Nicolas Cage is currently on a tour of Kazakhstan while he is in the country to attend the 13th Eurasia International Film Festival.
During a meeting with first lady Sara Nazarbayeva, he dressed in traditional Kazakh wear for a photo that would soon go viral.
The photo of Cage, 53, looking awkward as he stood in the long coat and fur hat was soon dropped into various popular photos by fans who got a kick out of his less-than-thrilled face.

Cage was superimposed onto a picture of Marvel superheros including Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman by one creative fan on VK.com.
Another crafty artist put him in the Game Of Thrones sword throne for a hilarious take on the picture.
He was also added in to a photo of Donald Trump with his wife Melania and daughter Ivanka posing with a less-than-thrilled Pope.
In the most inspired of the memes, Cage takes the place of Prime Minister Tertesa May of the United Kingdom in a photo taken during the G20 summit in Berlin earlier this month. Cage is seated to the left of president Trump, who can be seen huddling with Turkish president Recep Erdogan while Khazik Cage looks straight ahead.

One edit even put Cage next to Sad Ben Affleck at a dinner table by a user who appeared to be from Kazakhstan.
This is far from the first time Cage has gone viral for the expression on his face.
In 2009, a blog launched called Nic Cage As Everyone, which, like it's title, put Nicolas' face on everyone from Thomas the Tank Engine to the cast of Twilight.

Cage recently starred in Inconceivable, a thriller which also stars Gina Gershon and Nicky Whelan, released on June 30.
He has four movies in the can expected to be released this year: The Humanity Bureau, #211, Looking Glass and Mom And Dad.
Nicolas is currently filming a movie called Mandy, which is slated for a 2018 release.
