White House Aides Ask Business for Immigration Wish List

David Koch:jared-kushner:Charles Koch

White House aides are asking business groups — including advocates for the Koch network — what they want to include in a wall-for-amnesty immigration deal, according to Axios.

Axios reported:
One of those officials said [top aide Jared] Kushner has almost exclusively been talking to Republicans to figure out what they want out of a reform package. His planning sessions are “about defining what we’re for, not what we’re against.”
“Right now [Kushner is] just trying to understand the Republican position so that we can take all those views to the president and he can make an informed decision,” the same official said on Tuesday.
“This is more of a long-term policy process, not a resolution for the shutdown,” the official added. “And amnesty was not discussed at any of these meetings. This is really about how do we reform our broken immigration system.”
For more than a decade, Congress has grappled with the vast wishlist presented by investors, high-tech employers, the chambers of commerce, universities, seasonal employers, farmers, real-estate developers, immigration lawyers, and many other groups.
But that wishlist is almost entirely the opposite of preferences held by the blue-collar voters who elected President Donald Trump in 2016 and by the white-collar votes who may defeat him in 2020.
For decades, employers and investors have argued that the immigration system is broken because it does not deliver them enough cheap workers and enough new consumers.
Former President George W. Bush tried to reconcile investors’ open-ended demands for cheap workers and more consumers with the self-interest of the GOP by pushing for a law that would allow companies to hire an unlimited number of non-voting visa workers. Bush’s “any willing worker” plan was blocked, but Congress instead proposed the open-ended “Probationary Z Visa” in 2007. The Z visa plan offered work permits to all migrants who reached the United States within one year — and gave border officials just 24 hours to prove the migrants’ documents were fakes. The ambitious proposal quickly failed.
Similarly, in 2013, the business sectors’ wish list was included in the huge “Gang of Eight” amnesty bill. For example, the bill sought to flood the middle class labor market by offering two ways to provide green cards to an unlimited number of foreign graduates. In fact, the amnesty bill so skewed the labor market towards investors that the Congressional Budget Office reported, “the rate of return on capital would be higher [than on labor] under the legislation than under current law throughout the next two decades.”
The 2006 and 2007 amnesty plans were so unpopular among voters that Bush’s poll ratings sank from roughly 45 percent at the start of 2006 down to roughly 35 percent at the end of 2007, and then-Sen. Barack Obama used his opposition to build his 2008 outsider campaign. In 2014, the Senate Democrats lost nine seats after voters rejected the cheap labor amnesty.
But the business sector is loudly pushing for similar goals today.
Landscaping, forestry, hospitality, and seafood companies want extra H-2B visas to import cheap seasonal workers. For example, an H-2B expansion rule was hidden inside the GOP’s compromise border security plan that was rejected in January by Senate Democrats. Many companies are desperate for more H-2B workers because the companies which do not get some of the roughly 100,000 H-2B workers will lose contracts and profits to the companies which do get H-2B workers by hiring consultants, lawyers, and labor brokers. No business groups are asking the federal government to level the playing field by ending the H-2B program.
Lobbyists for technology investors want to import more visa workers who have college degrees. Currently, white-collar wages are suppressed by the H-1B and other visa programs which keep roughly 1.5 million foreign white-collar visa workers in jobs throughout the U.S. economy. The goal of more cheap graduates was endorsed in July by the GOP-run House appropriations committee but was blocked in November when GOP Rep. Kevin Yoder lost his Kansas seat in a suburban middle class district. Yoder’s proposal, dubbed HR392, would have ended the so-called “country cap” on green card allocations, so rewarding Indians who sign up for several years of low wage labor in the United States.

GOP Reps. are still pushing Rep. Yoder's middle-class outsourcing bill to put 600K Indian visa-workers & families on fast-track to US jobs/voting. It would help CEOs import more Indians for US college-grad jobs - w/o any benefit for US workers or even GOP.

Many American universities are also eager to help companies import more visa workers. In 2013, for example, universities worked with business leaders to add sections to the amnesty legislation which allowed them to trade green cards to an unlimited number of foreign graduate students in exchange for tuition fees. House Republicans legislators quietly resisted the 2013 amnesty plan — and their opposition was explained in June 2014 when GOP primary voters defeated the GOP’s Majority Leader, Eric Cantor. In 2019, universities — backed by information technology investors — are trying to protect their “Optional Practical Training” program from a threatening lawsuit. The OPT brings hundreds of thousands of fee-paying foreign students into universities — and it also places hundreds of thousands into jobs which are sought by young graduates who can vote in the 2020 election.
Wall Street investors describe their immigration-related goals as national “economic growth.” That goal of a bigger economy is greatly aided by imported consumers. Investors also want to lower payrolls because every extra dollar in profit creates roughly $15 in stock value on Wall Street. But Trump’s Inauguration Day promise of a “Hire American” policy is slowing the arrival of new consumers and is nudging up investors’ payroll costs before the 2020 election. The investors’ demand to junk the “Hire American” policy is at the core of the bipartisan effort to block Trump’s c reforms.

Trump's "Hire American" policy beats Jeff Bezos: In January, Bezos asked for a DACA amnesty to stop an 'impending workforce crisis.' But the crisis turns out to be Bezos having to pay $15/hr starter wages for all Amazon workers. More crises, please!

The Koch lobbying group includes many unrecognized investors and CEOs who gain when immigration adds to the four million Americans who turn 18 each year. The Koch brothers’ high tech oil industry business is not reliant on cheap labor or new consumers, but the group’s real estate owners, consumer industry CEOs, and the Wall Street investors gain as the federal government inflates the annual labor supply and drives up demand for apartment rentals, groceries, advertising, and entertainment.
Silicon Valley investors are insisting they want a DACA amnesty for roughly three million migrants, most of whom work in lower skill jobs. That amnesty goal is not billionaire altruism because lobbyists recognize that a quick DACA amnesty will prevent Trump from trading a DACA amnesty during 2019 for congressional approval of his Four Pillars agenda. Trump’s agenda includes reducing chain migration, ending the visa lottery, and reforming asylum laws. Groups such as oppose that agenda partly because it would further reduce the inflow of cheap workers and extra consumers sought by investor-backed companies such as DoorDash, which is a food delivery company.
Farmers want cheap labor partly because they are facing growing international competition and because they are reluctant to pay the up front costs of American-made labor saving machinery, such as automated crop picking machines or robotic cow milkers. In 2018, Republicans endorsed the H-2C visa-worker program to provide farmers and meatpackers with at least two million visa workers. That effort failed, and in 2019, administration officials are trying to provide additional farm workers via the uncapped H-2A visa worker program. However, the H-2A farm workers cost too much and should be reformed to cut payroll costs, say farm industry groups.

Speaker Ryan offers employers 1.35 million more cheap visa-workers if they pressure House Freedom Caucus to endorse DACA amnesty. Cheap-labor H-2C program would cut wages for Americans (& legal immigrants) throughout food sector. 'Mainstream media' is mute

The many chambers of commerce around the nation reflect the preference of small businesses, ranging from apartment landlords to car salesmen, and groceries, both large and small. Those groups win more sales when the federal government imports roughly 1.1 million new consumers each year — and they lose sales and employees when Trump’s deputies repatriate illegal immigrants or if a border barrier and legal reforms deter illegal migration. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce argued against the wall in 2015, saying any curbs must be offset by a legal inflow of unskilled workers:
“A wall, more fencing, or other security measures at the border are best evaluated while also creating channels for workers to come to the United States to fill available jobs,” said Randel K. Johnson, the senior vice president for labor, immigration and employee benefits issues at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He later added that “an orderly system of legal temporary worker programs that includes background checks for migrants seeking work would enhance security and shrink the haystack for law enforcement to focus on criminals and others.”
It’s a message that Johnson and the Chamber have been championing for years. During a Senate hearing in March, Johnson testified that “expanding temporary worker programs for lesser-skilled occupations, when properly structured, will be good for the economy and will clearly enhance U.S. security and border control.”
Numerous polls show that Americans want to like and welcome migrants — and that most of those Americans also oppose the cheap labor immigration which displaces Americans, drives down wages, threatens neighborhoods, and damages schooling.
Those voters’ views are not being touted by industry lobbyists in White House meetings, nor are they highlighted by pro-migration media on the talk shows. But these voters put Trump into the White House in 2016 — and these voters have the power to send Trump and his aides back to New York in 2020.

The establishment’s economic policy of using legal and illegal migration to boost economic growth shifts enormous wealth from young employees towards older investors by flooding the market with cheap white collar and blue collar foreign labor.
That annual flood of roughly one million legal immigrants — as well as visa workers and illegal immigrants — spikes profits and Wall Street values by shrinking salaries for 150 million blue-collar and white-collar employees, and especially wages for the four million young Americans who join the labor force each year.
The cheap labor policy widens wealth gaps, reduces high tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, hurts kids’ schools and college education, pushes Americans away from high tech careers, and sidelines millions of marginalized Americans, including many who are now struggling with fentanyl addictions.
Immigration also steers investment and wealth away from towns in Heartland states because coastal investors can more easily hire and supervise the large immigrant populations who prefer to live in coastal cities. In turn, that coastal investment flow drives up coastal real estate prices and pushes poor U.S. Americans, including Latinos and blacks, out of prosperous cities such as Berkeley and Oakland.

ICE Arrests 118 in New York

In this Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017, photo released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE shows foreign nationals being arrested this week during a targeted enforcement operation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) aimed at immigration fugitives, re-entrants and at-large criminal aliens in Los Angeles. Nearly all of the 118 immigration violation arrests made in New York by ICE over five days were convicted criminals or those with pending charges.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) made 188 arrests from January 14-18. Of those arrested, 107 were convicted criminals or facing charges, and 55 failed to leave the country after a final order of removal or were previously removed and returned to the U.S.
ERO New York field office director Thomas R. Decker said of the enforcement:
In spite of the significant obstacles that ICE faces due to the dangerous policies created by local jurisdictions, which hinders the cooperation between ICE and local law enforcement, ICE will continue to devote the full efforts of our agency to protecting citizens and enforcing federal immigration law despite challenges being pursued by politically motivated individuals.
ICE named 14 of those foreign nationals arrested, six of which had sexual offense convictions or pending charges.
“More than 35 individuals arrested during this operation were previously released from local law enforcement on an active detainer,” according to an ICE detailing of the enforcement action. The release emphasized, “When law enforcement agencies fail to honor immigration detainers and release serious criminal offenders onto the streets, it undermines ICE’s ability to protect public safety and carry out its mission.”
ICE pointed to sanctuary cities and their practice of releasing those on ICE detainers, including many with “significant criminal histories.”
More than 80 percent of American voters want a crackdown on illegal alien crime, according to a recent Harvard/Harris poll.
“Ultimately, efforts by local NYC politicians have shielded removable criminal aliens from immigration enforcement and created another magnet for more illegal immigration, all at the expense of the safety and security of the very people it purports to protect,” Tuesday’s ICE announcement stated. “ICE seeks straightforward cooperation with all local law enforcement and elected officials.”

Shutdown Shudders: Consumer Confidence Falls Again as Outlook for the Future Dims

Consumer confidence took another hit in January, as the government partially shut down while Capitol Hill Democrats and the Trump White House battled over funding for a border wall.

The Conference Board’s Consumer Confidence Index decreased in January, the third consecutive steep monthly decline.
The index fell to 120.2 from December’s revised down 126.6. Economists had expected a milder decline to 124.3.
Despite the government shutdown, consumers’ view of current conditions was little changed. The percentage of consumers claiming business conditions are “good” was virtually unchanged at 37.4 percent, while those saying business conditions are “bad” actually fell from 11.6 percent to 11.1 percent.
But optimism about the future turned much more pessimistic in January, the third consecutive monthly steep decline in expectations. The percentage of consumers expecting business conditions will improve over the next six months fell from 18.1 percent to 16.0 percent, while those expecting business conditions will worsen increased from 10.6 percent to 14.8 percent.
Consumers’ assessment of labor market conditions was mixed. Those stating jobs are “plentiful” increased from 45.5 percent to 46.6 percent, while those claiming jobs are “hard to get” also increased, from 12.2 percent to 12.9 percent.  But the outlook was less favorable. The share expecting more jobs in the months ahead decreased from 16.6 percent to 14.7 percent, while those anticipating fewer jobs increased, from 14.6 percent to 16.5 percent.
And fewer consumers expect their incomes to improve in the near-term future.  The share expecting an improvement declined from 22.4 percent to 18.2 percent, while the proportion expecting a decrease also declined, from 7.6 percent to 7.1 percent.
Although consumer confidence has declined in recent months, it remains at a very high level. Consumer confidence remains well above levels that persisted for years prior to the election of President Donald Trump.

NEW YORK — Demand Justice, an organization founded by former members of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and associated with a “social welfare organization” financed by billionaire activist George S oros, is raising money for an eventual court fight against what the group describes as President Trump’s proposed “racist, unnecessary wall.”
“Obama would declare himself president for life with S oros really running the show, as he did for the entire Obama presidency.”
“Hillary was always small potatoes, a placeholder as it were. Her health was always suspect. And do you think the plotters would have let a doofus like Tim Kaine take office in the event that Hillary became disabled?”

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY’S BILLIONAIRES’ GLOBALIST EMPIRE requires someone as ruthlessly dishonest as Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama to be puppet dictators.

1.     Globalism: Google VP Kent Walker insists that despite its repeated rejection by electorates around the world, “globalization” is an “incredible force for good.”

2.     Hillary Clinton’s Democratic party: An executive nearly broke down crying because of the candidate’s loss. Not a single executive expressed anything but dismay at her defeat.

3.   Immigration: Maintaining liberal immigration in the U.S is the policy that Google’s executives discussed the most.

Even though it has gone virtually unreported by corporate media, Breitbart News has extensively documented the Clintons’
longstanding support for “open borders.” Interestingly, as the Los Angeles Times observed in 2007, the Clinton’s praise for
globalization and open borders frequently comes when they are
speaking before a wealthy foreign audiences and donors.

What’s Happening at the Center
In his new report, Mark Metcalf highlights the persistent failure of aliens to show up to immigration court -- a serious challenge for the country's immigration enforcement efforts. In 2017, 43 percent of all aliens free pending trial failed to appear for court. Aliens abscond from court more often today than they did before the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Deportation orders for failing to appear in court exceed deportation orders from cases that were tried by 306 percent.

Exclusive: Conservatives Unite Against H.R. 1, ‘Ultimate Fantasy of the Left’

         Washington, DC1,692

WASHINGTON, DC – Over 150 conservative leaders nationwide released a “Memo to the Movement” from the Conservative Action Project on Monday, declaring that they are opposed to the Democrats’ kick-off legislation H.R. 1, which would profoundly shift elections toward liberal candidates and open the door to rampant voter fraud, calling Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s bill “the ultimate fantasy of the left.”

“Conservatives are united in opposing H.R. 1, the attempt by House Democrats to fundamentally undermine the American electoral system,” the Memo begins.
It explains several key features of Pelosi’s inaugural legislation, outlining how it is designed to ensure that a liberal Democrat wins the White House in 2020 and the Left gains unified control of Congress and well as take over state governments.
The Democrats’ bill violates the First Amendment. It restricts political speech and election activities in several ways that the U.S. Supreme Court has made crystal clear violates the Constitution, such as groups’ pooling resources to take out ads on the issues those groups advocate.
Pelosi’s legislation is a massive federal power grab away from the states. The Constitution gives primary authority to the sovereign states to conduct elections. This bill empowers the federal government to micromanage elections by requiring states to get “preclearance” from Washington, D.C., before changing their election procedures.
H.R. 1 also mandates countless millions of taxpayer dollars be given to candidates for their campaigns, requiring citizens to fund candidates who those citizens actually oppose for office.
The Memo highlights several other features of the bill, including:
    • Forces all states to allow all convicted felons to vote.
    • Requires all states to allow same-day voter registration, which leads to voter fraud.
    • Makes it difficult for a state to discover if a voter is also voting in another state.
    • Prevents states from limiting early voting.
    • Prevents states from limiting voting by mail.
    • Requires all states to provide free mail-in absentee ballots.
    • Criminalizes political speech that the government deems “discouraging” to voters who are statistically more likely to vote Democrat.
    • Takes redistricting away from elected leaders to give to left-leaning commissions.
Many of these items are statistically more likely to increase Democrat and liberal votes over Republican and conservative votes. For example, most felons vote for Democrats, and people who do not register to vote until the last minute lean left as well.
Others increase the odds of voter fraud and intimidation. The most secure method of voting is in a government building on Election Day. Early voting, voting by mail, automatically registering people to vote when they get s driver’s license, and allowing a person to register for the first time on Election Day, are each more susceptible to fraudulent votes or for voters to be intimidated regarding who they should vote for.
Moreover, electioneering messages that are said to “discourage” voting are typically conservative messages that various left-wing minority voter groups attack as “voter suppression.” Making such messages a federal crime creates the possibility of conservative groups being prosecuted by the U.S. government, chilling their willingness to participate in elections at all.
A constellation of 154 national conservative stars signed the Memo to the Movement, including:
Edwin Meese III, former Attorney General of the United States

Texas Finds 95,000 Non-US Citizens Registered To Vote -- 58,000 Have Actually Voted In Recent Elections

On Friday January 25, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that 95,000 individuals registered to vote in the Lone Star State have been identified as "Non-US Citizens," meaning they are illegally registered to vote. Further evidence brought forth by Texas Secretary of State David Whitely confirms that 58,000 of these individuals have broken the law and voted in "one or more" recent elections.
“Every single instance of illegal voting threatens democracy in our state and deprives individual Texans of their voice," AG Paxton said in a statement. "My Election Fraud Unit stands ready to investigate and prosecute crimes against the democratic process when needed."

Texas Democrats asking non-citizens to vote

The Public Interest Legal Foundation has alerted the Justice Department to a gambit by Texas Democrats to get non-citizens to vote.
The state party sent out a voter registration form asking non-citizens to sign up, with the citizenship box already checked "yes."
The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren't citizens, received the mailing.
"This is how the Texas Democratic Party is inviting foreign influence in an election in a federal election cycle," said Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the PILF, a group that's made its mark policing states' voter registration practices.
The Texas secretary of state's office said it, too, had gotten complaints both from immigrants [sic] and from relatives of dead people who said they got mailings asking them to register.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott vowed to investigate.
"If true there will be serious consequences," he said.
This is an open invitation for voter fraud on a large scale, and the way the Democrats went about it defies belief:
The applications were pre-addressed to elections officials, which is likely what left many voters to believe they were receiving an official communication from the state.
But the return address was from the State Democratic Executive Committee, and listed an address in Austin that matches the state Democratic Party's headquarters.
The letter is emblazoned with "Urgent!  Your voter registration deadline is October 9."  It continues: "Your voter registration application is inside.  Complete, sign and return it today!"
On the application, boxes affirming the applicant is both 18 and a U.S. citizen are already checked with an "X" in the Yes field.
The mailing also urges those who are unsure if they're registered to "Mail it in."
Dead people were also being asked to vote.
Sam Taylor, spokesman for Texas's secretary of state, said they heard from people whose relatives were receiving mail despite having passed away 10 years ago or longer.  One woman said her child, who'd been dead 19 years, got a mailing asking to register.
"It looks like a case of really bad information they are using to send out these mailers," Mr. Taylor said.
Mr. Taylor is being very charitable.  I doubt very much whether it's "bad information" being used by Democrats.
How many other state Democratic Parties send out similar requests to non-citizens and haven't been caught?  Are we to believe that one party in one state came up with this idea all on its own?  Perhaps, but not likely.
Many liberals believe that anyone in the United States – citizen or non-citizen – should be able to vote.  If they want to make that argument and change the law to make it happen, they are more than welcome to try.  Of course, if they run on that issue, they will get slaughtered at the polls.  So instead of going to the American people and working to change the law, they try an underhanded dirty trick to achieve the same goal.
Someone should go to jail for this ruse.

Safe Spaces: How Sanctuary Cities are Giving Cover to Noncitizens on the Voter Rolls
Public Interest Legal Foundation, August 2018

“New” and “underrepresented” voters could spell victory for leftist Democrats in November.

    September 12, 2018

Last week California’s Department of Motor Vehicles sent 23,000 “erroneous” voter registrations to the office of Secretary of State Alex Padilla, who maintains the list of registered voters. The DMV blamed it technical errors and said none of the erroneous registrations involved undocumented immigrants. Padilla was “extremely disappointed and deeply frustrated” and the DMV assured him it wouldn’t happen again.
Legitimate voters have good reason to believe Padilla was not disappointed but delighted. The odds are strong that illegals make up most if not all of the newly registered voters. The registrations of illegals will be happening again, in greater numbers, as the November election approaches.
The day after the 23,000 registrations made news, it emerged that from late April to early August, the DMV registered 182,000 “new voters,” with the largest number, 112,000, choosing “no party.” Neither the DMV nor Padilla would explain the numbers but the trend is evident and all by design.
Under a 2015 voter registration law, the DMV automatically registered to vote those who obtain or renew a California driver’s license. As Padilla told the Los Angeles Times, “We’ve built the protocols and the firewalls to not register people that aren’t eligible. We’re going to keep those firewalls in place.” The Democrats’ Secretary of State did not explain how the firewalls worked and if any ineligibles had managed to vote.
After the 2016 election in which Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton, Padilla refused to release any voter information to a federal probe that he claimed “has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally.” California’s participation, Padilla said in a statement, “would only serve to legitimize the false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the president.”
Back in 2015, Padilla told the Los Angeles Times, “At the latest, for the 2018 election cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the rolls in the state of California.” True to form, by March, 2018, more than one million “undocumented” immigrants received licenses.
The DMV has been under fire for incompetence, with wait times up to six hours and retention of state employees who sleep on the job. Legislators resisted calls for an audit and gave DMV boss Jean Shiomoto another $16 million to hire new employees. Thus equipped, the massive state agency is cranking out “new voters” for November. The DMV claim that “none” of them is ineligible fits the pattern of leading Democrats who believe everybody in the state is a legal resident.
Governor Jerry Brown, who three times ran for president, calls Californians “the citizens of the fifth largest economy in the world,” and the sanctuary state law protects even violent criminal illegals. The ruling Democrats protect illegals while promising them “free” health care and other benefits. In return, the illegals vote for Democrats.
“Palestinian-Mexican American” candidate Ammar Campa-Najjar, is the grandson of Black September terrorist Muhammad Yusuf al-Najjar, who masterminded the murder and mutilation of 11 Israelis at the Munich Olympics in 1972. The Democrat, 29, is depending on “underrepresented voters,” to unseat Rep. Duncan Hunter in San Diego.
Legitimate voters have good reason to consider “underrepresented” as code for “ineligible” or “illegal.” For their part, legal citizens and immigrants might wonder how the Munichian candidate’s father managed to enter the United States and what the family was doing in Gaza for several years. Ammar isn’t telling and establishment journalists look the other way.
Senate boss Kevin de Le贸n, whose name on his birth certificate voter rolls is Kevin Alexander Leon, claims his father is a Chinese cook born in Guatemala. The author of the state’s sanctuary law spent time on both sides of the border and “identifies strongly with Mexican culture.” The story defies belief but as with Najjar the establishment media mounted no investigation.
Kevin Alexander Leon seeks to replace Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate. He has narrowed Feinstein’s lead to single digits and that stream of “new” voters from the DMV could push him over the line.
POTUS 44 has endorsed Campa-Najjar, who worked on his reelection campaign in 2012. The president formerly known as Barry Soetoro has been campaigning openly for Democrat Gil Cedillo, who is running for Congress in California’s 39th district. Cedillo has been accused of sexual harassment by fellow Democrat and documentary filmmaker Melissa Fazli. That does not trouble the former president, and Cedillo could also benefit from those “new” voters.
As a State Department investigation discovered, false-documented illegals have been voting in local, state and federal elections for decades. That may explain how a state that twice voted for Ronald Reagan and booted out three of Jerry Brown’s state supreme court picks, including chief justice Rose Bird, became a Democrat stronghold.
Back in 1996 in Orange County, 442 illegals voted for Loretta Sanchez, the Democrat who narrowly defeated Republican Robert Dornan. He was the target of Hermandad Mexicana Nacional founder Bert Corona, a violent Stalinist who opposed Dornan’s strong anti-Communist stance.
Despite Democrat denials, voter fraud was going strong in California long before the DMV registered more than one million false-documented illegals. It’s a safe bet that most if not all those ineligibles will be showing up at the polls in November.

U.S. Election Meddling: Nationwide Voter Fraud, Importation of 15M Foreign-Born Voters

Shelby Lum, Richmond Times-Dispatch via The Associated Press

    19 Jul 2018Washington, D.C.2,070

As the establishment media, GOP, and Democrats fret over the influence foreign countries have on U.S. elections, the leading threats to the American electorate remain nationwide voter fraud and mass immigration.

Though President Trump’s administration sought to thoroughly investigate voter fraud through the Presidential Commission on Election Integrity, the board was handed off to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in order to bypass obstruction from national Democrats who refused to turn over voter data.
    Voter Fraud
The number of convictions against voter fraud continues to rise, with now nearly 940 criminal convictions on the books across the U.S., according to the latest data from the Heritage Foundation.
Likewise, the number of cases of voter fraud has risen. Heritage’s Voter Fraud Database now features 1,071 cases of voter fraud that spans across 47 states.
In the most recent study by the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) on voter fraud, the think tank found 8,471 high likely cases of double voting. About 7,271 of those cases were inter-state double voting, while the remaining 1,200 cases were of intra-state double voting.
“The probability of correctly matching two records with the same name, birthdate, and social security number is close to 100 percent,” the GAI report noted.
Kansas Secretary of State and gubernatorial candidate Kris Kobach is fighting in his state to enforce voting laws that would mandate voters  prove their U.S. citizenship. This effort has currently been halted by the left-wing ACLU organization and a circuit judge who recently claimed that it was unconstitutional for a state to demand voters provide their U.S. citizenship records. Years ago, proof of citizenship voting laws were upheld as fully constitutional.
“Compare [Russia meddling in the 2016 presidential campaigns] to the kind of foreign influence in the actual election numbers in foreign nationals voting,” Kobach told Breitbart News. “That’s real and much more consequential and it’s happening all over the country.”
Kobach said his expert witness in the suit with the ACLU over the proof of citizenship law revealed that as many as 33,000 foreign nationals are on the voter rolls in Kansas. For states like California, with the largest foreign-born population in the country, the number of foreign nationals on the voter rolls is likely in the hundreds of thousands or even the millions, Kobach says.
    Mass Immigration
Similarly, mass legal and illegal immigration to the U.S. continues to be the largest driver of population increases and demographic shifts in the country. Every year, more than 1.5 million immigrants are admitted to the country. The U.S. has imported more than ten million immigrants in the last decade.
The vast majority of foreign nationals arrive through the process known as “chain migration,” where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. Every two new immigrants to the country bring an additional seven foreign relatives with them.
As Breitbart News has extensively reported, the U.S. is on track to import about 15 million foreign-born voters by the year 2038. That is nearly quadruple the size of the annual number of U.S. births; about four million American babies are born every year.
Through chain migration alone, the U.S. will import about eight million foreign-born voters in the next two decades.
The country’s continued mass immigration policies are likely to hand over electoral dominance to Democrats in statewide and national elections, Breitbart News has noted.
Analysis conducted by Axios’s Chris Canipe and Andrew Witherspoon shows the overwhelming trend of foreign-born populations voting Democrats into office over Republicans.
The victory of socialist Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in New York’s 14th District is the latest case where a booming foreign-born voting population pushed the far-left activist over the edge to beat out establishment, high ranking Democrat Rep. Joe Crowley.
Ocasio-Cortez’s district is close to 50 percent foreign-born, a drastic shift of an area that was once populated primarily by native-born Americans. Ocasio-Cortez ran her congressional campaign on abolishing all immigration enforcement across the U.S.
In California, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is facing a challenge from State Senator Kevin de Le贸n (D-Los Angeles), and the California Democratic Party has endorsed Le贸n. The far-left challenger was the key proponent of California’s sanctuary state law that protects criminal illegal aliens from being deported.
University of Maryland, College Park researcher James Gimpel has found in recent years that more immigrants to the U.S. inevitably means more Democrat voters and thus, increasing electoral victories for the Democratic Party.
In 2014, Gimpel’s research concluded with three major findings:

    ·         Immigrants, particularly Hispanics and Asians, have policy preferences when it comes to the size and scope of government that are more closely aligned with progressives than with conservatives. As a result, survey data show a two-to-one party identification with Democrats over Republicans.

    ·         By increasing income inequality and adding to the low-income population (e.g. immigrants and their minor children account for one-fourth of those in poverty and one-third of the uninsured) immigration likely makes all voters more supportive of redistributive policies championed by Democrats to support disadvantaged populations.

    ·         There is evidence that immigration may cause more Republican-oriented voters to move away from areas of high immigrant settlement leaving behind a more lopsided Democrat majority.

Years ago, only a handful of elected Democrats would mention how the demographic shift spurred by mass immigration was a benefit to Democrats electorally. Today, it is a widely used talking point of elected Democrats.
Take San Antonio, Texas Mayor Julian Castro, for example. Months ago, Castro admitted that immigration could potentially turn the state of Texas, Florida, and Arizona into Democrat strongholds, like California.

    Juli谩n Castro

The Hispanic vote in Texas will continue to increase. By 2024 Democrats can win Texas, Arizona and Florida. A big blue wall of 78 electoral votes.

    Kyle Griffin

“The Democrats have now become very open about what they are doing and they state it very clearly,” Kobach said of the Democrats’ use of immigration for shifting the electorate.
“Now, multiple Democrats are saying their plan is to import new voters to change elections,” Kobach said.
In an analysis from Georgetown University, the University of California, and Banque de France, researchers discovered that immigration to the country continuously increases Democrats’ chances of winning elections:
On average across election types, immigration to the U.S. has a significant and negative impact on the Republican vote share, consistent with the typical view of political analysts in the U.S. [Emphasis added]
This average effect – which is driven by elections in the House – works through two main channels. The impact of immigration on Republican votes in the House is negative when the share of naturalized migrants in the voting population increases. Yet, it can be positive when the share of non-citizen migrants out of the population goes up and the size of migration makes it a salient policy issue in voters’ minds. [Emphasis added]
These results are consistent with naturalized migrants being less likely to vote for the Republican Party than native voters and with native voters’ political preferences moving towards the Republican Party because of high immigration of non-citizens. This second effect, however, is significant only for very high levels of immigrant presence. [Emphasis added]
In 2016, the legal and illegal immigrant population reached a record high of 44 million. By 2023, the Center for Immigration Studies estimates that the legal and illegal immigrant population of the U.S. will make up nearly 15 percent of the entire U.S. population.
Mexico has the largest group of legal and illegal foreign nationals in the U.S., with 1.1 million immigrants from the country arriving in the U.S. between 2010 and 2016. Mexican nationals make up roughly one in eight new arrivals to the U.S. On average, every one Mexican immigrant brings six foreign relatives with them to the country through chain migration.

MEXICO WILL ELECT ALL FUTURE AMERICAN PRESIDENTS… Now go and watch the pols hispander!

If the illegals are violent criminals, de Leon, governor Jerry Brown and attorney general Xavier Becerra believe they are still better people and protect them from deportation. And this fall one million illegals could be voting in California alone

The Golden State does favors for illegal immigrants -- who may return the favor at the voting booth.

    June 22, 2018

“The California state budget on Gov. Jerry Brown’s desk puts tens of millions of dollars into programs that could help undocumented immigrants fight federal efforts to deport them,” the Sacramento Bee reports, “including opening up $10 million to hire lawyers for unaccompanied minors trying to stay in the U.S.” For that crowd, the Democrats’ $200 billion budget has even more to give.
The budget “expands funding for immigration legal services offered through the Department of Social Services and public colleges,” and “includes $1.6 million to build a team of eight attorneys and investigators in the Labor Commissioner's office at the Department of Industrial Relations.” This team will enforce AB 430, “a state law that requires businesses to tell their employees when they’re contacted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.” As the report notes, “employers face penalties of $2,000 to $10,000 if they fail to notify their workers of a pending immigration action.”
Last year’s budget “put $45 million into providing legal services to immigrants,” which the Department of Social Services deploys to “hire nonprofit organizations that will work on immigration cases.” The new funding “steers some of that money directly to colleges. It gives $10 million to community colleges for immigration legal services, $7 million to the California State University system and $4 million to the University of California.” Still, it’s not done.
“The upcoming budget also more than triples legal funding for undocumented minors,” The Bee reports. “Last year, the Department of Social Services received $3 million for those cases. In the next budget, the department gets $10 million to help young undocumented immigrants.”
David Chiu, the San Francisco Democrat who wrote AB 430, explains that “Donald Trump’s out-of-control deportation force is constant threat to our immigrant communities.” While Trump Derangement Syndrome is doubtless a factor, taxpayers might consider the upcoming mid-term elections.
As the Los Angeles Times reported in 2015, California’s 2015 voter registration law “is intended to streamline the process of signing up to vote and encourage more participation in elections.” It kicks in “when people go to the DMV to obtain or renew a driver's license.” Politicians deny that anybody will be automatically registered to vote.
“We’ve built the protocols and the firewalls to not register people that aren’t eligible,” secretary of state Alex Padilla told the Times. “At the latest, for the 2018 election cycle, I expect millions of new voters on the rolls in the state of California.” He got them.
According to the DMV, as of March 2018, more than one million undocumented immigrants have received driver’s licenses. Did any vote in the 2016 presidential election?
California Senator Dianne Feinstein denies that widespread voter fraud occurs and Alex Padilla refuses to release data from voter rolls. So legal residents and taxpayers have good reason to wonder what he is hiding.
State legislators who take an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution now reward the violation of immigration law, and punish those who approve and follow federal law. The largesse for illegals also violates state law, the 1996 Proposition 209, which bars ethnic preferences in state education, employment and contracting.
California state universities privilege illegals with in-state tuition and as the budget shows, even pay their legal bills. Neither would apply to a legal African American or Asian American student from Michigan or Nevada. Senate boss Kevin de Leon also violated state law by giving preference to Mexican national Lizbeth Mateo, or whatever her real name is, for a post on the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee.
So California violates state law, defies federal law and budgets tens of millions of dollars for millions of illegals, the vast majority Mexican nationals. They get protection from the federal government, preference in education, and even payment of their legal bills. In return, they vote for California Democrats, in the style of Mexicans who vote for the dominant Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI)  party in return for favors.
In effect, California Democrats are a branch of the PRI and form a Mexican occupational government (MOGO) serving the interests of false-documented Mexican nationals.
Assembly speaker Anthony Rendon wants the state to “step up and work with Mexico” instead of the U.S. federal government. Normally those who represent the interests of foreign governments are required to register as agents of those governments.
Meanwhile, California has given driver’s licenses to more than one million illegals. The federal government should verify how many of that group show up to vote this fall. As a State Department investigation confirms, false documented illegals do vote repeatedly in federal, state, and local elections. Illegal voting is a serious crime and so is human trafficking.
The false-documented “unaccompanied minors” who get $10 million in the budget are those whose parents chose to break up their own families and put their own children into the hands of criminal smugglers. California’s MOGO regime is okay with that and even rewards it.
Back in 1987, governor George Deukmejian returned $1.1 billion directly to the people “to protect this money for the taxpayers.” California now has a budget surplus of $9 billion but governor Jerry Brown returns nothing to the people and ignores crumbling infrastructure and fathomless pension debt. The three-time presidential loser would rather spend taxpayers’ money to protect people who aren’t supposed to be here.

Mexicans cheat, distribute drugs, lie, forge documents, STEAL and kill as if it’s a normal way of life. For them, it is. Mexico’s civilization stands diametrically opposed to America’s culture.  FROSTY WOOLDRIDGE

''California is going to be a Hispanic state," said Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF. "Anyone who does not like it should leave."

Judicial Watch Warns California: 11 Counties Have More Voters than Voting-Age Citizens

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog organization, has sent a letter to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla on behalf of the Election Integrity Project, noting that there are 11 counties in the state with more registered voters, and alleging that the state may be out of compliance with Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
    The letter reads, in part:
NVRA Section 8 requires states to conduct reasonable list maintenance so as to maintain an accurate record of eligible voters for use in conducting federal elections.1 As you may know, Congress enacted Section 8 of the NVRA to protect the integrity of the electoral process. Allowing the names of ineligible voters to remain on the voting rolls harms the integrity of the electoral process and undermines voter confidence in the legitimacy of elections.
As the top election official in California, it is your responsibility under federal law to coordinate California’s statewide effort to conduct a program that reasonably ensures the lists of eligible voters are accurate.
Judicial Watch lays out the specifics:
“[T]here were more total registered voters
than there were adults over the age of 18
living in each of the following eleven (11)
    counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%),
Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San
Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San
Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano
    (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).”
The letter notes that the percentage in L.A.
Country may be as high as 144%.
The letter contains a threat to sue the Secretary of State if Padilla does not remove from the rolls “persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.”
It gives Padilla 14 days to respond, and 90 days to correct alleged violations of the law.
Padilla has been one of the main voices in opposition to President Donald Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, refusing to share voter data with it on the argument that doing so would “legitimize false claims of massive election cheating last fall.”
President Trump has claimed that he would have won the popular vote in the 2016 presidential election if not for illegal voting, and his administration has singled out California as a possible contributor to that margin.
The Election Integrity Project is a California-based volunteer organization that monitors voting irregularities.

So addicts must show photo IDs to get off drugs, but not to vote?

The homeless, downtrodden, and poor who show up at drug detox centers all must show photo identification to get treatment.  It's done to prevent them from going to more than one center for whatever maintenance fix they may be receiving at the first center.  It is obvious that the government knows everyone has the capability to get a photo ID, so why do so many Democrats block that requirement when it comes to voting?  They use the false arguments of voter intimidation while dismissing the real issue that maintaining a fair election is extremely important to maintaining our freedoms.
These are the same Democrats (and their media allies) who are complaining that Russia supposedly interfered in our election process.  Yet they do everything they can to block commonsense photo ID requirements that the majority of the public supports to ensure fair elections.  They call people racists who support these laws.  The fact that they fight these photo ID requirements shows they really don't care about the integrity of the voting process.
A couple excerpts from the following ABC News report:
The ID requirements at drug treatment facilities are intended to prevent people from enrolling in multiple programs and selling opioid medication such as methadone on the black market, said a spokesman from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, adding that programs would be liable for misuse of the medications.
Some detox centers will admit a person without ID first and make time later to sort out the person's identity, but doing so comes at risk of running afoul of federal and state regulations on dispensing medications, experts said.
The government requires the poor and elderly to have a photo ID to get food stamps, to open a bank account, to get welfare, to get Medicaid, and to get Social Security among many other things.  Yet..
Democrats will go to court to stop a state requiring people to get a photo ID to vote, using the argument that it is racist.  The fact that they require photo IDs for so many other things the poor and minorities have to do shows what a crock that argument is.
The only reason to block the photo ID laws for voting is to open up voting to fraud.

Who will influence the 2018 elections more: Russia or Mexico?

Exactly how many votes is Russia alleged to have cast in the 2016 elections?  I believe that the number is zero.
Exactly how many votes have citizens of Mexico and Central America cast in the 2016 elections?  We don't know the exact number, but we know that it is much more than zero.
2014 study in the online Electoral Studies Journal shows that in the 2008 and 2010 elections, illegal immigrant [sic; should be "aliens" –ed.] votes were in fact quite high.
"We find that some noncitizens participate in U.S. elections, and that this participation has been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes, and congressional elections," wrote Jesse T. Richman [and] Gulshan A. Chattha, both of Old Dominion University, and David C. Earnest of George Mason University.
More specifically, they write, "Noncitizen votes likely gave Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress."
Specifically, the authors say that illegals may have cast as many as 2.8 million votes in 2008 and 2010.  That's a lot of votes.  And when you consider [that] the population of illegal inhabitants has only grown since then, it's not unreasonable to suppose that their vote has, too.
So why is Russia getting all the attention?  Russia, at worst, operated a small-scale propaganda campaign on places like Twitter and Facebook before the election.  The amount of propaganda it disseminated was far, far less than 1% of the liberal propaganda put out daily by The New York Times, The Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and many others who said Trump is a racist, Trump hates women, Trump hates poor people, etc.  So Russian "interference" was basically negligible.
Yet you wouldn't know that from reading the headlines.
Russia is using fake accounts on social media – many of them bots – to spread disinformation, the officials said.  European elections are being targeted, too, and the attacks were not likely to end this year, they warned.
"We expect Russia to continue using propaganda, social media, false-flag personas, sympathetic spokespeople[,] and other means of influence to try to exacerbate social and political fissures in the United States," Dan Coats, the director of national intelligence, told the Senate Intelligence Committee at its annual hearing on worldwide threats.
Oh, no – bots are spreading disinformation!  Let me know when these bots produce 1% of the disinformation produced by The New York Times on a daily basis.
Trump initially tried to investigate real interference in our elections.  He set up a commission to investigate voter fraud chaired by Kansas secretary of state Kris Kobach.  But when the liberal media cried that the commission was all about voter suppression, Trump folded like a cheap umbrella.  He shut down the commission before it could complete its research into what is probably massive voter fraud on the part of Mexican and other foreign nationals.

And so Republicans have accepted Democratic talking points.  They talk only about Russian "interference" and are so cowed that they won't talk about illegal aliens voting.  That's why we hear only about Russia, Russia, Russia, because like so many political topics – amnesty for illegal aliens, attempting to redefine marriage, boys in girls' bathrooms – Republicans are afraid to speak out.

Judicial Watch Sues California and Los Angeles Over Dirty Voter Registration Rolls

    DECEMBER 13, 2017
‘Eleven of California’s 58 counties have registration rates exceeding 100% of the age-eligible citizenry.’
‘California has the highest rate of inactive registrations of any state in the country. Los Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the country’
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a federal lawsuit against Los Angeles County and the State of California over their failure to clean their voter rolls and to produce election-related records as required by the federal National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) (Judicial Watch, al. v. Dean C. Logan, et al. (No. 2:17-cv-08948)).  The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California’s Western Division on behalf of Judicial Watch, Election Integrity Project California, Inc., and Wolfgang Kupka, Rhue Guyant, Jerry Griffin, and Delores M. Mars, who are lawfully registered voters in Los Angeles County.
Judicial Watch argues that the State of California and a number of its counties, including the county of Los Angeles, have registration rates exceeding 100%:
Eleven of California’s 58 counties have registration rates exceeding 100% of the age-eligible citizenry.
Los Angeles County has more voter registrations on its voter rolls than it has citizens who are old enough to register. Specifically, according to data provided to and published by the EAC, Los Angeles County has a registration rate of 112% of its adult citizen population.
The entire State of California has a registration rate of about 101% of its age-eligible citizenry.
Judicial Watch points out that this is due in part to the high numbers of inactive registrations that are still carried on California’s voter rolls:
About 21% of all of California’s voter registrations, or more than one in five, are designated as inactive.
California has the highest rate of inactive registrations of any state in the country…. Los Angeles County has the highest number of inactive registrations of any single county in the country.
Although these inactive registrations should be removed after a statutory waiting period consisting of two general federal elections, California officials are simply refusing to do so.
Judicial Watch explains that, even though a registration is officially designated as “inactive,” it may still be voted on election day and is still on the official voter registration list. The inactive registrations of voters who have moved to a different state “are particularly vulnerable to fraudulent abuse by a third party” because the voter who has moved “is unlikely to monitor the use of or communications concerning an old registration.” Inactive registrations “are also inherently vulnerable to abuse by voters who plan to fraudulently double-vote in two different jurisdictions on the same election day.”
Judicial Watch sent a written request for public records on November 16, 2017, and another on November 29, 2017, seeking information about “the number of inactive registrations on the voter rolls in Los Angeles County,” but was told each time that there were no responsive records.
Last summer, Judicial Watch sent a broader request for voter roll records that Los Angeles County and the State of California are required by the NVRA to keep and to make publicly available. Nothing was produced in response to this request. Judicial Watch points out that it is impossible to believe that there were no responsive records:
Los Angeles County, with over five million active voters and massive list maintenance responsibilities, and the Secretary of State of California [must] have exchanged emails responsive to [Judicial Watch’s] request for “all email or other communications between the Secretary’s Office and all California County voter registration officials concerning . . . [i]nstructions to the counties concerning their general list maintenance practices and obligations” and “[n]otices to the counties concerning any failure to comply with their voter list maintenance obligations.”  Such emails should have been produced.
Section 8(a)(4) of the NVRA requires states to implement a program to remove ineligible registrants; and to turn over relevant records and information. Judicial Watch argues:
Los Angeles County is failing to properly conduct the list maintenance required by the NVRA by failing to properly train employees, failing to require and enter registrants’ birthdates, and failing to timely process reports that registrants have died, have committed disqualifying felonies, are mentally incompetent, or have registered twice.
Judicial Watch asks that the court enjoin Los Angeles County and the state of California from further violating the NRVA, and compel them to “develop and implement a general program that makes a reasonable effort to remove from Los Angeles County’s rolls the registrations of ineligible registrants.” Judicial Watch asks to inspect and copy the requested voter roll records.
Judicial Watch sent a notice-of-violation letter in August 2017 to threatening to sue California and certain of its counties over their violations of the NVRA. California was one of 12 states to receive such letters from Judicial Watch.
“California may have the dirtiest election rolls in the country,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “Federal law requires states to take reasonable steps to clean up their voting rolls. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections. This lawsuit aims to ensure that citizens of California can have more confidence that their elections are fair and honest.”
Judicial Watch Senior Attorney and Director of its Election Integrity Project Robert Popper recently provided testimony to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity concerning the NVRA. Popper was formerly Deputy Chief of the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.
Judicial Watch sent notice-of-violation letters threatening to sue 11 other states having counties in which the number of registered voters exceeds the number of voting-age citizens, as calculated by the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011-2015 American Community Survey: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee. Judicial Watch informed the states that should they fail to take action to correct violations of Section 8 of the NVRA, it would file suit.

In 2013, California lawmakers passed legislation that allowed illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses if they can prove to the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) their identity and state residency. The plan was one of the largest victories to date by the open borders lobby.… JOHN BINDER –

The biggest losers in Mexico's election? The Democrats

Every election has winners and losers, and Mexico's is no exception.  While the press is making much of Mexico's centrist PRI and center-right PAN parties being the big losers in last night's election of socialist Andr茅s Manuel L贸pez-Obrador in Mexico, the real loser is actually up north, in the U.S. Democratic Party.
Sounds strange until you look at the details.
After all the ideological compatibility between AMLO's new lefty MORENA party and the increasingly socialist U.S. Democrats seems to be identical.
Both favor heavy social spending, forced unionization of workers, political patronage, Chicago-style political muscle, and fealty to the ideals of the Socialist International.  It's what most socialists do until they run out of Other People's Money.
Democrats have staked their future on uneducated, needy illegals forming the base of their party's fortunes.  In Mexico, AMLO has done the same thing.  The problem comes because the Mexicans in question are the same people.
AMLO's social spending policies are likely to draw Mexicans illegally here in the U.S. back to Mexico.  If you have a choice of taking welfare benefits here or welfare benefits there, it's likely you'll go for them in your home country, where the language is the same, the Migra isn't out looking for you, and you know your way around the culture.  That's bad news for the Democrats, who rely on illegals to lard up their electoral college votes in blue states, increase federal spending based on head counts here, and actually vote illegally in elections, particularly in districts where very few people are in the country legally.
It goes to show that even with ideological conformity, nations have interests, and interests most certainly can conflict.
For many years, I had wondered why what passes
for Mexico's conservatives always seemed to be so
fiercely aligned to U.S. Democrats.  Why was
former Mexican president Vicente Fox, Mexico's
first elected conservative via the PAN party,
always such a shill for Democrats?  Why was
President Felipe Calder贸n, who came after him,
almost as obnoxious?  Why did these people so
advocate for an end to U.S. borders and denounce
the American people as Nazis for opposing them,
despite their being fairly conservative and
ideologically recognizable on every other issue?
It turns out their political fortunes were built on getting as many indigent Mexicans out of the country as possible.  Their governments benefited from their absence, both from remittances and in the way they lowered social costs for the Mexican government in terms of housing them, educating them, and providing them with income and health care among other things.  For a conservative government focused on fiscal discipline, it was most certainly in their interest to drive as many of Mexico's poor to El Norte, the better to get the gringo to pay, an old Mexican custom dating from the war of 1848.
Democrats in the U.S., in turn, lapped up the new migrants, with California's Democratic gov. Jerry Brown announcing "you're all welcome here."  His party benefited, and the more, the better.  The Catholic bishops also benefited, hence Steve Bannon's admittedly harsh analysis that the Church was all in for illegals even as it claimed to believe in the rule of law, because of its interest in "filling the pews."
Now comes AMLO, whose big plan is to enact social welfare programs in Mexico, a move that is sure to draw many Mexicans back to their home country.  It makes sense from his point of view and the viewpoint of his national interest, given that Mexico can no longer afford to lose people.  Demographically, the median age is rising there, the population growth has gone flat, and incomes have passed the $7,000-a-year threshold, below which is said to trigger illegal immigration.
Nations always have interests, and this one conflicts with the U.S. Democratic Party's interest, which, up until now, aligned with the interests of Mexico's conservatives.
AMLO, if you look carefully at his words, seems cognizant of Democrats recognizing this and maybe getting angry about it, thus he has offered up to his ideological coevals in the States the "human right" of illegal immigration to the U.S. as a sop, using other people's countries instead of his own.  Here are his words:
Mexican presidential candidate Andr茅s Manuel L贸pez Obrador (AMLO) declared mass immigration to the United States a "human right" for all North Americans during a speech Tuesday.
"And soon, very soon – after the victory of our movement – we will defend all the migrants in the American continent and all the migrants in the world," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life in the United States."
He then declared migration "a human right we will defend," reports.
What we are looking at here is a bid to ship illegals from other countries through Mexico to the U.S. (to keep Democrats happy), while implicitly discouraging Mexican illegal immigration, which has drained the country of talent.  There is no other explanation for such a policy.  Turning Mexico into a road stop for illegals from Central America and elsewhere by calling it a "human right" is frankly toxic for Mexico, because it will empower cartels and give Mexico's government nothing, not even remittances, and plenty of enmity with the U.S.  What's more, it should serve as an electoral mobilizer for Republicans, who will be angry at the move.
Net effect: another loss for Democrats, in terms of lost people it intended to build its party fortunes on and in energizing Republicans.  They're not going to like this.

Only in America could critics of a group called "The Race" be labeled racists. Such is the triumph of left-wing identity chauvinists, whose aggressive activists and supine abettors have succeeded in redefining all opposition as "hate."
Both Barack Obama and John McCain will speak this week in San Diego at the annual conference of the National Council of La Raza, the Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race." Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.
Here are 15 things you should know about "The Race":
    15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses for illegal aliens.
14."The Race" demands in-state tuition discounts for illegal alien students that are not available to law-abiding U.S. citizens and law-abiding legal immigrants.
    13. "The Race" vehemently opposes cooperative immigration enforcement efforts between local, state and federal authorities.
    12. "The Race" opposes a secure fence on the southern border.
    11. "The Race" joined the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee in a failed lawsuit attempt to prevent the feds from entering immigration information into a key national crime database -- and to prevent local police officers from accessing the data.
    10. "The Race" opposed the state of Oklahoma's tough immigration-enforcement-first laws, which cut off welfare to illegal aliens, put teeth in employer sanctions and strengthened local-federal cooperation and information sharing.
    9. "The Race" joined other open-borders, anti-assimilationists and sued to prevent Proposition 227, California's bilingual education reform ballot initiative, from becoming law.
    8. "The Race" bitterly protested common-sense voter ID provisions as an "absolute disgrace."
    7. "The Race" has consistently opposed post-9/11 national security measures at every turn.
    6. Former "Race" president Raul Yzaguirre, Hillary Clinton's Hispanic outreach adviser, said this: "U.S. English is to Hispanics as the Ku Klux Klan is to blacks." He was referring to U.S. English, the nation's oldest, largest citizens' action group dedicated to preserving the unifying role of the English language in the United States. "The Race" also pioneered Orwellian open-borders Newspeak and advised the Mexican government on how to lobby for illegal alien amnesty while avoiding the terms "illegal" and "amnesty."
    5. "The Race" gives mainstream cover to a poisonous subset of ideological satellites, led by Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA). The late GOP Rep. Charlie Norwood rightly characterized the organization as "a radical racist group … one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a racist nation out of the American West."
    4. "The Race" is currently leading a smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race" president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment rights."
    3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8 million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of collecting rain in our aqueducts. We don't need a White water fountain … ultimately the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of life will eventually lead to our own destruction."
    2. "The Race" has perfected the art of the PC shakedown at taxpayer expense, pushing relentlessly to lower home loan standards for Hispanic borrowers, reaping millions in federal "mortgage counseling" grants, seeking special multimillion-dollar earmarks and partnering with banks that do business with illegal aliens.
    1. "The Race" thrives on ethnic supremacy -- and the elite sheeple's unwillingness to call it what it is. As historian Victor Davis Hanson observes: "[The] organization's very nomenclature 'The National Council of La Raza' is hate speech to the core. Despite all the contortions of the group, Raza (as its Latin cognate suggests) reflects the meaning of 'race' in Spanish, not 'the people' -- and that's precisely why we don't hear of something like 'The National Council of the People,' which would not confer the buzz notion of ethnic, racial and tribal chauvinism."
The fringe is the center. The center is the fringe. Viva La Raza.
ALIEN NATION: Secrets of the Invasion
May 2006 – ALIEN NATION: Secrets of the Invasion – Why America's government invites rampant illegal immigration
It's widely regarded as America's biggest problem: Between 12 and 20 million aliens (MOST SOURCES SUGGEST THERE ARE MUCH MORE LIKELY NEARLY 40 MILLION ILLEGALS HERE NOW) – including large numbers of criminals, gang members and even terrorists – have entered this nation illegally, with countless more streaming across our scandalously unguarded borders daily.
The issue polarizes the nation, robs citizens of jobs, bleeds taxpayers, threatens America's national security and dangerously balkanizes the country into unassimilated ethnic groups with little loyalty or love for America's founding values. Indeed, the de facto invasion is rapidly transforming America into a totally different country than the one past generations have known and loved.
And yet – most Americans have almost no idea what is really going on, or why it is happening.
While news reports depict demonstrations and debates, and while politicians promise "comprehensive border security programs," no real answers ever seem to emerge.
But there are answers. Truthful answers. Shocking answers.
In its groundbreaking May edition, WND's acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine reveals the astounding hidden agendas, plans and people behind America's immigration nightmare.
Titled "ALIEN NATION," the issue is subtitled "SECRETS OF THE INVASION: Why government invites rampant illegal immigration." Indeed, it reveals pivotal secrets very few Americans know. For example:
Did you know that the powerfully influential Council on Foreign Relations – often described as a “shadow government" – issued a comprehensive report last year laying out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community" with a common "outer security perimeter"?
Roughly translated: In the next few years, according to the 59-page report titled "Building a North American Community," the U.S. must be integrated with the socialism, corruption, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. "Common perimeter" means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and Canada. As Phyllis Schlafly reveals in this issue of Whistleblower: "This CFR document asserts that President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin 'committed their governments' to this goal when they met at Bush's ranch and at Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005. The three adopted the 'Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America' and assigned 'working groups' to fill in the details. It was at this same meeting, grandly called the North American Summit, that President Bush pinned the epithet 'vigilantes' on the volunteers guarding our border in Arizona."
The CFR report – important excerpts of which are published in Whistleblower – also suggests North American elitists begin getting together regularly, and presumably secretly, "to buttress North American relationships, along the lines of the Bilderberg or Wehrkunde conferences, organized to support transatlantic relations." The Bilderberg and Wehrkunde conferences are highly secret conclaves of the powerful. For decades, there have been suspicions that such meetings were used for plotting the course of world events and especially the centralization of global decision-making.
Did you know that radical immigrant groups – including the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) and the National Council of La Raza (La Raza) – not only share a revolutionary agenda of conquering America's southwest, but they also share common funding sources, notably the Ford and Rockefeller foundations?
''California is going to be a Hispanic state," said Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF. "Anyone who does not like it should leave." And MEChA's goal is even more radical: an independent ''Aztlan,'' the collective name this organization gives to the seven states of the U.S. Southwest – Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. So why would the Rockefeller and Ford foundations support such groups? Joseph Farah tells the story in this issue of Whistleblower.
Why have America's politicians – of both major parties – allowed the illegal alien invasion of this nation to continue for the last 30 years unabated? With al-Qaida and allied terrorists promising to annihilate major U.S. cities with nuclear weapons, with some big-city hospital emergency rooms near closure due to the crush of so many illegals, with the rapid spread throughout the U.S. of MS-13, the super-violent illegal alien gang – with all this and more, why do U.S. officials choose to ignore the laws of the land and the will of the people to pursue, instead, policies of open borders and lax immigration enforcement?
The answers to all this and much more are in Whistleblower's "ALIEN NATION" issue.
Is there hope? Or is America lost to a demographic invasion destined to annihilate its traditional Judeo-Christian culture, and to the ever-growing likelihood that nuclear-armed jihadists will cross our porous borders and wreak unthinkable destruction here?
There most definitely is hope, according to this issue of Whistleblower. Although most politicians of both major political parties have long since abdicated their responsibility for securing America's borders and dealing effectively with the millions already here illegally, there are a few exceptions – most notably Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo.
May's Whistleblower includes an exclusive sneak preview of Tancredo's forthcoming blockbuster book, "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America’s Border and Security." In an extended excerpt, Whistleblower presents Tencredo's expert and inspired analysis of exactly how to solve the nation's most vexing problem.

Pelosi Explains Her Shutdown Strategy: ‘Start with Feather Then You Move to Sledgehammer’

Reinvigorated by Trump battle, Pelosi's star shines at 78

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) celebrated the end of the partial government shutdown on Friday by sitting down with leftist media commentators and bragging about manipulating President Donald Trump into agreeing on a temporary reopening to allow negotiations over a border wall to take place.

The Daily Beast praised Pelosi — including referring to a CNN story that referred to her as “Queen Pelosi” — in its reporting for refusing to allow him to deliver the State of the Union speech on the House floor and saying, “no” repeatedly to his request for $5.7 billion in funding for the wall, saying:
Not many politicians have gone up against Trump and emerged victorious, with their dignity intact. How did she do it? “First you start with a feather,” she said, “then you move to a sledgehammer.” In her telling, when she first told the president he couldn’t give his SOTU while the government was closed, he said he was coming. She rebuffed him a second time, and he said he was coming anyway. Then she said, “please don’t,” telling him the House that she controls would not vote on a “concurrent resolution”  to formally invite him.
Bingo! “One step at a time and he understood, and when he understood, he understood, and sometimes it’s about timing,” she said. Asked if she thought Trump and his people realized her power over something as traditional as the SOTU, she said, rather dismissively, “I don’t spend a lot of time sussing out what they know.”
    Breitbart TV

Pelosi was also dismissive of what Trump thinks of her, according to the Daily Beast, when she was asked about being with the president when the cameras aren’t rolling.
“He’s courteous, he’s respectful in his own way—and like other men he sometimes doesn’t know his condescension,” Pelosi said.
Pelosi, according to the Daily Beast article, said she refuses to psychoanalyze Trump but “I do know that he needs prayers.”
Pelosi also boasted that Trump has most likely learned his lesson and won’t shut down the government again, even though the president has said he has not caved on his pledge to build a wall but is taking Democrats at their word that if the government reopened they would negotiate with him.
Trump has vowed if an agreement on border security cannot be reached by February 15 — the end of the temporary Continuing Resolution to fully fund the government — he would shut down the government again or invoke national emergency authority to use money other than what Congress appropriates for a wall to get it paid for and built.
“No question for those who are keeping score that the longest standoff on government funding in history ended as a clear win for Pelosi and her ‘for the people’ agenda,” the Daily Beast reported.
The “reporter” concludes the piece by saying Pelosi deserved the title “most powerful woman.”
“That, of course, is the title she now holds, and that Trump must reckon with as he heads into the rocky shoals ahead,” the article said.

EXCLUSIVE — Terrorist Who Targeted Americans Takes Over Mexican Cartel on Texas Border

A verified and convicted terrorist who attacked a U.S. Consulate with a grenade and automatic rifle fire has taken over the ruthless Los Zetas cartel, a group headquartered at the Texas border in the Nuevo Laredo-Laredo metropolitan border area. Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, sits immediately across the border from Laredo, Texas, and is the only urban location along the entire U.S.-Mexico Border that does not have any fencing or constructed security barrier of any kind. The convicted terrorist, Hector Raul Luna Luna, is known as “El Tory” and was convicted in the 2008 terror attack on the U.S. Consulate in Monterrey, Mexico. He was released from prison due to bribes paid by Cartel Jalisco New Generation (CJNG) and has now taken over the dominant faction of Los Zetas, Cartel Del Noreste (CDN), to open up the lucrative and unsecured border corridor into Texas.

Under El Tory’s new reign, Los Zetas is linked to a level of brutality that had not been seen in prior years. Gruesome executions, dismemberments, targeted attacks on police and military officials, and the general use of intimidation have become commonplace in parts of northern Mexico as El Tory and Los Zetas try to expand their operations.
In late 2018, Nuevo Leon Governor Jaime Rodriguez Calderon publicly singled-out El Tory as one of the men behind the escalation of violence in his state. According to the governor, El Tory and his criminal organization were linked to the large majority of the violent deaths in the state.
Most recently, Breitbart News reported exclusively on a series of threats made by El Tory, who claimed he would blow up the headquarters of a state police agency in Nuevo Leon. The threats were made through several narco-banners that Los Zetas hung throughout the industrial city of Monterrey. The threats are considered credible by law enforcement in Mexico, since El Tory has a history of targeting police and has used grenades in the past.
El Tory was released from a Mexican federal prison in mid 2017 with the help of his close friend and ally Eleazar “El Chelelo” Medina Rojas and his new ties with CJNG, so the two could help establish a Los Zetas-CJNG corridor from Monterrey to Nuevo Laredo and into Texas. Their release came at the hands of a federal judge and a “control” judge who ruled in each of the two cases to release the two cartel bosses. El Tory was serving a sentence of more than 20 years for the charges of crimes against public health (drug trafficking), engaging in organized criminal activities, and unlawful possession of restricted military weapons. Both El Tory and Chelelo have extensive criminal histories and are wanted by U.S. authorities.
Soon after their release, the two cartel bosses began to leave a trail of bodies behind them as they tried to solidify their positions within the CDN faction of Los Zetas and against the other cartels. Breitbart News reported on the arrest of El Chelelo in the southern state of Yucatan in December 2018. Soon after his arrest, a local state judge tried to release El Chelelo but federal authorities were able to re-arrest him for extradition purposes. Even without El Chelelo, El Tory continued to wage a fierce war against a rival faction of Los Zetas called “Old School Z” and has killed hundreds of their members in the border states of Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas.
Mexican law enforcement sources revealed to Breitbart News that El Tory is the mastermind behind the gruesome murder of the leader of the Old School Z faction Luis “El Rex or Z12” Reyes Enriquez. El Rex died inside a state prison in Nuevo Laredo after being shanked numerous times by CDN inmates. El Tory’s men then stole El Rex’s body from a funeral home and placed his severed head in one ice chest while the rest of the body was divided into three other containers. Los Zetas then placed one ice chest outside a state prison in Tamaulipas and the three others near prisons around Monterrey.
In 2008, the man known as El Tory led and participated in a grenade attack against the U.S. Consulate General in Monterrey. El Tory and his men fired several weapons at the U.S. building and threw an explosive device. While the grenade did not explode, the gunfire broke several windows and caused other damage to the building. No injuries were reported. In 2008, Los Zetas were one of the most dominant cartels in all of Mexico and managed to make a name for themselves as one of the most brutal and sadistic organizations.
The Mexican military caught up with El Tory in 2010, however, Los Zetas responded by setting up blockades and threatened local police into staying out of the way while they tried to unsuccessfully prevent the capture of their leader. The troops arrested El Tory and some of his top men who carried machine guns, a 50-caliber rifle, and grenades. The arrest led to the sentence of more than 20 years–only to be cut short by a Mexican federal judge.

Mexican Citizen Arrested with 41 Pounds of Meth in California, Says Border Patrol

U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents and K-9 security dogs keep watch at a checkpoint station, Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in Falfurrias, Texas. Government agencies vary widely in how they are dealing with $85 billion in across-the-board budget cuts that went into effect last week. Federal workers could face seven …
    AP File Photo: Eric Gay

U.S. Border Patrol agents seized 41 pounds of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $1.3 million during a checkpoint vehicle inspection this past Wednesday. The inspection led to the arrest of a Mexican national on charges related to drug smuggling.

Agents assigned to El Centro Station contacted a female driver of a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a designated immigration checkpoint. Agents referred the female, a Mexican citizen, to a secondary inspection after a K-9 alerted to the presence of an odor it has been trained to detect, according to information provided by Border Patrol officials.
During the secondary inspection, Agents discovered 41 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in the area along the wheels and in the spare tire. Smugglers wrapped the methamphetamine in 37 individual packages. Officials seized the contraband and arrested the female. Agents turned the suspected smuggler over to the custody of Drug Enforcement Administration agents, according to a CBP statement reported by local media.
    Breitbart TV

The city of El Centro, California, is approximately 25 miles from the Mexican border at Mexicali and 113 miles from San Diego.
“Narcotic trafficking organizations try all types of concealment methods to import dangerous drugs into our communities,” Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez said in the statement. “Our agents’ diligence successfully thwarted this smuggling attempt, shielding our neighborhoods from this poison.”
Mexican drug cartels stepped up the production of methamphetamine. This has been reflected in the number of large seizures in Mexico within the last year as reported by Breitbart Texas. On August 16, in the municipality of Alcoyonqui, Sinaloa, members of the Mexican Navy seized 50 tons of methamphetamine. The Mexican Navy seized an additional 10 tons of methamphetamine in the state of Sinaloa. During the same month and in the tourist municipality of Ensenada, Baja California, the Mexican Army seized approximately 2,700 pounds of illicit drugs in two separate security operations. The seized drugs included a large quantity of methamphetamine. At the end of August, the Mexican Army seized four tons and a clandestine lab in Baja California Norte in Tecate, directly across the border from Jacumba Hot Springs, California.
Officials believe all three seizures, totaling approximately 130,000 pounds, belong to the Sinaloa Cartel also known as C谩rtel del Pac铆fico.

GRAPHIC: Cartel Dumps Tortured Bodies Along Mexican Border City Highway

    Reynosa Murders
    Breitbart Border / Cartel Chronicles

REYNOSA, Tamaulipas – Gulf Cartel gunmen dumped the bodies of three victims along one of the highways in this border city. A large deployment of police forces responded to secure the crime scene. The violence comes at a time when rival factions of the Gulf Cartel continue their fight for control of the border region.

Early morning motorists moving the Libramiento highway called authorities upon spotting the three bodies. Tamaulipas state authorities rushed to the scene and set up a perimeter while forensic investigators documented the crime scene and collected the bodies.
The cartel gunmen wrapped one of the victims in a blanket, a second one plastic, and a third was dumped tied and semi-nude. All three victims showed signs of torture, law enforcement sources revealed to Breitbart News.
The discovery of the three bodies along the highway in Reynosa follows almost a dozen similar cases of executions where the victims were dumped along rural roads near the city. As Breitbart News reported, Reynosa residents witnessed a rekindling of violence where the two rival factions of the Gulf Cartel that have an ongoing power struggle set off fierce firefights involving dozens of armored vehicles with gunmen carrying machine guns, grenades, and .50 caliber rifles.
Editor’s Note: Breitbart Texas traveled to the Mexican States of Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Nuevo Le贸n to recruit citizen journalists willing to risk their lives and expose the cartels silencing their communities.  The writers would face certain death at the hands of the various cartels that operate in those areas including the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas if a pseudonym were not used. Breitbart Texas’ Cartel Chronicles are published in both English and in their original Spanish. Eight-Time Deportee Accused of Trafficking $850,000 in Meth, Cocaine

     15 Jan 201957

Police arrested an illegal alien in Utah, who had been deported from the U.S. eight different times, for allegedly trafficking $850,000 in meth and cocaine.

Jose Olegario Lopez, a 44-year-old Mexican national from the state of Sinaloa, was traveling with his 16-year-old son on Saturday when Utah County officers pulled him over for suspected traffic violations.
But Lopez reportedly did not stop the car, causing authorities to surround him until he was forced to stop.

Officers who initially searched Lopez found he had traces of cocaine on his body, authorities said.
When officers and a K9 conducted an in-depth search of Lopez’s vehicle, they discovered multiple individually wrapped packages. Detectives say they recovered 2.35 pounds of cocaine, worth $106,000, and 16.7 pounds of methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of more than $750,000.
Authorities charged Lopez with two first-degree felony counts of possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute, one count of failing to respond to obey an officer, and one class A misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia possession, according to a press release from the Utah County Sheriff’s Office.
Lopez is currently in custody and a judge ordered that he be held without bond.
Officials say the son was not involved in the trafficking and they released him into the custody of his mother.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials confirmed that Lopez is in the U.S. illegally and has been busted for illegally re-entering the country eight times.
ICE officials placed a detainer on Lopez, meaning that if he is released from prison, ICE can take custody of him and deport him out of the U.S.
Lopez is not the only eight-time deportee to make headlines. One judge threw the book at a Honduran national who had been deported from the U.S. eight times, sentencing the illegal alien to five years in federal prison.

Police discovered seven heads abandoned in an ice cooler Friday morning in the rural community of B谩cum, Sonora–sparking fears of an escalation in an ongoing territorial cartel war.

Security elements of the State Public Security Police (PESP) and investigators assigned to the State Attorney General’s Office responded to a report of heads in a cooler at approximately 4 am, according to local media. Authorities determined that all victims were males between the ages of 25 and 40 and were believed kidnapped several hours earlier in the town of Francisco Javier Mina.
According to authorities and Breitbart Texas law enforcement contacts, the Friday morning executions and the general escalation in violence in the region can be attributed to a territorial dispute between “Los Salazar,” aligned with the Sinaloa Cartel, and C谩rtel de Jalisco Nueva Generaci贸n (CJNG). This dispute began in 2017 as CJNG moved into southern Sonora to challenge the Sinaloa Cartel’s dominance over routes to the U.S. drug markets.
According to local media reports, the small community of B谩cum has registered 150 homicides.

In early August, Breitbart Texas reported that the United States Consulate General in Hermosillo issued a security alert prohibiting federal employees from traveling to the popular tourist locations of San Carlos, Guaymas, and Empalme, Sonora, due to recent violent activity. Breitbart Texas also reported that more than 200 federal and state police personnel supported by elements of the Mexican Army were deployed to Guaymas amid increasing violence.

GRAPHIC: Cartel Gunmen Carry Out Early Morning Hits in Mexican Border State

    Breitbart Texas / Cartel Chronicles
     15 Sep 201856

CIUDAD VICTORIA, Tamaulipas — Cartel gunmen escalated the number of executions in capital city of this Mexican border state. Hitmen began a new tactic where they are now raiding homes early in the morning. The raids are designed to surprise their sleeping victims and kill them at point-blank range.

This week, Ciudad Victoria, the capital of Tamaulipas, witnessed a series of executions where a group of assassins arrived at the houses of their victims at dawn and used assault rifles to kill them. The first execution took place in the Horacio Ter谩n neighborhood in the southern part of the city where 52-year-old Hortencia “N” and an unidentified man died after being shot three times in the head.
According to information provided to Breitbart Texas by state authorities, neighbors reported hearing several gunshots at 6 a.m. so they called the authorities. By the time authorities and emergency personnel arrived, the victims were already dead and the gunmen escaped from the scene.
The double murder occurred at about the same time that another group of hit men killed an ex-convict named Ricardo “El Riki” Gonzalez Villanueva. According to information provided to Breitbart Texas by authorities, the gunmen also caught the victim by surprise at his home when two cartel hitmen entered and shot him multiple times in the head.
Also this week, a group of hitmen executed two men outside a house in the Luis Echeverria neighborhood. The gunmen shot their victims with machine guns at close range before fleeing. According to police sources, the executions are related to the territorial disputes between rival factions of Los Zetas cartel called Northeastern Cartel or Cartel Del Noreste and Old School Zetas or Zetas Vieja Escuela.
This article was written by “Francisco Morales” from Tamaulipas.

“Heroin is not produced in the United States. Every gram of heroin present in the United States provides unequivocal evidence of a failure of border security because every gram of heroin was smuggled into the United States. Indeed, this is precisely a point that Attorney General Jeff Sessions made during his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on October 18, 2017 when he again raised the need to secure the U.S./Mexican border to protect American lives.” Michael Cutler …

“Mexican authorities have arrested the former mayor of a rural community in the border state of Coahuila in connection with the kidnapping, murder and incineration of hundreds of victims through a network of ovens at the hands of the Los Zetas cartel. The arrest comes after Breitbart Texas exposed not only the horrors of the mass extermination, but also the cover-up and complicity of the Mexican government.”

Overall, in the 2017 Fiscal Year, officials revealed that a record-breaking 455,000 pounds plus of drugs had already been seized. In 2016, that number amounted to 443,000 pounds. The 2017 haul is worth an estimated $6.1 billion – BREITBART – JEFF SESSION’S DRUG BUST ON SAN DIEGO

Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens.

“The drug epidemic is the product of capitalism and the policies of the capitalist parties, both Democrats and Republicans. There is, first of all, the role of the pharmaceutical companies, which have amassed huge profits from the deceptive marketing of opioid pain killers, which they claimed were not addictive. Prescriptions for opioids such as Percocet, Oxycontin and Vicodin skyrocketed from 76 million in 1991 to nearly 259 million in 2012. What are the numbers and profits now?

American middle-class is addicted, poor, jobless and suicidal…. Thank the corrupt government for surrendering our borders to 40 million looting Mexicans and then handing the bills to middle America?

“While drug distributors have paid a total of $400 million in fines over the past 10 years, their combined revenue during this same period was over $5 trillion.”

“Opioids have ravaged families and devastated communities across the country. Encouraging their open use undermines the rule of law and will do nothing to quell their continued abuse, let alone the problems underlying mass addiction.”

How protecting illegal alien criminals destroys American lives.

    Daniel Greenfield
Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.
“287(g) is going to be history in Charlotte-Mecklenburg,” Garry McFadden had declared in Charlotte.
The crowd cheered as the leftist reality TV star won the election to become Mecklenburg County's first black sheriff.
287(g) is an odd sort of applause line, unless you know what it stands for. It meant that law enforcement officers could turn over illegal alien criminals to ICE. McFadden, the former star of Discovery Network’s I Am Homicide, had always been savvy at cashing in on his brand and spotting the next big opportunity.
McFadden, who, unlike the other candidates in the race, had refused to release his personnel record, had been suspended three times. But he had a natural knack for being a celeb and becoming the story.
As national donors poured in barrels of cash into local sheriff races in counties from Mecklenburg to Harris to Travis to Los Angeles, minority lefties like McFadden, Sally Hernandez, Ed Gonzalez and Alex Villanueva ran on pro-crime and pro-illegal platforms, knowing that their career aspirations would benefit in massive and unprecedented ways from the backing of national groups and the media.
    And that’s what happened.
The ACLU alone poured in $175K in ads into the race.  Sheriff Irwin Carmichael, who had been described as the "last conservative Democrat" in Charlotte, who had kicked off his campaign with a gun raffle, finished last. Sheriff Carmichael had become a target because he had cooperated with ICE.
The defeats of law enforcement officers, like the one in Charlotte, protected illegal alien districts while sending a message to other sheriffs that if they followed the law, they would be destroyed.
Sheriff McFadden certainly got the message. Supporting illegal aliens had taken him from reality TV on a trashy network to a major elected position. And then possible aspirations for higher office beyond.
Illegal alien criminals quickly found out that McFadden was their best friend. Sheriff Carmichael had believed in enforcing the law. But there was a new sheriff in town and he had a different idea of the law.
“We’re going to have to talk about race,” McFadden insisted. “Someone said, ‘Is that the job of a sheriff?’ Well, that’s the job of this sheriff.”
Freeing criminals? Defying United States law? Those were also the jobs of this sheriff.
287(g) had led to 15,000 illegal alien criminals being processed for deportation in Mecklenburg County. The men being held for ICE in Mecklenburg included murderers, rapists and drug dealers. 40% of the misdemeanor cases had involved assaults on women. But those women were about to be sacrificed to the illegal alien lobby
There’s no way to even begin to quantify the impact of numbers like that on area crime. But McFadden quickly began providing a short demonstration when he announced that 28 illegal aliens held under 287(g) had been released. And some have been alleged to pose a threat to the public.
One of the released men is Kevin Santos.
Santos, an illegal alien, shot a man during an attempted robbery. He was being held under 287(g) until McFadden came in and set him loose. Now he’s back on the street with nothing more than an ankle bracelet between him and his victim. And the illegal alien’s African-American victim is suffering.
Being shot had left him in pain and unable to live his life normally.
“I couldn't walk, do much (running.) I was joining the Army, and I can't because of it,” the African-American man shot by the illegal alien told a reporter.
Nor did he understand why the man who shot him was back on the street.
"I'm really confused about how and why.”
The ‘how’ and the ‘why’ is that the ACLU and the national pro-illegal lobby had used an African-American reality TV star as a trojan horse for implementing a pro-illegal alien policy.
A policy that hurt the African-Americans in Charlotte likely to fall victim to illegal alien crime.
The ACLU pumped a ton of cash into the sheriff’s race in Mecklenburg. And then it had walked away. African-American voters who had backed a man they thought would defend their interests had not grasped the impact that freeing illegal alien criminals would have on their communities.
The ACLU had attacked Sheriff Carmichael for supporting, what the leftist group misleadingly claimed, was Trump’s deportation force. But the alternative to ICE is putting men like Santos back on the street.
The rash of shocking illegal alien crimes nationwide is putting a new spotlight on the cost of pro-illegal law enforcement policies at a time when opposition to ICE has virtually become the Democrat platform, and House and Senator Democrats have shut down the government to stop the rise of a border wall.
Wilbur Ernesto Martinez-Guzman was arrested for murdering four people, three of them in their seventies or eighties, in Nevada. Guzman was an illegal alien from El Salvador.
In Abilene, Texas, three illegal aliens were arrested during a search for a child molester.
In California, a police officer and several other people were murdered during crime sprees by two illegal aliens, both of whom had been put back on the street because California’s sanctuary state law had prevented local sheriffs from complying with ICE holds.
And, again in California, an illegal alien was sentenced to 401 years in prison for three counts of rape, one count of kidnapping to commit rape and seven counts of lewd acts on a child.
Macario Cerda had been previously deported and had come back. The victim's sister had asked the court not to deport him again because he would come back again.
In a country with no wall, deportation isn’t enough because the criminals keep coming back. And sanctuary state laws in states and cities, combined with the political triumphs of pro-crime figures like McFadden, are set to unleash a new wave of crime by newly untouchable illegal aliens.
That crime wave will hurt all Americans, but it will hurt African-American communities in poorer areas, that often act as a magnet for illegal aliens, most of all.
Illegal aliens not only take away entry level jobs from African-Americans, and deprive them of political influence, but they terrorize their communities and take away their lives.
The Democrats claim that illegal migration is a civil right. But their backing for illegal migration is destroying the civil rights of African-Americans. And of all Americans.
