THE BIDEN INVASION - Health inspections for foreign nationals entering our country illegally have gone out the window. That's enabled the importation of many diseases which affect livestock and other agricultural output, and already these things are happening. Legal immigrants and even returning U.S. citizens must pass these inspections to protect the U.S. food supply. But under Joe Biden's catch-and-release, illegals are exempt from such cumbersome requirements. MONICA SHOWALTER

REP. SHEILA JACKSON FROM MEX INVADED TEXAS SAYS ICE IS GETAPO.... 'There are people who are working'.... YEP, ILLEGALLY, TO KEEP WAGES DEPRESSED AND SUCKING IN MILLION IN WELFARE TO MAKE UP FOR IT!
EXCLUSIVE: 3-Time Deported Migrant Arrested in Houston Homicide Case

Police in Navasota, Texas, reportedly arrested a previously deported illegal immigrant on charges connected to a Houston homicide case. Immigration officials deported the Mexican national on at least three separate occasions.
Editor’s Note: Both the ATF (BATFE) and ICE issued corrections on this matter after they mistakenly identified recent freeway shootings as the crimes allegedly committed by this individual rather than the alleged crime described in this article. This article has been updated to reflect their corrections to their official statements.
The Navasota Police Department and special agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) arrested Erick Diaz-Aranda, a 29-year-old Mexican national on Friday night, federal officials told Breitbart Texas on Saturday. The arrest is reportedly in connection with a homicide that occurred in Houston.
Details about the homicide are not yet available from Houston Police Department officials.
On Friday night, police officers in Grimes County, with the assistance of ATF agents, arrested Diaz-Aranda on charges related to a Houston homicide, according to ATF Special Agent Nicole Strong, public information officer.
Court records obtained from Harris County (Houston) by Breitbart Texas revealed Diaz-Aranda has a criminal history that includes at least one felony conviction and one misdemeanor conviction. The suspect’s criminal history goes back to 2007.
Immigration officers placed an immigration detainer on Diaz-Aranda with the Grimes County sheriff’s office on Saturday, Breitbart Texas learned. His immigration history includes at least three previous deportations. The deportations occurred on August 2008, July 2009, and September 2009, a federal law enforcement official stated.
Murder Charges are expected to be filed in connection to Diaz-Aranda’s role in the alleged Houston homicide. He could also face federal charges for illegal re-entry after removal.
“Depending on an alien’s criminality, an alien who re-enters the U.S. after having been previously deported commits a felony punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement official previously told Breitbart Texas. “By placing the immigration detainer, ICE seeks to take custody of aliens if they are released from local custody for any reason (e.g., post bond, charges dropped or released on their own recognizance).”
Diaz-Aranda is reported to be in the custody of the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office pending transfer to Houston.
Breitbart Texas reached out to the Houston Police Department for additional information on the suspect and the case. An immediate response was not available.

(CNSNews.com) - More than 300 people living and working in this country illegally have been released on humanitarian grounds, an I.C.E. spokesman said, following raids at seven meat and agriculture processing plants in Mississippi on Wednesday.
Those released had children or other dependents to care for, an ICE spokesman told ABC News:
"During processing, each alien is asked if they have any dependents that need to be cared for," ICE Southern Region Communications Director Bryan Cox told ABC. "Any arrestee who identifies a child care issue, and is not being criminally arrested or is subject to mandatory detention, will be expeditiously processed and returned to the point of apprehension so that they can get to their child or other dependents."
The raids drew harsh condemnation from people who support the illegal entry of hundreds of thousands of people coming here to improve their living conditions:
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) told MSNBC on Thursday the raids are "wrong-headed and ineffective" and "Gestapo tactics."
What poor timing the president of the United States decides to take his very untoward and dastardly policies that are made to scare and intimidate, not just those who are engaged in this roundup, but all across the nation.
Now, let me be very clear, we understand that this is a land of immigrants and a land of laws; however, this process of raids have been used in the past, and they are wrong-headed and ineffective.
Every one of those persons has an address, were living in the community openly, their children were going to school and every one of them could have been appropriately rounded up in some other location.
They were not escapees or felons, as President Obama focused on, people who would do harm to the United States. These are people who are working. And not only that, the wrongness if you will is on the business that didn`t process these people in the right manner.
But I would say for the agricultural business, they`ve been begging for us to find ways for them to have workers in meat plants and other plants around the country.
So I am on Homeland Security. I think it's unfortunate when ICE has to be made into this kind of agency and to be an intimidator rather an agency that has in the past made sure that we`re safe in this nation. That is what Americans want, to be safe.
But when their neighbors are rounded up in a vile way, when children are left unprotected I'm disappointed. And the president and Steve Miller need to stop these Gestapo tactics, and we need to work together to pass comprehensive immigration reform.
Jackson Lee placed the blame on President Trump's adviser Stephen Miller, saying he should be stopped "from characterizing this country as a Gestapo and a hater of immigrants."
ICE, in a news release, said the raids were conducted in accordance with the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act, "which requires employers to verify the identity and work eligibility of individuals they hire. These laws help protect jobs for U.S. citizens and lawful U.S. residents, eliminate unfair competitive advantages for companies that unlawfully hire an illegal workforce, and strengthen public safety and national security."
ICE noted that "unauthorized workers" often use the stolen identities of American citizens, "which can profoundly damage for years the identity-theft victim’s credit, medical records and other aspects of their everyday life."
ICE said worksite enforcement helps combat "worker exploitation, illegal wages, child labor and other illegal practices. Worksite enforcement investigations often involve additional criminal activity, such as alien smuggling, human trafficking, money laundering, document fraud, worker exploitation and/or substandard wage and working conditions."
ICE said in addition to rounding up some 680 people suspected of being in the country illegally, it also seized business records from the plants.
"All the unlawfully present foreign nationals arrested Wednesday are being interviewed by ICE staff to record any potential mitigating humanitarian situations. Based on these interviews, and consideration of their criminality and prior immigration history, ICE is determining on a case-by-case basis based on the totality of the circumstances which individuals will be detained and which persons may be released from custody at present."
(As noted above, some 300 were released, as television footage showed American-born children crying for their undocumented parents.)
ICE said those not released on humanitarian grounds are either being placed into removal proceedings before the federal immigration courts, or processed for removal, if they have already been ordered removed.
Tom Homan, the former acting I.C.E. director, told Fox News Thursday night that the raid was a "large-scale criminal investigation that deals with identity theft, tax evasion, harboring illegal aliens." He said raids had been in the works for months.
"So It has nothing to do with the timing of what happened in El Paso and Dayton. This is a criminal investigation.where a lot of U.S. Citizens identification has been stolen. A lot of credits have been ruined. Employers are committing misdemeanors and felonies.
They "are investigating employers for knowingly harboring illegal aliens and commiting fradulent tax schemes," he added.
Press has a lot to answer for for its treacly, heartstring-tugging portrayal of an illegal -- who just mowed down a father of five
In the latest instance of an illegal immigrant walking around with impunity and escalating his crime spree, we have this outrageous story from the Daily Caller:
An illegal immigrant who received positive press coverage during his fight against deportation earlier this year struck and killed a father of five in Colorado on Aug. 2 while driving without a license.
According to press reports, Miguel Ramirez Valiente was charged with careless driving with a revoked license after he over-corrected his truck while driving on a state highway near Colorado Springs, hitting Sean Buchanan.
Buchanan was riding a motorcycle when he was hit by Ramirez Valiente, who came to the U.S. from El Salvador 14 years ago.
Ramirez Valiente has several prior charges on his arrest record.
According to a CBS affiliate in Denver, the man had previously been in the news, sympathetically portayed by church activists as a model illegal, deserving of no deportation. The only injustice, in fact, was that he was being ordered shipped home. He got his sanctuary, and the media bought and broadcast the whole thing lock stock and barrel.
Look at that modern-church podium. Look at those head-tilting concerned clerics. Look at the pompous and pecksniffian piety, all parties around the man convinced they were protecting a saint against the horror of horrors of him having to live in his homeland of El Salvador, based on what they claimed was a flimsy and capricious enforcement effort from a minor and inconsequential crime. Here's what Daily Caller reported was the true story:
CNN did not cite Ramirez Valiente’s rap sheet when the network published a sympathetic profile of him in January, after he took refuge in a Colorado Springs church to avoid deportation.
Ramirez Valiente said during a press conference at the church that he came to the U.S. 14 years ago from El Salvador, where he says he fled gang violence.
He first came on the radar of U.S. immigration authorities in 2011, following a traffic stop. He claimed in the press conference that he had been fighting his immigration case for eight years, and that he had never missed an immigration hearing.
Oh such a model illegal who, after all that, deserves to stay, well ahead of other legal immigrants waiting in line. The Daily Caller points out that behind that phony "narrative" CNN was concealing a full blown crime spree. The illegal was the good guy, and anyone trying to throw him out for his crimes was a bad guy.
Now a father of five is dead and what we see now is that both the press and the church activists were running a dirty protection racket for criminals. The illegal should have been thrown out years ago. The defenders of this illegal now have blood on their hands.
The Daily Mail tried to put out a counter-narrative that the man killed was some kind of Darwin award case, based on his belief that illegals should be permitted to stay here, too. All they proved, actually was that the father of five was a kind man and tthe Daily Mail is just a tad obnoxious. Its narrative shows the extent to which press coverage about illegals has been unnaturally in the tree of open-borders activists. Illegals, no matter how many crimes they have committed, are always portrayed in the press as the good guys and their crimes are either concealed or minimized (often as some little speeding traffic stop) when in reality, there are often a string of crimes involved. It takes a lot to get someone deported, yet when it happens, law enforcement is always portrayed as evil and the illegal is the protagonist.
Fact is, we have seen this idealization of illegals almost constantly in the press, maybe most famously in the story of the caravaner, Lady Frijoles, Mirian Zelaya, who was defended in the press as a put-upon migrant for calling Mexican tortillas and beans donated by volunteers food fit for pigs. That enabled Zelaya to get let in to this country ahead of the other waiting migrants, after which she then got busted pretty quickly for assaulting someone in Dallas.
It highlights the mass media distortions about illegal immigrants, who like any people who leave their homes are often misfits and within that category, frequently criminals. The crime stats show that our prisons are full of illegals well out of proportion to their numbers and that one crime from an illegal often leads to another. Cross the border illegally and the next stop is stealing someone's Social Security number. Next up, marriage fraud. Or crimes of disorder, fueled by impunity as judges throw out cases to prevent deportation. For some, the pattern extends to complete lawlessness and as in this case, heads up to murder.
The press has a lot to answer for this. Kudos to the CBS affiliate for exposing this revolting treacle about this illegal. CNN and all of the mass media who refuse to do their job and report objectively need to be held up to public scorn for it. They aren't on the people's side, they are nothing shills for illegals and the criminal cartels who profit from them.
Brooks said:
The motivation for all for this is even worse. They don’t have compassion for these illegal aliens. That’s not their primary motivation. Their primary motivation is the desire to acquire raw political power. That’s what it’s all about. [Emphasis added]
If you limit votes to American citizens, Democrats do not fair to well with us. So what they’re trying to do is import people who do not understand the foundational principles that have combined to make America a great nationand who … are much more likely to vote Democrat once Democrats give them voting rights. [Emphasis added]
Brooks detailed how California, the state where former President Ronald Reagan was governor, has been forever changed due to the country’s mass illegal and legal immigration policy that imports about 1.5 million foreign nationals a year.

Joe Biden Vows Flood Of Immigration: U.S. Can 'In A Heartbeat' Import 2 Million More Migrants
Volume 90%
2:46
Former Vice President and leading 2020 Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden is vowing to greatly increase the number of legal immigrants admitted to the United States every year.
In a speech to the Asian and Latino Coalition PAC, Biden promised to increase the level of legal immigration to the country beyond the roughly 1.2 million legal immigrants that are admitted every year, booming the foreign-born population to an unprecedented 45 million — a 108-year record high.
Specifically, Biden said the U.S. can “in a heartbeat” import another two million immigrants today.
Biden said:
We could afford to take in a heartbeat another two million people. The idea that a country of 330 million people is cannot absorb people who are in desperate need … is absolutely bizarre … I would also move to increase the total number of immigrants able to come to the United States. [Emphasis added]
In addition to an increase in legal immigration levels, Biden said his national immigration plan would ensure that all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living across the U.S. receive amnesty and a pathway to American citizenship.
Likewise, Biden said it is “immigration” that has “built this country,” reiterating the claim that the U.S. is a “nation of immigrants,” calling it “a fact.”
Biden’s comments come after the latest Harvard/Harris Poll finds that swing voters by a majority, as well as nearly every other demographic group, say they are less likely to support a 2020 presidential candidate who wants more illegal and legal immigration to the U.S.
Currently, the nation’s Washington, DC-imposed mass legal and illegal immigration policy — whereby at least 1.5 million unskilled foreign nationals are admitted to the U.S. every year — is a boon to corporate executives, Wall Street, big business, and multinational corporations, as America’s working and middle class have their wealth redistributed to the country’s top earners through wage stagnation.
Research by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine has discovered that immigration to the country shifts about $500 billion in wages away from working and middle-class Americans toward new arrivals and economic elites. Similarly, research by Steven Camarotta has found that every one percent increase in the immigrant composition of an occupation’s labor force reduces Americans’ hourly wages by 0.4 percent. Every one percent increase in the immigrant workforce reduces Americans’ overall wages by 0.8 percent.
In the last decade alone, the U.S. has admitted ten million legal immigrants, forcing American workers to compete against a growing population of low-wage foreign workers. Meanwhile, if legal immigration continues, there will be 69 million foreign-born residents living in the U.S. by 2060 and a total population of more than 404 million residents.
