Xinran
Ji, 24, had big dreams. But demons demolished them.
The bright hopes of young Xinran Ji, a University
of Southern California engineering student from Inner Mongolia, died in 2014 at
the hands of a then-19-year-old "Dreamer" and his thug pals. Mexican
illegal alien Jonathan DelCarmen, who first jumped the southern border at age
12, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder last summer in the savage robbery
and fatal beating of Ji -- who was walking home from a study group after
midnight.
No, it wasn't President Trump, ICE agents,
Republicans or conservative talk show hosts who racially profiled Xinran Ji. It
was "Dreamer" DelCarmen and his partners in crime: Alberto Ochoa, 17,
Andrew Garcia, 18, and Alejandra Guerrero, 16. The gangsters targeted Ji
because he was Asian and assumed he "must have money." Guerrero had
sent Facebook messages about wanting to "flock" (rob) white and
Chinese people. Off-campus neighborhoods around USC are dominated by Mexican
Mafia affiliates that target foreign students and shake down local businesses
owned by law-abiding immigrants.
"Dreamer" DelCarmen and his friends stalked
Ji on a street corner in south central L.A. before bashing him in the head with
a baseball bat and a wrench. The attack was caught on multiple security
cameras. Ji managed to stagger home to his apartment, leaving a quarter-mile
trail of blood behind him.
Sometime during the night, Xinran Ji died in his
bed. And the aspirations of his family, who sacrificed everything to send him
to America to pursue his studies, perished with him.
"Dreamer" DelCarmen and his friends drove off to a nearby beach
to rob two more innocent people in a city and state that have defiantly
declared themselves "sanctuaries" for people in the United States
illegally -- not for the best and brightest like Xinran Ji, but for lawless
barbarians like Jonathan DelCarmen.
"It's like heaven fell down," Ji's father
told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge George Lomeli at Garcia's
sentencing hearing.
"His life was taken by these demons,"
Ji's aunt added. "They robbed and killed an innocent youth with very
vicious means, and this was inhuman."
Garcia received life in prison without the
possibility of parole. Ji's parents' sentence was far worse: a brutal, violent
and permanent separation from their only child. In Washington, D.C., however,
some families matter more than others. And victims of indiscriminate open
borders, like Xinran Ji, don't exist.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, proud promoter
of sanctuary policies for illegal immigrants, led more than two dozen Democrats
in turning the State of the Union address into "Take an Illegal Alien to
Work Day."
Platitudes whitewash bloody reality.
"I want to be clear: DREAMers are
Americans," declared Rep. Nita Lowey, D-N.Y., who invited an illegal alien
from El Salvador who now works at Apple. "They contribute to our economy,
our communities and our strength and stability as a nation."
Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., brought a Mexican illegal
alien, Cesar Montelongo, now enrolled in the M.D.-Ph.D. program at Loyola
University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
"I hope Cesar's presence reminds President
Trump what's at stake in the debate over DACA: the lives of hundreds of
thousands of innocent young people who want to contribute to our country's
future."
Democrats and pro-amnesty radicals protest any
glint of sunlight shed on the destructive consequences of not enforcing our
nation's immigration laws. They claim it's unfair to focus on single cases or
"anecdotes," even as they promote DACA recipients as a holy,
unassailable class of "honor roll students, star athletes, talented
artists and valedictorians."
This propaganda, to which open-borders Republicans
have fecklessly capitulated, is an offense to decency and truth. Xinran Ji was
an innocent young person pursuing his educational dreams in America. He planned
to return to China to use his knowledge to secure a better future for himself,
his family and his community.
The blind beatification and elevation of illegal
immigrant "Dreamers" above law-abiding native Americans, naturalized
Americans, legal immigrants and their families will be the ruin of us all.
77 Illegal Aliens, Including Children, Found in Sweltering ‘UPS Truck’
Francois Mori / Associated Press
Federal authorities detained two illegal aliens and one U.S. citizen on Monday after a California Highway Patrol officer pulled over a suspicious brown delivery truck and found it to be stuffed with 77 profusely sweating illegal aliens, including five children.
The brown truck, which had the appearance of a UPS truck, had no tags and was weaving down Old Highway 80 in San Diego when the officer noticed it and performed a traffic stop. The
San Diego Union-Tribune reported that a U.S. Border Patrol agent who was passing by stopped to offer assistance to the officer.
The agent noticed the truck was riding very low. He noticed fresh paint on the truck and could smell a mix of body odor and a commonly used Mexican soap, according to the report, which cited court documents filed in San Diego federal court on Tuesday.
The driver, U.S. citizen Shawn Lee Seiler, allegedly told authorities that he was the truck’s owner and consented to a search of the vehicle. Upon opening the back doors of the truck, the agent discovered 77 illegal aliens, sweating profusely. San Diego has been experiencing warm winter weather in recent days — more than ten degrees above average,
according to local NBC 7.
Seiler reportedly admitted that he is a human smuggler. The complaint stated that he told investigators that he originally expected to be trafficking 50 illegal aliens and that he would be paid $100 dollars a head, which would mean a $5,000 payout. Instead, 77 were stuffed into the vehicle.
Seiler was arrested for transporting illegal aliens for financial gain. Two of the 77 illegal aliens were detained and will be charged, as they had prior deportations, one on January 9 through San Ysidro and the other on May 14, 2015 at El Paso according to the Union-Tribune . The remaining 75 foreign nationals were detained as material witnesses in the case.
In a similar case, Border Patrol agents in South Texas
caught a human smuggler trying to sneak 22 illegal aliens in a tractor-trailer through the Falfurrias Border Patrol Checkpoint on December 31, according to reporting by Breitbart Texas.
Last October, a truck driver
pleaded guilty to “Transporting Undocumented Aliens Resulting in Death” after transporting around 200 illegal aliens in his tractor-trailer in Texas. Ten of those, locked for hours in the trailer, died in the severe Texas heat.

Over 100 Migrants Found Dying of Asphyxiation in Tractor-Trailer Headed for Texas

CIUDAD VICTORIA, Tamaulipas — The discovery of over 100 migrants headed to Texas took place at a military checkpoint just 30 minutes north of Ciudad Victoria, the capital of Tamaulipas. According to information released by Mexico’s National Immigration Institute (INM), the discovery became a rescue operation once authorities realized the health conditions of the migrants.
According to immigration officials, the migrants showed signs of acute dehydration and asphyxia leading authorities to rush medical personnel to the scene to provide needed care. The ones that showed the worst signs were 39 underage teens and children, of those, 10 were unaccompanied.
The migrants have been identified as all being from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador. Authorities arrested Mexican nationals Ruben “N” and Orbelin “N” who have been singled out as the drivers and human smugglers.
The suspects claimed to have left the southern state of Chiapas and to have been headed to the U.S-Mexico border. The migrants were taken to Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office in Ciudad Victoria so INM could contact their respective consulates and carry out their deportations. The suspects were taken to the same building, but are facing federal charges.
Editor’s Note: Breitbart Texas traveled to the Mexican States of Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Nuevo León to recruit citizen journalists willing to risk their lives and expose the cartels silencing their communities. The writers would face certain death at the hands of the various cartels that operate in those areas including the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas if a pseudonym were not used. Breitbart Texas’ Cartel Chronicles are published in both English and in their original Spanish . This article was written by “Francisco Morales” from Tamaulipas.

Dems Boo When Trump Notes Illegal Immigrant Crime, Get Quiet
When He Points to Grieving Parents in Balcony
In one of the most heartbreaking and poignant moments of
President Trump's first State of the Union address, the 45th president
acknowledged two sets of parents whose children had been killed by illegal
immigrants. Nisa Mickens, 16, and Kayla Cuevas, 15, were killed by MS-13 gang
members in Long Island in September 2016. Their parents, Evelyn Rodriguez,
Freddy Cuevas, Elizabeth Alvarado and Robert Mickens, were in the
chamber Tuesday night to be recognized by the president.
"Everyone in
America is grieving for you," Trump told the parents, who were sobbing as
Trump recounted their story.
Millions of
Americans' "hearts are breaking," he added. "We love you."
Observers
in the room, including Townhall's Katie Pavlich, noted how Democrats booed when
Trump mentioned illegal immigrant crime, but got suddenly silent when he
pointed to the grieving parents in the balcony.
Others noted that some Democrats even remained seated while
Trump recognized the two hurting families.
It's one thing to
disagree on illegal immigration, but to not even acknowledge these heartbroken
parents who lost so much?

Disgusting: Smirking Illegal Immigrant Proud of Killing Policemen

Luis Enrique Monroy Bracamontes, 37, is the illegal immigrant currently on trial for killing two Northern California sheriff's deputies in 2014. His trial began on Tuesday and his behavior proved that he was not remorseful even the least.
He was proud of his murders. If he had the chance, he'd do it again.
"I wish I had killed more of the motherf***ers," Bracamontes
said in the courtroom. "I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me...There's no need for a f***ing trial."
The two slain officers, Detective Michael Davis Jr. and Deputy Sheriff Danny Oliver, were killed in a shootout that started at a Motel 6 parking lot in October 2014.
Sacramento Superior Court Judge Steve White temporarily removed the jury and
warned Bracamontes to stop his shocking courtroom antics. His defense lawyers tried to get the judge to reconsider their client's mental capacity.
“We believe Mr. Bracamontes’ outbursts, his laughter, are a function of his mental illness,” public defender Jeffrey Barbour said.
The judge declined.
After hearing the defendant's outburst, Davis's aunt, Pam Davis Owens, shared her outrage over California's sanctuary city status for illegal immigrants.
"Illegal alien: call it what it is," she
fumed .
If convicted, Bracamontes may get the death penalty. Owens said she hopes to be there "to watch him draw his last breath."
