Mexican Illegal Charged With Kidnapping Texas Woman, Aggravated Sexual Assault
(CNSNews.com) -- An illegal alien from Mexico was indicted and charged on Sept. 6 with kidnapping a woman from Liberty, Texas and transporting her to Lake Charles, Louisiana, reported the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Texas.
The Mexican national, Juan Carlos Saucedo-Meza, is 21 years old.
In connection with the kidnapping, Saucedo-Meza also faces charges of aggravated sexual assault, two different counts of aggravated kidnapping, and a charge of 2nd degree kidnapping.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, "beginning on Aug. 24, to Aug. 25, 2018, Saucedo-Meza is alleged to have kidnapped a woman from Liberty, Texas and transported her to Lake Charles, LA, against her will."
If convicted, Saucedo-Meza faces up to life in prison.
