The groups The Remembrance Project and We The People Rising will hold the Third Annual National Day of Remembrance candlelight vigil at 3:30 pm on November 3rd in Los Angeles, California. Californians who have been killed by illegal aliens will be remembered. Concerned citizens from the Los Angeles area are invited. Similar events will be held across the country the same day.
"Every day Americans are being permanently separated from their families through no fault of their own," said Maria Espinoza, Founder of The Remembrance Project. "Our children are being ignored by politicians. It is time politicians 'represent' Americans or admit they cannot fulfill the job they promised to do and resign."
Speakers include:
Jamiel Shaw, Sr., the father of high school football star Jamiel Shaw, Jr., who was shot in the head steps from his home by an illegal alien gang member who was released from jail the day before;
Don Rosenberg, an entertainment industry executive, is the father of Drew Rosenberg, who was killed by an unlicensed illegal alien who crossed into the path of Drew's motorcycle;
Lupe Moreno, the President of Latino Americans for Immigration Reform, will honor her young nephew, Ruben Morfin, who was shot in the head by an illegal alien gang member while walking to his grandmother's house;
Brenda Sparks, the mother of Eric Zepeda, who was killed while driving his motorcycle by an illegal alien; and
Sabine Durden, the mother of Dominic Durden, who was killed when an illegal alien with two drunk driving convictions made a left turn in front of Dominic's motorcycle.

— A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was arrested Monday on suspicion of
rape and soliciting bribes, among other crimes, according to authorities.
Jose Rigaberto Sanchez, 28, a
seven-year veteran of the force, was taken into custody at his home around 5:30
p.m. on 11 felony counts, including sexual penetration under the color of
authority, rape under fear or duress, and soliciting a bribe from alleged
victims. He’s being held on $1.4 million bail.
