GHETTO BLACKS AND VIOLENCE IN AMERICA: TWO BLACK APES, JUSTIN MANN, 24 and JAMES WHITE, 38 ARRESTED FOR COLD BLOODED EXECUTION OF MOTHER, HER PARTNER AND TWO CHILDREN

THE DEPRAVED SUBCULTURE OF AMERICA'S GHETTO BLACKS

THE LEGACY OF A LOOTER: THE BARACK OBAMA STORY

"Obama is no fool and he understands -- having encouraged Black Lives Matter and the war on police and law enforcement, having facilitated ballooning welfare rolls and doubling student debt to $1.35 trillion, having presided over a flood of immigrants illegally crossing the southern border, and having pushed unprecedented deficit spending that added nearly a trillion dollars annually to the federal debt and doubling that debt in eight years to $20 trillion -- that the U.S. is nearer collapse than at any previous time. And every Marxist knows that socialist transformation first requires collapse of the old order."

Baltimore Residents Blaming Murder Increase on Lack of Police After BLM Protesters Demanded Pullback

Black American residents of Baltimore, Maryland, are now blaming a lower police presence for the city’s soaring murder rate despite three years of Black Lives Matter (BLM) activists insisting that police be pulled from their neighborhoods.

Baltimore has now experienced higher murder rates for three years in a row after riots and BLM-sponsored protests began rocking the city after the death of Freddie Gray, a suspect who died in police custody in the spring of 2015, National Public Radio (NPR) reported.
Since the riots, police morale has collapsed, and city officials began planning a lighter police footprint in response to complaints of residents and protest leaders.
But now, black leaders are blaming cops for the spiraling murder rate, saying that the police pullback has put them in danger.
The Rev. Kinji Scott, a Baltimore activist, is blaming city hall for leaving the neighborhoods unprotected.
“We wanted the police there,” Scott insisted. “We wanted them engaged in the community. We didn’t want them beating the hell out of us, we didn’t want that.”
Scott and others are now pressuring the city to bring police back in as a deterrent to the soaring crime rate.
Despite the loud proclamations from BLM activists that the police are the problem, Scott and his fellow activists are now claiming that they never wanted police to go away.
In an interview with NPR, Scott claims only the progressive activists wanted cops to be eliminated:
No. That represented our progressives, our activists, our liberal journalists, our politicians, but it did not represent the overall community. Because we know for a fact that around the time Freddie Gray was killed, we start to see homicides increase. We had five homicides in that neighborhood while we were protesting.
What I wanted to see happen was that people would be able to trust the relationship with our police department so that they would feel more comfortable. We’d have conversations with the police about crime in their neighborhood because they would feel safer. So we wanted the police there. We wanted them engaged in the community. We didn’t want them beating the hell out of us, we didn’t want that.
Scott also blamed the city for not fostering a community atmosphere between police and the neighborhoods.
The primary thrust nationwide is what President Obama wanted to do: focus on building relationships with police departments and major cities where there had been a history of conflict. That hasn’t happened. We don’t see that. I don’t know a city—Baltimore for certain—we’ve not seen any changes in those relationships. What we have seen is that the police has distanced themselves, and the community has distanced themselves even further. So the divide has really intensified, it hasn’t decreased.
And of course we want to delineate the whole culture of bad policing that exists—nobody denies that—but as a result of this, we don’t see the level of policing we need in our community to keep the crime down in our cities that we are seeing bleed to death.
This is despite Baltimore protesters carrying signs that read things such as “disarm the police,” or wearing T-shirts promising to kill cops.
The reverend’s claims also seem to fly in the face of a list of 19 demands issued by protesters in 2015, one of which demanded that police be barred from entering certain buildings or parts of neighborhoods they had designated as “safe” from police. Clearly, the protesters wanted police removed from Baltimore’s neighborhoods. But now that they’ve gotten their wish, community leaders have suddenly realized what a bad idea such a pullback is.

Department of Corrections records show Mann was released on parole in June after being convicted of first-degree robbery in 2014. Chief Tedesco revealed that both men had criminal records but declined to comment on their previous charges.
Additionally, The Daily Beast said that Mann was friends with one of the victims, Brandi Mells, prior to the killing.
'I never seen him before a day in my life, neither of them,' Shanta Myers's nephew, Khalif Coleman, told The Daily Beast. 'But some of my family members recognize him as Brandi's friend. He supposedly always hung out with her.'
District Attorney Joel Abelove said that during the arraignment the defendants were given notices of intent to present the case to a grand jury
Being convicted of the first-degree murder charge comes with a maximum sentence of life in prison without possibility of parole.
Isaiah, the sole survivor of the crime who was away in Massachusetts, said he was scared that the suspects were 'coming for [him] next,' he told the Times Union.
Speaking about the moment he found out about his family he said 'Couldn't believe it. Heartbroken. I fell down to the ground right in the bathroom and cried thinking who would've done this?' reported CBS6.
Before the arrests, his aunt Shakera Symes, the sister of 36-year-old victim Shanta, appealed to the public. 'Give the information to the authorities so that they can help find the person who has destroyed us, emotionally, mentally. It feels like somebody has ripped us to shreds,' she said.
'My sister was supposed to be with me and her children, all three of them for Christmas. And I got robbed of that,' she emotionally told reporters.

She said her and the rest of the family are completely and utterly heartbroken. 'It feels like somebody ripped us to shreds and we only have each other right now and we are grasping and holding on to each other for dear life.'
Isaiah fondly remembered his younger brother saying he followed him around everywhere. 'It got to the point where I'd be in the bathroom and he'd be on the other side talking to me like 'bro what are you about to do after this?' and I'd be like 'I don't know!'' he joked.
Apparently Jeremiah dreamed of playing for the Boston Celtics in the NBA one day and had also been a member of the Troy Boys & Girls Club for six years.

'He was the quintessential 'Club Kid' who impacted the lives of so many staff, children and teens, parents and volunteers,' the club said in a statement.
'It will be deeply felt by all his friends at the club and throughout our community.'
His younger sister, Shanise, had a passion for cooking and apparently was wise beyond her years. 'That girl was like a grown woman in a little body,' her Uncle Khalif Coleman said. 'You ain't telling that girl what to do, she will be in your face.'
Her Aunt Symes said she was going to have the youngster cook spaghetti as part of their Christmas meal. She told Symes 'Auntie I know how to make spaghetti.'

Tedesco noted the slayings were not a random act of violence and characterized the quadruple homicide as the worst he has seen yet. 'After being in this business for almost 42 years, I can't describe the savagery of this. I don't have the word,' he said.
'There are indications at the crime scene that this was not a random act,' Tedesco told reporters at a news conference Wednesday.
Autopsies completed on Wednesday afternoon are expected to clarify the timeline of attacks and exactly how the victims were killed.
Police found a bloody knife on a ledge near a closet, and a second blade on a bed near the victims, reported he Times Union.
Reportedly, investigators were able to narrow down the list of suspects to Mann and White after reviewing security camera footage from the city of Troy.

'The emotions of a police officer is something you repress because there is a job to be done,' Tedesco said.
'But no one involved in this case is ever going to forget it. Right now our job is to bring this person to justice.'
Based on evidence uncovered in the course of the investigation, police do not believe there is imminent danger to the community.
Troy Police Captain Daniel DeWolf said earlier that the deaths were 'certainly suspicious.'
The unit where the bodies were found is one of five in a home located in a residential neighborhood along the Hudson River's east bank, just north of Albany.

Pastor Jackie Robinson Sr, of Oak Grove Baptist Church, said that Myers' older son wasn't home when the killings occurred. He is thought to be the last surviving member of the family.
'Until they catch whoever they did this, there are certainly reasons to be fearful,' the pastor told the Times Union.
'We don't know who did it. Until we find out, it certainly makes sense to be vigilant and keep your doors locked.'
He also said that members of the clergy are speaking to children at the local Boys and Girls Club, describing them as 'traumatized.'
'A few had nightmares since this happened. A lot of grown folk are traumatized because this monster is still out there,' he said.

'Broke drug addict' father accused of shooting dead his three-month pregnant girlfriend 'tried to commit suicide in his holding cell'

  • The murder occurred on Thursday; Jackson allegedly tried to kill himself in a holding cell that afternoon but was stopped by a desk officer
  • Jackson, 43, has been charged with murder and possession of a gun in New York
The New York City father-of-three who allegedly shot dead his pregnant girlfriend tried to kill himself in his holding cell, police said.
Keith Jackson, 43, who is said to be addicted to angel dust and opiates, apparently tried to hang himself in his cell at the 121st Precinct stationhouse on Staten Island on Thursday, the New York Daily News reported.
Sources told the Daily News that he was stopped by a desk officer.

Jackson is accused of shooting Bridget Shenk at point blank range earlier on Thursday. She was three months pregnant.
The suspected murderer already had three girls, and allegedly told his girlfriend 'I hope you spit out a boy', after finding our she was pregnant.
Jackson was arrested at the scene and charged with murder and gun possession.
Talking to the New York Post, the victim's mother, Dorothy, said the couple had been arguing over his use of narcotics.
'At first, he didn't want any children,' she said.
'And when she found out she was pregnant, he said, "I hope you spit out a boy 'cause my track record sucks", because he has three girls.
'We would've known the sex of the baby in nine days, but the nine days are gonna be gone and she's gonna already be in the ground.'

The troubled couple lived together sporadically and Dorothy said Jackson 'had an issue' with angel dust - a powerful hallucinogenic.
Dorothy claimed Bridget spent her whole life dreaming of being a parent and that Jackson ripped that away from her.
She told the NYPD the suspected killer was put on opiates after knee surgery.
Dorothy said the drugs, which come legally in the form of codeine and morphine, are becoming the biggest killer drug on Staten Island.
'But it didn't kill him,' she added. 'It killed my baby, because my daughter's not here no more.'
Her daughter tried desperately to save her own life and that of her unborn child by crawling back inside her apartment, but she died in the doorway.

Cellphone video of the December 2016 incident shows an argument between Martin and Craig quickly escalating before he wrestles her and her teenage daughter to the ground and arrests them.
He later arrested another daughter who filmed the altercation.
Charges against Craig and her daughters were dropped, and Martin served a 10-day suspension for violating departmental policies.
'They still have every opportunity to provide justice to the Craig family, and they still fail to do so,' attorney Lee Merritt told CBS affiliate DFW11.

Viral footage of the arrests led to protests in Fort Worth, with community members accusing local law enforcement of brutality and racism.
The lawsuit comes off the heels of an 'eerily reminiscent' case involving another officer who was sacked from the Fort Worth police department on Monday.
Fort Worth Police Chief Joel Fitzgerald terminated 22-year veteran Sergeant Kenneth Pierce on December 18 following a review of an incident earlier in the year.
According to DFW11, Police in August arrived to the Fort Worth home of a woman who reported a domestic disturbance.
As she was retrieving her identification, as instructed, Fitzgerald said Pierce became 'impatient, initiated an unnecessary physical confrontation, and then ordered a rookie police officer to "Tase" the woman.'
Police said because the initial incident stemmed from a domestic disturbance call, they have chosen to withhold the woman's identity in the case.
'I'm confident that everyone who sees this video, including members of this department, will agree this supervisor's response and subsequent behaviors are absolutely unacceptable,' said Chief Fitzgerald.
'We are built on a foundation of being problem-solvers. Pierce responded in an opposite manner, and he escalated the situation endangering everyone involved including his fellow officers.'

Chicago woman, 26, 'paid a hitman $4,000 to kill a 33-year-old father-of-three who refused to drop charges against her boyfriend'

  • Brianna Smith has been charged with first-degree murder, is held without bail
  • She allegedly paid a hitman, who remains at large, to kill Reginald Jones in 2014
  • Jones was shot dead in Chicago's South Side on December 31 of that year
  • He refused to drop charges against her boyfriend, who first stole rims off his tires and later shot him multiple times
An Illinois woman is being held without bond for allegedly paying a hitman $4,000 to kill a tow truck driver who her boyfriend had previously tried to kill, court records indicate.
Brianna Smith, 26, has been charged with first-degree murder for helping to plot the murder of 33-year-old father-of-three Reginald Jones, who was gunned down in December 2014, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
In July 2013, Smith's boyfriend stole the rims off of the tires on Jones's car.

The two quarreled multiple times afterwards; during one fight, Smith's boyfriend shot at Jones multiple times.
The boyfriend was jailed for attempted murder and, Smith's prosecutors say, proceeded to pressure Jones into dropping his case by offering cash. Jones did not bow to said pressure.
Her prosecutors say that she and Smith then began to plan the demise of Jones.
Prosecutors cite evidence such as phone calls between Smith and her jailed boyfriend in which they discussed Jones; these calls were recorded.

Jones was killed on New Year's Eve in 2014 by a ski-mask wearing gunman at a tire shop in Chicago's South Side.
Prosecutors say the gunman, who remains at large, was later paid $4,000 by Smith.
Smith's boyfriend has not been charged in connection with planning Jones's murder.

A Texas woman has been arrested after allegedly attacking another woman with a baseball bat and then trying to run her over in a battle over a parking spot.
Ruthann Ezell, 37, was arrested on Sunday because of the allegations stemming from the incident on the same day.
The incident began after the other woman, who has not been named, was waiting to pull into a parking spot at the Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress, Texas, ABC13 reports.
In the process, the other woman apparently blocked Ezell from leaving her own parking spot.
It is not clear whether words were exchanged over this impasse.
But Ezell apparently proceeded to ram her vehicle into that of the other woman and then exited her vehicle armed with a baseball bat.
Apparently, Ezell then charged the other woman's vehicle and smashed in its windshield.

The mother of former Miami Heat power forward Chris Bosh has been arrested and charged with the exploitation of a disabled person whom authorities say she abused in the Texas home bought for her by the NBA star.

After conducting a December 19 raid at her DeSoto, Texas, home, police arrested Frieda Bosh, and charged her with forcing a disabled man to help her sell drugs, according to WFAA Channel 8 TV.
A police report says that investigators found drug paraphernalia and evidence that the 58-year-old Bosh had engaged in cocaine and heroin trafficking from her home.
Police allege that the elder Bosh and a former tenant, Johnathan Brown, forced the disabled man to deliver drugs for the pair under threat of physical harm. The victim was living in the Bosh home at the time.
Investigators also say that Bosh extorted from the disabled man most of his disability payments given to him for PTSD and depression. She also allegedly forced him to do housework to keep his room at the home.
Court papers also say that authorities assume that Bosh engaged in such behavior to obtain free drugs from her co-conspirator.
According to the Daily Mail the former Miami Heat player has been at odds with his mother for sometime and even tried to have her evicted from the Ohio home he purchased.
In a TMZ post from October, for instance, Mrs. Bosh complained that her famous son was trying to evict her. However, not long afterward, Bosh appealed the decision and won thereby ending up saving herself from being evicted. The woman also denied dealing drugs in the TMZ post
The former player is also battling to have his mother removed from his power of attorney to prevent her from having access to his finances.

Mother Allegedly Texted Photos of Herself Choking Her Baby with a Phone Charger

A Mississippi mother of two has been arrested for allegedly sending text messages claiming that she choked her baby with a phone charger and left her in a wooded area.

Deputies arrested Santangela Turner, 26, of Laurel, after she allegedly sent photos of herself using a white cord to strangle her three-month-old daughter’s neck and of the infant with a knife aimed at her neck, the Daily Mail reported.
The woman threatened to harm the infant in one of the text messages and added a photo of the baby with a cord wrapped around her neck, according to the Jones County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say Child Protective Services notified them of the alleged abuse December 13, and the sheriff’s office issued a warrant for Turner’s arrest.
The woman turned herself in on Monday, and authorities charged her with felony child abuse.
Turner’s family members told the judge at her initial court appearance Tuesday that she had been suffering from postpartum depression and had been seeking psychological treatment for the condition, WHPM reported.
The judge set Turner’s bail at $10,000 and ordered her to not have contact with any children, including her own.
Turner had been released from jail Wednesday afternoon, according to Daily Mail.

The Davis-Bacon Act of 1931 and the Breakdown of the Black Family

http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2017/12/the_davisbacon_act_of_1931_and_the_breakdown_of_the_black_family.html

Conservatives tend to regard the growing trend of single-parent families as an issue of personal responsibility, but what if the liberals who blame society are partly right? What if they can point their finger to a bill sponsored by two Republicans and signed into law by a Republican president?
Prior to the 1930s, the labor force participation rate for black Americans was roughly equal to that of whites. Following passage of the first federal minimum wage in 1931, these rates started to diverge, and from the 1950s to the present, national black unemployment has remained at double the rate for whites. This is not surprising: Minimum wage restrictions discourage businesses from hiring workers who are regarded as “less marketable” due to either their lack of experience or societal prejudice.
The impact of minimum wage on worker participation depends on how much it exceeds market-based wages. This in turn varies from state to state. Since information on the size of this gap is not easily available, the state “regulatory environment” as determined by Forbes magazine can serve a more comprehensive means for estimating of overall administrative barriers to job growth (including minimum wage).
To detect the effect of the regulatory environment on black Americans I limited the data to states with significant black populations because these states are more likely to provide a representative sample for this group. Based on this sub-sample the line representing blacks is noticeably steeper than the line representing whites (Fig. 1). This means that the “employment gap” between blacks and whites widens as state regulations become less conducive to business.

Fig. 1: Based on data from Forbes (2016), the  U.S. Census Bureau (2015), and the Bureau of Labor Statistics (2015) as cited by Thomas C. Frohlich in 24/7 Wall Street. 24/7 Wall Street.
Federal expenditures to states obscure the effect of overregulation because federal jobs and grants can make up for the lack of private investment. For example, despite having one of the worst regulatory environments in the U.S. (ranks 48 out of 50), the state of Hawaii has one of the lowest unemployment rates. Does this mean that federal “investments” are a good strategy for narrowing the employment gap? Not really: Large federal expenditures are justified in regions with an extensive military infrastructure (like Hawaii or Guam), but spending for the sole purpose of “economic stimulus” is a zero-sum game that worsens the national debt while adding nothing to the national economy. Hence, to more accurately detect the effect of regulatory environment on states, it is necessary to limit the sample to states with less federal land because these states rely less on federal employment and control more of their own resources.
When the sample is limited to states with minimal federal land, the line representing black unemployment becomes much steeper (Fig. 2). On the right side of the graph the average employment gap between blacks and whites is 8 points. On the left side the gap is only 3.5 percentage points (Fig. 3). For the state of Indiana, the gap is a mere 2.5 points. During this time the governor of Indiana was Mike Pence.

If equality is so important to progressives, why is the right side of the graph dominated by states that have voted Democratic since 1992?
Rep. John Lewis recently cancelled his scheduled appearance at the opening of a civil rights museum upon learning that Donald Trump would be attending. On hisown website, the 1960s civil rights veteran denounced Trump’s policies as “hurtful” and “an insult” to the people portrayed in this civil rights museum. Since Trump has neglected to burn incense on the altar of diversity, how have black Americans faired under the Trump administration?
Based on data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, black unemployment in September reached its lowest point in 17 years. It may get even better given the unprecedented rate at which this president is undoing the burdensome regulations of the Obama administration. If you are among those who condemn the congressional Republicans who did not let Obama raise the minimum wage to $10 per hour, then you should do your homework on Davis-Bacon.
The Davis-Bacon Act was co-sponsored by Sen. James J. Davis (R-PA) and Rep. Robert L. Bacon (R-NY) and signed into law by president Herbert Hoover in 1931. According to the Foundation for Economic Education this law was originally designed to protect white workers from competition, presumably from the minorities who worked for lower wages. You may dispute the law’s intent, but you cannot wish away data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
chart from Heritage Foundation shows how the percent of black children born out of wedlock started rising steadily after 1940, when it was originally 15%. Today it is over 70%. If this is a “legacy of slavery” why were there less single mothers during the era of Jim Crow? If this was precipitated by a “brain drain” of black professionals during desegregation, why did this trend begin thirteen years prior to Martin Luther King’s march on Washington? Could it be the drug trafficking, or might this be a just symptom of the chronic unemployment in these communities?
The steady trend towards single-parent households started within the decade that followed the Davis-Bacon Act. I doubt this is a coincidence, because few things are more damaging to a man’s self-respect than undermining his means to make an honest living.
But what about those generous social benefits in New England? Is being chronically unemployed in Rhode Island preferable to being “stuck” in a low-wage job in Nebraska? Which option is more “hurtful” and “insulting”? Which is a greater barrier to success and personal fulfillment?
If my children ever regard the first option as remotely preferable I will have failed in my role as a father.

Four teenage boys have been charged with murder in an Ohio juvenile court in connection with the death of a man struck by a sandbag thrown from an interstate overpass.
Prosecutors filed the charges Tuesday in Toledo against the boys, ages 13 to 15, The Toledo Blade reported.
The teens initially were charged with the juvenile equivalent of felonious assault.
Marquise Byrd, 22, died Friday at a hospital.
The driver of the car, who has not been identified, suffered minor injuries.
The Warren, Michigan, father of a one-year-old boy was sitting in the front passenger seat of a car traveling south on Interstate 75 in Toledo when a sandbag smashed through the windshield on December 19.
The Lucas County Coroner's Office says Byrd died of blunt-force trauma injuries to the head and neck.
Police and a prosecutor have said the teens threw other objects from the overpass that night.
Byrd, who was engaged to be married, was on his way to visit friends in Toledo.
Byrd was a front-seat passenger in a southbound vehicle on Interstate 75 (above) in Toledo, Ohio, when he was struck by a sandbag

His family is demanding that authorities charge the four teens as adults.
'I would appreciate if [the boys' parents] could at least call my auntie and tell her they're sorry,' Byrd's cousin, Shaveontae King, told the Blade.
King said Byrd was like a brother to her.
When asked to describe him, she said: 'Young, energetic, outgoing, lovable. He had a bright smile.'
Officers received a call at 10:10pm on December 19. They responded to the scene and saw the teenagers leaving the area after the incident.

King said she has no sympathy for the teens and wants authorities to charge them as adults.
'My auntie has to bury her son. He's gone. He's never coming back,' she King said.
'She's holding up the best she can.'
So far, Ohio prosecutors said there are no plans to transfer the teens' cases from the juvenile department to adult jurisdiction.
Lori Olender, the deputy chief of the county prosecutor's juvenile division, said that since the teens have no prior criminal records, there is a risk prosecutors would lose if they were tried as adults.
