NOLTE - SOCIOPATH LAWYER JOE BIDEN IMPORTS COVID-19 FROM MEXICO

Nolte: Sociopath Joe Biden Imports the Coronavirus from Mexico

The president of the United States is not only flooding America with illegal immigrants, he’s flooding America with illegal immigrants sick with the coronavirus.

To begin with, the very idea that our own president would brazenly break the law to flood our country with illegals is insane enough. The idea that our own president would flood our country with illegals during an economic recession when social services are already strained, is even more insane. But what kind of sociopath allows illegals (or anyone) into our country when they’re infected with a deadly virus reportedly responsible for the deaths of more than a half-million Americans?

From the looks of it, at least right now, and thanks primarily to former President Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed, America seems to finally be crawling out of the hell of the China Virus. Things could change with a mutated strain or with colder weather this fall, but as of now, deaths and infections are in decline. What’s more, Texas and Mississippi are feeling good enough about things to end their business restrictions and mask mandates.

People are feeling hopeful that we might finally be at the beginning of the end of this thing, and what has that sociopath Joe Biden decided to to…?

His Fraudulency is calling anyone who wants to ease restrictions “neanderthals” and, apparently because there’s not enough coronavirus in America, he’s importing the virus directly from Mexico.

Why is Biden not being impeached?

How is it not an impeachable offense? How is it not a violation of the Constitution to 1) open our borders to illegals, ignoring our laws, and 2) allow illegals infected with a deadly virus into our country?

Let me tell you what I think’s going on here…

The Democrat party’s desire to replace us Deplorable Neanderthals with compliant immigrants — legal and illegal — is just too tempting to put on hold, even during a recession, even during a pandemic.

Secondly, call me cynical, but after five years of Democrats locking us down, lying about Russia collusion and fire extinguisher murders; after five years of Democrats trying to overturn the 2016 election, championing and funding the domestic terrorists in Black Lives Matter, and blacklisting anyone who disagrees, I think Biden is deliberately importing the virus.

The truth is the truth is the truth, and the truth is that Democrats don’t want the pandemic to end.

Think about it… This virus primarily kills Republicans (older people) and gives Democrats what they desire more than anything else: unconstitutional emergency powers to micromanage our lives, lock us down, make their mega-corporate donors richer, kill small business, twist children into something embittered and ignorant with anti-science school closings, and pervert our voting laws in a way that legalizes cheating.

I’m sorry, but only evil people behave the way Democrats do. And only sociopaths import a virus from a foreign country.

If someone else has an explanation, I’m all ears.

Migrant Youth Pipeline to U.S. Surges Nearly 600 Percent Since Trump

The number of migrant youth daily referred to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for release into the United States has surged nearly 600 percent since President Trump was in office, newly released data reveals.

Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs), as Breitbart News has extensively reported, apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border have increased tremendously over the last month, where now federal shelters are estimated to be at 93 percent capacity. The UAC program takes migrant youth and places them into HHS custody until they are released to a sponsor in the U.S.

Likewise, President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has continued holding UACs in federal facilities originally intended for adult border crossers despite legal requirements that the migrant youth be turned over to HHS within 72 hours, Breitbart News exclusively reported.

Data released on Thursday reveals the extent to which the Biden administration has increased the UAC pipeline into the U.S. as a result of ending the Remain in Mexico policy, canceling cooperative asylum agreements with Central America, and restarting the Catch and Release process.

The data finds that in the first week of January, when the Trump administration still had controls in place at the southern border, DHS officials were referring about 47 UACs to HHS every day. Today, DHS officials are referring about 321 UACs to HHS every day — a more than 580 percent increase.

At the same time, HHS is boosting its release of UACs to sponsors. The data shows that while about 90 UACs a week were released to sponsors in the U.S. by HHS in late January, today an average of 174 UACs are being released every day by HHS.

The data comes as the Biden administration seeks to transform controls at the U.S.-Mexico border into rapid processing sites where border crossers and migrants are quickly processed by federal immigration officials and then released into the nation’s interior.

To alleviate the appearance of a surge of illegal immigration at the southern border, Breitbart News exclusively reported, the Biden administration is looking to release border crossers further into the U.S. interior rather than the standard where releases occur in U.S. border communities.

The Biden administration is expecting to massively expand the UAC pipeline into the U.S. by an increase of at least 290 percent over this year. In 2020, about 30,000 UACs arrived at the southern border, but administration officials estimate they will welcome about 117,000 UACs this year.

More than 87 percent of UACs in HHS custody are between 13 and 17-years-old, while more than 71 percent are boys. The most common destinations for UACs are in Harris County, Texas; Dallas County, Texas; Davidson County, Tennessee; Queens County, New York; Suffolk County, New York; Kings County, New York; Prince George’s County, Maryland; Palm Beach County, Florida; Miami-Dade County, Florida; and Los Angeles County, California.

10K Migrants Apprehended in One Week in Single Texas Border Sector, Says Democrat Congressman

U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) reported the apprehension of approximately 10,000 migrants in the last seven days in the Rio Grande Valley Sector. He said agents apprehended 2,500 in the past two days alone.

“We are weeks, maybe even days, away from a crisis on the southern border. Inaction is simply not an option,” Congressman Cuellar said in a written statement. “Our country is currently unprepared to handle a surge in migrants in the middle of the pandemic.”

The Laredo congressman said the illegal border crossings are “potentially exposing border communities to the coronavirus and putting us at risk. Right now, none of the migrants are being tested for COVID-19 by Border Patrol.”

In Brownsville, Texas, city officials said that six percent of the migrants being released at the bus station to obtain transportation into the U.S. interior are testing positive for COVID-19, Breitbart Texas reported. The Brownsville official said they do not have the authority to prevent those who test positive from boarding buses to travel into the U.S. interior. A worker at the bus station told Fox News they cannot ask passengers for proof of coronavirus test results before transit.

Cuellar added, “I urge the Biden Administration to listen and work with the communities on the southern border who are dealing with the surge of migrants.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbot said President Joe Biden is “recklessly releasing hundreds of illegal immigrants who have COVID into Texas communities,” Breitbart News reported.

“The Biden Administration was spreading COVID in South Texas yesterday because of their lack of constraint of testing and quarantining, people who had come across the border illegally,” the governor said on Fox News’ “Fox and Friends” morning news show. The Biden Administration was exposing Texans to COVID — that is a Neanderthal-type approach to dealing with the COVID situation.”

The Texas governor went on to say President Biden is engaging in a “Neanderthal-type approach” by releasing the COVID-positive migrants into the state of Texas. Abbott’s comment followed Biden’s accusation that Texas was engaged in “Neanderthal thinking” after the governor announced the lifting of the COVID mask mandate and opened Texas businesses 100 percent.

Official migrant apprehension numbers for February are expected to be released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the next few days.

Study: Biden Amnesty Would Import California-Size Foreign Population

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - AUGUST 17: Attendees put pins on a map of the world during a naturalization ceremony for kids between the ages of 6-12 at Crissy Field near the Golden Gate Bridge on August 17, 2018 in San Francisco, California. Thirty-two children from seven countries were sworn in …

President Joe Biden’s amnesty plan, which also expands legal immigration levels, would import a foreign population close to the size of California, new analysis reveals.

Last month, House and Senate Democrats introduced the Biden plan — known as H.R. 1177 & S. 348 — which would give amnesty to the roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States while doubling annual legal immigration to the country, flooding the labor market with more foreign competition for the nation’s more than 17 million jobless Americans.

Analysis conducted by NumbersUSA, which advocates on behalf of American workers for less foreign competition in the labor market, finds that by 2031, Biden’s amnesty will have imported a foreign-born population nearly the size of California.

By 2031, the analysis states, nearly 12 million illegal aliens will have taken advantage of the amnesty provisions of the legislation that would allow them to permanently remain in the U.S. and eventually obtain American citizenship.

In addition to those amnestied, the current annual inflow of 1.2 million green card holders would be doubled to more than 2.4 million. In a 10-year period, altogether, the legislation will have brought more than 37.3 million foreign nationals to the U.S. — just two million less than the population of California.

Put differently, the Biden plan would bring a foreign-born population to the U.S. in ten years that would be more than five times the current population of Massachusetts, where 6.9 million residents live.

The overwhelming bulk of immigration within those ten years would derive from the Biden plan’s exempting spouses and minor children from family-based green card caps. By 2031, in this single category, nearly 9.4 million foreign nationals would be admitted to the U.S.

The other bulk of immigration would come from the roughly eight million illegal aliens, those who are not in specific subgroup categories, who would be able to secure green cards by 2027 and then apply for American citizenship after three years.

Such a massive wave of immigration would be a boon for corporate interests, including Wall Street, multinational corporations, real estate investors, and giant tech conglomerates who would not only benefit from an expanded labor market with cheaper labor but also from more consumers to whom they can sell goods and necessities.

Research by the Center for Immigration Studies’ Steven Camarota reveals that for every one percent increase in the immigrant portion of an American workers’ occupation, Americans’ weekly wages are cut by perhaps 0.5 percent. This means the average native-born American worker today has his weekly wages reduced by potentially 8.75 percent as more than 17 percent of the workforce is foreign-born.

Already, current immigration levels put downward pressure on U.S. wages while redistributing about $500 billion in wealth away from America’s working and middle class and towards employers and new arrivals, research by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine has found.

Similarly, peer reviewed research by economist Christoph Albert acknowledges that “as immigrants accept lower wages, they are preferably chosen by firms and therefore have higher job finding rates than natives, consistent with evidence found in U.S. data.” Albert’s research also finds that immigration “raises competition” for native-born Americans in the labor market.

The Biden plan is also wildly out of step with the opinions of most likely U.S. voters.

The latest survey from Rasmussen Reports, for instance, finds that 73 percent of voters want less legal immigration, more than six-in-ten oppose chain migration, about 64 percent oppose businesses importing foreign workers rather than recruiting Americans, and 63 percent support slowing down or fully cutting U.S. population growth driven by immigration.

Swing State Democrats Join Senate Republicans to Block Stimulus Checks for Illegal Aliens

A handful of swing state Senate Democrats joined Senate Republicans on Thursday to add a budget amendment that will help ensure that stimulus checks, funded by American taxpayers, are not given to illegal aliens living in the United States.

Sens. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Todd Young (R-IN) proposed an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget that will likely block the inclusion of stimulus checks for illegal aliens in any Chinese coronavirus relief package.

All 50 Senate Republicans supported the amendment, as well as eight swing state Senate Democrats. Those Democrats include Sens. Krysten Sinema (D-AZ), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), Gary Peters (D-MI), John Hickenlooper (D-CO), Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Jon Tester (D-MT), and Joe Manchin (D-WV).

“The Biden administration shouldn’t reward illegal immigrants for breaking our laws by giving them checks,” Cotton said in a statement. “Instead of courting foreigners with U.S. taxpayer funds, President Biden should use that money to aid American schools, businesses, and families.”

The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) sent Senate Democrats and Senate Republicans an email urging them to support the Cotton-Young amendment.

“Now that a third round of payments is being discussed – while a White House-driven border crisis is beginning to take shape – there is an appetite to provide taxpayer-funded handouts to illegal aliens as well. This cannot and should not happen,” the FAIR email, obtained by Breitbart News, states.

The vote is critical for President Joe Biden’s administration because it shows the lack of support in the Senate Democrat caucus for pro-illegal immigration policies — and potentially a DREAM Act-style amnesty — specifically among those who represent swing states and will be up for re-election in 2022 and 2024.

Hassan, for instance, is up for re-election in 2022. During her last election, she barely unseated then-Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) with only about 1,000 votes separating the two.

Likewise, Sinema, Stabenow, Manchin, and Tester are all up for re-election in 2024. Many of their vote margins in their 2018 Senate runs were small. Tester, for example, won against Republican Matt Rosendale by less than 18,000 while Manchin won re-election by less than 19,400 votes.

Harris’s Senate Replacement’s First Bill: Pathway to Citizenship for Illegal Alien ‘Essential Workers’

As the discussion over President Joe Biden’s open border immigration policies heats up, at least one Democrat Senator wants to go even farther than allowing tens of thousands of illegal aliens into the country based on asylum claims.

Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA), who took Kamala Harris’s Senate seat, wants to give millions of illegal aliens a pathway to citizenship if they are deemed “essential workers.”

That wish is now in the form of a bill, the first Padilla has unveiled since taking his seat. Padilla told the San Francisco Chronicle:

I think nothing speaks to the moment more than COVID response and fairness for essential workers. On a parallel track, we know that immigration reform is long overdue in the United States of America and there are no states that have more at stake in immigration reform than the state of California.

“A standalone measure allows us to uplift specific elements of a comprehensive package as you continue to gain momentum and support,” Padilla said.

The Chronicle reported on Padilla’s motivation:

In an interview, Padilla said his Citizenship for Essential Workers Act was an easy choice for his first piece of legislation as a senator on a personal and policy level. He noted his Mexican immigrant parents spent four decades working in the service industry — his father as a short-order cook and his mom cleaning houses. Padilla is the first Latino senator from California and one of only a handful in the Senate, and he has already used that position to voice concerns of the Latino community in Washington.

On its own, it’s virtually impossible the bill would become law. The legislation would apply to some legally present immigrants and undocumented immigrants alike, providing an immediate opportunity to start the naturalization process for an estimated 5 million or more people who work in more than a dozen essential industries, including health care, agriculture, service, child care and manufacturing. But the legislation is emblematic of how Padilla hopes to shape the perpetual debate on immigration as it unfolds in coming months.

On December 22, 2020, Governor Gavin Newsom appointed Padilla to succeed Harris. Padilla served in the California State Senate for the 20th district from 2006 to 2014.

Biden Amnesty Seeks Indefinite Democrat Majority with Quick U.S. Citizenship for Illegal Aliens

President Joe Biden’s amnesty plan seeks to retain a permanent Democrat majority in future elections by fast-tracking illegal aliens into United States citizenship.

The amnesty, fittingly titled The U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021, includes a series of ways that illegal aliens living in the U.S. can secure green cards and be put on a fast-track to gaining citizenship.

For instance, illegal aliens claiming to have worked on a farm, those enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program — which Biden has restarted — and those with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) would be able to immediately secure green cards, otherwise known as permanent legal residency.

Then, those three subgroups of illegal aliens would be allowed to begin applying for citizenship after just three years so long as they pass “criminal and national security background checks and pay their taxes,” according to the Biden administration’s fact sheet on the amnesty.

There are roughly 2.08 million illegal aliens working on U.S. farms, about 800,000 DACA-enrolled illegal aliens, and approximately 411,000 foreign nationals on TPS. These population totals indicate that up to 3.3 million illegal aliens could be able to vote in time for the November 5, 2024 presidential election if all are approved for green cards and citizenship.

Similarly, the amnesty allows the remaining 11 to 22 million illegal aliens who are not TPS beneficiaries, DACA recipients, or considered farmworkers to secure green cards after five years of having TPS status, which they would be able to apply for immediately.

Then, after having green cards for three years, these illegal aliens would be able to apply for citizenship. This trajectory puts voting-age illegal aliens on a path to vote for midterm and presidential elections after 2029.

In the 2020 presidential election, multiple states were decided by margins of a few hundred thousand votes or less. In Pennsylvania, for example, Biden won the state by less than 81,000 votes.

Such a dramatic change to the U.S. electorate through the amnesty would be a boon for Democrats who have successfully flipped to blue former red states like Virginia and, most recently, Georgia.

Democrats are looking to battleground states such as Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, and Nevada to flip them permanently blue. Their chances are hugely boosted by an increased foreign-born voting population, research and the mainstream media has admitted.

“If legal immigration levels remain at the current levels of over one million a year, it will likely continue to undermine Republicans’ political prospects moving forward … survey data show a two-to-one party identification with Democrats over Republicans,” University of Maryland, College Park professor James Gimpel has noted.

In Georgia, a decades-long surge in immigration helped two Democrats to unseat Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) and David Perdue (R-GA).

The number of foreign-born voters and their voting-age children in Georgia has boomed by 337 percent since 2000, while the native-born voting-age population in Georgia has increased just 22 percent over that same period.

Already, without the amnesty, legal immigration levels at their current rate are expected to bring in 15 million new foreign-born voters by 2041. About eight million of those voters will have arrived entirely due to the process known as “chain migration” wherby newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S.

Joe Biden: Amnesty for Everyone Who Was Here on January 1

President-elect Joe Biden’s amnesty plan will reportedly provide the glittering prize of U.S. citizenship to everyone who can show they were in the United States illegally on January 1, if Congress passes the wage-cutting, nation-changing legislation amid a deep economic recession.

“To qualify, immigrants must have been in the United States as of Jan. 1, a move meant to blunt any rush to the border,” according to a description provided “by transition officials” to the Washington Post.

But the “rush to the border” is likely because migrants and the coyotes’ smuggling industry can backdate documents and forge new identities, especially when the prize is the opportunity to escape their lives in undeveloped countries and then become citizens of the United States of America.

“Biden, he’s going to help all of us,” one English-speaking Honduran told CNN on Sunday. “He’s given us 100 days to get to the U.S. and give us legal [unintelligible] paper so we can get a better life for our kids and family.”

The 1986 amnesty of roughly three million illegal aliens included much evidence of pre-computer fraud and a rejection rate of only about 12 percent, according to a government-sponsored study. Blue-collar household incomes have risen very little since the 1986 amnesty, although there was a sharp seven percent jump in 2019.

The Post‘s article did not include an estimate of how many migrants — and their chain-migration extended families — would benefit from an amnesty, nor did it allow any readers’ comments.

Biden’s plan will also remove any barrier to the inflow of white-collar workers who can earn a science or technology doctoral degree at one of the nation’s thousands of colleges and universities, the Post reported:

Doctoral graduates in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields also are exempted from visa limits that critics say have led to talented immigrants moving elsewhere around the globe, depriving the United States of their ingenuity.

The open borders rule for doctoral graduates is a top priority for universities and investors in technology companies. Universities stand to gain many new customers, and investors are seeking windfalls on the stock market by selling stock in productive and low-cost companies.

The bill would also double the annual inflow of foreign graduates into U.S. companies by granting extra visas to the workers’ spouses and children. Currently, roughly 70,000 foreign workers get green cards from their U.S. employers each year. But that gateway is so popular around the world that roughly one million foreign graduates are working in U.S. jobs in the hope of eventually getting green cards from their employers.

The huge lower-wage population of compliant foreign graduates helps U.S. CEOs exclude young Americans from technology jobs, suppress salaries for U.S. graduates, and boost Fortune 500 companies’ stock values. Any expansion of the white-collar migration would threaten the jobs and wages of American graduates.

The Washington Post suggests that the Biden plan also seeks to get perhaps three million illegal aliens to the voting booths in 2024, so threatening the current jobs of many GOP politicians:

Beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — which granted key protections for “dreamers” — and the temporary protected status program for migrants from disaster-ravaged nations could apply for a green card immediately. The details were described by transition officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.

Under current rules, legal immigrants can get citizenship and voting rights five years after getting green cards. But the Biden bill would allow the migrants to convert their green cards into citizenship in just three years, the Post reported.

The Washington Post article did not mention any significant upgrades to border security or to curb the employment of illegal immigrants. Those features will likely be offered just prior to a Senate vote so that Biden and his allies can claim to be offering a compromise.

The Biden plan is also intended to spur economic development in Central America, according to the Washington Post.

But Biden’s offer of an amnesty and citizenship is expected to extract many productive young men and women out of the struggling nations’ economies. The bill also offers to create new pathways for productive Central Americans to move into the United States without migrating through Mexico.

Many business and investor groups favor the long-standing U.S. government policy of extracting cheap workers and taxpayer-supported consumers from foreign countries to help grow sales and profits in the U.S. economy.

Biden’s deputies are trying to stall the expected wave of migrants.

On Monday, one of Biden’s aides announced via Twitter that the new administration will preserve President Donald Trump’s health-related curbs against the entry of foreign visitors. “On the advice of our medical team, the Administration does not intend to lift these [travel] restrictions on 1/26 … we plan to strengthen public health measures around international travel in order to further mitigate the spread of COVID-19,” she said via Twitter.

Economists recognize that migration moves money from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to real estate investors, and from the heartland states to the coastal states that are home to many investors and Democratic donors.

That economic transfer has shriveled the wealth and health of many red states and so helped Donald Trump defeat the GOP establishment and get elected in 2016. The same economic shift boosted President Donald Trump’s support among working-class whites, blacks, and Latinos in 2020.

The multiracialcross-sexnonracistclass-based opposition to cheap-labor migration coexists with generally favorable personal feelings toward legal immigrants and toward immigration in theory — despite the media magnification of many skewed polls and articles that still push the 1950’s “Nation of Immigrants” claim.

However, establishment journalists have ignored the evidence of deep and broad opposition to cheap-labor migration — and the inflow of temporary contract workers — into the jobs needed by young and old Americans.
