DOES THE GLOBALIST DEMOCRAT PARTY REALLY CARE ABOUT ELECTION INTEGRITY? - BARACK OBAMA, JOE BIDEN AND BANKSTER ERIC HOLDER SPENT 8 YEARS SABOTAGING U.S. BORDERS AND VOTING TO FLOOD AMERICA WITH DEM VOTING MEXICANS

"The newly elected president, Andrés López-Obrador, was gleeful during the election when he told his compadres they should all move to America, illegally.  His encouragement along with his pro-poverty policies will set the stage for another tsunami of illegal immigration." COLIN FLAHERTY

California’s de facto status as a one-party state lies at the heart of its poverty problem. With a permanent majority in the state senate and the assembly, a prolonged dominance in the executive branch, and a weak opposition, California Democrats have long been free to indulge blue-state ideology while paying little or no political price. The state’s poverty problem is unlikely to improve while policymakers remain unwilling to unleash the engines of economic prosperity that drove California to its golden years. Kerry Jackson

Do Democrats really care about election integrity?

What does "election integrity" actually mean to Democrats?  A perspective is provided by the Democrat-sponsored "For the People Act" (H.R.1 in the current Congress), a dreadfully misnamed legislative mess that purports to improve election integrity and transparency.  Some of its features are:
• Mandates automatic, universal voter registration, and makes it a crime to interfere with registration
• Allows voter registration at age 16
• Mandates early voting of at least 15 days and requires paper ballots
• Restricts and impedes routine voter roll maintenance
• Prescribes strict rules for redistricting and authorizes court takeover of redistricting
• Regulates digital political advertising outright, and restricts corporate political engagement
• Requires disclosure of donors by Super PACs and so-called "dark money" groups
• Requires presidential candidates and incumbents to release 10 years of tax returns
• Supports a Constitutional amendment to overturn the Citizens United decision
• Supports statehood for the District of Columbia
You can see where this goes -- a grandiose "big picture" reform program that mostly suppresses free speech, cements Leftist influence, and protects incumbents -- but does virtually nothing to address actual, on-the-ground election integrity.
In any plain understanding, "election integrity" demands two things:  The trustworthiness of the voting process, and responsible voters.  So, what exactly does genuine election integrity look like?  And how can the election process help to ensure responsible voting?  Here are some necessary characteristics:
Citizen-Only Voting.  Allowing non-citizens to vote is, effectively, allowing foreign interference in our elections.  Illegal aliens in particular have by their action disrespected our laws and evaded any formal obligation to the nation.  The right to vote extends properly only to the nation's citizens, citizenship being a useful marker of allegiance and commitment.
Voter ID.  Affirmative identification is necessary to guarantee that only citizens vote, and only once per election.  Voter ID is often criticized as a barrier to voting designed to exclude certain segments of the population.  But, let's be real -- no legitimate voter in society today is unable to get proper identification.
Advance Registration.  Bluntly, if you can't get off your butt one time to go out to register in advance of elections, you plainly don't give a damn about participatory democracy and you simply cannot be counted as a responsible voter.  Automatic voter registration and election-day registration are detrimental to both election integrity and responsible voting.
Election-Day-Only Voting.  Same as above.  Apart from a few legitimate reasons for absence on voting day, all of which are adequately covered by absentee ballots, you need to express your commitment to participative democracy by voting in person, on voting day.  Early voting facilitates "ballot harvesting," bribery, and similar forms of vote fraud.
Election Roll Purging.  Voter lists need to be pruned of citizens who have moved, died, were convicted, or failed to vote over a period of time.  This is just basic, sound election-management practice.  Failure to maintain the accuracy and currency of election rolls opens up vast opportunities for election fraud.
These are commonsense features of a well-designed election process that can go a long way toward minimizing election abuses while advancing responsible voting.  But apart from paper ballots, you won't find Democrats supporting any of it.  Instead, Democrats seek to thwart such controls, suppress political speech, and cite money and influence as the corruptors of our elections, while in other venues they advocate for non-citizen voting "rights" and other electoral vandalisms.
One purpose of H.R.1, and the ostensible goal of free-voting advocates, is to make it "easy" to vote.  This is entirely wrong.  The goal instead must be to ensure conscientious voting, and only by legitimate voters, period.  Affirmative voter registration and in-person election-day voting are small but significant acts of citizenship that demonstrate a voter's civic commitment.  Making it easy to vote conversely invites reckless voting, enables voter manipulation and facilitates fraud -- which plausibly are the true goals of unrestricted voting.
But what about electronic voting technologies, both for voter convenience and to help prevent election fraud?  Do we really have to use "dark-ages" methods to achieve trustworthy elections?
Technology-enabled free-for-all voting can have outcomes such as Boaty McBoatface and similar absurdities.  Beyond that, so long as even facial-recognition and fingerprint authentication technologies can be compromised, there is much to be said in favor of the assurances that physical voting processes, paper ballots (which H.R.1 surprisingly supports) and in-person voting can provide, despite their archaic nature.  While you can generate thousands of bogus votes either way, electronic means of doing so are fast, low-cost, and can be difficult to trace and audit.  Hardcopy voting records are tangible proof of election results and invaluable evidence in discovering and prosecuting election fraud.  Though technology may improve over time, we cannot today afford the purported "efficiency" and "economy" of voting technology, in light of the risks and with so much at stake.
Accepting all that, shouldn't every citizen vote?  H.R.1 requires universal voter registration.  It is an almost mechanical assertion:  Isn't 100% election participation a worthy objective?
Emphatically not.
Voting without civic engagement is a dereliction of civic duty.  You can perhaps compel every citizen to vote, but you can hardly make them all vote responsibly.  The proper thing for disinterested citizens to do is not vote, something that can be largely self-selecting -- and would be, if they were left alone.  Let engaged, conscientious citizens, those whose diligence reflects their stake in the outcome, vote instead.  Others should stay home.
Of course, all law-abiding citizens have the right to vote.  But your fellow citizens have an equal right to expect that you will vote responsibly.  Responsible voting begins with a genuine interest in the substance of governance; it means being properly informed of issues and candidates, including being skeptical of personality and unpersuaded by propaganda and emotion.  It demands a knowledge of history and of the processes and institutions of government.  In short, it means civic engagement.  It means applying sober, informed judgment to electoral decisions.
Democrats of course reject such requirements or qualifications for voting, conveniently ignoring the essential connection of rights with responsibilities whenever it suits their purposes.
On-the-ground election interference has a long and ignoble history -- backroom ballot creation, voter intimidation, bribery facilitated by "walking-around money," with "vote early and often" a semi-facetious characterization of common corrupt practices.  But modern tendencies toward relaxed voting requirements, wholesale elimination of vital election controls and, more recently, voting by illegal aliens, are now presented fully above-board, unapologetically proclaimed as proper and just.  Today, any measure that has the effect of denying the vote to any individual is summarily dismissed as "discriminatory" and "racistvoter suppression.  This is patently obnoxious.  Unrestricted voting is arguably more corrupting than "big money" in our elections.  Requiring citizens to vote on their own initiative is hardly nefarious; it is honest common sense.
Finally, while elections may be the expression of the people's will, voting alone is neither the sole nor the overriding determinant of our governance.  The claim that "Hillary beat Trump" because of the popular vote total is as ignorant as it is meaningless, besides being boldfaced Leftist deceit.  Such a solitary focus on "the will of the people" and elevation of the popular vote is seductive but misguided.  The United States is constituted as a democratic republic, in which the brilliant inventions of the Senate and the Electoral College provide representation for the 50 sovereign states.  (Remember them?  They still matter.)  Every vote counts, but only in the context of limited, representative government.  In both lawmaking and the election of presidents, the popular vote is only one component of "what counts" for our self-governance.  If consistency mattered to leftists, they ought to embrace the Electoral College inasmuch as it embodies our country's authentic "diversity."  Instead, they call for its destruction.
The Founders trusted the people, but realized that effective self-governance needs engaged, informed citizens.  Enabling and respecting the will of the people requires trustworthy, responsible voting.  You have to wonder why the Democrats have a problem with that.

According to Attorney General Xavier Becerra, once on Hillary Clinton’s short list as a running mate, more than 10 million illegals reside in California. When the illegals get driver’s licenses, the DMV automatically registers them to vote. More than one million “new” voters were registered by 2018, but Padilla won’t say how many actually voted and refuses to comply with federal probes of voter fraud.

Democrats Vs. the People

The conflict didn’t start in 2016.
January 21, 2020
Lloyd Billingsley
After Russia collusion, quid pro quo, “obstruction of Congress” and such, it’s clear that Democrats are still trying to overturn the 2016 election. It’s hard to blame them, given the great success of Donald Trump’s predecessor in the White House.
POTUS 44, formerly known as Barry Soetoro, put time back on the clock for Cuba’s Communist regime and helped Iranian mullahs with their cash flow, in exchange for exactly nothing. On the domestic side, the president’s eponymous health plan took away the right to choose. This prepared the way for his chosen successor, Hillary Clinton, to implement “single payer” and complete the complete transformation prophesied in 2008.
Hillary lost, Trump won, and Democrats still refuse to accept the voice of the people. Long before 2016, this rejection of the people was on display in California.
In 1978, when Jerry Brown was governor, soaring property taxes were literally driving people from their homes. Embattled Californians responded with Proposition 13, the People’s Initiative to Limit Property Taxation. This measure capped property tax rates for residential and commercial properties at 1 percent of the assessed value and prevented assessed value from growing more than 2 percent a year. The initiative also required a two-thirds vote of the legislature to enact any change in state taxes designed to increase revenues.
Proposition 13 mandated no spending or state hires, but Brown called it a fraud and a rip-off. In June of 1978, a full 65 percent of California voters approved the measure, a landslide victory. Governor Brown then proclaimed himself a born-again tax cutter but has since spearheaded a tax counterrevolution, and Proposition 13 remains under relentless attack from Democrats and their allies.
On November 4, 1986, California voters passed Proposition 63, the Official Language of California Amendment. This measure directs the state legislature to “preserve the role of English as the state’s common language” and refrain from “passing laws which diminish or ignore the role of English as the state’s common language.” A full 73 percent of California voters approved the measure, a landslide by any definition, but the people got no respect.
“In short, state legislators and public officials acted as if Prop. 63 never existed, “wrote Orange County Register columnist Gordon Dillow in 2006. Some level of proficiency in English is a requirement for American citizenship, in turn a requirement for voting. Yet, in 2016, the California voter guide came in English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. For 2018, Secretary of State Alex Padilla, a Democrat, added Punjabi, Hmong, Syriac, Armenian, Persian, and Arabic.
The University of California serves the top 12.5 percent of the graduating high-school class. Since the seventies, the UC had been rejecting highly qualified applicants and reserving spots for “minorities” not academically qualified. In 1996, Californians passed the California Civil Rights Initiative, Proposition 209, ending  racial, ethnic, and gender preferences in state-college admissions, state employment, and state contracting.
University of California boss Janet Napolitano, a high-profile Democrat and former Arizona governor, derided the measure as a “legal barrier,” to “diversity.” Napolitano hailed a “partnership” with Mexico and made the UC a sanctuary system, founding and funding the UC Center for Undocumented Student Legal Services. The 4,000 or so illegals now in the UC system pay in-state tuition and Napolitano granted them a $25.2 million aid package, with no compensation from the governments of the illegals’ home countries.
In K-12, California had been teaching Mexican students primarily in Spanish, which hurt their prospects in higher education and the job market. In 1998, Californians passed Proposition 227, the English Language in Public Schools statute, which ended so-called “bilingual education.” Democrats have done everything in their power to block the measure and reforms through ballot measures now face more obstacles.
The Democrats give illegals welfare, taxpayer-funded health care, in-state tuition and protect them from deportation through sanctuary laws. In return, the illegals vote for Democrats and the ballot measures the want. The illegals function as the Democrats imported electoral college, canceling the vote of legitimate citizens and legal immigrants, blocking reform and keeping Democrats in power. Maybe that is what Michael Bloomberg had in mind when he called California “a great example for the rest of this country.”
Meanwhile, in 2020, Democrats don’t want the people to select the president. They want their party to remove the president from office, and some never-Trump Republicans will doubtless go along. As President Trump says, we’ll have to see what happens but one thing remains clear.
Under any Democrat running for office, particularly Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, you wouldn’t get what you want. You would get only what the government wants you to have. That was the plan of POTUS 44’s chosen successor, and that’s why Democrats have never accepted the voice of the people in 2016.

California passes same-day voter registration, rigging elections even bluer

As if ballot-harvesting by illegal aliens were not enough, California has come up with a new way to rig elections to ensure one-party permanent Democratic Party rule.
According to the Los Angeles Times:
SACRAMENTO — Californians will be able to register to vote on election day at local polling places and voting centers under legislation signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom on Tuesday, a potentially significant step toward boosting turnout in key contests next year.
The new law provides for a significant expansion of so-called conditional voter registration, which allows a new voter to cast a ballot that is counted after eligibility is determined during the 30-day vote-counting period after an election. That process began in last year's statewide election, but registration was available only in county elections offices. Starting next year, voters can register on election day anywhere ballots are cast.
"This simply enfranchises more people to vote," said state Sen. Tom Umberg (D-Santa Ana), the author of the new law. "The presidential race is one thing, but this is going to make an even bigger difference in turnout for local races."
California's Gov. Gavin Newsom, who's been curiously silent on his Facebook page about the gargantuan blackouts slamming the Bay Area, proudly has this news right there at the top of his page as his signature achievement.
Suffice to say, this is a recipe for disaster.  As voting tallies roll out in real time on election day, Democratic operatives, illegally here or not, will be right onto the matter, with lists of unregistered potential voters, going to their homes and signing them up to make the tally go their way.  The political muscle used is going to be amazing.
With California already not checking who's legally allowed to vote, and often, through the Department of Motor Vehicles' automatic voter registration system, you can bet that a lot of those newly registered voters are not going to be here legally.  The sanctuary state, after all, does not check.
Now that they've got a register-or-else system of political muscling for registrations in elections going the Republican way, you can bet they will muscle illegals to register — with a warning that they'll be reported to authorities as illegal if they don't.
They'll be additionally shielded from scrutiny based on the fact that the state has refused to cooperate with federal investigators about who's registered legally, so it's a perfect game for them.
What's stunning is why they did it at all.  After all, haven't they already gotten the solid blue state they've wanted, based on their past rigging?  They've even gotten deep red Orange County in their column, which has a whiff of fraud.  They've enacted driver's licenses for illegal aliens and now automatic motor voter registration, which can be halted only on the honor system, if someone says he is not allowed to vote due to being a non-citizen.  Plenty of "errors" have already happened.
They've also enacted automatic mail-in ballots, even if people do not ask for them, putting physical paper ballots on every kitchen table in the state if not in the mailboxes of people who have moved away.  Based on that, they've enacted ballot-harvesting, where Democratic operatives break the chain of custody in first counting votes coming in and, once they see a result they don't like, fanning out and going to people's houses who still have not voted — and "collecting" those votes, once they've "helped" these indifferent or unwilling voters to fill them out.  You can see how easy it would be to coerce an illegal alien in such conditions.  Worse still, the fate of the ballot of someone who voted the "wrong" way is anyone's guess.  No one knows if they turn all the ballots in.
Rest assured: there's more rigging.  They've enacted a first-two-out-the-gate primary system, which keeps Republicans off the ballot entirely, forcing voters to choose between just two Democrats, one hideous and the second even worse.  That was the nightmare Republicans faced when they were forced to choose between Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who'd just got caught employing a Chinese spy for 20 years, and a crazed leftist affiliated with what's unaffectionately known as the "Mexican mafia" of California's political machinery, named Kevin de León.  The map here shows how bad it is.
With this kind of rigging, it's no wonder California, which still has a sizable conservative contingent, has nearly zero representation in any public office, state or national.
Yet the :eft still can't trust the good thing it's got and still doesn't trust those unreliable voters.  This measure to stack the total with same-day registrations is just the latest scheme to ensure permanent power.  It stinks to high heaven.

Democrats turning California into a third-world hellhole: Going without electricity edition

Democrats are turning California into a third-world hellhole without electricity, water, and freedom.
Due to Democrats' love for trees, at least 800,000 Californians will be without power for several days.  Instead of properly managing California forests to reduce the chances of big fires, Democrats are saying Californians have to go without lights, refrigerators, and air-conditioning.  Democrats could also avoid this by not making the power company financially liable for all forest fire damages, but since PG&E is a company, not an illegal alien, the Democrats couldn't care less about doing what's best for California.
While they try to blame climate change and the infrastructure, the reality is that neither of those has caused any significant changes in the last ten years — but now, suddenly, due to Democrat policies, Californians have to start living in the 18th century.
The Democrats who run California also refuse to build more water storage capacity even though the state's population has dramatically increased, ensuring that water has to be rationed during droughts.
Democrats are turning California into a third-world country economically.  The income inequality between the über-rich Silicon Valley workers and the rest of Californians is huge, just like in third-world countries, while the elites live in luxury and the rest live in squalor.
Democrats are doing a great job manufacturing poverty and homelessness even as they fail to instill hope in Californians.
California has four times more homeless per capita and three times more poor per capita than the rest of America.  Half the homeless in America are in California, even though California has only 12% of the U.S. population.  Also, blacks are six times more prevalent in the San Francisco homeless population than they are in California in general.
The homeless explosion has brought the return of third-world diseases like typhus to California — not to mention streets littered with human feces.
Democrats are trying to keep people from having cars, just like the people of the Third World.  After all, a car gives people the freedom to move, and freedom is a bad thing in the minds of Democrats since it limits the power the government has over citizens.
Recently, Gavin Newsom, the Democrat governor, transferred millions of dollars that the voters had been ensured would go to improve the state's failing road infrastructure to a fund designed to convince Californians to give up their cars.
Democrats are also working to make cars unaffordable for any but the richest Californians.
Californians pay $1.53 more for a gallon for gasoline than the rest of America.  That's $21 more for a tank of gasoline.  Facebook employees won't notice it, but the poor in California who can't afford to live near their jobs are paying through the teeth.
Like all third-world tyrants, Democrats are doing everything they can to eliminate democracy in California.
The jungle primary, where the top two candidates in the primaries go against each other, has resulted in many races where two Democrats are running against each other, giving voters who don't agree with the Democrats' failed policies no one to vote for.
California is doing nothing to ensure that people who shouldn't vote don't vote.  Instead, the people running the state are doing everything possible to let illegal aliens vote.  When illegal aliens go pick up their driver's licenses, they're automatically enrolled to vote unless they say they're not citizens.
California is also trying to end democracy by keeping the Republican presidential candidate off the ballot.  Democrats passed an unconstitutional law to keep any candidate who didn't release his tax returns off the ballot solely to keep Californians from voting for Trump.
Finally, the Democrats are going after freedom of the press.  An undercover journalist revealed that Planned Parenthood was selling aborted baby parts.  Instead of investigating that illegal practice, Democrat Kamala Harris decided to put the journalist on trial.
Democrats keep telling us California is the future if they get elected.  That means that poverty, homelessness, the end of democracy, and a press that reports only what Democrats want heard are what Democrats are promising us.
If you're an immensely wealthy Google employee, California is Heaven.  If you're not, it's becoming more and more like Hell.

Hans von Spakovsky: DOJ Should Sue States Registering Non-Citizens to Vote

Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband should sue states illegally registering non-citizens to vote. He offered his remarks in an interview on Friday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Rick Manning.
Left-wing and Democrat advocacy for abolition of the electoral college is part of a broader plan that includes registration of non-citizens — including illegal aliens — to vote, explained von Spakovsky.
Mansour noted New York Democrats’ plan to automatically register to vote all residents applying for driver’s licenses — which including non-citizens and illegal aliens — unless they “opt-out.”
“This is part and parcel of that whole system-wide movement to make sure that people who are not citizens are registering [to vote] and not getting caught or prosecuted for it, and [then] switching [presidential elections] a national popular vote system so that all those votes will help win elections.”
LISTEN:
Von Spakovsky added, “Every single U.S. attorney around the country ought to be investigating and prosecuting … aliens who are registering and voting. They’re doing it all over the country. So far, only two U.S. attorneys — one in North Carolina [and] one in Texas — have brought any kind of cases like that. [U.S. attorneys in] the rest of the states … are ignoring these cases and not doing anything about it.”
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can help improve the accuracy of states’ voter rolls, explained von Spakosvky, by cross-referencing state databases with its own records.
“[DHS} ought to be going through its records and trying to compare its database with state voter registration lists across the country to help the states find, again, non-citizens who are illegally registered to vote. And that’s not really happening, either, that I’m aware of.”
Von Spakosvky advised, “What [Eric Dreiband] can do is use the Motor Voter law — that National Voter Registration Act — to sue states that aren’t properly cleaning up their voter rolls and maintaining the accuracy of their voter rolls those cases they ought to be filing them because there are plenty of states that aren’t doing what they’re supposed to be doing under the law.”
Breitbart News Tonight broadcasts live on SiriusXM Patriot channel 125 weeknights from 9:00 p.m. to midnight Eastern or 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific.

Voting integrity group finds millions of inactive registrations

One of the standard jokes about Chicago politics is that a lot of people who voted Republican during their lives start voting Democrat after their deaths. Contrary to Democrats’ obsession with voter suppression, the truth is that voter fraud is real and it is, or should be, a serious concern. Thanks to Judicial Watch, we’re learning that currently there are at least 2.5 million inactive registrations up for grabs around America:
Judicial Watch announced today it is continuing its efforts to force states and counties across the nation to comply with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), by sending notice-of-violation letters to 19 large counties in five states that it intends to sue unless the jurisdictions take steps to comply with the law and remove ineligible voter registrations within 90 days. Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act requires jurisdictions to take reasonable efforts to remove ineligible registrations from its rolls.
Despite successful litigation by Judicial Watch to bring counties and states into compliance with the National Voter Registration Act, voter registration lists across the country remain significantly out of date. According to Judicial Watch’s analysis of data released by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) this year, there are 378 counties nationwide that have more voter registrations than citizens living there and old enough to vote, i.e., counties where registration rates exceed 100%. These 378 counties combined had about 2.5 million registrations over the 100%-registered mark, which is a drop of about one million from Judicial Watch’s previous analysis of voter registration data. Although San Diego County removed 500,000 inactive names from voter rolls following Judicial Watch’s settlement with Los Angeles County, San Diego still has a registration rate of 117% and has one of the highest registration rates in the country.
These inactive voters are not just extra paper cluttering up files in various county offices. Instead, explained Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch’s president, they expose American elections to the risks of significant corruption:
“Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections and Judicial Watch will insist, in court if necessary, that states follow federal law to clean up their voting rolls,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Previous Judicial Watch lawsuits have already led to major cleanups in California, Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio – but more needs to be done. It is common sense that voters who die or move away be removed from the voting rolls.”
Fitton’s concerns take on special resonance when one considers that California counties are among the worst culprits. This is especially true in Central and Southern California, both regions with high populations of illegal immigrants and legal green cardholders. After all, as Hillary and her supporters never stop reminding us, she may have lost the Electoral College, but she won the popular vote. And while voter fraud is bipartisan, it’s still interesting to note that, per a post-election analysis, Hillary’s meaningless popular vote victory came from . . . California:
As we noted in this space earlier, while Clinton's overall margin looks large and impressive, it is due to Clinton's huge margin of victory in one state — California — where she got a whopping 4.3 million more votes than Trump.
California is the only state, in fact, where Clinton's margin of victory was bigger than President Obama's in 2012 — 61.5% vs. Obama's 60%.
[snip]
If you take California out of the popular vote equation, then Trump wins the rest of the country by 1.4 million votes. And if California voted like every other Democratic state — where Clinton averaged 53.5% wins — Clinton and Trump end up in a virtual popular vote tie.
Because California is a one-party state, it’s possible that all of Hillary’s votes were legitimate. And it’s also possible that, with a lot of deadwood in the country registrars’ offices, they were not. Ultimately, everyone benefits when county registrars follow the law and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
“Furthermore, the much-quoted estimate of 11 million undocumented aliens in the U.S. may be woefully short of the truth. A new study by Yale University suggests the true number of illegals is probably in the 20-to-30 million range, more than enough to kill the two-party system at one stroke, if they eventually receive the citizenship amnesty promised by Democrats.” JAMES DELMONT…. AMNESTY WILL ENABLE 40 MILLION ILLEGALS TO BRING UP THE REST OF THEIR FAMILIES. NOW DO THE MATH ON THE LOOMING JOBS, HOUSING AND SOCIAL SECURITY CRISIS.

Is the government of Mexico behind this? You have seen quotes from a Mexican President and a Mexican Consul General in support of it. They have everything to gain and little to lose by pushing it. The Mexican government is also pushing illegal immigration, which destabilizes our economy. TOM BARRETT
One in every eleven persons born in Mexico has gone to the U.S. The National Review reported that in 2014 $1.87 billion was spent on incarcerating illegal immigrant criminals….Now add hundreds of billions for welfare and remittances!  MICHAEL BARGO, Jr

Is Mass Immigration Killing Two-Party Democracy in the U.S.? BUT ISN'T THAT THE POINT OF DEMOCRAT PARTY SABOTAGE OF VOTING FOR LEGALS ONLY???

It used to be that legal immigrants would divide their votes once they became citizens. But that was then.
Few seem willing to admit it, but mass immigration appears to be killing democracy in the United States. Two-party democracy withstood the unprecedented mass immigration of the 1870-to-1914 period because the European immigrants tended, for one reason or another, to vote for both parties. That is not true today. In the 19th century, newcomers voted along religious lines to a remarkable degree: Irish Catholics 80 percent Democrat and all Catholics 70 percent Democrat. But after the Civil War, Germans and Scandinavians, heavily Lutheran, voted Republican, as English Canadian and British immigrants did. In the famous turning-point presidential election of 1896, urban working-class immigrants tended to vote Republican, organized by the active and powerful political machines in big cities like New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Very few in the mass migration of that day moved to the American South, which remained solidly Democrat. The two-party system survived throughout most of the country as both parties had urban political machines that provided social services to immigrants.
The present massive wave of immigration that began in the 1970s, largely as a result of the extended family clause in the 1965 Kennedy immigration reform bill, has had remarkably different results. The new immigrants are voting overwhelmingly Democrat: Hispanics 2 to 1, Asians about 70 percent (all election figures from the Pew Research Center). The children of Asian immigrants voted 82 percent for Barack Obama in 2008. In addition, black Americans who used to vote Republican now vote 90 percent or more Democrat, as do black immigrants.
California not long ago was a state Republicans could win. Two presidents, Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan, came from California and major offices such as governor were regularly won by Republicans. Today California is a permanently blue state, with its wealth of electoral votes. Its U.S. senators, governor, and most of its members of Congress are Democrats. Democrats have a supermajority in both houses of the Legislature and have changed the constitution so that party primaries have been banned in favor of “open” primaries in which Republicans are likely not to finish higher than third, thus not making the November ballot. In the last two U.S. Senate races, 2016 and 2018, voters were offered Democrat No. 1 and Democrat No. 2 as choices. Unsurprisingly, Democrats won both elections, and one of the winners, Kamala Harris, is now running for president.
The demographic tidal wave of mostly Third World immigrants who vote heavily Democrat is now running legally at a million a year, an all-time record, and is turning red states purple and then blue. Arizona is going, Colorado and Georgia are going, Virginia is gone, North Carolina is tipping, and Florida is a dead heat but the immigration trends (south-of-the-border Latinos and Puerto Ricans) are against the GOP. Even Texas is drifting leftward as Latinos bid to become a solid majority there. There is the myth, of course — offered by members of the Bush family — that Hispanics will see the light and begin voting like Indiana Republicans. In fact, Hispanics have voted Democrat since 1960, and they went for Obama in 2008 by 67-31 percent and for Hillary Clinton in 2016 by 66-28 percent. So much for the Bush theory. Asians voted 77 percent for Obama in 2012 and 79 percent for Clinton in 2016. So much for the two-party system.
Furthermore, the much-quoted estimate of 11 million undocumented aliens in the U.S. may be woefully short of the truth. A new study by Yale University suggests the true number of illegals is probably in the 20-to-30 million range, more than enough to kill the two-party system at one stroke, if they eventually receive the citizenship amnesty promised by Democrats.
The two-party system in the U.S. has been healthy since 1796, when Thomas Jefferson took on John Adams in the presidential contest. They met again in 1800 in a more famous showdown, by which time the earliest political parties had formed and taken on ideological hues that still exist today. The ideal situation for a healthy democracy and a workable two-party system is a stable population. If the population is stable (and growing slowly), each party has an opportunity to persuade the public of its merits. That opportunity is disappearing quickly because the population is not stable. We are not far from the time when the U.S. will have a Latino majority and will, regrettably, be a one-party state. Apparently, that is what Democrats want.

MEXICO WILL DOUBLE U.S. POPULATION

By Tom Barrett

At the current rate of invasion (mostly through Mexico, but also through Canada) the United States will be completely over run with illegal aliens by the year 2025. I’m not talking about legal immigrants who follow US law to become citizens. In less than 20 years, if we do not stop the invasion, ILLEGAL aliens and their offspring will be the dominant population in the United States.

FINISHING AMERICA OFF: THE FOREIGN INVASION FOR “CHEAP” LABOR

Open the floodgates of our welfare state to the uneducated, impoverished, and unskilled masses of the world and in a generation or three America, as we know it, will be gone. JOHN BINDER

But many less-skilled migrants play their largest role by simply shifting small slices of wealth from person to person, for example, by competing up rents in their neighborhood or by competing down wages in their workplace. The crudest examples can be seen in agriculture.

Overall, the Washington-imposed economic policy of economic growth via immigration shifts wealth from young people towards older people by flooding the market with cheap white-collar and blue-collar foreign labor.

CALIFORNIA UNDER THE DEMOCRATS: Worst Lower Education System in the Nation!
"The costs of illegal immigration are being carefully hidden by Democrats."

"California’s public education system, once the envy of the world, now ranks 49th in the nation." ROBERT J. CRISTANO, Ph.D
Accounting for these differences reveals that California's real poverty rate is 20.6 percent – the highest in America, and nearly twice the national average of 12.7 percent.

"The public schools indoctrinate their young charges to hate this country and the rule of law. Illegal aliens continue overwhelming the state, draining California’s already depleted public services while endangering our lives, the rule of law, and public safety for all citizens."

IMMIGRATION AS ECONOMIC WAR ON THE AMERICAN MIDDLE-CLASS.

However, the dominant force in American politics for the last two decades has been economic warfare against American citizens.
This economic warfare has two primary components; the use of government to economically favor one group over another; and the collusion of immigrant groups to economically inhibit Americans who oppose replacement migration.

"This is country belongs to Mexico" is said by the Mexican Militant. This is a common teaching that the U.S. is really AZTLAN, belonging to Mexicans, which is taught to Mexican kids in Arizona and California through a LA Raza educational program funded by American Tax Payers via President Obama, when he gave LA RAZA $800,000.00 in March of 2009!

The “mother of all caravans” is forming in Central America, and our border-enforcement system is at “the breaking point” — all because Democrats in Congress rejects any effort to plug the legal loopholes that drive the accelerating flood at the border. In effect, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are doing just what Cesar Chavez complained about 40 years ago: placating employers by allowing the unhindered importation of cheap labor to undermine the efforts of American workers to negotiate higher wages. MARK KRIKORIAN

THE AMNESTY HOAX

But the business community will have little reason to defend Trump, partly because they have gotten their double-shot of tax cuts and cheap labor. In fact, the legislation does not sunset the amnesty, meaning it can be quietly expanded with a few legal tweaks that can be attached to any of the myriad obscure bills annually passed by Congress.

Yes, it is by invitation of the Democrat and Republican parties on behalf of their rich paymasters!
"Critics argue that giving amnesty to 12 to 30 million illegal aliens in the U.S. would have an immediate negative impact on America’s working and middle class — specifically black Americans and the white working class — who would be in direct competition for blue-collar jobs with the largely low-skilled illegal alien population." JOHN BINDER

The U.S.-born baby is, of course, a U.S. citizen, whose illegal alien parents are eligible to receive, on the baby’s behalf, food stamps, nutrition from the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, and numerous tax benefits, including the EITC.
Most importantly, the newborn is deportation insurance for its parents. Illegal aliens facing deportation can argue that to deport one or more parents would create an “extreme hardship” for the new baby. If an immigration officer agrees, we’ve added a new adult to the nation’s population. At age 21 the former birthright citizen baby can formally apply for green cards for parents and siblings, and they, in turn, can start their own immigration chains.

And the cultural and commercial ties between the two sides remain in place to this day. Look at the fellowship exhibited by cities like El Paso, Texas, and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico even if barbed wire and concrete barriers have been erected in some places along the divide.” LA RAZA SUPREMACIST JORGE RAMOS

As Breitbart News reported, if chain migration is not ended — as President Donald Trump has demanded — the U.S. electorate will forever be changed, with between seven to eight million new foreign-born individuals being eligible to vote because of chain migration, and overall, an additional 15 million new foreign-born voters.

Mexican Invasion
By Tom Barrett (04/19/2005)
At the current rate of invasion (mostly through Mexico, but also through Canada) the United States will be completely over run with illegal aliens by the year 2025. I’m not talking about legal immigrants who follow US law to become citizens. In less than 20 years, if we do not stop the invasion, ILLEGAL aliens and their offspring will be the dominant population in the United States. According to US Border Control (see LINK below). “They will have made such inroads into the political and social systems that they will have more influence than our Constitution over how the U.S. is governed. The ugly consequence of an ignored U.S. Constitution is already taking place.” The millions upon millions of illegal aliens streaming into the US are the foundation for what could be another attempt at secession by several US states. Many of them will use ill-conceived programs that reward illegal immigration to become US citizens. Other illegals will simply go to the polls and vote without taking the trouble to apply for citizenship. Together, these groups could form a voting block that could tear our nation apart. Those of you who read the email version of this column should go to www.ConservativeTruth.org  to see the map posted there. It shows the borders of a new nation proposed by influential Mexican nationals and Hispanic US Citizens. (See LINK below: Professor Predicts 'Hispanic Homeland'.) It includes six northern states of Mexican, as well as Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and southern Colorado. The idea of a Hispanic Homeland could be ignored as the pipedream of crackpots if a substantial majority of Mexican citizens did not support it. A Zogby poll of Mexicans done in June 2002 revealed that a substantial majority of Mexican citizens believe that southwestern America properly belongs to Mexico. They said that Mexicans do not need the permission of the U.S. to enter this territory. 58 percent of Mexican citizens agreed with this statement: "The territory of the United States' southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico." Only 28 percent disagreed with the statement. Listen to what some Mexican government officials and US leaders (including politicians and Professors at taxpayer-funded Universities) have to say on this subject. Jose Angel Gutierrez, professor, University of Texas, Arlington and founder of La Raza Unida political party screams at rallies: "We have an aging white America. They are dying. They are ******** in their pants with fear! I love it! We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him!" (See LINK below.) Richard Alatorre, Los Angeles City Council "They’re afraid we’re going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They’re right. We will take them over. Mario Obledo, California State Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Jerry Brown, who was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Bill Clinton, says, “California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn’t like it should leave." Proposition 187 was the California initiative supported by a majority of Californians that denied taxpayer funds for services to non-citizens. Speaking at a Latino gathering in response to Proposition 187’s passage in 1995, Art Torres, the Chairman of the California Democratic Party, said: "Power is not given to you. You have to take it. Remember, 187 is the last gasp of white America in California." The national newspaper of Mexico, Excelsior: "The American Southwest seems to be slowly returning to the jurisdiction of Mexico without firing a single shot." Gloria Molina, Los Angeles County Supervisor: "We are politicizing every single one of these new citizens that are becoming citizens of this country...I gotta tell you that a lot of people are saying, "I’m going to go out there and vote because I want to pay them back." Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General: “We are practicing ‘La Reconquista’ in California." "Reconquista" means the reconquest of the US southwest by Mexico. (See LINK below.). These people are serious! They think they are going to take US territory. The Mexican President declared it here in our country, and Bill Clinton signed a Presidential Executive Order that paves the way for at least part of Mexico’s dream. Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo said in Chicago on July 23, 1997, "I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders and that Mexican migrants are an important – a very important – part of this. For this reason, my government proposed a constitutional amendment to allow any Mexican with the right and the desire to acquire another nationality to do so without being forced to first give up his or her Mexican nationality." Translation: It is next to impossible to receive Mexican citizenship unless you can prove you are of Mexican descent. But Mexico knows that the US has soft immigration laws and will grant citizenship to almost anyone. (After all, we grant citizenship every day to immigrants from countries who have sworn to destroy us.) So Mexico wants to take advantage of this ridiculous situation by encouraging their citizens to apply for US citizenship while keeping Mexican citizenship. That way the Mexican government can influence the political process here in the US. Executive Order 13122, signed on May 25, 1999, by the most treasonous president this nation has ever been cursed with, Bill Clinton, established an Interagency Task Force on the Economic Development of the Southwest Border. Part of the Order reads, "The Southwest Border or Southwest Border region is defined as including the areas up to 150 miles north of the United States-Mexican border in the States of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and California." According to experts on international law, this sets the stage for a 150-mile-wide “Border Zone” that will neither belong to Mexico or the US. This could then become the first area of a Hispanic Nation that would eventually encompass the areas shown in the map of the proposed Republica del Norte (The Northern Republic). Our government, pushed by liberal Democrats, has been systematically laying the groundwork for such a breakaway republic. Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non European countries can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and government contracts? It’s called affirmative action or racial privilege. Some time ago a vote was taken in the U.S. Congress to end this practice. It was defeated. Every single Democratic senator except Ernest Hollings voted to maintain special privileges for Hispanic, Asian and African immigrants. They were joined by thirteen Republicans. Bill Clinton and Al Gore have repeatedly stated that they believe that massive immigration from countries like Mexico is good. They have also backed special privileges for these immigrants. Mexico, a nation that has benefited enormously from American generosity is now working to destabilize our country. Is “destabilize” too strong a word? I don’t think so. Whether or not Mexican leaders think they can actually create enough hatred against “gringos” to accomplish the creation of a new republic made up of mainly US territory, they know that pushing that agenda will cause huge political problems here and allow Mexico to accomplish many of their goals. Is the government of Mexico behind this? You have seen quotes from a Mexican President and a Mexican Consul General in support of it. They have everything to gain and little to lose by pushing it. The Mexican government is also pushing illegal immigration, which destabilizes our economy. The US Border Control website (see LINK below) shows an illustration from a Mexican government publication showing their citizens how to best illegally enter the US. Why? It takes the strain of taking care of unemployed Mexicans off the Mexican treasury and puts it on the US treasury. And when the illegals get on welfare, they send some of their money home, which helps the Mexican economy. All this talk by Mexican and US officials about the US illegally occupying Mexican territory does nothing but breed racial hatred. The sad thing is that none of this is about race. It is about the things that all wars and conflicts are about: Greed, power and money. I don’t like to talk about a problem without offering a solution. The US politicians and professors who advocate taking US territory are guilty of sedition. Remove them from their offices and (hopefully) put them in a federal penitentiary where they can consider the error of their ways. The Mexican politicians who do the same are guilty of inciting sedition. This is very close to an act of war. Immediately cut of all economic aid to Mexico until its government publicly disavows this lunatic plan. Finally, we must realize that we can’t stop this by marching US troops into Mexico. We should use troops to guard our borders, because the US Border Patrol cannot cover the huge US-Mexico border without help. And we need to use pass laws that will stop the government from rewarding illegal immigrants at the expense of those who follow the law. We have a huge immigration problem in this country. This ridiculous Hispanic Homeland idea is just a symptom of the problem. INTERNET RESEARCH: Professor Predicts 'Hispanic Homeland' 1. http://www.aztlan.net/homeland.htm
Professor Predicts 'Hispanic Homeland' ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A University of New Mexico Chicano Studies professor predicts a new, sovereign Hispanic nation within the century, taking in the Southwest and several northern states of Mexico. Charles Truxillo suggests the “Republica del Norte,” the Republic of the North, is “an inevitability.” He envisions it encompassing all of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and southern Colorado, plus the northern tier of Mexican states: Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas. Along both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border “there is a growing fusion, a reviving of connections,” Truxillo said. “Southwest Chicanos and Norteño Mexicanos are becoming one people again.” Truxillo, 47, has said the new country should be brought into being “by any means necessary,” but recently said it was unlikely to be formed by civil war. Instead, its creation will be accomplished by the electoral pressure of the future majority Hispanic population in the region, he said.
