supporting nationwide protests against Barack Obama due to his breach with existing
laws and the US Constitution by decreeing amnesty for illegal aliens without
the required supporting legislation.
We are also supporting these protests due to Obama's support for amnesty legislation to rubber stamp his imperial actions and because of the Fast and Furious scandal. Fast and Furious is an Obama administration gun running scandal where official investigations by Congress have determined that at least six different federal agencies under Obama were used to buy thousands of assault rifles for the murderous organized crime cartels that are actively importing most of America's addictive drugs and illegal immigrants.

The historic and first of their kind protests against Obama will occur in all 50 state capitols on Saturday, February 16, 2013, from 11am to 1pm in your time zone.
Appropriate signs and flags are encouraged and welcome.
This will be a picket style protest on public sidewalks where our marches will stay in motion and walk a loop.
Some states plan to seek permits instead and have guest speakers.
We need as many people as possible to sign up early as we expect our numbers to grow rapidly in the last 3 days before the event.
If these protests are well supported and attended, we will then set a date for a march on Washington DC!
Please save the date, join our online petition, RSVP that you will attend on our Facebook page, and invite others.
Any other nonviolent and racially inclusive organizations and citizens are welcome to join us.
It is our understanding that those concerned about runaway federal debt and spending, Tea Party groups, gun rights groups, privacy concerns groups, and other that represent the half of Americans that are disappointed with Obama will be joining us.

Wall Street
cheered and stock prices rose when the US Labor Department announced last
Friday that employers had expanded their payrolls by 262,000 positions in
February.
But it
wasn't entirely good news. The statisticians also indicated that the share of
the adult population holding jobs had slipped slightly from January to 62.3
percent. That's now two full percentage points below the level in the
brief recession that began in March 2001

Undocumented immigrants could get jobless benefits

Legislation introduced Tuesday would
give about 400,000 undocumented immigrants in California the same rights as
citizens to unemployment
benefits and various
other government
services.
Assembly
Bill 35 targets a select group of undocumented immigrants, participants in
President Barack Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, who
came to the United States as youths and have lived generally productive lives
for numerous years.
Gov.
Jerry Brown signed legislation, effective Jan. 1, that enables participants in
the federal program to obtain California driver's licenses. AB 35 would provide
them with rights to a state ID card, unemployment
benefits and state-administered medical services.
AB
35 was proposed by Assemblyman Roger Hernández, a West Covina Democrat who was
named chairman of the Assembly Labor and Employment Committee this month.
"California
embodies the greatest diversity in the world," Hernández said in a written
statement. "We recognize we will need the collective skills and talents of
these young immigrants to aid out state in reaching our true potential."
As
labor committee chairman, Hernández said, "I am ready to carry my part in
making sure their integration into our workforce, economy and society becomes a
reality."

Despite
massive increases in manpower, the U.S. Border Patrol is still intercepting
only about 61 percent of would-be illegal immigrants along the U.S.-Mexico
border, according to an audit that the investigative arm of Congress released
Wednesday.
