ICE investigation uncovers company that defrauded Americans out of jobs.

Immigration fraud has been identified as a key method of entry and embedding for international terrorists, and fugitives from justice and for transnational gang members. This was the underlying premise for my booklet, Immigration Fraud: Lies That Kill.
However immigration fraud may also be committed by companies who seek to create the illusion of complying with our nation’s immigration laws while, in reality, discriminating against American workers by hiring foreign workers for whom they apply for temporary work visas such as the H-2B visa.
It is important to remember that prior to World War II the primary authority for the enforcement and administration of our nation’s immigration laws was primarily vested in the Labor Department to protect American workers from unfair competition from foreign workers. This was of particular importance back then as America was attempting to dig out of the Great Depression.
Our immigration laws were enacted to protect national security, American lives and the livelihoods of Americans.
Nevertheless, wacky candidates for political office such as television actress Cynthia Nixon, who is seeking to unseat New York Governor’s Andrew Cuomo, has called for dismantling ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) as reported in the June 22, 2018 New York Post article, Cynthia Nixon labels ICE a ‘terrorist organization’
On June 26, 2018 the Department of Justice issued a press release, Justice Department Settles Claims Against Landscaping Company for Discriminating Against U.S. Workers.
Here is how the DOJ press release begins:
The Justice Department today reached a settlement agreement with Triple H Services LLC, (Triple H), a landscaping company based in Newland, North Carolina, that conducts business in Virginia and four other states. The agreement resolves the Department’s investigation into whether Triple H discriminated against qualified and available U.S. workers based on their citizenship status by preferring to hire temporary workers with H-2B visas, in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).The Department’s investigation found that although Triple H went through the motions of advertising over 450 landscape laborer vacancies in five states, it did so in a manner that misled U.S. workers about the available positions and prevented or deterred some from applying. The Department found that Triple H did not consider several qualified U.S. workers who applied for positions in Virginia during the recruitment period, and instead hired H-2B visa workers. In several states where jobs were available, the Department found that Triple H prematurely closed the online job application process for U.S. worker applicants, filled positions with H-2B visa workers without first advertising the jobs to U.S. workers in the relevant locations, or advertised vacancies in a manner that did not make the postings visible to job seekers using state workforce agency online services.The Department concluded that in taking these actions, Triple H effectively denied U.S. workers access to jobs based on its preference for hiring temporary H-2B visa workers to fill the positions. Refusing to consider or hire qualified and available U.S. workers based on their citizenship status violates the INA’s anti-discrimination provision, regardless of whether an employer has complied with other rules governing the use of temporary employment-based visa programs.
A common claim made by anti-American globalists is that the “immigrants do the work Americans won’t do” while blithely ignoring that Americans will do any job, for a reasonable wage under lawful conditions.
On a personal note, my dad was a tradesman/construction worker, a plumber who worked with his buddies in the construction trades on all sorts of job sites building houses and office buildings. He worked on the 1964 New York World’s Fair and on John F. Kennedy International Airport.
For my dad and his co-workers, the word “impossible” did not exist. For them that word simply represented a challenge because they did not believe that any job was too filthy, dangerous or back-breaking to do.
Today millions of hard-working Americans of every race, religion and ethnicity continue to trudge off to their jobs the are fundamental to our nation, happy to earn that all-important paycheck.
Unscrupulous employers, however, seek to slash their costs by hiring and exploiting foreign workers who are often less qualified than their American counterparts but are willing to work for substandard wages under substandard conditions.
While globalists frequently attempt to play the “compassion card” there is nothing compassionate about exploiting foreign workers or screwing American workers out of their jobs.
The Democratic Party that used to represent American blue collar workers have sold them out by advocating for the flooding of America with huge numbers of foreign workers. Often American and lawful immigrants pay for this betrayal with their jobs and their ability to support themselves and their families. All too often this results in these American and lawful immigrants becoming homeless.
Homelessness has soared to record levels, often engendering the separation of children from their parents. Ironically while the Democrats vociferously wailed about the administration prosecuting illegal aliens who are caught entering the United States covertly, without inspection and hence separating the children from their parents, these same politicians completely ignore the way that American kids have been taken from their homeless parents.
The investigation into the discriminatory hiring practices of Triple H Services addressed in the DOJ press release uncovered apparent fraud.
Undoubtedly there are many, many other companies operating throughout the United States who defraud various elements of the immigration system to displace American workers to drive down wages and, perhaps, force their workers to work under illegally dangerous conditions.
All that continues to protect them from discovery is the abject lack of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents.
As I noted in my previous article, neither of the bills proposed by House Speaker Ryan or House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte include the funds to hire a single additional ICE agent, although the Goodlatte Bill would increase staffing at CBP (Customs and Border Protection) by 10,000 employees, with half going for the hiring of additional Border Patrol agents.
However, help is on the way.
On June 26, 2018 ICE posted a press release that simply reads, ICE is Hiring.
As we have seen with ramping up enforcement along the U.S./Mexican border, by the stated policy of “Zero Tolerance” for illegal entry of aliens, focusing all efforts on that dangerous and problematic border will not, ultimately succeed.
In November 2001, just weeks after the attacks of September 11 I testified at a hearing before the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus chaired by Congressman Tom Tancredo to explore how the immigration system had failed to abysmally as to permit our nation to suffer the worst terror attack in the history of our nation.
In my prepared testimony I raised the issue of the need to think of the immigration enforcement program as resting on the three legs of what I described as the “Immigration Enforcement Tripod.” In my concept the Border Patrol enforces our immigration laws from between ports of entry, the Inspectors enforce the immigration laws at ports of entry and the special agents of the INS (today ICE) enforce our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States.
Traditionally, that third leg representing the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States has always been much shorter than the other legs. Consequently aliens came to expect that if they can, by whatever means possible, enter the United States, they will have little to fear if they violate our immigration laws, commit crimes or attempt to defraud the immigration system to acquire lawful status by committing immigration fraud.
Similarly, employers who hire illegal aliens or engage in fraud to discriminate against American workers also have virtually nothing to fear.
Of course, the abomination of Sanctuary Cities exacerbate this problem in apparent violation of Title 8 U.S. Code § 1324 which deems the aiding, abetting, inducing, harboring and shielding illegal aliens from detention to be felonies when done by individuals or organizations.
While a border wall would help to secure that dangerous U.S./Mexican border, without meaningful interior enforcement of our immigration laws, aliens will continue to find ways of entering the United States, spurred on by Sanctuary Cities and Sanctuary States and a lack of assets for the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States.
Once again the Trump administration is acting to close the loopholes and thus protect national security, public safety and the livelihoods of American and lawful immigrant workers.
Only fools could argue with those vital goals.

Pollak: New Democrat Heroine Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Is an Anti-Israel Radical
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the 28-year-old democratic socialist who became an instant Democratic Party heroine by unseating party caucus chair Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY) in Tuesday’s New York primary, is an anti-Israel radical.
Her victory is a further sign of the Democratic Party’s slide toward the extreme left — and toward the anti-Israel left in particular.
During her primary election, Ocasio-Cortez tweeted passionately about an alleged Israeli “massacre” of Palestinian “protesters” at the Gaza border, citing an Al Jazeera article.
This is a massacre.
I hope my peers have the moral courage to call it such.
No state or entity is absolved of mass shootings of protesters. There is no justification. Palestinian people deserve basic human dignity, as anyone else.
Democrats can’t be silent about this anymore.
But those killed at the Gaza border were not “protesters.” The vast majority — 50 of 62 — were members of Hamas, a terrorist organization devoted to the destruction of Israel and the murder of Jews. They were not demonstrating against Israel. They were attempting to breach the border so they could carry out attacks against Israeli civilians.
Far from carrying out a “massacre,” Israeli forces showed extraordinary restraint, using pinpoint attacks to target the terrorists and avoid hitting the many human shields — including children — that Hamas marched to the fence. In the event, the so-called “peaceful” protesters set fire to Israeli fields nearby using kites equipped with explosives.
Ocasio-Cortez brought up the Gaza deaths again after a debate with a Crowley surrogate who claimed — bizarrely — that the incumbent supported the move of the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. (Like every other Democrat, Crowley failed to show up for the event, or for a party held to celebrate it in Washington, D.C.) That was too much for Ocasio-Cortez, who not only opposed the embassy move but also cited the Hamas dead in doing so:
In a bizarre twist, Rep. Crowley sent a woman with slight resemblance to me as his official surrogate to last night’s debate.@repjoecrowley’s surrogate said he is in full support of Trump’s embassy change in Israel last month (where 60 people died).
The community was in shock.
The Jewish radicals of J Street will, no doubt, be thrilled to have another member of Congress who supports Hamas over Israel, and will rush to her defense. But for the few Democrats who still support Israel, her victory is worrying.
Ocasio-Cortez’s anti-Israel views are of a piece with her radical policies in general — such as government health care for all, free college tuition, guaranteed federal jobs, and abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). (At least she is consistent: she does not believe in a border fence with Gaza or a border wall with Mexico.) Her campaign even adopted the zombie-like “mic check” first seen at radical Occupy Wall Street protests in 2011.
Ocasio-Cortez’s anti-Israel views, like her other socialist policies, are ill-informed and would have devastating consequences if enacted. She is not stupid: far from it, the Boston University graduate is whip-smart. But like other far-left millennials, she has mastered the finer details of a fictional universe.
These are positions she will not easily walk back. Her victory has thrilled the Democratic base, but it spells trouble for the party, and for the country.

What the New York primary
victory of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez means

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a member of the Democratic Socialists of
America, defeated the fourth-ranking member of the Democratic leadership of the
House of Representatives, Congressman Joseph Crowley, in Tuesday’s primary
election in the 14th Congressional District of New York.
There is no doubt that the vote for Ocasio-Cortez reflects the
mounting opposition in the working class to the corporate-controlled politics
of both the Democratic and Republican parties. There is a growing
radicalization among working people, powerfully expressed in the wave of
teachers’ strikes earlier this year.
The defeat of Crowley demonstrates the popular hostility towards
the Democratic Party establishment. In a district with a population of more
than 700,000, where the incumbent won 83 percent of the vote in 2016, a leader
of the congressional Democrats received barely 11,000 votes. Given its outlay
of $3.4 million (according to the Federal Election Commission), the Crowley
campaign spent more than $300 for each vote.
Despite the repudiation of Crowley, however, the politics of
Ocasio-Cortez and the DSA offer no way forward for the working class. There is
not a hint of socialism in her program (the word itself does not appear on her
web site), and both the candidate and the DSA have sought to downplay their
connection. Anyone who suggests that her victory marks a shift to the left by
the Democratic Party should be told, in no uncertain terms: Curb your
enthusiasm!
The DSA is not fighting for socialism, but to strengthen the
Democratic Party, one of the two main capitalist parties in the United States,
which shares responsibility with the Republican Party for all the crimes
committed by American imperialism around the world and against the working
class at home.
Ocasio-Cortez ran on a program that combined bargain-basement
populism—Crowley takes money from corporations and real estate interests,
Crowley lives in the Washington suburbs and doesn’t understand the problems of
the working people who live in Queens and the Bronx—with support for the
Democratic Party as an institution.
In her first post-election interview on CNN. Ocasio-Cortez
affirmed her undying loyalty to the Democratic Party, declaring, “I’m proud to
be a Democrat. I was raised in a Democratic family, with Democratic values.”
She has stated that her main goal is to help the Democrats recapture control of
the House of Representatives in the November midterm election.
One might ask, in response to such political boilerplate, what in
Ocasio-Cortez’s 28 years of life has the Democratic Party done to deserve such
loyalty? What are the great achievements of the Democratic Party in that period
of time: The abolition of welfare? The deregulation of the financial system?
The bombing of Serbia? The bailout of Wall Street? The slashing of wages for
autoworkers? Drone-missile warfare? The destruction of Syria, Libya, Yemen and
other countries? The build-up of NSA spying? More deportations than in any
other period in US history?
Ocasio-Cortez does not address such questions. Instead, she has
committed herself to support “without question” whomever the Democratic Party
nominates in 2020 to run against President Trump, including a corporate Democrat
like Hillary Clinton or the junior senator from New York Kirsten Gillibrand.
While declining to declare at this moment her support for Nancy Pelosi as the
leader of the House Democrats, she said, “It’s entirely possible to support
her.”
Ocasio-Cortez embraced the Democratic Congressional Campaign
Committee’s tactic of running conservative candidates in so-called “swing”
districts, including dozens of candidates drawn from the military and
intelligence agencies. But she advocates selecting more liberal candidates,
like herself, in “safe” districts like the Fourteenth.
The program offered by Ocasio-Cortez is a considerably
watered-down version of the program on which Bernie Sanders ran in 2016:
single-payer health care, a federal jobs guarantee, free college tuition, a
$15-an-hour minimum wage. Like Sanders, she avoids all foreign policy issues,
saying nothing about the ongoing US-backed wars in Syria, Afghanistan and
Yemen, or the campaign of drone-missile assassinations launched by Obama and
continued by Trump.
She calls for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE)—currently a popular slogan given the horrific scenes of children being
ripped away from their parents—but she does not advocate the abolition of the
CIA torture machine, the Pentagon’s Special Forces assassins, or the National
Security Agency, which spies on the communications of all Americans.
Even in relation to the border, Ocasio-Cortez said in her CNN
interview that ICE would have to be replaced with “a humane agency,” because,
“We do need to make sure that our borders are secure.”
The widely circulated campaign video narrated by the candidate
falsely presents her as a typical young woman of the working class for whom
“going into politics wasn’t in the plan.” Actually, Ocasio-Cortez was groomed
for a career in Democratic Party politics. As soon as she graduated from Boston
University, she was recruited to work in the office of Massachusetts Senator
Edward Kennedy. Then, after a few years running a business start-up in the Bronx,
she became a full-time organizer for the Sanders presidential campaign, laying
the groundwork for her successful run for a congressional seat.
Her campaign sought to combine invocations of identity
politics—Crowley is 56, white and male, Ocasio-Cortez is 28, Hispanic and
female—with a broader appeal to a district that is largely working class but
very mixed racially, and with a huge immigrant population. In her campaign
video and other materials, Ocasio-Cortez invariably describes herself as
“working class” and claims to defend the interests of working people against
corporate influence.
But using the term “working class” is by no means the same thing
as advocating a program that meets the needs of workers. In class terms, she
represents a section of the petty bourgeoisie, particularly Hispanic
businessmen and political operatives who have been excluded from their “fair
share” by the more powerful Wall Street interests that dominate the Democratic
Party. She says nothing at all about the most fundamental question facing
humanity, the mounting threat of imperialist war fought with nuclear weapons.
Ocasio-Cortez is a bourgeois politician, not a socialist. She does
not question the economic foundations of capitalist society—the ownership of
the banks and giant corporations by a financial aristocracy. She does not
suggest that the property system in America or the accumulation of unheard-of
wealth by a tiny fraction of the population should be questioned, let alone
ended.
There’s not a hint in her politics of industrial democracy or
workers’ rights in the workplace. There is not even Sanders’ verbal
condemnation—as phony as it is—of the billionaires, many of whom, in New York
City, are Democrats. At best, hers is a mildly reformist program that would
have been entirely unexceptional in the Democratic Party of 1965.
And even these piddling reforms are predicated on an absurdity:
the reform of the Democratic Party, one of the two political instruments
through which the financial oligarchy rules America—a party that has moved
drastically to the right over the past half-century.
This is the essential perspective of the Democratic Socialists of
America. The DSA seeks to build a somewhat broader base for the Democratic
Party, the historical graveyard of all movements from below that have sought to
challenge American imperialism. It seeks to put a progressive face on this
right-wing party in order to block any independent challenge by the working
class to the entire framework of corporate power.
The Socialist Equality Party fights to mobilize the working class
through the building of a new, mass political movement completely independent
of the Democratic Party and capitalist politics as a whole. Whether in support
of striking teachers, or fighting for the freedom of immigrants persecuted by
the Trump administration, or in the electoral arena, the SEP continuously warns
that working people cannot take a single step forward without breaking free of
the straitjacket of the corporate-controlled two-party system.
The SEP is running Niles Niemuth for Congress in Michigan on a
program diametrically opposed to the pro-capitalist politics of the pseudo-left
DSA. The Ocasio-Cortez campaign is not a step towards the liberation of the
working class from capitalist politics, but an effort to create a political
roadblock to the building of the genuinely independent movement of the working
class based on a socialist and antiwar program that is represented by the SEP.

At Least 13 Gaza Terror Rockets Fired at Israel
The Times of Israel reports: Rocket sirens blared throughout the predawn hours of Wednesday morning in the Israeli communities surrounding the Gaza Strip as Palestinians launched over a dozen rockets at southern Israel after the military struck a Hamas vehicle in the center of the coastal enclave.
The alarms rang out in towns and small communities throughout the Eshkol, Sha’ar Hanegev, Sdot Negev and Hof Ashkelon regions, several times from approximately 1:45 a.m. to 4 a.m., sending thousands of Israeli running into bomb shelters.
At least three rockets were intercepted by the Iron Dome missile defense system. There were no reports of casualties or damage in Israel. In addition, no rocket impacts were reported inside Israeli communities.

‘Abolish ICE!’ Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Upsets Rep. Joe Crowley in New York Primary
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 28-year-old, Bernie-Sanders-supporting political novice, has defeated incumbent Rep. Joe Crowley (D-NY) in the 14th congressional district in the New York primary.
With 88% of precincts reporting in the heavily-Democratic district that spans Queens and the Bronx, Ocasio-Cortez had crushed Crowley, 57.6% to 42.4%, a margin of nearly 3,600 votes.
CNN notes that Ocasio-Cortez is a self-described “democratic socialist.”
Crowley, currently in his 10th term and the chair of the House Democratic Caucus — ranked 4th in the whole caucus — was considered a possible future candidate for Speaker of the House, and had not faced a primary challenge in 14 years.
He has now become the first major casualty of the so-called “Resistance” — the left-wing movement that emerged to oppose President Donald Trump but has also clashed with the Democratic Party establishment.

Politico observes that Ocasio-Cortez “challenged Crowley on ideological and racial grounds.” She argued that the district needed a more left-wing representative, as well as someone who reflected the “majority-minority” demographic of the area, which has become increasingly Latino. (Or, as she prefers, “Latinx.”)
It’s time we say it: New York politics has an enormous misogyny problem. It has far-reaching consequences.

In the last days before the primary, Ocasio-Cortez traveled to McAllen, Texas to join left-wing protests against President Trump’s immigration policies. She organized a large volunteer contingent to canvass her district while she was away.
In order for me to go to the border 2 days before the primary, our whole movement nationwide had to come together & hold it down in New York City.
They did.@DFAaction, @justicedems & @BrandNew535 all sent staff to manage canvasses.
Supporters drove in from OH, VA, MA & more.
Ocasio-Cortez also appears to hold anti-Israel views, calling Israel’s response to violent Hamas “protests” at the Gaza border a “massacre.”

Ocasio-Cortez enjoyed the support of left-wing celebrities like Susan Sarandon, who hails from the area. Her campaign ads were sharp, innovative, and eye-catching. And she drew on widespread grassroots frustration with the Democratic Party establishment.
The left may have found a new standard-bearer — and Republicans may have found a new target.

'Abolish ICE, Medicare For All:' Meet the Hard-Left Socialist Who Just Stunned a Senior House Democrat
Matt filled you in on some of last night's primaries earlier today, paying special attention to the shocking victory of far-left upstart Alexandria Octavio-Cortez over the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, Rep. Joe Crowley. In addition to being a current member of his party's Congressional leadership, the defeated incumbent was widely considered to be a potential option for Speaker of the House, in the event that Democrats recapture the lower chamber in November. Many rank-and-file members and candidates have either grumbled about or openly campaigned against Nancy Pelosi, so other scenarios are being somewhat conspicuously discussed -- more than a few featuring Crowley. "In recent months, he had begun meeting with lawmakers in small groups in a quiet effort to prepare for a bid for the speakership," the New York Times reported. Well, he can now cancel the rest of those meetings, and House Democrats can scratch Joe Crowley off their list.
Ms. Octavio-Cortez puts a young, fresh face on the old-school hard Left, having organized for fellow Socialist Bernie Sanders in 2016. As a woman of color and an intense progressive, she marshaled her party's base, ideologically outflanking her heavily-favored opponent. He vastly outspent her, and occasionally ignored and dismissed her. That latter calculation was a mistake; he had an identity politics problem, and never captured (or perhaps fully understood) the radical energy that's animating the core of today's Democratic Party. Sensing some danger, Crowley attempted to pander, calling ICE a "fascist" organization; but that couldn't compete with her calls for its dissolution:

“More than one million immigrants have been deported since President Obama took office,” the 2011 PBS “Frontline” Lost in Detention contended. “Under his administration, deportations and detentions have reached record levels. The get-tough policy has brought complaints of abuse and harsh treatment, including charges that families have been unfairly separated after being caught in the nationwide dragnet.”
As Cecilia Muñoz, White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs explained, “Even if the immigration law is executed with perfection, there will be parents separated from their children.” As it turns out, that separation policy was intentional, and the Obama administration deployed it to enrich cronies.
“Texas-based Southwest Key Programs has taken in roughly $1 billion in federal contracts since the Obama administration,” Fox News reports, “and is expected to receive about $500 million this year to house and provide services for immigrant children.” Southwest Key holds a total of “more than 5,000 immigrant children, about 10 percent of whom are said to have been separated from their families since May, when the new policy was announced. On Sunday a justifiably outraged President Trump called for the former Obama administration to be investigated for its unprecedented and profoundly un-American spying and sabotage operation against the 2016 Trump campaign.
“I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look into whether or not the [Federal Bureau of Investigation/Department of Justice] infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political Purposes – and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!” Trump tweeted Sunday at 1:37 p.m.
Just the day before, President Trump had written on Twitter, “If the FBI or DOJ was infiltrating a campaign for the benefit of another campaign, that is a really big deal.”
The presidential demand for action comes after days of dramatic, detailed revelations about the plot to undermine the Trump campaign, transition team, and presidency began surfacing in news accounts.
On Thursday it was revealed that the FBI illicitly put together a spy ring as part of something called Operation Crossfire Hurricane and that at least one informant was a member of the Trump campaign.
On Friday the New York Times reported the campaign-embedded snitch was an American teaching in the United Kingdom.
By Saturday, media reports indicated the rat-fink in question was Stefan Halper, who is currently Director of American Studies in Cambridge University's Department of Politics and International Studies and a research professor at the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C. Halper served in the White House during the Nixon and Ford administrations. Halper hates Trump. How he got on Trump’s campaign staff is not clear.
“Unless WaPo & NYT articles are wrong, it seems that an informant (spy) for the Obama administration (paid tax payer dollars?!) kept tabs (spied) on the Trump campaign,” tweeted Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.). “Of all the disturbing revelations about the deep state in the last 2 years, I find this one most disturbing.”
On cue, Never Trumpers, establishment crybabies, and left-liberal talking heads started whining in unison about Halper the stool pigeon – they laughingly call this agent in a massive criminal conspiracy an “intelligence source” – being identified in an effort to draw attention away from the treachery of the spying operation they support.
“We've basically crossed the line into treason now -- and a whole party is acquiescing[,]” tweeted make-believe economist Paul Krugman about the Republican Party.
Benjamin Wittes of the left-wing Brookings Institution blame-tweeted the victim, maintaining the laughable fiction that what was done to the Trump campaign was part of a legitimate national security-related investigation.
“I have a whole lot to say about how the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and the President of the United States teamed up to out an intelligence source who aided our country in a properly predicated counterintelligence investigation against a hostile foreign power.”
With the flood of new evidence from recent days, it is becoming increasingly difficult to deny that President Obama – undeniably the most pro-Russian president in American history – and his men abused the powers of their offices not only to spy on then-candidate Donald Trump but also to undermine and lay the foundation for the overthrow of Trump’s administration.
No matter how many idiots and liars from both parties embarrass themselves by blathering on about the Left’s utterly insane conspiracy theory by which Russia and Trump are said to have engaged in electoral collusion, whatever that may be, we now know there was a conspiracy born in the summer of 2016 – and that Trump and his people had nothing to do with it.
This shameful real-life conspiracy is called Operation Crossfire Hurricane. Crossfire Hurricane is the codename for the FBI’s now-confirmed spying on the Trump campaign, which included placing at least one infiltrator within the campaign apparatus.
Incredibly, Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said on CNN Thursday that it was “a good thing” the FBI had an informant embedded in the Trump campaign.
After admitting the FBI “may have had someone who was talking to them in the campaign,” Clapper said that person was there to find out “what the Russians were doing to try to instantiate themselves in the campaign or influence or leverage it.”
“So, if there was someone that was observing that sort of thing, that’s a good thing.”
Clapper was corroborating what the New York Times reported deep down way near the end of a lengthy recent article:
The F.B.I.’s thinking crystallized by mid-August, after the C.I.A. director at the time, John O. Brennan, shared intelligence with Mr. [James] Comey showing that the Russian government was behind an attack on the 2016 presidential election. As former federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy said on Sean Hannity’s TV show Thursday, the plotters in Mueller’s office “bent over backward not to make the case against Mrs. Clinton, but then scorched the earth to make it against Trump.”

The mixed military-meteorological phrase appears in the 1968 song “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” which was co-written by Stones guitarist Keith Richards. The song begins:

THIS IS LA RAZA:
The National Council of La Raza (NCLR) is not only one of the wealthiest and most politically powerful militant organizations in the country, it is also notoriously racist and subversive. The group's name, "La Raza," means "The Race," by which they are referring to ethnic Mexicans, or more broadly to "hispanics" or "latinos." And it is quite clear from their decades of vitriolic rhetoric — both spoken and written — that the La Raza activists are trying to engender not only race consciousness amongst hispanic U.S. citizens and Mexican migrants, but also racial militancy and animosity toward "Gringo America."
The NCLR grew out of the La Raza Unida (The Race United) Party and the Southwest Council of La Raza in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The key leaders were Marxist-Leninist followers of Fidel Castro and Che Guevarra.
In 1970, the California Senate Fact-Finding Subcommittee on Un-American Activities said this about La Raza Unida: "Its president is Maclovio Barraza. Mr. Barraza has been identified by the Subversive Activities Control Board as a member of the Communist Party, and presides over the Council which recently received a grant of $1,300,000 from the Ford Foundation."
Maclovio Barraza was the NCLR Board of Directors' founding Chairperson, and the NCLR continues to honor this hardcore Marxist by awarding the Moclavio Barraza Award to its top activist each year.
One of the early founders of La Raza was Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, whose violent, extremist rhetoric has caused NCLR some public relations problems. Back in 1969, Gutierrez said: "We have got to eliminate the gringo, and what I mean by that is if the worst comes to the worst, we have got to kill him." He has continued to promote the same hateful "reconquista" ideology ever since. But that didn't stop NCLR from bestowing on him their "Hero Award" in 1994.
The radical student group MEChA (Moviemento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan), with which NCLR has been closely allied for several decades, is even more explicitly and militantly, having adopted the slogan, "Por La Raza Todo, Fuera de La Raza Nada," which translated means: "For the Race, Everything; Outside the Race, Nothing."
MEChA's founding documents and literature are replete with appeals to "La Raza de Bronce" (The Bronze Race) and condemnation of the "brutal gringo." MEChA, as its name suggests, is also a leading promoter of the radical "reconquista" (reconquest) movement, a plan of to take over the states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas — a region they refer to as "Aztlan" — which they claim was stolen from the "Aztecan" peoples. NCLR provides major financial support to MEChA and many of NCLR's leaders were MEChA leaders in their college days.
NCLR: Agents for the Government of Mexico?
Especially troubling is NCLR's leading role in the Fundacion Solidaridad Mexicano Americana (Foundation for Mexican-American Solidarity, FSMA), an organization founded and funded by the government of Mexico and directed by the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Public Education. Both of these ministries have been engaged in efforts aimed at demanding full political rights for illegal aliens in the U.S. and indoctrinating America's Hispanic population in radical, racist La Raza ideology.
Top members of La Raza, MALDEF, the National Immigration Forum and other leading immigration activist organizations also serve on the Council of the FSMA. The US should think long and hard about the high number of Latino immigrants.

President Obama has encouraged Americans to start laying a new foundation for the country – on a number of fronts. He has stressed that we'll need to have the courage to make some hard choices. One of those hard choices is how to handle immigration. The US must get serious about the tide of legal and illegal immigrants, above all from Latin America.
It's not just a short-run issue of immigrants competing with citizens for jobs as unemployment approaches 10 percent or the number of uninsured straining the quality of healthcare. Heavy immigration from Latin America threatens our cohesiveness as a nation.
The political realities of the rapidly growing Latino population are such that Mr. Obama may be the last president who can avert the permanent, vast underclass implied by the current Census Bureau projection for 2050.
