SENATOR MIKE ROUNDS SAYS WE MUST KEEP WAGES DEPRESSED BY IMPORTING MORE CHINESE AND INDIANS TO WORK CHEAP FOR HIGH TECH BILLIONAIRES

Trump: Open Borders Threatens the Wage Gains of America’s Lowest-Income Workers

 12 Nov 2019

President Donald Trump touted the wage gains for Americans in the lowest income brackets, adding that that the open borders policies of the Democratic Party threaten those gains.

“Since the election, real wages have gone up 3.2 percent for the median American worker,” Trump said in a speech Tuesday to the Economic Club of New York. “But for the bottom income group, real wages are soaring. A number that has never happened before. Nine percent.”
Wage gains for those near the bottom of America’s economic ladder have been particularly strong this year. The lowest-paid Americans saw weekly earnings rise by more than 5 percent in the second quarter from a year earlier, according to a quarterly survey of households produced by the Labor Department. Workers with less than a high-school diploma saw their wages grow nearly 6 percent.
“That may mean you make a couple of bucks less in your companies,” Trump said. “And you know what? That’s okay. This is a great thing for our country. When you talk about equality. This is a great thing for our country.”
The so-called “poverty gap”–which measures the heightened poverty rate among blacks and Hispanics compared to poverty overall–shrank to its lowest level on record last year. The racial gap in unemployment has also contracted as unemployment rates hit record lows this year. Black unemployment hit its lowest level on record in November.
Trump gave credit to the tight labor market for the improvement in wages and employment. But opening the countries borders to new workers from abroad would threaten those gains, he added.
“Our tight labor market is helping them the most,” Trump said. “Yet the Democrats in Washington want to erase these gains through an extreme policy of open borders, flooding the labor market and driving down incomes for the poorest Americans. And driving crime through the roof.”
Economic studies have shown that when the supply of workers goes up, the price that companies have to pay to hire workers goes down.
“Wage trends over the past half-century suggest that a 10 percent increase in the number of workers with a particular set of skills probably lowers the wage of that group by at least 3 percent,” Harvard economist George Borjas has written. “But because a disproportionate percentage of immigrants have few skills, it is low-skilled American workers, including many blacks and Hispanics, who have suffered most from this wage dip.”

GOP Sen. Mike Rounds Pushes EB-5 Visa Bill Which Aids Chinese, Indian Migrants, Coastal Cities

South Dakota GOP Sen. Mike Rounds has drafted a bill that would help wealthy Chinese buy citizenship — and would also help steer investment away from the heartland states towards the increasingly wealthy states on the coasts.

The giveaway for the wealthy Chinese lenders is buried on page 85 of Rounds’ draft bill, which offers a “parole” shortcut around the backlog of Chinese who are now waiting in line for EB-5 green cards:
The Secretary of Homeland Security, in the Secretary’s discretion, may temporarily parole into the United States, under such conditions as the Secretary may prescribe, any alien who is the beneficiary of a petition for immigrant status [once] 3 years or more have elapsed since the petition was filed.
This parole language gives a citizenship shortcut to the foreigners who lend money to the U.S. real-estate industry in exchange for green cards via the EB-5 program. The program is such a giveaway that 73,000 foreigners have joined the line for the annual distribution of 10,000 green-card tickets to citizenship.
But the EB-5 law includes individual “country caps” to help diversify the award of green cards. These country caps have some flexibility, but the rush of lenders means that Chinese who sign up in late 2019 face a 17-year wait to get their cards, while Indians must wait nine years for their cards.
The long waits make it difficult for the U.S. real-estate industry to sell more EB-5 green cards to Indians or Chinese lenders.
Rounds’ bill will fix that real-estate funding problem by allowing Chinese and Indians lenders to skip their waiting lines after just three years if they get “parole” from the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
The foreigners have an obvious strategy to get parole: Persuade Rounds and other legislators to pressure the DHS secretary until the secretary quietly approves the parole requests.
Congress has already used the same indirect strategy to import more  H-2B visa-workers for executives in the landscaping industry.
Rounds’ bill is also co-sponsored by Texas GOP Sen. John Cornyn and South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham.
It is not clear if the three legislators will push the EB-5 bill up for a vote, or if they will try to attach it to a must-pass bill late in the year. The bill may only be a symbolic signal of support to interest groups, such as Cornyn’s Texas donors, during the run-up to the 2020 election year.
The bill also may have been drafted an alternative Sen. Mike Lee’s S.386 bill, which removes the “country caps” to reward the Chinese and India EB-5 lenders. But Lee’s bill is opposed by populists who say it encourages Indian graduates to take Americans’ college-jobs, and by Democrat Sen. Dick Durbin, who wants to raise immigration levels.

Rounds’ bill also overrides new regulations that pressure foreigners to lend their EB-5 funds to projects in low-income districts.
The new regulations were adopted because most EB-5 loans have gone to building projects in California, New Jersey, or New York.
The regulations will be issued on November 21 by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency. The USCIS rules allow lenders to get visas for loaning just $900,000 to projects in lower-income zones, dubbed “targeted employment areas.” Outside the TEAs, lenders must lend $1.8 million to get their visas.
David North at the Center for Immigration Studies described how Rounds gets around the USCIS reforms:
The first 60 or so pages of this 87-page bill are filled with attractive material …
Then, on p. 67, we learn that in addition to the precisely defined targeted employment areas (TEAs) of the regulations set to take effect this month — which is where the moneys are to be invested — middlemen will be allowed to place the investments in “qualified opportunity zones” created under another federal law, which are subject to easy manipulation by the middlemen and their allies in state government.
An October meeting of the EB-5 industry included a panel on the “qualified opportunity zones.”
EB-5 has been around since 1990; Opportunity Zones only since 2017. OZs are designated census tracts in which federal tax liabilities on real estate gains are deferred or eliminated under certain conditions, such as a holding period of seven to ten years … This panel will explore how the two programs can be combined to improve the viability and profitability of the underlying EB-5 development project.
Rounds’ bill also apparently reduces the incentives for investors to put their money into lower income areas. On page 87, his bill cuts the loan requirement for normal, non-poor locations to just $1.1 million, down from the $1.8 million in the USCIS regulations.  But Rounds’ bill sets the price for TEA areas at $1 million. This shift means his bill offers only a $100,000 incentive for lenders to put their money into lower-income areas.
Rounds’ staff did not respond to emails from Breitbart News.
But the EB-5 bill is just one small part of a much larger Washington policy that is widening the wealth gap between coastal and heartland states.
For roughly 30 years, immigration has supercharged the economic growth in the coastal states. The huge supply of visa workers and legal immigrants arriving at Los Angeles International airport, for example, means that California investors can ignore the pool of American labor in heartland states. The coastal investors can fund new job creation centers close to their neighborhoods, and fill those jobs with the legal immigrants who arrive daily from India, Africa, South America, and Asia.
The flow of government supplied labor denies jobs, investments, opportunities, and wealth to many Americans in slower-growing, lower-priced, interior towns. States, communities, and families expend a huge effort to birth, rear, and educate millions of young Americans — but coastal investors can simply hire the imported workers from around the world.
The shift in power from families to investors — and the resulting regional wealth gap — is spotlighted by a 2018 report from the Economic Innovation Group, “From Great Recession to Great Reshuffling”:
The number of people living in prosperous zip codes swelled by 10.2 million between the two periods to a total of 86.5 million—more than any other quintile. Meanwhile, the number of Americans living in distressed zip codes fell by 3.4 million between the two periods to a total of 50 million—the smallest population of any quintile.
While the overall population in distressed zip codes declined, the number of rural Americans in that category increased by nearly 1 million between the two periods. Rural zip codes exhibited the most volatility and were by far the most likely to be downwardly mobile on the index, with 30 percent dropping into a lower quintile of prosperity—nearly twice the proportion of urban zip codes that fell into a lower quintile.
The same geographic skew is visible in investment deals tracked by the PricewaterhouseCoopers firm, according to a report at SSTI.org:
Once again, more than three-quarters of U.S. venture capital (VC) dollars went to companies in California, New York and Massachusetts in 2016, according to data from the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)/CB Insights’ Moneytree Report Explorer. Approximately 53.3 percent of all VC capital went to California companies …  Massachusetts increased from 9.7 percent in 2015 to 10.3 percent in 2016; and New York increased from 10.6 percent in 2015 to 12.7 percent in 2016.
The inflow of immigrants matches the wealth shift from the heartland and to coasts, according to data in a 2018 report by the Center for Immigration Studies:
The states with the largest numerical increases since 2010 were Florida (up 721,298); Texas (up 712,109); California (up 502,985); New York (up 242,769); New Jersey (up 210,481); Washington (up 173,891); Massachusetts (up 172,908); Pennsylvania (up 154,701); Virginia (up 151,251); Maryland (up 124,241); Georgia (123,009); Michigan (up 116,059); North Carolina (up 110,279); and Minnesota (up 107,760).
This immigration inflow and job investment also shape the value of housing. In Virginia, for example, a home sale generates $95,000 in extra economic activity, according to the National Association of Realtors. But a home sale generates only $69,000 in South Dakota, the association reports.

Pete Buttigieg wants to stop the loss of people from small-town American by importing more immigrants. But the 'cure' is the problem: Immigration is helping to drain the heartland of people by subsidizing the creation of jobs & wealth in coastal cities. http://bit.ly/31GNutI

Rounds has a long history of supporting the migration policies that widen the population-wealth gap between the heartland and the coasts.
In February 2018, for example, Rounds worked with Maine GOP Sen. Susan Collins to pass a “prioritization amnesty” for more than 11 million illegals living in the United States. The hidden amnesty was attached to the tail end of his 64-page “Immigration Security and Opportunity Act,” which offered an amnesty to roughly 3 million younger illegals. The double amnesty bill was released to the public the same day that Rounds, Collins, and their six GOP allies tried to rush it through the Senate.
Rounds’ DACA and prioritization double amnesty won 54 votes, putting it just shy of the 60-vote threshold because nearly all Democrats voted for the amnesty. The bill might have passed the Senate but for strong opposition from President Donald Trump and the officials at the Department of Homeland Security. Their criticism reportedly deterred several additional business first Republicans from pushing the bill up above the threshold of 60 votes. “The administration made it difficult for some [Republicans] to try to publicly support anything,” one Republican senator told Politico.
Rounds is touting his bill despite his prior entanglement in an EB-5 scandal. The Rapid City Journal reported November 8:
After Rounds was term-limited as governor in 2010, revelations poured forth about the state-run EB-5 regional center that his administration oversaw (most other EB-5 regional centers are privately run). One former state official who was connected with the center committed suicide in 2013 while he was under investigation for grand theft, and another pleaded guilty to a felony in 2017 for illegally using funds associated with the program.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services subsequently terminated South Dakota’s EB-5 regional center, but the state appealed and the USCIS Administrative Appeals Office withdrew the termination and remanded it for further review in 2017. That review remains pending, a USCIS spokesman said Friday.
Fallout from the EB-5 scandal dogged Rounds throughout his 2014 Senate campaign. His support dipped as low as 39 percent in one poll before he ultimately won with 50 percent of the vote in a three-way race. Although he has not officially announced that he will seek re-election next year, his campaign committee has been raising money.

House ag-worker amnesty bill is progressive cronyism; Dems get 500K extra voters by 2030, while ag-biz degrades farm communities into 'company towns.' Americans lose wages, wealth & communities, but media will treat the debate as 'civil rights' vs 'racism' http://bit.ly/33pN8sn

Australian Lawmakers Reject China’s Demand to ‘Repent’ for Criticism of Communist Party

In this March 1, 2016 file photo, souvenir plates bearing images of Chinese President Xi Jinping, left, and late Chinese leader Mao Zedong are displayed at a shop near Tiananmen Square in Beijing. Two members of Australia’s conservative coalition government have rejected Beijing’s demand they “repent” for their criticism of the Chinese Communist Party.

They said Saturday they will never back down from “standing up for Australian sovereignty, our values, our interests, and standing up for people who can’t stand up for themselves.”
Outspoken Liberal politicians Andrew Hastie and James Paterson were due to take part in a study tour to China next month, but when the tour operator called the Chinese embassy to arrange their visas, it was told the pair was “unwelcome at this time”.
Both politicians have been constant critics of China’s authoritarian state, particularly its human rights record and alleged interference in Australia’s political system, as Breitbart News reported.
Paterson has spoken out about human rights abuses against minority Muslim Uighurs in China´s Xinjiang province and the ongoing protests in Hong Kong, while Hastie in August was rebuked by Beijing after comparing the West’s handling of China’s rise to the failure to contain Nazi Germany.
Push back against China’s repressive one party state are a growing global phenomonon, as witnessed last week by a mass protest in Central London. Breitbart News was there:

An embassy spokesperson said the Chinese people, “do not welcome those who make unwarranted attacks” on their nation and told the Australian pair to recant and back down.
“China will never yield to colonisation of ideas and values,” the statement said.
“As long as the people concerned genuinely repent and redress their mistakes, view China with objectivity and reason, respect China’s system and mode of development chosen by the Chinese people, the door of dialogue and exchanges will always remain open.”
That offer was rejected outright by Hastie, a former SAS soldier and chair of Parliament’s joint intelligence and security committee.
“Senator James Paterson and I will not repent, let me be very clear,” he said.
“We will not repent for standing up for Australian sovereignty, our values, our interests, and standing up for people who can’t stand up for themselves.”
Hastie said he was “disappointed but not surprised” he was banned from the country.
“They want a one-way conversation, and I believe very deeply in democracy, as does James, and we believe in the exchange of ideas, and that’s what the whole trip was about, so they need to come to the party too.”
He said he remained open to a trip to the country next year: “I suspect unless I repent I won’t be welcome, and there will be no repentance.”
Hastie’s comments were echoed by Senator Paterson.
“There won’t be any repenting,” he said. “I’m elected to represent the Australian people — their values, their concerns, their interests.
“I won’t be repenting on the instruction of any foreign power.”
An estimated one million ethnic Uyghurs, Kazakhs and other Muslims are currently detained by the Chinese Communist Party in internment camps in Xinjiang province in north-western China, as Breitbart News reported.

IN THE November 2006 election, the voters demanded congressional ethics reform. And so, the newly appointed chairman of the Senate Rules Committee, Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., is now duly in charge of regulating the ethical behavior of her colleagues. But for many years, Feinstein has been beset by her own ethical conflict of interest, say congressional ethics experts.

Senator Who Employed Chinese Spy Endorses Joe Biden for President

A high-profile U.S. senator with professional and personal ties to China — including once employing one of its spies — is backing former Vice President Joe Biden amid mounting questions over his son’s business dealings with the communist regime.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), a former chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, announced her endorsement of the former vice president on Tuesday, claiming to have witnessed Biden’s “fortitude” and leadership during their overlapping tenures in Congress.
Feinstein said in a statement:
I’ve worked closely with Vice President Biden and I’ve seen firsthand his legislative ability, his statesmanship, and most importantly his moral fortitud. During his time in Congress and in the White House, Joe Biden has been a tireless fighter for hard working American families.
The endorsement comes as Biden’s presidential campaign is besieged by scandal regarding the lucrative business dealings his youngest son, Hunter, had with foreign governments.
Only hours before Feinstein’s endorsement, the Chinese government announced it would not investigate how Hunter Biden ended up at the center of one its top private equity firms. The Chinese foreign ministry made the decision after President Donald Trump publicly called for a probe of Hunter Biden’s dealings with Bohai Harvest RST (BHR). In particular, Trump has noted that the circumstances surrounding BHR’s creation could have posed a conflict of interest for Joe Biden.
As Peter Schweizer, senior contributor at Breitbart News, revealed in his bestselling book Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends, Hunter Biden inked the multibillion-dollar deal that created BHR with a subsidiary of the state-owned Bank of China in 2013.
The timing of the lucrative deal has been brought into question as it came only 12 days after Hunter visited China with his father aboard Air Force Two. Officially, the then-vice president was visiting the country amid escalating tensions over islands in the South China Sea and decided to bring his granddaughter and son along. In a March 2018 interview with Breitbart News Tonight, however, Schweizer detailed the political machinations that preceded Hunter Biden’s $1.5 billion venture with China:
In December of 2013, Vice President Joe Biden flies to Asia for a trip, and the centerpiece for that trip is a visit to Beijing, China. To put this into context, in 2013, the Chinese have just exerted air rights over the South Pacific, the South China Sea. They basically have said, ‘If you want to fly in this area, you have to get Chinese approval. We are claiming sovereignty over this territory.’ Highly controversial in Japan, in the Philippines, and in other countries. Joe Biden is supposed to be going there to confront the Chinese. Well, he gets widely criticized on that trip for going soft on China. For basically not challenging them, and Japan and other countries are quite upset about this.
Since its creation, BHR has invested heavily in energy and defense projects across the globe. As of June, Hunter Biden was still involved with BHR, sitting on its board of directors and owning a minority stake of the fund estimated to be worth more than $430,000.
Such dealings at the center of politics and business, while perhaps not illegal, are not exclusive to the Biden family alone. As a few noted at the time of Feinstein’s endorsement, the senator and her husband have their own close ties to the communist country.
During her tenure as mayor of San Francisco in the late-1970s and early-1980s, Feinstein took advantage of the newly normalized diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China by establishing one of the first sister city partnership between San Francisco and Shanghai. Through that partnership, Feinstein led trade delegations to China in which she and her husband, Richard Blum, became acquainted with some of the country’s most prominent political leaders.
As the Federalist noted in August 2018, Feinstein and her husband leveraged those relationships to boost their own wealth. In 1986, Feinstein and Jiang Zemin — the then-mayor of Shanghai, who would later ascend to the presidency of the People’s Republic of China — “designated several corporate entities for fostering commercial relations.” One of those firms was Shanghai Pacific Partners, which employed Blum as a director. Blum reportedly had an interest of upwards of $500,000 in a project backed by Shanghai Pacific Partners.
After Feinstein was elected to the Senate in 1992, Blum continued profiting off their ties to China. A the same time, the freshman lawmaker was pitching herself as a “China hand” to colleagues, even once claiming “that in my last life maybe I was Chinese.” Through her seat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Feinstein led the fight on a number of initiatives seen as being favorable to China, including granting the country permanent most-favored-nation trading status in 2000.
Despite Feinstein and her husband having a close relationship with Jiang, the Chinese government targeted the senator as part of its espionage operations. In the early 2000s, the Chinese Ministry of State Security (MSS) recruited a longtime employee of the senator to gather information about the inner workings of her congressional and district offices. Feinstein only learned of the staffer’s duplicity in 2013, after he’d already been on her payroll for more than 20 years.
“While this person, who was a liaison to the local Chinese community, was fired, charges were never filed against him,” Politico reported in 2018, speculating that because “the staffer was providing political intelligence and not classified information—making prosecution far more difficult.”
Apart from the convoluted history of the senator’s ties to China, the political timing of Feinstein’s endorsement also caught many off guard. The California Democrat, who hosted a fundraiser on Biden’s behalf last week alongside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) daughter, is only the most recent figure from the Democrat establishment to openly pledge support for the former vice president. Feinstein’s endorsement, however, was not totally expected, especially since her seamate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), is mounting a bid of her own for the Democrat nomination. In fact, earlier this year, Feinsten flirted with the notion of remaining neutral in the 2020 contest out of respect for Harris.
Compounding the political picture is that most polls show Biden no longer the favorite to win California, having fallen behind Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
Feinstein, however, did not address any of that when endorsing the former vice president on Tuesday. Instead, the senator offered platitudes about Biden’s work to enhance gun control and how his campaign was a “fight to restore the soul of the nation.”

Meet the 'American Students Last' Lobby

Who is funding the militant illegal immigrant youth army of thousands of entitled "Dreamers" that marched to Washington, D.C., for the Supreme Court hearing this week on President Barack Obama's unconstitutional amnesty program?
Follow the money; find the truth. I've got the "Open Borders Inc." breakdown for you of so-called DACA financiers and enablers on both sides of the political spectrum. Call them what they are: the "American Students Last" lobby.
Let's start with Charles Koch. The libertarian billionaire has thrown his weight and fortune behind an amnesty brigade called the LIBRE Initiative. While the establishment right purports to oppose identity politics, LIBRE wraps itself in the mantle of "empowering Hispanics" to "advance liberty" and "prosperity." Koch has poured more than $10 million into the ethnocentric group since 2011 under the slogan "Limited Government. Unlimited Opportunity."
Translation: driver's licenses for illegal immigrants, in-state tuition discounts for illegal immigrant students and securing a Congressional deal to codify the Obama administration's blanket deportation shields and work permits for 800,000 illegal immigrant students if the Supreme Court strikes the deal down.
Koch operatives send out weekly press releases urging Congress to "Protect Dreamers Now," "Achieve a permanent solution for Dreamers" (hint: It's not deportation), and "act promptly on relief for Dreamers." Along with the Koch-funded Americans for Prosperity, LIBRE sponsored a "pop-up art exhibit" propagandizing the benefits of illegal immigrant Dreamers to coincide with their march on Washington on Tuesday.
Next up: the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The Big Business lobbyists for cheap labor have prioritized illegal immigrant amnesty legislation since 2014, when the Chamber dumped $50 million to protect border-jumpers from deportation and win them employment authorization documents. "Stripping DACA recipients of their ability to legally live and work in the country will harm them," the D.C. fat cats lamented this week.
Then there's Facebook. All week long, young users of the Silicon Valley giant's Instagram app have been fed heart-tugging ads highlighting Dreamer families and their activist sisters and brothers, including the George Soros-funded street demonstrators of United We Dream, Make the Road New York and CASA de Maryland. Facebook's lobbying arm, FWD.us, disseminated a letter from 10 of its illegal immigrant Dreamer employees "in solidarity with" all immigrants living and working here in violation of our laws. FWD.us has shelled out $430,000 on immigration lobbying this year alone.
Open borders Catholic Church elites have had a busy "illegal immigrants first" month so far. The Vatican and bishops' conference spend hundreds of millions of donations on illegal immigrant shelters, legal teams for dubious asylum claimants, and community organizing activities promoting sanctuary policies and profiting off the backs of border-trespassers, who in turn enrich smuggling rings and drug cartels. The NETWORK Lobby for Catholic Social Justice marched from New York City to D.C. with DACA recipients, according to the group's press secretary Lee Morrow (who makes sure to let Catholic colleagues and journalists know that his pronouns are "he/him"). Leaders of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops convened masses at the border to condemn patriots who use the accurate term "invasion" to describe the violent siege in the Southwest. Archbishop Jose Gomez of Los Angeles pledged that "we will never abandon you" and enlisted American churchgoers to pray for illegal immigrant families.
Such virtue-signaling gestures have never been extended to American families permanently separated from their children and grandchildren because of criminal-coddling sanctuary policies and porous fences, of course.
Microsoft and Princeton University jointly filed the Supreme Court briefs on behalf of Dreamers suing for the right to stay here illegally. Princeton also lobbied on Capitol Hill to extend the endless "temporary protected status" and work permits of 300,000 low-wage workers from Central America. Microsoft has punched American students twice in the gut, leading the charge not only for a massive pipeline of illegal immigrant youths but also for millions of H-1B and F-1 foreign student visa holders.
Even The New York Times now acknowledges the obvious reason Democrats are throwing American youth under the bus: mass uncontrolled immigration both legal and illegal is turning America radically blue. But what about Beltway Republicans and establishment Swamp conservative think tanks and college groups? Where is the defense of American students fighting to make a decent living while competing with unrelenting floods of foreign workers at both ends of the wage scale?
Turning Point USA's Charlie Kirk blithely advocates stapling green cards to foreign student diplomas and his speakers have shouted down America First students as racists and losers for challenging the donor class on demographic realities. (Who needs SPLC smear merchants with "friends" like these?) Shamefully, no right-leaning groups bothered to muster up their own army of American students to counter the Koch-Soros-Silicon Valley-Vatican-backed hordes on the Mexifornicated steps of the U.S. Supreme Court. The job of combating the American Students Last lobby has been left to anti-establishment outsiders -- Proud Boys, Groypers, displaced U.S. tech workers and other dissidents unmasking Open Borders Inc.'s controlled opposition. On Tuesday, I was called a "Nazi" by a young GOP operative for supporting American students first.
Keep shooting the messengers, civilizational suicide squad clowns. If the goal is to make America disappear, you're winning.
