WELFARE USE BY LEGAL AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS - September 4, 2015 - ROBERT RECTOR - REIHAN SALAM - DR. STEVEN CAMAROTA - MARK KRIKORIAN

Welfare Use by Legal and Illegal Immigrants
Panel to introduce new report

WASHINGTON, DC (September 4, 2015) — The Center for Immigration Studies will host a discussion at the National Press Club focusing on a report scheduled to be released simultaneously. The Center's report, Welfare Use for Legal and Illegal Immigrant Households, reports immigrant welfare use, separating legal and illegal households. Two nationally recognized policy experts, along with the Center's director of research and author of the report, will discuss this important new study.

Immigration has become a central issue in the presidential campaign and this report examines a critical part of that debate. Earlier this week, the Center released a report, Welfare Use by Immigrant and Native Households, which examined the welfare use for all immigrant households, without looking separately at legal vs. illegal immigrants.

THE OBAMA ASSAULT on the AMERICAN WORKER: IT’S WORKING!!!

"With the approach of the 2016 elections, the Democratic Party and its trade union allies are once again ramping up their efforts to fraudulently posture as advocates of working people."

http://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2015/09/amnesty-democrat-partys-plot-to-keep.html

“But these attempts to palm off the Democrats as defenders of the working class, and in particular of low-income workers, stand in stark contrast to the actual record of the Obama administration, which has waged a systematic and determined campaign to slash the wages of workers in order to further enrich the banks, hedge funds and major corporations.”
