 ROMERO, IN FACT DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE ACTUAL ISSUES DELINEATED IN THE LIMITED SPACE OF THE BBB COMPLAINT, THESE BEING BONHAM’S CONSISTENTLY SHABBY SERVICE AND CONTEMPT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. HE MERELY AVAILS THE OPPORTUNITY TO KISS UP TO HIS BOSS AND PROVIDE A PUBLIC RELATIONS RELEASE ON BONHAM’S GLOBAL EXPANSIONS. HOWEVER, AT WHAT COST? HIGHLY OVERWORKED EMPLOYEES AND A CONSISTENT DISRESPECT AND CONTEMPT FOR CUSTOMERS, AND THE TRUTH?
AS NOTED IN MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT TO BBB, WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THIS GUY ON THE PHONE, AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS MONTHS BEFORE THAT HE IGNORED, I FOUND HIM INSTANTLY ARROGANT, DISMISSIVE, DISHONEST, AND SELECTIVE OF THE TRUTH. IN OTHER WOODS, A RATHER TYPICAL BONHAM’S EMPLOYEE. ONE CONSISTENT EXPERIENCE I, AND ALL THAT I HAVE DISCUSSED THIS TOPIC WITH HAVE HAD, IS BONHAM’S CONTEMPT FOR THE CUSTOMER IT TAKES HIGH FEES FROM. EVEN BY VIRTUE OF THAT SINGLE CONTACT WITH ROMERO, I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED HIM TO RESPOND AS HE HAS. HE TOWS THE BONHAM’S CORPORATE TAIL WELL.
YES, ROMERO DOCUMENTS FOR THE BONHAM’S BLOG THAT BARBER IS A RUTHLESS CORPORATIST UNDOUBTEDLY. LIKE OUR FRIENDS A BRITISH-OWNED BP – BRITISH PETROLEUM.
ROMERO’S RESPONSES DELIBERATELY FAILS TO ADDRESS THE HORRENDOUS REPEATEDLY BAD EXPERIENCES ONE ENCOUNTERS ATTEMPTING TO CONSIGN A LOT AT BONHAM’S, DUE TO POORLY TRAINED "SPECIALIST", MOST OF WHOM ARE UNDOUBTEDLY ENTIRELY OVERWORKED…. AS MY COMPLAINT, POINTED OUT, AND AS DELINEATED IN ROMERO’S LONG HISTORY OF BONHAM’S EXPANSIONISM, THIS OUTFITS IS LIKE FAST FOOD McDonalds… A BILLION SERVED, JUST NOT EVERY WELL! “Malcolm Barber has orchestrated an aggressive expansion of the company with offices in New York City, Toronto, Canada… etc.
YOU WILL NOTE THAT I HAVE CREATED A PUBLIC ACCESS BLOG ON BONHAM’S CRAP SERVICE, AND JOBS TO NON-AMERICANS, AND WILL BE POSTING IT ON CRAIGSLIST IN EACH CITY ROMERO INDICATES BARBER HAS OPENED UP HIS SHOP. EACH POST ON CRAIGSLIST WILL PUT THE COMMENTS OF THOSE TAKING EXCEPTION TO BONHAM’S CRAP SERVICE, SHODDY CUSTOMER CARE, ON THE WORLD-WIDE-WEB. ANY TIME ONE DOES A SEARCH FOR “BONHAM’S”, THESE COMMENTS WILL APPEAR IN THE SEARCH. THE BLOG WILL BE OPEN FOR FORMER EMPLOYEES, AND CUSTOMERS VICTIMIZED BY BONHAM’S SHABBY SERVICE TO LEAVE COMMENTS ( MY BLOG MEXICANOCCUPATION.blogspot.com GETS UP TO 15,000 HITS A MONTH, AND IN ABOUT TWO YEARS HAS HAD 140,000 HITS). I WOULD WONDER HOW EFFECTIVE MR. ROMERO’S EXTOL OF THE CORPORATE EXPANSION REALLY RESOLVES FREE COMMUNICATION ON THE REALITIES AT BONHAM’S’ OF WHICH ROMERO FAILED TO ADDRESS ALL BUT ONE.
IT DOES NOT ADDRESS THE APPARENTLY FACT THAT MOST OF BONHAM’S HIGHER MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING THE IRISH HEAD OF BONHAM’S' CA, WERE SOMEHOW ABLE TO OBTAIN POSITIONS IN THIS COUNTRY, AND THEREBY PUTTING AMERICANS OUT OF JOBS. THE AMERICAN PUT OUT OF A JOB MAY NOT CARE HOW PRECIOUS BARBER IS TO ROMERO. THE ONLY WAY FOREIGN OPERATIONS MAY LEGALLY BRING THEIR OWN PEOPLE OVER TO TAKE AN AMERICAN JOB, IS IF THERE ARE ! NO ! AMERICANS QUALIFIED FOR THAT POSITION. THERE IS NO JOB AT BONHAM’S IN THIS CATEGORY, INCLUDING BARBERS!
WE ALL MUST OCCUPY WALL ST., AND EXPOSE OPERATIONS LIKE BONHAM’S FOR WHAT THEY ARE!
