E-BAY GLOBAL PLATFORM FOR SALES IN FORGED ART - HATES TO HIRE AMERICANS! But Loves Our Money!

E-BAY’S DIRTY LITTLE THIRD-WORLD SECRETS AS A PLATFORM FOR THE TRAFFICKING OF ART FORGERIES

E-BAY is a highly profitable platform for the trafficking and sales of art forgeries. It is not, however, so profitable that E-BAY will HIRE AMERICANS FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Those jobs are overwhelmingly held by third-worlders, in particular YOUNG CHEAP LABOR PILIPINO who work in boiler-room so noisy one can’t understand what they’re saying on the phone.

Like most of these huge internet platforms E-BAY really operates as a NO REAL SERVICE platform because the Pilipino staff are substantially only told to LIE to E-BAY customers about pretty much EVERYTHING. Ergo, it’s a waste of time getting one on the phone… the Customer Support person will only go down a menu of PRE-approved LIES E-BAY perpetrates on people!

FOR THIS AMERICAN COMPANY, LIKE SO MANY, IT’S ALL ABOUT GIVING THE JOBS TO THIRD-WORLDERS TO AVOID PAYING LIVING WAGES TO AMERICANS!

I purchased some “art” on E-BAY and found most of it to be forgeries attributed to known artists! E-BAY’s poorly trained foreign-based Customer Support is told to lie to customers and falsely claim that E-BAY does not countenance the trafficking of fake art! WHAT E-BAY can’t lie about is the depth of complicity they are a platform for GLOBAL ART FORGERIES, complicit with the sellers of FAKE ART, and PROTECT THE SELLERS OF ART FORGERIES.

Bulgaria appears to be the new center for the manufacture of masterpieces. I purchased a few small works that on E-BAY appeared to be old by virtue of the seller’s manipulation of the images and the use of sepia tones. When I rec’d the works, they were ALL FORGERIES. Nothing but dumpster art! WORTHLESS and in fact criminal evidence!

I documented the fakes by sending images to CHRISTIES, SOTHEBY’S, BONHAM’S, and entities that authenticate the works of particular artists. ALL RESPONSES WERE THAT THESE WERE FAKES!

I informed the seller they were FAKES and informed this Bulgarian woman that if she did not give me my money back, I would ding her with “negative feedback”. I didn’t know at the time that the “negative feedback” option is in fact, contrived by E-BAY to PROTECT the sellers of ART FORGERIES. All my negative feedback was immediately deleted by E-BAY upon demand of the seller of this dumpster crap, who in fact, informed me she would have it deleted before I even provided the negative feedback!
The robots operating E-BAY’S platform for marketing of art forgeries, sent me an email informing me that it was I that had violated E-BAY’S policy by providing negative feedback as such was a form of “EXTORTION”. Such utter crap is typical for this corrupt platform for crime! THE REALITY IS: ONE IS NOT EXTORTING ANYTHING BY EXPOSING A CRIME. EXTORTION ONLY EXISTS WHEN ONE ATTEMPT TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING, AND MAKES A THREAT TO EXPOSE THEM BASED ON LIES. E-BAY is hardly concerned about legalities; it is raking in too much loot from ART FORGERIES to be worried.

THIS FRAUD ART SELLER HAS A RATING OF 100% so unsuspecting buyers, as I was once, can more easily be victims!

Not realizing that E-BAY had collaborated with sellers of ART FORGERIES, and complicit in the crime of fake art trafficking, I reported these fake works of art. Such is a wholly waste of time! The trained Pilipino liars all hand out the same crap; E-bay will “investigate” and take action. We don’t countenance selling fakes!” Is that so???

I returned the fake art, about eight small pieces and E-BAY’S partner in fake art sales, RELISTED AN SOLD THEM ALL!

That’s when I became more fully aware of what a partner in crime E-BAY is.
Recently I purchased another small artwork from a Polish dealer that had represented that he had three (3) decades of family artwork he was selling on E-BAY. As my concern about E-BAY being partnered with FRAUD ART traffickers grew, I kept an eye on this seller’s E-BAY store and found that he did seem to have piles of art to sell. Probably more than the Louvre itself!!! After I purchased a drawing on an E-BAY auction, I wondered if it wasn’t merely a fake also, as I was certain that ALL THE ART this seller was auctioning were in fact FAKES. I sent an email to the Polish seller indicating that I would withhold payment until I received some documentation that the work I’d purchased at auction was as attributed. The seller simply flipped me off. He had no such documentation, and simply demanded, in fact ordered me to pay him for his ART forgery anyway. I responded asking him to provide documentation, copy of gallery receipt, certificate of authenticity, or invoice for ANY work he had listed on E-BAY. The seller simply flipped me off again then filed an “UNPAID ITEM COMPLAINT” against me with E-BAY.

I responded to this “UNPAID ITEM” by handing this seller NEGATIVE feedback on his E-BAY page. The seller was highly offended. While he had refused to cancel my purchase of his worthless dumpster art, he did request that I withdraw the NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I declined. Not a problem. E-BAY is always around to protect their partners in the trafficking and sales of FRAUDULENT ART and deleted the negative ding, as they did their partner in FRAUD ART sales in Bulgaria. This left E-BAY’S Polish partner with a rating of 100%!!! I have witnessed the vast majority of E-BAYS’ ART STORES AS SUB-PLATFORMS FOR THE SALES OF FORGED ART!

I was offended by this and contacted E-BAY PHILIPPINES. Which is always the same scenario? Endless programmed lies! When I asked the customer support why my negative feedback had been deleted, he went off the phone to check, and check again, and look at this and that and then 30 minutes later, returned to the phone with his lie stating that there was NO REASON why the negative feedback should have been deleted, as it did not violate E-BAY’s policies (you’ll note there is no policy against the trafficking of fake art). The customer support person indicated the negative ding would be restored, and that it would RE-appear within 24 hours. However, I knew from past experience these tales are part of E-BAY’S menu of lies. In 24 hours, the negative was still not reposted, and the Polish seller of art forgeries still had a rating of 100%!

Tired of wasting my time with E-BAY’S trained liars in the Philippines, I called and requested an American to respond to my concerns, although I knew they would be equally trained to lie the corporate lie! That experience was also interesting as to the robotic way E-BAY trains their third-worlders to lie. On my first call I requested an American, and was told, “all calls are routed to various global call centers, and there was no American to respond.” I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all busy. I asked how I might speak to an American employee of E-BAY, and was told I had to keep calling the 800 number over and over and over and over and over until I gave up wasting my time, as there would never be anyone to answer the phone other than E-BAY’S trained liars in the Philippines. I did call repeatedly, in fact nine (9) times, and got the same crap! E-BAY’s “global call centers” appears to be some noisy shack in the Philippines piled high with “cheap” labor locals.

Meanwhile, E-BAY’S Polish partner in FRAUD ART sales was successful in getting my record tinged for refusing to pay for his fraud art. THE PUBLIC SHOULD NOT UNDERESTIMATE E-BAYS’ COMPLICITY IN THE CRIME OF INTERNATIONAL FRAUDULENT ART SALES! THEY PROFIT FROM IT, PROTECT THE SELLERS OF FORGED ART, AND ABUSE THOSE THAT WOULD EXPOSE IT!

When I then called the robots in the Philippines handling E-BAYS’ fraud art sales, I addressed the issue of being tinged for refusing to pay for the Polish dumpster art, as well as revisited the matter of my negative feedback being deleted. THIS TIME the support person came back with a different story than the original query of “there was no reason why the negative had been deleted --- it will be restored” fabrication. This E-ROBOT said the negative had been deleted because I as an E-BAY buyer was “abusive to sellers”.

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT. EXPOSING E-BAY’S FRAUD ART DEALERS IS A CRIME ON THIS GLOBAL PLATFORM FOR CRIMINAL TRAFFICKING OF FORGED ART!

I immediately deleted all items I had offered for sale on E-BAY, and deleted a very long list of items I had on E-BAY’S watch list. I will be returning EVERYTHING I have ever purchased from this cheesy operation that has contempt for hiring AMERICANS. If I don’t receive full refunds, I will haul E-BAYS’ ass in to court one by one by one for everything I have not receive full refund on.

I WOULD ADD A CODA TO THIS, E-BAY’S PAYPAL IS ALSO COMPLICIT IN PROTECTING E-BAYS’ FRAUDULENT ART SALES. I WAS ADVISED BY AN AMERICAN ON PAYPAL THAT IT IS THE OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER!!! NOT SELLER!!! TO DOCUMENT THE WORK WAS FAKE! SELLERS, OF COURSE MAY SELL ANY FORGERY THAT MIGHT HAND E-BAY A CUT!

WE CAN ALL CAPITULATE TO THESE MONSTER GLOBAL PLATFORMS FOR CRIME THAT DO NOT HIRE AMERICANS AND IN SO DOING BUILD THEM INTO BIGGER MONSTERS! OR EXPOSE THEIR DIRTY SECRETS.I, for one, will be doing the latter!
