JOE BIDEN'S AMERICA: NO LEGAL NEED APPLY!!! Joe Biden wants to raise taxes, open the borders, let you pay for illegal aliens’ sex changes, and spark a civil war by taking guns from the people who don’t commit crimes.

Joe Biden Promises Flood of Foreign Graduates for Investors, Paperwork Protections for Americans

Joe Biden is promising investors that he will flood the white-collar labor market with a huge inflow of cheap foreign graduates, but he is offering only paperwork protections to the millions of U.S. graduates who will lose jobs, salaries, and careers.
“Biden will work with Congress to first reform temporary visas to establish a wage-based allocation process and establish enforcement mechanisms to ensure they are aligned with the labor market and not used to undermine wages,” said Biden’s plan for legal immigration. “Then, Biden will support expanding the number of high-skilled visas and eliminating the limits on employment-based visas by country, which create unacceptably long backlogs,” the plan says.
Biden’s zig-zag immigration manifesto suggests that he is trying to win support from the wealthy investors who gain from more college graduate immigrants yet also trying to win back the swing-voting college graduates who sided with Donald Trump in 2016.
Many college graduates sided with Trump in 2016 when he promised to curb the low-wage H-1B visa worker program. That H-1B program keeps roughly 750,000 foreign graduates in Americans’ jobs, alongside at least another 500,000 foreign graduates working under several other types of white-collar visa workers.
Trump has done little to follow through on his 2016 promise, partly because of intense pressure from the investors whose corporate stocks spike whenever white-collar salaries are nudged downwards. For example, Trump’s deputies are currently trying to preserve the 2015 rule that aids investors by granting work permits to 100,000 spouses of H-1B workers.
Trump’s deputies are also protecting the fraud-ridden Optional Practical Training program that annually gives work permits to 300,000 foreign graduates of U.S. colleges so they can compete against for jobs against the 800,000 Americans who graduate with skilled degrees.

Donald Trump's OMB again delays promised end of Obama's @H4EAD work permits for 100K spouses of 800K H-1B visa-workers who take jobs from American college grads. Big giveaway to pro-Dem Silicon Valley investors though T. needs more whte-collr votes in 2020 http://bit.ly/2lVz89a

The Biden zig-zag is found throughout his plan for expanding legal immigration, which annually delivers one million legal immigrants as four million young Americans get their first full-time jobs.
Biden promises more green cards for India’s growing population of U.S.-based workers. The roughly 750,000 Indian workers are hired by U.S. investors to replace American graduates, but Biden promised paperwork to protect Americans from the lower-wage Indians. His plan:
Increases the number of visas offered for permanent, work-based immigration based on macroeconomic conditions. Currently, the number of employment-based [green cards] is capped at 140,000 each year, without the ability to be responsive to the state of the labor market or demands from domestic employers. As president, Biden will work with Congress to increase the number of visas awarded for permanent, employment-based immigration—and promote mechanisms to temporarily reduce the number of visas during times of high U.S. unemployment.
Biden’s manifesto recognizes that employers will game the visa worker rules to discriminate against Americans and to favor cheap foreign workers:
The U.S. immigration system must guard against economy-wide wage cuts due to exploitation of foreign workers by unscrupulous employers who undercut the system by hiring immigrant workers below the market rate or go outside the immigration system to find workers. Biden will work with Congress to ensure that employers are not taking advantage of immigrant workers and that U.S. citizen workers are not being undercut by employers who don’t play by the rules.
Yet Biden also wants to provide green cards and citizenship to all foreign workers who get Ph.D.s in U.S. universities: “Biden believes that foreign graduates of a U.S. doctoral program should be given a green card with their degree and that losing these highly trained workers to foreign economies is a disservice to our own economic competitiveness.”
Current laws allow U.S employers to reward foreign workers with 140,000 green cards each year. But Biden wants to effectively double this huge reward by not counting the families’ green cards against the 140,000 annual visa cap:
As president, Biden will support family-based immigration by preserving family unification as a foundation of our immigration system; by allowing any approved applicant to receive a temporary non-immigrant visa until the permanent visa is processed; and by supporting legislation that treats the spouse and children of green card holders as the immediate relatives they are, exempting them from caps, and allowing parents to bring their minor children with them at the time they immigrate.
That promise is a quiet signal of support for India’s population of 300,000 workers — and 300,000 family members — who have taken hundreds of thousands of careers from American technology graduates. India’s U.S. workforce has also suppressed many Americans’ salaries, yet is now angrily denouncing U.S. legislators for not quickly giving them the green cards that were promised to them by their U.S. employers.
Biden’s promise puts him close to Utah GOP Sen. Mike Lee, whose S.386 bill would put the 600,000 Indians on a fast-track to green cards and also force other U.S. employers and non-Indian immigrants to wait in line behind the technology sector’s workforce.
For blue-collar workers, Biden’s zig-zag plan also promises more protections — and also more foreign visa workers seeking to take their jobs:
Biden will work with Congress to reform the current system of temporary work visas to allow [the foreign] workers in these select industries to switch jobs, while certifying the labor market’s need for foreign workers. Employers should be able to supply data showing a lack of labor availability and the harm that would result if temporary workers were unavailable. This flexibility, coupled with strong safeguards that require employers to pay a fair calculation of the prevailing wage and ensure the right of all workers to join a union and exercise their labor rights, will help meet the needs of domestic employers, sustain higher wages for American workers and foreign workers alike, incentivize workers and employers to operate within legal channels, prevent exploitation of temporary workers, and boost local economies.
For Americans living in heartland states, Biden promises more immigrant workers — plus paperwork to protect Americans from being sidelined by the immigrants:
As president, Biden will support a program to allow any county or municipal executive of a large or midsize county or city to petition for additional immigrant visas to support the region’s economic development strategy, provided employers in those regions certify there are available jobs, and that there are no workers to fill them. Holders of these visas would be required to work and reside in the city or county that petitioned for them, and would be subject to the same certification protections as other employment-based immigrants.
American graduates took on debts to get their degrees, yet federal data shows a very slow salary growth amid the flood of visa workers, outsourcing, downsizing, and automation. In fact, non-college-educated blue-collar workers are enjoying a faster — but still modest — wage growth than their university-educated and indebted peers.

Goldman Sachs says blue-collars are getting a 4.3% raise or 2.7% after inflation.
That growth is beating white-collar salary growth since 2016, partly b/c of higher min-wage laws, but also b/c the gov't imports many foreign grads to lower salaries. http://bit.ly/2slediI

So Biden’s plan also seeks to shame and silence Americans who recognize they will be sidelined by waves of cheap foreign graduates.
The effort to silence appears in the first few paragraphs of his plan, in which Biden suggests that his first priority is to protect migrant children — even when immigrants take wages, jobs, careers, and homes from American graduates. His plan starts by saying:
It is a moral failing and a national shame when a father and his baby daughter drown seeking our shores. When children are locked away in overcrowded detention centers and the government seeks to keep them there indefinitely. When our government argues in court against giving those children toothbrushes and soap. When President Trump uses family separation as a weapon against desperate mothers, fathers, and children seeking safety and a better life. When he threatens massive raids that would break up families who have been in this country for years and targets people at sensitive locations like hospitals and schools. When children die while in custody due to lack of adequate care.
Throughout his manifesto, Biden adopts the role of a serial arsonist who urges more spending on the local fire department. For example, he argues that only migrants can rejuvenate the many American communities that are being pushed behind by the federal government’s policy of sending cheap immigrant labor into the coastal cities:
Immigrants bring tremendous economic, cultural, and social value to their new communities. Even in cities hit hard by the loss of manufacturing jobs, immigrants are a key driver of entrepreneurship and population growth.
According to a 2017 report by the New American Economy, from 2000 to 2015, immigrants accounted for 49.7% of all population growth in the Great Lakes region — over 1.5 million people — which helped offset the impacts of population decline in cities like Syracuse and Akron. Immigrants are bringing new life to local economies–starting businesses, paying taxes, and spending their dollars back into their new communities.
The New American Economy group was created in 2013 by billionaire Mike Bloomberg to prod Congress into raising the immigration numbers.

NYT's Tom Edsall says Trump's immigration-reform voters are 'snakes and vermin.'
Edsall usually tries to understand ordinary Americans' concerns. But he & his elite peers live in a bubble & just don't see immigration's huge economic damage to Americans.http://bit.ly/2YQO7Aq

Senate GOP Seek Interviews from Obama-era Officials About Hunter Biden, Burisma Holdings

Some Republican senators are expanding their investigation into Hunter Biden and his one-time Ukrainian employer Burisma Holdings by requesting interviews and records from former Obama administration officials.
Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Ron Johnson (R-WI) made the announcement on Wednesday as House Democrats prepared to impeach President Donald Trump in part because of the younger Biden’s overseas work. The senators — who chair the Senate Homeland Security, Finance, and Judiciary Committees respectively — are looking into whether Hunter Biden and the Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma benefited from exclusive access to the Obama administration.
As part of the investigation, the senators now plan to interview former top aides to former Vice President Joe Biden and ex-Secretary of State John Kerry. Included on the list are former U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, former international energy affairs envoy Amos Hochstein, ex-Under Secretary of State Catherine Novelli, former Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, and one-time Kerry chief of staff David Wade.
Documents revealed through a Freedom of Information Act request in November showed that officials like Blinken, Hochstein, and Novelli met with Burisma lobbyists in 2015 and 2016. The meetings were arranged after the lobbyists name-checked Hunter Biden when reaching out to the Obama-era officials.
Graham, in particular, has cited the timing of those meetings and the pressure campaign that followed — in which Joe Biden demanded Ukraine fire its top prosecutor, who at the time was looking into Burisma for corruption — as an impetus for further investigation.
The GOP senators’ decision to expand their investigation by interviewing the former Obama administration comes as Hunter Biden and his father struggle to explain why he was appointed to Burisma’s board of directors in the first place.
As Peter Schweizer detailed in Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends, the younger Biden secured the position, which paid as much as $83,000 per month, despite having no background in energy or Ukraine.
Adding to concerns was that Hunter Biden joined the company at a time when it was actively courting western leaders to prevent scrutiny of its practices. The same month as the appointment, Mykola Zlochevsky, Burisma’s founder, had his assets frozen in the United Kingdom on suspicion of money laundering.
A Ukrainian official with ties to Zlochevsky admitted in October the only reason Hunter Biden secured his position with Burisma was to “protect” the company from foreign scrutiny.

“He (Biden) is totally corrupt swamp thing, and here’s the worst part of his manifest corruption – he doesn’t seem to realize that he’s corrupt, if not personally than in terms of allowing his bum kid to leverage his position. He thinks it’s A-OK for his boy Hoover to cash in all over the globe. After all, that’s what you do, right? That’s part of the benefits package for being in the liberal elite. And all these people fussing and fighting about the paternity test-failing dirtbag getting rich are totally out of line. How dare they? HOW DARE THEY!”
He wants to raise taxes, open the borders, let you pay for illegal aliens’ sex changes, and spark a civil war by taking guns from the people who don’t commit crimes.

Joe Biden? Seriously?

The establishment narrative on Joe Biden is, to put it mildly, malarkey. Gropey J actually is everything the liberals accuse Donald Trump of being – bizarre, vulgar, dumb, corrupt, incompetent, and utterly unfit to be president. But yet the Creepy Veepy is so much more. In the last month, this totally not-senile, not-at-all-weird guy has assembled a track record of freaky behavior that would put mid-eighties Crispin Glover to shame.
Let’s review…
Corn Pop is old news. Biden’s latest rambling onion-on-the-belt monologue was something about little kids at a pool rubbing his leg hair or something – it’s so random I’m not even linking to it. There’s no best-case scenario here – he’s just creepy.
Then, for no other reason than I guess he felt like a snack, he started gnawing on his wife’s fingers in public and on camera. You know, like people do. You wonder what the thought process there was…
Hey, sure are lots of cameras…gosh, I’m kind of hungry…oh look, an index finger. Yum.
I’m a little surprised he didn’t pull out a packet of ketchup.
But the best part was when some guy pointed out that, you know, Biden’s loser son Lil’ Crackpipe is the poster child for corruption and Sane Joe started spazzing out and calling him “fat” and challenging him to a push-up contest for some reason.
This is just odd. And this is the candidate who, amazingly, is still in the lead for the Democrat nomination.
And then there’s the groping females thing. He still does it occasionally, though the media does its best to curtail coverage of his lecherous creeping. Do you believe there’s any chance at all that he is not going to, at some point, have some horrifying incident with some female at the White House, you know, like grabbing the Queen for a hug n’ rub, or walking absent-mindedly into the press room in a flapping robe with Little Joe and the gang in effect?
And let’s be charitable. No one has ever called Joe Biden “smart.” Well, maybe as a joke. The fact is that he’s a 40-watt guy in a 100-watt world. Haters say Trump is dumb, but he is demonstrably not dumb. The thing about Trump is that because our garbage elite hates him it tends to ascribe all possible negative characteristics to him regardless of whether they apply. Trump is cunning, crafty and has a keen sense of strategy. You may dislike him, but that does not change the fact that alone, against the full force of the elite and its media serfs, he prevailed and continues to prevail. If Trump, who managed to figure out that it would be a good idea to campaign in Wisconsin, is dumb, what does that make Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit and the sobbing losers who supported her?
No one can seriously argue that Joe Biden is smart, and no one does. They’ll either call you “racist” or start complaining about Trump. But you won’t get anyone comparing the former veep to Stephen Hawking. They just sort of elide past his staggering stupidity, perhaps hoping that whoever he picks for his veep will give him a rubber ball to play with and lock him in an Oval Office closet when it's time to do some presidenting.
He’s a totally corrupt swamp thing, and here’s the worst part of his manifest corruption – he doesn’t seem to realize that he’s corrupt, if not personally than in terms of allowing his bum kid to leverage his position. HOW DARE THEY!
Understand that Biden sees nothing wrong with this. Nothing. And that means there will be exponentially more of it. Hell, the useless DoJ under Trump won’t prosecute obvious graft. Do you think a DoJ that’s thrilled to have a fellow traveler back in the White House is going to root out Biden's business badness? You do? Well, then meet my unicorn Chet.
And SloJoe is utterly incompetent. This is the guy who thought they should let bin Laden skate. As Robert Gates, no Trumpie, said, "I think he has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.
This is the guy who wants to take your doctor, again, and impose another brilliant healthcare reform idea, again – all designed to unscrew the last big healthcare reform the Democrats passed, which he praised as “a big [vulgarity] deal.
He wants to obey that tiresome Swedish teenager’s commands to sacrifice at the altar of the weird weather cult. He wants to appoint all Hawaiian and Scat Franciscan judges.
He wants to raise taxes, open the borders, let you pay for illegal aliens’ sex changes, and spark a civil war by taking guns from the people who don’t commit crimes.
When you think of a calm, steady, wise presence guiding the nation, you do not think of Joe Biden, though that’s what is allegedly needed to end the nightmare of the Trump presidency – you know, the record job numbers and the lack of stupid new wars. You think of Obama and Stumbles McMyturn, only dumber and touchier.
Just recently, Biden’s campaign ran an ad alleging that foreigners were “laughing” at Donald Trump. Is there any Democrat anywhere who takes America’s side in a dispute with malicious aliens? In any case, those tin pot euroweenies had plenty to cry about – Donald Trump has forced them to pay up for NATO. Of course, that will end too if Joe takes office. We’ll return to business as usual – the business as usual of being shafted for the benefit of the global bigshots.
Basically, we’ll get rid of all the peace and prosperity that Trump has brought and get back to normal – that is, people like us being plundered by the garbage elite.
Trump has a track record of success, and Democrats hate him. Joe has a track record of failure, corruption, and creepiness. Well, I guess we know why the Democrats seem to love him.
It’s out now, my new novel Collapse, the action-packed yet hilarious sequel to People's RepublicIndian Country and Wildfire. Friendless loser Never Trumpers hate it, so you’ll love it.

Biden mocks Trump: ‘No one wants their kid to grow up like him’

2020 Democratic front-runner Joe Biden took a swipe at President Trump, insisting that no parent in America wants their child to "grow up like him."
The former vice president was addressing a crowd of about 80 people at international law firm O’Melveny & Myers in New York City on Monday. While there, he answered questions from attendees on how the nation should proceed if the president is impeached by the House this week but acquitted by the Senate in a trial that would likely take place next year.
Even if Trump is acquitted, Biden said, "The American people, including the senators who are going to vote to acquit him, know no one wants their kid to grow up like him," according to a pool report from the event.
"No psychiatrist or anyone in the association can talk about the fact that this president has a serious problem," he continued. "Narcissism is a mental deficiency. And it means you cannot tolerate any criticism at all."
He added, "Now, whether he's a narcissist or not, some people think he's a narcissist."
Biden also touched on the rule of law and how he would work to regain the trust of United States allies if he were elected president after Trump.
"The rule of law is real, and it applies to both Left and Right ... There's a lot going on. I think we can fix it, and we have one shot, and that's this next election," he said. "I think that the reason I'm running is because I have been in a position where I've actually been able to get things done in the United States Congress."
The impeachment proceedings against Trump revolve around his July 25 phone call with Ukraine, during which he urged the Ukrainian president to open an investigation into Biden and his son Hunter. House lawmakers have been gathering evidence and testimony to determine whether the president conditioned military aid to the country or a state visit on the investigation.
Last week, lawmakers introduced two articles of impeachment against him, abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, which have since been approved by the House Judiciary Committee. On Wednesday, the full House is expected to vote on the articles.
Biden currently leads the pack of 2020 Democrats with nearly 27% support, according to RealClearPolitics.
