion of this nation to continue for the last 30 years unabated? With al-Qaida and allied terrorists promising to annihilate major U.S. cities with nuclear weapons, with some big-city hospital emergency rooms near closure due to the crush of so many illegals, with the rapid spread throughout the U.S. of MS-13, the super-violent illegal alien gang – with all this and more, why do U.S. officials choose to ignore the laws of the land and the will of the people to pursue, instead, policies of open borders and lax immigration enforcement?
The answers to all this and much more are in Whistleblower's "ALIEN NATION" issue.
Is there hope? Or is America lost to a demographic invasion destined to annihilate its traditional Judeo-Christian culture, and to the ever-growing likelihood that nuclear-armed jihadists will cross our porous borders and wreak unthinkable destruction here?
There most definitely is hope, according to this issue of Whistleblower. Although most politicians of both major political parties have long since abdicated their responsibility for securing America's borders and dealing effectively with the millions already here illegally, there are a few exceptions – most notably Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo.
May's Whistleblower includes an exclusive sneak preview of Tancredo's forthcoming blockbuster book, "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America’s Border and Security." In an extended excerpt, Whistleblower presents Tencredo's expert and inspired analysis of exactly how to solve the nation's most vexing problem.

REALITY OF THE MEXICAN OCCUPATION AND MEXICAN SUPREMACY:
Banned: The American Flag on Cinco de Mayo

by Kevin McCullough
When 200 hispanic students skipped school last week and marched through downtown Morgan Hill, California chanting "Si se puede" intermixed with "We want respect," none were banned from school attendance on their return.
When five students, one of them an American from latino roots, wore American flags to school as a sign of patriotic speech, they were labeled incendiary. They were instructed to turn their shirts inside-out so as to cover up the American flag. And when they refused to surrender their first amendment right to expression, they were given unexcused absences.
Assistant Principal Miguel Rodriguez called the flag draped wardrobe "incendiary" because the students had chosen to worn them on May 5, popularly known as Cinco de Mayo. (A date that "celebrates" Mexico's defeat of the French in a single battle, in a war that Mexico eventually lost.)
The school's administration went further in claiming the five students were attempting "to start a fight" and "adding fuel to the fire."
Latino parents chimed in and chided the five students (one of which is of Mexican ethnic heritage) saying, "we're all offended by it."
One parent, Teresa Casillas, claimed her hispanic children were upset by the behavior of the boys wearing the flagged shirts, calling it disrespectful.
Yet for all the outcry, not an ounce of proof has erupted that the boys made any actions of provocation--except wear the shirts on Cinco De Mayo.
One of the more ignorant utterances by one of the hispanic student protestors summed up the stupidity best, "It's disrespectful to do it on Cinco de Mayo," said Jessica Cortez, a Live Oak sophomore. "They can be a patriot on some other day. Not that specific day."
And so this is what the argument has been reduced to.
I mean, you do understand don't you that Cinco de Mayo is not even celebrated en masse by Mexicans?
Yet the militant, belligerent, children of latinos living in Morgan Hill are exhibiting symptoms of a problem that is widespread. Raw naked entitlement that not only flouts the laws, but has now led to the limiting of the most legitimate expression whose freedom should always be protected: patriotism.
It was bad enough that the Obama administration went on a systematic campaign to discredit the recent right of the state of Arizona to reinforce federal guidelines for immigration. It was bad enough that the lies were widely told, and never retracted by news agencies that should have known better.
THE WEEK
Latino power comes full circle in L.A.

Once there was only Edward Roybal in a position of power. Today, as it did long ago, authority rests in many Latino hands.
By Cathleen Decker
April 11, 2010
The announcement last week that Archbishop Jose Gomez of San Antonio will replace Cardinal Roger Mahony as head of the local Catholic diocese capped an assertion of power on the part of Latinos in Los Angeles that is remarkable in its seeming speed.
For decades, only one Latino held unquestioned public power: Edward R. Roybal, the first Latino to win a seat on the Los Angeles City Council. He spent 13 years there, then moved to Congress to serve 30 years, most of that time as the region's only Latino representative.
Now the power positions held by Latinos in the Los Angeles area are multiple and manifest. Besides the Mexico-born archbishop, who is in line to become the first U.S. prelate of Latino heritage to become a cardinal, there is the mayor. The speaker of the Assembly. The sheriff. A county supervisor. Several members of the City Council, of Congress, of the Legislature, of the Los Angeles school board. The head of the most influential civic entity, organized labor.
"It is coming full circle," said UC Berkeley associate professor Lisa García Bedolla, the author of two books on Latino politics. "That's what Los Angeles looked like before becoming part of the United States."
It is hardly accidental, however. The moves to the top in politics and other endeavors have required equal parts population shifts, hard-fought legal pursuit and political strategizing.
Population numbers are only the most obvious propellant for the ambitions of both the community and its leaders.
In 1960, according to a USC demographic study, fewer than 10% of the people in the Los Angeles County area were Latino. By 2008, according to federal census estimates, almost half were Latino. Roughly the same was true in the city of Los Angeles.
While trailing the population levels -- because of lagging citizenship numbers -- the ranks of Latino voters also swelled over those decades.
But their efforts to win elections were thwarted by political lines drawn to diminish their heft. In the mid-1980s, legal challenges began to chip away at those hurdles. First came a legal assault on the Los Angeles City Council's district boundaries, which led to the creation of what was called at the time a "Latino district."
GLORIA MOLINA – RACIST LATINA BITCH
Next came a federal court fight over the Board of Supervisors. A judge ultimately decided that the board had drawn its lines to intentionally discriminate against Latinos. The judge's ruling led directly to the election, in early 1991, of Gloria Molina to the board.
As inspiring to the community as the two legal moves were, however, they essentially accounted for a single seat each. A more prosaic development, term limits, would ultimately do far more, according to García Bedolla.
Beyond the churning of legislative and council seats was the coincident rise of organized labor as a factor benefiting Latinos and other minority candidates. Miguel Contreras, who took over the county labor federation in 1996, ran it like a powerhouse until his death in 2005. His widow and fellow union leader, Maria Elena Durazo, now heads the labor organization.
"They explicitly included immigrants . . . [which] made the Latino community a political force in progressive politics in a way they hadn't been before," García Bedolla said.
A conspiring assist came, at the same time, from the non-Latino head of the local Catholic Church. Mahony had made a name as a friend of immigrants and Latinos before he arrived in Los Angeles in 1985. As the Latino population of the area swelled, he waded into a host of civic entanglements on their behalf.
He publicly defended janitors during a nasty strike. He came out early and forcefully against Proposition 187, the 1994 measure to strip state services from illegal immigrants. (It passed overwhelmingly but was largely struck down by the courts.)
Kenneth Burt, the author of "The Search for a Civic Voice," a history of California Latino politics, credited Mahony for keeping peace in Los Angeles between groups seeking power and those afraid of losing it.
"He had a tremendous impact in empowering the Latino community and in sending a powerful signal that the rise of Latinos should not be seen as a threat," he said. "Even though he's Irish, he's the first Latino cardinal in spirit."
All told, the taking of power has been stunning in its breadth. A Loyola Marymount University study of the top 100 elected positions in Los Angeles from 1959 to 2009 found that for years, only one man -- Roybal -- made the list. The numbers increased only gradually until 1991, when altered political lines and long-thwarted ambition pushed the percentage of Latino seats to 18%. By last year, 33% were held by Latinos.
More subtle, perhaps, has been the more or less tranquil way that change has been accomplished. Although there have been periods of contention, the flow of power from whites and blacks to Latinos has happened with far less gnashing than might have been expected years ago.
In part, that is because both politicians and interest groups have worked at it. Los Angeles' mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa, won election in his second attempt by attracting African American voters to go along with the Latino and Jewish voters who had earlier supported him. One of the main forces behind the career of former Assembly Speaker Karen Bass, an African American now running for Congress, has been the Latino-dominated labor movement.
Still, tensions are never far from view. The Republican primary for governor is currently aboil with the subject of illegal immigration, a perennial flash point. Although so far the issue has been of little consequence in the campaign, its presence suggests that some element of the public remains uncomfortable.
"I don't think you can get rid of so many decades of that competition and animosity quickly," said García Bedolla. "I think it's going to be a while before we stop having that sense that anything that is good for me is bad for you."

Feds Probe University’s Device To Help Illegal Border Crossers
Last Updated: Wed, 04/07/2010 - 12:21pm
Nearly half a year after a professor at a public university spent taxpayer dollars to create a tool that helps Mexicans enter the United States illegally, the area’s congressional delegation has finally decided to investigate the matter.
The activist Chicano professor (Ricardo Dominguez) at the University of California San Diego, a major public institution not far from the Mexican border, proudly announced his new invention—Transborder Immigrant Tool—in November without scrutiny from university officials or the feds. The idea is to help Mexicans enter the U.S. illegally by mapping the safest routes through the notoriously rigorous southern border desert.
The innovative technology is a simple mobile application —inserted into the cheapest available cell phone on the market—which guides illegal aliens through the least dangerous routes, areas with shelter, food, water and so-called Quaker help centers that provide medical attention and directions to the nearest major U.S. highway. The mobile program is touted as an “intelligent agent algorithm” that parses out the best routes and trails on a particular day and hour so that Mexicans can cross the “vertiginous landscape” as safely as possible.
Dominguez, a tenured visual arts professor, was inspired to create the technology by the thousands of Mexicans who have died on their journeys north because they got lost in the treacherous terrain. For months he boasted about his new Transborder Immigrant Tool, but the publicity campaign has come to a screeching halt and his tenure is at risk because federal lawmakers are finally looking into the matter.
(CONGRESSMEN BILBRAY, AND HUNTER ARE TWO OF THE VERY FEW ELECTED IN MEXIFORNIA NOT WORKING FOR EXPANDING THE MEXICAN INVASION)
The area’s three representatives in the U.S. House—Brian Bilbray, Duncan Hunter and Darrell Issa—are demanding that the university’s chancellor provide a precise accounting of public funds associated with the Transborder Immigrant Tool. Referring to it as a “troubling use of taxpayer dollars,” the legislators point out that those who worked on the device may be committing a federal felony by encouraging illegal immigration.
Dominguez has dismissed the probe as a sort of witch hunt, assuring that he used less than $10,000 in taxpayer grants and suggesting the congressman should be more concerned about the cost of investigating him. That amount, the professor believes, will be much more than what he spent on the entire project to help illegal border crossers.
Mexico’s government has provided its nationals with valuable tools to help them cross the border safely but Dominguez is the first American resident, with a salary provided by U.S. taxpayers, to openly promote such a gadget. A few years ago Mexican officials published a 32-page booklet (Guia Del Migrante Mexicano) with safety tips for border crossers and distributed hand-held satellite devices to ensure the violators complete their journey safely.
Poverty among Los Angeles community college students reaching crisis levels
By Glenn Mulwray
26 August 2017
One in every five of the Los Angeles Community College District’s (LACCD) 230,000 students are homeless and nearly two thirds can’t afford regular meals. These are the results of a fall 2016 survey of LACCD’s nine campuses conducted by the University of Wisconsin-Madison and released earlier this year. More than 6,000 students took part in the survey and reported crisis levels of social neglect related to the high cost of living in Los Angeles.
In regard to housing, 19 percent of those surveyed are or were recently homeless. Eight percent had been thrown out of family homes; 4 percent had been evicted from rental housing; 3 percent were living in shelters; 6 percent had resorted to living in abandoned buildings, cars or other locations not meant for habitation; and 11 percent did not know where they would be sleeping on a night-to-night basis.
Since 1980, median real rent for an apartment in Los Angeles has increased by 55 percent to $2,511, while income levels increased only 13 percent in that time. Nationally, the decade with the greatest rent-wage discrepancy was 2000-2010, when rents increased 12 percent while incomes actually declined 7 percent. These are some of the most striking indications of the destruction of living standards resulting from the 2008 global recession.
As of 2017, Los Angeles has the highest rent burden of any city in the country, with the average tenant paying 48.7 percent of their income to rent. The city’s large and overwhelmingly working class black and Latino communities spend an astronomical 63 percent of average household income on rent.
Recent Los Angeles City College graduate, Andre Medina, reported, “When I started at LACC a few years ago I moved into a studio across from campus for about $800 per month. A new tenant I spoke with last week is now paying $1,200 for a similar unit. Living near campus has become impossibly expensive.”
The Los Angeles County Housing Authority is responsible for the disbursement of Section 8 vouchers, the federal government’s housing assistant program. As of April this year the Housing Authority had a waiting list of 40,000 people, with an average wait of 11 years before receiving a voucher. Because of the backlog they have stopped accepting new names for the waiting list.
The Trump administration plans to cut $6 billion from the 2018 budget of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which would include a $974 million reduction in funding for Section 8 vouchers.
According to various studies, homelessness in Los Angeles County has reached epidemic proportions, with estimates in the range of 47,000-58,000 homeless on any given night. (See: “Homelessness sharply increases in Los Angeles County”)
The housing crisis forces residents to make difficult budgetary choices, and is a significant cause of food insecurity. Fifty-nine percent of those surveyed reported being unable to afford enough food, 65 percent couldn’t eat balanced meals, 52 percent skipped meals to save money, 50 percent ate less than they felt they should, and 42 percent reported being regularly hungry.
According to Rachael Garcia, another recent graduate from LACC, “When I first moved into LA to be closer to LACC, I moved into a two-bedroom apartment in Hollywood. I shared a bedroom with my boyfriend for $1,200 a month. Food was a constant issue. I had to cook for every meal including bringing my lunch to school, which is a really difficult demand on your time when you’re juggling school and a full-time job, considering how long it takes using public transportation in LA. When I didn’t have time to cook, the only option was getting a taco or something at a fast food restaurant and it’s just not enough food. You get used to being hungry, really.
“Once I went into the pizzeria by school and my card got declined because my financial aid was late. The guy behind the counter commented how often he’s been seeing that happen with students lately. Last semester I didn’t see a dime of my financial aid until the school year was already over! I was lucky that my dad was able to help out with some money to get by, but I can’t imagine what I would have done otherwise, which is the situation many of my friends are in that don’t have family to help out.”
The recent study of LACCD students is entirely in line with other recent studies, including a 2016 study from the University of California that concluded four in 10 UC students cannot afford to get enough to eat, while a 2015 study from the California State University system revealed that 21 percent of CSU students experienced food insecurity.
Despite the growing levels of poverty among college and university students revealed by these studies, this year school officials moved to raise tuitions in both UC and CSU university systems. The UC regents approved a 2.5 percent tuition increase, the first increase in six years, while the CSU Board of Trustees moved to raise tuitions by 5 percent.
Shifting the financial burden of running the school systems onto the backs of the students has been the deliberate policy of California’s Democratic Party leadership. In response to the 2008 recession, the state slashed nearly one third of its support to the CSU system while more than doubling its tuition, to $5,472, between 2006 and 2011.
The shifting of the burden to the students is reflected even more drastically in the punishing funding cuts Democratic Governor Jerry Brown has inflicted on the state’s community colleges. In the years 2007 to 2013, a combined $1.5 billion was sliced from the budgets of the community college districts, this despite a near doubling of tuition over the last decade.
