Orange County’s Booming Foreign-Born Population Coincides with Democrat Electoral Sweep
Orange County, California — once considered a conservative holdout in the blue state — has been electorally swept by Democrats in the midterm elections, coinciding with the region’s booming foreign-born populations.
Until the midterm elections, four of Orange County’s six congressional districts were held by Republicans, including Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) and Rep. Mimi Walters (R-CA).
In the midterms, though, Democrats swept Orange County with wins in all six congressional districts, turning the region blue. At the same time of Democrat dominance in the county, the foreign-born population is booming to record levels with the majority of foreign residents arriving from Latin America and Asia.
California’s 46th District, already a Democrat-held congressional seat, has a foreign-born population that is nowreaching40 percent with four-out-of-ten residents being born outside the United States.
The other Democrat-held congressional seat in Orange County, California’s 47th District, has a foreign-born population of nearly 30 percent.
Three of Orange County’s four Republican districts that have flipped to Democrat have foreign-born populations that make up 25 percent or more of the region. For example, California’s 39th District — where Democrat Gil Cisneros won over Republican Young Kim — has a 34.1 percent foreign-born population.
In the 45th District, where Rep. Mimi Walters (R-CA) has conceded to Democrat Katie Porter, the foreign-born population makes up nearly 30 percent of the district.
Similarly, in the state’s 48th District, Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) — the former speechwriter to President Ronald Reagan — lost to Democrat Harley Rouda after serving in the seat since 2013. That district’s foreign-born population is now near 25 percent.
Even in the 49th District, where the foreign-born population remains below 20 percent, Democrat Mike Levin beat out Republican Diane Harkey. The district has anywhere between an 18 to 19 percent foreign-born population with about 55 percent of foreign-born residentsarrivingfrom Latin America and nearly 30 percent coming from Asia.
As Breitbart Newsreported, districts with some of the largest foreign-born populations — like New York’s 14th, Minnesota’s 5th, and Massachusetts’ 7th District — elected some of the most far-left, open borders candidates to Congress.
As Breitbart Newsreported, Democrats have increasingly gained strongholds in congressional districts due to booming foreign-born populations.
The process known as “chain migration,” for example — whereby newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. with them — has imported more than nine million foreign nationals since 2005.
As Breitbart Newsreported, if chain migration is not ended — as President Donald Trump has demanded — the U.S. electorate will forever be changed, with between seven to eight million new foreign-born individuals being eligible to vote because of chain migration, and overall, an additional 15 million new foreign-born voters.
Every year the U.S. admits more than 1.5 million foreign nationals, with the vast majority deriving from family-based chain migration. In 2016, the legal and illegal immigrant population reached a record high of 44 million. By 2023, the Center for Immigration Studies estimates that the legal and illegal immigrant population of the U.S. will make up nearly 15 percent of the entire U.S. population.

Republican Young Kim Concedes to Democrat Gil Cisneros; Orange County Goes Democrat
Republican Young Kim conceded defeat Saturday evening to Democrat Gil Cisneros in the race for the open seat in California’s 39th congressional district.
This evening, I called Gil Cisneros to congratulate him and offer him my best wishes in Congress. Both sides worked hard in this campaign, but now it's time to come together and find solutions and opportunities that move our community and country forward.
Just received a call from @YoungKimCD39 -- I want to congratulate her on a hard fought race and I thank her for her public service. I pledge to represent everyone in #CA39, both those that voted for me and those that didn't. I will be our district's voice in Washington.
Kim was the latest and last Republican candidate to fall in the seven California districts targeted by Democrats in the 2018 midterm elections. Each of the districts was represented by a Republican, but saw Hillary Clinton win more votes than Donald Trump in 2016. Six of the seven targeted districts have flipped; only Rep. David Valadao (R-CA) seems to have survived — and, if so, by a slim margin.
Kim, a former member of the state legislature, ran a strong campaign and was considered likely to win by pollsters. On Election Day, she had a sizable lead over Cisneros, a lottery winner who had only recently moved into the district and had been plagued by an allegation of sexual misconduct through much of the campaign.
But ballots continued to be counted, thanks to generous state rules that allow voters to mail in their ballots as late as Election Day itself. Like the other Republicans who fell, Kim saw her lead erode and then disappear.
Kim’s defeat means that Orange County, a traditional Republican stronghold, will now be entirely represented by Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Only a few of the left-wing parties expressed themselves directly after the midterm elections, while others took some time to formulate their position.
Let's start with the avant-garde of the American leftists -- the Communist Party USA. Immediately after the elections, the communists declared a "historic victory." Communists clearly do not hide their sympathies. They fully support their ideological fellows -- the Democrats -- and rejoice in the loss of a Republican majority in the House of Representatives. Consequently, one gets the impression that they both receive talking points from the same source. The rhetoric of the Communists and Democrats is similar. They say all the followers of Trump are fascists, as they relentlessly talk about the “blue wave.” And now, after tirelessly speaking out against U.S. Attorney General Sessions for the last two years, they turn to come to his defense after his dismissal by Trump.
Another well-known left-wing party – the Democratic Socialists of America (the party that young Barack Obama joined immediately upon arrival in Chicago) -- clearly positions itself as the leader of the left-wing movement in the United States. In their statement after the elections, the Democratic Socialists do not hide the fact that the young communist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from New York and the anti-Semitic Rashid Tlaib from Michigan are members of the DSA who went to Congress under the banner of the Democrats. At the post-election victory party, the fresh member of Congress Tlaib danced, not with the U.S. flag, but with the flag of Palestine. So it is not surprising that this party’s position towards Israel, for example, parallels that of the Democrats and the Communists. Democratic Socialists also talk about “global warming,” support for LGBTQIA + (I still can’t remember what the Q stands for, and now + sign has appeared), and about Trump-the-racist.
The loudest-voiced leftist party in America is the Revolution Communist Party USA. This party, as usual, is trying to look like an “independent left party.” Immediately after the elections, they tried todistance themselves from both Republicans and Democrats. The Communist revolutionaries brought down all the standard epithets of Marxism to the "ruling class," and they did not forget, of course, to add the phrase that Trump is Hitler reincarnated. In fact, what else could be expected from those who seriously propose changing the U.S. Constitution to the constitution of the “Socialist Republic of North America”?
As for the American Green Party, it is difficult to answer the question – are they similar to Marxists, or are these Marxists similar to Greens as two peas in a pod? Judge for yourself – the press releases of the Green Party as a result of the elections are practically no different from the press releases of the Democratic Party and other left-wing parties. However, the Greens were forced to admit that their difficulties in the state of Georgia are connected to the methods of suppressing the opposition, introduced by the Democratic Party of Georgia back in 1943.
The Working Families Party, a breakaway from communists 20 years ago, does not hide its enthusiasm about the fact that dozens of members of this party won the election. The Working Families Party rightly notes that the newly elected House of Representatives will be "the most progressive in a generation."
The revolutionary Socialist Alternative party does not hide its joy of the fact that many of the newly elected members of the House of Representatives are socialists. The Alternative Socialists complain about Trump’s “reactionary regime” while they correctly emphasize that as a result of the elections, many anti-Trumpists got purged from the Republican Party.
The Marxist-Leninist Workers World Party sums up the results of the elections in a very original way. They call the victory of the Democrats “illusory” and call for the rejection of both “capitalist parties” -- the Republicans and the Democrats.
The only more or less significant Trotskyist party in America is the Socialist Equality Party. The party is a member of the Fourth International. The Trotskyists are trying to soberly assess the situation and note that many socialists who have gone to Congress diligently concealed their socialist roots and membership in socialist parties. Also, the Trotskyists criticize the Democratic party for the fact that it turns out to have made a "sharp turn to the right." They blame the Democrats for having some positions "to the right of the Trump administration." However, no one is surprised that the Trotskyists have declared the Democratic party "pseudo-left." Who would dare to be to the left of the Trotskyists?
Many left-wing parties in the United States did not express their opinion on the past elections. The official organization of the young communists -- League of Young Communists USA -- is still silent on the election. To this day, there is no word from The Marxist U.S. Marxist-Leninist Organization, League of Revolution for New America, Party for Socialism and Liberation, the Trotskyist Socialist Workers Party, and many others.
However, apart from ideology, all the leftist parties of the United States are united by the amazing ability to transform election day into election week, and then into election month. Moreover, if you gave free rein to the Trotskyists, then their slogan, "permanent revolution" would be replaced by the slogan, "permanent elections."
Differences in the assessment of the current events by the American leftist parties are not something extraordinary. Traditionally, the leftists criticize all those who appear to be to the right of themselves. Therefore, for example, the Trotskyists are always criticized only on the right, and no one criticizes them on the left. There is simply no one to the left of them in the American political spectrum.
The nonstop bombarding of Trump with political mud for two years has prevented Democrats and all other leftists from seeing the actual dynamics of what is happening in the White House. Additionally, this applies not only to the left but also, (judging by the recent vote on the post of minority leader in the House of Representatives) to the right-wingers. Indeed, during the first two years of his first presidential term, Trump once again abandoned the ideas and symbols of the party to which he formally belonged. It seems that only American conservatives have noted this dynamic, and this gives them some hope.
The results of the elections in 2018 mean that Trump has finally abandoned both the Democratic Donkey and the Republican Elephant. Now the tenant of the White House is the Lion, the leader of the American conservatives, Donald J. Trump.
Florida Democrats urged voters to submit absentee ballots after Election Day, using an official form that had been altered to make it look like they were doing so within the legal deadline, hoping a judge would later allow the votes.
That attempt to add Democratic votes, which critics say is possible election fraud, was reported Thursday morning by Ana Ceballos of the Naples Daily News, who notes the scheme has already been reported to federal prosecutors.
Ceballos reported:
A day after Florida’s election left top state races too close to call, a Democratic party leader directed staffers and volunteers to share altered election forms with voters to fix signature problems on absentee ballots after the state’s deadline.
The altered forms surfaced in Broward, Santa Rosa, Citrus and Okaloosa counties and were reported to federal prosecutors to review for possible election fraud as Florida counties complete a required recount in three top races.
But an email obtained by the USA TODAY NETWORK-Florida shows that Florida Democrats were organizing a broader statewide effort beyond those counties to give voters the altered forms to fix improper absentee ballots after the Nov. 5 deadline. Democratic party leaders provided staffers with copies of a form, known as a “cure affidavit,” that had been modified to include an inaccurate Nov. 8 deadline.
One Palm Beach Democrat said in an interview the idea was to have voters fix and submit as many absentee ballots as possible with the altered forms in hopes of later including them in vote totals if a judge ruled such ballots were allowed.
Election Day was November 6.
A decision Thursday by federal judge Mark Walker, a Barack Obama appointee, will allow voters to correct mismatched signatures on mailed-in and provisional ballots until Saturday. Republicans have appealed.
Republicans are already crying foul over Democrats’ efforts to overturn GOP victories in the races for governor and U.S. Senate by suing local election authorities to include votes that were improperly cast (or not cast).
Election officials in Broward County and Palm Beach County failed to comply with state laws and court orders regarding the counting and reporting of outstanding ballots, leading to speculation about efforts to tamper with the results.
Democrats have countered by claiming that Republicans do not want every vote to be counted.

Soros-Financed Groups Help Brenda Snipes Prevail over Rick Scott in Court Battle
A coalition of organizations financed by billionaire activist George Soros successfully intervened in a lawsuit against Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes in a case involving ballots counted by Snipes’ office after the official deadline had passed.
The judge in the case ultimately rejected an emergency motion for a temporary injunction filed by Gov. Rick Scott’s legal team regarding ballots that were purportedly cast in time but were not included in the first count by Broward County before the deadline for those ballots to be counted. Scott is facing a recount battle in his Senatorial race against Sen. Bill Nelson.
Scott’s campaign had sued Snipes in the case. Notably, the interveners opposing Scott in the case against Snipes were the League of Women Voters and Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University Law School, two organizations financed by Soros. Helping in the case was Common Cause, which is also financedby Soros’s Open Society Foundations. An intervener allows a non-party to join an ongoing lawsuit.
Common Cause took to Twitter to declare victory in the case:
The League of Women Voters purports to be “nonpartisan, neither supporting nor opposing candidates or political parties at any level of government, but always working on vital issues of concern to members and the public.” Capital Research charges the group has evidenced a “major flirtation with the Democratic Party.” The League documents its funding from Soros’s Open Society Institute.
The Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School is a liberal policy institute that says it “focuses on the fundamental issues of democracy and justice.” It has been the recipient of numerous grants from Soros’s Open Society Foundations totaling over $7,466,000 from 2000 to 2010 alone.
Myrna Perez and Jonathan Brater of the Brennan Center provided councel in the case, while the League of Women Voters intervened together with Joanne Lynch Aye, a Broward voter.
In his order denying Scott’s request for an injunction, Judge Jack Tuter wrote that he made the decision after reviewing arguments from Scott’s team as well as responses filed by the “intervener(s)” – the Soros-funded groups in question.
Common Cause issued a press release celebrating Tuter’s ruling and quoting leaders from its own group as well as from the Soros-funded Brennan Center and League of Women Voters organizations.
“This is a win for Florida voters because counting every eligible vote is how democracy is supposed to work,” stated Common Cause Executive Director Anjenys Gonzalez-Eilert. “Tossing out timely ballots would have been a gross injustice and this ruling will restore the faith of voters in the process.”
“This is a victory for democracy, and most important, for the people of Florida,” Patricia Brigham, president of the League of Women Voters of Florida, was quoted saying. “Voters who cast their ballots on time deserve to have their voices heard.”
In the case, the interveners argued that their interests were separate from those of Snipes, and noted that she “failed” to ensure ballots were counted on time.
“Because the Supervisor failed to ensure that all valid ballots were included in the first unofficial count, the Supervisor could be subject to significant public and financial pressure to resolve this litigation in a manner adverse to the interests of the Intervenors,” the interveners wrote.
The legal challenge involved several dozen ballots.
The lawsuit does not mark the only involvement of some of these organizations in the Florida recount ordeal.
Last Saturday, the League of Women Voters and Common Cause threatened to take Scott to court if he didn’t recuse himself from the state’s recount, which includes his own Senatorial election.
Earlier this week, Scott announced he will recuse himself from his role on the Florida Canvassing Board, which is slated to certify the results of his Senatorial election on Tuesday.

BARACK OBAMA’S CONSPIRACY FOR A THIRD TERM FOR LIFE
There is an unquestioned disconnect between the vast majority of the American people and the so-called elites or ruling class. Whenever I am in the company of those that are members of this exclusive fraternity, and when the conversation inevitably turns to the subject of the irascible mood of the electorate, I offer what I consider to be a valid theory as to one of the primary reasons why. That is: a plurality of the populace, myself included, firmly believe the United States is approaching the point of no return to its founding as a nation of individual freedom and opportunity, and that the 2016 election is the most significant in 150 years insofar as determining the long term fate of the country.
More often than not these acquaintances react as if Chicken Little had just escaped the asylum and was running amok claiming the sky is falling. However, in an effort to be kind to the loon in their midst, I have been told, as a figurative pat on the head, because of my personal background as displaced war orphan from World War II that I am hypersensitive and what is going on in America really isn’t as bad as I claim.
Not as bad as I claim?
Not since the presidential election of 1932 has the American electorate been so mired in discontent. Despite the best efforts of the media to portray this discontentment as limited to the Republican base, a variety of polls have confirmed a vast majority of the populace shares this same sense of disgruntlement. Innumerable polls taken over the past seven years are consistent in showing nearly 7 in 10 Americans believing the nation is headed in the wrong direction.
Further, nearly 60% think that the next generation will be worse off than they are. And few have any faith that the economic outlook for the country will improve in the near or distant future.
Beginning in the late 1980’s, the cognoscenti declared that expansive government spending, globalization and free trade, combined with a comprehensive and overarching regulatory regime determined to root out so-called corruption and inequality as well as save the planet from the over blown evils of global warming, would be the course the nation should pursue. The result of this foolhardy and myopic scheme:
1.In 1988 the national debt of the United States stood at $2.6 Trillion, today it is over $19.0 Trillion-- an increase of 635% (and projected to reach $29.0 Trillion by 2026). On the other hand the debt of all the nations on earth has grown by only 135% since 1988.
2.Since November of 2008 the working age population has increased by over 18 million. However, the number of those employed has increased just 5.5 million. Meanwhile those unemployed or no longer in the work force has ballooned by 12.4 million to a staggering total of 102 million or 40.4% of the working age population.
3.Another factor impacting on the economic health of the American people is immigration. In 1988 there were 16 million immigrants (including less than a million illegal aliens) living in the United States. Today that number has skyrocketed to 42.4 million (including an estimated 12 million illegal aliens). This enormous increase (165%) in the immigrant population has not only put pressure on a stagnant job market but it has also been a major factor in the decline of median income in the country.
4.The upshot of all the above is that since 1988 the income of the top 5% has risen 39.3% (adjusted for inflation) and the income of the bottom 50% has fallen by 1.9%.
5.Since 2008 the Obama cabal has added over 18,000 pages to the Code of Federal Regulations. It is estimated that complying with federal regulations costs the economy nearly $2 Trillion per year and is, along with taxes and innumerable mandates, one of the principle reasons for the lack of new business start-ups and loss of jobs to other countries.
One of the primary hallmarks of the United States had been that of a classless society wherein economic factors allowed the citizenry to take advantage of the marketplace in order to move up or down based on their efforts and willingness to work. However, this scenario is disappearing as the opportunities for upward mobility cease to exist. In its place a class driven society, similar to all other quasi-socialist nations past and present, is now becoming inevitable as even the Bureau of Labor Statistics admits that the level of Americans working and in the labor force will continue to decrease over the next 8 years.
Another of the primary factors in the decline of the United States is that the nation’s elites, rather than view education as the means for the people to attain success in a competitive world, have recast it into a vehicle for their pet theories and political views. Whether it is the promulgation of faux self-esteem, the obsession with the so-called evils of capitalism and the nation’s past, and the theoretical joys of socialism among other inane curricula, the education establishment has assured that the American people are rapidly becoming among the least well-educated populations in the world.
In 2013 American 15 year olds ranked 32nd among industrialized countries in math, 20th in reading and 24th in science. In 1988 this same age group ranked among the top 5-10 nations in the world in these same categories. Further, recent polls have indicated that as a byproduct of the radicalized education establishment, nearly 7 out of 10 between the ages of 18 and 29 would vote for an avowed socialist. Thus it is clear that the future of the country is on very shaky ground.
As for the issue of freedom: in a recent analysis it was determined that the United States now ranks 12th among the nations of the world in economic freedom (6thin 2008) but a dismal 31st in personal freedom (17th in 2008). The authors of the study commented:
The decline reflects the long-term drop in every category of economic freedom and its rule of law indicators. The US performance is worrisome and shows that the US can no longer claim to be the leading bastion of liberty in the world. In addition to the expansion of the regulatory state and drop in economic freedom, the war on terror, the war on drugs and the erosion of property rights due to a greater use of eminent domain all likely contributed to the US decline.
Using the cudgel of the mainstream media, the entertainment complex and the education establishment, the Left and its surrogate, the Democratic Party, have successfully inculcated into a plurality of the American people a belief that there are no moral absolutes and that the state can grant any rights that it so chooses to whomever it chooses. Further, the nation’s founding documents are arcane, racially insensitive, and unsuitable for today. Thus religious liberty, property rights and freedom of speech are under aggressive assault. The Judiciary is now almost under the complete control of these same statists, and with the death of Justice Scalia the last line of defense, the Supreme Court, is in peril.
The vast majority of the American people sense that the future of the nation and that of their progeny is in serious jeopardy. However, one of the most troubling aspects of the current unease and angst among the general public is what this portends: when anger and frustration evolve into deep seated passion, reason is too often a casualty. In the current campaign for the next president, there are candidates attempting to tap into the ire of the citizenry by either promising that a purer form of socialism will magically solve the problems or by claiming that they, by sheer force of their will and personality, will part the seas and save the nation. Unfortunately, due to the ill-education of the populace as well as their angst, far too many seeds of this demagoguery are falling on fertile ground. The election of any of these candidates will only exacerbate and make permanent the nations woes.
So to my ruling class friends safely ensconced in Washington, New York and other enclaves among the like-minded and wealthy, this nation is at the point of no return to the country of freedom and opportunity that allowed you to be where you are. The folks in fly-over country know it and so should you.

MARCO RUBIO BOMBSHELL: Democrats Planned Voter Fraud Day After Midterm Election — And There’s Proof
Marco Rubio has been leading the charge against Democrat Party voter manufacturing and voter fraud in the state of Florida.
Rubio called out Broward County two days after the election after the corrupt Democrat elections officials manufactured over 80,000 new ballots after Election Day.
On Thursday night Marco Rubio reported on the planned Democrat voter fraud after Election Day.
Democrat leaders in Florida directed staffers and volunteers to shear altered election forms to fix improper absentee ballots AFTER THE DEADLINE.
The plan was to have Florida voters fix and submit as many absentee votes as possible in hopes of including them in the vote totals.
The email was sent out to Democrat activists BEFORE Nelson and his party allies filed a series of lawsuits challenging some voting rules that applied during the election, claiming they disenfranchised voters.
A federal judge then ruled in Democrat’s favor to count these votes.
Dems got voters to use altered forms to fix & submit as many mail ballots as possible after FL deadline in hopes that a judge would later order state to count them.
A day after Florida’s election left top state races too close to call, a Democratic party leader directed staffers and volunteers to share altered election forms with voters to fix signature problems on absentee ballots after the state’s deadline.
The altered forms surfaced in Broward, Santa Rosa, Citrus and Okaloosa counties and were reported to federal prosecutors to review for possible election fraud as Florida counties completed a required recount in three top races.
But an email obtained by the USA TODAY NETWORK – Florida shows that Florida Democrats were organizing a broader statewide effort beyond those counties to give voters the altered forms to fix improper absentee ballots after the Nov. 5 deadline. Democratic party leaders provided staffers with copies of a form, known as a “cure affidavit,” that had been modified to include an inaccurate Nov. 8 deadline.
The Naples Daily News posted a copy of the Democrat instruction form to voters.
It's been more than one week since polls closed on Election Night in Florida, with tight national races and recount efforts again spotlighting the Sunshine State.
In Broward and Palm Beach Counties, there have been a slew of ballot issues. Election officials in both counties have a history of incompetence and corruption.
Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes was convicted for illegally destroying ballots in 2016 and has a long record of questionable practices.

Evidence Suggests Ballots Mishandled on Larger Scale in Broward County, Florida
Two pieces of evidence have emerged that solidify allegations of ballot mishandling in Florida’s Broward County after the midterm election.
The evidence lends credence to officials and concerned citizens who have cried foul over some apparent irregularities.
Florida’s secretary of state ordered recounts of six tight races on Nov. 10, including races for senator, governor, and agriculture commissioner. Gov. Rick Scott, who ran for the Senate against incumbent Bill Nelson, called for an investigation on Nov. 8 after Broward and Palm Beach counties kept adding early voting and absentee ballots two days after the deadline stipulated by law.
Given Broward County’s record of irregularities, the election was under close scrutiny and, again, allegations of mishandling emerged.
Ballots in Cars
One allegation that took off on social media traces back to JoAnn Knox, a supporter of the independent congressional candidate in Florida’s 23rd district, Tim Canova.
Canova has been raising alarms about election inconsistencies in the state for years. In 2016, he ran as a Democrat with the endorsement of Bernie Sanders and lost in the primary against incumbent Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Canova suspected election tampering and sued for the Broward County ballots. But before the case was decided, the ballots were destroyed by Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes—by mistake, she said.
Concerned about the election’s integrity, on Nov. 6, Knox went to observe the closing and tabulation of the vote at the Volunteer Park polling site in Plantation, part of the Miami metro area in Broward County.
The poll workers let her in around 7:25 p.m., after the last voter had left.
“What I witnessed for the next hour was a room full of people, operating 3 different precincts in the same room, frantically packing everything up and running around looking for things,” she wrote in a detailed Facebook post.
The workers packed everything in bags and boxes and used specially numbered zip ties of different colors to seal the containers.
“It didn’t seem to matter what color went on what and I did not see anyone logging what number zip tie sealed any given thing,” she wrote.
The ties were also used to seal large blue bags that stored the completed ballots.
“One thing that really stuck with me was the fact that Ziplock bags of these ties were just laying around on the tables for anyone to take,” she wrote. “I kept thinking that there really was nothing guaranteeing that those ballot bags couldn’t be opened and resealed (with no way of anyone knowing).”
As Knox headed back to her car, she saw two women carrying a box labeled “provisional ballots.”
“One lady told me ‘the truck left these out there,’” Knox wrote.
She took a picture of the women and continued to her car. Then, at the far end of the parking lot, she saw cars lined up to an Enterprise rental box truck. One after another, the cars unloaded bags and boxes, which were then loaded onto the truck. Among the cargo were the blue bags used to store completed ballots. Knox took a video, noting some of the cars only had one person inside, which raised the possibility that somebody could tamper with the ballots with nobody around to see.
In a bizarre scene, the video shows a sports car pulling up to the truck. A person in an orange reflective vest opens the door, pulls out two of the blue bags, and drags them to the truck.
“Officer, are these people coming from other precincts,” Knox is heard asking one man on the scene, possibly a Broward County Sheriff deputy. His response appears to be “yes,” though it can’t be heard clearly.
Eugene Pettis, Snipes’s lawyer, told reporters that the boxes labeled “provisional ballots” have “double purpose.” The ballots are shipped in them to the precincts, but then taken out. The boxes are then filled with leftover election supplies and the Supervisor’s office was collecting them after the elections using trucks.
Pettis’ explanation raised the possibility that the blue bags weren’t filled with ballots, as Knox wrote, but contained other, less sensitive items.
But that explanation has been undermined by another video released on Nov. 11 by Progressive Alliance, a group that, among other initiatives, supports Canova.
The video, purportedly shot on election day at the Rick Case Honda polling site in Davie, Broward County, shows poll workers taking ballots out of voting machines and putting them inside the blue bags. One of the poll workers, apparently displeased with being filmed, then moves large equipment to block the view of the observers. Election officials are required to allow up to three people to observe the closing of the vote under Florida law. Interfering with observers is a misdemeanor offense.
Provisional Ballots Found
Pettis’s explanation for the absentee ballot boxes appears to have been inaccurate.
On Nov. 11, an Avis car rental employee at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport found two boxes in a returned Dodge Caravan. One of the boxes, labeled “provisional ballots,” not only contained election supplies, but also blank provisional ballots, according to a Broward County Sheriff’s Office incident report obtained by The Epoch Times.
The Avis employee found the box around 2 p.m., although the car was returned at noon the day before, according to the rental record attached to the incident report.
The employee informed Broward County Sheriff’s deputies at the airport, according to Florida GOP Committeeman Richard DeNapoli. The deputies “seemed uninterested” and so the employee called DeNapoli, who relayed the information to independent journalist Laura Loomer.
“He looked [my number] up on the [Republican] party website after he said he couldn’t get attention from sheriff’s personnel at the airport,” DeNapoli told The Epoch Times via Twitter.
About the same time the box was found, customers started to complain online that the departure area of the airport was blocked. At around 8 p.m., the airport announced on Twitter that inbound roads to the airport have been cut off “due to police activity.” Some 20 minutes later, the sheriff’s office stated on Twitter that the airport had been put on lockdown because of a “suspicious package” near Terminal 4.
At around 9:30, several deputies arrived and collected the ballot box and other items found in the car, which was near Terminal 1 and ignored by local media that instead covered the bomb scare at Terminal 4. At about the same time, the sheriff’s office stated on Twitter that the package has been determined “safe” and an “all-clear” was issued.
Joy Oglesby, the sheriff’s public information officer, said the box was a separate incident from the suspicious package, which was determined to be “two pieces of luggage and a purse.”
Oglesby told The Epoch Times via email that the office was alerted to the suspicious package at 6:30 p.m. As to why the first sign something was being done about the package came more than an hour later, she said that “investigating a suspicious package takes considerable time and resources such as our specialized bomb squad.”
The Avis car was rented by Noah Holliman under the Broward County Election Supervisor, the rental record shows. There appears to be an online footprint of only one such man living in the general area, a union employee whose wife, Tiffany, works at the Broward County Water and Wastewater Services. On his Facebook page, Noah Holliman is posing with Andrew Gillum, a progressive Democratic mayor of Tallahassee, Florida, and gubernatorial candidate in the election. Gillum trails his Republican opponent, Ron DeSantis, by fewer than 34,000 votes, with recount results pending.
Snipes to Retire
Snipes has recently told media she doesn’t intend to run for reelection in 2020. She’s been reported to have run afoul of election laws at least a dozen times over her 15 years in office.
On Nov. 11, Scott filed a lawsuit, alleging that Snipes failed to report all early voting and vote-by-mail results within 30 minutes after the polls closed. The lawsuit further alleged Snipes didn’t follow the law to update election results every 45 minutes and also failed to give Scott’s campaign consistent counts of ballots received and the number of ballots remaining to be counted. In addition, Snipes mixed 183 valid provisional ballots with 22 invalid ones, submitting all of them as valid.
The suit demanded law enforcement impound election devices and ballots “until such time as any recounts, election contests, or litigation … are complete.”
Scott dropped the demand on Nov. 12 in lieu of an agreement that three Broward County sheriff deputies who don’t answer to Snipes will monitor cameras in the elections office and the storage of USB drives with the election results.
Snipes’s office and Noah Holliman didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Nearly 3,300 additional Central American caravan migrants arrived at the Mexican northern border city of Tijuana on Saturday, authorities in Mexico stated.
Approximately 3,292 migrants are expected to arrive in the border city of Tijuana today according to the El Instituto Nacional de Migración known as INM according to local media reports. These are in addition to those previously reported arrivals.
The migrant caravan with approximately 3,300 migrants was expected to arrive in Tijuana this morning according to the Mexican government agency tasked with tracking human migration (INM). The caravan reportedly traveled north through the state of Sinaloa yesterday toward the northern border state of Sonora. The group took nearly the same route as previous caravan groups, officials stated.
According to the INM, there are a total of 2,779 migrants in Tijuana not including Saturday’s 3292 scheduled arrivals. There are an additional 657 in the city of Mexicali which borders the U.S. city of Calexico, California. Another group of migrants in the central Mexican state of Queretaro consists of 3,036 migrants. All these migrants are part of the original group that crossed into Mexico approximately one month ago which then consisted of 9,664 — a majority from the country of Honduras.
The Honduran ambassador to Mexico, Alden Rivera has been monitoring the caravan’s travels through Mexico and said that approximately 5,500 were from his country. He advised that several of his countrymen were suffering from respiratory infections. The ambassador announced that a mobile consulate would be set up in order to provide official documents at no cost and to ensure that Mexican authorities were providing proper humanitarian aid.
Ambassador Rivera said, “We do not have an economy that allows us (to provide aid) … it sounds somewhat irresponsible because they are Hondurans, and, in the end, we should take charge and be responsible for Hondurans anywhere in the world,” he explained.
Rivera said he will monitor authorities in Mexico and the United States to ensure that due process for his countrymen is respected as required in the country they eventually decide to stay in. He also called on his countrymen to respect the laws of Mexico and the United States in order to have a great possibility of obtaining asylum or refugee status.
Breitbart Texas reported on the movement of this migrant caravan which involved transportation provided by buses being escorted by state and federal police. Breitbart Texas has also reported that Mexican citizens began protesting the migrant caravan’s arrival in Tijuana. These protests turned violent, leading law enforcement to separate the migrants from the demonstrators.
Local law enforcement sources said many in the caravan are reporting that they were not told when they left central America that they would be encountering problems in crossing into the United States. This was also reported by local media outlet El Universal.
