CARAVAN JIHAD?

Jihadis among the migrant caravan is not as ridiculous as CNN would have you believe.

CNN on Monday once again posed as the intrepid and impartial fact checker, correcting the falsehoods spread by our ridiculous and hateful President, with the headline: “Trump seizes on right-wing media reports to suggest migrant caravan has been infiltrated by ‘unknown Middle Easterners.’” And as usual, the President is in reality far closer to the mark than CNN ever is. CNN has once again proven itself to be, as Trump has so aptly and indelibly put it, very fake news.
CNN noted that “In a tweet, the President warned that ‘criminals and unknown Middle Easterners are mixed in’ the caravan of thousands of Central American migrants fleeing poverty and violence.” Note CNN’s thumb on the scale in its framing of the story: the hordes advancing toward the border are “Central American migrants fleeing poverty and violence,” not “A large cadre of military-age males being transported to the American border to flout immigration laws and create provocations designed to discredit Trump before the midterm elections.”
After that bit of legerdemain, CNN informs the Leftist marks who still take it seriously that Trump is, as expected, all wrong and going off half-cocked yet again: “The President did not support his claim with any evidence. Sarah Sanders, the White House press secretary, told reporters on Monday afternoon that Trump ‘absolutely’ had evidence to indicate there are Middle Easterners in the caravan. Sanders, however, did not provide specific information on the matter and it was still not clear what evidence Trump had to indicate the presence of such individuals in the caravan.”
The evidence is actually abundantly clear; CNN just doesn’t want you to know it exists. The Daily Caller reported Monday that Univision correspondent Francisco Santa Anna stated: “Yesterday when we were traveling through Guatemala, we noticed people from El Salvador and even people from Bangladesh. Can you imagine what they had to do to get here? They infiltrated themselves in this caravan and tried to cross with the crowd. That would have benefited them greatly.”
What’s more, Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales stated last Thursday that his security forces had caught “close to 100 people completely linked to terrorist issues, with ISIS and that not only have we arrested them within our territory, but they have been deported to their countries of origin.” Guatemala’s Secretary of Strategic Intelligence, Mario Duarte, confirmed that “the individuals intercepted, detained, prosecuted or returned to their country of origin, is close to 100.” He referred to “several citizens of Syrian origin who were detained with false documents were detained, for which they were prosecuted and subjected to criminal proceedings,” and then deported in 2016.
The establishment media has made a great deal of the fact that Morales did not say that Guatemalan authorities had caught 100 Islamic State jihadis among the throngs approaching the U.S. border now. However, this is a distinction without a difference. If Islamic State jihadis could enter Guatemala previously, they can do it again, and they may have joined this caravan.
Denis Omar Contreras, a leader of this latest march to the border, summarily dismissed this possibility: “There isn’t a single terrorist here.” Claiming that everyone on the way to the United States was from Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua, he added: “As far as I know there are no terrorists in these four countries, at least beyond the corrupt governments.”
As far as he knows. But how can Denis Omar Contreras be sure? Is there something that would make it impossible for jihadis to infiltrate this migrant group? We do know that jihadis have many times attempted to enter the United States by way of the Southern border. Here are just a few news stories from the last few years, related to such efforts:
There is also considerable Hizballah activity in Latin America – activity that analysts have been warning for yearsis a threat to the United States.
But CNN and Denis Omar Contreras would have you believe that jihadists could not, simply could not possibly, have infiltrated this latest migrant caravan. Donald Trump is just being racist again to say so.
If some of those on their way to the U.S. get into the country and commit an act of jihad violence, will CNN and Contreras and all the others who are sneering at Trump today apologize? Don’t bet on it. But the best-case scenario will be that no one from this caravan will get in at all, and CNN and the rest can go back to calling Trump “racist” for keeping them out.

With Porous Latin American Borders, Risk of Terrorists Sneaking Through Southern Border Is Real

BY CHRISTINA ARMES, SPECIAL TO THE EPOCH TIMES
November 5, 2018 Updated: November 6, 2018
The Trump administration has beefed up border security in anticipation of Central American migrant caravans heading to the U.S. border. There are currently four caravans traveling through Mexico, with some estimates putting the total number of Central American migrants taking part at 12,000, according to local reports.
Concerns have been raised that the caravans may not be entirely made up of Central Americans fleeing gang violence and seeking a better life in the United States, and that there could be those from other backgrounds, including Middle Easterners, in the mix. Some, including President Donald Trump, have pointed out that what’s most concerning is the risk that the caravans could include terrorists as well as MS-13 gang members.
A look at reports of terrorists making their way through the porous borders of Latin American countries shows that these fears aren’t unsubstantiated.

In border security jargon, migrants that have origins in specific nations that either promote or protect terrorist organizations, and try to come through the southern U.S. border, are referred to as special interest aliens (SIAs) by the Department of Homeland Security.
In July, federal authorities arrested a Jordanian man living in Mexico who smuggled six Yemeni citizens across the U.S.–Mexico border.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a statement in April that authorities have arrested over 170 Bangladeshi nationals trying to cross the border since October 2017.
Recent reports have shown that some of the SIAs attempting to cross the border have proven links to terrorists.
A Texas Department of Public Safety report published by Houston Chronicle in 2015 states that members of recognized Islamist terrorist organizations have been caught at the border.
“Illegal aliens from countries documented by the U.S. Department of State as having a known terrorism presence continue to be smuggled into and throughout Texas and the nation on a regular basis,” read the report.
The report cited the case of Ahmed Muhammed Dhakane, an SIA from Somalia who crossed the Texas border. Dhakane, a Somali national, is a member of al-Itihaad al-Islamiya, which is linked with Al Qaeda. The report said Dhakene helped smuggle several potentially dangerous Somali terrorists into the United States.
The mere presence of terrorist elements in Latin America so close to the U.S. border is a major risk in itself, one that is exacerbated if border security is compromised.
Guatemalan President Jimmy Morales revealed in October that his country has apprehended nearly 100 ISIS terrorists.
Judicial Watch reported in 2016 that Mexican cartels assist terrorists in scouting out potential U.S. targets for terrorist attacks. ISIS militant Shaykh Mahmood Omar Khabir touted his ease of access across the border in an Italian newspaper, boasting that he “could get in with a handful of men, and kill thousands of people in Texas or in Arizona in the space of a few hours.”
A declassified State Department cable received by Judicial Watch in 2016 shows that U.S. law enforcement officials had information that an al-Qaida terrorist leader that was once based in South Florida hid in a border city in Mexico close to the Arizona border along with two other terrorists in early 2000s.
What’s more, law enforcement officials have said that Iran-backed Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah, which has a close working relationship with Mexican drug cartels, use the same routes that the cartels use to smuggle drugs and traffic people into the United States, using the proceeds to finance its terrorist operations, the Washington Post reported in 2009.
In 2002, Mexican authorities arrested Salim Boughader Mucharrafille, a Mexican citizen of Lebanese descent, for smuggling about 200 Lebanese citizens into the United States, including Hezbollah sympathizers.
Retired assistant administrator and chief of operations at the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Michael Braum stated that Hezbollah uses “the same criminal weapon smugglers, document traffickers and transportation experts as the drug cartels,” The Washington Post reported.

“The children of illegal aliens are commonly known as “anchor babies,” as they anchor their illegal alien and noncitizen parents in the U.S. There are at least 4.5 million anchor babies in the country, a population that exceeds the total number of annual American births.”   JOHN BINDER

“As Breitbart News recently reported, there are more anchor baby births in the Los Angeles, California metro area than the total U.S. births in 14 states and the District of Colombia. Every year, American taxpayers are billed about $2.4 billion to pay for the births of illegal aliens.” JOHN BINDER

This annual income for an impoverished American family is $10,000 less than the more than $34,500 in federal funds which are spent on each unaccompanied minor border crosser.
study by Tom Wong of the University of California at San Diego discovered that more than 25 percent of DACA-enrolled illegal aliens in the program have anchor babies. That totals about 200,000 anchor babies who are the children of DACA-enrolled illegal aliens. This does not include the anchor babies of DACA-qualified illegal aliens. JOHN BINDER

Democrats care about illegal aliens, not you

A buddy shared a heart-wrenching story with me during dinner.  His mom was killed Christmas Eve by a drunk-driving illegal alien.  The illegal had been caught four times driving drunk by police, never deported.  My buddy is number nine of his amazing mom's thirteen kids.  She was old-school Italian, waking up 3 A.M. five days a week to bake fresh bread and prepare meals for their family.  Dad cooked on weekends.
Christmas Eve 2002, she decided to make a quick run to the store for a few ingredients she needed to bake pies.  You can imagine the devastating horror their family felt upon being notified by police that their mother had been killed.
The illegal alien drunk driver received seven years and served only three and a half.  Two of my buddy's brothers attended the illegal alien's parole hearing to keep him behind bars, to no avail.  The multiple-offender illegal alien drunk driver was set free to roam the streets of America, not deported.
As I watched my buddy struggle to maintain his composure, my heart went out to him.  I thought, "Why are all of mainstream media's and Democrats' compassion and sympathy always given to illegals and nothing for Americans?"
While strolling with her dad on a San Francisco pier, 32-year-old Kate Steinle was shot and killed by an illegal alien.  Kate's killer had a long criminal record.  The sanctuary city repeatedly welcomed back the illegal, deported five times and a seven times convicted felon, with open arms.  A liberal San Francisco jury found Kate's killer not guilty.  President Trump said their verdict was disgraceful.  Kate's dad recalls her last words as he held her in his arms: "help me, Dad."
San Francisco politicians, mainstream media, and Democrats celebrated the leftist jury's outrageous not guilty verdict.  These leftists did not express an ounce of sympathy for American citizen Kate Steinle and her family.
Sixteen-year-old Kayla Cuevas was brutally murdered by MS-13 gang members who illegally invade our country.  Did Democrat Nancy Pelosi express an ounce of sympathy for Kayla's mom, Evelyn Rodriguez?  No.  Pelosi angrily attackedTrump for calling MS-13 gang members animals.  No compassion or sympathy for Americans.
Folks, I could fill this article with incidences in which American lives have been devastated by illegal repeat criminals and illegal gangs coddled by Democrats who run sanctuary cities.
Democrat California governor Jerry Brown actually signed a bill making California a "sanctuary state."  Brown's bill says his state will not cooperate with federal immigration law enforcement, putting American lives at risk.  Why is Brown gifting illegals rights while denying the rights of his American constituents?  While Californians struggle to find housing, Brown is assisting illegals with housing.  Illegals in California receive college tuition and numerous other benefits unavailable to legal citizens.
So why are mainstream media and Democrats obsessed with opening our borders for the free flow of illegals and getting them addicted to government freebies?  One reason is that we have allowed old hippies to indoctrinate our kids in public schools for decades.  This has created a generation that believes that America is the greatest source of evil in the world, founded by white straight Christian men who stole everything from the rest of the world.  Our youths believe that it is morally unjust for America to have borders.  We must share what we stole.
Insidiously, the second reason why Democrats desire to flood the country with illegals is to gain political power.  Immigrants have contributed greatly to our culture.  The vast majority of illegals are unskilled workers easily seduced by Democrat politicians who promise to take care of them.  Democrats will do to illegals what they have done to blacks for decades: give them just enough to keep them poor, on welfare, and faithfully voting for Democrats.
This is why mainstream media and Democrats pretend to have all the compassion and sympathy in the world for illegals while ignoring the dire consequence coddling illegals has on the lives of Americans.

Sense of Entitlement Fuels Increasingly Violent Pedestrian Invasion Forces

Sense of Entitlement Fuels Increasingly Violent Pedestrian Invasion Forces

“Daddy, I don’t want a Volkswagen. I want a BMW. And I want it NOW!”
This attitude is grating enough among spoiled teenagers. Even worse, this sense of entitlement permeates the pedestrian invasion forces — euphemized as “migrant caravans” — now marching up from Central America, through Mexico.
Undetermined thousands of illegal aliens, largely from Honduras and El Salvador, have broken into Guatemala and then broken into Mexico. They intend to break into America. Last month, news cameras caught them swamping the gate that separates Guatemala’s Ciudad Tecun Uman and Mexico’s Ciudad Hidalgo. They banged on the barrier, and down it came. A wave of humanity rushed forth, like floodwaters pouring through a ruptured levee on the mighty Mississippi.
Hondurans are poor, and their nation is no hotbed of hope. Most of these people seek to brighten their life prospects. But the path to greener pastures must be legal. These people all should stand down, retreat, and apply for visas at the embassies of the countries to which they wish to emigrate. No land — not least the USA — is obligated to accept these people. They have no right to live anywhere else without their destination nation’s permission.
A complex set of international customs and legal precedents holds that those in distress should seek relief in the “first country of asylum” safe enough for them to take refuge. International law does not recognize a right for those fleeing chaos or squalor to shop from one nation to the next, as if they were homebuyers who skin up their noses at houses A and B and demand house C.
Beyond Cancun, Mexico is not quite paradise. However, with a per-capita income of $19,900, according to the CIA World Fact Book, it is more than twice as prosperous as El Salvador ($8,900) and Guatemala ($8,100) and nearly four times wealthier than Honduras ($5,600). The frightful, deadly MS-13 gang is far less influential in Mexico than it is in those three Central American countries. So, maybe the people snaking our way should stop in Mexico and enjoy that country’s relative prosperity and comparative tranquility.
In fact, as NBC News reported, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto unveiled his “You are at home” plan. Last week, he offered housing, healthcare, education, and employment to itinerant Central Americans who had reached Chiapas and Oaxaca states. He asked them to apply for this first step toward permanent refugee designation.
Between 1,700 and 2,000 migrants reportedly have accepted Mexico’s generosity. The majority, however, have rebuffed Peña Nieto and continue trudging toward America.
“Thank you!” a group of invaders shouted in a town called Arriaga. They just had voted down Peña Nieto’s plan with a show of hands. According to CBS News, they added: “No.We’re heading north!”
“Our goal is not to remain in Mexico,” said Honduran Oscar Sosa, 58. “Our goal is to make it to [the USA.] We want passage. That’s all.”
Even before reaching San Diego or El Paso, some of these marauders are behaving like…entitled, litigious Americans.
A dozen Hondurans launched a lawsuit against President Donald J. Trump and the Department of Homeland Security. The plaintiff’s action, filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., claims that the Trump Administration’s deployment of the U.S. military to block these Hondurans violates their Fifth Amendment due-process right to asylum proceedings.
As the late, great Yogi Berra must be saying in Heaven: “Only in Central America.”
So, who are these ingrates who spurn Mexico’s hand of friendship and insist on a right to enter America? The Left/media portray these invaders as a sort of floating PTA meeting.CNN anchor Chris Cuomo purrs: “They’re more mothers than monsters.”
In fact, only “about 20 to 30 percent” of these illegals are parents and unaccompanied minors, Roy Villareal, deputy chief patrol agent of the Border Patrol’s San Diego Sector, told the Washington Examiner. The remaining 70 to 80 percent of those on the move, Villareal says, are “single, adult males.” Even more worrisome, these unattached grown men have been rough. “We have been trying to avoid, at all costs, violence on the border,” Mexico’s ambassador to Washington, Gerónimo Gutiérrez, told National Public Radio on Monday. “Unfortunately, some of the people in the caravan have been very violent against authority.”
To sample such aggression, watch this video of what appear to be masked male migrantshurling rocks at a Mexican helicopter as it flies overhead. The chopper twice takes evasive action, lest it get struck and crash.
This violence is not isolated, and the mayhem could get much, much worse.
Mexico’s Interior Minister Alfonso Navarrete told Radio Enfoque (Focus Radio) 100.1 FM last Tuesday: “I have videos from Guatemala that show men dressed in identical clothing, sporting the same haircuts, handing out money to women to persuade them to move to the front of the caravan,” to serve as the soft, vulnerable, tear-inducing tip of this human spear.
Navarette added: “We know, for a fact, that some members of the caravan threatened [Mexican] Migration Institute personnel, and we have images showing many of them preparing Molotov cocktails.” He explained that, thanks to the pedestrian invaders, “the wounded we have on the Mexican side are policemen, more than ten, two of them are serious, with traumatic brain injury.”
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security on Thursday released this disturbing statement:
“We continue to be concerned about individuals along the caravan route. In fact, over 270 individuals along the caravan route have criminal histories, including known gang membership.  Those include a number of violent criminals — examples include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, sexual assault on a child, and assault on a female. Mexican officials have also publicly stated that criminal groups have infiltrated the caravan. We also continue to see individuals from over 20 countries in this flow from countries such as Somalia, India, Haiti, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh. There is a large segment of this population that we know nothing about and we must be prepared to defend our border and enforce our laws to protect the citizens of our country.”
This is what America faces: Wave after wave after wave of thousands of uninvited, unidentified, jobless, predominantly male, somewhat sue-happy, increasingly violent, illegal aliens determined to penetrate our southern border and make themselves at home in our country.
Too bad they don’t follow my mother and father’s example.
When they wanted to pursue better lives by moving from Costa Rica to America in 1962, my parents did something likely considered racist today: They visited the U.S. Embassy in San José, filled out visa applications, got their passports stamped, and then came to America. The Land of the Free greeted them with tremendous warmth, love, and opportunity — and then did the same for our other relatives who arrived, mainly after my birth in Los Angles in 1963.
Lucky us.
Remember: these people all walked in after they knocked on America’s front door and were invited in.
Those who now fill our TV screens around the clock, however, have no claim on our sympathy. Unlike lawful immigrants, those who are determined to barge into America illegally deserve nothing but water cannons and tear gas if they reach the southern frontier. These pedestrian invaders could have rung our collective bell and waited for us to answer. Instead, they have organized themselves into a human battering ram and are poised to smash our door into splinters, run inside, and help themselves to America’s bounty. They should think long and hard before triggering the righteous rage of this home’s overburdened owners.
