SWAMP KEEPER TRUMP TARGETS A.G. SESSIONS.... AGAIN!

Trump Targets Sessions AGAIN
While President Trump was up early Tuesday morning slamming former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman, who is all over the media circuit trashing the administration she once called home, Trump saved one special tweet to again attack his attorney general Jeff Sessions. As the countless times before, Trump is frustrated that Sessions recused himself from the special counsel investigation on Russian collusion, which he prefers to call a "witch hunt."
Before suggesting Sessions was a fake, the president has referred to him as "weak" and "beleaguered." He wondered aloud why Sessions has not done more to prosecute Hillary Clinton over her email abuse. He has also questioned the AGs' whereabouts on other matters like the controversy over FBI lawyer Lisa Page and former FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who sent thousands of anti-Trump texts to one another during the 2016 election.
Had Sessions not shirked his responsibilities, Trump suggested, then the Russia investigation would be focused on the Democrats, not him.
Several analysts have wondered why Sessions still has his job.

NY Times: Jeff Sessions Sends Home ‘Record’ Number of Asylum-Seekers

The June asylum reform set by Attorney General Jeff Sessions is quietly having a huge impact on border migration, lawyers told the New York Times.

“I haven’t met a single person in the last few weeks who passed their credible-fear interview,” according to Allegra Love, executive director of an immigration law firm in New Mexico, the Santa Fe Dreamers Project. “We have never seen such a high volume of denials,” she told the New York Times.
President Barack Obama allowed migrants through the border whenever they claimed to a “credible fear” of abusive spouses and criminal gangs. This catch-and-release policy triggered a wave of Central American migration into the United States.
Sessions’ reform has ended Obama’s spouses-and-gangs loophole and has sharply reduced the number of Central American migrants who are allowed through the border to make a courtroom plea for asylum.
According to the New York Times report:
Immigration attorneys and advocates report that asylum applicants in recent months are failing their crucial initial screenings with asylum officers at the border in record numbers, the first sign that the Trump administration is carrying out promises to reduce the number of people granted asylum in the United States and limit the conditions under which it is granted…
In one case presently underway in Texas, a Honduran woman identified as K. Yadira told authorities that, over a nine-month period, she was driven to a motel and sexually assaulted at gunpoint by a man who she believed worked for the police. He threatened to kill her child every time she tried to resist him. When she moved three hours away to evade him, she said, the assailant found her …
On Ms. Yadira’s official “record of negative credible-fear finding,” reviewed by The New York Times, the asylum officer had ticked the box next to a line that said, “There is no significant possibility that you could establish in a full hearing that the harm you experienced or the harm you fear is on account of your race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group.”
In response, pro-migration groups are trying to get judges to block Sessions’ reforms.
The courtroom attacks on Sessions’ successful reforms are led by an ACLU lawsuit in Washington D.C. In an August 7 statement, the group said:
it has long been clear that an asylum seeker fleeing persecution by someone who is not the government — like a gang, an intimate partner, or a powerful political or social group — is eligible for asylum if she can show that the government is “unable or unwilling” to protect her, meaning that the government will not provide effective protection. But Sessions now wants applicants to have to show that their government either “condoned” the violence or other harm or was “completely helpless” to stop it.
That is not the law and never has been. But the government has now directed asylum officers to fully implement those new, illegal rules to credible fear screenings — leading to unjustified deportations of vulnerable refugees like Grace. And the guidance to asylum officers goes even further, directing them to ignore any court rulings that are inconsistent with Sessions’ new decision. That direction conflicts with the Constitution’s separation of powers principles because, as the Supreme Court explained 200 years ago, it is the courts, not executive branch officials that must ultimately decide “what the law is.”
The lawsuit presents several plaintiffs who have fled countries where legal standards and civic societies are far below the developed levels which evolved in Europe and the United States, and it claims that federal officials have a legal duty to allow afflicted people to live in the United States.
“Providing shelter, safety, and a new life to the victims of persecution has long been part of our national identity, even if not always an ideal we have lived up to,” the ACLU declared in a statement. “The Trump administration’s effort to eliminate that protection betrays our values and flouts our laws. The courts must step in to stop it.”

This is what 29 blanket credible fear interview denials looks like (some are just one page from judge). Every single separated parent I’ve met who had a credible fear interview has been denied. Their main question: will I see my child before I’m deported?

Arab Living in Mexico Smuggles 6 Yemenis into U.S. Via Southern Border

Judicial Watch Corruption Chronicles, August 2, 2018

This is hardly an isolated case. Foreigners from nations with terrorist ties have been slipping into the U.S. via Mexico for years and Judicial Watch has exposed several plots as part of an ongoing investigation into the critical national security threats that grip the region. In one operation exposed by Judicial Watch, Mexican drug cartels smuggled nationals of terrorist countries into a small Texas rural town near El Paso Texas. To elude the Border Patrol, they used remote farm roads to reach stash areas in Acala, a rural crossroads located around 54 miles from El Paso. Judicial Watch also uncovered State Department records confirming that “Arab extremists” are entering the U.S. through Mexico with the assistance of smuggling network “cells.” Among them was a top Al Qaeda operative wanted by the FBI, identified via a cable from the American consulate in Ciudad Juárez as Adnan G. El Shurkrjumah. Shukrijumah helped plan several U.S. attacks, including plots to bomb Oprah Winfrey’s studio and detonate nuclear devices in multiple American cities (watch a Judicial Watch documentary on it here). For years Shukrijumah appeared on the FBI’s most wanted list and, despite being sought by the agency, crossed back and forth into the U.S. from Mexico to meet fellow militant Islamists in Texas. In fact, as one of the world’s most wanted terrorists, Shukrijumah piloted an aircraft into the Cielo Dorado airfield in Anthony, New Mexico.

Sessions: We Should All Agree to End Illegal Immigration and Illegal Immigration Crime

By Melanie Arter | August 10, 2018 | 6:52 PM EDT

Attorney General Jeff Sessions (Screenshot)
(CNSNews.com) - In a speech on efforts to combat violent crime, U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Friday that President Donald Trump ordered the Justice Department to “give a high priority to prosecutions that have a nexus” to the U.S.-Mexico border.

“The day I was sworn in as attorney general, the president sent me three executive orders that have guided me every day. The first: to back the blue and enhance the safety of our law enforcement officers. Second: to reduce crime in America—not to preside over ever-increasing crime levels. And third: to dismantle transnational criminal organizations like the cartels,” he said.

“And even before I was sworn in, President Trump issued an order to the Department of Justice to give a high priority to prosecutions that have a nexus to our southern border,” Sessions said speaking at the U.S. attorney’s office in Houston, Texas.

The attorney general told law enforcement officials that “over the last 40 years, unchecked illegal immigration has made the work of police officers all across America tougher and more dangerous than it ought to be.”

“According to one estimate, Houston has the third-most illegal aliens of any metro area in America. Half a million illegal aliens are in the Houston area. This is a big group and many of them have committed additional crimes here. Whatever we think about immigration—whether you want more or less—all of us should agree on these two goals: to end illegal immigration and to end illegal immigration crime,” he said.

“We cannot accept the fact that gangs like MS-13 and the Latin Kings, many of whose members are in the country illegally, are terrorizing American communities from Los Angeles to Boston. Many MS-13 leaders are directing crime and murders from jails in El Salvador,” Sessions said.

The attorney general also called for the abolishment of sanctuary cities, saying, “if we want to reduce violent crime in this country, then we have to get serious about illegal immigration, and if we’re going to get serious about illegal immigration, then we cannot tolerate sanctuary cities.”

“Jurisdictions that knowingly, willfully, and purposefully release criminal aliens back into their communities are sacrificing the lives and safety of American citizens in the pursuit of an extreme open borders policy,” he said.

“If a jurisdiction objects to and obstructs the lawful deportation of someone who enters illegally and then commits another crime—then who will they deport? Nobody. This isn’t just a bad policy. It is a direct challenge to the laws of the United States. It places the lives of our fine law enforcement officers and residents at risk,” Sessions said.

“Those enacting the sanctuary policies feign outrage when they lose federal funds as a direct result of deliberate actions designed to nullify plain federal law. They want to have it both ways: they want federal money, but they want to undermine federal law. Some have even decided to take us to court, but we are fighting this resolutely—and we’ve received a lot of support from the people of Texas,” he said.

Left-Wing Media Defend MS-13 Gangs: ‘American Problem,’ Hurting Other Immigrants

AFP/Orlando Sierra

Left-wing media outlets Vox and ProPublica are defending the MS-13 gang with the release of a video and links to its reporting on the L.A.-based El Salvadorian gang.

“We need to separate fact from fiction about MS-13,” the text accompanying the videoposted on YouTube said.
The video draws on ProPublica’s Hannah Dreier’s stories about the gang, which Breitbart News has reported, including her description of MS-13 thugs as “Mighty Munchkins” and not reporting the gang’s role in grizzly murders and human and drug trafficking.
“So to hear Trump tell it, MS-13 is this shadowy gang that’s organized across continents with major plans to disrupt the security of the United States border, and what I’m actually seeing is that this gang is settling, basically, high school beefs,” ProPublica’s Hannah Dreier told NPR.
“One detective told me that he called them ‘Mighty Munchkins’ because these are kids who haven’t yet finished their growth spurts, but they team up together in the woods and wreak a lot of carnage,” Dreier said.
In the video, Dreier describes the alleged gang members she has been following on Long Island as regular kids who are “working after-school jobs, living with their parents. They get around Long Island on bicycles because they can’t afford cars.”
The video calls MS-13 “an American problem,” describing the gang that originally formed in Los Angeles as illegal aliens from El Salvador who had to protect themselves from other illegal aliens.
The video states that MS-13 is not highly organized, does not have a central leader, and has “no global ambitions.”
And yet, “MS-13 alarmism has persisted for decades,” the video narrator states.
The video concludes:
For any policy to work its worth, keeping the facts front and center, MS-13 is not invading the country. They’re neither a new phenomenon nor growing in number, but they have committed acts of horrific violence, mostly against other immigrants in specific communities. And that is still an American problem.
As Breitbart News has reported, MS-13 is, indeed, a problem in America:
In early 2018, for example, Ivan Alexis Pena-Rodriguez, 20; Yervin Josue Romero-Rivera, 21; and Miguel Angel Ayala-Rivera, 24, were all formally charged with first-degree assault, plus other assorted criminal counts in Montgomery County, Maryland. All are members of MS-13.
When police served a search warrant at a house near Albert Einstein High School, they found a 15-year-old girl “severely wounded and bloody,” according to WJLA.
On Aug. 1, 2017, the source said Pena-Rodriguez, Romero-Rivera, Ayala-Rivera, plus two other men, used a solid bat to beat the girl behind the single-family home along Valley View Avenue. The men reportedly took turns whacking the 15-year-old girl’s flailing body — 28 swings in total. Her injuries included an “indented” buttocks, discolored arms and legs, and visible bleeding from the neck down.
A second unnamed source would later tell cops that Ayala-Rivera (‘Noctorno’) ordered the backyard clubbing because he felt the victim was “not doing a good job as an MS-13 prostitute.” The same source revealed Ayala-Rivera (‘Noctorno’) raked in a lot of money by trafficking teenage girls to men of all ages.
A Center for Immigration Studies (CSI) report and map released in the wake of the horrific crimes contradicts ProPublica’s so-called investigative reporting about MS-13.
Some of the key findings of the CIS report:
• 506 MS-13 members arrested or charged with crimes that were reported in 22 states. The most cases were reported in California (92), Maryland (85), New York (80), and Virginia (63).
• MS-13 crimes are not primarily petty nuisance crimes; 207 MS-13 members were charged with murder. More than 100 were accused of conspiracy/racketeering, and dozens more for drug trafficking, sex trafficking, attempted murder, sexual assaults, and extortion.
• The median age of MS-13 gang members identified was 23, and suspects ranged in age from 14 to 57.
• The median age of their victims was 19, and victims ranged in age from 14 to 74. Sixty of the victims were below the age of 18, including 52 of the murder victims.
• 120 of the 506 MS-13 suspects in our case set arrived as UACs (Unaccompanied Alien Children), including 48 of the murder suspects.
• The location of these MS-13 crimes corresponds with locations of large numbers of UACs whom the federal government resettled into American communities.

Border Patrol Chief: I Need More Agents, Technology, and Wall – Separating Families Is Tough, But There Have To Be Consequences

  184

During an interview broadcast on Saturday’s edition of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Border Patrol Chief Carla Provost stated she needs more agents, technology, and “more wall.” She also said that she has had to separate parents from their kids, and that while it isn’t easy, “when you violate the law…there needs to be a consequence.”
Provost said, “I need more men and women. I need more technology. I need more wall.”
She also stated, “The majority of my men and women are parents. I’m a parent myself. Law enforcement’s a difficult job. In my 26 years in law enforcement, both as a local police officer and as a Border Patrol agent, I have had to separate parents from their children. It’s not an easy task. But when you violate the law, and it is a violation of law to cross the border illegally between the ports of entry, then there needs to be a consequence.”

Honduran National Convicted of Child Rape Pleads Guilty to Illegal Re-Entry

Honduran National Convicted of Child Rape Pleads Guilty to Illegal Re-Entry
Philadelphia Police Department
   51

A previously deported Honduran national, who was convicted of child rape after Philadelphia authorities released him from custody, pleaded guilty to re-entering the U.S. illegally on Tuesday.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced Tuesday that Juan Ramon Vasquez, 45, faces a maximum penalty of two years in federal prison for illegal re-entry.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials deported Vasquez from the U.S. in 2009, but the illegal alien re-entered the U.S. in March 2014 when officials took him into custody.
When Philadelphia officials dropped the local criminal charges against him, they did not honor an ICE detainer and released Vazquez, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Once authorities released Vazquez in 2015, authorities re-arrested him and later convicted him on one count of child rape and one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor, according to a statement from ICE.
Vasquez is currently serving eight to 20 years in a Pennsylvania state prison for the child rape charges.
“The facts of this case highlight the danger posed by the City of Philadelphia’s decision to disregard ICE detainers and release previously deported aliens from local custody,” U.S. Attorney William McSwain said in a statement.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Vazquez used multiple aliases — including Ramon Aguirre-Ochoa — and falsified birth dates to evade authorities.
In a court hearing over Philadelphia’s sanctuary city policies this year, First Deputy Managing Director Brian Abernathy testified that the city arrested Vasquez in 2015 but released him because the charges were dropped even though ICE placed a detainer on the suspect.
City officials argued they would have handed over Vazquez to federal immigration authorities if they obtained an arrest warrant.
ICE knew about his recent arrest through the agency’s Priority Enforcement Program when the agency matched his fingerprints against a set of fingerprints within a database.
The city of Philadelphia has not been shy about its support for sanctuary city policies. In June, Philadelphia’s mayor was caught on video dancing with joy when a U.S. District Court judge ruled that the Trump administration cannot withhold grants to law enforcement agencies in cities with sanctuary city policies.
The city also announced last month that it would end its information-sharing contract with ICE, caving to pressure from left-wing interest groups.

DHS: Illegal Alien Smuggled ‘Daughter’ into U.S. and Raped Her

An illegal alien smuggled a woman’s daughter into the U.S. and sexually abused her after promising her mother a job, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials said Tuesday.

Ramon Pedro arrived at a land border crossing at the Ysleta Port of Entry in Texas with his alleged daughter in April when U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials took him and his daughter into custody.
BLOG: HERE'S YOUR LAUGH FOR THE DAY!
Both were released under the condition that they would show up for their immigration court hearings.
Pedro and his alleged daughter were admitted to Fresno Community Regional Hospital in Fresno, California, on July 26 to undergo screening for Tuberculosis when doctors determined the girl had been raped.
Once hospital staff notified the police, they determined that Pedro was not related to the girl, according to a DHS official.
The DHS official said the victim had been told by her mother “to accompany Pedro to the United States” so he could find the mother a job.
The Huron Police Department in California arrested Pedro the following day and charged him with rape, forcible sexual penetration, oral copulation, and endangering/causing injury to a child. The illegal alien is currently being held in Fresno County Jail on $310,000 bond.
It is unclear whether U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials have issued a detainer request on Fresno County Jail for Pedro, given California’s support of sanctuary policies protecting illegal aliens from being detained and deported by ICE.
Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims, however, stated in May during a roundtable discussion with President Donald Trump that she opposes California’s sanctuary laws and has allowed ICE agents access to the Fresno County Jail.
This latest case of an illegal alien allegedly claiming to be part of a family to exploit loopholes within the country’s immigration laws comes as the U.S. debates over whether illegal migrant families should be separated when they are apprehended at the border.
The number of illegal alien families arriving at the border increased when smugglers figured out that adults carrying children over the border would be less likely to be deported than single adults. In the past year alone, the number of illegal migrants using minors to cross the U.S.-Mexico border increased by 315 percent.
Trump implemented a “zero-tolerance policy” directing officials to criminally prosecute all illegal migrants who entered the U.S. illegally. The policy resulted in illegal alien adults who crossed the border with children to be separated — federal officials detained the adults and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) took custody of the children and housed them in shelters.
President Trump signed an executive order keeping illegal migrant adults and children detained together until federal immigration officials deport them, but U.S. District Judge Dana M. Sabraw ordered the Trump administration to reunite the roughly 2,500 migrant parents separated from their children by July 26.
HHS challenged Judge Sabraw’s July 26 deadline to reunite the migrant children separated at the border with the adults who brought them over, claiming the unification deadline posed a problem because it did not allow proper time to verify the adults’ claims of parental guardianship.
The California judge, however, announced that the Trump administration must not only reunite the migrant parents already separated by law enforcement but also find deported migrant parents who separated themselves from their children in the U.S.
Judge Sabraw announced Friday that he would appoint a federal official to assist lawyers with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) who are counseling the deported migrants on how to meet their children in the U.S.

Yuma Sector Busts Child Rapist for Illegal Re-Entry – 2nd Time Since March

Border Patrol agents in the Yuma Sector arrested a Mexican national who has been deported on numerous occasions. It is at least the 2nd time this year the convicted child-rapist has been arrested in the Yuma Sector after being deported.

Yuma Sector agents patrolling in the area of Andrade, California, arrested a Mexican national, 55-year-old Hector Gutierrez-Perez, after he illegally crossed the border with another man.  A records check at the station revealed the man has a lengthy history of criminal convictions, including the rape of a minor under the age of 14, and immigration violations, according to information provided to Breitbart Texas by Yuma Sector Border Patrol officials.
Border Patrol agents previously arrested Gutierrez-Perez in March for illegal re-entry after removal as a sex offender and convicted felon, Breitbart Texas reported at the time.
Law enforcement database records stated that Gutierrez-Perez had previous felony convictions in Bakersfield and Santa Cruz, California. Those convictions include “unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor,” obstructing a public officer, and battery.
His criminal history goes further with convictions for drug possession, transporting/selling narcotics, hit and run, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, CBP officials stated.
Gutierrez-Perez was traveling with a 33-year-old man from Honduras who is also expected to be removed from the U.S.
Court records obtained by Breitbart Texas show that following the March arrest of the previously deported Mexican national, Gutierrez-Perez pleaded guilty to illegal re-entry after removal. The charge carried a Class C enhancement that could have provided a sentence of up to 10 years in federal prison.
Under a plea bargain agreement, the dangerous criminal alien received a sentence of 4 months in prison on June 25. He also received 3 years of probation. He received credit for time served and sometime after June 25, Gutierrez-Perez was again deported from the U.S.
In addition to the rape of a minor under the age of 14 and Gutierrez-Perez’s other felony convictions, the Mexican national also has a long history of deportations. His first deportation occurred following an order of removal in October 1990. He was removed again on March 16, 2018, and then re-entered the U.S. near San Luis, Arizona, on March 19.
Border Patrol agents said that Gutierrez-Perez said he was traveling to North Hollywood, California, where he planned to live and work.
Gutierrez-Perez could now face additional felony charges for illegal re-entry for removal with sentencing enhancements for his previous felony convictions and removals. He could also face a probation revocation from his June 2018 immigration violation conviction.

Illegal Alien from Mexico Accused of Raping 11-Year-Old Girl

An illegal alien living in northwest Arkansas is accused of raping an 11-year-old girl after convincing her to meet up with him through the messaging app known as “Snapchat.”

Luis Mario Rodriguez-Torres, a 21-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, allegedly messaged the 11-year-old girl through Snapchat and convinced her to meet up with him, according to KFSM.
When the illegal alien and the girl met up, Rodriguez-Torres allegedly held the girl against her will and raped her, according to police.

The illegal alien was working in the Cave Springs region as a framer in the housing construction industry, where many of the 12 million illegal aliens living across the U.S. often hold jobs, illegally.
Benton County Sheriff officials say Rodriguez-Torres allegedly used Snapchat to solicit nude photos of underage girls as well.
Since being arrested, the illegal alien is being held at the Benton County Jail and is set to stand trial on Sept. 4. If convicted of the child sex crime, Rodriguez-Torres faces life in prison. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.

US Says 700,000 People Overstayed Their Visas Last Year

August 9, 2018 Last Updated: August 9, 2018

WASHINGTON—More than 700,000 foreign visitors to the United States overstayed their welcome in fiscal 2017, according to a new report by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
The report looked at non-immigrant visitors who entered by air or sea—and excluded overstayers from Mexico and Canada.
Student and exchange visitors overstayed at double the rate of other visitors and totaled around 70,000. Of those, 40 percent came from four countries: China, India, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia. More than 15,000 students from China overstayed. Eleven countries had overstay rates of more than 30 percent.
Within the visa-waiver program, the worst offenders by sheer numbers were the United Kingdom (almost 26,000 overstayers) and France (more than 16,000). While the overstay rate for all visa-waiver countries was 0.58 percent, Portugal and Hungary both had overstay rates that topped 2 percent.
Of the non-visa waiver countries, Brazil and Venezuela led the list, with 33,700 and 30,400 overstayers, respectively. The overstay average for this category was 2.06 percent, with several countries recording rates that went beyond 20 percent, including Chad, Eritrea, Liberia, Djibouti, and Solomon Islands.

Overall, the fiscal 2017 overstay rates are lower than those of fiscal 2016, according to DHS.
“While, at this time, there is no specific cause that can be directly attributed to the decrease in overstay rates between FY report years, it’s believed that some contributing factors are: improvements in immigration enforcement, and border security operations, and country specific changes to political, infrastructure, or humanitarian conditions,” the report states.
Although overstayers made up a fraction (1.3 percent) of the 52.6 million non-immigrant visitors in fiscal 2017, they outnumbered (700,000 to 304,000) the number of illegal aliens who were apprehended crossing into the United States between ports of entry.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has started several initiatives to track visitors, and biometrically document their exit more efficiently.
In 2017, CBP began to email visa-waiver program travelers who had overstayed their period of admission, t0 alert them to the ramifications of their violation.
This year, the agency began emailing an alert to visitors before their time period expired.
Countries within the visa-waiver program that have an overstay rate at 2 percent or higher are required to implement an awareness campaign to educate their nationals on the importance of abiding by the terms of their admission to the United States, according to DHS.
While the process for incoming passengers is much more stringent than for outgoing passengers, CBP started testing facial-recognition technology for internationally departing air passengers at Atlanta/Hartsfield International airport in fiscal 2016.
In fiscal 2017, CBP expanded its biometric exit projects with airports and airlines, and DHS said it is moving to a seamless biometric exit collection process.
The agency is investing heavily in facial-recognition technology. This year, at Miami International Airport, it started providing incoming passengers with expedited passport screening via facial-recognition technology, which verifies a traveler’s identity by matching them to the document they are presenting.
In Boston, JetBlue passengers don’t need a boarding pass; facial recognition is used to confirm identities.
