"The Chinese Communist Party's vision for the future is global domination," Cruz said. "Unfortunately, Joe Biden isn't even aware that a battle is waging. Ted Cruz Describes Joe Biden's 'Sophisticated Corruption'
Cortney O'Brien
"Remember simpler times when corruption was just $10,000 in a paper bag handed secretly under a table in a smoky bar in Washington?" Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) reminisced on Sunday.
"Corruption sadly has gotten much more sophisticated in Washington," Cruz continued in his conversation with Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh. "With Joe Biden there is just a lot of questions about his family enriching themselves in order to get policy decisions from Joe Biden."
A lot of this year's impeachment trial focused on Hunter Biden and his conduct in Ukraine, where he sat on the board of a corrupt gas company. They paid him $1 million a year.
"I don't know about you but I've never had a Ukrainian gas company call me up and say, 'Hey come serve on our board of directors,'" Cruz said. "That's kind of out there."
Which is strange, Cruz noted, because Hunter didn't speak Ukrainian and the only thing he probably knows about gas is that he routinely filled up the gas tank in his car. They only cared who his daddy was.
Cruz then repeated President Trump's claim that Hunter got greedy and asked for $1.5 billion from China when he accompanied his dad on a trip to Beijing in 2013. According to Trump and others, Hunter negotiated a deal to create a joint-investment fund between his company, Rosemont Seneca, and a Chinese state-run bank. Wanting influence with the vice president, they reportedly gave him the money.
President Trump: "China should start an investigation into the Bidens because what happened in China is just about as bad as what happened with Ukraine. So, I would say that President Zelensky, if it were me, I would recommend that they start an investigation into the Bidens."
"They've gotten sophisticated in this shakedown," Cruz said of the Bidens.
The senator alleged that Biden's weak position on China has tainted his foreign policy agenda. Murtaugh asked Cruz to expand on Biden's history of siding with China and dismissing the CCP as a threat on the 2020 campaign trail, all of which has earned him the nickname, "Beijing Biden."
"The Chinese Communist Party's vision for the future is global domination," Cruz said. "Unfortunately, Joe Biden isn't even aware that a battle is waging. After decades in Washington, he has dismissed China over and over again and has allowed his family to make money off their tyranny and deception. The United States can prevail in this contest of nations so long as we have a president — like President Trump — who is willing to stand up to China and hold them accountable."
Biden also accused President Trump of being "racist" and "xenophobic" when he banned travel to and from China in January when we first learned of the coronavirus. The former VP would backtrack on those remarks and eventually come to find that Trump was right. It was one of Biden's signature flip flops.
"In what universe is Joe Biden going to be able to do stand up with strength, with fortitude, and combat China?" Cruz wondered.

The deal would impose no review of human rights and impose no conditions for democratic reforms, supervised multi-party elections and such. All that, and more, is already a done deal with China, like the USSR a one-party Communist dictatorship that never produced a single product the United States needs. This has come about, in large part, due to U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, San Francisco Democrat.

Senator Who Employed Chinese Spy Endorses Joe Biden for President
A high-profile U.S. senator with professional and personal ties to China — including once employing one of its spies — is backing former Vice President Joe Biden amid mounting questions over his son’s business dealings with the communist regime.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), a former chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, announced her endorsement of the former vice president on Tuesday, claiming to have witnessed Biden’s “fortitude” and leadership during their overlapping tenures in Congress.
Feinstein said in a statement:
I’ve worked closely with Vice President Biden and I’ve seen firsthand his legislative ability, his statesmanship, and most importantly his moral fortitude (NO, IT’S NOT A JOKE, BUT THEN FEINSTEIN IS THE MOST SELF-SERVING CORRUPT POL IN U.S. HISTORY). During his time in Congress and in the White House, Joe Biden has been a tireless fighter for hard working (ILLEGALS) MEXICAN families.
BLOG: FEINSTEIN LOVES BIDEN BECAUSE SHE WALLOWS IN CORRUPTION. BIDEN HAD SPENT HIS ENTIRE POLITICAL LIFE SUCKING OFF BRIBES.
“He’s a totally corrupt swamp thing, and here’s the worst part of his manifest corruption – he doesn’t seem to realize that he’s corrupt, if not personally than in terms of allowing his bum kid to leverage his position. He thinks it’s A-OK for his boy Hoover to cash in all over the globe. After all, that’s what you do, right? That’s part of the benefits package for being in the liberal elite. And all these people fussing and fighting about the paternity test-failing dirtbag getting rich are totally out of line. How dare they? HOW DARE THEY!”

The Hunter Biden time bom
b is still ticking under his father’s presidential campaign
| May 15, 2020 02:06 PM
The biggest liability for Joe Biden's presidential campaign may be a painter living in a Hollywood Hills mansion — his son, Hunter Biden.
The problems are likely yet to come for the campaign of Joe Biden, the presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee. That's because President Trump has largely remained holed-up in the White House amid the coronavirus pandemic, with much of the country locked down, leaving Hunter Biden as a side issue at best.
While a smattering of online ads from Trump's campaign reference Hunter Biden's business dealings in China, the president has almost entirely been mum on the issue since Joe Biden, the former vice president and 36-year Delaware senator, nabbed the Democratic nomination in early March.
House Republicans, however, are making sure the issue isn't going away.
Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, one of Trump's closest House Republican allies, sent a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday asking for documents related to Ukraine natural gas company Burisma and Hunter Biden's ties to it.
In particular, Jordan requested all documents related to Hunter Biden and Burisma's founder Mykola Zlochevsky over a three year period starting Jan. 1, 2014. Jordan accused Hunter Biden, former Secretary of State John Kerry's son Christopher Heinz, and American businessman Devon Archer of abusing their connections to politicians for their personal financial gain.
The three were "part of a broad effort by Burisma to bring in well-connect(ed) Democrats during a period when the company was facing investigations backed not just by domestic Ukrainian forces but by officials in the Obama Administration," Jordan wrote.
Jordan's letter is the latest indication that GOP lawmakers will be providing much of the support to the Trump campaign's main knocks on both Bidens.
In March, Sen. Ron Johnson, who heads the Senate Homeland Security Committee, told reporters that he plans on releasing an interim report on his committee's investigation into Burisma.
"These are questions that Joe Biden has not adequately answered," Johnson said at the time. "And if I were a Democrat primary voter, I’d want these questions satisfactorily answered before I cast my final vote."
Johnson later subpoenaed State Department records related to the firing of Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. Shokin was dismissed in March 2016 by the Ukrainian president and claims he was removed because of his intentions to investigate Hunter Biden's role in Burisma.
Joe Biden has denied any inappropriate ties between his son and Burisma, despite the fact that Hunter Biden made hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting on the company's board seemingly without any knowledge of the natural gas industry.
Aside from those denials, Hunter Biden has largely remained absent from the campaign trail either physically or in his father's campaign speeches. He never attended any campaign rallies for his father before the coronavirus outbreak and has seemingly retreated to his California home with his new wife.
The Trump campaign, meanwhile, has signaled both publicly and privately that it intends on using the Biden family's ties to China as a chief campaign issue. The new report from Senate Republicans will likely only provide fresh political ammunition for Trump's reelection team.
“Joe Biden has a big China problem. Our data shows that Biden’s softness on China is a major vulnerability, among many,” Trump campaign Communications Director Tim Murtaugh told the Washington Examiner last month.
Joe Biden and the Democrat Party’s Incestuous Relationship with China
Vice President Biden raises a toast in honor of Chinese President Xi at a State Luncheon at the State Department, September 25, 2015,
Desperation has set in among the Politburo in China as their deliberate mishandling and obfuscation of the Chinese Coronavirus outbreak has threatened, and in all likelihood derailed, their grandiose plans for global hegemony. In what can only be described as one of the most ham-handed propaganda efforts in recent memory, China is now trying to deflect blame onto the United States for the Coronavirus outbreak that has been recently categorized as a global pandemic. Further, they are unabashedly claiming that any criticism of their “valiant” efforts to stem the spread of the virus or using the nomenclature of Wuhan Virus or Chinese Coronavirus is racist and xenophobic.
While their attempt to implicate the United States may appear on the surface to be absurd, the reality is that much of it will fall on fertile ground previously tilled and seeded over the past 25 years with vast amounts of money and investments.
An end-product of China’s infiltration of the American media and education establishment is the almost immediate regurgitation of China’s racist and xenophobic argument by the American mainstream media and the predominantly left-wing professional class. Hollywood and the entertainment cabal, already awash in Chinese capital and desperate for access to the Chinese market, has refused to criticize China’s handling of the Coronavirus focusing instead on President Trump. It is almost a certainty that when the pandemic recedes there will be nothing produced that is even remotely critical of China.
The European Union is now China’s largest trading partner and investor. They are beginning to exert increasing influence in nations such as Italy and throughout the continent. Which is why the European Union refused to initiate a travel ban from China during the entirety of the Coronavirus outbreak, leading to Europe now being the global epicenter of the pandemic as well as the source of the bulk of the infections in the United States.
With this overall backdrop the Chinese leadership is confident that their near clownish propaganda efforts will succeed. Their only obstacle is the re-election of President Trump, who is the only world leader in the past 25 years to understand what animates the Chinese and to stand up to their intimidation tactics.
The establishment of the Democrat Party believes they have a solution to that obstacle in what appears to be the inevitable nomination of Joe Biden.
Joe Biden, in his days in the Senate, was very partial to China, as he voted against all legislation aimed at curtailing China’s ambitions. In 2007 he opposed the idea of applying any tariffs on China despite their obvious unfair trade practices and theft of proprietary technology that was causing the loss of millions of American manufacturing jobs. America’s dependence on a communist regime for materials and goods, such as pharmaceuticals, continued to grow unabated. However, it was as Vice President that he became wholly enamored with the country and its leadership.
For example, while in China, Biden, in August of 2011, approved of and defended China’s grotesque one-child policy, which brutally used forced abortions to implement the law. (In that same year Biden was given the assignment, by Barack Obama, to be the point man on China due his close personal relationship with Xi Jinping, currently President and General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party.
Joe Biden never missed an opportunity to downplay China’s threat to the United States. In May of 2013, in a commencement speech he assured those concerned the Chinese are “going to eat our lunch” that they had nothing to be concerned about as China had immense problems and an inability to think differently. In May of 2014 Biden described China as a nation incapable of producing innovative products and ideas. Two weeks after declaring his 2020 candidacy, Biden, in Iowa, said,
“China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man…they can’t even figure out how to deal with the corruption that exists within the system. I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks. But guess what, they’re not competition for us.”
In December 2013, Biden flew to Beijing on Air Force Two with his son Hunter on an official trip, ostensibly to discuss tensions over disputed territories in the East China Sea. Joe and Hunter were ushered into a red-carpet meeting with a delegation of various Chinese officials. Hunter remained with the delegation while his father met with President Xi Jinping. During these meetings Joe Biden struck an extremely conciliatory and friendly tone with the Chinese leadership -- much to the dismay of America’s allies in the region.
Ten day later, Hunter’s two-year-old company, Rosemont Seneca, signed an exclusive $1 Billion (later expanded to $1.5 Billion) deal with the state-owned Bank of China, creating an investment fund called Bohai Harvest, with money guaranteed by the Chinese Government. As Peter Schweizer, who was the first to unveil these conflicts of interest, wrote in his book Secret Empires “the Chinese Government was literally funding a business that it co-owned along with the son of one of America’s most powerful decision makers” That is what it looks like to be “compromised by a foreign power.”
Anyone who has dealt with the Chinese Government or an entity controlled by the government can attest that any foreign business transaction with China always has a requisite or implied quid pro quo that oftentimes does not involve monetary considerations. Once entangled in this web it is nearly impossible to escape -- as many businesses and nations, throughout Africa and Europe, much to their chagrin, have experienced. It would be naïve to believe that Joe Biden is not embroiled in this labyrinth of expectations and demands.
Nonetheless, Joe Biden is perhaps the ideal candidate for a party whose propaganda arms, the mainstream media and Hollywood, openly shill for the Chinese Communist leadership. Whose primary financial backers, high tech and Wall Street billionaires such as Michael Bloomberg, have major financial and manufacturing ties to China. Whose most dedicated foot soldiers are true believers in authoritarian socialism. And whose common enemy is Donald Trump and his America First populist movement.
Vice President Biden raises a toast in honor of Chinese President Xi at a State Luncheon at the State Department, September 25, 2015,
To further amplify that the Democrat Party is a surrogate of the Chinese leadership and is abiding by the maxim that the enemy of my enemy is my friend, criticism of China’s handling of the Coronavirus epidemic by anyone in Democrat party leadership, or their donor and left-leaning professional class, has been virtually nonexistent. On the other hand, the unceasing and often fabricated disparagement of President Trump is part of a calculated strategy to frame the Coronavirus epidemic in a way that leads to his defeat in November. Even China’s not-so-veiled threat to withhold shipping vital drugs to the United States in retaliation for any criticism of their handling of the Coronavirus outbreak was met with a deafening silence.
China is an existential threat to the United States. Joe Biden and the Democrat Party would abet the Chinese in their quest for global hegemony and in essence surrender American sovereignty. But first these collaborators must get rid of Donald Trump. Thus, any unseemly tactics, outrageous fabrications and personal smears will be directed at him and his voters over the next seven and a half months to achieve that goal.
Pelosi: Blaming China Is an ‘Interesting Diversion’
House Speaker says 'there’ll be plenty of time' to investigate the origins of the virus
May 15, 2020 Updated: May 15, 2020
WASHINGTON—House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said May 14 that President Donald Trump’s criticism of China for the pandemic is an attempt to divert attention from domestic issues.
“What the President is saying about China is interesting. It’s an interesting diversion,” she said at a press conference in response to a question by The Epoch Times on whether Beijing should be held accountable for the delayed COVID-19 response.
“Right now our focus should be on meeting the needs of the American people,” she said.
“There’ll be plenty of time for an after-action review,” she noted. And it’s “urgent and needed” for scientists “to trace the origins of such a pandemic scientifically, but not politically.”
Pelosi also urged lawmakers to focus their “energy on how we go forward [instead of] making judgments about what this administration did or didn’t do.”
“It was either stupidity, incompetence or it was deliberate, one or the other,” Trump told Maria Bartiromo on May 14 in an interview for Fox Business Network.
“But you know the worst of all, whether it came from the lab or came from the bats, it all came from China. And they should’ve stopped it. They could have stopped at that source.”
The coronavirus has sickened more than 1.4 million people in the United States and as of Thursday evening, more than 85,800 people have died due to the virus.
Public opinion in the United States has shifted drastically against the Chinese regime after the pandemic. In a recent poll, Americans reported bipartisan distrust of the Chinese regime for its handling of the outbreak.
A Harris Poll survey conducted from March 14 to April 5 showed that 77 percent of Americans blame Beijing for the spread of the virus.
The belief was echoed across the political spectrum, as 67 percent of Democrats, 75 percent of independents, and 90 percent of Republicans think the Chinese regime is responsible for the pandemic.
Beijing’s early coverup is well-documented. In late December, for example, Chinese authorities silenced eight doctors who took to Chinese social media to warn people about a new form of pneumonia spreading in Wuhan.
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) criticized Democrats for blaming Trump instead of China.
“Not one Democrat has come forward with an idea to hold China accountable,” Graham told Fox News on May 3.
There’s a growing call from Republicans to make China pay for damages caused by the pandemic. House Republicans on May 7 launched a “China Task Force” to investigate Beijing’s role in the spread of the virus.
Rather than pointing finger at China, Pelosi urged Washington to focus on the reopening of the economy safely.
“Instead of diverting attention from mistakes that may have been made here, let’s just put that all aside and go forward for what we can do, working together for the good of the American people.”
House Democrats on May 12 released a $3 trillion coronavirus aid package that includes another direct payment to each American as well as nearly $1 trillion for state and local governments. The House is expected to vote on the package on Friday.
Peter Schweizer: Hunter Biden Still Owns Ten Percent of Chinese Firm BHR
4,583
Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s second son, still owns a ten-percent stake in Chinese company Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), an investment firm he co-founded with funding from the Bank of China, noted Peter Schweizer, president of the government accountability Institute, senior contributor to Breitbart News, and author of Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite.
In episode 17 of the Drill Down, entitled “Hunter Biden’s Chinese Fortune,” Schweizer noted that Hunter Biden has not divested from BHR despite his father’s presidential campaign.
“The idea that Hunter could still profit off of the Chinese government if his father becomes president remains an incredible potential conflict [of interest],” observed Schweizer. “A conflict that seems all the more troubling when Joe Biden continues to dismiss China as a geopolitical threat.”
Hunter Biden’s lawyer claimed his client resigned from BHR’s board of directors, issuing a letter to this effect via the Washington Post. In September 2019, Schweizer highlighted the Washington Post‘s broad omissions in reporting on Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings during his father’s vice-presidential tenure.
The Washington Post‘s Glenn Kessler framed the aforementioned letter as a response to “Trump folks,” omitting any mention of Hunter Biden’s ongoing ownership stake in BHR.
Schweizer said, “Biden’s lawyer claims that his client did resign, and has produced a document from Hunter’s China-based company saying as much. Maybe. But Hunter’s attorney did not address the more important problem – the fact that Hunter still owns a piece of the Chinese company, called BHR.”
“[BHR] is an investment vehicle, financed by the government of China, which has conducted at least two-point-five billion dollars worth of deals,” added Schweizer, “and Hunter Biden has a ten percent equity piece of that.”
