The left’s two big albatrosses – Biden and Pelosi
One
has to wonder, do those on the left, including the media, actually think that
Joe Biden is a viable candidate for president? Do they not realize
that Nancy Pelosi is as senile as Joe? Like Joe, she often slurs her words,
suffers brain freezes mid-sentence and spews gibberish. Biden is life-long
corruptocrat, a known plagiarist, a pathological liar and a truly mean and evil
man. You can catch a glimpse of just how mean in the film about Clarence Thomas; it was Biden who
grilled him mercilessly during the hearings over Anita Hill’s phony
allegations. Biden is a racist as well. Pelosi is a life-long
power-mad lunatic. She has allowed her own district to dissolve into a homeless
camp with all the attendant problems – discarded needles, feces on the streets
and sidewalks, and an ever-escalating crime wave. Smash and grab car
burglaries occur by the minute in San Feancisco and there are no consequences
for the perpetrators if caught. Like Sen. Dianne
Feinstein, Pelosi and her husband are millionaires several times
over; they’ve become rich because both have been in Congress for so many
years. They all get rich on insider information. Joe
Biden goes further; we all know he used a billion dollars in U.S. aid as
leverage to get a Ukrainian prosecutor fired because he was investigating his
son. John Kerry was in on that bit of bribery. He is as
low a form of life as Biden.
And
yet, at the moment, Biden is their candidate and Pelosi is their Speaker who
embarrasses herself every time she opens her mouth, as does
Biden. Both of them belong in a long-term care facility for the
aged. That the Democrats consider either of these pols a credit to
their party is proof of their willful blindness. Why do they not see
what everyone outside of their party can see? That these two people
are way past their sell-by date. How is Joe going to debate
President Trump? He is unable to utter a coherent sentence or answer a simple
question. Pelosi submitted a $3 trillion spending bill that is
simply a joke. Biden has vowed to pick a “woman of color” as his
running mate. Woe be unto him if he doesn’t.
As
for the left’s “believe all women” mantra, that went out the window the moment
Tara Reade accused Biden of sexual assault. Reade’s allegations are
infinitely more credible than Christine Blasey-Ford’s fabricated accusations
against a high school-aged Brett Kavanaugh, but Democrats are so self-unaware,
they don’t recognize their own gross hypocrisy. This time Reade is
“making it up.” See Ami Horowitz’ recent video. Blasey-Ford
most likely never met Justice Kavanaugh. Reade did work in Biden’s
office, did report his behavior and tell others at the time. But the
Dems believed Blasey-Ford and don’t believe Reade. Go figure. Denial
is a dangerous and mystifying psychological defense mechanism and the Democrat
party is in denial about the mental capacity of its two most prominent
“leaders.”
Donald
Trump has warned our federal government about the dangers China represents to
the US since the 1980s. He was right and since he took office he has
tried to rectify the horrific trade imbalance. No one can refute the
fact that China purposely unleashed the covid virus upon the world but Nancy
Pelosi calls Trump’s focus on China “a diversion.” Is she really
that clueless? Probably not, but destroying Trump is far more
important to her than protecting America. Her comments about Trump’s
use of hydroxychloroquine as a prophylactic are outrageous. It
is the most effective drug at the moment, used all over the
world. And Trump is not “morbidly obese” She however is morbidly
botoxed and has undergone so much plastic surgery she resembles a character from
the film Death Becomes
Her. She
is a ghoul in every sense of the word but the left seems not to realize
it. They celebrate how she wields her power. That is what
they admire; it’s the only thing they admire in anyone. They just
cannot abide it in a republican, especially when they were so certain Hillary
was going to win the 2016 election and they would all be in fat
city. They would have been all-powerful. They would have
had control of all the levers of power in this country. And being
the spoiled children they are, to this day they cannot accept that defeat,
especially to an outsider like Trump. They love to mock him, to call
him stupid but he has them all by the short hairs and runs rings around their
collective body of never-Trumpers.
To
be sure, Biden and Pelosi have their devoted fans who are so blinded by their
hatred of Trump and their thoroughly unwarranted hero worship of Biden and
Pelosi that they mistakenly think they are normal and healthy but both are
seriously in need of an intervention. Why Jill Biden allows Joe’s
candidacy to continue is a cruelty, a form of elder abuse. As for
Pelosi, where are her five kids telling her it is time to retire? Of
course the lady of iron will would refuse but how much longer can her
infirmities be on public display? Only time will tell but it
seems pretty likely Trump has the election in the bag. Biden
is the weakest candidate the democrat party has run since George McGovern and
McGovern was a decent man; Biden is not. As for Pelosi, her
district is so damaged, so depressed, they will likely re-elect her and keep
her in office until she is 100% wax-ready for Madame Tussaud’s.

“He’s a
totally corrupt swamp thing, and here’s the worst part of his manifest
corruption – he doesn’t seem to realize that he’s corrupt, if not personally
than in terms of allowing his bum kid to leverage his position. He thinks it’s A-OK for his boy Hoover to cash in
all over the globe. After all, that’s what you do, right? That’s part of the
benefits package for being in the liberal elite. And all these people fussing
and fighting about the paternity test-failing dirtbag getting rich are totally
out of line. How dare they? HOW DARE THEY!”

Joe Biden? Seriously?
The
establishment narrative on Joe Biden is, to put it mildly, malarkey. Gropey J
actually is everything the liberals accuse Donald Trump of being – bizarre,
vulgar, dumb, corrupt, incompetent, and utterly unfit to be president. But yet
the Creepy Veepy is so much more. In the last month, this totally not-senile,
not-at-all-weird guy has assembled a track record of freaky behavior that would
put mid-eighties Crispin
Glover to
shame.
Let’s
review…
Corn Pop
is old news. Biden’s latest rambling onion-on-the-belt monologue was something about
little kids at a pool rubbing his leg hair or something – it’s so random I’m
not even linking to it. There’s no best-case scenario here – he’s just creepy.
Then, for
no other reason than I guess he felt like a snack, he started gnawing on his
wife’s fingers in public and on camera. You know, like people do. You wonder
what the thought process there was…
“Hey,
sure are lots of cameras…gosh, I’m kind of hungry…oh look, an index finger.
Yum.”
I’m a little
surprised he didn’t pull out a packet of ketchup.
But the
best part was when some guy pointed out that, you know, Biden’s loser son Lil’
Crackpipe is the poster child for corruption and Sane Joe started spazzing out
and calling him “fat” and challenging him to a push-up contest for some reason.
This is
just odd. And this is the candidate who, amazingly, is still in the lead for
the Democrat nomination.
And then
there’s the groping females thing. He still does it occasionally, though the
media does its best to curtail coverage of his lecherous creeping. Do you
believe there’s any chance at all that he is not going to, at some point, have
some horrifying incident with some female at the White House, you know, like
grabbing the Queen for a hug n’ rub, or walking absent-mindedly into the press
room in a flapping robe with Little Joe and the gang in effect?
And let’s
be charitable. No one has ever called Joe Biden “smart.” Well, maybe as a joke.
The fact is that he’s a 40-watt guy in a 100-watt world. Haters say Trump is
dumb, but he is demonstrably not dumb. The thing about Trump is that because
our garbage elite hates him it tends to ascribe all possible negative
characteristics to him regardless of whether they apply. Trump is cunning,
crafty and has a keen sense of strategy. You may dislike him, but that does not
change the fact that alone, against the full force of the elite and its media
serfs, he prevailed and continues to prevail. If Trump, who managed to figure
out that it would be a good idea to campaign in Wisconsin, is dumb, what does
that make Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit and the sobbing losers who supported
her?
No one
can seriously argue that Joe Biden is smart, and no one does. They’ll either
call you “racist” or start complaining about Trump. But you won’t get anyone
comparing the former veep to Stephen Hawking. They just sort of elide past his
staggering stupidity, perhaps hoping that whoever he picks for his veep will
give him a rubber ball to play with and lock him in an Oval Office closet when
it's time to do some presidenting.
He’s a
totally corrupt swamp thing, and here’s the worst part of his manifest
corruption – he doesn’t seem to realize that he’s corrupt, if not personally
than in terms of allowing his bum kid to leverage his position.
HOW DARE THEY!
Understand
that Biden sees nothing wrong with this. Nothing. And that means there will be
exponentially more of it. Hell, the useless DoJ under Trump won’t prosecute
obvious graft. Do you think a DoJ that’s thrilled to have a fellow traveler
back in the White House is going to root out Biden's business badness? You do?
Well, then meet my unicorn Chet.
And
SloJoe is utterly incompetent. This is the guy who thought they should let bin
Laden skate. As Robert Gates, no Trumpie, said, "I think he has been
wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the
past four decades.”
This is
the guy who wants to take your doctor, again, and impose another brilliant
healthcare reform idea, again – all designed to unscrew the last big healthcare
reform the Democrats passed, which he praised as “a big [vulgarity] deal.”
He wants
to obey that tiresome Swedish teenager’s commands to sacrifice at the altar of
the weird weather cult. He wants to appoint all Hawaiian and Scat Franciscan
judges.
He
wants to raise taxes, open the borders, let you pay for illegal aliens’ sex
changes, and spark a civil war by taking guns from the people who don’t commit crimes.
When you
think of a calm, steady, wise presence guiding the nation, you do not think of
Joe Biden, though that’s what is allegedly needed to end the nightmare of the
Trump presidency – you know, the record job numbers and the lack of stupid new
wars. You think of Obama and Stumbles McMyturn, only dumber and touchier.
Just
recently, Biden’s campaign ran an ad alleging that foreigners were “laughing”
at Donald Trump. Is there any Democrat anywhere who takes America’s side in a
dispute with malicious aliens? In any case, those tin pot euroweenies had
plenty to cry about – Donald Trump has forced them to pay up for NATO. Of
course, that will end too if Joe takes office. We’ll return to business as
usual – the business as usual of being shafted for the benefit of the global
bigshots.
Basically,
we’ll get rid of all the peace and prosperity that Trump has brought and get
back to normal – that is, people like us being plundered by the garbage elite.
Trump has
a track record of success, and Democrats hate him. Joe has a track record of failure,
corruption, and creepiness. Well, I guess we know why the Democrats seem to love him.
It’s out
now, my new novel Collapse, the action-packed yet hilarious
sequel to People's Republic, Indian Country and Wildfire. Friendless loser Never Trumpers
hate it, so you’ll love it.

And here's the biggest laugh of all: the Democrat party's
only hope is a confused old man whose corruption is oozing into
the
open only because the Democrats wagered everything on
impeaching President Trump.
The Democratic
Party Is Wounded and Dangerous
Beware the wounded animal. In
pain and desperation, it will do violent things. It seems to me no
coincidence that Joe Biden's big win on Super Tuesday was followed by
Democratic senator Chuck Schumer threatening conservative members of the
Supreme Court on Wednesday.
Joe Biden is hardly Lancelot to President
Trump's dragon. The Democrats and the Deep State needed a
first-class warrior; instead, their best option is a walking advertisement for
Alzheimer's awareness. In his
best days, Joe Biden was the political equivalent of Jack McCall, shooting his
adversaries in the back. When he wasn't using his position of power
for financial gain or stealing other people's words, he was helping his family
line their own pockets. Today, he's a disoriented and stumbling
shell of an unimportant political hack who looks on in confusion while his wife
does his fighting for him. If you've ever wondered what happens to the shriveled soul
of a lifetime liar and Democratic swindler, just cast your eyes upon Old
Joe. He's a walking, talking effigy of Democratic corruption and
amorality. He's what the Democratic Party usually keeps far off
the main stage for the back-alley entertainment; now he's the main event, but
no amount of stick-prodding by Donna Brazile or Tom Perez is going to turn Joe
Biden into Fred Astaire. He's a freak-show carnival attraction at
best, amazing onlookers by his ability to occasionally jumble audible words together
into a sentence. The Democrats needed a man who could command a
movement; all they got was a man who can barely control his own.
I'm not saying President Trump's
re-election is in the bag. Far from it. We've never seen
such an array of villains acting in concert to take down an American
president. The Democratic Party has most of the permanent
bureaucratic Deep State (as well as stealthy anti-Trump Republicans), Wall Street, Russia, Iran, China,
Venezuela, cosmopolitan Europe, global warming doomsayers, the Middle East's
worst terrorists, and domestic Antifa terrorists here at home all actively
working to dislodge President Trump from the White House. In the past, the chiefs of our
intelligence agencies and clandestine services retired into relative obscurity,
cognizant that duty commanded their silent withdrawal into the pages of
history. After orchestrating a coup against the American president,
however, it is not unusual to see the former heads of Obama's CIA, FBI, and NSC
all tirelessly justifying their criminal acts on cable news each
night. The corporate news media and institutional government have
spent years trying to gin up enough hysteria in the nation that mock beheadings
of the president and ritual re-enactments of his assassination during summer
theater might lead the American people to clamor for the real thing.
So, no, the 2020 election will not be
over until all the votes have been counted on November 3, and it becomes clear
that we have successfully preserved Western civilization for at least a little
while longer from this most recent manifestation of Vienna's bloody 1683
siege. All I am saying is that Joe
Biden was never meant to be the establishment's champion for resurrecting their
oligarchic power. They
wanted a formidable presidential nominee, someone who could check all the right
identity politics boxes while stringing words together that were substantively
meaningless while singularly inspiring. Instead, they're settling
for a politician past his expiration date who sounds less crème de la crème and
more soused in crème de menthe. The Democratic Party may depend on
dead voters to win elections, but running dead candidates is another thing
altogether.
So just because the cable news anchors
and Carville clones are all high-fiving each other and cheering for managing to
narrowly prevent a communist disciple of Stalin and Castro from sewing up the
Democratic nomination for president by the beginning of March, don't forget how
disappointed they are at heart. If Biden goes on to clinch the
nomination, the Democratic Party will have managed to take all the aloof,
plain, manila-folder blandness of John Kerry and combine it with the alertness
and energy of a nursing home after pill rounds. This is the one whom
the commentariat is celebrating right now, the guy Obama and the gang blocked
from running in 2016 because they felt him not quite up for the challenge when
he was four years younger. The vice president during the slowest economic recovery since the
Great Depression, the wordsmith who marveled at Obama for being strangely
"articulate" for a black guy, and the obtrusive shoulder-rubber whose
chief political instinct was to sniff the hair of the wives and daughters of
White House officials and visiting dignitaries. Imagine being in such dire straits
because the previous Democratic president so hollowed out the party's future by
losing over a thousand elected officials across the country during his time in
office that the last, great hope to beat President Trump this year is just
hoping to make it to bed each afternoon before saying something so
inappropriate or illogical or ridiculous that Red Bernie becomes the Democrat's
Dear Leader by default. For every minute of his few wakeful hours,
his handlers have to be on constant guard against the possibility that a voice
in Biden's head will scream, "Oh, look, a young child with
wonderful-smelling hair." "Comeback
Joe"? More like "Come back, Joe!"
The Democrats and the Deep State have
spent the last four years constructing the greatest wag-the-dog spectacle
America's ever seen in an attempt to cover up the malfeasance and criminality
of the last administration, while preventing the current one from achieving too
many victories. Considering that
Brennan and Comey are still free and Obama and Hillary are still smiling,
they've been remarkably successful. But the Mueller obfuscation and Schiff circus are behind us,
the dance music of delay is dying down, and the Democrats' and Deep State's
ability to keep pushing back their day of reckoning is coming to an
end. If they don't win in 2020, they cannot keep justice at bay,
regardless of how stacked in their favor it has always been in the
past. And standing in the gap as their last-ditch prospect to save
them from President Trump's re-election and spare them from long delayed
judgment is none other than Corn Pop's archenemy. The one
"reasonable" Democrat in the race who has already burnished his
"moderate" credentials by fully embracing Bernie's Green New Deal,
Warren's Medicare for All, and Beto's door-to-door gun
confiscation. Nothing says "electable centrist Democrat"
like "D'oh!" Biden's full tilt toward Marxist
socialism. No wonder Chuck Schumer sounds like some injured animal
in the forest, lashing out at tree branches all around him. That's
what small, weak, dying creatures do when they know the end is near.
Biden Accused of Sexual
Assault
And the eerie - and
expected - silence of #MeToo.
March 30, 2020
Joseph Klein
Former Vice President Joe Biden admitted back in December 2018
that "I am a gaffe machine." That’s a gross understatement, to say
the least. The Democrat establishment and the mainstream media continue to
treat Biden’s endless stream of gaffes as just harmless patter from good old
Uncle Joe. His supporters make excuses for Biden’s obvious mental decline and
lash out at anyone who expresses concerns about his fitness to take on the
rigors of the presidency. Now, however, they are circling the wagons after a story
recently emerged that Joe Biden allegedly committed sexual assault against a
former staffer, Tara Reade, when Biden was a vigorous 50 year-old senator.
The Biden
campaign has denied the allegation, claiming “these accusations are false.”
Other women had come forward previously to report inappropriate touching by
Biden. But Ms. Reade’s allegation shines a much harsher light on Biden’s
possible predatory sexual behavior against one or more females on his staff.
Joe Biden is a self-professed champion of women who has supported
the #MeToo movement’s presumption of guilt against the accused. “For a woman to
come forward in the glaring lights of focus, nationally,” Biden said during
Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s Senate confirmation hearing, “you’ve
got to start off with the presumption that at least the essence of what she’s
talking about is real, whether or not she forgets facts, whether or not it’s
been made worse or better over time.” Now Biden himself stands accused of
sexually assaulting Tara Reade in 1993. "He said 'come on man, I heard you
liked me,'" Ms. Reade told an interviewer. “I couldn't believe it was
happening. It was surreal." According to Ms. Reade, Biden kissed her
without her consent, proceeded to push her up against a wall, and used his
fingers to penetrate her. Afterwards,
Ms. Reade said, “He took his finger. He just like pointed at me and said you’re
nothing to me.” There presumably were no witnesses to the alleged assault,
although Ms. Reade’s brother and friend recall her contemporaneous account of
the incident.
There has not been a word of support for Biden’s accuser from the
Democratic Party establishment, #MeToo activists, and the mainstream media who
want to see President Trump defeated no matter what it takes. Most media
outlets have either ignored or buried the story, with a few limited exceptions.
A staff
writer for The Atlantic even tried to discredit Ms. Reade when she first came
forward with allegations of Biden’s inappropriate touching. But even worse, a
prominent #MeToo advocacy group rejected Ms. Reade’s pleas for help, throwing its
high-minded claims of defense of sexual assault victims to the wolves in order
to save Joe Biden’s hide.
The Time’s Up Legal Defense
Fund boasts of its support for “the brave individuals who have come
forward, at great risk to themselves, to seek the justice they deserve and to
protect others” from sexual harassment. It claims that it helps to pay legal
costs for alleged victims and that it connects people to and helps pay for “media
and storytelling assistance.” Tara Reade contacted the organization in January
seeking its help in bringing to light her allegation against Biden. Time’s Up
said no. Time Up’s justification was that it feared losing its nonprofit status
if it assisted in a case against a candidate for federal office. But if we look
behind the curtain, we find a web of clear conflicts of interest that may well
explain why Ms. Reade was rebuffed. “While all of this was out between Reade
and Time’s Up,” Breitbart
reported,
the Biden campaign’s relationship with a public relations firm, which was also
closely associated with Time’s Up, “was taking on a new dimension.”
Anita Dunn is both a senior adviser on the Biden campaign and the
Managing Director at the SKDKnickerbocker public relations firm. Hilary Rosen
is a Biden surrogate, who was also involved in the founding of Time’s Up and is
a partner in SKDKnickerbocker. SKDKnickerbocker helped
launch the publicity for Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund. On the website describing how
victims of sexual harassment can get in touch with the Time’s Up Legal Defense
Fund for media assistance, the victims are told that, after they fill out a
form, “SKDKnickerbocker (SKDK), public relations firm that works with the Fund,
will email you to set up an evaluation over the phone. If the TIME’S UP Legal
Defense Fund is able to offer you media assistance, SKDK will match you with a
public relations firm in our Network.”
However, SKDKnickerbocker not only works with the Time’s Up Legal
Defense Fund but also for the Biden campaign. SKDK has received $881,740
from the Biden for President organization between June 25, 2019 and February 27,
2020, according to Federal Election Commission filings. The Biden campaign paid
the vast bulk of this money – slightly in excess of $806,000 - in January and February
of 2020. This sum is more than 10 times the amount that Biden’s campaign paid
SKDKnickerbocker between June and December 2019. Tara Reade received the final
word that the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund would not provide her with funding
or public relations support in her case on February 11th. It doesn’t
take a genius to connect the dots.
Joe Biden is entitled to due process and deserves the presumption
of innocence, which is more than he was willing to grant to Justice Kavanaugh.
However, he is not entitled to be protected by a wall of silence, which is what
his friends in the Democratic establishment and the media are doing by covering
for him. Senator Kamala Harris, for example, endorsed Biden after she quit the
presidential race. She is said to be on the short list of Biden’s potential
running mates. Harris was among Justice Kavanaugh’s most strident critics when
she sat in judgment on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Harris also released a
campaign ad during her run for president accusing President Trump of being a
“sexual predator.” Yet when it came to Tara Reade’s accusation against Biden of
sexual predatory behavior, she says she contacted Senator Harris’s office but
has received no response. As Brad Polumbo wrote in the Washington
Examiner, if Harris does not immediately denounce Biden in light of
Tara Reade’s accusation, she is little more than a “conniving politician
willing to disregard due process for her political opponents, but not her
allies.”
Tara Reade also claims to have received a brushoff from Senator
Elizabeth Warren’s office, which told her simply to contact her local
representative. Warren had said that one of her key reasons for opposing
Justice Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation involved the allegations of
sexual assault he was accused of. Yet her office found no time on Warren’s
calendar for her to hear personally what Ms. Reade had to say about Joe Biden’s
alleged sexual assault.
When Justice Kavanaugh was facing unsubstantiated allegations of
sexual assault, Warren made
an impassioned plea on the Senate floor on behalf of survivors of sexual assault. She said that many
of them do not come forward because they “believe they won't be heard or taken
seriously, or they think more about the impact on the perpetrator than their
own safety and well-being, or they think the people with power - the ones who
can actually do something - will instead 'plow right through’ them. We never
hear the stories of millions of sexual assault survivors. But some make the
very difficult and personal decision to come forward and tell their stories.
They, like all survivors, are courageous, and they deserve to be heard and
treated with respect. Not dismissed, not attacked, not threatened.”
Tara Reade finally worked up the courage to come forward with her
story of sexual assault. Unfortunately for the rally around Biden crowd, it
pointed directly to the current presumed Democratic nominee for president. But
Joe Biden’s connections have helped him ‘plow right through’ Tara Reade’s
story. She was rebuffed by a leading #MeToo advocacy group with close ties to
the Biden campaign. She has been vilified or simply ignored in the mainstream
media and by faux feminist politicians. Biden, meanwhile, continues to hold
forth on what he would do as president, including with respect to the
coronavirus. CNN gave him airtime last Friday night in a televised town
hall. CNN
listed 5 takeaways from the town hall. Tara Reade’s allegation was not among
them.
If Joe Biden does become the Democratic nominee for president, it
will be up to the voters to decide what weight to give to Ms. Reade’s story. If
true, it should add further doubts regarding Joe Biden’s character, on top of
questions about his current mental condition. The jury is still out on what the
former vice president may have done while he was the Obama administration’s
point man in Ukraine to run interference for Burisma. This highly corrupt
Ukrainian firm was under investigation by the Ukrainian prosecutor who Biden
caused to be fired while his son Hunter was on Burisma’s board.
Joe Biden likes to speak of restoring the soul of the nation.
First, it appears that he has some serious repair work to do with his own soul.
He can start by coming clean.
Biden was enriching
more family members than just Hunter
On
January 21, Peter Schweizer’s newest book, Profiles
in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite, will be released.
It should sell well given that pre-sales have already put it at #14 on the
Amazon charts. As a preview of coming attractions, the New York Post published
an extract from the book detailing “How five members of Joe Biden’s
family got rich through his connections.”
According
to Schwiezer, Biden was fibbing when he announced last year, “I never talked
with my son or my brother or anyone else — even distant family — about their
business interests. Period.” The truth is that Biden’s business conversations
not only benefited Hunter, they also benefitted Biden’s son-in-law Howard, his
brothers James and Frank, and his sister Valerie. Loose lips enrich sibs.
James
Biden was a welcome friend in the Obama White House. “Sometimes, James’ White
House visits dovetailed with his overseas business dealings, and his commercial
opportunities flourished during his brother’s tenure as vice president.” For
example, just three weeks after Biden’s longtime friend Kevin Justice,
president of HillStone International, a subsidiary of a huge construction
management firm, visited the White House, HillStone announced that James Biden
was its new Executive Vice President.
No
one cared that Biden had no experience in construction management. What might
have mattered was that, six months later, the firm got a contract to build
100,000 homes in Iraq, plus a $22 million U.S. federal government contract to
manage a State Department project. An executive in the parent company later
told investors it helped to have the vice president’s brother as a partner.
The
book excerpt also tells how Hunter -- a man known for drugs, alcohol, taking up
with his brother’s widow, fathering a child on a stripper, dumping the stripper
and his child, and marrying another woman –made bank in Ukraine thanks to
his father’s connections. It’s a complicated, unsavory story, but the bottom
line is the same as for James: Hunter got an immensely profitable job for which
he was completely unqualified because Biden allowed Hunter to piggyback
off of Biden’s connections.
When
it came to his kids, Biden didn’t stop with Hunter. His daughter, Ashley,
married a doctor, Howard Krein. Howard and his siblings open StartUp Health, an
investment consultancy firm. In 2011, when the firm had just opened, two of the
firm’s executives were invited to meet with Obama and Biden. The next day, this
barely hatched entity hit the big time:
The following day the new company would be
featured at a large health care tech conference being run by the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and StartUp Health executives
became regular visitors to the White House, attending events in 2011, 2014 and
2015.
How did StartUp Health gain access to the highest
levels of power in Washington? There was nothing particularly unique about the
company, but for this:
The chief medical officer of StartUp Health,
Howard Krein, is married to Joe Biden’s youngest
daughter, Ashley.
For
years after, including his years in the White House, Biden made a point of
promoting the company.
James
also wasn’t the only one of his siblings Biden helped. In March 2009, Biden
went to Costa Rica. The last time a high-ranking American official went to
Costa Rica was in 1997 when Bill Clinton traveled there. Biden’s trip may not
have been a coincidence:
Joe Biden’s trip to Costa Rica came at a
fortuitous time for his brother Frank, who was busy working deals in the
country. Just months after Vice President Biden’s visit, in August, Costa Rica
News announced a new multilateral partnership “to reform Real Estate in Latin
America” between Frank Biden, a developer named Craig Williamson, and the
Guanacaste Country Club, a newly planned resort.
[snip]
As it happened, Joe Biden had been asked by

received support from the highest levels of the Costa Rican government— despite
his lack of experience in building such developments. He met with the Costa

The
same amazing coincidences played out with Biden’s sister Valerie, to whom his
campaigns ended up paying $2.5 million in consulting fees in 2008 alone.

NY Post: ‘Profiles in Corruption’ Reveals How the ‘Biden Five’ Made Millions
Off Joe Biden Connections

Five family members of former Vice
President Joe Biden have scored “sweetheart deals” and “favorable access” thanks
to their connection to the 2020 Democrat White House candidate, reveals the
forthcoming investigative book Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of
Power by America’s Progressive Elite by five-time New York Times bestselling author
and Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer.
The Biden family’s apparent
self-enrichment involves no less than five family members: Joe’s son Hunter,
son-in-law Howard, brothers James and Frank, and sister Valerie.
When this subject came up in 2019,
Biden declared, “I never talked with my son or my brother or anyone else — even
distant family — about their business interests. Period.”
As we will see, this is far from the
case…
Joe Biden’s younger brother, James,
has been an integral part of the family political machine from the earliest
days when he served as finance chair of Joe’s 1972 Senate campaign, and the two
have remained quite close. After Joe joined the U.S. Senate, he would bring his
brother James along on congressional delegation trips to places like Ireland,
Rome and Africa.
When Joe became vice president,
James was a welcomed guest at the White House, securing invitations to such
important functions as a state dinner in 2011 and the visit of Pope Francis in
2015. Sometimes, James’ White House visits dovetailed with his overseas business
dealings, and his commercial opportunities flourished during his brother’s
tenure as vice president.

James Biden Secured $500,000 Loan from Healthcare Firm Under Federal
Investigation

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s younger brother James is being
accused of securing a big-money loan from a healthcare company now under
federal investigation and facing bankruptcy.
James, who has a
history of muddled financial dealings, reportedly used his political ties to
convince executives at Americore Health, a rural healthcare firm, to loan him
$650,000. The younger Biden, who worked for the company between 2017 and 2019,
got the personal loan after helping Americore secure an even bigger bridge loan
from a hedge fund run by one of his associates, Michael Lewitt. According to
court documents and former Americore executives, James Biden convinced the
firm’s leadership to sign off on both by promising he would be able to secure
larger investments from Middle Eastern contacts thanks to his family’s name.
“In 2017 and 2018, James Biden was embarking on a foray into
health care investing, telling potential partners, including at Americore, that
his last name could open doors and that Joe Biden was excited about the public
policy implications of their business models, according to court filings and
interviews with James’ former business contact,” Politico reported on Monday.
A former Americore executive, Tom Pritchard, told Politico that shortly
after James Biden received the $650,000 personal loan, his day-to-day role in
the firm decreased.
“Jim needed to lay
low because his brother was possibly running for president, and he didn’t need
any bad press,” Pritchard said.
Meanwhile, without
investment incoming, Americore struggled under already tight finances to make
its model for the acquisition of rural hospitals work. The cause would
eventually fail, with the company being forced to file bankruptcy in December
2019.
Americore’s poor
financial shape is only one side of the story. The firm is also under federal
investigation after a lawsuit filed in Tennessee in July 2019 alleged Americore
and its leadership of fraud.
Michael Frey and
his business partner, Dr. Mohannad Azzam, brought the suit claiming James Biden
and his associates promised and failed to line up investors for their rural
healthcare enterprise. Instead, the suit alleges, James Biden urged the two men
to borrow $10 million from a hedge fund manager involved in the deal and then
proceeded to pass their idea off as his own to a conglomerate of Turkish
investors.
“The lawsuit takes direct aim at Biden, painting him as a con
artist who uses his ties to his brother — now a Democratic candidate for
president — to lure his victims,” the Knoxville
News Sentinel reported.
According to
documents filed with the U.S. District Court, Frey and his wife developed a
business model to take over rural hospitals and retrofit them to not only offer
traditional hospital care, but also drug addiction and mental health treatment.
After incorporating the enterprise as Diverse Medical Management, they brought
on Azzam, “who contracted with nursing homes to provide medical care for
seniors.”
The business model
was lucrative enough that by 2017, Frey and Azzam were actively pitching it to
investors and hospitals across the country. One investor particularly taken
with the idea was Americore.
At the behest of Americore CEO Grant White, Frey and Azzam were urged to
pitch their business plan to rural hospitals in Kentucky. It was at one such
meeting where the two men met James Biden, who identified himself as a “principal”
at Americore.
Not long after
their initial encounter, James Biden introduced the men to Lewitt, a hedge fund
manager and well-known “credit strategist.” Around this time, Americore made
plans to buy Diverse Medical for the sum of $7 million.
Despite the deal,
Americore quickly fell behind on its scheduled payments to Frey and Azzam. It
was then that James Biden and Lewitt, as detailed in the lawsuit, hatched
a plan to oust White and sell Americore along with Diverse Medical to a third
company called the Platinum Group. Frey and Azzam appear to have been
uncomfortable with the turn the deal took, especially the notion of removing
White. The men, though, went along with the plan after being told a payout was
“imminent.”
“They repeatedly
assured (Frey) that investment capital originating from and flowing through
foreign entities was not only certain, but was imminent,” documents filed by
Frey and Azzam’s attorney state.
This is not the first time that James Biden’s business dealings
have raised eyebrows. As Breitbart News reported in January,
James Biden received more than $1.5 billion in government-backed contracts
during the Obama administration. The revelations were first extensively
detailed in Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by
America’s Progressive Elite—a new book by Peter Schweizer, senior contributor at Breitbart
News and president of the Government Accountability Institute.
In 2010, fresh off
a disastrous attempt at running a Wall Street hedge fund, James Biden joined
HillStone International as executive vice president. The newly founded company
was run by Kevin Justice, a longtime family friend of the Bidens. Under
Justice’s leadership, HillStone International was setting out to pursue construction
and technology projects, especially those being funded by the U.S. government
in Iraq.
Hiring James, who
had neither experience in construction nor international development, seemed to
be a big part of the company’s strategy to secure such projects. When
announcing the hire, HillStone touted the political connections James had built
up through helping run his older brother’s political campaigns.
Six months after
James was hired, the company received a contract, estimated to be worth upwards
of $1.5 billion, to build more than 100,000 homes in Iraq. As a minority
partner in the firm, James would have been eligible to split more than $735
million in profits upon the contract’s completion.
Peter
Schweizer Unveils the Layers of Corruption Behind the Biden Family
Volume 90%

Despite former Vice President Joe
Biden’s image of being a fighter for the working class, he has actually engaged
in behavior that benefitted himself and his family members to the tune of
millions of dollars in shady business deals, according to an interview with
Government Accountability Institute (GAI) president and Breitbart News senior
contributor Peter Schweizer, author of the new book Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive
Elite.
Schweizer, in an interview on
Wednesday with SiriusXM’s Breitbart
News Daily with host Alex Marlow, said that dichotomy is
represented by Biden being known for riding Amtrak home every day but also by
his habit of holding up the train whenever he was running late.
“Yeah, Joe does ride the train all
the time, but if Joe’s running late, Joe calls Amtrak, and they hold the entire
train until Joe shows up, which is great for Joe [but] the other commuters are
probably going, ‘What the heck’s going on? Why is the train not
moving?'” Schweizer said. “So that to me represents the dichotomy between
the image we have of Joe, which is Amtrak Joe, and the reality of how he abuses
that power.”
Schweizer discussed several examples
of Biden’s abuses of power he laid out in his book.
He said after Biden became vice
president and the point person on China, his son Hunter Biden began to benefit
from deals with the Chinese government. He said:
You have this situation where Joe
Biden becomes vice president of the United States. He is the point person on
China, he’s somewhat of an old hand on China because he’s on the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee all those years, traveled to China. He becomes vice
president and then suddenly, sort of out of the blue, his son Hunter gets these
deals courtesy of the Chinese government.
As Schweizer detailed in a previous
book, Secret Empires,
Hunter Biden in 2012 inked a $1.5 billion deal with
a subsidiary of the state-owned Bank of China to create a private equity fund
called Bohai Harvest RST — only 12 days after he visited China with his
father aboard Air Force Two.
Schweizer said during Wednesday’s
interview:
The key on all this stuff you have
to look at, I think with corruption, is timing. And you mentioned Ukraine. The
timing is clear: February of 2014, Putin moves into Crimea, that creates this
whole crisis. In March of 2014, Joe is point person on Ukraine policy. Within
three weeks, Ukrainians suddenly decide, “Hey Hunter Biden is the guy, the
expert, we want to join this company. And yeah, we need to pay him a million
dollars a year.” You look at that and think, “This is absurd” … It’s not like
he was advising Ukraine in 2005. Same thing with China.
They do the pivot to China in 2011,
2012. Joe goes over there on one of his first significant trips, and what does
he do? His son comes with him, and ten days after the trip, the son suddenly
announces this billon-and-a-half-dollar private equity deal. It’s clear, it’s
crystal clear what’s going on.
Schweizer also discussed how Hunter
Biden, while his father was vice president, set up a financial entity known as
the Burnham Financial Group, along with business partner Devon Archer and
then-Secretary of State John Kerry’s stepson Christopher Heinz, that benefitted
from the Bidens’ political clout.
Schweizer said:
The Burnham Financial Group, when
you go through — there was a court trial, so we got access to some of the
corporate records — again, you’ve got deals with Kazakh officials, with a guy
named [Kenes] Rakishev, who’s this Kazakh oligarch. You’ve got this reference
in corporate documents to this $200 million deal that they have with Elena
Baturina.
Now, Elena Baturina is the
ex-wife of the mayor of Moscow, and if you spend five minutes on Google
with Elena Baturina, you realize that law enforcement across the western
world believes she’s at the center point of Russian organized crime.
Well, they’re saying in corporate
documents we have a $200 million deal with this individual. This is all going
on — doesn’t happen before he is vice president. It’s not really happening
since he’s been vice president. It’s happening in this one island of eight
years.
Schweizer said the Burnham Financial
Group also set up a deal with the nation’s poorest Native American Indian
tribe, the Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota: “That’s an attempt to
basically rip off these Indian tribes, and by the way, let’s rip off some
labor union pension funds as well.”
Schweizer said although Archer is
more involved then Biden in the scheme, the Bidens’ names “came up all the
time” when meeting with pension fund officials. Joe Biden was known as a being
“the big labor union guy,” Schweizer said.
The former vice president’s sister
also benefitted from his connections, Schweizer said.
He said in June 2011, Biden brought
founders of a start-up health care investment firm called StartUp Health into
the White House to meet with President Obama, and they took a picture they
later used for their website. The start-up was featured the next day at a
federal data conference on health care despite it being a new company,
Schweizer said.
Schweizer said over the next five
years, through 2016, the vice president showed up at the company’s conferences
and closed-door events for investors and partners. He said:
Well, the factor that I haven’t
mentioned is that one of the three principals involved with this company
is married to his daughter and I think explains what’s going on here. So how
you do all of that and hold true to your statement that you’ve never had a
conversation with a family member about business matters is patently absurd.
Lastly, Schweizer discussed how the
former vice president’s brother, Frank Biden, has benefitted from his family’s
connections.
Schweizer said in 2000, Frank Biden
rented a Jaguar, which he let another man drive with three girls in the back.
He continued:
The guy that’s driving it is going
70 in a 35. They hit this man who’s a single father who has two teenage
daughters … He hits the car, goes over the top of the car, and of course dies.
The three girls in the back of the car say that Frank — once this happened —
told the guy driving, “Keep driving, keep driving.”
So the estate for the girls that
have survived … sues Frank Biden. The driver, of course, is sent to jail for
reckless driving. They go after Frank with a civil suit. Frank doesn’t show up
to court, doesn’t really respond to the allegations, so the court says, you
know, “you’re liable for $250,000.” The court’s now trying to collect this
debt.
Schweizer said the daughters’
family hired a private investigator to find Frank Biden. He said after he is
found living in Delaware with Joe Biden, the daughters wrote Joe Biden,
telling him what happened and that his brother was liable.
Schweizer said the letter Joe Biden
wrote back to them “is so cold and so calculating, particularly, by the way,
for a man — Joe Biden — who lost his wife and his daughter in a car accident as
well.” Schweizer said:
He says basically, “Well, you know
Frank doesn’t have the money. I’m certainly not liable, and I just wish you
well.” That’s basically what he says in this letter. And so that sort of sets
up the entirety, in my mind, for a lot of what Frank is doing, which is Frank
is doing overseas deals in places like Costa Rica and Jamaica because … that’s
beyond the reach of the court. That debt has now ballooned to like nine hundred
thousand dollars.
Schweizer said in the meantime,
Frank Biden set up a company to make money off of tax-funded charter schools
with questionable characters.
“He realizes is that there’s not
much money to be made in running charter schools. The money is to be made
in the real estate of charter schools. So basically he gets involved with
investors, they buy properties, and then they lease these to charter schools.
And charter schools, using taxpayer money, are essentially paying off their
leases,” Schweizer said.
He said:
Some of the people [that] finance
these deals, are the most sketchy of characters. There’s a guy that
has a criminal record, a violent criminal record from the past, was widely
believed in southern Florida for being involved in the drug trade. His
brother actually was found in a shallow grave because of a major drug deal gone
bad, and yet Frank Biden did major financial real estate transactions and deals
with these guys and helped them make money through this charter school grift.
Marlow concluded: “The main takeaway
I took from Biden is that Joe Biden is either too weak to stand up to his
family or he is in on it, and both are terrible, especially if he’s running for
president. It’s one or the other.”

Pro-Biden Super PAC Bankrolled by Real Estate, Wall Street, Big Oil

A Super
PAC working to elect former Vice President Joe Biden is being bankrolled by a
bevy of real estate, financial, and oil interests.
Unite
the Country, which is run by a lobbyist and longtime Biden confidant, disclosed
its donors on Friday in filings made public with the
Federal Election Commission (FEC). Between launching at the end of October and
the December 31 filing deadline, the group raised more than $3.7 million
in support of Biden’s candidacy. Although the money poured in from a number of
high-dollar donors, some of Unite the Country’s largest contributors were
individuals tied to real estate, Wall Street, and the fossil fuels industry.
The
Super PAC’s most prolific donor by far was George Marcus, the leader of one of
America’s largest commercial property brokerage firms. Marcus has been a
longtime backer of the former vice president, donating to his campaign and
even hosting a ritzy fundraiser on his
behalf in San Francisco, California. After having maxed out to Biden’s official
campaign, the billionaire real estate magnate found a new avenue with which to
support Biden. In total, Marcus has donated one million to Unite the Country
throughout the end of December 2019. It remains unclear, though, if he donated
more since the end of 2019. FEC reports for the first month of 2020 will not be
released until mid-February.
Marcus was not the only big name
from the real estate world to underwrite Unite the Country’s efforts. Alan
Leventhal, the chairman of the Massachusetts-based private real estate behemoth
Beacon Capital, is also a top donor. At the end of December, he contributed
$250,000 in support of the former vice president’s candidacy.
Unite the Country found
similarly strong support on Wall Street. Another important donor
is Roger Altman, a longtime investment banker and former deputy secretary
of the treasury in the Clinton administration. Altman, who has donated $200,000
to the group, was forced to resign his government post in 1994 over the
Whitewater controversy.
Since then, Altman has reinvented
himself in high-finance, even helping shepherd General Motors through its
bankruptcy in 2009. Altman most recently served as political adviser to
the failed presidential campaigns of former Secretaries of State John
Kerry and Hillary Clinton in 2004 and 2008, respectively. Now, he seems to be
all in for Biden.
Other high-powered Wall Street
figures, including Bernard Schwartz and Jonathan Gray, contributed to the Super
PAC too. Scwartz, who leads BLS Investments, contributed $100,000 to Unite the
Country. Likewise, Gray who serves as the president the Blackstone Group—a
private equity giant, gave $50,000. Three senior members of Blackstone’s
leadership team contributed a further $50,000 each.
Unite the Country is also
bankrolled, in part, by oil interests. Richard Slifka, the chief executive
of Global Petroleum Corp., contributed $50,000 to the Super PAC at the end of
December. Global Petroleum is a commodity trading company specializing in crude
oil and gasoline.
The
money from Slifka and others has allowed Unite the Country to spend more than $4.3 million in
hopes of creating a last minute surge behind the former vice president ahead of
the Iowa Caucuses.
