VISUALIZE CIVIL WAR II - WE WILL PUSH MEXICO OUT OF OUR OPEN BORDERS!
California's Gov. Gavin Newsom signs law to put illegals on state boards
Talk about disenfranchisement. In California, seems it's not enough that foreign nationals who've just spilled over the U.S. border from the south can get free education, free health care, free housing, and all that — now it looks as though locals may just find themselves lorded over by foreign nationals with zero loyalty to the United States making policy, now that Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed SB225, a bill to allow illegals to "serve" 9and be paid) on state boards that make policy in California. If your interests conflict with theirs, too bad about yours:
According to the San Francisco Chronicle:
SACRAMENTO — Undocumented immigrants [sic] and other non-citizens will be allowed to serve on state boards and commissions after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a package of bills Saturday intended to integrate immigrants further into society.SB225 by Sen. Maria Elena Durazo, D-Los Angeles, expands eligibility for state appointments to any California resident over the age of 18.In a signing message, Newsom said applicants deserved to be considered on their merits, rather than their immigration status."Building a more representative government requires an assessment of barriers that prevent talented and qualified Californians from consideration for public service," he said. "California doesn't succeed in spite of our diversity — our state succeeds because of it."
The idea is so bad it was vetoed in 2018 by the state's previous governor, Jerry Brown, who rejected it on the grounds that citizenship for this form of public service "is the better path." The bill's sponsor, Sen. Maria Elena Durazo, is a far-left activist who accompanied Newsom on his first trip as governor to El Salvador on a junket to find out how to make illegals in California happier.
It's a shocking encroachment to the "consent of the governed" idea now that anyone, citizen or not, legally here or not, loyal to the U.S. or not, can get himself a sinecure as part of the state's ruling class. Think the Chinese government might just want to take advantage, sending someone over to defend their interests with a national loyal to them? All they'd have to do is talk left-wing, which is not hard for a hardcore Chicom to do, and they could get on. Think the Mexican government might just do the same? It's an astonishing open-borders move to put illegals in ruling positions now, as if consent of the citizens no longer mattered. The U.S. fought a war over this problem — in 1776.
It also could create some interesting foreign policy problems — think the government of El Salvador or Honduras might just find it useful to have some of its nationals on some California board next time there's a clash of interests between California and Washington around the issue of illegal immigration? You can bet some of these places are doing the calculations.
Those boards and commissions, by the way, are numerous. Some have the power to recommend the issuance and amounts of bonds. Some are minor bodies devoted to goals like beautifying parks, but others are quite powerful, such as the California Coastal Commission, which works to ensure that no new housing gets built based on all its environmental considerations. Sounds like a great opportunity for a Rosarito Beach property developer to send in an agent to get on one of those boards...to keep it that way.
Worse still, there are the court boards. Think an illegal on the California courts boards might just be an intimidating factor to ensure that judges always ruled in illegals' favor? And cripes, why would an open lawbreaker be welcome on a body that is supposedly devoted to ensuring rule of law? Judges are supposed to be pristine and non-political and independent and above reproach in the state, and already an overseeing board known as the Judicial Council interferes with that. That that body even should exist is very questionable, but it does — and now an illegal, loyal to the laws of China or El Salvador, might just be telling (or hinting broadly to) the state's judges how they're supposed to act.
Illegals running prison policy on one of those boards? What could go wrong? Lawbreakers in that kind of a position is pretty much turning prison policy over to people who should be in prison (and, in other countries, certainly are).
How about some illegals on voting boards? Now it can happen.
What's more, there's nothing in the law passed that says the entire board can't be made up of illegals. Some districts of the state are almost entirely composed of illegal aliens, so in the interest of "representation" as Newsom states, some on these boards might just be all illegals.
The move to erase citizenship as any criterion for participating as a full citizen in a representative democracy has already gotten a camel's nose under the tent - when, a few years ago, Huntington Park put a couple of illegals on some innocuous-sounding boards such as parks. They were illegals who, despite the state's 90%-plus acceptance rate for DACA applicants, somehow didn't qualify for DACA. The locals reacted extremely negatively in public meetings and the illegals refused to answer questions but nevertheless kept their public offices. Back when I was at Investor's Business Daily, I wrote this:
What the appointments of Julian Zatarain, 21, to Huntington Park's parks and recreation commission, and Francisco Medina, 29, to its health and education commission, represent is the political normalization of illegal immigration, regardless of what citizens want.Corrupt political machines are making illegals our new rulers, issuing decisions, rules and, potentially, taxes, without concern that they are Mexican nationals.Gone unnoticed in the press are the strange unanswered questions in these appointments. The city councilman who appointed them, Jhonny Pineda, on his website billed the two illegals as educational overachievers with big dreams who were community-minded, civic-spirited people interested in giving back to the community. What's more, he said, their role would be only advisory and they would be willing to work for free, even though the other commissioners would get $75 stipends. (Other reports suggest that officials in the area often find ways to pay large fees to themselves from these token-pay jobs.)Pineda also blandly said that neither had qualified for President Obama's Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals amnesty program, with no explanation.
Well, now we've got it on the state level, meaning illegals have more power than ever, the power of foreign nationals who can't (legally) vote to cancel out the will of the citizens. Someone from Washington ought to be challenging this in courts.

even bluer
CALIFORNIA: A COLONY OF MEXICO!
This master-race theory, as the Communist Bert Corona called it, is certified gospel for politicians such as California
senate boss Kevin de Leon who wrote the state’s sanctuary law. That’s why
he gives state jobs to false-documented illegals, a violation of state law. California privileges illegals with
in-state tuition and admission preference on the basis of ethnicity, another
violation of state law.
If the illegals are
violent criminals, de Leon, governor Jerry Brown and attorney general Xavier
Becerra believe they are still better people and protect them from deportation.
And this fall one million illegals could be voting in California alone.
California Appoints Illegal Alien to State Office
California has its first “unprotected” illegal alien in state office, after Senate President pro Tem Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) appointed Lizbeth Mateo to the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee.
Mateo, an attorney, was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. illegally at the age of 14 with her parents, who are also illegal aliens, according to the Sacramento Bee.

Thank you Sen. @kdeleon for appointing me to the CalSOAP Advisory Committee. I look forward to working w/ the rest of the committee & the Student Aid Commission in such important task - increase the accessibility of postsecondary education opportunities for low-income students.
She complained that illegal aliens are not adequately represented in state government, and described her appointment as a step towards correcting that alleged injustice.
“While undocumented students have become more visible in our state, they remain underrepresented in places where decisions that affect them are being made,” Mateo said, as quoted by Fox News.
De León, who is running for U.S. Senate against incumbent Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), described Mateo as: “a courageous, determined and intelligent young woman who at great personal risk has dedicated herself to fight for those seeking their rightful place in this country,” according to Fox News.
Mateo, however, seems somewhat confused about which country she prefers.
In a Facebook post in 2016, apparently celebrating her graduation from Santa Clara University School of Law, Mateo declared, in Spanish: “[E]verything is dedicated to Oaxaca, Mexico!! to that land that I miss so much.”
While she is the first “unprotected” illegal alien to hold a state office, she is not the first elevated to public office in California. In 2015, the city council of Huntington Park, California, appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions, sparking a public backlash.
De León and other state officials are stoking an ongoing confrontation with the federal government over federal immigration laws.

Clarification: the State Senate indicated that Lizbeth Mateo was the first illegal alien appointed to state office, but in fact she is only the first without any legal protected status. “The Senate announced that the appointment was a first for the state, but that wasn’t true,” the Sacramento Bee noted. Gov. Jerry Brown appointed a DACA recipient to a state office in 2016. The article has been corrected to reflect that.

California senate boss Kevin
de Leon has appointed Lizbeth Mateo, 33, an “immigrant rights activist,” to the
California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory
Committee. There the attorney and “immigrant rights activist,” becomes the
first “undocumented” resident to occupy a statewide post.
“I hope this is just the
beginning of more undocumented people having access to places we’re usually not
accepted into,” Mateo told reporters.
Her appointment confirms the dialectic of what one might call Mexi-Marxism.
In the original thesis, California is
part of the United States of America, populated by American citizens and legal
immigrants. The government is a representative democracy and the U.S.
Constitution the supreme law of the land. Elected officials take an oath to
defend the Constitution and only American citizens are eligible to vote. For
their part, voters approve laws making English the official language of the
state, Proposition
63 in 1986, and forbidding racial and ethnic preferences in state education,
employment and contracting, as in the 1996 Proposition 209.
In the antithesis, as stated
by Kevin de
Leon and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon after Trump’s
2016 election victory, “California was not a part of this nation when its
history began, but we are clearly now the keeper of its future.” And as Rendon
proclaims, “there is no sensible place for barriers between California and
Mexico.”
In this default view,
Mexicans are only visiting the northern part of their own country, and not
illegally entering the United States. They are therefore entitled to U.S.
education, medical care, drivers’ licenses, welfare, and in-state college
tuition, duly granted to Mexican national Lizbeth Mateo, who entered the
country illegally at age 14.
In the antithesis, U.S. law
does not prevail and the Democrat party, effectively a division of Mexico’s
ruling Partido
Revolucionario Institucional, overrides the rule of law in general.
Governor Jerry Brown is on board with it, and in his first ride as governor he
appointed as welfare boss Mario Obledo, a bigot who said California was going
to be an “Hispanic state” and those who didn’t like it should
leave and “go back to Europe.”
Brown opposed Proposition
209, and the state PRI collaborators deploy “diversity” bureaucrats to get
around it. In defiance of 209 and federal immigration law, UC boss Janet
Napolitano works three shifts to fund programs specifically
for false-documented illegals.
The illegals vote in massive
numbers but Secretary of State Alex Padilla refuses
to release the data. After the election of Donald

things to a new level, but entirely consistent with the dialectic.
In standard Marxism, socialism is replacing capitalism. In Mexi-Marxism,
Mexicans are replacing Americans, as in the appointment of Lizbeth Mateo. In
that office, de Leon explains, she would “fight for those seeking their
rightful place in this country.” So in her view Mexican nationals’ “right” to
enter the USA overrides US immigration law.
The appointment of Mateo, as de Leon announced, was “a clear shot

De Leon wants to replace
Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate but has already advanced reasons why this might
be troublesome. After the Trump victory, he went on record that half his family
used fake documents and would be eligible for deportation.
“The name
on his birth certificate isn’t Kevin de León,” explains
a hagiographical piece by Christopher Cadelago in the Sacramento Bee. The
name on the birth certificate and voter rolls is Kevin Alexander Leon, and he
claims his father Andres was a Chinese cook born in Guatemala, same as his
mother Carmen Osorio. De Leon grew up on both sides of the border but
“identifies strongly with Mexican culture.”
This far-fetched story might
prompt federal sleuths to run a thorough background check. The possibility of a
Mexican replacing an American in the U.S. senate could prove troubling to
legitimate citizens and legal immigrants alike. They might note that last
year Larissa
Waters resigned from the Australian senate when
it emerged that she was born in Canada, and under Australian law barred from
running for parliament.
In a country where the rule
of law prevails, Lizbeth Mateo would be deported to her rightful homeland. In
her native Mexico, the eager attorney could represent families of the students
murdered and kidnapped in 2014 as they headed for a protest of the Tlatelolco
Massacre.
In that atrocity,
the PRI government murdered
hundreds of students protesting for more freedom and
democracy in Mexico. Lizbeth Mateo would arrive in plenty of time for the 50th
anniversary on October 2.

The Trump administration is criticizing the State of California over a
decision to appoint an illegal alien, Lizbeth Mateo, to a statewide office for
the first time.
Mateo was appointed last week to
the Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory
Committee by the State Senate Rules Committee.
A Trump administration official told
Breitbart News on Monday: “California continues to break new ground in an
effort to thumb their nose at the rule of law.
“Their message to the world is
clear: California’s ‘leadership’ is willing to protect anyone — including
criminals — in an effort to score political points. Intentionally undermining
public safety in this manner is not an equation that bodes well for
Californians.”
Mateo was brought to the U.S. from Mexico at the age of 14 by
her parents, who are also illegal aliens.
Unlike
other so-called “Dreamers,” Mateo is not eligible for the Obama
administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. In
2013, she returned to
Mexico and visited family in Oaxaca before attempting to cross the border
illegally back into the U.S. as part of a protest. She was arrested and
detained at the border before being released after she petitioned for asylum.
State Senate President pro Tem Kevin

Lizbeth Mateo, the illegal alien who was appointed to state office in
California on Wednesday, was arrested in 2013 for trying to cross back into the
United States after “self-deporting” to Mexico.
As Breitbart
News reported five years ago, Mateo
was one of the “Dream 9,” a group of illegal aliens brought into the country as
children who staged a protest by leaving the U.S. and attempting to gain
re-entry — also illegally.
The nine — six of whom had already left the U.S. for Mexico —
were detained at the U.S. border and held at the Eloy Detention Center in
Arizona after trying to cross the border in academic caps and gowns.

The “Dream 9” — five women and four men — became a cause célèbre
among amnesty activists. Thanks in part to the attention they generated, and
the pressure their supporters put on the Obama administration, immigration
officials let them return to the country.
Mateo and the
others applied for asylum, claiming “credible fear of persecution or torture in
their birth country,” the Los
Angeles Times reported — though, as ABC
News reported, Mateo had returned to her
home town in Oaxaca and posed with relatives for photographs.
“Just being here for a week with my family and seeing how happy
they are and how excited they are, I think it’s worth it,” the supposed
asylum-seeker told ABC.
So Mateo, who
calls herself a “Dreamer” — one of those brought to the U.S. illegally “through
no fault of their own,” as President Barack Obama said — chose to repeat her
parents’ illegal crossing.
Instead of being punished and deported, she has been rewarded
with a legal education, membership in the California State Bar, a career as an
attorney, and elevation to state office.

Elected officials take an oath to defend the Constitution and only American citizens are eligible to vote. For their part, voters approve laws making English the official language of the state, Proposition 63 in 1986, and forbidding racial and ethnic preferences in state education, employment and contracting, as in the 1996 Proposition 209.
In the antithesis, as stated by Kevin de Leon and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon after Trump’s 2016 election victory, “California was not a part of this nation when its history began, but we are clearly now the keeper of its future.” And as Rendon proclaims, “there is no sensible place for barriers between California and Mexico.”
In this default view, Mexicans are only visiting the northern part of their own country, and not illegally entering the United States. They are therefore entitled to U.S. education, medical care, drivers’ licenses, welfare, and in-state college tuition, duly granted to Mexican national Lizbeth Mateo, who entered the country illegally at age 14.
In the antithesis, U.S. law does not prevail and the Democrat party, effectively a division of Mexico’s ruling Partido Revolucionario Institucional, overrides the rule of law in general. Governor Jerry Brown is on board with it, and in his first ride as governor he appointed as welfare boss Mario Obledo, a bigot who said California was going to be an “Hispanic state” and those who didn’t like it should leave and “go back to Europe.”
Brown opposed Proposition 209, and the state PRI collaborators deploy “diversity” bureaucrats to get around it. In defiance of 209 and federal immigration law, UC boss Janet Napolitano works three shifts to fund programs specifically for false-documented illegals.
The illegals vote in massive numbers but Secretary of State Alex Padilla refuses to release the data. After the election of Donald Trump, the synthesis took things to a new level, but entirely consistent with the dialectic.
In standard Marxism, socialism is replacing capitalism. In Mexi-Marxism, Mexicans are replacing Americans, as in the appointment of Lizbeth Mateo. In that office, de Leon explains, she would “fight for those seeking their rightful place in this country.” So in her view Mexican nationals’ “right” to enter the USA overrides US immigration law.
The appointment of Mateo, as de Leon announced, was “a clear shot to a president and attorney general that continue to
De Leon wants to replace Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate but has already advanced reasons why this might be troublesome. After the Trump victory, he went on record that half his family used fake documents and would be eligible for deportation.
“The name on his birth certificate isn’t Kevin de León,” explains a hagiographical piece by Christopher Cadelago in the Sacramento Bee. The name on the birth certificate and voter rolls is Kevin Alexander Leon, and he claims his father Andres was a Chinese cook born in Guatemala, same as his mother Carmen Osorio. De Leon grew up on both sides of the border but “identifies strongly with Mexican culture.”
This far-fetched story might prompt federal sleuths to run a thorough background check. The possibility of a Mexican replacing an American in the U.S. senate could prove troubling to legitimate citizens and legal immigrants alike. They might note that last year Larissa Waters resigned from the Australian senate when it emerged that she was born in Canada, and under Australian law barred from running for parliament.
In a country where the rule of law prevails, Lizbeth Mateo would be deported to her rightful homeland. In her native Mexico, the eager attorney could represent families of the students murdered and kidnapped in 2014 as they headed for a protest of the Tlatelolco Massacre.
In that atrocity, the PRI government murdered hundreds of students protesting for more freedom and democracy in Mexico. Lizbeth Mateo would arrive in plenty of time for the 50th anniversary on October 2.
Trump Admin Blasts California over Appointment of Illegal Alien to State Office
The Trump administration is criticizing the State of California over a decision to appoint an illegal alien, Lizbeth Mateo, to a statewide office for the first time.
Mateo was appointed last week to the Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee by the State Senate Rules Committee.
A Trump administration official told Breitbart News on Monday: “California continues to break new ground in an effort to thumb their nose at the rule of law.
“Their message to the world is clear: California’s ‘leadership’ is willing to protect anyone — including criminals — in an effort to score political points. Intentionally undermining public safety in this manner is not an equation that bodes well for Californians.”
Mateo was brought to the U.S. from Mexico at the age of 14 by her parents, who are also illegal aliens.
Unlike other so-called “Dreamers,” Mateo is not eligible for the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. In 2013, she returned to Mexico and visited family in Oaxaca before attempting to cross the border illegally back into the U.S. as part of a protest. She was arrested and detained at the border before being released after she petitioned for asylum.
State Senate President pro Tem Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) celebrated her appointment by calling Mateo “a courageous, determined and intelligent young woman who at great personal risk has dedicated herself to fight for those seeking their rightful place in this country.”
In #lawschool I often wondered if I was fit to b in #lawjournal, #mootcourt bc not many ppl w/ my same background did. I always went for it bc even if I felt inadequate I thought I could add something of value. I hope to do the same w/ @StudentAidCommission. #undocumentedunafraid https://twitter.com/AraceliMartinez/status/974076293850447872 …
Thank you Sen. @kdeleon for appointing me to the CalSOAP Advisory Committee. I look forward to working w/ the rest of the committee & the Student Aid Commission in such important task - increase the accessibility of postsecondary education opportunities for low-income students.
Mateo is also an attorney and a member of the California State Bar.

California’s Illegal Alien Office Holder Was Arrested at U.S.-Mexico Border in 2013

Lizbeth Mateo, the illegal alien who was appointed to state office in California on Wednesday, was arrested in 2013 for trying to cross back into the United States after “self-deporting” to Mexico.
As Breitbart News reported five years ago, Mateo was one of the “Dream 9,” a group of illegal aliens brought into the country as children who staged a protest by leaving the U.S. and attempting to gain re-entry — also illegally.
The nine — six of whom had already left the U.S. for Mexico — were detained at the U.S. border and held at the Eloy Detention Center in Arizona after trying to cross the border in academic caps and gowns.

The “Dream 9” — five women and four men — became a cause célèbre among amnesty activists. Thanks in part to the attention they generated, and the pressure their supporters put on the Obama administration, immigration officials let them return to the country.
Mateo and the others applied for asylum, claiming “credible fear of persecution or torture in their birth country,” the Los Angeles Times reported — though, as ABC News reported, Mateo had returned to her home town in Oaxaca and posed with relatives for photographs.
“Just being here for a week with my family and seeing how happy they are and how excited they are, I think it’s worth it,” the supposed asylum-seeker told ABC.
So Mateo, who calls herself a “Dreamer” — one of those brought to the U.S. illegally “through no fault of their own,” as President Barack Obama said — chose to repeat her parents’ illegal crossing.
Instead of being punished and deported, she has been rewarded with a legal education, membership in the California State Bar, a career as an attorney, and elevation to state office.

California passes same-day voter registration, rigging elections
even bluer
As if ballot-harvesting by illegal aliens were not enough, California has come up with a new
way to rig elections to ensure one-party permanent Democratic Party rule.
SACRAMENTO — Californians
will be able to register to vote on election day at local polling places and
voting centers under legislation signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom on Tuesday, a
potentially significant step toward boosting turnout in key contests next year.
The
new law provides for a significant expansion of so-called conditional voter
registration, which allows a new voter to cast a ballot that is counted after
eligibility is determined during the 30-day vote-counting period after an
election. That process began in last year's statewide election, but
registration was available only in county elections offices. Starting next
year, voters can register on election day anywhere ballots are cast.
"This
simply enfranchises more people to vote," said state Sen. Tom Umberg
(D-Santa Ana), the author of the new law. "The presidential race is one
thing, but this is going to make an even bigger difference in turnout for local
races."
California's Gov. Gavin Newsom, who's
been curiously silent on his Facebook page about the gargantuan blackouts
slamming the Bay Area, proudly has this news right there at the top of his page as his signature
achievement.
Suffice to say, this is a recipe for
disaster. As voting tallies roll out in real time on election day,
Democratic operatives, illegally here or not, will be right onto the matter,
with lists of unregistered potential voters, going to their homes and signing
them up to make the tally go their way. The political muscle used is
going to be amazing.
With California already not checking
who's legally allowed to vote, and often, through the Department of Motor
Vehicles' automatic voter registration system, you can bet that a lot of those
newly registered voters are not going to be here legally. The
sanctuary state, after all, does not check.
Now that they've got a
register-or-else system of political muscling for registrations in elections
going the Republican way, you can bet they will muscle illegals to register —
with a warning that they'll be reported to authorities as illegal if they
don't.
They'll be additionally shielded from
scrutiny based on the fact that the state has refused to cooperate
with federal investigators about who's registered legally, so it's a perfect
game for them.
What's stunning is why they did it at
all. After all, haven't they already gotten the solid blue state
they've wanted, based on their past rigging? They've even gotten
deep red Orange County in their column, which has a whiff of fraud. They've
enacted driver's licenses for illegal aliens and now automatic motor voter
registration, which can be halted only on the honor system, if someone says he
is not allowed to vote due to being a non-citizen. Plenty of "errors"
have already happened.
They've also enacted automatic
mail-in ballots, even if people do not ask for them, putting physical paper
ballots on every kitchen table in the state if not in the mailboxes of people
who have moved away. Based on that, they've enacted ballot-harvesting,
where Democratic operatives break the chain of custody in first counting votes
coming in and, once they see a result they don't like, fanning out and going to
people's houses who still have not voted — and "collecting" those
votes, once they've "helped" these indifferent or unwilling voters to
fill them out. You can see how easy it would be to coerce an illegal
alien in such conditions. Worse still, the fate of the
ballot of someone who voted the "wrong" way is anyone's
guess. No one knows if they turn all the ballots in.
Rest assured: there's more
rigging. They've enacted a first-two-out-the-gate primary system,
which keeps Republicans off the ballot entirely, forcing voters to choose
between just two Democrats, one hideous and the second even worse. That
was the nightmare Republicans faced when they were forced to choose between
Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who'd just got caught employing a Chinese spy for 20
years, and a crazed leftist affiliated with what's unaffectionately known as
the "Mexican mafia" of California's political machinery, named Kevin
de León. The map here shows how bad it is.
With this kind of rigging, it's no
wonder California, which still has a sizable conservative contingent, has
nearly zero representation in any public office, state or national.
Yet the :eft still can't trust the
good thing it's got and still doesn't trust those unreliable
voters. This measure to stack the total with same-day registrations
is just the latest scheme to ensure permanent power. It stinks to
high heaven.
