Soros Asked Obama to Investigate Somebody?
Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz says he has the proof.
“But let me just ask you,” said Breitbart News editor Joel Pollack. “You said that George Soros asked Barack Obama to have his Justice Department investigate somebody?”
“We’re — that’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future,” responded Alan Dershowitz. “Yeah.”
“Wow, well, we look forward to hearing more about that new. . .”
“That’s not unusual,” Dershowitz said. “People whisper to presidents all the time. Presidents whisper to [the] Justice Department all the time. It’s very common. It’s wrong, whoever does it, but it’s common, and we shouldn’t think that it’s unique to any particular president. I have in my possession the actual 302 form [an FBI record of an interview], which documents this issue, and it will, at the right time, come out. But I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed.”
That exchange appeared on Breitbart on Sunday and on Monday was quickly picked up by Lifezette, WND and other independent sites, with one headlining the story “Dershowitz
Blows Up Washington.” The Fox News story appeared about 5 p.m. Monday, but at this writing CNN, MSNBC and the rest of the establishment media have yet to weigh in.

By the end of the day, the target of the Soros-inspired investigation remained unknown. On the other hand, that was hardly the only intrigue surrounding George Soros, described by Pollack as a “billionaire left-wing financier.” As Matthew Vadum noted in the 2016 Frontpage article “Arrest George Soros,” there’s a bit more to the man.
“Soros, the billionaire speculator, is the preeminent funder of the activist Left in America,” Vadum explained, “which means he is the Number One funder of the domestic terrorism that is part and parcel of the Left.” Soros calls America “the main obstacle to a stable and just world order” and says European-style socialism “is exactly what we need.” Soros also funds “open-borders groups in order to corrode the nation’s culture and change its electorate.”
If this “radical ringleader” wants the president of the United States to investigate someone, that is a matter of some concern. In similar style, Soros invites inquiries such as John Solomon’s “US Embassy pressed Ukraine to drop probe of George Soros group during 2016 election,” in The Hill last March.
According to Solomon, the Obama administration pressured the Ukrainian government to back off its investigation of both the U.S. aid and anti-corruption groups such as AntAC. As it turned out, the group Ukrainian law enforcement was probing “was co-funded by the Obama administration and liberal mega-donor George Soros.” And it was collaborating with the FBI agents investigating then-Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.
As Ukrainian officials told Solomon, the message to Ukraine’s prosecutors was clear: “Don’t target AntAC in the middle of an America presidential election in which Soros was backing Hillary Clinton to succeed another Soros favorite, Barack Obama.” After the Obama DOJ launched the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative, “the State Department, Justice Department and FBI outsourced some of its work in Ukraine to groups funded by Soros.”
On the other hand, consider “The George Soros Conspiracy Theory at the Heart of the Ukraine Scandal,” by Dan Spinelli of the leftist Mother Jones. Soros here emerges a “liberal billionaire” and “a favorite bogeyman on the right due to his support for progressive causes at home and political reforms abroad.” What “turbocharged” Donald Trump’s interest in Ukraine was “specifically, the work of John Solomon” who “authored a series disputed articles about Joe Biden’s activities in Ukraine and Soros’ interactions with Obama administration officials.”
As for conspiracy theories, Spinelli says Solomon is a “longtime client” of Joseph DiGenova’s law firm. No word about the person Soros wanted the Obama DOJ to investigate, and why. Puzzled observers might wonder if POTUS 44 could stand some investigation his own self.
As the late Barry Rubin noted in Silent Revolution: How the Left Rose to Political Power and Cultural Dominance, on Obama’s watch tens of millions of Americans were “turned into anti-Americans.” The goal was “to convince Americans the exact opposite of what their experience proved: that the country had fundamentally failed and the old leftist solutions were the answer.” On the other hand, says Rubin, “not a single serious investigation was conducted about Obama’s earlier life.”
In Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama, official biographer David Garrow, a Pulitzer Prize winner, says the president’s defining Dreams from My Father is a novel and the author a composite character. And after some 800 pages Garrow cites a reporter that the president’s story isn’t exactly true. The novel was something that the former Barry Soetoro and David Axelrod put together, to avoid the “politically radioactive” Communist Frank Marshall Davis, who gets a lot of ink in the Dreams account.
Since Garrow left the key at the back door, we know the truth about the composite character president. We also know that the composite character and George Soros have a similar destructive vision for America. We don’t know the identity of the person Soros wanted the Obama DOJ to investigate, and why. When Alan Dershowitz gets around to filing his lawsuit, that revelation really could blow up Washington.

The revelation was so startling that this host had to
double-check:

In addition, Dershowitz reflected on his experience in the
impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, noting that his argument had been
grotesquely distorted by CNN — so much so that he could, if he wanted to, sue
the network.
CNN — and House impeachment managers — claimed Dershowitz said
that the president can do whatever he wants to do, as long as he claims to have
believed he was acting in the public interest. Dershowitz had specifically said
that criminal-like behavior was indeed impeachable.
Dershowitz also said that former Trump associate Roger Stone
deserved a new trial, given new revelations about the extreme political bias of
the jury foreperson, who opposed both Trump and Stone.
Moreover, Dershowitz said that if Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) won
the Democratic presidential nomination, it might force him to leave the
Democratic Party and campaign against him nationwide.

The corruption of Barack Obama
The national media are flabbergasted that Americans won't consent
to President Trump's removal from office. How can so many of his
compatriots be indicted and so many government bureaucrats condemn his behavior
without giving them what they desire: self-assurance that they are "on the
right side of history"?
If they ever wish to understand, the critical starting point in
their education is not the current presidency, but the last one. Although there are numerous ways to
describe the present divide in America, one of the simpler is thus: those
Americans who take Barack Obama at his word that his presidency was
historically "scandal free" and those Americans who see the unrelenting
stream of Deep State attempts to take down President Trump as a continuing coup
and the natural extension of an unethical, criminal, and at times
unconstitutional Obama presidency.
For those of us in the latter camp, Barack Obama presided over a
corrupt administration and used his historic election as the first non-white
American president as a get-out-of-jail-free card to abuse his power while
silencing his critics.
Whataboutery is frowned upon now that President Trump is in
office, but if President Trump had done a tiny percentage of what Obama
orchestrated, he actually would be in federal prison. Imagine what
would have happened if President Trump had done the following:
- used a recession to bilk a trillion
dollars from the public to stuff the pockets of campaign donors like
Solyndra
- facilitated Agent Brian Terry's
murder by arming the Mexican cartels
- targeted American citizens for
assassination without a whiff of due process
- lied to voters that their doctors
would be protected and premiums reduced, while illegally funding Obamacare
and covering illegal aliens' health care
- stolen from victims of Iranian
terrorism by plundering escrow accounts protected by law while handing over
$1.7 billion in untraceable European currency and planeloads of American
cash, releasing twenty-one Iranian convicts, and shutting down a
decade-long DEA operation against Hezb'allah's double-whammy assault of
smuggling cocaine into the U.S. and financing terrorism against us, all
for the glory of an "Iran deal"
- spied on reporters while putting a
record number of their sources in jail
- used the IRS as his personal gang
of thugs to target conservatives before the 2012 election
- allowed a 9-11 anniversary
terrorist attack to unfold without sending reinforcements while falsely
blaming the four resulting American deaths on a YouTube video and American
free speech
- sent an untold number of American
veterans to early deaths through widespread negligence and corruption at
the V.A.
- protected his attorney general who
lied to lawmakers on the president's behalf so persistently that Democrats
joined Republicans to make him the first A.G. to be held in contempt of
Congress
- protected his CIA director, who
spied on lawmakers and lied about it
- protected his director of National
Intelligence, who illegally spied on all Americans and lied about it
- protected his heir apparent, who
used an illegal and compromised email server and lied about it
- promoted his U.N. ambassador to
national security adviser for unashamedly circuiting Sunday-morning talk
shows and peddling demonstrable lies to the American public
- and all of this while betraying his
oath of office by vigorously attacking Americans' constitutionally
protected free speech, religion, and right to bear arms; squeezing
colleges and private companies to submit to his socialist vision; and
punishing his ideological foes by using a corrupt Justice Department and
FBI to hunt his enemies
If President Trump had done all this and everything else Obama
pulled off, well, then the American media might finally see how luminous the
federal government's corruption over these many years truly has
been. Instead, not only have they rebuffed Obama's critics as mere
racists, but they flood their editorials and airwaves with the commentary of
the very actors who took part in his crimes. Never before have we
seen intelligence chiefs and justice department officials so quickly run to
television studios to demean themselves as propagandists intent on protecting
the last president by taking down the current one.
For those of us not seduced by pretty words and skillful
theatrics, the Obama years were a cesspool of corruption that brought back the
stench of the Clinton years in a fashionable new package. Obama ignored court orders and
congressional oversight, protected his friends from criminal prosecutions, and
stirred up racial tensions by creating unnecessary controversies and playing
whites and blacks against each other for electoral gain. He entered the White House as one of our
poorest presidents, and he will die as one of the richest ex-presidents. Whereas the Clintons found fortune
through their charity, Obama
has found fortune by greatly benefiting in his post-presidency from companies
who coincidentally benefited greatly during his time as president. Wherever he goes, he picks up
checks, including a staggering sixty-five-million-dollar book deal advance from
Penguin Random House, a publishing house taken over in 2013 by Bertelsmann, a
privately held German company; one of the world's largest media conglomerates;
and the parent of Bertelsmann Investments, an international network of private
banking funds in the services and natural resources industries, including those
in Iran. The "most transparent president in history" has
now become the "most transparent billionaire in history," adding to
his vast wealth in ways the public can only imagine.
So, for the preening junior senator from Utah who manages to be on
the wrong side of every issue, the formerly esteemed conservative pundits who
now push Bernie Sanders's communism on the United States, and all the news
personalities who pretend to have original thoughts by repeating endlessly what
the Democratic Party has written for them, if you are dense enough to
misinterpret the unprecedented coup against the sitting president instead as
crimes worthy of his repeated condemnation and impeachment, it is way past time
to sit down, open your mind, and begin learning about the presidency of one
Barack Obama. It will be a lot to take in; it certainly was for
those of us who endured it.

In November, Barack Obama paid a call on George Soros. After maintaining a low
profile since leaving office, the former chosen one showed up at the Mandarin
Oriental hotel in Washington D.C. where the Democracy Alliance was having its
annual conclave to decide how to destroy the United States.
After a long Friday afternoon of hearing from assorted minions,
members of the Democracy Alliance, who had contributed at least $200,000 to be
part of Soros’ real-life SPECTRE alliance, minus the white cat, trooped into
the Grand Ballroom for a “fireside chat” before a private dinner with Valerie
Jarrett.
And Obama had a simple message for the mandarins in the Mandarin
Oriental who had spent fortunes to elect lefties and transform the country.
“The average American doesn’t think we have to completely tear down the system
and remake it,” he told his radical
audience. And warned that the Democrat agenda should not be driven by “certain
left-leaning Twitter feeds or the activist wing of our party.”
Soros and the Democracy Alliance’s activist wing elected Obama to
implement a radical agenda. Now he was warning his old backers that they were
in danger of backing agendas that were just too radical.
The outreach was striking because Obama had tried to keep his
distance from George Soros. In an interview, Soros had complained about
being frozen out by Obama. “He made one phone call thanking me for my support,
which was meant to last for five minutes,” the leftist billionaire whined.
Obama had no interest in letting Soros set his agenda. But now he
was trying to set Soros’ agenda.
His sudden call for moderation had a target.
A Politico writeup in November, ‘Waiting for Obama’,
noted that, “Obama said privately that if Bernie were running away with the
nomination, Obama would speak up to stop him.”
“If Bernie were running away with it, I think maybe we would all
have to say something. But I don't think that's likely. It's not happening,” an
anonymous Obama adviser said.
Bernie supporters furiously shot back. Headlines like,
"The Real Barack Obama Has Finally Revealed Himself", popped up
on Jacobin: the Sandernista equivalent of Pravda, Der
Sturmer, and Al Jazeera.
That same month, Deval Patrick, a favorite potential candidate of
Valerie Jarrett and other Obamaworlders, suddenly and disastrously jumped into
the 2020 race. With a Patrick event attracting two people, Obama switched his
focus and began working behind the scenes to support Warren.
Bernie Sanders shot up to second place. And Obama was not counting
on Biden to stop him. “And you know who really doesn’t have it? Joe
Biden," he had privately observed.
It’s January and Obamaworlders keep grousing about how to stop
Bernie. And going nowhere.
“The strongest argument against Bernie will be showing that you
can defeat Donald Trump,” one recently complained. “And he cannot.”
That’s certainly one problem.
Bernie Sanders has zero appeal to anyone except the white lefties
who once backed Obama. Meanwhile Obama’s black voters remain solidly behind
Biden. Obama’s only real way to stop Bernie would be to call on black voters to
solidly support Biden creating a deep racial divide within an already divided
party.
But there’s also the personal element. It’s not just Hillary who
hates Bernie. The average Democrat operative views the socialist as a foreign
element who undermines the party when he doesn’t need it, and is bringing in a
ragged mob of radicals to take it over and fundamentally transform it. And,
unlike Obama’s radicals, they have no social skills and little interest in
working together with anyone else.
The Bernie base views Obama as a sellout. His signature policy
trashes ObamaCare. And Obama cares.
Bernie’s rise is Obama’s nightmare. A race between Bernie and
Trump leads to two bad outcomes. Either Trump wins, becomes a two-term
president, and trashes Obama’s legacy. Or Bernie wins, and trashes Obama’s
legacy while purging his allies and staffers from the DNC and the government.
The return of Bernie divides the party the same way he did in
2016. Either he loses and many of his voters stay home. Or he wins and more
moderate Democrats become the ones to sit out the race.
And yet the man who had turned the party into his own cult can’t
stop the next cult of personality.
The lightworker, the anointed one, the messiah has discovered that
not only George Soros, but the earnest young lefties who once swooned for him
have moved on. The arc of history is no longer his.
Obama’s comments at the Democracy Alliance’s shindig also a
reflect tactical difference between his preference for remaking the system
without tearing it down, and Bernie’s call for socialism now. It’s the same old
division between working within the system or destroying it that divided the
American Left.
The Obama era was the greatest triumph for the radicals, including
the Weathermen, who ultimately decided that they could achieve more by working
within the system than by setting off bombs. It was also the subject of that
ancient argument between Vladimir Lenin and H.G. Wells about revolutions.
That consensus bypassed Bernie, once an obscure socialist crank,
whose political life got a new lease when some ex-Obama marketers decided they
need a way to cash in when Hillary wouldn’t hire them, and who was then
embraced by a new generation of radicals who saw Obama as insufficiently
radical.
Bernie’s political philosophy has been massaged to make it more
appealing for a new era. But underneath the new embrace of identity politics
and open borders, things he once opposed, he’s an unreconstructed radical with
no interest in tactics, strategy, and how things work in the real world.
He just wants a revolution. That revolution threatens the hard
work of Obama, Soros and many others.
And what does George think?

Earlier, Soros had been hinting that he might support Elizabeth
Warren.
He picked Hillary over Sanders in 2016. But Our Revolution, Bernie’s dark money
organization, planned to solicit money from
Soros. Due to the secrecy of both Soros and Our Revolution, it’s hard to know
whether Soros ponied up.
But we do know that Our Revolution got its largest contribution of
$100,000 from the Sixteen Thirty Fund which is partly funded by George Soros.
And the activists powering Sanders, like Zack Exley, have often come through
Open Society and other Soros network organizations.
Obama’s pitch to Soros and the rest of the radical donor class was
that Bernie’s approach was outside the comfort zone of most Americans. Bernie,
in George’s terms, was a bad investment who wouldn’t connect with voters and
would hand President Trump another four years in the White House.
Senator Bernie Sanders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, the squad,
and the rest of the old new and new old radicals don’t actually do anything
except talk. Bernie’s Medicare-for-All scam was so inept that it
unintentionally brought down the campaigns of Senator Elizabeth Warren and
Senator Kamala Harris.
Our Revolution lost a quarter of a million to an email scam. So
much for that investment.
The single real-world accomplishment that Cortez has to her name
took place outside the House, when she helped scuttle Amazon’s New York City HQ
and the tens of thousands of jobs that came with it.

George Soros likes to invest in organizations and people who get
things done. Obama wants a successor who will lock in and expand on his legacy.
Neither of the two men are likely to get what they want.
Soros has already suggested that he won’t be supporting a primary
candidate. Obama has tried two.
Obama is testing the waters. He’s hesitant to act openly because
if he comes out against Bernie, and Bernie still sweeps through New Hampshire
and Iowa, his credibility will be in ruins. Ever since leaving office, Obama
has secretly nurtured the idea that he is the wise man and kingmaker of the
party.
But what if he’s not?
Obama’s very real fear is that he’s irrelevant. Black voters will
still follow him. Few others will. An endorsement from him would not be a
profound game changer, but worth a few percent at best.
Coming out against Bernie would mean testing his brand against,
not only Bernie, but Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and dozens
of radical Bernie proxies scattered across social media. While Obama
vacationed, millennials like Cortez built social media cults of radical
narcissism.
And Obama, the former radical narcissist-in-chief, has been
out-radicalized and out-narcissicized.
The man who had once defined a political generation of Democrats
has, like Bill Clinton, grown old and tired. The routines that Barack and Bill
once pulled to seem hip, are passé. The celebrities they posed with are
yesterday’s news. Their attempts to revive Kennedyesque political cool have
become as antiquated as Jackie Kennedy’s pillbox hat and JFK’s preppy yachting
outfits.
Worse still, Barry hasn’t been bypassed for a younger politician,
but a formerly obscure elderly radical.
When your power is rooted not in ideas or principles, but hipness,
then you live by the trend and die by it. George picked up Barry as his boy toy
when he was a young crush. Now Barry’s old and only good for sonorously reciting
clichés in the Mandarin Oriental while Soros uses him to collect another few
million.
Obama so often spoke of the future, whom it would belong to, and
whom it wouldn’t. Now he faces the fact that the future has passed him by.
Whomever the future belongs to, it will not belong to him.

admissions by reducing former President Barack Obama’s refugee inflow by at
least 80 percent. This reduction would mean a maximum of 18,000 refugees can be
resettled in the U.S. between October 1, 2019, and September 30,
2020. This is merely a numerical limit and not a goal federal officials
are supposed to reach.
Coupled with the refugee reduction,
Trump signed an executive
order that gives localities, counties, and states veto power over whether
they want to resettle refugees in their communities.
Executives at World Relief and the
Evangelical Immigration Table — an organization with links to the Soros-funded
National Immigration Forum — have been lobbying governors across the country to
bring more refugees to their states. So far, six Republican governors have
signed off to resettle refugees in their states, including North Dakota
Gov. Doug Burgum and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey.
Jenny Yang, vice president for
advocacy at World Relief, an evangelical agency whose work includes
resettlement, has been steering an effort to lobby governors to keep
their states open to refugees. [Emphasis added]
She said about 16 governors
have submitted written consent, six of them Republicans. Gov. Doug Ducey,
Republican of Arizona, agreed after receiving a letter supporting resettlement
signed by 250 evangelical leaders. Gov. Greg Abbott, Republican of Texas,
who leads the state that received the most refugees last year, has not yet
offered his view, despite a plea from the mayor of Fort Worth to continue
accepting refugees. [Emphasis added]
Refugee contractors, like
the Lutheran Social Services organization, have deployed a campaign to get
mayors, local officials, and governors to admit more refugees to their states.
Those contractors’ budgets every year are reliant on ensuring that as many refugees
are resettled across the U.S. as possible.
It remains unclear which six
Republican governors, aside from Burgum and Ducey, have been successfully
lobbied by the Soros-linked group.
This week, the Evangelical
Immigration Table sent letters to the governors of California, Florida,
Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South
Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin to ask them to bring
refugees to their states.
The federally mandated refugee
resettlement program has brought more than 718,000 refugees to the U.S. since
January 2008 — a group larger than the entire state population of Wyoming,
which has 577,000 residents. In the last decade, about 73,000 refugees have
been resettled in California, 71,500 resettled in Texas, nearly 43,000
resettled in New York, and more than 36,000 resettled in Michigan.
Refugee resettlement costs American
taxpayers nearly $9 billion every five
years, according to the latest research. Over the course of five years, an
estimated 16 percent of all refugees admitted will need housing assistance paid
for by taxpayers.

George Soros: A New Kind of Tyrant?
The
venomous careers of Hitler and Stalin provoked the study of totalitarian
regimes as the very epitome of evil, depriving their citizens of freedom and of
life itself. A state captured by a demagogue is considered a sure sign of
danger ahead -- hence the alleged justification by the Left for their hysteria
over “rabble rouser” Donald Trump’s election. Overlooked until more recently
are the unelected, bloated bureaucratic fiefdoms and regulatory encroachments
of both national and global government and non-governmental institutions, which
have created the opportunity for a sinister, large scale violation of political
power.
This
new abuse was foreshadowed in the career of FBI architect and director, the
corrupt J. Edgar Hoover. It has been notched up to a planetary level of
hyper-coordination by George Soros as preliminary to the installation of his
global Open Society. In this grandiose plan, state governments (specifically
the USA) will be reduced to the level of relay stations for a supranational,
Sauron-like centralization of power.
What
unites the totalitarian and the new tyrant are three personality
characteristics, proposed by Professor John D. Mayer in his 1993 article, “The Emotional Madness of the Dangerous Leader.” The first is
indifference. The tyrant is consumed by a single-minded, fanatical purpose and
has no regard for the suffering wreaked on others during its implementation.
The second is intolerance of those whose opinions differ, facilitated through
control of the media, secret and insider knowledge, revenge against anyone who
thwarts, and a paranoid mania to shut down all opposition. The third character
trait (the foundation of the previous two), is psychopathic grandiosity. The
power-abuser assumes a messianic pose of unifying society under a utopian plan
and persuading others to participate. The very intensity of the tyrant’s
narcissism is transferred to vulnerable supporters eliciting a narcotic rush of
enthusiasm.
What
is easily overlooked is that the sham scheme is not a political health remedy,
but a device for maintaining the megalomaniac’s sense of personal omnipotence.
In Soros’ own words, “Next to my fantasies about being God, I also have very
strong fantasies of being mad. In fact, my grandfather was actually paranoid.”
Soros seems disarming in his frankness. But delusions of grandeur preclude
self-knowledge, as Soros’ next statements reveal. “I have a lot of
madness in my family. So far I have escaped it.”
Soros
has spilled bucketloads of words proclaiming he is
“amoral,” “self-interested,” and that “normal rules do not apply” to him. “I am
unnatural. I am a sort of deux ex machina. I’m very comfortable with my public
persona, because it is the one I have created myself.” And this from the man
who controls politicians and bureaucrats like a boss giving dictation to his
secretary. This is the man who has perfected the subversion of governments, who
has robbed failing states, and lavishly endowed every organization and movement
destructive of traditional Western society, from abolishing the Electoral
College to abolishing life itself if it is in utero, drug-addicted, or senile. His ambition is without borders -- “The Soviet Empire is

In
March 1933 the Germans voted. They could have voted for the moderate Center
Christian party. Instead they voted in Hitler. ‘Deplorable’ Americans

Hillary Clinton. Yet where are the congressional and Senate investigations
into Soros? Where is the RICO indictment? Governments have been bought. The
media has been bought. The Soros NGO empire operates an invasive, parasitic web
currently devouring the body politic of the USA and many other nations besides.
What
Trump’s election has revealed is the limitation of the Presidency in
withstanding the transfer of power to unelected, publicly unaccountable
bureaucrats, and venal politicians, more concerned with their benefices than
their constituents. That void has allowed Soros to install himself as de facto puppet-master. We require bureaucracy,
and we cannot prevent the existence of associations, but there is an
urgent need for reform by abolishing permanency in government and establishing
citizens’ tribunals of appeal against abuses of administrative power.
Recently
in an interview on his simpering NPR, Soros confessed he was unprepared for the populist
opposition to
his insurrectionary agenda. Let us continue our opposition. Let us demand Soros
be investigated and brought to justice as conditional for obtaining our
vote. Those with connection to him must be banned from public office, and his
assets frozen. Then his parasitical minions will shrivel, like leeches
desiccated by a pinch of salt. If not, although we may escape the mass
slaughter of the twentieth century, it will be at the cost of vassalage beneath
a tyrant like George Soros.
