Two illegal aliens who killed two Americans in separate hit-and-run crashes last year will each be eligible for early release after 14 months to five years of serving prison time.

Illegal alien Neri Damian Cruz-Carmano, as Breitbart News reported, pleaded guilty this month after killing 26-year-old Jamar Beach in a North Carolina hit-and-run crash. Cruz-Carmano was driving drunk at the time. The judge overseeing the case handed down the maximum sentence of 20 to 33 months in prison.
The illegal alien, though, will be eligible for early release from prison after just 14 months of his sentence for the death of Beach. Now, Beach’s family is fighting to ensure that Cruz-Carmano is quickly deported if released from prison at any time.
“He had no business here in the first place and he should not have been operating a vehicle,” Beach’s mother, Cameo Robinson, told local media. “He didn’t have a license. So, therefore, he’s being treated better than the citizen who’s been killed.”
“He gets to go home with his two children. He goes home to his wife. My grandson, he doesn’t have a father,” Robinson said.
“I’m going to encourage deportation because he has no business here,” Robinson said. “Now that he’s committed this horrendous crime, he definitely doesn’t deserve to be in America. Because if he wanted to be in America he would have come legally.”
Meanwhile, Cruz-Carmano’s defense attorney said the illegal alien was merely trying to “make a better life for himself” by living in the U.S. illegally.

In another deadly hit-and-run case last year, illegal alien Miguel A. Ibarra Cerda, from Mexico, was sentenced to only five to 15 years in prison for killing 14-year-old Justin Lee, who was riding his bike at the time in Wixom County, Michigan.
Cerda pleaded guilty to killing Lee in the crash and for failing to stop at the scene of the crime. In five years, the illegal alien will be eligible for release from prison.
Lee’s mother told the court in December that she has “cried out to God many times: ‘Why did you take my son away from me?’” since the killing of her teenage son.
“God tells me he understands how I feel,” Pattie Warner-Lee said. “This is a sacrifice to cover our sins so we can leave the earth eternally in Christ.”

In the case of 22-year-old Pierce Corcoran, who was allegedly killed in a hit-and-run crash by an illegal alien in Tennessee days before New Year’s Eve, there has been a similar pattern of leniency, according to the Corcoran family.
This week, 44-year-old illegal alien Francisco Eduardo Franco-Cambrany was ordereddeported from the U.S. after he received a $3,500 bond in January. Online, the Corcoran family said harsh charges should be placed on the illegal alien.
“No felony charges for entering in the first place, killing Pierce, driving uninsured and without a license,” a sibling of Pierce’s wrote. “What an insult to my brother’s life.”
There are about 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. with experts projecting at least 500,000 illegal aliens to successfully cross through the southern border this year. The overwhelming majority of illegal aliens are never deported from the U.S. after either crossing illegally or overstaying their visas.

U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested a previously deported violent criminal alien from Mexico with multiple arrests for kidnapping and attempted sexual assault near Lukeville, Arizona on Wednesday.

Tucson Sector agents assigned to Casa Grande Station came in contact with a male later determined to have crossed the border illegally into the United States near Lukeville, Arizona. The agents arrested the man and transported him to the station for processing. After agents conducted a background check utilizing biometrics, they positively identified him as Efrain Guillen-Olivas, 42, a convicted criminal alien from Mexico. Guillen-Olivas also has an immigration history with multiple deportations and a criminal record with numerous felony convictions including kidnapping, attempted sexual assault, and narcotics violations.
According to Maricopa Country Superior Court records, Phoenix police arrested Guillen-Olivas in 1997 and 1998 for possession of narcotic drugs (cocaine )and possession of drug paraphernalia. They also arrested him for burglary. In the first case, he pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia in exchange for having the narcotics charged dropped. Immigration officers deported him after the conviction. In the second arrest for narcotic possession and burglary, he pleaded guilty to drug possession in exchange for dismissal of the burglary charge.
In 2004, Phoenix police again arrested Guillen-Olivas and charged him with kidnapping, sexual abuse, and attempted sexual assault. The incident leading to the charges occurred on November 5, 2004. Police also charged him with two other counts of kidnapping, attempt sexual assault, and sexual abuse. He faced another charge for an aggravated assault which occurred in April 2005. According to court documents, the court sentenced Guillen-Olivas to 13 years in a corrections facility. Following completion of his incarceration, immigration officers deported him again.
Federal prosecutors are expected to charge Guillen-Olivas with felony immigration charges related to illegally re-entering the United States following his previous deportations. If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

President Donald Trump told Breitbart News during his exclusive interview last Monday that there is an “invasion” of illegal immigration coming across the southern border.

“You are talking about an invasion,” Trump said in response to a question from senior Breitbart News White House correspondent Charlie Spiering about immigration. “People get angry on the other side when I use the word ‘invasion.’ This is an invasion, but it’s an invasion not only of people, but an invasion of drugs and human traffickers and other things.”
Trump also argued that the language that the United States should use for illegal aliens whom federal agents take into custody should be the word “captured” rather than “apprehended.” He also argued that he needs more Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to shift from a “catch and release” and other loopholes that allow illegal aliens to take advantage of the system and get into the country.
“Look, I need border security. We’ve done a great job,” Trump also said. “Look, when I say we apprehended 75,000 people last month, you know how good a job—these aren’t people that came in. These are people that have been—I say, should we use a different word? Because maybe they don’t understand the word ‘apprehended.’ Maybe they don’t know what it means. Should we use the word ‘captured’? We captured 75,000 people last month. It’s never been like that. The biggest problem we have—we’ve apprehended/captured 75,000 people. The problem we have is you have catch and release. You have all of these crazy loopholes. What we do is, I call ‘catch and keep.’”
Trump also argued that the need for the border wall is exemplified in the fact that more people come across in areas where there currently is no barrier.
“Don’t let anyone tell you they don’t come through those areas,” Trump said. “When they have women in the back of a van because, you know, when they stop at a port of entry, they open the doors so they’re going to see it. When they have big boxes of drugs, they open the doors. The biggest part comes in in the areas where you don’t have the walls, where they go out into the land into the deserts.”
During the interview, President Trump also said he does not want people coming into the country who are dependent on welfare programs. In addition, President Trump said he was considering designating the Mexican drug cartels foreign terrorist organizations. On Friday, President Trump announced an executive order strengthening the government’s definitions of such transnational criminal organizations.
