Federal judge rules
against Maryland as Judicial Watch wins big to uncover obvious vote fraud
potential
Those Democrats who keep telling us that
vote fraud is rare and insignificant fight like hell to make sure that the
evidence remains buried. Even
when there are obvious danger signs such exist in Montgomery County, Maryland,
where there are more registered voters than resident citizens.
You might think that officials would be
anxious to find out why that is, and would be eager to clean up their voter
rolls. Certainly, any officials that cared about the integrity of the vote
would want to ensure that malefactors would not be able to pick-up ballots and
vote them (as the practice of “vote harvesting” permits). But for reasons only
they can explain, Maryland officials fought in federal court to prevent
Judicial Watch from obtaining voter data lists.
Judicial
Watch announced today that a federal court has ordered the State of Maryland to produce voter list data for
Montgomery County, the state’s biggest county. The court ruling comes in the
Judicial Watch lawsuit filed July 18, 2017, against Montgomery County and the
Maryland State Boards of Elections under the National Voter Registration Act of
1993 (NVRA).
The lawsuit was
filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore
Division (Judicial Watch vs. Linda H. Lamone, et al. (No. 1:17-cv-02006)). The decision
follows NVRA-related Judicial Watch successes in California and Kentucky that could lead to removal of up to 1.85 million inactive
voters from voter registration lists. The NVRA requires states to take
reasonable steps to clean up its voting rolls and to make documents about its
voter list maintenance practices available to anyone who asks.
Judicial
Watch had sought the Maryland voter list data after discovering that there were
more registered voters in Montgomery County than citizens over the age of 18
who could register. U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Lipton
Hollander rejected Maryland’s objections to providing the voter list
information under Section 8(i) of the National Voter Registration Act:
If Judicial
Watch had submitted requests for voter registration data, corresponding to the
thousands of Montgomery County voters, the State would have been required to
produce each record, pursuant to Section 8(i). Instead, Judicial Watch merely
submitted a single request for a voter list containing and compiling the same
information about the thousands of voters in Montgomery County. Although both
scenarios seek the same information, defendants believe that the NVRA would
require compliance with only one of them. Rejecting Judicial Watch’s request
based on semantics would be tantamount to requiring Judicial Watch to make
thousands of separate requests. Neither the NVRA, the Court, nor common sense
can abide such a purposeless obstruction.
****
Organizations
such as Judicial Watch have the resources and expertise that few individuals
can marshal. By excluding these organizations from access to voter registration
lists, the State law undermines Section 8(i)’s efficacy. Accordingly, [Maryland
election law] is an obstacle to the accomplishment of the NVRA’s purposes. It
follows that the State law is preempted in so far as it allows only Maryland
registered voters to access voter registration lists.
The dispute
over the voter registration list arose from an April 11, 2017, notice letter sent to Maryland election officials, in which
Judicial Watch explained Montgomery County had an impossibly high registration
rate. The letter threatened a lawsuit if the problems with Montgomery County’s
voter rolls were not fixed. The letter also requested access to Montgomery
County voter registration lists in order to evaluate the efficacy of any
“programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracy and
currency of Maryland’s official eligible voter lists during the past 2 years.”
Democrat
Maryland officials, in response, attacked and smeared Judicial Watch by suggesting it was an agent of Russia.
No, Judicial Watch is not an agent of
Russia. That is a despicable charge . I donate to JW as often as I can, and I
urge those readers with the resources to do so to give them money.
Axios:
‘Not a Single’ Demographic Trend ‘Favors Republicans’ in Elections
21 Jul 20192,122
3:59
There are currently no nationwide demographic trends that “favor
Republicans” in future elections, Axios reports.
The
nation’s shifting demography — spurred primarily
from mass legal immigration where more than 1.2 million foreign nationals are
added to the U.S. population every year — is set to make it increasingly
difficult for Republican candidates to win statewide and national elections,
Axios’s Jim VandeHei and Mike Allen note:
The single
biggest threat to Republicans’ long-term viability is demographics.
[Emphasis added]
The
numbers simply do not lie. America, as a whole, and swing states, in
particular, are growing more diverse, more quickly. There is no way
Republicans can change birth rates or curb this trend — and there’s not
a single demographic megatrend that favors Republicans. [Emphasis added]
As
Breitbart News has chronicled, the
foreign-born voting population is expected to make up about ten percent of the
entire American electorate by the 2020 presidential election — meaning that
about one-in-ten voters will have been born outside the U.S.
(Screenshot via Axios)
The
country’s legal immigration levels, which have floated around
800,000 to 1.5 million admissions a year for the last three decades, have
increased the Hispanic voting population to an unprecedented level. For the
first time in American history, Hispanic Americans will be the largest voting
minority in a national election in 2020, outpacingblack
Americans.
Democrats
are set to dominate electorally as a benefit from steady, record-high legal
immigration levels. Analysis by The
Atlantic senior editor Ronald Brownstein revealedthat nearly
90 percent of House congressional districts with a foreign-born population
above the national average were won by Democrats.
This
means that every congressional district with a foreign-born population
exceeding roughly 14 percent had a 90 percent chance of being controlled by
Democrats and only a ten percent chance of electing a Republican.
Similarly,
less than one-in-ten House Republicans represent a congressional district that
has a foreign-born population larger than 14 percent. Entire states, driven by
legal immigration, have been transformed electorally, Brownstein’s analysis
found.
For
instance, Republicans hold about 30 Senate seats in the 20 U.S. states
with the smallest foreign-born populations. Meanwhile, Democrats control
32 Senate seats in the 20 U.S. states with the largest share of foreign-born
residents. Democrats are expected to target those remaining Republican Senate
seats in states with large foreign-born populations in the 2020 election.
The New York Times and Axios admit
that legal immigration at its current rate will continue shifting the
American electorate more towards Democrat control. University of Maryland,
College Park, researcher James Gimpel has found in
recent years that more immigrants to the U.S. inevitably means more Democrat
voters and, thus, increasing electoral victories for the Democrat Party.
The
2016 presidential election between then-candidate Donald Trump and Hillary
Clinton underscored this trend.
For
example, among native-born Americans, Trump won 49 percent to Clinton’s 45
percent, according to exit polling data.
Among foreign-born residents, Clinton dominated against Trump, garnering 64
percent of the immigrant population’s vote compared to Trump’s mere 31 percent.
(Screenshot via CNN)
Nearly 80 percent of all legal immigration to the U.S. is
through chain migration, where newly naturalized citizens can bring an
unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country. In 2017, the foreign-born
population reached a
record high of 44.5 million.
The U.S. is on track to import about
15 million new foreign-born voters in the next two decades should current
legal immigration levels continue. Those 15 million new foreign-born
voters include about eight million who will arrive in the country through chain
migration.

New York’s Jilted Silent Majority
Democratic support for
illegal-immigrant drivers’ licenses runs counter to public opinion.
July 18, 2019
New York
Politics
and law
Last month, New York
became the 13th state to grant drivers’ licenses to
illegal immigrants,
securing a victory that liberals and open-borders advocates have fought for
since Eliot Spitzer was governor. But Democrats should worry about how the
debate unfolded in New York: a majority of state voters opposed the bill,
including about 40 percent of surveyed Democrats, mainly because the law will
confer real benefits on illegal residents, thus rewarding violators of the law.
The question of voter fraud—dismissed as a canard by most on the left—raised
alarms when Democrats tried to pass a bill that would have automatically
registered all drivers to vote (though it required non-citizens affirmatively
to opt out of voter registration). After Republican legislators called
attention to the potential consequences, the bill was scuttled. As it is, a
state driver’s license is all that is required for voter registration in New
York, so the potential for abuse is there.
In the suburbs, stiff
opposition pushed Long Island’s Democratic state senators to vote unanimously
against the bill. But the legislation overcame these headwinds, a testament to
the ascendant Left’s newfound power statewide, particularly in New York City. Last
year, Gotham voters unseated six members of the senate’s moderate Independent
Democratic Conference, replacing them with more progressive challengers. The
stridency of the party’s energized urban base was, on this issue, enough to
overcome the opposition of the diffuse majority.
Advocates highlighted the
modest supposed benefits that licensing illegal-alien drivers would deliver to
the state budget and carriers of car insurance, but most voters remained
unconvinced—presumably because their concern was less about money and more
about the principles at stake. This negative reaction diverged from polls
suggesting that Americans nationally have taken a more positive view of
immigration since Donald Trump’s inauguration. The dissonance between
country-wide polling and the conservative sentiment of deep-blue New York
suggests that the national numbers on immigration may reflect the president’s
unpopularity in particular rather than any fondness for illegal aliens—and
that, when Trump is removed from the equation, the political middle on
immigration remains significantly to the right of today’s Democratic Party.
This electoral dynamic is
even more pronounced at the national level, where most leading Democrats have
followed their activist base to extreme positions. Presidential candidates
Bernie Sanders, Kirsten Gillibrand, and Elizabeth Warren all endorse the idea
of abolishing ICE, while another competitor for the Democratic nomination,
former HUD Secretary Julian Castro, has argued for mass amnesty. Castro and
Warren also favor decriminalization of illegal entry into the United States.
This radical trend is a recent phenomenon. Just a decade ago, the two major
contenders for the Democratic nomination—Barack Obama and Hillary
Clinton—tacked to the center on immigration. In The Audacity of Hope, Obama complained about the people he saw
waving Mexican flags at immigration rallies, as well as his struggles
communicating with non-English-speaking car mechanics. Clinton, for her part,
quickly distanced herself from an earlier version of the drivers’ license law
when Spitzer advanced it as an executive order.
Unlike New York Democrats,
who voted on an unpopular bill, national Democrats believe their leftward shift
on immigration mirrors a movement in public opinion. They believe that Trump’s
immigration rhetoric fueled Americans’ sympathy on the issue. But their
reasoning is flawed. They cite public opinion polls suggesting that Americans
shift their attitudes leftward when conservatives hold power, and reverse their
position when liberals are in control. Though polling has captured real
dissatisfaction with the president’s approach to immigration, it has little to
say about what policies voters would support.
The battle over New York’s
drivers’ license bill suggests that most voters have not followed elite
Democrats to the far left on immigration. Whether this chasm harms the eventual
Democratic nominee in 2020 remains to be seen—but that nominee should keep in
mind that taking an extreme position on the issue is not a strategy for broad
popularity.

Nearly 1 Million
Californians Registered to Vote Are Ineligible, Says Non-Partisan Group
A non-partisan group has reported that
there are still several counties in California where the number of registered voters is greater than the number
of eligible citizens, with the total nearing one million people.
The Election Integrity Project California
(EIPCa) stated in
a release on July 8 (pdf) that if
voter problems are not promptly addressed by state officials, fraudulent election activities
may continue to haunt the state.
Using the state’s own data on active and
inactive status registrants, the organization found that eight counties have not
cleaned up their inactive registrant lists, despite a 2018 legal settlement
that requires California counties to properly maintain their voter rolls and
remove inactive voters according to federal law.
According to EIPCa, there are currently
991,411 people registered who are ineligible to vote. This is an increase of
63,376 from the group’s 2017 report, which found 928,035 ineligibles registered
to vote.
As the number of names with inactive status
continues to grow, the organization noted that these excess registrants open up
the doors to fraud.
Voter registration rates that exceed the
eligible population range from 103% in Ventura, San Benito, and Plumas counties
to 115% in San Diego. Other counties include San Mateo at 104%, Solano and
Santa Cruz at 107%, and Los Angeles at 109%.
Just months ago, the state’s Department of
Motor Vehicles (DMV) acknowledged making 105,000
registration errors, with at least one noncitizen claiming the
DMV improperly added him to the voter rolls.
In an interview with The Epoch Times, EIPCa
Chief Analyst Ellen Swensen confirmed that the DMV’s practices still need
improvement, although the EIPCa doesn’t have a way of finding out who is or
isn’t a citizen by just looking at their voter registrations.
In addition to the errors made by the DMV,
she said, people who are ineligible to vote might also be getting registration
forms from people who are paid to register voters and who might be unaware of
the law.
“This can harm [immigrants’] future chances
of gaining citizenship, so it’s important that non-citizens become educated
about this,” she said. Furthermore, there are “thousands of duplicated [and
ineligible] registrations” that can be used during elections “with or without
the person’s knowledge.”
Recently, nine
people were accused of offering cash or cigarettes in
exchange for forged signatures on voter registration forms and petitions in Los
Angeles. Prosecutors claim the group was active during the 2016 and 2018
election cycles, targeting the homeless to help them register fictitious
persons.
EIPCa says this type of abuse may have been
enabled by the state’s voting laws.
“Because California does not require an ID
for a person to vote, and because some counties include the names of inactive
registrants on their publicly-displayed Election Day rosters, anyone can claim
to be the inactive registrant and receive a ballot,” Swensen said.
“All that is required is an oath (verbal or
signed) that they are who they say they are.”
Swensen said officials need to do more to
fix this problem.
“EIPCa would like to see counties become
more proactive with list maintenance by mailing a card to every registrant on
the list, not just those with inactive status,” she explained.
“This would allow all registrants to update
their information and would, for those who have moved, died, etc., begin the
lawful [process of inactivation and cancellation]. This would go a long way to
reduce the almost 1 million ineligibles currently on CA’s list.”
In early 2019, the Sacramento
Bee reported that Secretary of State Alex
Padilla’s office was investigating whether noncitizens had voted in the June
2018 primary. At the time, Padilla admitted that voters were losing their trust
in the system due to registration errors, echoing others such as State Sen.
John Moorlach (R-Costa Mesa), who said that despite his “high level of
confidence in California’s election systems,” he knew that the state should “do
more to assure the voters that the system doesn’t have holes in it and that the
boat isn’t leaking.”
Meanwhile, in November 2018, San Francisco
became the largest city in the United State to give noncitizens the chance to
vote in a local election. While the city’s move did not impact any election in
the state or federal levels, some believe that the trend could spread to the
rest of the state, and errors could continue to occur.
“Noncitizen voting is a very contentious
issue,” said Robin Hvidston, executive director of We the People Rising, a
Claremont organization that lobbies for stricter immigration enforcement, at
the time, according
to the Los Angeles Times. “The move to extend
voting rights to those illegally residing in San Francisco has the potential to
backfire among citizens with a moderate stance on illegal immigration.”
An earlier version of this article incorrectly
stated that EIPCa found an increase of 928,035 ineligible voters over the
group’s 2017 report. The Epoch Times regrets this error.

Meanwhile, despite the highest taxes in
the nation, California is $1.3 trillion in debt – unemployment is at a
staggering 11%. California's wacko giveaways to illegals include
in-state tuition, amounting to $25 million of financial aid. Nearly

Dems Are Planning to Steal
the 2020 Election
Democrats have an insurance policy for
the 2020 Presidential election, and it has nothing to do with the eventual
Democratic Party nominee. The original policy was initiated by
Obama, Comey, Brennan, McCabe, Hillary, and their ilk, bragged about by Strzok
to his paramour, and paid for by the Democrat/media cabal. The
mephitic Mueller tried to cash it in, but the hero Marine got slapped down by
Barr.
It’s a plan to “win” the election by any
means necessary, even by cheating if necessary. Of its components, the
“failsafe,” is most intriguing, if for no other reason than it is so devious,
underhanded, clever, and inventive, that it’s surprising it comes from the same
left which gave us the ridiculously ludicrous Steele dossier and Smollett hoax.
October Surprise.
Notice how quickly E. Jean Carroll
disappeared from the headlines? Or, how the same media, which has a
conniption fit when Trump asks for an extra scoop of ice cream, scarcely
publicized her rape accusation, and then let the matter drop with nary a peep?
Perhaps a sealed indictment of Donald Trump (New York has no statute of
limitations for first-degree rape) is being processed as we speak, with the
purpose of it being leaked just in time for the election.
Or a sealed indictment of Trump for
campaign finance violations with respect to the Stormy Daniel payments will be
leaked by the Office of the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New
York -- remember, Cohen and others are still “cooperating.” And it’s no
secret they’ve been investigating Trump.
In any case, expect a leak of a “sealed
indictment” for something; the something is immaterial. They’ve been
shown the man; they’ll find the crime. It’s common knowledge a prosecutor
can indict a ham sandwich, right? Well, there’s no bigger ham than Trump
-- all they need do is make the sandwich.
Mueller made a big deal about not being
able to prosecute a sitting president, so much so, one is reminded of a
Stephanopoulos’ setup question. Get it
out there so when it comes up again and they run with it, it seems fair
because, heck, they gave him the benefit of the consideration and if not for
the unfortunate leak, the indictment[s] would have remained sealed and secret
until Trump was no longer president. In the fashion of Obama with every
scandal,
“no one is madder” than they about the leaks, and darn it, they’re putting
their best team of men on it…
Electoral Shenanigans
Adam Mill had a
great article warning
that attempts by media, celebrities, and prominent Democrats in 2016 to
convince members of the Electoral College not to award their votes to Trump was
a mere prelude to the coercion by doxing, intimidation, Tweetstorm, and social
media ostracism they will employ in 2020 to impel electors to award their votes
to whom they are told.
“[O]nly two people were persuaded to change their votes. These two
people, who were totally anonymous and unelected, nullified hundreds of
thousands of lawfully cast ballots as they succumbed to a secret campaign of
intimidation and persuasion in the weeks after the 2016 presidential election.”
Yet, this was done on the spur of the
moment. In 2020, they will have had four years to plan their machinations.
In fact, why not
do away with the Electoral College altogether? Fourteen states enacted
the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, representing a total of 196
electoral votes. Supporters maintain that once the number of states
enacting NPVIC surpasses the 270 electoral votes needed to win a presidential
election, the compact will have the force of law and electors will be
required to award their votes to the winner of the popular vote, which will
almost certainly be the Democrat.
Of course, the gambit is blatantly
unconstitutional (Brian S.
Messenger’s articledoes
a superb job of explaining why). Changing the constitution is an arduous
process, for which Democrats don’t have public support; the NPVIC simply
bypasses it.
Outright Cheating
Importing a new, more
“woke” electorate is another tactic. Americans stole the presidency from
Hillary Clinton, so the left through their “open borders” policy plans on
replacing the electorate with poor people dependent on Democrat handouts who
they can suborn to vote illegally for Democrat candidates.
The obstinate American electorate now
extant can eat flan…
Democrats seek to
facilitate illegal voting by suppressing Voter ID movements, while challenging
laws to purge voter rolls of the dead, noncitizens, people who have moved, and
those voters who are inactive. Licenses for illegals and auto-motor-voter
registration will help.
Then there is “no excuse” early voting
and absentee voting. Originally devised to let people vote by mail if
they had some legitimate reason they couldn’t get to the polls, it has now
become a way to vote early and often. It’s easier to manipulate because
partisans can fill out the ballots for people who never intended or choose not
to vote, aren’t eligible, or are no longer alive -- as well as eliminate
particular votes, like those from military personnel overseas.
Yet, vote harvesting is the most
pernicious of the voting schemes; it allows partisans to go to someone’s home
with a ballot, fill it out for them, and cast it in their stead. Can you
say, “voter intimidation?” What could go wrong?
Lowering the voting age to 16 and
allowing felons and prisoners to vote are also aspirations.
Those on the left believe they are on
the side of all that is right and just. Therefore, anything they do, no
matter how illegal, unjust, or just wrong, in service of the goal of winning
back their right to govern, is justified. And if they can’t win elections
by winning elections, they will cheat, because only with absolute power can
they save America from Americans.

The Democrats' Alien Voting Strategy
In a book from the 1950s
entitled And Not a Shot
is Fired: How Parliament Can Play a Revolutionary Part in the Transition to
Socialism, Jan Kozak, a Czech Communist, explains how Czechoslovakia was
transformed from a free country into a communist dictatorship in 1948 without
armed revolution taking place. They voted the communists in and, once
they had a taste of power, they held on to it for 40 years. That would
not be possible in the United States, right? After all, President Trump
has said America will never be a socialist country. Let’s take a look at
something happening now that may make you wonder.
The 1948 Czechoslovakia
model uses the voting booth to obtain power. To do that they need
voters. Here’s one way to get truckloads of new voters. Immigrants
who become citizens vote overwhelmingly Democratic. Table 4 from this Center for
Immigration Reform link shows voter changes as immigrant
population increases in 25 U.S. cities. It gives a pretty good reason why
Democrats want more immigrants. They result in Democratic election wins.
Step one of the plan is to
recruit voters. Pueblo Sin
Fronteras (People Without Borders for you English speakers out there)
is a nonprofit group based in Chicago. Glenn Beck gives a good summary of
the group, its primary organizers, and some of its activities in this video if
you’d like to know more about them.
PSF advertises in Honduras
and Guatemala for people who would be interested in coming to the United States
to live. That would be a hard sell, wouldn’t it? They then help
organize and finance the “caravans” that march 1000 miles across Mexico and end
up at our southern border. And you thought it was all a
spontaneous.
O
nce the “caravan” gets to the border and some of the
participants begin to get across and into the U.S. immigration system, the question
becomes what to do with them? You would think someone who comes into the
country illegally could be sent back but some judges are foot soldiers in the
Left’s multi-pronged attack and block attempts to
deport illegals.
The federal government is so
big it’s hard to keep track of what kind of people populate it. The 1948
Czech plan utilizes pressure from above with high-level politicians and the
media as well as from below with unions, activist groups, and sympathizers in
the government. Some of today’s leftist sympathizers werepolitical
appointees of Obama’s who have managed to get lifetime civil-service jobs and
others are actual card-carrying Democratic Socialist of America members
who work on behalf
of Left wing objectives as revealed in recentProject Veritas
undercover videos.
With these kind of people
occupying various positions in government it stands to reason that a plan would
be hatched to use these “new potential voters” to help swing Florida, the
nation’s third-largest state firmly into the Democratic left column. If
they can do this there is no way Republicans can win the presidency in the
foreseeable future. Someone in the Border Patrol decided
to start shipping 500
illegal aliens a month from the southwestern border to Florida.
These aliens would subsequently be processed and released into the general
population. The plan got out and news from the weekend seems to indicate
President Trump, who was unaware of the plan, will not allow
it to go forward.
For the sake of our
discussion, let’s say the plan goes forward. These are new recruits who
likely won’t be able to get citizenship by 2020 but will be the next generation
of “new Americans.” The bureaucracy is working feverishly right now to
get new citizens processed and voting with Florida
citizenship classes seeing increased attendance in
the run up to 2020. If they can’t win in 2020 they’ll have another four
years to continue the importation of voters.
Keep in mind that
citizenship is really no barrier to voting. Some of these people could
actually vote in 2020. Judicial Watch
estimates at least 900,000 aliens illegally voted in
the midterm elections. How can that be?
I suspect there are a number of ways but if you care to listen to the portion
of the May 10. 2018
Mark Levin Show starting at the 31:26 minute mark you can hear a caller who
claims to work for the U.S. Immigration and Citizenship Service. He says
multiple applicants he has interviewed admit they have voted without being

It looks like we have
problem. The first step in solving a problem is to identify what the
problem is and why it exists. Once you know that you can begin to
formulate solutions.
Texas Finds
95,000 Non-US Citizens Registered To Vote -- 58,000 Have Actually Voted In
Recent Elections
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/timothymeads/2019/01/25/texas-finds-95000-nonus-citizen-registered-to-vote-58000-have-actually-voted-in-recent-elections-n2540285
On Friday January 25,
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that 95,000 individuals
registered to vote in the Lone Star State have been identified as "Non-US
Citizens," meaning they are illegally registered to vote. Further evidence
brought forth by Texas Secretary of
State David Whitely confirms that 58,000 of these individuals have
broken the law and voted in "one or more" recent elections.
“Every single instance
of illegal voting threatens democracy in our state and deprives individual
Texans of their voice," AG Paxton said in a statement. "My Election
Fraud Unit stands ready to investigate and prosecute crimes against the
democratic process when needed."
Texas Democrats asking non-citizens to vote
The Public Interest Legal Foundation has alerted the Justice
Department to a gambit by Texas Democrats to get non-citizens to vote.
The state party sent out a voter registration form asking
non-citizens to sign up, with the citizenship box already checked
"yes."
The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys
and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also
included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who
aren't citizens, received the mailing.
"This is how the Texas Democratic Party is inviting
foreign influence in an election in a federal election cycle,"
said Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the PILF, a group that's made its
mark policing states' voter registration practices.
The Texas secretary of state's office said it, too, had gotten
complaints both from immigrants [sic] and from relatives of dead people who
said they got mailings asking them to register.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott vowed to investigate.
"If true there will be serious consequences," he said.
This is an open invitation for voter fraud on a large scale, and
the way the Democrats went about it defies belief:
The applications were pre-addressed to elections officials, which
is likely what left many voters to believe they were receiving an official
communication from the state.
But the return address was from the State Democratic Executive
Committee, and listed an address in Austin that matches the
state Democratic Party's headquarters.
The letter is emblazoned with "Urgent! Your voter
registration deadline is October 9." It continues: "Your
voter registration application is inside. Complete, sign and return
it today!"
On the application, boxes affirming the applicant is both 18 and a
U.S. citizen are already checked with an "X" in the Yes field.
The mailing also urges those who are unsure if they're registered
to "Mail it in."
Dead people were also being asked to vote.
Sam Taylor, spokesman for Texas's secretary of state, said they
heard from people whose relatives were receiving mail despite having passed
away 10 years ago or longer. One woman said her child, who'd been
dead 19 years, got a mailing asking to register.
"It looks like a case of really bad information they are
using to send out these mailers," Mr. Taylor said.
Mr. Taylor is being very charitable. I doubt very much
whether it's "bad information" being used by Democrats.
How many other state Democratic Parties send out similar requests
to non-citizens and haven't been caught? Are we to believe that one
party in one state came up with this idea all on its own? Perhaps,
but not likely.
Many liberals believe that anyone in the United States – citizen
or non-citizen – should be able to vote. If they want to make that
argument and change the law to make it happen, they are more than welcome to
try. Of course, if they run on that issue, they will get slaughtered
at the polls. So instead of going to the American people and working
to change the law, they try an underhanded dirty trick to achieve the same
goal.
Someone should go to jail for this ruse.

CALIFORNIA DMV GIVES ILLEGAL VOTERS A
SURGE
“New” and “underrepresented” voters could spell victory for leftist
Democrats in November.
September
12, 2018
Last week
California’s Department of Motor
Vehicles sent 23,000 “erroneous” voter registrations to the office of
Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who maintains the list of registered voters.
The DMV blamed it technical errors and said none of the erroneous registrations
involved undocumented immigrants. Padilla was “extremely disappointed and
deeply frustrated” and the DMV assured him it wouldn’t happen again.
Legitimate voters have
good reason to believe Padilla was not disappointed but delighted. The odds are
strong that illegals make up most if not all of the newly registered voters.
The registrations of illegals will be happening again, in greater numbers, as
the November election approaches.
The day after the 23,000
registrations made news, it emerged that from late April to early August,
the DMV registered 182,000
“new voters,” with the largest number, 112,000, choosing “no party.”
Neither the DMV nor Padilla would explain the numbers but the trend is evident
and all by design.
Under a 2015 voter
registration law, the DMV automatically registered to vote those who obtain or
renew a California driver’s license. As Padilla told the Los
Angeles Times, “We’ve built the protocols and the firewalls to not
register people that aren’t eligible. We’re going to keep those firewalls in
place.” The Democrats’ Secretary of State did not explain how the firewalls
worked and if any ineligibles had managed to vote.
After the 2016 election
in which Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton, Padilla refused to release any
voter information to a federal probe that he claimed “has already inaccurately passed
judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally.” California’s
participation, Padilla said in a statement, “would only serve to legitimize the
false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the
president.”
Back in 2015, Padilla
told the Los Angeles Times, “At the latest, for the 2018 election
cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the rolls in the state of
California.” True to form, by March, 2018, more than one million
“undocumented” immigrants received licenses.
The DMV has been under
fire for incompetence, with wait times up to six hours and retention of state
employees who sleep on the job. Legislators resisted
calls for an audit and gave DMV boss Jean Shiomoto another $16 million to hire
new employees. Thus equipped, the massive state agency is cranking out “new
voters” for November. The DMV claim that “none” of them is ineligible fits the
pattern of leading Democrats who believe everybody in the state is a legal
resident.
Governor Jerry Brown, who
three times ran for president, calls Californians “the citizens of the
fifth largest economy in the world,” and the sanctuary state law protects even
violent criminal illegals. The ruling Democrats protect illegals while
promising them “free” health care and other benefits. In return, the illegals
vote for Democrats.
“Palestinian-Mexican
American” candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar, is the grandson of Black September
terrorist Muhammad Yusuf al-Najjar, who masterminded the murder and mutilation
of 11 Israelis at the Munich Olympics in 1972. The Democrat, 29, is depending on
“underrepresented voters,” to unseat Rep. Duncan Hunter in San Diego.
Legitimate voters have
good reason to consider “underrepresented” as code for “ineligible” or
“illegal.” For their part, legal citizens and immigrants might wonder how
the Munichian candidate’s
father managed
to enter the United States and what the family was doing in Gaza for several
years. Ammar isn’t telling and establishment journalists look the other way.
Senate boss Kevin de
León, whose name on his birth
certificate voter rolls is Kevin Alexander Leon, claims his father
is a Chinese cook born in Guatemala. The author of the state’s sanctuary law
spent time on both sides of the border and “identifies strongly with Mexican
culture.” The story defies belief but as with Najjar the establishment media
mounted no investigation.
Kevin Alexander Leon
seeks to replace Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate. He has narrowed Feinstein’s
lead to single digits and that stream of “new” voters from the DMV could push him
over the line.
POTUS 44 has endorsed
Campa-Najjar, who worked on his reelection campaign in 2012. The president
formerly known as Barry Soetoro has been campaigning openly for Democrat Gil
Cedillo, who is running for Congress in California’s 39th district. Cedillo has been
accused of sexual harassment by fellow Democrat and documentary filmmaker
Melissa Fazli. That does not trouble the former president, and Cedillo could
also benefit from those “new” voters.
As a State Department
investigation discovered, false-documented
illegals have been voting in local, state and federal elections for decades. That may explain how a
state that twice voted for Ronald Reagan and booted out three of
Jerry Brown’s state supreme court picks, including chief justice Rose Bird, became a Democrat
stronghold.
Back in 1996 in Orange
County, 442 illegals voted for
Loretta Sanchez, the Democrat who narrowly defeated Republican Robert Dornan.
He was the target of Hermandad Mexicana Nacional founder
Bert Corona, a violent Stalinist who opposed Dornan’s strong anti-Communist
stance.
Despite Democrat denials,
voter fraud was going strong in California long before the DMV registered more
than one million false-documented illegals. It’s a safe bet that most if not
all those ineligibles will be showing up at the polls in November.
U.S. Election Meddling: Nationwide Voter Fraud, Importation of 15M
Foreign-Born Voters
Shelby Lum,
Richmond Times-Dispatch via The Associated Press
19 Jul 2018Washington, D.C.2,070
As
the establishment media, GOP, and Democrats fret over the influence foreign
countries have on U.S. elections, the leading threats to the American
electorate remain nationwide voter fraud and mass immigration.
Though President Trump’s administration
sought to thoroughly investigate voter fraud through the Presidential Commission on Election Integrity,
the board was handed
off to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in
order to bypass obstruction from national Democrats who refused to turn over
voter data.
Voter
Fraud
The number
of convictions against voter fraud continues to rise, with now nearly 940
criminal convictions on the books across the U.S., according to the
latest data from the Heritage Foundation.
Likewise,
the number of cases of voter fraud has risen. Heritage’s Voter Fraud Database
now features 1,071 cases of voter fraud that spans across 47 states.
In the most recent study by the Government Accountability
Institute (GAI) on voter fraud, the think tank found 8,471 high likely
cases of double voting. About 7,271 of those cases were inter-state double
voting, while the remaining 1,200 cases were of intra-state double voting.
“The
probability of correctly matching two records with the same name, birthdate,
and social security number is close to 100 percent,” the GAI report noted.
Kansas Secretary of State and gubernatorial candidate
Kris Kobach is fighting in his state to enforce voting laws that would mandate
voters prove their U.S. citizenship. This effort has currently been
halted by the left-wing ACLU organization and a circuit judge who recently
claimed that it was unconstitutional for a state to demand voters provide
their U.S. citizenship records. Years ago, proof of citizenship voting laws
were upheld as fully constitutional.
“Compare
[Russia meddling in the 2016 presidential campaigns] to the kind of foreign
influence in the actual election numbers in foreign nationals voting,” Kobach
told Breitbart News. “That’s real and much more consequential and it’s
happening all over the country.”
Kobach said his expert witness in the
suit with the ACLU over the proof of citizenship law revealed that as many as
33,000 foreign nationals are on the voter rolls in Kansas. For states like
California, with the largest foreign-born population in the country, the number
of foreign nationals on the voter rolls is likely in the hundreds of thousands
or even the millions, Kobach says.
Mass Immigration
Similarly, mass legal and illegal
immigration to the U.S. continues to be the largest driver of population
increases and demographic shifts in the country. Every year, more than 1.5
million immigrants are admitted to the country. The U.S. has imported more
than ten million immigrants in the last decade.
The vast majority of foreign nationals
arrive through the process known as “chain migration,” where newly naturalized
citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. Every
two new immigrants to the country bring an additional seven foreign relatives
with them.
As Breitbart News has extensively
reported, the U.S. is on track to import about 15 million
foreign-born voters by the year 2038. That is nearly quadruple the size of
the annual number of U.S. births; about four million American babies are born
every year.
Through
chain migration alone, the U.S. will import about eight million foreign-born
voters in the next two decades.
The
country’s continued mass immigration policies are likely to hand over electoral
dominance to Democrats in statewide and national elections, Breitbart News has
noted.
Analysis
conducted by Axios’s Chris Canipe and Andrew Witherspoon shows the
overwhelming trend of foreign-born populations voting Democrats into office
over Republicans.
The victory of socialist Democrat Alexandria
Ocasio-Cortez in New York’s 14th District is the latest case where a booming
foreign-born voting population pushed the far-left activist over the edge to
beat out establishment, high ranking Democrat Rep. Joe Crowley.
Ocasio-Cortez’s
district is close to 50 percent foreign-born, a drastic shift of an area that
was once populated primarily by native-born Americans. Ocasio-Cortez ran her
congressional campaign on abolishing all immigration enforcement across the U.S.
In California, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is
facing a challenge from State Senator Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles), and
the California Democratic Party has endorsed León. The far-left challenger
was the key proponent of California’s sanctuary state law that protects criminal
illegal aliens from being deported.
University of
Maryland, College Park researcher James Gimpel has found in recent years that more immigrants to the U.S. inevitably means
more Democrat voters and thus, increasing electoral victories for the
Democratic Party.
In 2014, Gimpel’s research concluded with three
major findings:
·
Immigrants,
particularly Hispanics and Asians, have policy preferences when it comes to the
size and scope of government that are more closely aligned with progressives
than with conservatives. As a result, survey data show a two-to-one party
identification with Democrats over Republicans.
·
By increasing
income inequality and adding to the low-income population (e.g. immigrants and
their minor children account for one-fourth of those in poverty and one-third
of the uninsured) immigration likely makes all voters more supportive of
redistributive policies championed by Democrats to support disadvantaged
populations.
·
There is evidence
that immigration may cause more Republican-oriented voters to move away from
areas of high immigrant settlement leaving behind a more lopsided Democrat
majority.
Years ago, only a handful of elected Democrats would
mention how the demographic shift spurred by mass immigration was a benefit to
Democrats electorally. Today, it is a widely used talking point of elected
Democrats.
Take San Antonio, Texas Mayor Julian Castro,
for example. Months ago, Castro admitted that immigration could potentially
turn the state of Texas, Florida, and Arizona into Democrat strongholds, like
California.
✔
The Hispanic vote in Texas will continue to increase. By 2024 Democrats can
win Texas, Arizona and Florida. A big blue wall of 78 electoral votes.
✔
“The Democrats
have now become very open about what they are doing and they state it very
clearly,” Kobach said of the Democrats’ use of immigration for shifting the
electorate.
“Now, multiple
Democrats are saying their plan is to import new voters to change elections,”
Kobach said.
In an analysis from Georgetown University, the
University of California, and Banque de France, researchers discovered
that immigration to the country continuously increases Democrats’ chances of
winning elections:
On average across election types,
immigration to the U.S. has a significant and negative impact on the Republican
vote share, consistent with the typical view of political analysts in the U.S.
[Emphasis added]
This average effect – which is driven by elections in the House – works through
two main channels. The impact of immigration on
Republican votes in the House is negative when the share of naturalized
migrants in the voting population increases. Yet, it can
be positive when the share of non-citizen migrants out of the population goes
up and the size of migration makes it a salient policy issue in voters’ minds.
[Emphasis added]
These results are consistent with
naturalized migrants being less likely to vote for the Republican Party than
native voters and with native voters’ political preferences moving towards the
Republican Party because of high immigration of non-citizens. This second
effect, however, is significant only for very high levels of immigrant
presence. [Emphasis added]
In 2016, the legal and illegal immigrant population reached a record high
of 44 million. By 2023, the Center for Immigration Studies estimates that the
legal and illegal immigrant population of the U.S. will make up nearly 15
percent of the entire U.S. population.
Mexico has the
largest group of legal and illegal foreign nationals in the U.S., with 1.1
million immigrants from the country arriving in the U.S. between 2010 and 2016.
Mexican nationals make up roughly one in eight new arrivals to the U.S. On
average, every one Mexican immigrant brings six foreign relatives with them to
the country through chain migration.
MEXICO WILL
ELECT ALL FUTURE AMERICAN PRESIDENTS… Now go and watch the pols hispander!
If the illegals are violent criminals, de Leon, governor Jerry
Brown and attorney general Xavier Becerra believe they are still better people
and protect them from deportation. And this fall one million illegals
could be voting in California alone.
CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS' VOTING SCAM
https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/270524/california-democrats-voting-scam-lloyd-billingsley
The Golden State does favors for illegal immigrants -- who may return
the favor at the voting booth.
June 22, 2018
“The
California state budget on Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk puts tens of millions of
dollars into programs that could help undocumented immigrants fight federal efforts
to deport them,” the Sacramento Bee reports, “including opening up
$10 million to hire lawyers for unaccompanied minors trying to stay in the U.S.”
For that crowd, the Democrats’ $200 billion budget has even more to give.
The
budget “expands funding for immigration legal services offered through the
Department of Social Services and public colleges,” and “includes $1.6 million
to build a team of eight attorneys and investigators in the Labor
Commissioner's office at the Department of Industrial Relations.” This team
will enforce AB 430, “a state law that requires businesses to tell their
employees when they’re contacted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.” As
the report notes, “employers face penalties of $2,000 to $10,000 if they fail
to notify their workers of a pending immigration action.”
Last
year’s budget “put $45 million into providing legal services to immigrants,”
which the Department of Social Services deploys to “hire nonprofit
organizations that will work on immigration cases.” The new funding “steers
some of that money directly to colleges. It gives $10 million to community
colleges for immigration legal services, $7 million to the California State
University system and $4 million to the University of California.” Still, it’s
not done.
“The
upcoming budget also more than triples legal funding for undocumented minors,”
The Bee reports. “Last year, the Department of Social
Services received $3 million for those cases. In the next budget, the
department gets $10 million to help young undocumented immigrants.”
David
Chiu, the San Francisco Democrat who wrote AB 430, explains that “Donald
Trump’s out-of-control deportation force is constant threat to our immigrant
communities.” While Trump Derangement Syndrome is doubtless a factor, taxpayers
might consider the upcoming mid-term elections.
As
the Los Angeles Times reported in 2015,
California’s 2015 voter registration law “is intended to streamline the process
of signing up to vote and encourage more participation in elections.” It
kicks in “when people go to the DMV to obtain or renew a driver's license.”
Politicians deny that anybody will be automatically registered to vote.
“We’ve
built the protocols and the firewalls to not register people that aren’t
eligible,” secretary of state Alex Padilla told the Times. “At
the latest, for the 2018 election cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the
rolls in the state of California.” He got them.
According
to the DMV, as of March 2018, more than one million
undocumented immigrants have received driver’s licenses. Did any vote in the
2016 presidential election?
California
Senator Dianne Feinstein denies that widespread voter fraud occurs and Alex
Padilla refuses to release data
from voter rolls. So legal residents and taxpayers have good reason to wonder what
he is hiding.
State
legislators who take an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution now reward the
violation of immigration law, and punish those who approve and follow federal
law. The largesse for illegals also violates state law, the 1996 Proposition
209, which bars ethnic preferences in state education, employment and
contracting.
California
state universities privilege illegals with in-state tuition and as the budget
shows, even pay their legal bills. Neither would apply to a legal African
American or Asian American student from Michigan or Nevada. Senate boss Kevin
de Leon also violated state law by giving preference to
Mexican national Lizbeth Mateo, or whatever her real name is, for a post on the
California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory
Committee.
So California violates
state law, defies federal law and budgets tens of millions of dollars for
millions of illegals, the vast majority Mexican nationals. They get protection
from the federal government, preference in education, and even payment of their
legal bills. In return, they vote for California Democrats, in the style of
Mexicans who vote for the dominant Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI)
party in return for favors.
In
effect, California Democrats are a branch of the PRI and form a Mexican
occupational government (MOGO) serving the interests of false-documented
Mexican nationals.
Assembly
speaker Anthony Rendon wants the state to “step up and work with
Mexico” instead
of the U.S. federal government. Normally those who represent the interests of
foreign governments are required to register as agents of those
governments.
Meanwhile,
California has given driver’s licenses to more than one million illegals. The
federal government should verify how many of that group show up to vote this
fall. As a
State Department investigation confirms, false documented
illegals do vote repeatedly in federal, state, and local elections. Illegal voting is a
serious crime and so is human trafficking.
The
false-documented “unaccompanied minors” who get $10 million in the budget are
those whose parents chose to break up their own families and put their own
children into the hands of criminal smugglers. California’s MOGO regime is okay
with that and even rewards it.
Back
in 1987, governor George
Deukmejian returned $1.1 billion directly to the people “to protect this
money for the taxpayers.” California now has a budget surplus of $9
billion but
governor Jerry Brown returns nothing to the people and ignores crumbling
infrastructure and fathomless pension debt. The three-time presidential loser
would rather spend taxpayers’ money to protect people who aren’t supposed to be
here.

Judicial
Watch Warns California: 11 Counties Have More Voters than Voting-Age Citizens

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog organization, has sent a
letter to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla on behalf of the Election
Integrity Project, noting that there are 11 counties in the state with more
registered voters, and alleging that the state may be out of compliance with
Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
The
letter reads, in part:
NVRA
Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to
maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal
elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect
the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters
to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and
undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.
…
As
the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under
federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program
that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.
Judicial
Watch lays out the specifics:
“[T]here were
more total registered voters
than
there were adults over the age of 18
living
in each of the following eleven (11)
counties:
Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%),
Los
Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San
Diego
(138%), San Francisco (114%), San
Mateo
(111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano
(111%),
Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).”
The
letter notes that the percentage in L.A.
Country may
be as high as 144%.
The
letter contains a threat to sue the Secretary of State if Padilla does not
remove from the rolls “persons who have become ineligible to vote by
reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction,
and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.”
It
gives Padilla 14 days to respond, and 90 days to correct alleged
violations of the law.
Padilla
has been one of the main voices in opposition to
President Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election
Integrity, refusing to share voter data with it on the argument that
doing so would “legitimize false claims of massive election cheating last
fall.”
President
Trump has claimed that he would have won the popular vote in the 2016
presidential election if not for illegal voting, and his administration
has singled out California
as a possible contributor to that margin.

that monitors voting irregularities.

So addicts must show photo IDs to get
off drugs, but not to vote?
The homeless,
downtrodden, and poor who show up at drug detox centers all must show photo
identification to get treatment. It's done to prevent them from going to
more than one center for whatever maintenance fix they may be receiving at the
first center. It is obvious that the
government knows everyone has the capability to get a photo ID, so why do so
many Democrats block that requirement when it comes to voting? They use the false
arguments of voter intimidation while dismissing the real issue that
maintaining a fair election is extremely important to maintaining our
freedoms.
These are the same
Democrats (and their media allies) who are complaining that Russia supposedly interfered
in our election process. Yet they do everything they can to block
commonsense photo ID requirements that the majority of the public supports to
ensure fair elections. They call people racists who support these laws.
The fact that they fight these photo ID requirements shows they really
don't care about the integrity of the voting process.
The ID requirements at
drug treatment facilities are intended to prevent people from enrolling in
multiple programs and selling opioid medication such as methadone on the black
market, said a spokesman from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration, adding that programs would be liable for misuse of the
medications.
Some detox centers will
admit a person without ID first and make time later to sort out the person's
identity, but doing so comes at risk of running afoul of federal and state
regulations on dispensing medications, experts said.
The government requires
the poor and elderly to have a photo ID to get food stamps, to open a bank
account, to get welfare, to get Medicaid, and to get Social Security among many
other things. Yet..
Democrats will go to
court to stop a state requiring people to get a photo ID to vote, using the
argument that it is racist. The fact that they require photo IDs for so
many other things the poor and minorities have to do shows what a crock that
argument is.
The only reason to block the photo ID laws for voting is to
open up voting to fraud.
Who will influence
the 2018 elections more: Russia or Mexico?
Exactly how many votes is Russia
alleged to have cast in the 2016 elections? I believe that the
number is zero.
Exactly how many votes have citizens
of Mexico and Central America cast in the 2016 elections? We don't
know the exact number, but we know that it is much more than zero.
A 2014 study in the online Electoral
Studies Journal shows that in the 2008 and
2010 elections, illegal immigrant [sic; should be "aliens"
–ed.] votes were in fact quite high.
"We
find that some noncitizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this
participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes
including Electoral College votes, and congressional elections," wrote
Jesse T. Richman [and] Gulshan A. Chattha, both of Old Dominion University, and
David C. Earnest of George Mason University.
More
specifically, they write, "Noncitizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats
the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health
care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th
Congress."
Specifically, the authors say that
illegals may have cast as many as 2.8 million votes in 2008 and 2010. That's
a lot of votes. And when you consider [that] the population of
illegal inhabitants has only grown since then, it's not unreasonable to suppose
that their vote has, too.
So why is Russia getting all the
attention? Russia, at worst, operated a small-scale propaganda
campaign on places like Twitter and Facebook before the election. The
amount of propaganda it disseminated was far, far less than 1% of the liberal
propaganda put out daily by The New York Times, The Washington Post, ABC, NBC,
CBS, CNN, and many others who said Trump is a racist, Trump hates women, Trump
hates poor people, etc. So Russian "interference" was
basically negligible.
Russia
is using fake accounts on social media – many of them bots – to spread
disinformation, the officials said. European elections are being
targeted, too, and the attacks were not likely to end this year, they warned.
"We
expect Russia to continue using propaganda, social media, false-flag personas,
sympathetic spokespeople[,] and other means of influence to try to exacerbate
social and political fissures in the United States," Dan Coats, the
director of national intelligence, told the Senate Intelligence Committee at
its annual hearing on worldwide threats.
Oh, no – bots are spreading
disinformation! Let me know when these bots produce 1% of the
disinformation produced by The New York Times on a daily basis.
Trump initially tried
to investigate real interference in our elections. He set up a
commission to investigate voter fraud chaired by Kansas secretary of state Kris
Kobach. But when the liberal media cried that the commission was all
about voter suppression, Trump folded like a cheap umbrella. He shut
down the commission before it could complete its research into what is probably
massive voter fraud on the part of Mexican and other foreign nationals.
And so Republicans have accepted
Democratic talking points. They talk only about Russian
"interference" and are so cowed that they won't talk about illegal
aliens voting. That's why we hear only about Russia, Russia, Russia,
because like so many political topics – amnesty for illegal aliens, attempting
to redefine marriage, boys in girls' bathrooms – Republicans are afraid to
speak out.
Judicial Watch Sues California and Los Angeles Over Dirty Voter
Registration Rolls
https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/judicial-watch-sues-california-los-angeles-dirty-vote
DECEMBER 13, 2017
‘Eleven of California’s 58 counties have
registration rates exceeding 100% of the age-eligible
citizenry.’
‘California has the highest
rate of inactive registrations of any state in the country. Los Angeles County
has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the
country’
(Washington, DC) –
Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a federal lawsuit against Los
Angeles County and the State of California over their failure to clean their
voter rolls and to produce election-related records as required by the federal
National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) (Judicial Watch, Inc.et al. v. Dean C.
Logan, et al. (No.
2:17-cv-08948)). The lawsuit was filed in the United States District
Court for the Central District of California’s Western Division on behalf of
Judicial Watch, Election Integrity Project California, Inc., and Wolfgang
Kupka, Rhue Guyant, Jerry Griffin, and Delores M. Mars, who are lawfully
registered voters in Los Angeles County.
Judicial Watch argues
that the State of California and a number of its counties, including the county
of Los Angeles, have registration rates exceeding 100%:
Eleven of California’s
58 counties have registration rates exceeding 100% of the age-eligible
citizenry.
Los Angeles County has
more voter registrations on its voter rolls than it has citizens who are old
enough to register. Specifically, according to data provided to and published
by the EAC, Los Angeles County has a registration rate of 112% of its adult
citizen population.
The entire State of
California has a registration rate of about 101% of its age-eligible citizenry.
Judicial Watch points
out that this is due in part to the high numbers of inactive registrations that
are still carried on California’s voter rolls:
About 21% of all of
California’s voter registrations, or more than one in five, are designated as
inactive.
California has the
highest rate of inactive registrations of any state in the country…. Los
Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single
county in the country.
Although these inactive
registrations should be removed after a statutory waiting period consisting of
two general federal elections, California officials are simply refusing to do
so.
Judicial Watch explains
that, even though a registration is officially designated as “inactive,” it may
still be voted on election day and is still on the official voter registration
list. The inactive registrations of voters who have moved to a different state
“are particularly vulnerable to fraudulent abuse by a third party” because the
voter who has moved “is unlikely to monitor the use of or communications
concerning an old registration.” Inactive registrations “are also inherently
vulnerable to abuse by voters who plan to fraudulently double-vote in two
different jurisdictions on the same election day.”
Judicial Watch sent a
written request for public records on November 16, 2017, and another on
November 29, 2017, seeking information about “the number of inactive
registrations on the voter rolls in Los Angeles County,” but was told each time
that there were no responsive records.
Last summer, Judicial
Watch sent a broader request for voter roll records that Los Angeles County and
the State of California are required by the NVRA to keep and to make publicly
available. Nothing was produced in response to this request. Judicial Watch
points out that it is impossible to believe that there were no responsive records:
Los Angeles County, with
over five million active voters and massive list maintenance responsibilities,
and the Secretary of State of California [must] have exchanged emails
responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] request for “all email or other communications
between the Secretary’s Office and all California County voter registration
officials concerning . . . [i]nstructions to the counties concerning their
general list maintenance practices and obligations” and “[n]otices to the
counties concerning any failure to comply with their voter list maintenance
obligations.” Such emails should have been produced.
Section 8(a)(4) of
the NVRA requires
states to implement a program to remove ineligible registrants; and to turn
over relevant records and information. Judicial Watch argues:
Los Angeles County is
failing to properly conduct the list maintenance required by the NVRA by
failing to properly train employees, failing to require and enter registrants’
birthdates, and failing to timely process reports that registrants have died,
have committed disqualifying felonies, are mentally incompetent, or have
registered twice.
Judicial Watch asks that
the court enjoin Los Angeles County and the state of California from further
violating the NRVA, and compel them to “develop and implement a general program
that makes a reasonable effort to remove from Los Angeles County’s rolls the
registrations of ineligible registrants.” Judicial Watch asks to inspect and
copy the requested voter roll records.
Judicial Watch sent
a notice-of-violation letter in
August 2017 to threatening to sue California and certain of its counties over
their violations of the NVRA. California was one of 12 states to
receive such letters from Judicial Watch.
“California may have the
dirtiest election rolls in the country,” said Judicial Watch President Tom
Fitton. “Federal law requires states to take reasonable steps to clean up their
voting rolls. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections. This lawsuit aims to
ensure that citizens of California can have more confidence that their
elections are fair and honest.”
Judicial Watch Senior
Attorney and Director of its Election Integrity Project Robert
Popper recently provided testimony to
the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity concerning the NVRA.
Popper was formerly Deputy Chief of the Voting Section of the Civil Rights
Division of the Justice Department.
Judicial Watch sent
notice-of-violation letters threatening to sue 11 other states having
counties in which the number of registered voters exceeds the number of
voting-age citizens, as calculated by the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011-2015
American Community Survey: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky,
Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee. Judicial Watch informed
the states that should they fail to take action to correct violations of
Section 8 of the NVRA, it would file suit.
Judicial Watch
previously filed successful lawsuits under the NVRA against Ohio and Indiana that
resulted in those states taking several actions to clean up their voting rolls.
Judicial Watch is currently suing Kentucky over
its failure to remove ineligible voters as required by the NVRA, and is suing
the State of Maryland and Montgomery County over
their failure to release voting-related records.
Judicial Watch is being
assisted by Charles H. Bell Jr., of Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP; and H.
Christopher Coates of Law Office of H. Christopher Coates.

The biggest losers in Mexico's election? The Democrats
Every election has winners and losers, and Mexico's is no
exception. While the press is making much of Mexico's centrist PRI
and center-right PAN parties being the big losers in last night's election of
socialist Andrés Manuel López-Obrador in Mexico, the real loser is actually up
north, in the U.S. Democratic Party.
Sounds strange until you look at the details.
After all the ideological compatibility between AMLO's new lefty
MORENA party and the increasingly socialist U.S. Democrats seems to be
identical.
Both favor heavy social spending, forced unionization of workers,
political patronage, Chicago-style political muscle, and fealty to the ideals
of the Socialist International. It's what most socialists do until
they run out of Other People's Money.
Democrats have staked their future on uneducated, needy illegals
forming the base of their party's fortunes. In Mexico, AMLO has done
the same thing. The problem comes because the Mexicans in question
are the same people.
AMLO's social spending policies are likely to draw Mexicans
illegally here in the U.S. back to Mexico. If you have a choice of
taking welfare benefits here or welfare benefits there, it's likely you'll go
for them in your home country, where the language is the same, the Migra isn't
out looking for you, and you know your way around the culture. That's bad news for the Democrats, who rely on illegals to lard
up their electoral college votes in blue states, increase federal spending
based on head counts here, and actually vote illegally in elections,
particularly in districts where very few people are in the country legally.
It goes to show that even with ideological conformity, nations
have interests, and interests most certainly can conflict.
For many years, I had wondered why what passes
for Mexico's conservatives always seemed to be so
fiercely aligned to U.S. Democrats. Why was
former Mexican president Vicente Fox, Mexico's
first elected conservative via the PAN party,
always such a shill for Democrats? Why was
President Felipe Calderón, who came after him,
almost as obnoxious? Why did these people so
advocate for an end to U.S. borders and denounce
the American people as Nazis for opposing them,
despite their being fairly conservative and
ideologically recognizable on every other issue?
It turns out their political fortunes were built on getting as
many indigent Mexicans out of the country as possible. Their
governments benefited from their absence, both from remittances and in the way
they lowered social costs for the Mexican government in terms of housing them,
educating them, and providing them with income and health care among other
things. For a conservative government focused on fiscal discipline,
it was most certainly in their interest to drive as many of Mexico's poor to El
Norte, the better to get the gringo to pay, an old Mexican custom dating from
the war of 1848.
Democrats in the U.S., in turn, lapped up the new migrants, with
California's Democratic gov. Jerry Brown announcing "you're all welcome
here." His party benefited, and the more, the
better. The Catholic bishops also benefited, hence Steve Bannon's
admittedly harsh analysis that the Church was all in for illegals even as it
claimed to believe in the rule of law, because of its interest in "filling
the pews."
Now comes AMLO, whose big plan is to enact social welfare programs
in Mexico, a move that is sure to draw many Mexicans back to their home
country. It makes sense from his point of view and the viewpoint of
his national interest, given that Mexico can no longer afford to lose
people. Demographically, the median age is rising there, the population
growth has gone flat, and incomes have passed the $7,000-a-year threshold,
below which is said to trigger illegal immigration.
Nations always have interests, and this one conflicts with the
U.S. Democratic Party's interest, which, up until now, aligned with the
interests of Mexico's conservatives.
AMLO, if you look carefully at his words, seems cognizant of
Democrats recognizing this and maybe getting angry about it, thus he has
offered up to his ideological coevals in the States the "human right"
of illegal immigration to the U.S. as a sop, using other people's countries
instead of his own. Here are his words:
Mexican presidential candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO)
declared mass immigration to the United States a "human right" for
all North Americans during a speech Tuesday.
"And soon, very soon – after the victory of our movement – we
will defend all the migrants in the American continent and all the migrants in
the world," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their
towns and find a life in the United States."
What we are looking at here is a bid to ship illegals from other
countries through Mexico to the U.S. (to keep Democrats happy), while
implicitly discouraging Mexican illegal immigration, which has drained the
country of talent. There is no other explanation for such a
policy. Turning Mexico into a road stop for illegals from Central
America and elsewhere by calling it a "human right" is frankly toxic
for Mexico, because it will empower cartels and give Mexico's government
nothing, not even remittances, and plenty of enmity with the
U.S. What's more, it should serve as an electoral mobilizer for
Republicans, who will be angry at the move.
Net effect: another loss for Democrats, in terms of lost people it
intended to build its party fortunes on and in energizing
Republicans. They're not going to like this.

Only in America could critics of a group called
"The Race" be labeled racists. Such is the triumph of left-wing
identity chauvinists, whose aggressive activists and supine abettors have
succeeded in redefining all opposition as "hate."
Both Barack Obama and John McCain will speak this week
in San Diego at the annual conference of the National Council of La Raza, the
Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race." Can
you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who
called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media
have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and
marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that
the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars
and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.
Here
are 15 things you should know about "The Race":
15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses
for illegal aliens.
14."The Race" demands in-state tuition
discounts for illegal alien students that are not available to law-abiding U.S.
citizens and law-abiding legal immigrants.
13. "The Race" vehemently opposes
cooperative immigration enforcement efforts between local, state and federal
authorities.
12. "The Race" opposes a secure fence on
the southern border.
11. "The Race" joined the American-Arab
Anti-Discrimination Committee in a failed lawsuit attempt to prevent the feds
from entering immigration information into a key national crime database -- and
to prevent local police officers from accessing the data.
10. "The Race" opposed the state of
Oklahoma's tough immigration-enforcement-first laws, which cut off welfare to
illegal aliens, put teeth in employer sanctions and strengthened local-federal
cooperation and information sharing.
9. "The Race" joined other open-borders,
anti-assimilationists and sued to prevent Proposition 227, California's
bilingual education reform ballot initiative, from becoming law.
8. "The Race" bitterly protested
common-sense voter ID provisions as an "absolute disgrace."
7. "The Race" has consistently opposed
post-9/11 national security measures at every turn.
6. Former "Race" president Raul
Yzaguirre, Hillary Clinton's Hispanic outreach adviser, said this: "U.S.
English is to Hispanics as the Ku Klux Klan is to blacks." He was
referring to U.S. English, the nation's oldest, largest citizens' action group
dedicated to preserving the unifying role of the English language in the United
States. "The Race" also pioneered Orwellian open-borders Newspeak and
advised the Mexican government on how to lobby for illegal alien amnesty while
avoiding the terms "illegal" and "amnesty."
5. "The Race" gives mainstream cover to a
poisonous subset of ideological satellites, led by Movimiento Estudiantil
Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA). The late GOP
Rep. Charlie Norwood rightly characterized the organization as "a radical
racist group … one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has
permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a
racist nation out of the American West."
4. "The Race" is currently leading a
smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called
for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off
the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut
up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race"
president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be
tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment
rights."
3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic
nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8
million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in
Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez
Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los
Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White
water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of
collecting rain in our aqueducts. We don't need a White water fountain …
ultimately the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of
life will eventually lead to our own destruction."
2. "The Race" has perfected the art of
the PC shakedown at taxpayer expense, pushing relentlessly to lower home loan
standards for Hispanic borrowers, reaping millions in federal "mortgage
counseling" grants, seeking special multimillion-dollar earmarks and
partnering with banks that do business with illegal aliens.
1. "The Race" thrives on ethnic supremacy
-- and the elite sheeple's unwillingness to call it what it is. As historian
Victor Davis Hanson observes: "[The] organization's very nomenclature 'The
National Council of La Raza' is hate speech to the core. Despite all the
contortions of the group, Raza (as its Latin cognate suggests) reflects the
meaning of 'race' in Spanish, not 'the people' -- and that's precisely why we
don't hear of something like 'The National Council of the People,' which would
not confer the buzz notion of ethnic, racial and tribal chauvinism."
The
fringe is the center. The center is the fringe. Viva La Raza.

ALIEN
NATION: Secrets of the Invasion
May
2006 – ALIEN NATION: Secrets of the Invasion – Why America's government invites
rampant illegal immigration
It's
widely regarded as America's biggest problem: Between 12 and 20 million aliens
(MOST SOURCES SUGGEST THERE ARE MUCH MORE LIKELY NEARLY 40 MILLION ILLEGALS
HERE NOW) – including large numbers of criminals, gang members and even terrorists
– have entered this nation illegally, with countless more streaming across our
scandalously unguarded borders daily.
The
issue polarizes the nation, robs citizens of jobs, bleeds taxpayers, threatens
America's national security and dangerously balkanizes the country into
unassimilated ethnic groups with little loyalty or love for America's founding
values. Indeed, the de facto invasion is rapidly transforming America into a
totally different country than the one past generations have known and loved.
And
yet – most Americans have almost no idea what is really going on, or why it is
happening.
While
news reports depict demonstrations and debates, and while politicians promise
"comprehensive border security programs," no real answers ever seem
to emerge.
But
there are answers. Truthful answers. Shocking answers.
In
its groundbreaking May edition, WND's acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine
reveals the astounding hidden agendas, plans and people behind America's
immigration nightmare.
Titled
"ALIEN NATION," the issue is subtitled "SECRETS OF THE INVASION:
Why government invites rampant illegal immigration." Indeed, it reveals
pivotal secrets very few Americans know. For example:
Did
you know that the powerfully influential Council on Foreign Relations – often
described as a “shadow government" – issued a comprehensive report last
year laying out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North
American economic and security community" with a common "outer
security perimeter"?
Roughly
translated: In the next few years, according to the 59-page report titled
"Building a North American Community," the U.S. must be integrated
with the socialism, corruption, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada.
"Common perimeter" means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S.,
Mexico and Canada. As Phyllis Schlafly reveals in this issue of Whistleblower:
"This CFR document asserts that President Bush, Mexican President Vicente
Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin 'committed their governments' to
this goal when they met at Bush's ranch and at Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005.
The three adopted the 'Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America'
and assigned 'working groups' to fill in the details. It was at this same
meeting, grandly called the North American Summit, that President Bush pinned
the epithet 'vigilantes' on the volunteers guarding our border in
Arizona."
The
CFR report – important excerpts of which are published in Whistleblower – also
suggests North American elitists begin getting together regularly, and
presumably secretly, "to buttress North American relationships, along the
lines of the Bilderberg or Wehrkunde conferences, organized to support
transatlantic relations." The Bilderberg and Wehrkunde conferences are
highly secret conclaves of the powerful. For decades, there have been
suspicions that such meetings were used for plotting the course of world events
and especially the centralization of global decision-making.
Did
you know that radical immigrant groups – including the League of United Latin
American Citizens (LULAC), the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational
Fund (MALDEF), the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) and the
National Council of La Raza (La Raza) – not only share a revolutionary agenda
of conquering America's southwest, but they also share common funding sources,
notably the Ford and Rockefeller foundations?
''California
is going to be a Hispanic state," said Mario Obeldo, former head of
MALDEF. "Anyone who does not like it should leave." And MEChA's goal
is even more radical: an independent ''Aztlan,'' the collective name this
organization gives to the seven states of the U.S. Southwest – Arizona,
California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. So why would the
Rockefeller and Ford foundations support such groups? Joseph Farah tells the
story in this issue of Whistleblower.
Why
have America's politicians – of both major parties – allowed the illegal alien
invasion of this nation to continue for the last 30 years unabated? With
al-Qaida and allied terrorists promising to annihilate major U.S. cities with
nuclear weapons, with some big-city hospital emergency rooms near closure due
to the crush of so many illegals, with the rapid spread throughout the U.S. of
MS-13, the super-violent illegal alien gang – with all this and more, why do
U.S. officials choose to ignore the laws of the land and the will of the people
to pursue, instead, policies of open borders and lax immigration enforcement?
The
answers to all this and much more are in Whistleblower's "ALIEN
NATION" issue.
Is
there hope? Or is America lost to a demographic invasion destined to annihilate
its traditional Judeo-Christian culture, and to the ever-growing likelihood
that nuclear-armed jihadists will cross our porous borders and wreak
unthinkable destruction here?
There
most definitely is hope, according to this issue of Whistleblower. Although
most politicians of both major political parties have long since abdicated
their responsibility for securing America's borders and dealing effectively
with the millions already here illegally, there are a few exceptions – most
notably Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo.
May's
Whistleblower includes an exclusive sneak preview of Tancredo's forthcoming
blockbuster book, "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America’s Border and
Security." In an extended excerpt, Whistleblower presents Tencredo's
expert and inspired analysis of exactly how to solve the nation's most vexing
problem.
