Former and current Trump supporters will unite to protest against illegal immigration, DACA, Amnesty legislation (HR 6), and Presidential catch and release policies outside of the White House on Saturday, June 8, 2019 for a Stand Up America and Stop Illegal Immigration Rally.

Racially inclusive peaceful groups, activists, congressional candidates, and angel families are invited to speak in the south west corner of Lafayette Square, directly across from the White House, to increase pressure on the Trump administration to stop breaking numerous campaign promises on immigration issues. (View tracking list)

President Trump's administration has disappointed many supporters by failing to deport large numbers of illegal immigrants, crack down on employers of illegals, end DACA Amnesty, reduce legal immigration levels, end birthright citizenship, remove non-citizen voters from US elections, stop sanctuary cities, or end catch and release.

The White House has instead supported Amnesty legislation deals with Democrats, raised legal immigration levels, and Donald J Trump even signed a form of Amnesty into law in the secretive budget deal bill H.J. Res. 31 (Section 224a) that prevents the deportation of illegal minors and illegals using them as a legal shield.

"This rally is for Trump supporters who are angry, disappointed, or concerned that this President has not kept his campaign promises on immigration issues," said Ray Herrera of We the People, America. "Donald Trump is losing a lot of support as illegal immigration has risen to levels higher than under Obama and Bush while fines for employers of illegals are lower on his watch."

Other rally speakers have similar concerns.

"More Americans are being harmed and killed by illegal immigrants than ever before because President Trump has not cracked down on illegal immigration as he promised, and because he has focused on Amnesty deals with Democrats he never mentioned on the campaign trail," says Angel Family member Jeanne Reid. "This means more Americans than ever before are being lost like Kate Steinle and my brother Joe Storie. There are more Angel Families being created under Trump, not less."

Jeanne's brother Joe Storie was killed by drunk driving illegal immigrant
Luis Alberto Rodriguez-Castro who is now free but whearabouts unknown after a NC judge Judge J.C. Cole lowered bond ignoring flight risks.

William Gheen of ALIPAC plans to present a long list of grievances that need Executive Branch action including ending the free flights for fake asylum seeking illegals, job permits for illegals, visitor visa's for illegal immigrant family members and a 100% release rate for illegal alien families.

"Things are nowhere near where we expected things to be during Trump's first term based on his numerous campaign promises to crack down and send illegals home," declared William Gheen of ALIPAC. "Trump won the election by adopting our platform and campaign stances on immigration, but now that he is in office, he governs more like the kind of Amnesty supporting globalist candidates we oppose."

ALIPAC hopes to live stream the June 8 rally on the Facebook pages of Raymond Herrera (View) and William Gheen (View) for audiences to watch and share from home.

Opponents of illegal immigration and Amnesty, with varying degrees of support for Trump, are encouraged to attend this demonstration and bring appropriate signs and US flags.

The current speaker list for the event includes, but is not limited to:

Raymond Herrera and Wes Parker of We The People, America

William Gheen of ALIPAC

Ivan Garcia-Hidalgo of the Hispanic Leadership Council

Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers

Jeanne Reid,
Angel Family member whose brother was killed by an illegal alien

Hessie Harris & Shakil Hamid of Help Save Maryland

Johsie Cruz Candidate for Congress (R-GA/4) & Latinos for Trump Georgia

Carlos Alfredo Torres Latinos for Trump Georgia

Organizers are reaching out to other group leaders, activists, and social media influencers to speak on June 8 including Ann Coulter, Rep. Steve King, Alex Jones, Paul Joseph Watson, Joseph Farah, Kevin Jackson, Michelle Malkin, Kris Kobach, Daniel Horowitz, Dr. Kelli Ward, Jenny Beth Martin, Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, and numerous talk radio show hosts.

Trump's Tariff Gambit

President Trump’s threat to impose tariffs on all Mexican imports until Mexico takes serious action to control its border with the U.S. shocked the Washington Beltway, Wall Street, and the Palacio Nacional in Mexico City. These centers of financial and political power, lulled by a U.S. Congress that has refused to act and activist federal judges who have stymied Trump’s border control efforts at every step, were jolted awake by Trump’s ultimatum. But they should not have been surprised. The president issued a similar threat back in April. And, Trump promised from day one of his presidential campaign that he would make stanching the flow of illegal immigration, crime, and drugs northward and of U.S. factories and jobs southward a focal point of his presidency
During his presidential campaign kickoff at Trump Tower in 2016, Trump lamented, “When do we beat Mexico at the border? They’re laughing at us, at our stupidity. And now they are beating us economically. They are not our friend, believe me. But they’re killing us economically.” Trump was right. That year the U.S. suffered a $64 billion trade deficit in goods with Mexico; in 2018 it reached $81 billion. In comparison, the year before the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) took effect the U.S. had $1.6 billion surplus in goods with Mexico; the year after, a $15 billion deficit. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statisticsreveal nearly 4.5 million U.S. manufacturing jobs have been lost since NAFTA.
In that same speech, Trump also denounced our immigration and Mexican border policy. He declared, “The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems…When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best…They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime...” Trump’s right. Those who illegally immigrate into the U.S. are not among Mexico’s best and brightest -- Mexican doctors and scientists are not wading across the Rio Grande to get into the U.S. Illegal immigration brings problems; for example, those who come here illegally cause a disproportionate number of crimes compared to natural born Americans. Further, Mexico not only serves as the staging ground for hundreds of thousands of illegal border crossings into the U.S. each year, it is also the primary country of origin for human trafficking into the U.S.and its drug cartels are our largest supplier of heroin, methamphetamines, and cocaine.
Mexico is a big part of the problem on our southern border. And because his hands have been tied by the Congress and the courts, Trump has no choice but to look to Mexico to help fix it. The tariffs are intended to cudgel the Mexican government into quick action. And, they’ve certainly garnered the attention of the Mexican government. That’s because Mexico has so much to lose if the tariffs are imposed. NAFTA transformed Mexico into an export-driven manufacturing power -- because it incentivized so many U.S. factories to relocate south of the border. And, the U.S. is Mexico’s largest trading partner by far. Some 80 percent of Mexico’s exports are to the U.S. So, Mexico is highly vulnerable to U.S. tariffs. As Trump explained, “…Mexican companies will move back to the United States once the tariff reaches the higher levels. They took many of our companies and jobs, the foolish Pols let it happen, and now they will come back…” Trump is applying powerful leverage against Mexico -- its leaders know that tariffs, particularly high ones, will reverse their gains from NAFTA as U.S. companies start packing up and coming home to avoid the tariffs.
In response to Trump’s ultimatum, Mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador immediately dispatched his foreign minister to meet with U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Washington to try to work out a solution. Economists are warning that the tariffs will push Mexico into a recession. Lopez Obrador knows how serious this is. He’s already indicated he’s prepared to reach a deal. He’ll try to placate Trump by offering lip service to his demands while hoping Trump will back down due to tremendous pressure from Wall Street, the D.C. Beltway, and the media. But, if Trump sticks to his guns, imposes those tariffs and ratchets them up, he may coerce the Mexican government into forcefully confronting and even eradicating its drug cartels and human traffickers and carrying out mass deportations of Central Americans illegally crossing through Mexico. Perhaps Mexico will even build the wall on our southern border itself.
That would be a big step toward making America and Mexico safe again.

Mexico dispatches one of its biggest Trump-haters to persuade Trump to halt tariffs

When you're in a pickle and you want to ask the U.S. for something, do you ship your biggest hater of the president to get what you want?
That seems to be Mexico's genius tactic, shipping its Trump-hating foreign minister to the U.S. to meet Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in a bid to persuade President Trump to drop tariffs on Mexican imports into the U.S.
This doesn't sound like the sort of situation where being unpleasant is going to work. But there they go. Instead of sending a smooth diplomat to persuade the U.S. that the two countries really do have the same interests, they're sending a guy who attempted to manipulate U.S. elections and openly supported Trump's opponent to get the job done.
Here's the CBS report regarding Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard's upcoming visit to the U.S. to try to get President Trump to drop 5% tariffs on all Mexican goods coming across the border if Mexico doesn't take action to stop the flood of illegals rolling across the U.S. border:
"I inform you that the summit to resolve the differences between the US and our country will be Wednesday in Washington. Mike Pompeo will head up the US delegation. I will head the Mexican. There is a willingness to dialogue. We will be firm and we will defend our dignity," Ebrard wrote in a tweet which has been translated from Spanish.
What dignity? These people have lost control of their own country to cartels and are consciously choosing to fatten up the coffers of their country's human-smugglers, which find the shipment of illegals and drugs across an unguarded border a very profitable business indeed. The cartels aren't going to get the 5% tariff, the Mexican private sector will. But instead of doing something to protect the Mexican private sector from tariffs, they're coming to protect the interests of the cartels and calling it 'dignity.' Really?
They'd be better off just crunching down on the migrant trade and telling the foreigners to their south that they aren't going to use Mexico as their private launching pad. Halting the human waves has been Mexico's longtime policy in the past, and the socialist government of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has the Mexican public onboard with that, given the public fatigue with migrant caravans fouling up Mexico's cities and bringing rafts of crime.  Now something has changed. Based on this visit, it sounds like they want to keep things as they are, with cartels free to profit.
But as Billy Mays says, 'But wait, there's more.'
Maybe that has something to do with the kind of guy Mexico is sending to negotiate. Ryan Saavedra has found a few doozies of quotes that are bound to make this guy popular at the White House they want something from:

Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard, the top official leading the tariff negotiations with the U.S., urged people to vote for Hillary days before the election: "Every vote counts, we support Hillary Clinton. Defeat the anti-Mexican xenophobia of Trump"

cc: @RealDonaldTrump

There's also this:

Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard, the top official leading the tariff negotiations with the U.S., urged people to vote for Hillary days before the election: "Every vote counts, we support Hillary Clinton. Defeat the anti-Mexican xenophobia of Trump"

cc: @RealDonaldTrump

So they're sending an actual foreign election meddler who in the past has openly supported Trump's political opponents and been willing to use illegals and other migrants as a stick to nullify U.S. democratic elections to halt the ascent of President Trump for this big project in their own national interest. Never mind that he didn't succeed in stopping Trump, he definitely tried. And now he's in the U.S. to persuade President Trump to drop tariffs on Mexican goods coming into the U.S. as if U.S. trade is as much of a 'right' as manipulating U.S. elections is, along with shipping untold numbers of illegals. Rights, rights, rights - and 'dignity.'
Here's another one from this charmer:
"I've been asked why start Friday: because the relevance of the topic and the need to prepare arguments and a common strategy by different parts of the government demands intense work. We must also meet with Mexico's allies over the weekend. That's why I'm leaving now," Ebrard wrote in another tweet which has been translated from Spanish.
Such a bright guy, informing everyone of his negotiating strategy on Twitter even before he comes. Rest assured, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will be ready.
But the content itself is interesting, too. Obviously going for a 'stick' strategy, reading the U.S. as an easy pushover. His strategy is to consult Mexico's few allies (remember: Mexico is on record as supporting Venezuela's Maduro dictatorship over Venezuela's democrats, which is contrary to the stance of all the other countries worth having as allies in the region). Who's left? Well, there's Maduro. So he's going to consult with Maduro? Or will it be Russia, a country that has always seen Mexico as easy pickings for manipulation? Or will it be Cuba, another famous manipulator of Mexican interests? They don't have much to consult and in any case, what would it be about, other than hating Trump together and trying to check U.S. interests? As if Trump couldn't slap tariffs on those places, too. Sounds like a winning strategy.
He's going to come in tough and fail in his mission of ending tariffs on Mexican goods. Sure, Mexico will retaliate. And with a bad socialist economy, (unlike that of the U.S.) , the Mexicans are going to like the result a lot less than the Americans. More tariffs, more illegals trashing Mexican cities on the way to the states - this sounds like a recipe for shooting oneself in the foot.
I'm not a big supporter of tariffs generally and I agree with Sen. Joni Ernst that it would be better to see remittances taxed instead of all trade (the tariffs, after all, might prompt a new illegal flow from Mexico, actually), but this is enough to make one support Trump's tariffs if for nothing else to ensure that Mexico understands the U.S. Right now, they don't. They think we're a kind of large Honduras that can be easily kicked around. And what we are looking at now is one of the most idiotic guaranteed-to-fail strategies ever seen by a country at odds with the U.S. All the Mexicans have to do is tell the cartels 'no' and halt the flow of illegals. What they're doing instead is setting themselves up for the most spectacular foreign policy failure imaginable, buttressing only foreigners in their country illegally and cartels.
There's an easy way to get what they want and a hard way, and their Trump derangement syndrome means they're going for the hard. In fact, it's not just hard, it's stupid. I'm getting out the popcorn to watch how bad this one turns out.

Mexico’s President to Donald Trump: America Is for Migrants

Poor people have a right to migrate to the United States, and migrants should not be stopped by force, according to a letter from Mexico’s president to U.S. President Donald Trump.

President López Obrador’s May 30 letter, provided by the Wall Street Journal, claimed a migrant’s “right for justice,” saying:
President Trump. Social problems are not resolved by taxes or coercive measures. How do you transform the country of fraternity for the world’s migrants into a ghetto, a closed space, where migrants are stigmatized, mistreated, persecuted, expelled and the right for justice is canceled to those who tirelessly seek to live free of misery?
The letter also suggested that poor Mexicans have a right to migrate into the United States: “It is worth remembering that, within a short period of time, Mexicans will not need to migrate into the United States and that migration will become optional, not compulsory.”

Obrador’s letter did not formally reject or accept Trump’s demand that Mexico block the huge Central American migration into the United States, nor did it directly denounce Trump’s threat to impose rising tariffs on Mexico.
Instead, it repeatedly claimed poor people have a right to move into the United States.
In one section, the letter appropriates the Statue of Liberty as a supposed symbol of legal migration, saying “The Statue of Liberty is not an empty symbol.”
In reality, the statue was built to show other nations how America’s Constitution and culture help create a thriving democracy. Since then, many progressives have tried to argue the status is a symbolic invitation to migrants.
Since 1965, when the nation’s immigration laws were loosened, the U.S. population of Mexican-ancestry citizens and illegal immigrants has exploded to 30 million. That huge population delivers about $30 billion in remittances to Mexico each year.
Obrador also suggested that President Franklin Delano Roosevelt endorsed easy migration:
President Roosevelt was a titan of liberties. He proclaimed the four fundamental rights of humankind before anyone else: the right to freedom of speech, the right to freedom of religion, the right to live free from fear, and the right to live free from misery.
Additionally, Obrador argued that “universal justice” will triumph over national borders, saying:
With all due respect, even though you have the right to express it, the slogan “America First” is a fallacy because until the end of time, even over national borders, universal justice and fraternity will prevail.
Nothing by force, everything by reason and Law!
In the United States, many establishment figures also assert that Americans’ homeland is a nation of and for immigrants, not a homeland for 280 million America-born citizens and their children. In 2018, former GOP Gov. Nikki Haley told an Indian audience, “The one thing about America and what I have always loved is America is a country of immigrants. It’s the fabric of America to have multiple cultures. Multiple populations. Multiple heritages that do come into America that make it what it is.”
The second-ranking Democrat in the Senate, Sen. Dick Durbin declared in February 2018 that “rejecting the notion that we are a nation of immigrants [is] to deny our birthright as a nation … to really defy who we are, what we are and what we will be.” Also, he declared, “We have a diverse nation, and that is our strength as far as I’m concerned.”
Progressives also insist that Americans must not favor their people, children, ideas, and traditions. In November 2014, for example, former President Barack Obama told cheering supporters:
Sometimes we get attached to our particular tribe, our particular race, our particular religion, and then we start treating other folks differently. And that, sometimes, has been a bottleneck to how we think about immigration.  If you look at the history of immigration in this country, each successive wave, there have been periods where the folks who were already here suddenly say, ‘Well, I don’t want those folks’ — even though the only people who have the right to say that are some Native Americans.
In contrast, Trump has repeatedly argued that America is for Americans. In his May 30 letter announcing the new tariff threat, he said:
As everyone knows, the United States of America has been invaded by hundreds of thousands of people coming through Mexico and entering our country illegally. This sustained influx of illegal aliens has profound consequences on every aspect of our national life—overwhelming our schools, overcrowding our hospitals, draining our welfare system, and causing untold amounts of crime. Gang members, smugglers, human traffickers, and illegal drugs and narcotics of all kinds are pouring across the Southern Border and directly into our communities. Thousands of innocent lives are taken every year as a result of this lawless chaos. It must end NOW!
The current state of affairs is profoundly unfair to the American taxpayer, who bears the extraordinary financial cost imposed by large-scale illegal migration. Even worse is the terrible and preventable loss of human life. Some of the most deadly and vicious gangs on the planet operate just across our border and terrorize innocent communities.
For years, Mexico has not treated us fairly—but we are now asserting our rights as a sovereign Nation.
The United States is a great country that can no longer be exploited due to its foolish and irresponsible immigration laws. For the sake of our people, and for the sake of our future, these horrendous laws must be changed now.
As President of the United States, my highest duty is the defense of the country and its citizens. A nation without borders is not a nation at all. I will not stand by and allow our sovereignty to be eroded, our laws to be trampled, or our borders to be disrespected anymore.
Immigration Numbers
Each year, approximately four million young Americans join the workforce after graduating from high school or university.
But the federal government then imports about 1.1 million legal immigrants and refreshes a resident population of roughly 1.5 million white-collar visa workers — including about one million H-1B workers — and approximately 500,000 blue-collar visa workers.
The government also prints out more than one million work permits for foreigners, tolerates about eight million illegal workers, and does not punish companies for employing the hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants who sneak across the border or overstay their legal visas each year.
This policy of inflating the labor supply stimulates economic growth for investors because it ensures that employers do not have to compete for American workers by offering higher wages and better working conditions.
This policy of deflating wages by flooding the market with cheap, foreign, white-collar graduates and blue-collar labor also shifts enormous wealth from young employees towards older investors, even as it also widens wealth gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, and hurts children’s schools and college educations.
The economic policy also pushes Americans away from high-tech careers and sidelines millions of marginalized Americans, including many who are now struggling with fentanyl addictions. The labor policy furthermore moves business investment and wealth from the Heartland to the coastal citiesexplodes rents and housing costsshrivels real estate values in the Midwest, and rewards investors for creating low-tech, labor-intensive workplaces.

U.S. Seeks to Block Migration Wave with Mexican ‘Safe Third Country’ Deal

U.S. officials are pressuring Mexico to sign a “safe third country” deal that would help U.S. border officers quickly deport migrants, either back into Mexico or all the way back to their home countries.

“We want to work with Mexico to align on asylum,” Kevin McAleenan, the acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, told reporters Thursday evening. “We need to be able to protect people in the first safe country they arrive in — really, all through the hemisphere, but certainly with our partner to the south.”
The terms of the deal would determine how U.S. border agencies could handle migrants who travel through Mexico to get to the U.S. border, said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who now works with the Center for Immigration Studies. The goal would be a deal in which Mexico agrees to offer asylum to migrants from the South, and also to allow migrants to return to Mexico once they are rejected by U.S. agencies.
Depending on the deal, the rejected Central American asylum seekers might be flown home without returning to Mexico, Arthur said. Once a deal is signed, most migrants would be deterred from making the trip because they would expect rejection at the border, he said.
The safe third country deal is needed, say, advocates, because the wave of Central American economic migrants have exploited U.S. asylum rules to overwhelm the border defenses — and often to help them get work permits while they wait a few years for a judge to hear their asylum pleas.
The establishment media largely ignored the safe third country issue on Friday.
In his Friday press conference, Mexican President Andres Obrador tried to downplay the danger of President Donald Trump’s threat to impose tariffs on Mexico’s exports if Mexico does not block the central American migration. Reuters reported:
“I want to insist that we will not fall into any provocation; we are going to act prudently,” said the president. “With respect to U.S. authorities, and President Donald Trump, we think that all these conflicts in the bilateral relationship must be confronted and resolved with dialogue.”
He said that Mexico would enforce its immigration laws but would not take actions that violate human rights. He noted that people were flowing out of Central America “not by choice, but necessity” because of violence and a lack of jobs.
Obrador’s comments came after his deputies released a letter to Trump in which Obrador argued that poor migrants have a right to enter the United States.
On Friday, McAleenan also said he wants Mexico to tighten security on its southern border and to take stronger action against the drug-and-labor-trafficking cartels:
Mexico must take significant action to secure their southern border, stop the unlawful flow of migrants across their territory, and attack the criminal groups preying on vulnerable migrants and profiting from these smuggling enterprises.
[On] operational security on their southern border with Guatemala.  They have increased somewhat they interdictions of migrants entering Mexico from Guatemala, but it’s less than one fifth of what we’re seeing at the border on average.  They need to step up their security efforts at their southern border.  And they have natural chokepoints leading away from the border of Chiapas and Guatemala, into Mexico and on the way to the U.S.

Two, we need to target an attack to transnational criminal organizations.  This is an organized smuggling effort.  The logistical effort to move 100,000 people through a country every four weeks is immense.  This is noticeable.  It involves commercial bus lines that are controlled by criminal organizations.  We need Mexico to crack down on these operations in their territory.
But McAleenan cited the safe third country goal twice:
We also have the opportunity to partner with Mexico to align our asylum efforts to ensure that asylum seekers are processed and protected in the first safe space they reach and not allowed to continue on to other countries’ borders.  We need to take concerted action.
Currently, there is no safe third country agreement, and the U.S. offers a loophole through the border fence for migrants who simultaneously bring a child and claim asylum. The loophole has drawn 100,000 migrants a month in April and in May. Congress’s support for the existing loopholes also has created a thriving business whereby migrants temporarily trade their children to adult migrants in exchange for discounts from the cartel-linked coyotes.
Pro-migration advocates are trying to block any safe third country deal with Mexico. For example, Jennifer Quiqley at Human Rights First argued Friday that Mexico is not a safe haven for migrants:

.@jenquigley: The Admin does not recognize that Mexico is not equipped to handle the people coming through to seek asylum. It's not as if they are not trying to do their fair share. Trying to add to their burden will make migrants less safe. Mex does not have the safety needed.
.@jenquigley: Mexico does not meet the requirements for a safe third country agreement. Trump Admin tariffs have no legal basis and is just another anti-migrant policy of hate.

U.S. officials are already sending some asylum-seeking migrants — approximately 6,000 — back to Mexico under the “Remain in Mexico” program prior to their immigration hearing in the United States. The program has survived one round of lawsuits, even as pro-migration groups highlighted cases of routine crime against the migrants who are remaining in Mexico.
Multiple business groups are opposing Trump’s tariff strategy, in part, because investors gain from the continued inflow of Central American workers, consumers, and renters.
For example, Todd Schulte, the director of FWD.us, highlighted Trump’s push for a safe third country agreement:

Anyway — to be very precise, the goal is to blackmail Mexico into signing a “safe third country” agreement so President Trump can eliminate the current legal right of anyone who has come through Mexico to apply for asylum. Ending the entire asylum remains the goal.

FWD.us was formed by West Coast investors, including Mark Zuckerberg, to help preserve the investors’ continued inflow of lower-wage H-1B visa workers, and of immigrant workers and customers.
International asylum law usually directs asylum seekers to ask for asylum in the first safe country which they enter. In theory, this rule allows the United States to reject Central American migrants who pass through Mexico without seeking asylum.
But U.S. law requires a formal “safe third country” deal before a migrant can be sent back to the “first safe country.”
For example, a Guatemalan migrant should seek asylum in Mexico under the “first safe country” rule, but once he reaches the United States, a “safe third country” deal would allow the United States to dismiss his asylum request and send him back to Mexico or offer a return to Guatemala.
The United States has a “safe third country” deal with Canada. The deal allows U.S. border officers to reject asylum pleas from migrants who transit Canada to reach the U.S. border. That deal has prompted little protest from pro-migration progressives.
The same deal allows Canadian officials to reject migrants who apply for asylum at Canadian border posts. However, a loophole in the U.S.-Canadian deal requires Canadian officials to consider asylum claims from migrants who cross the border illegally from the United States.

This policy of flooding the market with cheap, foreign, white-collar graduates and blue-collar labor also shifts enormous wealth from young employees towards older investors, even as it also widens wealth gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, and hurts children’s schools and college educations. It also pushes Americans away from high-tech careers and sidelines millions of marginalized Americans, including many who are now struggling with fentanyl addictions. The labor policy also moves business investment and wealth from the heartland to the coastal citiesexplodes rents and housing costsshrivels real estate values in the Midwest, and rewards investors for creating low-tech, labor-intensive workplaces.

The “mother of all caravans” is forming in Central America, and our border-enforcement system is at “the breaking point” — all because Democrats in Congress rejects any effort to plug the legal loopholes that drive the accelerating flood at the border. In effect, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are doing just what Cesar Chavez complained about 40 years ago: placating employers by allowing the unhindered importation of cheap labor to undermine the efforts of American workers to negotiate higher wages. Fox News’ Carlson on Tariffs: U.S. Must Strike Back Against ‘Hostile Foreign Power’ Mexico over Illegal Immigration

Friday on Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” host Tucker Carlson argued for President Donald Trump’s threat of imposing a 5% tariff on Mexico over its government’s unwillingness to help stem the flow of illegal immigration into the United States.
Carlson called Mexico a “hostile foreign power,” and likened that flow of immigration to an attack. He acknowledged the tariff could have an economic impact on the United States but insisted it was still a proper response.
“Not every government policy is a pure economic calculation,” Carlson said. “When the United States is attacked by a hostile foreign power, it must strike back. And make no mistake, Mexico is a hostile foreign power. For decades, Mexico has sent its poor north to our country. This has allowed that country’s criminal oligarchy to maintain power and get even richer but at great expense to us.”
“The flood of illegal workers into the United States has damaged our communities, ruined our schools, burdened our health care system and fractured our national unity,” he continued. “It has suppressed wages for our most vulnerable. It has been a slow-motion attack on this country, and its effects have been devastating. There’s not a lot of real debate about that. The numbers are clear. Honest people admit it. But our leaders are not honest. In the hours after the president’s announcement, they instinctively sided with Mexico.”

Donald Trump Declares He Will Increase Tariffs on Mexico Until Illegal Immigration Remedied

President Donald Trump made good on a promised immigration announcement Thursday night, proclaiming he will increase tariffs on Mexico.

“On June 10th, the United States will impose a 5% Tariff on all goods coming into our Country from Mexico, until such time as illegal migrants coming through Mexico, and into our Country, STOP,” President Trump wrote in a Thursday night tweet.

On June 10th, the United States will impose a 5% Tariff on all goods coming into our Country from Mexico, until such time as illegal migrants coming through Mexico, and into our Country, STOP. The Tariff will gradually increase until the Illegal Immigration problem is remedied,..

“The Tariff will gradually increase until the Illegal Immigration problem is remedied,” the president said and continued in a subsequent post, “….at which time the Tariffs will be removed. Details from the White House to follow.”
Minutes later the White House released the following statement from President Trump:
Mexico’s passive cooperation in allowing this mass incursion constitutes an emergency and extraordinary threat to the national security and economy of the United States.  Mexico has very strong immigration laws and could easily halt the illegal flow of migrants, including by returning them to their home countries.  Additionally, Mexico could quickly and easily stop illegal aliens from coming through its southern border with Guatemala.
For decades, the United States has suffered the severe and dangerous consequences of illegal immigration.  Sadly, Mexico has allowed this situation to go on for many years, growing only worse with the passage of time.  From a safety, national security, military, economic, and humanitarian standpoint, we cannot allow this grave disaster to continue.
Mexico must step up and help solve this problem.  We welcome people who come to the United States legally, but we cannot allow our laws to be broken and our borders to be violated.  For years, Mexico has not treated us fairly—but we are now asserting our rights as a sovereign Nation.
To address the emergency at the Southern Border, I am invoking the authorities granted to me by the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.  Accordingly, starting on June 10, 2019, the United States will impose a 5 percent Tariff on all goods imported from Mexico.  If the illegal migration crisis is alleviated through effective actions taken by Mexico, to be determined in our sole discretion and judgment, the Tariffs will be removed.  If the crisis persists, however, the Tariffs will be raised to 10 percent on July 1, 2019.  Similarly, if Mexico still has not taken action to dramatically reduce or eliminate the number of illegal aliens crossing its territory into the United States, Tariffs will be increased to 15 percent on August 1, 2019, to 20 percent on September 1, 2019, and to 25 percent on October 1, 2019.  Tariffs will permanently remain at the 25 percent level unless and until Mexico substantially stops the illegal inflow of aliens coming through its territory.  Workers who come to our country through the legal admissions process, including those working on farms, ranches, and in other businesses, will be allowed easy passage.
If Mexico fails to act, Tariffs will remain at the high level, and companies located in Mexico may start moving back to the United States to make their products and goods.  Companies that relocate to the United States will not pay the Tariffs or be affected in any way.
Over the years, Mexico has made massive amounts of money in its dealings with the United States, and this includes the tremendous number of jobs leaving our country.
Should Mexico choose not to cooperate on reducing unlawful migration, the sustained imposition of Tariffs will produce a massive return of jobs back to American cities and towns.  Remember, our great country has been the “piggy bank” from which everybody wants only to TAKE.  The difference is that now we are firmly and forcefully standing up for America’s interests.
We have confidence that Mexico can and will act swiftly to help the United States stop this long-term, dangerous, and deeply unfair problem.  The United States has been very good to Mexico for many years.  We are now asking that Mexico immediately do its fair share to stop the use of its territory as a conduit for illegal immigration into our country.
The cartels and coyotes are having a greater and greater impact on the Mexican side of our Southern Border.  This is a dire threat that must be decisively eliminated.  Billions of dollars are made, and countless lives are ruined, by these ruthless and merciless criminal organizations.  Mexico must bring law and order to its side of the border.
Democrats in Congress are fully aware of this horrible situation and yet refuse to help in any way, shape, or form.  This is a total dereliction of duty.  The migrant crisis is a calamity that must now be solved—and can easily be solved—in Congress.  Our broken asylum laws, court system, catch-and-release, visa lottery, chain migration, and many other loopholes can all be promptly corrected.  When that happens, the measures being announced today can be more readily reduced or removed.
The United States is a great country that can no longer be exploited due to its foolish and irresponsible immigration laws.  For the sake of our people, and for the sake of our future, these horrendous laws must be changed now.
At the same time, Mexico cannot allow hundreds of thousands of people to pour over its land and into our country—violating the sovereign territory of the United States.  If Mexico does not take decisive measures, it will come at a significant price.
We therefore look forward to, and appreciate, the swift and effective actions that we hope Mexico will immediately install.
As President of the United States, my highest duty is the defense of the country and its citizens.  A nation without borders is not a nation at all.  I will not stand by and allow our sovereignty to be eroded, our laws to be trampled, or our borders to be disrespected anymore.

HOW MANY HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS WILL WE LET MEXICO SUCK OUT OF OUR OPEN BORDER?
There are many reasons why, for the first time, the government of Mexico would agree to work cooperatively with the United States over an extremely serious immigration-related issue. It is likely, of course that President Trump was not just posturing when he said he would cut off aid to Mexico and other countries who permit the United States to be invaded by illegal aliens.

Trump to Enforce Clinton-Era Law Requiring Sponsors to Pay Back Welfare Benefits of Immigrants

President Donald Trump signed a memorandum on Thursday directing agencies to enforce a previously unenforced Clinton-era law that requires sponsors of immigrants to pay the government back for the welfare benefits those immigrants use.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA) and the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, were signed into law by then President Bill Clinton in 1996, but the provisions requiring government repayment were never enforced.

Sponsors will be required to sign an affidavit detailing what their financial responsibility will be to pay back the government for any government assistance program that the immigrant uses, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and cash assistance, as well as food stamps, Section 8 housing and rental assistance, Medicare Part D prescription drug benefits, and Medicaid for non-emergencies, Fox News reports.

Black conservative group Project 21 praised the decision, saying it is compliant with the immigration recommendations the group outlined in its Blueprint for a Better Deal for Black America."
Project 21 member Melanie Collette said taxpayers should be frustrated about the fact that it took Trump”to issue a memorandum to compel the enforcement of federal laws already on the books.”

“The 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act makes clear that it is reasonable to expect immigrants' sponsors to reimburse the American people for their expenses," she said. "And the establishment of a merit-based immigration system is not a matter of American selfishness - it's an acknowledgment of what makes America exceptional."

“This is a move that should be welcomed by those providing social services, because it will ensure American citizens who need assistance are not pushed aside. Noncitizens are draining resources meant for those who have already helped pay for them," Project 21 member Emery McClendon said in a statement.

"We must reserve these services for Americans first and foremost because they were created to give our own a hand-up in hard times. Yet the system currently turns away our own and places others ahead of them because of a failure to enforce the law," McClendon added.

So when cities across the country declare that they will NOT be sanctuary, guess where ALL the illegals, criminals, gang members fleeing ICE will go???? straight to your welcoming city. So ironically the people fighting for sanctuary city status, may have an unprecedented crime wave to deal with along with the additional expense.

The U.S. government is holding 80,000 migrants in custody, says Kevin McAleenan, the acting secretary for the Department of Homeland Security.

“The situation is both a humanitarian and border security crisis that has become a national emergency,” McAleenan said in a telephone press conference on Thursday night. He described the inflow of migrants:
U.S. immigration authorities now have over 80,000 people in custody, a record level that is beyond sustainable capacity with current resources.  Over 7,500 single adults are in custody at the border and Immigration and Customs Enforcement is holding over 50,000.
…
… Over 2,350 unaccompanied children — the highest level ever — are currently in custody waiting for days for placements in border stations that cannot provide appropriate conditions for them because Health and Human Services is out of bed space and Congress has failed to act on the administration’s emergency supplemental request for more than four weeks.
The detained population of 80,000 migrants is roughly twice the number which Democrats wanted to fund during the lengthy negotiations over 2019 funding.
But the 80,000 population is a small share of the overall inflow, which experts say could reach 800,000 in the 12 months up to October. Most migrants are quickly released to take jobs in U.S. blue-collar worksites, or places in schools for the children of non-elite parents.
The rush for America has been triggered by the migrants’ recognition that Congress is not trying to stop them from overwhelming U.S. border defenses. For example, Congress has rejected President Donald Trump’s repeated request to fix that Flores loophole, which allows migrants with children to be released even without starting the expected asylum request-and-denial, catch-and-release process.
“At any given moment, up to 100,000 migrants are transiting Mexico on their way to the U.S. border,” McAleenan said. “Over 75,000 families have already transited Mexico to the U.S. border this month alone [because they are] incentivized to come now by the smuggling organizations’ advertisements and the fact that families cannot be detained in custody during their immigration proceedings.”
The migration is good business for Mexico. For example, a report by Rand Corp. says the cartels earned up to $2.3 billion from the labor-trafficking business in 2017, alongside earnings from the complementary narcotics smuggling business.
The smuggling is also good for U.S. employers and investors.
The migration means that employers get an extra supply of tough, compliant, low-wage workers just as labor shortages are forcing companies to boost pay for Americans. The extra labor supply also reduces employers’ incentive to hire from the population of 12 million unemployed or underemployed Americans, some of whom are sidelined by disability, underinvestment in rural areas, or by drugs.
U.S. border agencies say they provided work permits to 462,00 migrants in 2017 and 363,000 migrants in 2018. The agencies declined to give details or to say how long the work permits last.
McAleenan declined to mention the workplace impact of the migrants but instead expressed much concern about the health of the migrants:
Most urgently, children are being put in danger daily as transnational criminal organizations smuggle unprecedented numbers of families and children across our borders …
Four hundred children arrived in the last 24 hours alone.  Four of those children this month have died transiting through Mexico into the United States — two drowning in a river, both a five-year-old and ten-month-old; and two teenage boys died of infections after receiving medical treatment in federal custody.
We are seeing increasing cases of adults fraudulently presenting with children that are not their own — over 4,000 this year.  As one man whose own children had migrated to the U.S. this year told me yesterday while was I was in Guatemala, “A child is like a passport for migration.”
Let me clear, the current situation is risking the lives of children every day.
The establishment media share McAleenan’s focus. For example, the front page of the Washington Post‘s May 31 paper edition is dominated by a story reporting that officials are failing to met legal deadlines for transferring migrant youths and children to shelters run by the Department of Health and Human Services:
Many of the nearly 2,000 unaccompanied migrant children being held in overcrowded U.S. Border Patrol facilities have been there beyond legally allowed time limits, including some who are 12 or younger, according to new government data obtained by The Washington Post.
Many of the migrant children are being delivered by coyotes to the border agencies, who are expected to complete the contract by relaying the children to their illegal-immigrant parents living in the United States. Many families migrate to the United States in stages, so allowing the father and young men to earn the funds needed to smuggle and transport the women and children. The Washington Post ignored the orchestration and the coyotes’ handover of children to the border agencies as it described some youths caught are the border were traveling “alone”:
Among the group were five children who had traveled alone, including a 10-year-old boy from Honduras who was wearing an adult’s oversize sweatshirt. He was trying to get to his mother in Lafayette, La., he said, producing from his pocket a folded piece of paper with her phone number on it.
A thin, bleary-eyed 10-year-old from Honduras said she was en route to reunite with her father in Ohio, but she was not sure where. A 16-year-old Guatemalan in rectangular glasses said he was heading to Florida. And a 17-year-old Honduran said he hoped to reach his brother in Houston.
Immigration Numbers
Each year, roughly four million young Americans join the workforce after graduating from high school or university.
But the federal government then imports about 1.1 million legal immigrants and refreshes a resident population of roughly 1.5 million white-collar visa workers — including roughly one million H-1B workers — and approximately 500,000 blue-collar visa workers.
The government also prints out more than one million work permits for foreigners, tolerates about eight million illegal workers, and does not punish companies for employing the hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants who sneak across the border or overstay their legal visas each year.
This policy of inflating the labor supply boosts economic growth for investors because it ensures that employers do not have to compete for American workers by offering higher wages and better working conditions.
