PROPOSED LEGISLATION FOR DACA ALIENS SPURS STAMPEDE
“Separation of alien families” is an emotional artifice concocted by globalists.
June 19, 2018
President Trump made border security and the effective enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws the centerpiece of his successful campaign for the presidency.
This has enraged globalist politicians from both political parties who see in America’s borders impediments to their wealth and the wealth of their campaign contributors.
Prior administrations have refused to take immigration law enforcement seriously and our nation has, as a direct consequence, paid one hell of a price.
The 9/11 Commission made it clear, the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 were made possible by multiple failures of the immigration system that enabled the terrorists to enter the United States and embed themselves.
It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.
That report went on to note:
Once terrorists had entered the United States, their next challenge was to find a way to remain here. Their primary method was immigration fraud. For example, Yousef and Ajaj concocted bogus political asylum stories when they arrived in the United States. Mahmoud Abouhalima, involved in both the World Trade Center and landmarks plots, received temporary residence under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers (SAW) program, after falsely claiming that he picked beans in Florida.
In the years since the attacks of 9/11 other terror attacks were carried out by international terrorists who also exploited vulnerabilities in the immigration system, killing still more innocent victims.
Some of the terrorists had actually been able to acquire political asylum, lawful immigrant status and even United States citizenship, proving the the entire immigration system lacked integrity.
Today our politicians, from both the Democratic and Republican parties, aided by the mainstream media have constructed irresistible incentives for millions of illegal aliens to head for the U.S. border, by whatever means possible.
The biggest incentive for this stampede is the promise of a massive amnesty program under the guise of proposed legislation to legalize unknown millions of aliens who supposedly would have qualified under Obama’s DACA (Deferred Action - Childhood Arrivals) program.
No interviews or field investigations could be conducted with such humongous numbers of applications filed creating an invitation to fraud the 9/11 Commission warned about.
I provided a historical perspective on how DACA came to be in my recent article, DACA: The Immigration Trojan Horse in which I explained that DACA had its origins in two failed legislative efforts, Comprehensive Immigration Reform and then the DREAM Act, to provide up to 90% of the entire illegal alien population of the United States with lawful status.
My recent article DACA: Trump and Congress Must Look Before They Leap explained how there would be no way of knowing how many illegal aliens might apply to participate in the DACA amnesty that is an integral part of the various immigration bills being proposed by the House of Representatives.
Last year I addressed the hypocrisy of Chuck Schumer and his cohorts who refuse to secure the borders or enforce our immigration laws in my article Opponents of Border Security and Immigration Law Enforement Aid Human Traffickers which contained this paragraph:
Aliens trespassing into the United States poses a serious threat to national security and public safety yet while Mr. Schumer has proposed making trespassing on landmarks or critical infrastructure a federal crime with a five year jail sentence to deter this dangerous criminal conduct, he refuses to take the necessary measures to prevent aliens from entering the United States illegally by trespassing and/or violating our immigration laws within the United States.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions “Zero tolerance” position where illegal aliens evading the inspections along the U.S. / Mexican border has revved up the immigration anarchists.
Sessions knows that the only way to demonstrate that he is serious about this vital goal is to prosecute aliens who are arrested entering the United States without inspection. This is important to not only punish aliens who violate our immigration laws but to deter others who may be contemplating committing similar crimes.
Several federal laws address the crime of aliens seeking to enter the United States illegally and one statute in particular, Title 8, United States Code, Section 1326 - reentry after removal (deportation), imposes a 20 year maximum period of incarceration for aliens who illegally reenter the United States after having been deported from the United States and are deemed “aggravated felons,” that is to say aliens who are convicted of committing particularly serious crimes.
I am particularly familiar with this statute, I worked with then Senator Al D’Amato in the 1980’s to create this section of law.
When people are prosecuted they are arrested and frequently held in custody or permitted to post bail to guarantee their appearance in court when required and ultimately, of course, to stand trial unless they plead guilty to the crimes with which they are charged.
Generally bail is determined by risk of flight of the defendant and may also involve potential threat to community safety.
Every day American citizens are arrested in the United States by local and state police and by a wide array of federal law enforcement agencies for committing a wide spectrum of crimes and violations of law, including administrative laws.
Many of these suspects have children yet they are led away in handcuffs and may find themselves serving long prison sentences for their crimes, separated from their children.
Yet little if anything is ever reported in the media about these tens of thousands of incarcerated American citizens who have been sentenced to lengthy prison sentences and separated from their children.
Now that the Trump administration has taken the long-overdue action to attempt to discourage massive illegal immigration, politicians from both sides of the aisle, supposed journalists and members of the clergy, thumping their bibles, are outraged because illegal aliens are being arrested and prosecuted for their crimes- crimes that had for far too long, gone unpunished by previous administrations.
The U.S./Mexican border is a dangerous place. Many people die attempting to cross into the United States through the desert where high temperatures, a lack of water, poisonous insects and snakes and violent gangs and drug smugglers all pose severe threat to the lives of the aliens.
Children are particularly vulnerable to these extremely adverse and life-threatening conditions.
There are numerous laws on the books that punish those who endanger others, particularly when those who are endangered are children. To provide a specific example, let’s consider a New York State law known as the Child Passenger Protection Act, also known as Leandra’s Law, that has been on the books since Dec. 18, 2009. and is explained in a press release.
According to the press release, 36 states have passed similar laws that provide for strict penalties when a drunk drive causes the death or serious injury of a child. Under Leandra’s law a drunk driver may be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison if he/she causes the serious injury of a child under 16 years of age and up to 25 years in prison if the accident causes the death of a child.
A parent who causes the serious injury of his child may be separated from that child and other children by spending up to 15 years behind bars. Would anyone dare suggest that such an individual not be incarcerated after committing such a crime?
What choice does the Trump administration have?
To not end lawlessness on the Mexican border endangers national security and public safety. This can only happen by strict enforcement of our laws. As I noted during one of my early appearances as an expert witness at a congressional hearing, it has been said that you only get one opportunity to make a first impression. For millions of people around the world the first set of laws they encounter are our immigration laws. When we demonstrate an unwillingness to secure our borders and enforce our laws we send the very dangerous message that violations of our laws will not only go unpunished but rewarded.
To not prosecute and incarcerate aliens who seek to enter the United States with children would just encourage more aliens to endanger their children by seeing in that child a “Get out of jail card.”
The message would be clear and utterly insane, either enter the United States with a visa or bring a child with you if you are ineligible to enter legally.
Here is the message that must be sent to all aspiring illegal aliens:
A child is not a substitute for a visa!

Patrick Buchanan: Trump and the Invasion of the West
"It is cruel. It is immoral. And it breaks my heart," says former first lady Laura Bush of the Trump administration policy of "zero tolerance," under which the children of illegal migrants are being detained apart from their parents.
"Disgraceful," adds Dr. Franklin Graham.
"We need to be ... a country that governs with a heart," says first lady Melania Trump. "No one likes this policy," says White House aide Kellyanne Conway, even "the president wants this to end."
And so it shall — given the universal denunciations and photos of sobbing children being pulled from parents. Yet striking down the policy will leave America's immigration crisis still unresolved.
Consider. Since 2016, some 110,000 children have entered the U.S. illegally and been released, along with 200,000 Central American families caught sneaking across the border.
Reflecting its frustration, the White House press office declared:
"We can't deport them, we can't separate them, we can't detain them, we can't prosecute them. What (the Democrats) want is a radical open-border policy that lets everyone out into the interior of this country with virtually no documentation whatsoever."
Where many Americans see illegal intruders, Democrats see future voters.
And with 11,000 kids of illegal immigrants in custody and 250 more arriving every day, we could have 30,000 in custody by summer's end.
The existential question, however, thus remains: How does the West, America included, stop the flood tide of migrants before it alters forever the political and demographic character of our nations and our civilization?

The U.S. Hispanic population, already estimated at nearly 60 million, is predicted to exceed 100 million by 2050, just 32 years away.
And Europe's southern border is more imperiled than ours.
A week ago, the new populist regime in Rome refused to allow a boat full of migrants from Libya to land in Sicily. Malta also turned them away. After a voyage of almost a week and 1,000 miles, 630 migrants were landed in Valencia, Spain.
Why did Italy reject them? Under EU law, migrants apply for asylum in the country where they first enter Europe. This burdens Italy and Greece where the asylum-seekers have been arriving for years.
Of the landing in Spain, Italy's interior minister Matteo Salvini, a leader of the populist League party, chortled:
"I thank the Spanish government. I hope they take in the other 66,629 refugees (inside Italy). We will not be offended if the French follow the Spanish, the Portuguese and Maltese, we will be the happiest people on earth."
If the migrants boats of the Med are redirected to Spanish ports, one suspects that the Spanish people will soon become as unwelcoming as many other peoples in Europe.
And Trump is not backing down. Monday he tweeted:
"The people of Germany are turning against their leadership as migration is rocking the already tenuous Berlin coalition. Crime in Germany is way up. Big mistake made all over Europe in allowing millions of people in who have so strongly and violently changed their culture!"
Whatever European leaders may think of him, many Europeans are moving in Trump's direction, toward more restrictions on immigration.
In Germany, a political crisis is percolating. The Bavarian-based CSU, longtime coalition partner of Chancellor Angela Merkel's CDU, is now talking divorce if Merkel does not toughen German policy.
Merkel has never fully recovered from the nationalist backlash against the million migrants she allowed in from Syria's civil war. A New Year's Eve rampage in Cologne, featuring wilding attacks on German girls by Arabs and Muslims, cost her dearly.
Among the reasons Bavarians are pulling away from Berlin is that, being in the south of Germany, Bavaria is a primary point of entry.
Virtually every one of the populist parties of Europe, especially of the right, have arisen to contest or to seize power by riding the issue of mass migration from Africa and the Middle East.
Yet the progressives adamantly refuse to act, apparently paralyzed by a belief that restricting the free movement of peoples from foreign lands violates one of the great commandments of liberal democracy.
We are truly dealing here with an ideology of Western suicide.
If Europe does not act, its future is predictable.
The population of Africa, right across the Med, is anticipated to climb to 2.5 billion by midcentury. And by 2100, Africa will be home half of all the people of the planet.
If but a tiny fraction of the African and Middle Eastern population decides to cross the Mediterranean to occupy the emptying towns and villages of an aging and dying continent, who and what will stop them?
Trump may be on the wrong side politically and emotionally of this issue of separating migrant kids from their parents.
But on the mega-issue — the Third World invasion of the West — he is riding the great wave of the future, if the West is to have a future.

DHS Secretary Nielsen: Past Administrations ‘Absolutely’ Separated Illegal Immigrant Families
(CNSNews.com) - Separating illegal immigrant families at the border is not unique to the Trump administration, according to DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.
She said that contrary to media reports, previous administrations also separated illegal immigrant families at the border, not just the Trump administration.
During Monday’s White House press briefing, Nielsen was peppered with questions regarding the administration’s policy of handling illegal immigrant families at the border.
NBC News White House Correspondent Kristen Welker claimed separation of families at the border didn’t occur until Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a zero-tolerance policy.
“This never happened before he announced the zero-tolerance policy,” Welker said.
However, Nielsen said the administrations of Barack Obama administration and George W. Bush both separated families at the border.

So why doesn't the President pick up the phone and change the policy? He said he hates it.NIELSEN: I think what the president is trying to do is find a long-term fix. …. Congress could fix this tomorrow.”
The great pile-on: Every loathsome washed up pol crawls out of the woodwork to bash Trump on child migrants
President Trump, to his credit, is holding firm on his zero-tolerance policy for illegal migrants at the border.
That's led the press to a considerable feeding frenzy on one of the consequences of it: the separation of migrants traveling with children so that the illegally arrived adults can wait their asylum claims out in detention, and the children can wait it out in non-prison conditions. That's brought on lots of pictures of crying children and claimed stories of missing-children outrages, as well as a ton of phony news, dutifully reported over and over. The object is to weaken Trump in the wake of his successes on the economy and with North Korea, as well as end his quest for an end to open borders.
It's also been announced that these stories are working, causing President Trump's poll numbers to fall. Some call it "Trump's Katrina" and never mind that voters elected him because they just want illegal immigration to stop.
So what has this media-driven perception of "not winning" brought us now?
Every committed Trump hater and skeevy NeverTrump is crawling out of the woodwork to pile on. Say a few sentences about how terrible it is to separate children from immigration lawbreakers, and it's instant headline time. The feeding-frenzy media ensures it.
Here are some who've jumped up to take that benefit, helping to undercut President Trump's efforts to finally secure the border:
Even you, Ted? Catch and release, bring your kids and you're home free, like the good old days? No firm support for President Trump? I had really hoped for better. (Maybe it won't be this bad, but what a time to go politicking for the open borders crowd.)
It's really amazing. We learn who Trump's real allies are in this and who's an opportunist. Almost every last one of these people reminds me how much I dislike them all, standing there with the crazy left-wing activists, offering zero solutions to a longstanding, difficult problem to resolve if the country is to not get inundated with migrants as Europe has been. We are reminded again of their true colors.

Press whips up emotion in child migrant feeding frenzy, and workable solutions get obscured
The press here is doing what it did in Europe to encourage the vast migrant waves: focusing on children, as it did in the case of Alan Kurdi, the Syrian toddler who drowned at sea in 2015 as his parents attempted to enter Europe illegally. With no legal ground to stand on, the idea has always been to ensure that emotionalism outweighs rational immigration laws that are humane for everyone. After all, everyone cries when a child drowns, and everyone wants to comfort a small child crying (as the news photos now show); why have immigration law at all? That was what led to the great human waves inundating Europe – which have since led to a lot more drownings and other mayhem.
The problem is that reacting on that emotional level is a good way to ensure more child misery and victimization – because these things are already happening as a result of perverse incentives within the law itself.
A good piece to read on the background of why illegal immigrants are coming to the border, instead of the embassies, to claim asylum, is by Daniel Horowitz at Conservative Review, headlined "The Immorality of Open Borders." His opener is a perfect summary of all the hard facts he supports with diamond-clarity:
We have two choices when it comes to border security and interior enforcement. We can continue telegraphing the message that when you come here with children you are home free. This will continue fueling the drug crisis, growing MS-13, enriching the drug cartels, inducing sex trafficking and terrible crimes at the border, encouraging illegals to kidnap children to gain admission, and causing death and mayhem on both sides of the border. Or we could finally deter this behavior by announcing an end to any immigration requests not processed in a controlled environment through our embassy. If you are concerned about "separating children" and don't support the latter path, then you need to seriously examine your values and priorities.
He points out that the child border crisis didn't arise out of nowhere, but came as a result of the perverse incentives embedded into President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals de facto amnesty for child illegals. From there on out, the migrant waves stopped being all about military-aged young men and turned to women and children. Amnesty, he notes, is a big prize to get.
What's more, drug-dealers and cartels are all in for this, given the amount of money they make from border crossings, which has the double advantage of tying up the Border Patrol as they process entries – about four hours per illegal per agent, he surmises. Border Patrol agents tied up with famished and thirsty illegals are a golden opportunity for drug-smugglers fueling the opiate epidemic in the states, because drug-smugglers know how to cross the desert border, armed and provisioned. The lawmen, tied up with the diapers and crying, can do nothing.
Nobody benefits more than cartels from child-smuggling, and in many ways, Horowitz notes.
The whole perverse incentive of this is that migrants are now claiming asylum to win entry, not just asking for a green card. Given that cartels are benefiting so much from this setup, Horowitz writes that ending all asylum applications at the border and taking them only at U.S. embassies is what will end the scam – and all its incidental human carnage. That is something President Trump can do and should do pronto.
Read the whole thing.

13 Facts the Media ‘Pros’ Don’t Want You to Know About ‘Family Border Separation’
The fire hose of fake news from the establishment media this week on the issue of illegal immigrant families separated at the border is designed to mislead the American people — and to distract from Trump’s recent successes.
Here are the facts — 13 truths the media do not want you to know about President Trump’s legal, humane, and moral handling of adults and children who enter our country illegally.
- Trump Is Only Enforcing the Law
The establishment media’s manufactured narrative about the necessary and moral separation of illegal alien parents from their children is designed with the specific purpose of spreading the fake news that, only as a means to be cruel, President Trump is somehow making all of this up as he goes along.
In truth, Trump is only complying with and enforcing the law, which is his constitutional duty and responsibility.
When the media claim Trump has a “choice,” what they mean is he has a choice to ignore the law as Obama did when he illegally released untold numbers of illegals into America.
Trump’s “zero tolerance policy” is merely his administration treating all lawbreakers as lawbreakers, because the only other option is to let them loose into America with nothing but a court summons.
- Trump’s Only Choice Is to Separate Illegal Alien Families
When an illegal alien crosses the border into the U.S., he is a lawbreaker, and, like any lawbreaker (including American citizens), he is put into the criminal justice system.
This is the law.
Obviously, when an illegal alien is in custody, he is housed in an adult detention center. For obvious reasons, it would be illegal for Trump to “reunite” this family by allowing children to live in adult detention centers.
Keep in mind that when we are this early in the process, we do not even know if this is a real family unit. It is not uncommon for illegal aliens (including criminals) to pretend the children they are traveling with are their own. They do so in the hope this special family status will result in them being released (this madness is known as “catch and release”) into America with nothing more than a court date — a date many never show for, most especially those with criminal intent.
And so, while the illegal adult is held in an adult detention center, the migrant child is cared for in shelters run by the Department of Health and Human Services.
Generally, the adult illegal is processed quickly, sentenced to time served, and the family is quickly reunited during the deportation process.
In other words, in order to keep the family unit together, we can either put children in adult detention centers (unthinkable), put adults in child detention centers (unthinkable), or hold no one, which means “catch and release,” which means letting even more illegal immigrants loose to live in our country illegally.
The only moral and legal option here is to temporarily separate families while the criminal justice system runs its course.
- The Left Wants Illegal Aliens to Enjoy Privileges Denied to American Citizens
If an American citizen breaks the law and is funneled into the justice system, he is separated from his family and children. This American citizen is not allowed to keep his family with him in a detention center.
Once again, our media want illegal aliens to enjoy special rights and privileges American citizens do not enjoy.
One more point…
These migrants are guilty of walking minor children through miles and miles of desert with the intent of committing a crime (crossing a border illegally).
If you or I walked a child through miles and miles of desert with the intent of committing a crime, child protective services would take our children away (and should).
- Asylum Seekers Not Breaking the Law are Not Being Separated
If you cross the border illegally and claim asylum, you are still a lawbreaker. Regardless of your intent, crossing the border illegally automatically puts you in the criminal justice system, where you will obviously be separated from family.
These asylum seekers are choosing to break the law, are choosing to be separated from family.
Asylum seekers who respect our laws, by turning themselves in at legal points of entry, are not being separated. Over-crowding due to the abuse of this policy might eventually make this impossible, but it is up to Congress to allocate more funds.
- Trump Is Correct About the Loophole
In 1997, a consent decree called the Flores Settlement made it illegal for America to hold migrant children for longer than 20 days. Meaning, in order to keep the family together after 20 days of detention, we can either reunite the family by letting them loose to live illegally in America, or we can keep the parent in detention and place the child in a foster home or with a relative who lives in America.
Trump is wisely choosing to do the latter (for a number of moral reasons I will explain later).
A case involving an illegal border crosser not seeking asylum is usually adjudicated before the 20 days are up, which means the family unit is reunited during deportation and no foster care is needed. This, obviously, is the best case scenario.
Those who cross the border illegally and then claim asylum status (an important distinction from asylum seekers who obey the law) are another story, because the asylum process almost always exceeds the 20 days, and this is the law the Trump administration wants changed.
By speeding up the asylum process, the family unit can be reunited faster, either in the deportation process (if asylum is not granted — and this process is frequently abused) or in the resettlement process (if asylum is granted).
Another option is to end the 20-day limit so foster care does not become necessary. Parent and child can remain in the detention centers until the asylum process is settled.
- “Reuniting” Families Would Be a Disaster for Countless Children
Again, the only way to “keep a family together” is to allow illegals to pour into our country.
This policy would be a total disaster, especially for the children.
If word gets out that America automatically allows illegal border crossers with small children loose into America just because they have minor children, this would only further incentivize those who engage in the child abuse of dragging children along on the unbelievably dangerous trek across the border — or, even worse, both exploiting them for catch-and-release and then trafficking them after making it into the country.
No one who truly cares about these children wants to further incentivize that kind of abuse.
- Obama and Democrats Incentivized This ‘Family Separation’
Until Obama came along, illegal border crossings primarily involved young, single men. Obama incentivized the idea of dragging minor children along on this dangerous journey (where many children are sexually assaulted) through his policy of “catch and release.”
Once word got out that illegals with small children would be let loose into America, the number of children crossing the border exploded.
Again, the last thing decent people want is for the American government to further incentivize the cruel act of bringing small children along on this brutal trip across the border, which is exactly what Trump is hoping to stop with his zero tolerance policy.
- Barack Obama Separated Illegal Alien Families, Media Said Nothing
Under Obama, when illegal border crossers were put into the criminal justice system, families were indeed separated. Obama, of course, rarely prosecuted, even though the law calls for it.
Neither Democrats nor the media cared about family separation then, which proves this manufactured and coordinated uproar is only about politics.
The only reason the media suddenly came to care about family separation is as a means to fabricate a controversy, as a tactic to distract voters from three legitimate news stories from last week that benefit Trump: 1) our economy is booming, 2) Trump had a successful summit with North Korea, and 3) the Inspector General report exposed James Comey’s FBI as a swamp of corruption out to exonerate Hillary Clinton and frame Trump.
- IMPORTANT: The ONLY Way to Unite Families Is to Release Them into America
Obviously, we cannot have children living in adult detention centers. Obviously, we cannot have adults living in child detention centers. Therefore, the only way to “reunite” these families is to release these illegals into our country.
The media will not tell you this because the media do not want you to know that flooding America with non-citizens is their true agenda. The rich and powerful love to exploit and abuse these individuals, as they can leverage their immigration status for illegally low wages, and politicians are salivating at the chance to bestow voting rights on them — and thus entrench their power.
But when you hear the media call for these families to be reunited, remember that is coded language that means only one thing: releasing illegal aliens into our country with nothing more than a court summons.
- Incentivizing the Act of Bringing Minor Children Across the Border Is Evil
The media do not want to inform Americans of one crucial fact: the dangers inherent in crossing the border from Mexico into America, most especially the dangers faced by minor children. Sadly, these dangers too often involve sexual abuse.
Decent people who truly care about these children, like President Trump, want to do everything in their power to end this abuse — either by building a wall, or through this zero tolerance policy that will hopefully curb this abusive practice.
Evil people want these children dragged across the border, want this abuse incentivized by “keeping the family unit together,” because flooding the country with future indebted voters is more important to them than the safety and well-being of small children.
- Those Who Come to America Legally Face ‘Family Separation’
Many people who come to America legally from other countries are separated from family. A big part of America’s LEGAL immigration policy involves family separation when one or two family members come over before the rest are legally or financially able.
And so, once again, we have the media and Democrats demanding special treatment for illegal immigrants that legal immigrants do not enjoy. Once again we are incentivizing lawbreaking and treating the line-jumpers better than those who follow the rules.
- “Family Reunification” Is an Invitation to Human Traffickers
Because of “catch and release,” because of this dumb and destructive loophole carved out for families, the number of illegal aliens using children to enter the U.S. increased by 315 percent between October 2017 and February 2018.
Trump understands what is happening and this is why he has moved to a zero tolerance policy.
Anything other than zero tolerance only serves as an incentive for human traffickers and other criminals to use these children as their free pass into America.
Incentivizing such a thing is monstrous:
- Media Do Not Give a Shit About American Families Separated by Criminal Illegal Aliens
Illegal alien families are choosing to be separated by voluntarily engaging in lawbreaking. These illegal alien families, if they so choose, can stay together, simply by obeying the law.
This is not hard.
Those who do not have a choice in family separation are the legions of American families permanently separated from family members when that family member is killed at the hands of an illegal alien.
As Steve Bannon accurately pointed out over the weekend, “I don’t see the mainstream media and the liberal left embracing the Angel Moms, those people who were permanently separated from their children because of illegal aliens who came over here and committed crimes and killed people. You’re being very selective.”
Border Facts: 55,113 ‘Family Units’ This Year So Far, 435% increase in May Compared to Last Year
U.S. Border Patrol apprehensions for fiscal year 2018 (October 1 – May 31) reveal a massive number of “family units” coming into the United States through the U.S. border with Mexico — 55,113 so far. And in May 2018 alone, 9,405 family units were apprehended, a 435 percent increase compared to May 2017.
“During the month of May, CBP saw a slight 1.9 percent increase overall when compared to April, but a 160 percent increase compared to May 2017,” the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (USCBP) website states.
“The number of family units increased by 435 percent, and the number of unaccompanied children (UAC) increased by 329 percent compared to May 2017,” the website states.
A family unit is defined as a one or two adults and a child or children.
And these huge numbers are just a fraction of those who do present themselves at ports of entry seeking entrance into the U.S. These figures represent illegal crossers who were apprehended.
“In May a total of 40,344 individuals were apprehended between ports of entry on our southwest border, compared with 38,278 in April and 37,385 in March. In fiscal year (FY) 2017, USBP apprehended 303,916 individuals along our southwest border.”
During the Obama administration the numbers were even higher — 408,870 in FY16, 331,333 in FY15, and 479,371 in FY14.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions last week addressed criticism from some clergy about adults who are apprehended and not detained with their children.
“The previous administration wouldn’t prosecute illegal aliens who entered the country with children,” Sessions said. “It was de facto open borders.”
“The results were unsurprising,” Sessions said. “More and more illegal aliens started showing up at the border with children.”
“To illustrate, in 2013, there were fewer than 15,000 family units apprehended crossing our border illegally between ports of entry. Five years later, it was more than 75,000—a five-fold increase in five years.”
“It didn’t even have to be their child—it could be anyone,” Sessions said. “You can imagine the horrible abuses that resulted.”
“The open borders, pro-amnesty crowd encouraged that—and they have the gall to attack those of us who want to end this lawlessness and the dangers these children face,” Sessions said.

WE DON'T HAVE A "ZERO TOLERANCE" POLICY FOR ILLEGAL MIGRATION
June 18, 2018Daniel Greenfield
The fake news media spent the past week screeching that we have a policy of "separating families" at the border. And that this is a "zero tolerance" policy.
Nope.
The only policy we have is arresting people who cross the border illegally.
That's it.
If they have kids, then like every other criminal with kids, they're separated from their criminal parents. Because we don't send children to prison for the crimes of their parents.
That's not zero tolerance.
That is the minimum we could do to enforce the law. Anything less than that is open borders. That's what Obama did. If you wanted to cross the border, you did. And the patrol would help you out.
1. There's no policy of "separating families". There's a policy of arresting migrants who illegally cross the border.
2. That's not zero tolerance. It's the most basic law of the land.
If we had zero tolerance for illegal migration...
A. There would be a wall on the border
B. We would pull out of the UN refugee pact and stop accepting asylum applications at the border. (Any of these aliens who actually wanted to apply for asylum, just has to walk up to a border crossing and apply. They're detained if they cross illegally instead. That means they're not even pretending to be refugees, they're illegal invaders.)
C. Every single illegal alien in this country, DACA or non-DACA, would be a pathway to deportation. There would be no such thing as celebrity illegal aliens. Illegal aliens wouldn't give speech at college graduations, run for political office, appear on TV or hold major protests.
That would be zero tolerance for illegal migration. We don't have anything remotely resembling that.
Instead all we're doing is enforcing the law, as it existed before Obama decided to ignore it. That's what the media is throwing its outraged hissy fit about. Much of this political war, everything from Federal judges assigning executive and legislative authority to themselves, the Mueller coup and the illegal eavesdropping on an incoming administration, has been about preserving the Obama status quo.
The media will tell any lie. It will divide us, pit us against each other and run a nationwide propaganda campaign to keep Obama in power by protecting his policies..
Illegal Aliens Using Minors to Enter U.S. Increased 315 Percent Since Last YearThe number of illegal aliens at the U.S.-Mexico border who are using minors to gain entry to the country has increased more than 300 percent since last year, White House officials say.
In a briefing to the media on Tuesday, White House officials — including President Trump’s senior adviser Stephen Miller — revealed that the number of illegal aliens using children to enter the U.S. at the southern border has increased about 315 percent between October 2017 and February 2018.
Through a series of legal loopholes, minors are smuggled through the southern border with illegal aliens posing as family units in order to eventually be released into the country through the “Catch and Release” program.
Catch and Release allows foreign nationals to be released into the U.S. while they await immigration and asylum hearings through these legal loopholes.
Miller slammed congressional Democrats as the “source cause” for the immigration loopholes not yet being closed through law, an effort that Trump has called on the Republican-controlled Congress to take up.
For months, as Breitbart Texas reported, illegal border crossings of family units and unaccompanied minor children have skyrocketed.
Miller said the migration patterns from Central America to the U.S. of unaccompanied minors and illegal aliens posing with children as family units are evidence that trafficking organizations are gaming legal loopholes in U.S. immigration law.

Coulter Warns Trump on Immigration, Border: ‘Don’t Fall for the Actor Children’
Sunday on Fox News Channel’s “The Next Revolution,” conservative commentator and author Ann Coulter advised President Donald Trump not to “fall for the actor children” at the border and cited a New Yorker article describing children with scripts and coaching to make situations appear worse.
“I would also say one other thing, these child actors weeping and crying on all the other networks 24/7 right now: do not fall for it, Mr. President. I get very nervous about the president getting his news from TV,” said Coulter.
She continued, “A New Yorker article … not a conservative publication, they describe how these kids, these kids are being coached. They’re given scripts to read by liberals, according to the New Yorker. Don’t fall for the actor children.”
A report by the New York Times states, “In many cases, officials said, migrant children have been coached on what to say to make fraudulent claims for asylum.”

THE DEATH of CALIFORNIA
CALIFORNIA UNDER MEX-OCCUPATION: POVERTY, GANG CRIME, STAGGERING LA RAZA WEFLARE STATE on LEGALS’ BACKS
SHOCKING REPORT OF POVERTY, CRIME AND LA RAZA SUPREMACY
http://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2018/05/california-passes-uk-to-become-worlds.html
JOE LEGAL v LA RAZA JOSE ILLEGAL
Here’s how it breaks down; will make you want to be an illegal!
THE TAX-FREE MEXICAN UNDERGROUND ECONOMY IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY IS ESTIMATED TO BE IN EXCESS OF $2 BILLION YEARLY!
Staggering expensive "cheap" Mexican labor did not build this once great nation! Look what it has done to Mexico. It's all about keeping wages depressed and passing along the true cost of the invasion, their welfare, and crime tidal wave costs to the backs of the American people!
THE DEVASTATING COST OF MEXICO’S WELFARE STATE IN AMERICA’S OPEN BORDERS
Will Trump’s Amnesty double these figures?
CATASTROPHIC CRIME SURGE IN MEX-
OCCUPIED CALIFORNIA
Half the murders in Mexifornia are now by Mex gangs!
THE HORDES OF ILLEGALS KEEP COMING…. Despite America’s jobs, housing and Mexican crime tidal wave.
"If the racist "Sensenbrenner Legislation" passes the US Senate, there is no doubt that a massive civil disobedience movement will emerge. Eventually labor union power can merge with the immigrant civil rights and "Immigrant Sanctuary" movements to enable us to either form a new political party or to do heavy duty reforming of the existing Democratic Party. The next and final steps would follow and that is to elect our own governors of all the states within Aztlan."
LA made $1.3B in illegal immigrant welfare payouts in just 2 years
AMERICA: NO LEGAL NEED APPLY!
“The percentage of foreign-born workers in the U.S. labor force has more than tripled over the last four decades and while the U.S. represents just 5 percent of the world’s population it attracts 20 percent of the world’s immigrants, according to a new report.”
Open the floodgates of our welfare state to the uneducated, impoverished, and unskilled masses of the world and in a generation or three America, as we know it, will be gone.
Those most impacted are middle class and lower middle class. It is they whose jobs are taken, whose raises are postponed, whose schools are filled with non-English speaking children that absorb precious resources for remedial English, whose public parks are trashed and whose emergency rooms serve as the local clinic for the illegal underground.
“Currently, the U.S. admits more than 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants every year, with more than 70 percent coming to the country through the process known as “chain migration” whereby newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of relatives to the U.S. In the next 20 years, the current U.S. legal immigration system is on track to import 15 million new foreign-born voters. Between 7 and 8 million of those foreign-born voters will arrive in the U.S. through chain migration.” JOHN BINDER
Child Border Crossers Have Higher Standard of Living than 13M Impoverished American Children
Migrant children who cross into the United States either alone or with adults have a higher standard of living once they are put into federal care than the more than 13 million American children who are living in poverty across the country.
In Fiscal Year 2017, the federal government referred nearly 41,000 unaccompanied minor border crossers to the Unaccompanied Alien Children program which is facilitated by the Office of Refugee Resettlement.
Data provided to Breitbart News reveals that each unaccompanied minor costs the federal government about $34,660 annually. This is a higher standard of living per child than the roughly 13 million American children who continue to live below the U.S. poverty line.
In 2016, there were about 13.2 million American children under the age of 18 living in poverty. These are U.S. children, for example, whose parents or guardians –in a household of four — earn less than $24,500 a year.
This annual income for an impoverished American family is $10,000 less than the more than $34,500 in federal funds which are spent on each unaccompanied minor border crosser.
Overall, about $1.4 billion is spent on unaccompanied minor border crossers every year, which American taxpayers foot the bill for, as Breitbart News reported.
Most recently, Breitbart News‘s Senior Editor-at-Large Joel Pollak revealed the comfortable living conditions that unaccompanied minor border crossers are placed into by the Department of Health and Human Services.
Those comfortable living conditions include lodging, meals, clothing, medical care, education, recreation, counseling, among other services.

Pelosi on Illegals Suppressing U.S. Wages: ‘That’s Not the Point’
(CNSNews.com) -- House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that whether illegal aliens suppress the wages of U.S. workers is “not the point” and that using language like “illegal aliens” was not constructive.
At a press conference on Thursday, CNSNews.com asked Pelosi, “Yesterday you outlined your plan to get a better deal for American workers. Does permitting illegal aliens to enter the United States and work here suppress the wages of American workers?”
Pelosi said, “That’s not the point. Using terminology like ‘illegal aliens’ and ‘illegally entering the country’ is just not viewed as constructive. The fact is that we have, we must protect our borders, that is our responsibility.”
“We also must protect our values, that’s our responsibility as well,” she said. “And we do believe that there can be a bipartisan way for us to come together to honor the values of our country and recognize that newcomers to our country are frequently the constant reinvigoration of America.”
She continued, “Bringing their hopes, their dreams, their aspirations, their optimism, their courage, their determination, to make the future better for their families are American traits, and in doing so these newcomers make America more American.”
“Should we, we must protect our borders, yes,” said Pelosi, “but what we’re talking about here, though, are asylum seekers and that has nothing to do with legal entry into the country.”
Pelosi and House Democrats released a plan yesterday to provide a better deal for American workers. Their plan aims to address inequality by giving “workers freedom to join unions and negotiate collectively.”
In addition, the plan hopes to pave the way for Americans to “higher wages, better health care, safer working conditions and stronger retirement security.”

Paul Ryan’s Amnesty to Increase Number of Anchor Babies on WelfareA plan being pushed by House Speaker Paul Ryan to give amnesty to potentially millions of illegal aliens will increase welfare use by United States-born children who were given birthright citizenship despite their parents being illegal aliens.
The amnesty deal, known officially as the “Border Security and Immigration Reform Act,” would give at least 1.8 million illegal aliens amnesty to permanently remain in the U.S., a population that is nearly three times the size of President Obama’s original Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. |
