Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector arrested two previously deported child sex offenders and an MS-13 member after they attempted to illegally re-enter the U.S. in Arizona.

Tucson Sector agents assigned to the Ajo Station arrested a 28-year-old Mexican national Friday night after he illegally crossed the border east of the Lukeville Port of Entry. The agents transported the Mexican national to the Ajo Station for processing and identified him as Juan Hernandez-Arnas, according to Tucson Sector Border Patrol officials. During a biometric background investigation, the agents learned Hernandez-Arnas served six years in a California prison following a 2012 conviction in Bakersfield for “Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child under 14-years-old.”
The following day, Tucson Station agents arrested a 26-year-old Honduran after he illegally crossed the border into Arizona. A background check uncovered a 2010 conviction in Roswell, New Mexico, for a sex offense against a child, Border Patrol officials reported. The agents identified the man as Yelson Banegas-Barahona, a Honduran national with a previous deportation on his record. Both men face new federal charges for illegal re-entry after removal as sex offenders.
That same evening, Nogales Station agents arrested a group of four illegal immigrants from Honduras. They were located in a mountainous area west of Nogales, officials stated. The Hondurans were in a trek across the desert into the U.S. Agents learned that one of the men, 35-year-old Reyes Guzman-Umanzor is a previously deported criminal alien affiliated with the transnational criminal gang known as MS-13. Guzman’s previous removals followed convictions for DUI and drug possession.
Guzman now faces new federal charges for illegal re-entry after removal.
The three other Hondurans were also processed for immigration violations. All three had previous removals from the U.S. Illegal re-entry after removal is a felony charge with a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison.

Was Mollie Tibbetts the Victim of Mexican Machismo?

Recently, a liberal-leaning American girl named Mollie Tibbetts, totally unaware that the norm that dictates male sexual behavior in Latin and Central American was about to cost her life, went out for an evening run.
Little did Mollie know, when approached by a 24-year-old illegal Mexican driving a black Chevy Malibu, she probably was being confronted by a cultural inclination that – much like Muslim cultures – considers women inferior to men.  Nor is it likely at the time that Mollie realized that the guy following her came from a part of the world where males satisfy sexual appetites any way they see fit.
Women either submit or, in many circumstances, die.
And so, when Mexican illegal Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, saw Tibbetts, aged 20, jogging, he did what his culture taught him to do: he "pursued her in his vehicle."  A month later, in an Iowa cornfield, Mollie's decaying body was found.
With the aid of a Spanish translator following his arrest, Rivera told police that after shadowing the Iowa college student in his car, he "[l]ater ... parked ... and started running near her."  Apparently, in Mexico, males stalking females is considered a compliment.  Nonetheless, according to Rivera, things changed when, not flattered by the unsolicited attention, Mollie "grabbed ahold of her phone and said, 'you need to leave me alone.  I'm going to call the police.'  And then ... took off running."
On the night of Mollie's death, Rivera likely struggled with the frustration of rejection and the fear that the police would deport him.  So, in response, the alleged DREAMer panicked and "chased [Mollie] down."  Let's remember: Cristhian Bahena Rivera crossed the U.S. border illegally.  Consequently, he was not about to accept "no" as an answer from a niña from Iowa.
Rivera told police that after "blacking out," he awoke to find earphones in his lap and Mollie's body in the trunk of his car, bleeding from the head.  To cover up the crime, Rivera camouflaged the corpse with corn silk after laying it in a cornfield, where the elements ravaged the girl's body for a month.  While Mollie lay decomposing, Rivera continued contributing to the American economy by working illegally on Yarrabee Dairy farm, doing jobs the left says Americans won't do.
Despite the Mexican illegal claiming on his Facebook page that Guayabillo, Guerrero, Mexico was his home, Cristhian had been milling around small-town Iowa for years.  In another chilling account, Rolling Stone magazine reported that a young girl named Bailey Gibson told Mail Online that "her 17-year-old sister hung out with Rivera a few times and became 'creeped out' by his 'flirty behavior,' and [that] 'she had to keep telling him she wasn't interested'."
In an interview with Crime Online, a man named Justin said Rivera followed his girlfriend twice "in the same exact black Malibu" he drove the night Tibbetts was murdered.  Justin said "Rivera likely followed his girlfriend home and circled around the block in her neighborhood at least two times."  Crime Online reported that "around sunset as [Justin's] fiancé[e] made her way home from a grocery store, "someone driving a black car 'drove past her about six times,' then continued to circle around the neighborhood after she arrived home."
For the record, in 2016 alone, an estimated seven women a day lost their lives in Mexico to femicide in public locations.  Much like Mollie, Mexican women are chased; kidnapped; and, for reasons that sometimes include rebuffing male advances, murdered.  Therefore, in light of the vast number of illegals roaming our nation's streets, wouldn't it be in the best interest of America's women to be aware that according to a U.N. Women report, "14 of the 25 countries with the highest rates of femicide worldwide are located in Latin America"?
That statistic bodes poorly for women like Mollie Tibbetts.  Even so, the left continues to grope for a reason to extol the virtues of and make excuses for the culturally diverse practices of people like Cristhian, who migrated illegally to America from a third-world hellhole.
According to a 2017 Global Citizen article, which names a report from Mexico's interior department, the National Women's Institute, and U.N. Women, in Mexico, "[r]oughly two in five of all homicides against women take place outside of the home ... and unlike homicides of men, women are more likely to be killed without a firearm through means such as strangling and stabbing."  Mollie died outside her home of "multiple sharp force injuries."
Notwithstanding all the evidence, Democrats continue to wave hordes of illegal males over the border.  Moreover, to downplay liberal culpability in Mollie's murder, a left-wing pundit had the gall to cite "toxic masculinity," rather than lax immigration policies, as the cause for an illegal alien stalking, kidnapping, and then doing God knows what before killing an American girl.
Even Fox News contributor Geraldo Rivera maintained that Cristhian's illegal status had nothing to do with Mollie Tibbetts ending up dead.  The stupidity of Geraldo's premise is comparable to a father insisting that the rapist he invited to sleep in his daughter's bedroom isn't the reason the rapist sleeping in her room raped his daughter.
What open borders Democrats fail to acknowledge is that in Mexico and Central and Latin America, as well as Middle Eastern culture, "toxic masculinity" is a culturally accepted norm.  Therefore, it stands to reason that importing machismo behavior and discouraging assimilation will continue to encourage illegal men to treat other American women as Cristhian Bahena Rivera treated Mollie Tibbetts.

Sanctuary State Illinois: Illegal Alien Convicted of Raping Three Women After Failing to Be Deported

(WCSO)
 24 Aug 20182,023

An illegal alien who failed to be deported in 2012 was convicted and sentenced this week for the rape of two women and a third, now deceased, whom he admitted to raping.

Miguel Luna, a 37-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was sentenced to 80 years in prison after being convicted of raping two women in 2015 and 2016, according to the Chicago Tribune. A third woman whom the illegal alien raped has since died, though prosecutors revealed evidence showing Luna admitting to the rape.
Luna had an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) final order for removal placed on him in 2012 before the rapes occurred, but the deportation order was never honored. Illinois is, for the most part, a sanctuary state where illegal aliens are protected from being deported.
Judge David Carlson laid into the illegal alien as he passed down the 80-year prison sentence.
“You were free to do these acts … whether through misguided political correctness or people who do not believe in laws or borders,” Carlson told Luna, according to the Chicago Tribune.
“One thing I can do with the sentence is show that the laws we believe in here, maybe this won’t happen again, maybe that’s a little bit of closure,” Carlson said.
The illegal alien is mandated to serve at least 85 percent of his prison sentence and he must register as a sex offender should he ever be released from prison.

Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering Mollie Tibbetts Has an Anchor Baby

The illegal alien accused of murdering 20-year-old college student Mollie Tibbetts and leaving her body in an Iowa cornfield has a U.S.-born child.

This week, law enforcement announced that Tibbetts’ body was found in a cornfield in her rural hometown of Brooklyn, Iowa, after she was last seen jogging on July 18.
Illegal alien Cristhian Bahena-Rivera, a 24-year-old from Mexico, has been charged with first-degree murder in her death after police say he admitted to confronting and chasing down Tibbetts. The illegal alien lived in a region of Iowa that was surrounded by sanctuary cities, as Breitbart News noted.
Police have previously noted that Bahena-Rivera has been living in the U.S. illegally for the past four to seven years. A new report reveals that the illegal alien has a U.S.-born child with one of Tibbetts’ former high school classmates.

The children born to illegal aliens are often referred to as “anchor babies,” as they are able to eventually bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. and are given birthright citizenship. Every two new immigrants to the U.S. brings an estimated seven foreign relatives with them. Anchor babies also allow illegal aliens to permanently stay in the U.S. as they can claim that they have American citizen children.
In 2015, a classmate of Tibbetts’ had a child with Bahena-Rivera. Reports from Bahena-Rivera’s first day in court after being charged with first-degree murder in Tibbetts’ death revealed that the former classmate was in the courtroom with a child in her arms.
Bahena-Rivera was able to make a living in the small Iowa town by holding a job at Yarrabee Farms, a dairy farm in the region. The farm owner originally said that he used the E-Verify system to check whether Bahena-Rivera was an illegal alien, saying that he passed the screening. Later, the farm owner admitted that E-Verify was not used to check the immigration status of the illegal alien.
The illegal alien used a stolen or fake ID and fraudulent Social Security card to work in Iowa. His attorney has attempted to stop the government from calling Bahena-Rivera an “illegal alien,” claiming that he has legal status to be in the country. Federal immigration officials confirmed to Breitbart News that Bahena-Rivera is, in fact, an illegal alien.

Accused Mollie Tibbetts Killer Demands He Not Be Called an 'Illegal Alien'

There are at least 4.5 million anchor babies in the U.S. under the age of 18-years-old, according to the Congressional Budget Office. This estimate does not include the potentially millions of anchor babies who are older than 18-years-old, nor does it include the anchor babies who are living overseas with their deported foreign parents.
Proponents of birthright citizenship often claim the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution requires the policy. The Supreme Court, however, has never explicitly ruled that the children of illegal aliens must be granted automatic citizenship and many legal scholars dispute the idea.

Illegal Alien Arrested by ICE, Wanted for Murder in Mexico, Has Five Anchor Babies with Illegal Alien Wife

An illegal alien living in the United States who was recently arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and is wanted in Mexico on homicide charges has five U.S.-born children that have been rewarded with birthright citizenship.

Joel Arrona-Lara, an illegal alien from Mexico, made national headlines this week when he was arrested by ICE agents while driving his pregnant wife to the hospital. The establishment media immediately portrayed Arrona-Lara as a victim of President Trump’s increased immigration enforcement, but soon after ICE revealed that the illegal alien is wanted in Mexico for murder.
In a statement to Breitbart News, ICE officials said Arrona-Lara was originally brought to their attention after he was charged with homicide in Mexico.
The illegal alien has been living in the U.S. illegally with his illegal alien wife Maria del Carmen Venegas for 12 years, the San Bernardino Sun reveals. The couple has five children who were all born in the U.S., and thus have been rewarded with birthright citizenship despite their parents not having come to the country legally.
These children are commonly known as “anchor babies,” as they are able to eventually bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. through the process known as “chain migration.” Every two new immigrants to the U.S. brings an estimated seven foreign relatives with them.

ILLEGAL ALIEN FROM MEXICO CHARGED WITH KILLING EX-GIRLFRIEND

August 22, 2018

This is not the Mollie Tibbets story. But it does show the ubiquity of illegal alien crime. Especially the murder of women.
On Tuesday evening, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced it placed an immigration detainer with the Scott County Jail on Fraider Diaz-Carbajal, "an illegal alien from Mexico, for suspected immigration violations following his local arrest for second-degree murder."
According to ICE, Diaz-Carbajal has a criminal history that includes "numerous misdemeanor convictions, including three DUIs and one for domestic assault. On Dec. 17, 2012, a federal immigration judge ordered Diaz-Carbajal removed (deported) to Mexico;  ICE officers removed him two days later. Since then he illegally re-entered the United States, which is a felony. He remains in local custody pending adjudication of his criminal charges."
Fraider Diaz-Carbajal is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 27-year-old Enedelia Perez Garcia.
Shortly after 4 p.m. on Aug. 12, officers were called to an apartment on the 1200 block of Taylor Street on a report of an assault. According to the criminal complaint, when officers arrived, they found Diaz-Carbajal lying face down on top of the victim. The victim was sitting on the floor with her back against the wall and did not appear to be breathing. The suspect was laying on her with his head resting on her stomach and chest. Officers observed a lot of blood around the pair and in the area, as well as a large knife covered in blood next to the suspect.
Garcia had blood around her neck and multiple stab wounds all over her body. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner confirmed she died of multiple sharp force injuries.
How much longer will this go on until we finally have a wall, a border and the rule of law?
