U.S. immigration officers arrested a Mexican national in New York who had been deported from the U.S. on four separate occasions. In addition to the removals, the man has a lengthy criminal history.

Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers arrested 50-year-old Adrian Solis-Castro in Queens, New York, on October 25 following his arrest by local law enforcement officials for a charge of forcible touching, according to information obtained by Breitbart News from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.
Officials said that Solis-Castro is a Mexican national who has been deported from the U.S. on four separate occasions. A background investigation on the Mexican national revealed a criminal history that includes three felony drug convictions and a federal conviction for illegal re-entry after removal.
ERO officers obtained an arrest warrant for Solis-Castro following his arrest by New York City police officers. Local prosecutors charged the Mexican national with forcible touching.
“This man was not only removed to his home country four times, but he has multiple felony convictions here in the United States. Now, he is being charged in federal court for illegal re-entry,” ERO New York Deputy Field Office Director William Joyce said in a written statement. “It is important to note that ICE continues to play a positive role in the arrest and removal of criminal aliens, and will continue to do so in the interest of keeping our communities safe.”
If convicted on the charge of aggravated re-entry after removal, Solis-Castro could face up to 20 years in federal prison before being deported for the fifth time. Federal officials from the U.S. Marshall’s Service took custody of the criminal alien pending his federal and state prosecution.

Schumer Admits: Too Much Political Correctness in America

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer admitted he thought there was “too much political correctness” in the United States, in an interview with MSNBC on Friday.

The interview was focused on the upcoming midterm elections, but made a brief sideline to address President Donald Trump’s flat rejection of “PC culture.” When MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki asked Schumer whether there is “too much political correctness in this country,” Schumer responded:
I think there is too much political correctness in this country, but I think health care is far and away the dominant issue. There is a lot of political correctness on both sides all the time. It’s not the biggest issue, not even close. The biggest issue is healthcare.
Democrats’ next priority? “Drain the swamp,” Schumer said, with a completely straight face.

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis on Friday officially signed off on sending more U.S. troops to the nation’s southwestern border ahead of a caravan of migrants headed north from Central America.

“After receiving a request for assistance from the secretary of homeland security, the secretary of defense has approved providing mission-enhancing capabilities to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection along the southwest border,” the Pentagon announced in a statement.
“This assistance is in addition to the previously authorized support to CBP’s Operation Guardian Support mission,” it said.
The Pentagon already has 2,100 U.S. troops stationed at the southwest border, ordered there this year to help with an influx.
Reports that Mattis would order 800 more U.S. troops to the border broke on Thursday. The Pentagon statement on Friday did not specify how many troops would be sent.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford told reporters on Friday that the exact requirements would be developed “over the course of days.” He said he anticipated the requirements would include rotary-wing aircraft, logistical support, and engineering support.
The Pentagon statement confirmed Dunford’s remarks and specified that engineering support meant building temporary “barriers, barricades, and fencing”:
The department will provide Defense Support to Civil Authorities with planning assistance, engineering support (temporary barriers, barricades, and fencing), fixed and rotary wing aviation support to move CBP personnel, medical teams to triage, treat and prepare for commercial transport of patients, command and control facilities, temporary housing for CBP personnel, and personal protective equipment for CBP personnel.
The statement added, “U.S. Northern Command will be in the lead for the duration of the operation and is in support of Custom and Border Protection.”

David Clarke, former Milwaukee sheriff and current spokesperson for America First Action, told Breitbart News that a migrant caravan approaching the U.S. is “an invasion.” He offered his remarks in a Friday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with Breitbart News Deputy Political Editor Amanda House.

Clarke said, “I want to thank the president for remaining firm on protecting the southern border from this trespassing. This is an invasion of the United States. Illegal immigration has boiled to the top of issues going into the midterms. … It will remain a top issue.”

Clarke added, “This is really the result of Congress not acting on our broken immigration system. The president does have some options. He’s weighing those options right now [and] talking with his advisers. He’ll come up with something to deal with this influx.”
Clarke continued, “There’s no way the border can handle an influx of fourteen or fifteen thousand people at one time. Keep in mind that this thing started out in Honduras with about fifteen hundred people, now it’s up anywhere between eight and fifteen thousand.”
Clarke concluded, “This is a national security threat, and the president has — under the Constitution and the federal code — the authority to do certain things when a national threat emergency presents itself, and that’s what he’s looking at here.”
House noted how some of the caravaning migrants described their travels as economically motivated.
Clarke said Democrats and leftists support endless migration to the U.S.
“They support open borders,” said Clarke. “They support lawlessness. People who come here looking for work, there’s a proper way to do what.”
Clarke noted how asylum claims should be submitted within the first safe country entered by asylum-seeking migrants.
“I’m not an expert on asylum rules, but I know something about it,” remarked Clarke. “The way asylum rules work is that you claim asylum in the first country you reach outside of your own. That would have been Guatemala. They also could have gone south, they could have gone to Costa Rica [or] Nicaragua. When they got into Mexico, they could have stopped there.
Clarke went on, “Them heading to the United States is a violation of the spirit of the asylum rules. They do not have a right to come into the United States. The only people with a right to come into the United States are American citizens and those who have been processed and accepted.”
Clarke said, “[Americans] are against this invasion. Fourteen or fifteen thousand people storming your border is an invasion.”

Senate Democrats Demand Trump Import at Least 80K Refugees a Year

A group of Senate Democrats and a handful of establishment Senate Republicans are demanding President Trump import at least 80,000 foreign refugees every year.

In a letter signed by 21 Senators — including Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Kamala Harris (D-MA), Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Orrin Hatch (R-UT), Mazie Hirono (D-HI), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), and Cory Booker (D-NJ) — Trump is requested to import nearly four times as many foreign refugees to the United States next year instead of the less than 22,500 refugees that are expected to be admitted.
The Senators complain in the letter that last year, the U.S. brought in only about 22,500 refugees:
The global community currently faces one of the largest refugee crises the world has seen. More than 25 million around the world have fled their homes and countries due to war, famine, and persecution. These are some of the world’s most vulnerable individuals, and more than half of them are children. [Emphasis added]
Yet in Fiscal Year 2018, the U.S. resettle only 22,491 refugees, in stark contrast to the annual average of more than 80,000 refugees resettled per year since the enactment of the 1980 Refugee Act. [Emphasis added]
The Senators say that reducing inflows of refugees to the U.S. “threaten the position” of the U.S. around the world, though the lawmakers do not mention the national security risks to Americans associated with large foreign populations using refugee resettlement to enter the country.
“We urge the Trump administration to reconsider [reducing the inflow of refugees] and instead reaffirm the U.S.’s commitment to a robust refugee admissions program,” the Senators conclude.
As Breitbart News reported, 61 House Democrats signed a similar letter in which they demanded Trump import five times the number of foreign refugees being admitted to the country. The House Democrats request that 110,000 refugees be admitted to the U.S. every year, far more than the 22,5000 refugees that were admitted last year.
The Democrats’ plan is designed to aid the multiple refugee agencies that profit from high numbers of foreign refugees entering the country. The plan is also geared towards placating the party’s open borders base.
As Breitbart News reported, for fiscal year 2019, starting October 1, the Trump administration will not resettle more than 30,000 foreign refugees, the lowest refugee cap in nearly four decades. This is merely a cap for refugee resettlements and does not represent the number of refugees that the administration will resettle.
Since 2000, more than 1.5 million foreign refugees have been resettled across the U.S. — outpacing the population of Philadelphia. Also, there have been more than 4.1 million legal immigrants admitted to the U.S. from refugee-producing countries since 2000.

Is Kamala Harris Running For President Already? You Betcha

There are still many months and many miles of campaign trail to go before the midterms, but much like the Republicans in 2010, it’s not too soon for the Democrats to begin ginning up their base for the presidential primary to come. Assuming that Donald Trump doesn’t find some way to boost his popularity up out of negative territory, the Democrats feel that he should be easy pickings. (Much as they thought in 2016.) Today, The Hill looks at one of the least surprising names we expect to see in that contest and one who is making little effort to hide her nascent POTUS ambitions. That would be California Senator Kamala Harris.
Sen. Kamala Harris is increasingly positioning herself for a what is expected to be a crowded Democratic primary for the White House in 2020.
The former California attorney general, who is just at the beginning of her second year in the Senate, is taking positions that could endear herself with the Democratic base while allowing her to stand out from a group of Democrats who might seek the progressive mantle.
Harris voted against a Senate immigration bill backed by centrists from both parties earlier this month, waiting until the last minute to break with other liberals such as Sens. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who both backed the measure.
“While this bill would put Dreamers on a pathway toward citizenship, the appropriation of $25 billion for a border wall is a waste of taxpayer money,” she said. “A wall will not secure our border and I remain concerned those billions of dollars may also be used to implement this Administration’s anti-immigrant agenda — one that targets California and its residents.”
The signs are all there. Harris is practically tripping over herself to rush to a television camera every time there’s an opportunity to criticize President Trump and doing so in the loudest, most extreme way possible. And when it comes to the current gun control debate, when she’s not going after Trump she’s describing the NRA as the essence of all evil in the world. You may recall when she quickly got on MSNBC after the Florida shooting to say, “We cannot tolerate a society and live in a country with any level of pride when our babies are being slaughtered.” (Insert here your brief reminder that Harris is fiercely pro-abortion.)
Harris is making use of a natural advantage she has which may serve her well with much of the base now but could spell serious trouble later on. The younger and louder elements of the party don’t want the same old, middle ground politics of the Democratic Party of their parents. They want some far, far left red meat served up in blistering hot takes. Repeal the Second Amendment, open borders… all that socialist goodness. Coming from California, Harris is in no danger of ticking off her own voters acting this way.
But what many of these new, younger liberals seem to fail to realize is that hers is an act which plays well in California, New York City and a couple of other cities… but not so well everywhere else. If you run screaming too far to the left you won’t even be able to carry your primary voters in a lot of flyover country or in the south. And even if you do manage to squeak out a primary win with a platform like that, you’re going to run into a brick wall in the general election. That’s probably exactly the sort of candidate that Donald Trump dreams of running against. (Whereas a Joe Biden candidacy likely keeps him awake at night, though he’d never admit it.)
The other factor to consider is that Harris brings with her the same “closet” problem that Barack Obama had and it showed up constantly after he was elected. She may talk a good game, but when it comes to executive or even legislative experience, she’s pretty much an empty suit. She worked in the law enforcement end of things (an admirable and important job) for most of her career before even running for Attorney General (still not an executive or legislative role) eight years ago. She’s only been in the Senate for one year and two months. Her governing experience is almost nil, though her legislative experience isn’t all that much greater.
Do the Democrats really want to try to elect another candidate who can give a good speech but brings nothing much to the table in terms of proven experience? If so, best of luck to them.

Kamala Harris's $50,000 LAPD guards not her first corruption rodeo

California's Sen. Kamala Harris, the leftist Democratic presidential wannabe who got herself in the news after piously posturing against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, has now been caught with her hand in the till, traipsing around California with a Los Angeles Police Department bodyguard detail in tow, at a taxpayer-paid cost of nearly $50,000.
NBC4 of Los Angeles has the details:
Armed, plain-clothes LAPD officers were dispatched to California cities outside of Los Angeles at least a dozen times to provide security for U.S. Sen. Kamala Harris at public events, media appearances, and a party.
LA taxpayers paid for airline tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, and meals, according to detailed expense reports obtained by NBC News.  The total cost of the trips, not including the officers' overtime, topped $28,000.
The $28K was just a starting point in the cost extravaganza – overtime and other expenses made the total close to $50K.  A new police chief found out about the unprecedented freebie from the people of Los Angeles and put a stop to it.  The mayor of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti, says he never heard of it and laid the blame squarely on recently retired LAPD chief Charlie Beck.  One thing is certain: it's never been done before.  But this being Harris, it's not surprising it happened.
Harris, per this Mother Jones biography, is a former California attorney general with a radical upbringing, who viewed her prosecutorial career not as a means of putting crooks in jail to protect communities, but as a means of long marching through the institutions – corrupting them from within by taking them over in the name of left-wingery.  Everything was political for her, including her political rise as the mistress of California swamp thing extraordinaire, former State Assembly speaker, and San Francisco mayor Willie Brown.
As a prosecutor, she's engaged in some pretty impressive politically motivated corner-cutting.  She falsified a confession transcript of a defendant and then, when she was caught, defended it.  She's been caught making phony charges of racism about her Berkeley upbringing, as if Berkeley in the 1970s were a den of Klansmen.  She has an army of fake Twitter followers in an obvious bid to make herself look more influential than she really is.  Lately, she put out a deceptively edited video to smear Kavanaugh.
So no surprise to see her accepting an emolument from the politically correct and easy to shake down LAPD for free stuff.  Stuff other candidates have to pay for.  Stuff that costs taxpayers big bucks and creates lots of importance and prestige for herself.  The Mother Jones profile notes that she seems to be obsessed with wearing upper-class status suits, so it looks perfectly in character.
Garcetti lays the whole scandal at the feet of LAPD former chief Charlie Beck, and sure enough, the pair of them go way back.  Harris got elected attorney general in 2009, and Beck was the cop chief trying to avoid her politically correct prosecutorial gaze as he toed her political correctness line.
I trace them as far back as 2012 with this University of Southern California elite conference on human trafficking, here, though their ties may go back farther.  Here's a photo of the pair, calling for gun control together in 2013.  Here's another photo of the two, her mau-mauing him over Black Lives Matter in 2015.  The purpose was to put more fetters on those "racist" police.  By 2016, Beck was all in for toeing the Democratic Party line on immigration, with Harris actually inviting Beck to speak before the State Assembly about the importance of not prosecuting illegals because they might not call in crimes.  Beck also was the first to call for the issuance of California driver's licenses for illegals as well as halting the towing of illegals' cars in L.A.  Here's another one: he was accused of falsely lowering crime wave statistics, which was obviously a political move, given the state's soft-on-crime let-'em-out legislation.
The point?  They go way back, and obviously, a sweetheart deal was executed, with Harris getting herself a free LAPD police detail to look important.  Oh, and the LAPD police budget increased dramatically over those same years – with the LAPD under Beck even getting two air force bases.
Campaign contribution?  You bet.
The thing is, Beck had a history of corner-cutting in just these kinds of transactions – which rather gave Harris some leverage against him.  No wonder he toed her party line – and gave her free stuff.
In 2014, Beck got caught up in a corruption scandal around the sale of his daughter Brandi's horse – first to a police-linked foundation for $6,000, and later seeing that "donated" to the LAPD as a police horse.  Nice deal for Brandi, and maybe the LAPD, but one wonders about those foundation funds.
He also punished officers erratically, based on family and political considerations, as illustrated when naked photos of Brandi turned up in the possession of an officer on the hot seat, and Beck let him off to sweep the matter under the rug.  So you can see that Beck cuts corners, and Harris was in a position to punish him – but somehow she ended up with an LAPD free police detail, to go with her from city to city, instead.
Does this stink of patronage?  What else could it be?  What's needed now is to put Harris in the hot seat for one-hand-washes-the-other corruption – preferably the kind of treatment Kavanaugh had to endure.

Sen. Kamala Harris Condemned for Leading Kavanaugh Smear with Deceptively Edited Video

10 Sep 201822

Sen. Kamala Harris of California is being condemned for leading an attempt to smear Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh – this time with a deceptively edited video of a portion of his Senate confirmation hearings.

The California Democrat tweeted an edited video of Kavanaugh’s response to Texas Sen. Ted Cruz’s questions about the judge’s 2015 dissent from denial of hearing en banc in the case of Priests for Life v. HHS:

Exclusive–Dave Brat: Democrats Favor Importing ‘Cheap Labor’ over Securing American Jobs for Veterans

Rep. Dave Brat (R-VA) says Democrats favor importing cheap foreign labor to provide big business with low labor costs and readily available workers, rather than securing jobs for American veterans.

In an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight, Brat told Breitbart News Senior Editors-at-Large, Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak Democrats, like his pro-amnesty opponent, Abigail Spanberger, are more concerned with providing cheap labor to the business lobby than job and wage growth for Americans.
Brat said:
That is what [Democrats] want to do. [Democrats] want to open the borders and bring in cheap labor for the cheap labor crowd and then that, of course, pushes down wage trades for American workers who can’t find jobs. And we’ve got 40 million people out of the workforce still, Americans, who we need to get into the economy.
The Trump economy is roaring right now and it’s a great opportunity to get our veterans all back in the labor force, all the kids that maybe didn’t want to go for the full college route maybe back into the labor force.
My opponent is way worse than that. [Abigail Spanberger] is open borders. [Emphasis added]
Listen to Brat’s full interview here:
As Breitbart News reported, Spanberger has endorsed amnesty for all 12 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. saying that the amnesty is necessary to “meet the needs of the employers,” a talking point often spouted by the pr0-amnesty U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Business Roundtable, and Wall Street executives.
In a case of wage depression due to mass immigration, California’s construction industry saw once good wages in the 1980s suddenly decreased and flatlined due to massive amounts of illegal and low-skilled legal immigration to the region.
Blaine Taylor, a whistleblower, said the construction industry in California once offered a starting wage of about $45 an hour in the late 1980s. Fast-forward to 2018 — nearly two decades into when illegal aliens began flooding the industry — he now says that wages have fallen by more than half, standing at just $11 an hour.
A recent Harvard/Harris Poll revealed that nearly half of Americans now say illegal immigration crushes U.S. wages. About 73 percent of supporters of President Trump say illegal immigration reduces wages for Americans. Another nearly 60 percent of Americans living in rural regions of the country say illegal immigration reduces U.S. wages.

The Second Caravan Sealed the Democrats' Fate

The herald of middle-American radicalism, Samuel Francis, famously described America's two parties as the evil party and the stupid party.  Under our secular savior, Donald Trump, the political division in America is changing: there is no more stupid party, and the evil party is consuming itself.  Vilfredo Pareto's classification of political elites as "Foxes and Lions" – the quick and cunning versus the strong and stalwart – now largely describes our two parties.  The pure foxes among Republicans have mostly been silenced or have left the party; it now consists mainly of a protective pride of lions led by a dominant male more cunning than any fox.  The Democrats' elites consist almost exclusively of foxes, and they are beset by a spreading plague of rabies.
Just in time to drive this division home with a sledgehammer and a ten-inch nail, the border crisis has exploded into America's consciousness.
On the heels of the now 14,000-strong human wave set to flood across our southern border in the coming weeks is another human army – and then another, and likely many more.  Faced with the prospect of paying human-smugglers $5,000-$10,000 to transport them to the American border, poor residents of Central American countries have come to realize that mass migrations are safer and cheaper.  The invaders know they have allies on this side of our border.  Most Democrat lawmakers remain silent; they are not proposing a solution because they don't see the invasion as a problem – to them, it is a feature of our immigration laws, not a bug.  Racialism is the new creed and currency of the left, so anything that swells the numbers of minorities in the United States is assumed by Democrat leaders to be a net benefit to the Democratic Party.  With the advent of invading armies, the democrats could not be more mistaken.
First, notice what was not said as the army approached Mexico and Mexican authorities pledged to prevent it from entering their country.  Whether this was possible was an open question – but what was never questioned was the right of Mexico to stop them.  Every leftist in Congress and in corporate media silently affirmed the right of the Mexican government to stop the army.  The Democrats' immigration message is finally crystal-clear: other nations have a right to control their borders, but we do not, even in the face of foreign invasion.  That is a politically untenable position.
Second, as more invading armies get underway, regardless of the fate of the first one, questions will invariably be asked of the left – and every question undermines the Democratic Party.
- How many are too many?  There can be no real answer to that question from the left if the first massive army proceeds into the interior of the country.  The left has welcomed the first army; consistency demands that they apply the same standards to those that follow.  The Democrats have shown that they're bluffing.  To fold will admit their error, wound their pride, and compromise their racialist creed.
- Do Democrats really believe that all or even most of the invading migrants face political, ethnic, or religious persecution?  Those are the standards for asylum.  The army comes from a region where ethnicity and religion are essentially uniform; there is no Latin American version of the Hutus and Tutsis.  People fleeing economic depression and criminal violence are not eligible for asylum, yet Democrats welcome them all with open arms.
- Assuming that we decide to stop the tenth, or twentieth, or fiftieth army, is there any legal way to do so without physical resistance?  The Democrats' silence on this issue insures that our laws will be changed, and not in ways that will benefit their party.  The wall is the most obvious but hardly the limit of these changes; immigration based upon merit will be the final defeat of the Democratic Party's desire to replace the American population with a largely illiterate and dependent foreign underclass.  The Democrats will resist every change, but their support for the current invasion has cut their credibility off at the knees.
Third, the left and its corporate media allies have misjudged Latinos.  The left's childish and simplistic view of minorities leads leftists to believe that all Latinos think alike and are uniformly elated by anything that grows the sheer number of Latinos in the country.  There are radical elements in the Latino community who do think that way, and naturally, they are drawn to active participation in the racialist Democrat mob.  But most Latinos are like the rest of us: they are concerned about their families first and foremost.  It doesn't benefit Latinos – whether here legally or illegally – to have endless waves of people arriving from outside the country, willing to work for lower and lower wages.  Shrewd Latinos also recognize that the less legitimate foreign arrivals appear to be, the greater the chance that large-scale deportations will eventually occur.  Most Latinos do not desire a place on the Democrat welfare plantation and the destruction of the family unit which such a place requires.  Note that there is no European analogue for the word "machismo" – among the various races, only Latinos use and celebrate such a term, defined as "aggressive masculinity."  The Democrat plantation is the home of emasculation.
Having already set in motion plans to limit or eliminate foreign aid to El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala, President Trump has already done more to fight this foreign invasion than Obama did in eight years.  Should the migrant army simply keep walking when it meets resistance, that will not be the victory many Democrats seem to anticipate.  It will not demoralize the Republican base, which recognizes that short of military resistance and the public relations nightmare a military confrontation may produce, Trump's hands are largely tied by our current immigration laws.  Instead, the human wave will be the punctuation mark on the end of the sentence, "Build the wall."
Months ago, Trump offered to trade legitimacy for DACA recipients for the wall.  The Democrats refused, as Trump surely knew they would.  Instead, Democrats dug their greedy hands ever deeper into the immigration candy jar.  Before all is said and done, they'll curse their greedy hands and wish they'd opted for amputation.

Gallup estimates that 147 million people around the globe want to migrate to the U.S., and of those, 37 million are from Latin America.

Is it more than coincidence that thousands of migrants from Central America are seeking to enter the United States illegally just two weeks before the midterm election? Who are these people? Who's paying for their transportation, food and expenses? Why doesn't the media find out? Is this migrant caravan a ploy by Democrats to win sympathy from Hispanic voters so they'll reverse their growing approval of Trump administration policies and vote against their interests?
