LA RAZA NANCY PELOSI VOWS "Getting our invading Mexicans into our jobs and welfare offices will put them in our voting booths the fastest!"

MEXICANS ARE THE CULTURE OF THIEVERY. THEY NOT ONLY STEAL MILLIONS OF JOBS WITH STOLEN SOCIAL SECURITY, THEY STEAL ANYTHING THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON.

"Mexicans cheat, distribute drugs, lie, forge documents, STEAL and kill a s if it’s a normal way of life. For them, it is. Mexico’s civilization stands diametrically opposed to America’s culture.:  FROSTY WOOLDRIDGE
One of the most serious of those crimes involves the theft of the identities of millions of United States citizens and lawfully-admitted immigrants whose citizenship, lawful immigrant status and good names are valued commodities that provide millions of illegal aliens with a sort of “camouflage.” MICHAEL CUTLER

Electoral Fraud: the Real Record

When Donald Trump was running for office, he raised the issue of fraudulent votes. As with everything else Trump has said, it was instantly attacked and ridiculed by the media. Since then, the idea has been dismissed by MSM journalists who have insisted that there have not been any cases of illegal voting.
Recently, though, the novel possibility of fraudulent votes in favor of aRepublican candidate has made the MSM do a 180o while reiterating that such things have never happened favoring Democratic candidates. As with many other topics, MSM journalists have blatantly lied. Here are a few recent instances of illegal voting:
  • In 2014, NBC found dozens of illegal aliens voting in Florida.
  • In Kansas, Victor David Garcia Bebek, a Peruvian national, voted in 2012 and 2014.
  • In November 2016, there were 6,540 same-day registrants in New Hampshire who registered to vote in New Hampshire using out-of-state driver’s licenses to prove their identity.
  • In Sacramento, California, two illegal aliens voted five times in 2016.
  • The Public Interest Legal Foundation found over a thousand persons whovoted illegally in Virginia.
  • In Cincinnati, a poll worker found her dead neighbor's name on an active voter registry.
  • In Maryland, several Democratic city governments are allowing noncitizens to fraudulently vote in elections.
  • In Ft. Worth, Leticia Sanchez formed a mail-in voter fraud ring, which included helping a blind voter. Just prior to being arrested, she warned her minions that a group of “malicious people” were investigating.
  • Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes refused to turn over voting records on the counting and collection of ballots, despite the law saying she had to. There were many irregularities in that 2018 election, such as there being more voters on rolls than actual citizens. s Some 80,000 individuals filled out blank voting forms. Broward County has seen past instances of voter fraud, always in favor of Democrats, the key beingabsentee ballots. “Irregularities” also occurred in Santa Rosa, Citrus, and Okaloosa counties. To date, no one has been arrested.
  • California turned solid blue in 2018, thanks partly to fraud through “ballotharvesting.”
  • Nine Mexican-Americanswere caught in Edinburg, Texas for engaging in voter fraud.
  • Elsewhere in Texas, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), alerted district attorneys in Starr and Hidalgo Counties about altered voter applicationssent by the Texas Democratic Party to South Texas noncitizens.
  • Again in Texas, Marcela Gutierrez, a noncitizen, was indicted by a Hidalgo County for marking a ballotwithout a voter’s consent in a 2016 election.
  • More than 4,500 ballots were cast in Milwaukee than registered voters in the 2018 election.
  • In North Carolina, 24 illegal aliens were caught voting in the 2016 elections. 19 foreign nationals were also charged.
  • “The Public Interest Legal Foundation, a nonprofit specializing in election integrity, found that non-Americans are being added to voter rolls in states such as Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. The group says that a large portion of the non-citizens even managed to cast their ballots in elections as well. For instance, in 2017, the group found that nearly 5,600 people on the voter rolls in Virginia were deemed as non-citizens, with a third of them voting in previous elections.”
  • This summer, 19 noncitizens were indicted for voting in the 2016 election.
  • More than 3,000 foreign nationals were removed from voter rolls across 13 sanctuary jurisdictions from 2006 to 2018, most of them in Virginia.
  • In 2016, North Carolina saw hundreds of instances of double voting, voter impersonation, and noncitizen voting.
  • Bexar County in Texas, which contains San Antonio, concealed records of noncitizen voting.
  • Meantime, nearby Harris County (Houston), refused to allow inspection of voter rolls.
  • Charges of election fraud and fraudulent application for ballot by mail were leveled at Erika Lozano-Pelayo of Starr County is located west of McAllen, Texas. Starr County is one of 13 counties reporting more than 100% voter registration. At the same time, Ernestina Barron was arrested on three counts of election fraud, and three counts of a fraudulent application for ballot by mail.
  • 5,500 noncitizens discovered on Virginia voter rolls.
  • In 2015, 141 U.S. counties were found to have more registered voters than people.
  • 7.2 million voters are registered in multiple states.
  • In 2016, in Marion County, Indiana, 12 employees of a Democratic-linked voter recruitment organization were caught submitting fake voter registration applications.
  •  Rhode Island was found to have 150,000 names in voter rolls which should not have been there.
  • 2017 report showed that at minimum, there were 45,000 duplicate voters in 2016.
  • The Public Interest Legal Foundation reported that there are more than 100,000 non-U.S. citizens are registered voters in Pennsylvania.
  • In 2018, California's DMV admitted registering 1,500 foreigners to vote in U.S. elections.
  • Habersham County, Georgia’s Mud Creek precinct had 276 registered voters, yet 670 votes were cast in a May 2018 primary.
  • In 2018, a volunteer for the Beto campaign urged followers to transport undocumented aliens to the polls.
  • Again in 2018 in California, there were 23,000 California DMV voter-registration failures.
  • In 2018, a number of Democratic-controlled cities (San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, and others) opened up voting rights to illegal aliens. In fact, San Francisco spent $385,000 to help 61 noncitizens vote illegally.
  • The gadfly Project Veritas filmed a Hispanic poll voter telling someone to bring in illegals to vote. The individual has not been arrested.
  • And speaking of being filmed, Florida Democratic Party attorney Leonard Samuels, declared that destroying ballots is not fraud.
  • In 2017, Jonathan Marks, commissioner for Pennsylvania’s Bureau of Commissions, Elections, and Legislation, confirmed that noncitizens had voted hundreds of times in elections.
  • In 2010, two Democratic officials in Michigan, Jason Bauer and Mike McGuinness, conspired to defraud the election. They were given a slap on the wrist when caught.
  • In California, 194 people voted more than once in the 2016 presidential primary. None were arrested.
  • In Hialeah in 2012, Deisy Penton de Cabrera was found with numerous ballots that didn’t belong to her. The ballots she had belonged to elderly people, most of whom were blind, deaf, or had Alzheimer’s.
  • In Arkansas, Former Democratic State Rep. Hudson Hallum, his father, and a few campaign workers altered ballots and were caught and arrested.
  • The Los Angeles County Registrar dismissed accusations of ballot miscounting in the 2018 election.
Keep in mind also that these are just a tiny portion of detected transgressions. How many more illegal acts have occurred that have gone unnoticed? After all, voting illegally is child’s play, with no checks and balances and a minimum of negative repercussions. Since Republican voters are almost always the victim and the Republican Party is without doubt the Stupid Party, this stomach-churning travesty will continue.

MARCO RUBIO BOMBSHELL: Democrats Planned Voter Fraud Day After Midterm Election — And There’s Proof

Marco Rubio has been leading the charge against Democrat Party voter manufacturing and voter fraud in the state of Florida.
Rubio called out Broward County two days after the election after the corrupt Democrat elections officials manufactured over 80,000 new ballots after Election Day.

On Thursday night Marco Rubio reported on the planned Democrat voter fraud after Election Day.

Democrat leaders in Florida directed staffers and volunteers to shear altered election forms to fix improper absentee ballots AFTER THE DEADLINE.
The plan was to have Florida voters fix and submit as many absentee votes as possible in hopes of including them in the vote totals.
The email was sent out to Democrat activists BEFORE Nelson and his party allies filed a series of lawsuits challenging some voting rules that applied during the election, claiming they disenfranchised voters.
A federal judge then ruled in Democrat’s favor to count these votes.

No evidence of fraud in #FloridaElection?

Dems got voters to use altered forms to fix & submit as many mail ballots as possible after FL deadline in hopes that a judge would later order state to count them.

Today that’s exactly what a federal judge did.

Florida Dems planned to use altered forms to fix mail ballots across state after deadline

Texas Democrats asking non-citizens to vote

The Public Interest Legal Foundation has alerted the Justice Department to a gambit by Texas Democrats to get non-citizens to vote.
The state party sent out a voter registration form asking non-citizens to sign up, with the citizenship box already checked "yes."
The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren't citizens, received the mailing.
"This is how the Texas Democratic Party is inviting foreign influence in an election in a federal election cycle," said Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the PILF, a group that's made its mark policing states' voter registration practices.
The Texas secretary of state's office said it, too, had gotten complaints both from immigrants [sic] and from relatives of dead people who said they got mailings asking them to register.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott vowed to investigate.
"If true there will be serious consequences," he said.
This is an open invitation for voter fraud on a large scale, and the way the Democrats went about it defies belief:
The applications were pre-addressed to elections officials, which is likely what left many voters to believe they were receiving an official communication from the state.
But the return address was from the State Democratic Executive Committee, and listed an address in Austin that matches the state Democratic Party's headquarters.
The letter is emblazoned with "Urgent!  Your voter registration deadline is October 9."  It continues: "Your voter registration application is inside.  Complete, sign and return it today!"
On the application, boxes affirming the applicant is both 18 and a U.S. citizen are already checked with an "X" in the Yes field.
The mailing also urges those who are unsure if they're registered to "Mail it in."
Dead people were also being asked to vote.
Sam Taylor, spokesman for Texas's secretary of state, said they heard from people whose relatives were receiving mail despite having passed away 10 years ago or longer.  One woman said her child, who'd been dead 19 years, got a mailing asking to register.
"It looks like a case of really bad information they are using to send out these mailers," Mr. Taylor said.
Mr. Taylor is being very charitable.  I doubt very much whether it's "bad information" being used by Democrats.
How many other state Democratic Parties send out similar requests to non-citizens and haven't been caught?  Are we to believe that one party in one state came up with this idea all on its own?  Perhaps, but not likely.
Many liberals believe that anyone in the United States – citizen or non-citizen – should be able to vote.  If they want to make that argument and change the law to make it happen, they are more than welcome to try.  Of course, if they run on that issue, they will get slaughtered at the polls.  So instead of going to the American people and working to change the law, they try an underhanded dirty trick to achieve the same goal.
Someone should go to jail for this ruse.

Last week California’s Department of Motor Vehicles sent 23,000 “erroneous” voter registrations to the office of Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who maintains the list of registered voters. The DMV blamed it technical errors and said none of the erroneous registrations involved undocumented immigrants. Padilla was “extremely disappointed and deeply frustrated” and the DMV assured him it wouldn’t happen again.
Legitimate voters have good reason to believe Padilla was not disappointed but delighted. The odds are strong that illegals make up most if not all of the newly registered voters. The registrations of illegals will be happening again, in greater numbers, as the November election approaches.
The day after the 23,000 registrations made news, it emerged that from late April to early August, the DMV registered 182,000 “new voters,” with the largest number, 112,000, choosing “no party.” Neither the DMV nor Padilla would explain the numbers but the trend is evident and all by design.
Under a 2015 voter registration law, the DMV automatically registered to vote those who obtain or renew a California driver’s license. As Padilla told the Los Angeles Times, “We’ve built the protocols and the firewalls to not register people that aren’t eligible. We’re going to keep those firewalls in place.” The Democrats’ Secretary of State did not explain how the firewalls worked and if any ineligibles had managed to vote.
After the 2016 election in which Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton, Padilla refused to release any voter information to a federal probe that he claimed “has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally.” California’s participation, Padilla said in a statement, “would only serve to legitimize the false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the president.”
Back in 2015, Padilla told the Los Angeles Times, “At the latest, for the 2018 election cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the rolls in the state of California.” True to form, by March, 2018, more than one million “undocumented” immigrants received licenses.
The DMV has been under fire for incompetence, with wait times up to six hours and retention of state employees who sleep on the job. Legislators resisted calls for an audit and gave DMV boss Jean Shiomoto another $16 million to hire new employees. Thus equipped, the massive state agency is cranking out “new voters” for November. The DMV claim that “none” of them is ineligible fits the pattern of leading Democrats who believe everybody in the state is a legal resident.
Governor Jerry Brown, who three times ran for president, calls Californians “the citizens of the fifth largest economy in the world,” and the sanctuary state law protects even violent criminal illegals. The ruling Democrats protect illegals while promising them “free” health care and other benefits. In return, the illegals vote for Democrats.
“Palestinian-Mexican American” candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar, is the grandson of Black September terrorist Muhammad Yusuf al-Najjar, who masterminded the murder and mutilation of 11 Israelis at the Munich Olympics in 1972. The Democrat, 29, is depending on “underrepresented voters,” to unseat Rep. Duncan Hunter in San Diego.
Legitimate voters have good reason to consider “underrepresented” as code for “ineligible” or “illegal.” For their part, legal citizens and immigrants might wonder how the Munichian candidate’s father managed to enter the United States and what the family was doing in Gaza for several years. Ammar isn’t telling and establishment journalists look the other way.
Senate boss Kevin de León, whose name on his birth certificate voter rolls is Kevin Alexander Leon, claims his father is a Chinese cook born in Guatemala. The author of the state’s sanctuary law spent time on both sides of the border and “identifies strongly with Mexican culture.” The story defies belief but as with Najjar the establishment media mounted no investigation.
Kevin Alexander Leon seeks to replace Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate. He has narrowed Feinstein’s lead to single digits and that stream of “new” voters from the DMV could push him over the line.
POTUS 44 has endorsed Campa-Najjar, who worked on his reelection campaign in 2012. The president formerly known as Barry Soetoro has been campaigning openly for Democrat Gil Cedillo, who is running for Congress in California’s 39th district. Cedillo has been accused of sexual harassment by fellow Democrat and documentary filmmaker Melissa Fazli. That does not trouble the former president, and Cedillo could also benefit from those “new” voters.
As a State Department investigation discovered, false-documented illegals have been voting in local, state and federal elections for decades. That may explain how a state that twice voted for Ronald Reagan and booted out three of Jerry Brown’s state supreme court picks, including chief justice Rose Bird, became a Democrat stronghold.
Back in 1996 in Orange County, 442 illegals voted for Loretta Sanchez, the Democrat who narrowly defeated Republican Robert Dornan. He was the target of Hermandad Mexicana Nacional founder Bert Corona, a violent Stalinist who opposed Dornan’s strong anti-Communist stance.
Despite Democrat denials, voter fraud was going strong in California long before the DMV registered more than one million false-documented illegals. It’s a safe bet that most if not all those ineligibles will be showing up at the polls in November.

U.S. Election Meddling: Nationwide Voter Fraud, Importation of 15M Foreign-Born Voters

Shelby Lum, Richmond Times-Dispatch via The Associated Press

19 Jul 2018Washington, D.C.2,070

As the establishment media, GOP, and Democrats fret over the influence foreign countries have on U.S. elections, the leading threats to the American electorate remain nationwide voter fraud and mass immigration.

Though President Trump’s administration sought to thoroughly investigate voter fraud through the Presidential Commission on Election Integrity, the board was handed off to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in order to bypass obstruction from national Democrats who refused to turn over voter data.
Voter Fraud
The number of convictions against voter fraud continues to rise, with now nearly 940 criminal convictions on the books across the U.S., according to the latest data from the Heritage Foundation.
Likewise, the number of cases of voter fraud has risen. Heritage’s Voter Fraud Database now features 1,071 cases of voter fraud that spans across 47 states.
In the most recent study by the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) on voter fraud, the think tank found 8,471 high likely cases of double voting. About 7,271 of those cases were inter-state double voting, while the remaining 1,200 cases were of intra-state double voting.
“The probability of correctly matching two records with the same name, birthdate, and social security number is close to 100 percent,” the GAI report noted.
Kansas Secretary of State and gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach is fighting in his state to enforce voting laws that would mandate voters  prove their U.S. citizenship. This effort has currently been halted by the left-wing ACLU organization and a circuit judge who recently claimed that it was unconstitutional for a state to demand voters provide their U.S. citizenship records. Years ago, proof of citizenship voting laws were upheld as fully constitutional.
“Compare [Russia meddling in the 2016 presidential campaigns] to the kind of foreign influence in the actual election numbers in foreign nationals voting,” Kobach told Breitbart News. “That’s real and much more consequential and it’s happening all over the country.”
Kobach said his expert witness in the suit with the ACLU over the proof of citizenship law revealed that as many as 33,000 foreign nationals are on the voter rolls in Kansas. For states like California, with the largest foreign-born population in the country, the number of foreign nationals on the voter rolls is likely in the hundreds of thousands or even the millions, Kobach says.
Mass Immigration
Similarly, mass legal and illegal immigration to the U.S. continues to be the largest driver of population increases and demographic shifts in the country. Every year, more than 1.5 million immigrants are admitted to the country. The U.S. has imported more than ten million immigrants in the last decade.
The vast majority of foreign nationals arrive through the process known as “chain migration,” where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. Every two new immigrants to the country bring an additional seven foreign relatives with them.
As Breitbart News has extensively reported, the U.S. is on track to import about 15 million foreign-born voters by the year 2038. That is nearly quadruple the size of the annual number of U.S. births; about four million American babies are born every year.
Through chain migration alone, the U.S. will import about eight million foreign-born voters in the next two decades.
The country’s continued mass immigration policies are likely to hand over electoral dominance to Democrats in statewide and national elections, Breitbart News has noted.
Analysis conducted by Axios’s Chris Canipe and Andrew Witherspoon shows the overwhelming trend of foreign-born populations voting Democrats into office over Republicans.
The victory of socialist Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in New York’s 14th District is the latest case where a booming foreign-born voting population pushed the far-left activist over the edge to beat out establishment, high ranking Democrat Rep. Joe Crowley.
Ocasio-Cortez’s district is close to 50 percent foreign-born, a drastic shift of an area that was once populated primarily by native-born Americans. Ocasio-Cortez ran her congressional campaign on abolishing all immigration enforcement across the U.S.
In California, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is facing a challenge from State Senator Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles), and the California Democratic Party has endorsed León. The far-left challenger was the key proponent of California’s sanctuary state law that protects criminal illegal aliens from being deported.
University of Maryland, College Park researcher James Gimpel has found in recent years that more immigrants to the U.S. inevitably means more Democrat voters and thus, increasing electoral victories for the Democratic Party.
In 2014, Gimpel’s research concluded with three major findings:

·         Immigrants, particularly Hispanics and Asians, have policy preferences when it comes to the size and scope of government that are more closely aligned with progressives than with conservatives. As a result, survey data show a two-to-one party identification with Democrats over Republicans.

·         By increasing income inequality and adding to the low-income population (e.g. immigrants and their minor children account for one-fourth of those in poverty and one-third of the uninsured) immigration likely makes all voters more supportive of redistributive policies championed by Democrats to support disadvantaged populations.

·         There is evidence that immigration may cause more Republican-oriented voters to move away from areas of high immigrant settlement leaving behind a more lopsided Democrat majority.

Years ago, only a handful of elected Democrats would mention how the demographic shift spurred by mass immigration was a benefit to Democrats electorally. Today, it is a widely used talking point of elected Democrats.
Take San Antonio, Texas Mayor Julian Castro, for example. Months ago, Castro admitted that immigration could potentially turn the state of Texas, Florida, and Arizona into Democrat strongholds, like California.

The Hispanic vote in Texas will continue to increase. By 2024 Democrats can win Texas, Arizona and Florida. A big blue wall of 78 electoral votes.

“The Democrats have now become very open about what they are doing and they state it very clearly,” Kobach said of the Democrats’ use of immigration for shifting the electorate.
“Now, multiple Democrats are saying their plan is to import new voters to change elections,” Kobach said.
In an analysis from Georgetown University, the University of California, and Banque de France, researchers discovered that immigration to the country continuously increases Democrats’ chances of winning elections:
On average across election types, immigration to the U.S. has a significant and negative impact on the Republican vote share, consistent with the typical view of political analysts in the U.S. [Emphasis added]
This average effect – which is driven by elections in the House – works through two main channels. The impact of immigration on Republican votes in the House is negative when the share of naturalized migrants in the voting population increases. Yet, it can be positive when the share of non-citizen migrants out of the population goes up and the size of migration makes it a salient policy issue in voters’ minds. [Emphasis added]
These results are consistent with naturalized migrants being less likely to vote for the Republican Party than native voters and with native voters’ political preferences moving towards the Republican Party because of high immigration of non-citizens. This second effect, however, is significant only for very high levels of immigrant presence. [Emphasis added]
In 2016, the legal and illegal immigrant population reached a record high of 44 million. By 2023, the Center for Immigration Studies estimates that the legal and illegal immigrant population of the U.S. will make up nearly 15 percent of the entire U.S. population.
Mexico has the largest group of legal and illegal foreign nationals in the U.S., with 1.1 million immigrants from the country arriving in the U.S. between 2010 and 2016. Mexican nationals make up roughly one in eight new arrivals to the U.S. On average, every one Mexican immigrant brings six foreign relatives with them to the country through chain migration.

If the illegals are violent criminals, de Leon, governor Jerry Brown and attorney general Xavier Becerra believe they are still better people and protect them from deportation. And this fall one million illegals could be voting in California alone

CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS' VOTING SCAM

The Golden State does favors for illegal immigrants -- who may return the favor at the voting booth.

June 22, 2018

“The California state budget on Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk puts tens of millions of dollars into programs that could help undocumented immigrants fight federal efforts to deport them,” the Sacramento Bee reports, “including opening up $10 million to hire lawyers for unaccompanied minors trying to stay in the U.S.” For that crowd, the Democrats’ $200 billion budget has even more to give.
The budget “expands funding for immigration legal services offered through the Department of Social Services and public colleges,” and “includes $1.6 million to build a team of eight attorneys and investigators in the Labor Commissioner's office at the Department of Industrial Relations.” This team will enforce AB 430, “a state law that requires businesses to tell their employees when they’re contacted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.” As the report notes, “employers face penalties of $2,000 to $10,000 if they fail to notify their workers of a pending immigration action.”
Last year’s budget “put $45 million into providing legal services to immigrants,” which the Department of Social Services deploys to “hire nonprofit organizations that will work on immigration cases.” The new funding “steers some of that money directly to colleges. It gives $10 million to community colleges for immigration legal services, $7 million to the California State University system and $4 million to the University of California.” Still, it’s not done.
“The upcoming budget also more than triples legal funding for undocumented minors,” The Bee reports. “Last year, the Department of Social Services received $3 million for those cases. In the next budget, the department gets $10 million to help young undocumented immigrants.”
David Chiu, the San Francisco Democrat who wrote AB 430, explains that “Donald Trump’s out-of-control deportation force is constant threat to our immigrant communities.” While Trump Derangement Syndrome is doubtless a factor, taxpayers might consider the upcoming mid-term elections.
As the Los Angeles Times reported in 2015, California’s 2015 voter registration law “is intended to streamline the process of signing up to vote and encourage more participation in elections.” It kicks in “when people go to the DMV to obtain or renew a driver's license.” Politicians deny that anybody will be automatically registered to vote.
“We’ve built the protocols and the firewalls to not register people that aren’t eligible,” secretary of state Alex Padilla told the Times. “At the latest, for the 2018 election cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the rolls in the state of California.” He got them.
According to the DMV, as of March 2018, more than one million undocumented immigrants have received driver’s licenses. Did any vote in the 2016 presidential election?
California Senator Dianne Feinstein denies that widespread voter fraud occurs and Alex Padilla refuses to release data from voter rolls. So legal residents and taxpayers have good reason to wonder what he is hiding.
State legislators who take an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution now reward the violation of immigration law, and punish those who approve and follow federal law. The largesse for illegals also violates state law, the 1996 Proposition 209, which bars ethnic preferences in state education, employment and contracting.
California state universities privilege illegals with in-state tuition and as the budget shows, even pay their legal bills. Neither would apply to a legal African American or Asian American student from Michigan or Nevada. Senate boss Kevin de Leon also violated state law by giving preference to Mexican national Lizbeth Mateo, or whatever her real name is, for a post on the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee.
So California violates state law, defies federal law and budgets tens of millions of dollars for millions of illegals, the vast majority Mexican nationals. They get protection from the federal government, preference in education, and even payment of their legal bills. In return, they vote for California Democrats, in the style of Mexicans who vote for the dominant Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI)  party in return for favors.
In effect, California Democrats are a branch of the PRI and form a Mexican occupational government (MOGO) serving the interests of false-documented Mexican nationals.
Assembly speaker Anthony Rendon wants the state to “step up and work with Mexico” instead of the U.S. federal government. Normally those who represent the interests of foreign governments are required to register as agents of those governments.
Meanwhile, California has given driver’s licenses to more than one million illegals. The federal government should verify how many of that group show up to vote this fall. As a State Department investigation confirms, false documented illegals do vote repeatedly in federal, state, and local elections. Illegal voting is a serious crime and so is human trafficking.
The false-documented “unaccompanied minors” who get $10 million in the budget are those whose parents chose to break up their own families and put their own children into the hands of criminal smugglers. California’s MOGO regime is okay with that and even rewards it.
Back in 1987, governor George Deukmejian returned $1.1 billion directly to the people “to protect this money for the taxpayers.” California now has a budget surplus of $9 billion but governor Jerry Brown returns nothing to the people and ignores crumbling infrastructure and fathomless pension debt. The three-time presidential loser would rather spend taxpayers’ money to protect people who aren’t supposed to be here.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog organization, has sent a letter to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla on behalf of the Election Integrity Project, noting that there are 11 counties in the state with more registered voters, and alleging that the state may be out of compliance with Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
The letter reads, in part:
NVRA Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.
As the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.
Judicial Watch lays out the specifics:
“[T]here were more total registered voters
than there were adults over the age of 18
living in each of the following eleven (11)
counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%),
Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San
Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San
Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano
(111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).”
The letter notes that the percentage in L.A.
Country may be as high as 144%.
The letter contains a threat to sue the Secretary of State if Padilla does not remove from the rolls “persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.”
It gives Padilla 14 days to respond, and 90 days to correct alleged violations of the law.
Padilla has been one of the main voices in opposition to President Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, refusing to share voter data with it on the argument that doing so would “legitimize false claims of massive election cheating last fall.”
President Trump has claimed that he would have won the popular vote in the 2016 presidential election if not for illegal voting, and his administration has singled out California as a possible contributor to that margin.
The Election Integrity Project is a California-based volunteer organization that monitors voting irregularities.

So addicts must show photo IDs to get off drugs, but not to vote?

The homeless, downtrodden, and poor who show up at drug detox centers all must show photo identification to get treatment.  It's done to prevent them from going to more than one center for whatever maintenance fix they may be receiving at the first center.  It is obvious that the government knows everyone has the capability to get a photo ID, so why do so many Democrats block that requirement when it comes to voting?  They use the false arguments of voter intimidation while dismissing the real issue that maintaining a fair election is extremely important to maintaining our freedoms.
These are the same Democrats (and their media allies) who are complaining that Russia supposedly interfered in our election process.  Yet they do everything they can to block commonsense photo ID requirements that the majority of the public supports to ensure fair elections.  They call people racists who support these laws.  The fact that they fight these photo ID requirements shows they really don't care about the integrity of the voting process.
A couple excerpts from the following ABC News report:
The ID requirements at drug treatment facilities are intended to prevent people from enrolling in multiple programs and selling opioid medication such as methadone on the black market, said a spokesman from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, adding that programs would be liable for misuse of the medications.
Some detox centers will admit a person without ID first and make time later to sort out the person's identity, but doing so comes at risk of running afoul of federal and state regulations on dispensing medications, experts said.
The government requires the poor and elderly to have a photo ID to get food stamps, to open a bank account, to get welfare, to get Medicaid, and to get Social Security among many other things.  Yet..
Democrats will go to court to stop a state requiring people to get a photo ID to vote, using the argument that it is racist.  The fact that they require photo IDs for so many other things the poor and minorities have to do shows what a crock that argument is.
The only reason to block the photo ID laws for voting is to open up voting to fraud.

Who will influence the 2018 elections more: Russia or Mexico?

Exactly how many votes is Russia alleged to have cast in the 2016 elections?  I believe that the number is zero.
Exactly how many votes have citizens of Mexico and Central America cast in the 2016 elections?  We don't know the exact number, but we know that it is much more than zero.
2014 study in the online Electoral Studies Journal shows that in the 2008 and 2010 elections, illegal immigrant [sic; should be "aliens" –ed.] votes were in fact quite high.
"We find that some noncitizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and congressional elections," wrote Jesse T. Richman [and] Gulshan A. Chattha, both of Old Dominion University, and David C. Earnest of George Mason University.
More specifically, they write, "Noncitizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress."
Specifically, the authors say that illegals may have cast as many as 2.8 million votes in 2008 and 2010.  That's a lot of votes.  And when you consider [that] the population of illegal inhabitants has only grown since then, it's not unreasonable to suppose that their vote has, too.
So why is Russia getting all the attention?  Russia, at worst, operated a small-scale propaganda campaign on places like Twitter and Facebook before the election.  The amount of propaganda it disseminated was far, far less than 1% of the liberal propaganda put out daily by The New York Times, The Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and many others who said Trump is a racist, Trump hates women, Trump hates poor people, etc.  So Russian "interference" was basically negligible.
Yet you wouldn't know that from reading the headlines.
Russia is using fake accounts on social media – many of them bots – to spread disinformation, the officials said.  European elections are being targeted, too, and the attacks were not likely to end this year, they warned.
"We expect Russia to continue using propaganda, social media, false-flag personas, sympathetic spokespeople[,] and other means of influence to try to exacerbate social and political fissures in the United States," Dan Coats, the director of national intelligence, told the Senate Intelligence Committee at its annual hearing on worldwide threats.
Oh, no – bots are spreading disinformation!  Let me know when these bots produce 1% of the disinformation produced by The New York Times on a daily basis.
Trump initially tried to investigate real interference in our elections.  He set up a commission to investigate voter fraud chaired by Kansas secretary of state Kris Kobach.  But when the liberal media cried that the commission was all about voter suppression, Trump folded like a cheap umbrella.  He shut down the commission before it could complete its research into what is probably massive voter fraud on the part of Mexican and other foreign nationals.

And so Republicans have accepted Democratic talking points.  They talk only about Russian "interference" and are so cowed that they won't talk about illegal aliens voting.  That's why we hear only about Russia, Russia, Russia, because like so many political topics – amnesty for illegal aliens, attempting to redefine marriage, boys in girls' bathrooms – Republicans are afraid to speak out.

Judicial Watch Sues California and Los Angeles Over Dirty Voter Registration Rolls

https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/judicial-watch-sues-california-los-angeles-dirty-vote

DECEMBER 13, 2017
‘Eleven of California’s 58 counties have registration rates exceeding 100% of the age-eligible citizenry.’
‘California has the highest rate of inactive registrations of any state in the country. Los Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the country’
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a federal lawsuit against Los Angeles County and the State of California over their failure to clean their voter rolls and to produce election-related records as required by the federal National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) (Judicial Watch, Inc.et al. v. Dean C. Logan, et al. (No. 2:17-cv-08948)).  The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California’s Western Division on behalf of Judicial Watch, Election Integrity Project California, Inc., and Wolfgang Kupka, Rhue Guyant, Jerry Griffin, and Delores M. Mars, who are lawfully registered voters in Los Angeles County.
Judicial Watch argues that the State of California and a number of its counties, including the county of Los Angeles, have registration rates exceeding 100%:
Eleven of California’s 58 counties have registration rates exceeding 100% of the age-eligible citizenry.
Los Angeles County has more voter registrations on its voter rolls than it has citizens who are old enough to register. Specifically, according to data provided to and published by the EAC, Los Angeles County has a registration rate of 112% of its adult citizen population.
The entire State of California has a registration rate of about 101% of its age-eligible citizenry.
Judicial Watch points out that this is due in part to the high numbers of inactive registrations that are still carried on California’s voter rolls:
About 21% of all of California’s voter registrations, or more than one in five, are designated as inactive.
California has the highest rate of inactive registrations of any state in the country…. Los Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the country.
Although these inactive registrations should be removed after a statutory waiting period consisting of two general federal elections, California officials are simply refusing to do so.
Judicial Watch explains that, even though a registration is officially designated as “inactive,” it may still be voted on election day and is still on the official voter registration list. The inactive registrations of voters who have moved to a different state “are particularly vulnerable to fraudulent abuse by a third party” because the voter who has moved “is unlikely to monitor the use of or communications concerning an old registration.” Inactive registrations “are also inherently vulnerable to abuse by voters who plan to fraudulently double-vote in two different jurisdictions on the same election day.”
Judicial Watch sent a written request for public records on November 16, 2017, and another on November 29, 2017, seeking information about “the number of inactive registrations on the voter rolls in Los Angeles County,” but was told each time that there were no responsive records.
Last summer, Judicial Watch sent a broader request for voter roll records that Los Angeles County and the State of California are required by the NVRA to keep and to make publicly available. Nothing was produced in response to this request. Judicial Watch points out that it is impossible to believe that there were no responsive records:
Los Angeles County, with over five million active voters and massive list maintenance responsibilities, and the Secretary of State of California [must] have exchanged emails responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] request for “all email or other communications between the Secretary’s Office and all California County voter registration officials concerning . . . [i]nstructions to the counties concerning their general list maintenance practices and obligations” and “[n]otices to the counties concerning any failure to comply with their voter list maintenance obligations.”  Such emails should have been produced.
Section 8(a)(4) of the NVRA requires states to implement a program to remove ineligible registrants; and to turn over relevant records and information. Judicial Watch argues:
Los Angeles County is failing to properly conduct the list maintenance required by the NVRA by failing to properly train employees, failing to require and enter registrants’ birthdates, and failing to timely process reports that registrants have died, have committed disqualifying felonies, are mentally incompetent, or have registered twice.
Judicial Watch asks that the court enjoin Los Angeles County and the state of California from further violating the NRVA, and compel them to “develop and implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove from Los Angeles County’s rolls the registrations of ineligible registrants.” Judicial Watch asks to inspect and copy the requested voter roll records.
Judicial Watch sent a notice-of-violation letter in August 2017 to threatening to sue California and certain of its counties over their violations of the NVRA. California was one of 12 states to receive such letters from Judicial Watch.
“California may have the dirtiest election rolls in the country,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Federal law requires states to take reasonable steps to clean up their voting rolls. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections. This lawsuit aims to ensure that citizens of California can have more confidence that their elections are fair and honest.”
Judicial Watch Senior Attorney and Director of its Election Integrity Project Robert Popper recently provided testimony to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity concerning the NVRA. Popper was formerly Deputy Chief of the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.
Judicial Watch sent notice-of-violation letters threatening to sue 11 other states having counties in which the number of registered voters exceeds the number of voting-age citizens, as calculated by the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011-2015 American Community Survey: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee. Judicial Watch informed the states that should they fail to take action to correct violations of Section 8 of the NVRA, it would file suit.
Judicial Watch previously filed successful lawsuits under the NVRA against Ohio and Indiana that resulted in those states taking several actions to clean up their voting rolls. Judicial Watch is currently suing Kentucky over its failure to remove ineligible voters as required by the NVRA, and is suing the State of Maryland and Montgomery County over their failure to release voting-related records.
Judicial Watch is being assisted by Charles H. Bell Jr., of Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP; and H. Christopher Coates of Law Office of H. Christopher C

The biggest losers in Mexico's election? The Democrats

Every election has winners and losers, and Mexico's is no exception.  While the press is making much of Mexico's centrist PRI and center-right PAN parties being the big losers in last night's election of socialist Andrés Manuel López-Obrador in Mexico, the real loser is actually up north, in the U.S. Democratic Party.
Sounds strange until you look at the details.
After all the ideological compatibility between AMLO's new lefty MORENA party and the increasingly socialist U.S. Democrats seems to be identical.
Both favor heavy social spending, forced unionization of workers, political patronage, Chicago-style political muscle, and fealty to the ideals of the Socialist International.  It's what most socialists do until they run out of Other People's Money.
Democrats have staked their future on uneducated, needy illegals forming the base of their party's fortunes.  In Mexico, AMLO has done the same thing.  The problem comes because the Mexicans in question are the same people.
AMLO's social spending policies are likely to draw Mexicans illegally here in the U.S. back to Mexico.  If you have a choice of taking welfare benefits here or welfare benefits there, it's likely you'll go for them in your home country, where the language is the same, the Migra isn't out looking for you, and you know your way around the culture.  That's bad news for the Democrats, who rely on illegals to lard up their electoral college votes in blue states, increase federal spending based on head counts here, and actually vote illegally in elections, particularly in districts where very few people are in the country legally.
It goes to show that even with ideological conformity, nations have interests, and interests most certainly can conflict.
For many years, I had wondered why what passes
for Mexico's conservatives always seemed to be so
fiercely aligned to U.S. Democrats.  Why was
former Mexican president Vicente Fox, Mexico's
first elected conservative via the PAN party,
always such a shill for Democrats?  Why was
President Felipe Calderón, who came after him,
almost as obnoxious?  Why did these people so
advocate for an end to U.S. borders and denounce
the American people as Nazis for opposing them,
despite their being fairly conservative and
ideologically recognizable on every other issue?
It turns out their political fortunes were built on getting as many indigent Mexicans out of the country as possible.  Their governments benefited from their absence, both from remittances and in the way they lowered social costs for the Mexican government in terms of housing them, educating them, and providing them with income and health care among other things.  For a conservative government focused on fiscal discipline, it was most certainly in their interest to drive as many of Mexico's poor to El Norte, the better to get the gringo to pay, an old Mexican custom dating from the war of 1848.
Democrats in the U.S., in turn, lapped up the new migrants, with California's Democratic gov. Jerry Brown announcing "you're all welcome here."  His party benefited, and the more, the better.  The Catholic bishops also benefited, hence Steve Bannon's admittedly harsh analysis that the Church was all in for illegals even as it claimed to believe in the rule of law, because of its interest in "filling the pews."
Now comes AMLO, whose big plan is to enact social welfare programs in Mexico, a move that is sure to draw many Mexicans back to their home country.  It makes sense from his point of view and the viewpoint of his national interest, given that Mexico can no longer afford to lose people.  Demographically, the median age is rising there, the population growth has gone flat, and incomes have passed the $7,000-a-year threshold, below which is said to trigger illegal immigration.
Nations always have interests, and this one conflicts with the U.S. Democratic Party's interest, which, up until now, aligned with the interests of Mexico's conservatives.
AMLO, if you look carefully at his words, seems cognizant of Democrats recognizing this and maybe getting angry about it, thus he has offered up to his ideological coevals in the States the "human right" of illegal immigration to the U.S. as a sop, using other people's countries instead of his own.  Here are his words:
Mexican presidential candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) declared mass immigration to the United States a "human right" for all North Americans during a speech Tuesday.
"And soon, very soon – after the victory of our movement – we will defend all the migrants in the American continent and all the migrants in the world," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life in the United States."
He then declared migration "a human right we will defend," eluniversal.com reports.
What we are looking at here is a bid to ship illegals from other countries through Mexico to the U.S. (to keep Democrats happy), while implicitly discouraging Mexican illegal immigration, which has drained the country of talent.  There is no other explanation for such a policy.  Turning Mexico into a road stop for illegals from Central America and elsewhere by calling it a "human right" is frankly toxic for Mexico, because it will empower cartels and give Mexico's government nothing, not even remittances, and plenty of enmity with the U.S.  What's more, it should serve as an electoral mobilizer for Republicans, who will be angry at the move.
Net effect: another loss for Democrats, in terms of lost people it intended to build its party fortunes on and in energizing Republicans.  They're not going to like this.
