AMERICA’S OPEN AND UNDEFENDED BORDERS:
LA RAZA HEROIN CARTELS CUT HEART OUT OF LIVING MAN AND BEHEAD HIS PARTNER!
MEXICANS ARE THE MOST VIOLENT CULTURE IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE!

"A group of cartel gunmen fighting for control of a Mexican coastal state cut out the heart of one of their living victims while another was beheaded. The violence took place not far from the beach resort cities of Acapulco and Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Guerrero."
Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens. Granted, those statistics are old, but if you talk to any California law enforcement officer, they will tell you it’s much worse today.

CIUDAD VICTORIA, Tamaulipas — Threats, murders, and attacks have been escalating for more than 10 months as numerous criminal organizations throughout Mexico seek to impact the upcoming elections. To date, 114 politicians and candidates have been murdered since the electoral cycle began in September 2017.

Earlier this month, a gunman fired an AR-15 rifle at the headquarters of the National Action Party headquarters in Ciudad Victoria, the capital of Tamaulipas. The gunman fired at the entrance to the building and at a vehicle that had been parked outside. Neighbors claimed to hear a long series of shots followed by the sound of a vehicle speeding off. Ciudad Victoria has been the epicenter of a fierce territorial cartel war between rival factions of Los Zetas cartel who have been fighting for control.
The shooting of the political building came place just days after a team of Gulf Cartel gunmen in the border city of Reynosa shot and killed the brother of the Tamaulipas Governor’s chief of staff. As Breitbart Texas reported, Heriberto Hiram Saenz Martinez was coming out of a local news outlet when he was shot. Saenz was the brother of Victor Saenz the chief of staff for the governor’s office. The murder came just one day after Tamaulipas Governor Francisco Cabeza de Vaca made a public statement claiming his government would be fighting cartels head-on.
At the scene of the crime, authorities found a poster-board where a faction of the Gulf Cartel took credit for the murder. Reynosa, just like Ciudad Victoria, is ground zero for a fierce cartel war where rival factions continue to fight for regional control.
Just one day after the gunman shot the PAN headquarters in Ciudad Victoria, gunmen in the border city of Piedras Negras, Coahuila assassinated a congressional candidate following a political debate. As Breitbart Texas reported, former Piedras Negras mayor and congressional candidate Fernando Puron was leaving an auditorium for a political debate when a lone gunman walked up behind him and shot him while the candidate was taking photographs with his supporters.
As Breitbart Texas reported, the consulting firm Etellekt has documented 113 murders in Mexico since the start of the political cycle in September 2017. The number does not include the most recent political murder that took place this week when a team of cartel gunmen shot the mayor of the city of Taretan, Michoacan, during a political event as part of his re-election run.
Editor’s Note: Breitbart Texas traveled to the Mexican States of Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Nuevo León to recruit citizen journalists willing to risk their lives and expose the cartels silencing their communities.  The writers would face certain death at the hands of the various cartels that operate in those areas including the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas if a pseudonym were not used. Breitbart Texas’ Cartel Chronicles are published in both English and in their original Spanish. A drug smuggler died in a rollover crash near Laredo, Texas, while attempting to flee from Border Patrol agents. Agents found five large bundles of marijuana inside the SUV following the June 14th crash.

Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents observed a Toyota SUV traveling at a high rate of speed toward the border town of Laredo. The agents conducted a U-turn in an attempt to catch up with the fleeing vehicle, according to information obtained by Breitbart Texas from Laredo Sector officials.
The agents were unable to catch up with the SUV because of the speed of the fleeing vehicle. Other units in the area also observed the vehicle but were unable to catch up with it. Information about the vehicle was relayed to Border Patrol communications and eventually, another patrol unit found the vehicle after it crashed.
When the agents arrived on the scene they found that the driver had lost control of the SUV and rolled over. Agents said the driver was ejected from the SUV during the rollover and sustained serious injuries.
The agents immediately began providing emergency medical assistance and CPR. Local EMS officials arrived shortly after and declared the driver to be deceased.
An inspection of the vehicle revealed five large bundles of marijuana.
Officials identified the driver as a male 19-year-old U.S. citizen, KGNS reported. The alleged smuggler’s name is being withheld pending notification of family members.
Border Patrol agents turned the marijuana and the vehicle over to the Laredo Police Department who will continue the investigation.
That same day, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized a large quantity of cocaine during a smuggling attempt at the Juarez-Lincoln InternationalBridge that connects Laredo to its neighboring city of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
CBP officers observed a 2009 Chevy Aveo approaching the inspection station from Mexico. The officers referred the driver to a secondary inspection station, KGNS reported.
The officers conducted a physical inspection of the vehicle and discovered 19 packages of cocaine. Officials said the cocaine shipment weighed 47 pounds and is worth an estimated $364,140.
Officials arrested the driver, a 28-year-old Mexican national from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. The officers turned the driver, drugs, and vehicle over to Homeland Security Investigations special agents for further investigation.
exas Cops Put ICE on Illegal Drivers

U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro brands it a cog in President Donald Trump’s “deportation machine.” ACLU lawyers call it profiling. Undaunted, the Texas Department of Public Safety is providing names of suspected illegal aliens to federal immigration agents.
We call that public service.
The DPS “citation lists” came to light in the case of Gaspar Rodriguez Garcia, a Mexican national who has repeatedly entered the U.S. illegally.
Detained in a traffic stop by a Texas Highway Patrol officer, Rodriguez could not produce a driver’s license and, instead, presented a Mexican consular ID. The motorist was cited for driving without a license and failing to stop at a stop sign.
Rodriguez’s name was then put on a DPS citation list, which was forwarded to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Two and a half months later, ICE agents used the information to track down and arrest Rodriguez at his San Antonio apartment.
With his immigration case pending, Rodriguez’s experience is replicated across Texas as state law-enforcement officers provide crucial leads to ICE agents.
“There is a standing request from ICE to provide them a statewide listing of DPS enforcement of DWI and no-driver-license offenses,” DPS spokesman Tom Vingar told the San Antonio Express-News.
The citation lists have been furnished by DPS since August 2016, providing thousands of leads to ICE. The number of immigration arrests attributable to the lists has not been disclosed.
Naturally, Castro and the ACLU are outraged.
The Texas Democrat disingenuously blasted the program as part of a nefarious “deportation machine that Donald Trump set up to deport people like young Dreamers who may get a traffic ticket.” The ACLU, predictably, raises the specter of racial profiling.
In fact, DPS puts names on the citation list without regard to race, ethnicity or sex. “The information does not include, nor do we have, immigration status on the violators,” Vingar said.
The DPS actions are consistent with Texas’s anti-sanctuary law (Senate Bill 4) that requires local law-enforcement agencies to cooperate with federal authorities on immigration matters.
So as officials from San Antonio and other large Texas cities continue to contest SB4 in court and Rodriguez’s public defender maneuvers to suppress evidence in his case (all at taxpayer expense), let’s cue up the sad old refrain: “I Fought the Law, and the Law Won.”

Illegal Alien Convicted of Killing Border Patrol Officer

An illegal alien convicted of gunning down a Border Patrol officer in Texas could become the 54th Mexican national on America’s Death Row.
A Cameron County jury took barely two hours to find Gustavo Tijerina-Sandoval guilty of capital murder and attempted capital murder. The 34-year-old with a history of illegal border crossings had confessed to shooting Javier Vega Jr. on Aug. 3, 2014.
Tijerina-Sandoval and another illegal alien, Ismael Hernandez-Vallejo, were arrested hours after Vega was killed and his father was shot while the family was fishing near Harlingen. Hernandez-Vallejo will stand trial on the same murder charges in August.
After nearly four years of legal wrangling over the location of the trial, the Brownsville jury quickly delivered its guilty verdict against Tijerina-Sandoval. State District Judge Migdalia Lopez will now determine whether he gets the ultimate punishment. At last count, 53 Mexican citizens have death sentences pending in U.S. prisons.
Tijerina-Sandoval previously was found guilty of repeatedly crossing into the U.S. illegally. Hernandez-Vallejo had been deported twice for doing so.
Since 2012, 13 Border Patrol officers have died in the line of duty in Texas and Arizona.
Vega’s death was classified as occurring in the line of duty after authorities determined the officer pulled his gun trying to protect others. A South Texas immigration checkpoint in Sarita, where Vega was stationed, was renamed in his honor.

Elite Mexican Border Cartel-Fighting Cops Busted Running Drugs

PIEDRAS NEGRAS, Coahuila — A group of elite police officers from a squad created to fight cartels head-on was arrested for apparently trying to move a drug load into this border city.

The arrest took place near the city of Allende, Coahuila, when two officers from the elite Fuerza Coahuila riding in a black police unit were stopped at a military checkpoint along the highway that leads to Piedras Negras, information provided to Breitbart Texas by law enforcement officials revealed.
Initially, the officers refused to undergo a search, forcing the military to request help from Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office (PGR) and other law enforcement agencies. The Mexican soldiers found several packages of marijuana and an undisclosed amount of bulk cash. While details of the arrest were not publicly released, the police officers claimed that it was a seizure they were going to turn in, however, the military arrested the two officers and under heavy guard and moved them to the PGR offices in Piedras Negras.
Soon after, Coahuila Public Safety Secretary made various public statements to local news outlets claiming the FC officers were responding to a 911 call about a suitcase on the side of the road. Inside, the officers found the drugs and took them to the PGR under escort by the military. Mexico’s PGR, who is tasked with federal prosecutions, has not released any official information about the case.
