MEXICANS DO NOT JUMP U.S. BORDERS WAVING THE AMERICAN FLAG! - THEY COME TO LOOT!

Even worse, 31 percent are simply not interested in U.S. citizenship.  But are they interested in U.S. largesse?

In fiscal 2018, Mexico was the top country of origin for naturalization; unfortunately, 35 percent of Mexican green card–holders cite language and other personal barriers for their reason to not apply for citizenship.  That corroborates that the best thing we can do for immigrants is help them learn English.

70% OF ILLEGALS GET WELFARE!
“According to the Centers for Immigration Studies, April '11, at least 70% of Mexican illegal alien families receive some type of welfare in the US!!! cis.org”

So when cities across the country declare that they will NOT be sanctuary, guess where ALL the illegals, criminals, gang members fleeing ICE will go???? straight to your welcoming city. So ironically the people fighting for sanctuary city status, may have an unprecedented crime wave to deal with along with the additional expense.
*
$17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.
*
$12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English.
*
$22 billion is spent on (AFDC) welfare to illegal aliens each year.
*
$2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as (SNAP) food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.
*
$3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens.
30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens. Does not include local jails and State Prisons.
*
2012 illegal aliens sent home $62 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin. This is why Mexico is getting involved in our politics.
*
$400 Billion Dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.

Impermanent aliens?

In spite of Justice Sonia Sotomayor's intemperate and injudicious political activism, the Supreme Court voted to remove the last nationwide injunction against the Trump administration's stricter guidelines for immigrants who use public benefits.  Under the now judicially augmented "public charge" law, legal aliens will at last become properly vetted.  And, after demonstrating their citizenship bona fides, they will no longer be green to America's core principles.
That's a good thing, because it will confine citizenship only to people who want to contribute to the American dream.  It might even encourage the best and brightest to apply.
Ken Cuccinelli, the acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services explained, "Through the public charge rule, President Trump's administration is reinforcing the ideals of self-sufficiency and personal responsibility, ensuring that immigrants are able to support themselves and become successful here in America."  The updated rule broadens the criteria for "Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds," giving immigration authorities more discretion to ensure that immigrants seeking green cards are able to thrive without loitering around the public coffers.
Now that immigration policies will favor immigrants with skills, including English proficiency, the notion of permanent residence seems alien.  We might cajole high-caliber immigrants who aren't a burden to taxpayers to apply for citizenship after proving their American-worthiness.  After they've demonstrated a commitment to the unifying principles that bind us as Americans, it's expected that they shall enthusiastically embrace civic responsibility rather than teeter on the periphery as green card–toting permanent aliens.
In effect, the new rule could reduce family-based legal immigration by favoring immigrants with skills — imagine that!  My compassionate conservatism hopes there's some room for altruism in our immigration system, but now that we've made America Great Again, why wouldn't we want to encourage the best and brightest immigrants to help Keep America Great?
The naturalization rate among all lawful immigrants in 2015 was 67% — at first glance, not bad, but that still means many millions of legal aliens remain permanently unpledged.

BLOG: MEXICANS HAVE DESTROYED CA's LOWER EDUCATION SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY LOATH LITERACY AND SPEAKING ENGLISH AS SUCH APES THE GRINGO WHOM THEY LOATH ALSO.

IN CA EVERYTHING ON EARTH IS ALSO PRINTED IN SPANISH BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK ENGLISH

In fiscal 2018, Mexico was the top country of origin for naturalization; unfortunately, 35 percent of Mexican green card–holders cite language and other personal barriers for their reason to not apply for citizenship.  That corroborates that the best thing we can do for immigrants is help them learn English.
Even worse, 31 percent are simply not interested in U.S. citizenship.  But are they interested in U.S. largesse?  It just reinforces the importance of ensuring that immigrants don't become a public charge.  If productive legal aliens love their chosen country, if they have remained off the dole, and if they respect our core values, then they should stand up and take the oath.
Concomitant with placing more value on American citizenship, we'll want to enhance the citizenship test and provide applicants the opportunity to recite the Pledge of Allegiance by — and with — heart.  Learning English, and jumping through a few bureaucratic hoops, will ultimately promote civil engagement.  Instilling civic pride might also help intellectually inoculate aliens from the preposterous promises that pandering politicians present to naïve constituents on the fringes.  It's worth it — I know.
I may have cause to appreciate my homeland across the pond as much as most expats, but I couldn't stand the hypocrisy of being a permanent alien, so I became a U.S. citizen.  I could tote two passports, but I don't — I have but one, and it is emblazoned with the Great Seal of the United States of America.  It's beautiful!
The motto adorning our inspirational seal is E Pluribus Unum, so rather than harbor extra allegiances, permanent aliens should show some fidelity after five years of Americanization.  Green card–holders now can live here in perpetuity, but why remain a permanent resident alien when naturalized citizenship, after five years of respectable residency, beckons?  Eventually, it's time to get off the fence and show some loyalty.  If you've been thoroughly vetted, and aren't a "public charge," eventually, integrity impels one to "renounce and abjure" allegiance to foreign potentates.  Under the new guidelines, you can now speak English, and you're now not a public charge, ruling out any financial or administrative barriers.  The only remaining excuse is lack of interest, which is disrespectful toward America's beneficence.  It's also puzzling because choosing one's homeland, and trying to prove worthy of its heritage, is equally impressive to being American by the accident of birth — I know.

Deep State Saboteurs In EOIR Immigration “Courts” Can't Even Keep Out Illegal Alien LAWYERS
01/15/2020

The Deep State is real, especially with regards to illegal aliens and immigration law enforcement. While the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is charged with the investigation and arrest of illegal aliens, other Federal agencies have a role. One of the roles of the Department of Justice (DOJ) is the criminal prosecution of illegal aliens and the defense of actions by DHS in the enforcement of immigration laws.
The other responsibility of the DOJ in immigration enforcement is the administration of the so-called immigration courts, really the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
The EOIR provides administrative hearings for certain classes of aliens in removal proceedings or other administrative action, such as recission of legal permanent residency or fraudulently obtained citizenship documents. DOJ employees, including EOIR employees, take an oath of office to see that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed. Among the responsibilities of a Federal employee, including an employee of the EOIR is to report Federal crimes that come to their attention.
But many in the bureaucracy think themselves above the law, mostly because of Orange Man Bad; they are the Resistance, the Deep State, the saboteurs. And in immigration law administration at the EOIR they think they are real Federal judges, rather than administrative employees like any other Federal employee. And these Deep State saboteurs are quite open for their contempt for President Trump and his immigration enforcement policy, so contemptuous that they are openly working with an illegal alien in their courts.
This is not an illegal alien brought before the court, but an illegal who represents other illegal aliens as an attorney. Now, no one can serve as an attorney or be a member of the State Bar if they are an ongoing crimina (it is an ethical violation) nor are they eligible to represent an alien before the EOIR, as their status is inherently in conflict with the very laws at issue.
But that is all fine with the EOIR office in Los Angeles, they routinely allow an illegal alien into their courts, also a violation of law, as no one may enter Federal property without legal identification, and this illegal alien, Lizbeth Mateo, does not have valid identification under the Real ID Act, which is required to enter a Federal facility.
On Friday morning, attorney Lizbeth Mateo went to immigration court in downtown Los Angeles to represent a client with whom she has something in common.
She’s undocumented, too.
Mateo wore a navy blue suit, carried a binder stuffed with court records and announced herself to the immigration judge conducting a hearing. She has no more protection from arrest and deportation than any of her clients, but that’s not something she thinks about on the job…
Mateo says her own status does not come up in court, and she’s never sure whether judges or other lawyers know that the polished, savvy 34-year-old woman advocating on behalf of her clients does not have legal status herself.
“I’m a walking contradiction,” Mateo had told me a day earlier in her Wilmington law office.
Now, the idea that the court employees do not know about her status is a lie. She would have to reveal that status to represent clients in immigration court as that would be a material fact. And she has long been a public illegal alien, so most likely, everyone knows.
In 2013, Mateo and eight other activists — they were known as the Dream 9 — made headlines by traveling south of the border and then coming back north to protest immigration policy and 9 million deportations during the Obama administration.
Some immigration reform activists cheered, while others feared the tactic could sabotage the chances of reform. Mateo and the others were arrested and Mateo was locked up for two weeks before being released back into the U.S.
Another question is what is up with her status? She has been arrested when she re-entered, is she in removal proceedings? Is she a fugitive from removal? Was she paroled and has the parole lapsed? Is she still in parole status, if so, why? Is ICE SVU just ignoring her? Has she won the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty from ICE SVU?
But more importantly, she physically cannot enter a Federal building or office without identification under the REAL ID Act. At every EOIR office there are guards there, either Federal Protective Service (FPS) Officers or contract guards that are required to check identification. While illegal alien defendants do not need that identification, all others do, including counsel for illegal alien defendants.
Here we have the FPS not doing their job, or, more likely, the Chief Immigration Judge has ordered guards to allow Mateo entry. I think this is most likely.
But in any event, why is Rodin Rooyani, Assistant Chief Immigration Judge, EOIR, Los Angeles, after this very public and voluntary outing of Mateo as an illegal alien, allowing Mateo to appear in court and not ordered her arrest?
You can reach Rooyani here:

California Appoints Illegal Alien to State Office

California has its first illegal alien in state office, after Senate President pro Tem Kevin de León (D-Los Angeles) appointed Lizbeth Mateo to the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee.

Mateo, an attorney, was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. illegally at the age of 14 with her parents, who are also illegal aliens, according to the Sacramento Bee.

In #lawschool I often wondered if I was fit to b in #lawjournal, #mootcourt bc not many ppl w/ my same background did. I always went for it bc even if I felt inadequate I thought I could add something of value. I hope to do the same w/ @StudentAidCommission. #undocumentedunafraid https://twitter.com/AraceliMartinez/status/974076293850447872

·

Thank you Sen. @kdeleon for appointing me to the CalSOAP Advisory Committee. I look forward to working w/ the rest of the committee & the Student Aid Commission in such important task - increase the accessibility of postsecondary education opportunities for low-income students.

She complained that illegal aliens are not adequately represented in state government, and described her appointment as a step towards correcting that alleged injustice.
“While undocumented students have become more visible in our state, they remain underrepresented in places where decisions that affect them are being made,” Mateo said, as quoted by Fox News.
De León, who is running for U.S. Senate against incumbent Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), described Mateo as: “a courageous, determined and intelligent young woman who at great personal risk has dedicated herself to fight for those seeking their rightful place in this country,” according to Fox News.
Mateo, however, seems somewhat confused about which country she prefers.
In a Facebook post in 2016, apparently celebrating her graduation from Santa Clara University School of Law, Mateo declared, in Spanish: “[E]verything is dedicated to Oaxaca, Mexico!! to that land that I miss so much.”

While she is the first illegal alien to hold a state office, she is not the first elevated to public office in California. In 2015, the city council of Huntington Park, California, appointed two illegal aliens to city commissions, sparking a public backlash.
De León and other state officials are stoking an ongoing confrontation with the federal government over federal immigration laws.

He added, “Illegal immigration, in particular, drives down wages and inhibits job opportunities for legal residents, while bringing more low-skilled, low-wage workers to these states. Illegal immigrants cost taxpayers $6.5K a year each: Report

Illegal immigrants in growing numbers are flooding into so-called sanctuary cities and states where they are consuming up to $6,500 in taxpayer-funded services, according to a new review of costs in 10 small states.
The surge is having an outsized effect on smaller states and is cutting funds for services to veterans, children, and disabled Americans, according to the report provided exclusively to Secrets from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
The report said illegal immigration costs the 10 states $454 million. “To put that figure into context, that $454 million expenditure is more than 200 times what the state of Montana budgets for its entire Veterans Affairs program, and it is 2.5 times the total sum that West Virginia invests in its state university,” said the report.
And, it added, illegal immigrants cost between $4,000 and $6,500 annually above any tax benefit they provide.
“In many ways, the influx of immigrants into less populous areas of the country has an even greater impact on long-time residents than it does in larger and more urban areas,” said Dan Stein, president of FAIR. “These areas have neither the tax base, nor the economic and social infrastructure to accommodate the needs of the growing numbers of immigrants taking up residence.”
The 10 states analyzed in the study, Small Migrant Populations, Huge Impacts, were New Hampshire, Mississippi, Alaska, Maine, North Dakota, West Virginia, South Dakota, Vermont, Montana, and Wyoming.
“Many local officials tout immigration, including illegal immigration, as a remedy to economic stagnation. However, as this report reveals, the reality is precisely the opposite,” said Stein.
He added, “Illegal immigration, in particular, drives down wages and inhibits job opportunities for legal residents, while bringing more low-skilled, low-wage workers to these states. In turn, this increases costs to state and local governments, and discourages investment by businesses seeking a skilled labor force and lower overhead.”
The report comes on the heels of a key U.S. Supreme Court decision to let the Trump administration block entry to immigrants who are likely to burden taxpayers.
FAIR’s report also showed that sanctuary cities are a growing attraction for illegal immigrants, especially in smaller states where the costs of living can be lower.
The key findings from the report to Secrets:
  • In each of these states, each illegal immigrant resident carried a net tax deficit of between $4,000 and $6,500 annually.
  • Some 415,000 foreign-born reside in these 10 states, of whom about 88,000 (or 21%) are illegal immigrants. Additionally, there are about 35,000 U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants in these states.
  • Collectively, these illegal immigrants and their U.S.-born children cost taxpayers in the 10 states about $454 million each year for the provision of essential services such as education and healthcare.
  • Local schools struggle to provide educators and cover the costs of instruction for 50,000 K-12 students classified as Limited English Proficient.
  • A growing number of sanctuary jurisdictions (29 and counting, including the entire state of Vermont), and lower living costs are a magnet for illegal immigrants.
  • The growing immigrant population competes with legal residents for jobs in economically depressed areas.
“This report highlights the fact that the adverse effects of unchecked mass immigration, combined with an immigration selection process that does not choose people based on individual merit, job skills and education, are now being felt in all parts of the country. Americans, in every part of the nation, are being affected by antiquated and unenforced immigration policies, which is why it is at the top of the list of voter concerns heading into the 2020 elections,” said Stein.

Report: Taxpayers Forking Over Up to $6,500 per Illegal Alien

By Rob Shimshock | February 6, 2020 | 12:24pm EST

(CNSNews.com) -- Much of the media attention garnered by the border crisis typically revolves around states that border Mexico like Arizona and Texas. Yet a February report reveals the devastating economic consequences of illegal aliens on taxpayers as far north as Montana.
Illegal aliens cost taxpayers in the ten states with the fewest immigrants around $454 million per year, which works out to a net tax deficit of $4,000 to $6,500 per illegal, according to a report by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR).
“In many ways, the influx of immigrants into less populous areas of the country has an even greater impact on long-time residents than it does in larger and more urban areas,” FAIR President Dan Stein said in the report's news release. “These areas have neither the tax base, nor the economic and social infrastructure to accommodate the needs of the growing numbers of immigrants taking up residence.”

FAIR examined migration to Alaska, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming in its study and found that 88,000 out of the 415,000 foreign-born residents in these states are illegal aliens, or 21 percent. Around 35,000 others are citizen children of illegal aliens.
“Many local officials tout immigration, including illegal immigration, as a remedy to economic stagnation. However, as this report reveals, the reality is precisely the opposite,” Stein continued. “Illegal immigration, in particular, drives down wages and inhibits job opportunities for legal residents, while bringing more low-skilled, low-wage workers to these states. In turn, this increases costs to state and local governments, and discourages investment by businesses seeking a skilled labor force and lower overhead.”
FAIR notes that 29 sanctuary jurisdictions exist in these 10 states, including the whole state of Vermont.
The report also examined the financial implications of immigrants more generally, noting that more than 50,000 K-12 students in the ten states examined are categorized as having limited English proficiency (LEP). FAIR estimated that taxpayers spend $96 million on the education of these students.
Nationwide, the immigration nonprofit calculated that taxpayers spent $59.8 billion educating LEP students in 2016, up from $51.2 billion in 2010.
Matt O’Brien, director of research at FAIR, expanded on the impact of immigration on Lewiston, Maine, a city the nonprofit honed in on in its analysis, while speaking with CNSNews.com.
Lewiston, which has a population under 40,000, has taken in more than 7,500 migrants during the past decade-and-a-half. Between 2004 and 2017, the percentage of LEP students in the town went from five to 30 percent.
“You’re putting all of the kids that have to go through that school system at a deficit that they have to recover from after they get out of the public school system," O’Brien told CNSNews.com. “Now they have to compete with the massive amount of immigrants...as they’re trying to get entry-level jobs.”
The FAIR report highlighted employers’ preference for hiring foreign-born workers, who demand lower wages, over American citizens.
“This report highlights the fact that the adverse effects of unchecked mass immigration, combined with an immigration selection process that does not choose people based on individual merit, job skills and education, are now being felt in all parts of the country. Americans, in every part of the nation, are being affected by antiquated and unenforced immigration policies, which is why it is at the top of the list of voter concerns heading into the 2020 elections,” Stein concluded in the release.

THE SLOW DEATH OF PELOSI’S STATE of CALIFORNIA, A WELFARE STATE AND COLONY OF MEXICO

"This is how they will destroy America from within.  The leftist billionaires who orchestrate these plans are wealthy. Those tasked with representing us in Congress will never be exposed to the cost of the invasion of millions of migrants.  They have nothing but contempt for those of us who must endure the consequences of our communities being intruded upon by gang members, drug dealers and human traffickers.  These people have no intention of becoming Americans; like the Democrats who welcome them, they have contempt for us." PATRICIA McCARTHY
"Most Californians, who have seen their taxes increase while public services deteriorate, already know the impact that mass illegal immigration is having on their communities, but even they may be shocked when they learn just how much of a drain illegal immigration has become." THE INVASION THAT AMERICA INVITED

Simultaneously, illegal immigration next year is on track to soar to the highest level in a decade, with a potential 600,000 border crossers expected.

“More than 750 million people want to migrate to another country permanently, according to Gallup research published Monday, as 150 world leaders sign up to the controversial UN global compact which critics say makes migration a human right.”  VIRGINIA HALE

Census Confirms: 63 Percent of ‘Non-Citizens’ on Welfare, 4.6 Million Households

By Paul Bedard

“Concern over immigrant welfare use is justified, as households headed by non-citizens use means-tested welfare at high rates. Non-citizens in the data include illegal immigrants, long-term temporary visitors like guest workers, and permanent residents who have not naturalized. While barriers to welfare use exist for these groups, it has not prevented them from making extensive use of the welfare system, often receiving benefits on behalf of U.S.-born children,” added the Washington-based immigration think tank.

The numbers are huge. The report said that there are 4,684,784 million non-citizen households receiving welfare.
. . .
Their key findings in the analysis:

* In 2014, 63 percent of households headed by a non-citizen reported that they used at least one welfare program, compared to 35 percent of native-headed households.

*Compared to native households, non-citizen households have much higher use of food programs (45 percent vs. 21 percent for natives) and Medicaid (50 percent vs. 23 percent for natives).
