Border Chief Welcomes One Migrant Job-Seeker for Every 18-Year-Old American

President Joe Biden’s border deputies spiked the December inflow of job-seeking migrants to roughly 200,000, even as his economy forced down wages and pushed up inflation for more than 100 million working Americans.

Official data suggests that Biden’s deputies are flooding the labor market with one foreign worker for every young American who joins the economy.

This 100 percent inflation of the nation’s labor supply cripples Americans’ ability to negotiate decent wages in their national labor market, and also supercharges the inflation of housing prices.

The loss of bargaining power shifts more than $50 billion every month from ordinary Americans to investors and CEOs. That wealth transfer is rarely admitted by Democrats and Republicans, or by establishment media outlets, most of whom prefer to shout about border chaos.

Federal data for December showed that border chief Alejandro Mayorkas allowed 120,562 single adults into the United States in December. In contrast, President Donald Trump’s deputies allowed just 5,592 single adults through the border in December 2020, or one for every 21 single adult migrants officially admitted by Mayorkas in December 2022.

Mayorkas has the legal power to exclude all migrants under the Title 42 rule — but only excluded just one-in-five arrivals, or 40,000.  That is a steep drop-off from October, when he excluded 80,000 migrants in the weeks before the November election. Congress’ 212(f) law also gives the president the also legal power to exclude all migrants, but it is rarely used.

Mayorkas’ distracted border agents also watched at least 70,000 extra “gotaways” slip through the border. Mayorkas has repeatedly vowed that gotaways can stay and work in the United States so long as they do not commit criminal felonies.

The huge inflow of labor also reduces the marketplace pressure on employers to invest in high-tech, productivity-boosting machinery. That inflow of workers — and consumers — also pushes the U.S. economy towards a low-tech services and retail economy instead of a high-tech manufacturing and export economy.

The inflow also also shifts wealth from young to old, for example, by driving up young Americans’ rents and housing costs.

But the inflow of foreign workers into Americans’ workplaces is much higher that 200,000 illegals per month.

For example, the data also shows that Mayorkas admitted “81,450 “family units” of adults and children. Most of the adults will find jobs to help pay off their smuggling debts. He also admitted 12,294 “unaccompanied” youths, most of whom will also seek work.

Mayorkas, a Cuban-born, pro-migration zealot, is also smuggling many more migrants through the border via the “parole” pathways operated by Mexico-based, progressive-funded non-profits. That inflow is not included in the monthly reports.

The monthly number also exclude the routine inflow of roughly 80,000 foreign temporary workers. This group includes H-2A farmworkers, H-2B blue-collar workers, and the H-1B, OPT, L-1, E-2, and TN white-collar workers.

The monthly number also excludes the inflow of roughly 1 million legal immigrants allowed by Congress. That legal inflow includes about 650,000 work-ready adults, or about 50,000 per month.

All told, Mayorkas is overseeing the inflow of roughly 200,000 single adults, perhaps 30,000 additional job-seeking parole adult migrants, plus roughly 80,000 legal temporary workers, plus about 60,000 work-ready legal immigrants.

This flood of roughly 370,000 foreign workers is likely greater than 350,000 young Americans who turn 18 every month of the year.

Since January 2021, Biden has welcomed at 2.5 million people across the southern border, and has allowed at least 1 million gotaways. That two-plus period of illegal inflow delivered roughly 3.5 million migrants — or roughly the number of Americans born in 2022.

In recent months, Mayorkas has sketched out his plan to convert the U.S. government’s complex, chaotic and obscure migration system into an explicit labor-delivery system for employers and investors. On December 13, for example, Mayorkas told ElPasoMatters.org:

Our immigration system as a whole is broken. It hasn’t been updated or reformed in more than 40 years. We look to our partner to the north that has a much more nimble immigration system that can be retooled to the needs at the moment. For example, Canada is in need of 1 million workers and they have agreed that in 2023, they will admit 1.4 million … immigrants to fill that labor need that Canadians themselves cannot. We are stuck in antiquated laws that do not meet our current needs. And they haven’t been working for many, many years.

His corporatist views are dominant in Biden’s administration.

“The issue of immigration is how do we make sure that companies and businesses have the opportunity to employ people,” labor secretary Marty Walsh told Fox Business in December:

We’ve seen a lack of immigration in our country over the last five years, and it’s something that has to be addressed and hopefully, hopefully the next Congress will have a good conversation and address that issue. Every business leader in America I speak to, every single one, says it’s really important …. for us to figure out the immigration issue.

The workplace impact is accompanies by the civic impact on Americans. The December numbers suggest that cities and towns across the United States will be hit with even larger numbers of new arrivals whom they will have to feed, clothe, and house come the spring, when illegal entries normally hit their peak,” said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who now works for the Center for Immigration Studies.

Extraction Migration

The federal government has long operated an economic policy of Extraction Migration. This colonialism-like policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries and uses the imported workers, renters, and consumers to grow Wall Street and the economy.

The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors, and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.

A 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR). The 54 percent “Invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because it allows elites to emotionally divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans. For example, the New York Times recently described the welcome given by a wealthy California couple to diverse Afghan migrants instead of ordinary poor Americans:

Mary Brooks, a wealth manager in California, learned about the opportunity to sponsor a family on social media in September 2021, a month after the United States’ pullout from Afghanistan. Before she knew it, Ms. Brooks and her husband, Peter, had formed a sponsor circle with other members of their community in Walnut Creek, raised the requisite money and received training about their responsibilities as well as insight into coping with cultural differences and trauma.

They were paired up with an Afghan family, Abrahim and Fakhria Amirzad and their four children, who arrived in Walnut Creek on Dec. 30.

“We have received so much more than we gave,” said Ms. Brooks, 68, noting that the 90-day commitment had extended to more than a year because of the deep bond that formed between the family and her group.

Meanwhile, poverty, homelessness and drug-addiction has spread throughout California because of the nation’s Extraction Migration economic policy:

Laid-Off Americans, Replaced with Foreign H-1B Visa Workers, Score $4.65M Settlement Against Indian Outsourcing Firm

Laid-off American professionals, who say they were replaced with foreign H-1B visa workers imported from India, scored a $4.65 million settlement against their former employer last week, Indian outsourcing firm Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI).

LTI announced the multi-million-dollar settlement with Americans who had filed a lawsuit against the firm after they said they were fired and replaced with foreign H-1B visa workers from India.

According to the initial lawsuit filed by Markus Meyenhoffer and Andrew Ragland, joined by hundreds of other laid-off Americans, LTI executives allegedly deployed a “four-pronged policy and practice of discrimination” specifically designed to favor foreign H-1B visa workers from India with little-to-no experience over qualified Americans.

The lawsuit detailed the alleged policy:

First, LTI allegedly maintains an “inventory” of “visa ready” workers from India to fill positions at the company by petitioning the federal government’s lottery program to obtain a large amount of H-1b visas, and preferences hiring from this pool of applicants over U.S. citizens and visa-ready individuals not from South Asia (in particular, India). [Emphasis added]

Second, LTI’s internal and third-party recruiters in the United States disproportionately select South Asian and Indian applicants located in the United States over non-South Asian, non-Indian applicants located in the United States, even if applicants are less qualified. [Emphasis added]

Third, LTI promotes South Asian, Indian, visa holders at disproportionately high rates, in particular by giving these workers higher scores on their quarterly and annual employee appraisals. [Emphasis added]

Fourth, and finally, LTI terminates non-South Asian, non-Indian, and non-visa holders at disproportionately higher rates, in part because these workers are relegated to the “bench” more often and then are not staffed on more projects. [Emphasis added]

In particular, the lawsuit alleged that “while 12 percent of the United States’ IT industry is South Asian, 95 percent or more of LTI’s workforce is South Asian and is primarily composed of non-citizens from India.”

Over a decade ago, LTI was accused of H-1B visa fraud.

White Collar Workers of America, via Twitter, posted how despite the claims against LTI, the firm continues to import thousands of foreign H-1B visa workers for white-collar American tech positions.

For years, Breitbart News has chronicled the abuses against white-collar American professionals as a result of the H-1B visa program. There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News.

Nearly all H-1B visa reforms imposed by former President Trump have been reversed by President Joe Biden. Last year, for example, Biden allowed corporations that had been denied foreign H-1B visa workers by the Trump administration to reapply.

City officials in South Bend, Indiana will help companies outsource employment by subsidizing the cost of importing foreign H-1B visa workers for white-collar jobs.

This month, South Bend officials announced a plan that earmarks $300,000 to go towards a “high-skill immigration fund” that will split processing fee costs with companies to import foreign H-1B visa workers for white-collar jobs.

Already, companies in South Bend have hired a handful of foreign H-1B visa workers for jobs such as development engineers and data scientists. The plan comes as joblessness in South Bend has grown since 2021 with the latest figures showing a 3.4 percent unemployment rate.

Likewise, average hourly wages in South Bend are lower than the national average.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), running for the United States Senate, has previously endorsed major reforms to the H-1B visa program to prevent companies from undercutting U.S. wages and laying off Americans to cut labor costs.

Others have suggested abolishing the H-1B visa program altogether.

or years, Breitbart News has chronicled the abuses against white-collar American professionals as a result of the H-1B visa program. There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News.

The outsourcing-offshoring business model has proven extremely lucrative for Fortune 500 companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, JP Morgan Chase, and others as they often contract with “body shop” firms like Cognizant, Tata Consulting Services, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, and Capgemini to lay off their American employees and replace them with tens of thousands of foreign H-1B visa workers primarily from India.

Economic Policy Institute (EPI) research has shown that most corporations importing foreign H-1B visa workers are making significant savings in wages paid by doing so.

Nearly all H-1B visa reforms imposed by former President Trump have been reversed by President Joe Biden. In 2021, for example, Biden allowed corporations that had been denied foreign H-1B visa workers by the Trump administration to reapply.

Americans, by a majority, agree that the U.S. has enough talent for white-collar jobs without having to import foreign visa workers. The latest Rasmussen Reports survey shows that 55 percent of likely voters prefer companies hire qualified professional Americans and college graduates over giving jobs to foreign visa workers.

DEMOCRATS FOR LA RAZA SUPREMACY

"This is country belongs to Mexico" is said by the Mexican Militant. This is a common teaching that the U.S. is really AZTLAN, belonging to Mexicans, which is taught to Mexican kids in Arizona and California through a LA Raza educational program funded by American Tax Payers via President Obama, when he gave LA RAZA $800,000.00 in March of 2009!

Biden Wants Advocates to Pick, Import a Million-Plus Refugees

A State Department official dodged questions about the risk to Americans created by the agency’s decision to let U.S. residents select foreigners for the huge prize of refugee status, green cards, and then citizenship in just six years.

“Do you have any safeguards for Americans?” Breitbart News asked as Assistant Secretary of State Julieta Valls Noyes walked out of a very short June 19 briefing on the legally questionable “Welcome Corps” program.

She claimed there would be protections but exited without providing any details.

“This is one more way the administration is trying to make an end run around the immigration law,” responded Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies. He added:

This is a way of blowing a hole in the immigration caps [roughly 1 million per year] that Congress has announced, and it’s a piece with mass parole and [non-enforcement of detention rules]. It just makes it that much more urgent that Congress — maybe the next Congress — is going to restrict the President’s discretion because presidents have shown they cannot be trusted with discretion in immigration.

The U.S. refugee program has a long history of quietly shifting opportunities and wealth from ordinary Americans to progressives, coastal investors, and selected foreigners.

For example, refugees have sold entry documents to foreigners, and corporations exploit low-wage refugees instead of spending funds to make workplaces safe and efficient. Progressive groups secretly lobby to steer cheap refugees and government spending to business groups, even though many millions of Americans work in low-wage jobs, and millions more have been pushed out of the labor market.

The program is being pitched as decent support for some families split during a backlogged refugee process. But the family splits have been caused by the administration’s focus on processing roughly 200,000 Afghans and Ukrainians.

In her very brief press conference, Noyes claimed:

Welcome Corps is the boldest innovation in the U.S. refugee resettlement in four decades, and it reflects the Biden administration’s commitment to expand community engagement as we rebuild our refugee program.

She justified the wealth-shifting program by citing the Cold War era “Nation of Immigrants” narrative:

My own parents arrived in this country as [Cuban] refugees … so I see this as an offshoot of the historic traditions in our country of welcoming newcomers … [to] a “Nation of immigrants.”

The Welcome Corps name is a match for the Welcome.US organization, which was formed in 2021 by wealthy Americans to encourage the inflow of more workers, consumers, and renters. The group’s council includes Sean Kennedy, a manager at the National Restaurant Association, billionaire widow Laurene Powell Jobs, Dina Powell McCormick at Goldman Sachs, Brad Smith at President of Microsoft, Starbucks CEO John Culver, and Rebecca Blumenstein, a deputy managing editor at The New York Times.

A “senior State Department official” said their goal is to import 125,000 migrants per year, according to the transcript of a January 19 not-for-attribution briefing to a picked group of reporters.

The official explained the big policy shift in the Welcome Corps program:

In the second phase of the private sponsorship program, we are going to welcome referrals by private sponsors themselves, that they can indicate which refugees they would like to apply to sponsor … they can pair themselves up that way.

The official promised secure vetting of potential refugees seeking to get into the program:

[Eligible migrants include] Anyone who is already within the pipeline of cases referred for resettlement to the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, regardless of the country that they come from.  And there may be Ukrainians, there may be Afghans, but we certainly anticipate seeing people from the Democratic Republic of Congo, or from Burma who would be the beneficiaries of this program.  If there are people from North Korea within that pipeline, they certainly could benefit from being received and resettled in the United States through private sponsorship.

“None of the private sponsors would benefit financially in any way from resettling refugees,” the official said while answering just four questions.

But the U.N.’s selection process has a history of corruption because it allows foreign U.N. officials and foreign groups to provide — or sell — an immensely valuable gateway to the United States for migrants and all of their descendants

“I’m like the walking dead,” one Somali woman told NBC News in 2019 after her husband was allowed to settle in Minnesota in 2014:

Abdullahi said … she was left behind because of false information fed to the U.S. government by a UNHCR resettlement officer, David Momanyi, to whom her ex-husband paid a hefty bribe [to ensure she was left behind].

Her account is corroborated by a former U.N. contractor, speaking anonymously for fear of retribution, who said he personally collected tens of thousands of dollars from refugees while acting as a middleman for Momanyi — and other UNHCR staffers — over several years. He said Abdullahi’s ex-husband paid almost $20,000 in multiple installments [to make sure his wife was left behind].

In separate interviews, more than a dozen other refugees said Momanyi was known for taking bribes. One described the Kenyan as “the architect of corruption.”

The corruption is official admitted. “Refugee status and resettlement places are valuable commodities, particularly in countries with acute poverty, where the temptation to make money by whatever means is strong,” said a 2008 U.N. document.

But Biden’s new program will allow U.S.-based groups to also pick people for refugee status.

“It also opens the door to more fraud,” said Nayla Rush, a Lebanon-born expert who works for the Center for Immigration Studies:

How are we going to combat fraud when we are handing [decisions] to private individuals and nonprofit organizations? …  [Now] it’s the mostly local UNHCR staff who sell these spots. But you [let more groups] do it under the blessings of the U.S. government?”

The Welcome Corps program also allows the private groups — including recent migrants — to import favored refugees, not high-risk refugees, she said:

It is allowing green card holders, not just American citizens [to pick new refugees] … when we have been told by the U.N. and by the U.S. government for ages that these selection process [are intended to] resettle the most urgent cases. So having an individual sponsor sponsoring somebody just because they know them [contradicts the justification of aiding] real refugees who are in real danger.

U.S. officials diid not detail what would be done to prevent U.S. residents, employers, or pro-migration groups from profiting. However, the unnamed official insisted “there are many, many checkpoints, many, many failsafes, vetting – all that is part of this program to prevent any abuses.”

The reporters ignored the programs’ economic and civic impact on American citizens and instead declared their focus on the interests of migrants.

For example, Ted Hesson at Reuters, asked: “Is there a way that the State Department will be able to enforce that the refugees are getting adequate housing or are not being subjected to labor abuses when they’re brought into the U.S.?”

The Associated Press’s incumbent reporter, Matt Lee. rebuked Noyes for not importing more migrants, saying:

Why is it limited to groups of five or more [sponsors to import refugees]? Why can’t individuals … do this on their own? … This administration has tried to make up for the reduction in admissions under the previous [administration] but it has not yet even close.

Noyes responded with moralistic cliches:

Because it’s not about money, Matt. It’s about commitment. It’s about the community. It’s about bringing people together and forming a group so that the refugees have more than one person that they can refer to and work with.

The subsequent A.P. article on the program did not challenge Noyes’ claims, despite the vast evidence that escalating migration inflicts huge pocketbook damage to ordinary Americans.

Follow the Money

In 2022, Biden’s deputies admitted roughly 3 million legal, quasi-legal and illegal migrants — or roughly 3 migrants for every Americans who turned 18.

Administration officials are also expanding the cross-border flow by working with Mexico-based centers that help convert would-be illegal migrants into quasi-legal “parole migrants” that are not counted in the media-monitored “border encounter” reports each month.

Agency officials say they will use the Welcome Corps pipeline to help import 125,000 refugees per year. That huge inflow adds up to 1.25 million people per decade, not counting chain-migration.

The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, and allows elites to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.

One result is that a 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR). The 54 percent “Invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

407K Migrants Apprehended in Texas-Based Border Sectors in 1st Quarter of New Fiscal Year

Border Patrol agents assigned to the five Texas-based border sectors apprehended nearly 407,000 migrants during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2023. This represents an increase of nearly 32 percent over the same period in FY22 and accounts for 64 percent of all migrant apprehensions so far this fiscal year.

Agents in the El Paso, Big Bend, Del Rio, Laredo, and Rio Grande Valley Sectors apprehended 406,941 migrants during the first quarter of the new fiscal year, according to information obtained in the December Southwest Land Border Encounters Report released U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials after business hours Friday night. This represents 64 percent of the 633,451 migrants apprehended along the nine southwest border sectors in October, November, and December.

Apprehensions in the El Paso Sector accounted for 162,603 of the migrants apprehended in the five Texas-based border sectors. This represents an increase of approximately 755.4 percent over the same period in FY22. The El Paso Sector also includes the small border segment in New Mexico.

In December alone, agents in the El Paso Sector apprehended nearly 56,000 migrants. Border Patrol released nearly 37,000 of these migrants to NGO shelters and onto the city streets in El Paso. This prompted El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser to issue a disaster declaration.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott responded to the emergency declaration by sending 400 National Guard Soldiers to El Paso to deploy concertina wire and shipping containers to act as physical barriers at primary border crossing points.

After the deployment, the number of migrants in Border Patrol custody fell from approximately 5,600 in mid-December to about 500 by the end of the month, according to information obtained from the City of El Paso’s Migrant Crisis dashboard. The number of migrants released into El Paso fell from more than 10,000 in mid-December to 1,700 in the first week of January.

Del Rio Sector apprehensions accounted for 142,444 of the 406,941 migrants apprehended in the Texas-based sectors. This represented an increase of more than 55 percent over the record set the previous year when agents apprehended 91,699 in the same period.

Combined, the El Paso and Del Rio Sectors accounted for 305, 047 of the 406,941 Texas-based migrant apprehensions. This is up 116 percent over the same period in FY22.

The Big Bend, Laredo, and Rio Grande Valley Sectors all experienced drops in migrant apprehensions ranging from 39-61 percent.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams visited El Paso where he received an extensive tour of the border and the impact of the migrant crisis on the border city.

“The city was overrun,” Mayor Adams said during a press conference. “It was unbelievable how we undermine the foundation of that city as they’re grappling, like many of us are, with real problems.” He called on the appointment of a national border czar.

“We should treat this the same way we treat any major disaster or major crisis that should be coordinated with the Border Patrol, coordinated with our cities, our states, to make sure that we as a country absorb this national issue, and that’s what I learned when I was on the ground there.”

In total, New York City has received approximately 26,000 migrants bused by Texas and the City of El Paso. The City El Paso received approximately 37,000 migrants released by the Biden administration — just in December. Nearly 140,000 migrants were apprehended in December in the Texas-based sectors.

Mayorkas in December issued a gag order barring border officials from sharing information with reporters about the magnitude of illegal immigration at the southern border.

“More than 750 million people want to migrate to another country permanently, according to Gallup research published Monday, as 150 world leaders sign up to the controversial UN global compact which critics say makes migration a human right.”  VIRGINIA HALE

As Harvard’s George Borjas has shown, unauthorized immigration reduces the wages of American workers by more than $100 billion a year.  The poorest American workers, and those with the least education, are the most affected.

Maryland MS-13 Member Sentenced to Life in Prison for Racketeering, Murder, Drug Crimes

(CNSNews.com) – On Jan. 18, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that Brayan Contreras-Avalos, 28, a resident of Langley Park, Md., has been sentenced to life in prison for his part in “a racketeering conspiracy involving murder and drug offenses.”

Contreras-Avalos, aka “Malia,” is a member of the notorious street gang La Mara Salvatrucha, MS-13, and participated in at least three murders, said ICE.

The investigation and eventual conviction of Contreras-Avalos was attained by the coordinated efforts of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Baltimore, the FBI’s Washington field office, the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Washington and New York divisions, and local law enforcement.

“Contreras-Avalos’ terrorized the Langley Park community and earned the life sentence that was handed to him,” said HSI Baltimore Special Agent in Charge James C. Harris.

Contreras-Avalos was sentenced on Jan.13 at the U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, Md., after a three-week trial.  His co-defendants were also sentenced: Luis Flores-Reyes, aka “Maloso,” “Lobo” and “Viejo Lovvon,” age 42, of Arlington, Virginia, and Jairo Jacome, aka “Abuelo,” age 40, of Langley Park.

According to ICE, Contreras-Avalos and his co-defendants were involved in “at least three murders and an additional attempted murder during the period of the conspiracy. In at least two instances, the victims were minors.”

During the investigation, it was revealed that Contreras-Avalos was involved in a 2016 stabbing that resulted in the death of two homeless persons that he “believed to be members of the 18th Street gang.” Additionally, Contreras-Avalos was given permission to commit another murder by MS-13, and “in that case, his target survived the attack but an associate did not,” said ICE.

(Getty Images, for illustration purposes only.)

The investigation also uncovered that the defendants were running an extortion scheme in Langley Park by making local businesses pay “rent” for the “privilege of operating in MS-13 Territory.” Contreras-Avalos, alongside one of his accomplices, trafficked narcotics using “structured transactions and intermediaries to avoid law enforcement scrutiny,” said ICE. A large amount of these proceeds were sent back to El Salvador.

Today, MS-13 is one of the largest street gangs in the United States operating under the motto “mata, viola, controla” which in English means, “kill, rape, control.” The MS-13 expects its members to “protect the gang’s name, reputation and status and to use any means necessary to force respect from those who showed disrespect,” reported ICE.

MS-13 is primarily comprised of immigrants and descendants of immigrants from El Salvador and other Central American countries. They operate throughout the United States, but Contreras-Avalos was a leader in the “Sailors Clique,” which conducts its operations in Maryland, Virginia, New Yok, New Jersey, Texas, and El Salvador.

This case is an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) investigation that is a part of the Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN). The OCDETF “identifies, disrupts, and dismantles the highest-level criminal organizations that threaten the United States,” said ICE, and the PSN is a “program bringing together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce violent crime and gun violence, and to make our neighborhoods safer for everyone.”

(CNSNews.com) - The Biden administration is usurping congressional authority with its new immigration parole program for Nicaraguans, Cubans, and Haitians (and Venezuelans), a group of Republican lawmakers wrote in a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas this week.

Earlier this month -- following the policy put in place for Venezuelans -- Mayorkas announced that people from Nicaragua, Cuba and Haiti may also apply online to come to the United States, without having to make the dangerous journey. Migrants -- up to 30,000 a month -- will be considered on a case-by-case basis for permission to live legally in the United States for up to two years and to receive permission to work here during that period.

What legal justification is there for such an abuse of the parole program? the Republicans asked Mayorkas in a January 18 letter written by Sens. Andy Biggs and J.D. Vance.

Vance on Thursday told Fox News's Laura Ingraham that the Biden administration is going to make the border crisis even worse than it is now, if people think they'll be paroled.

"The basic idea here, Laura, is that they have taken a very narrow program that's allowed them to process certain case-by-case exceptions and blown it up to 30,000 exceptions per month," Sen. Vance said.

"And as you know, Laura, the big problem here is not just the people who will directly be granted parole under this program. It's the fact that it's an open invitation to tens of thousands of more on top of them.

"So you already have a wide open border. You already have the message spread across Central America that America is effectively open for business, we have no border. And on top of that, you're telling a large number of people that a lot of them are going to get parole from violating our immigration laws. There is no legal authority for it, but it will make this border crisis even worse."

Vance agreed that the new policy is a backdoor amnesty:

"They know that they could not get 30,000 additional parolees through the immigration laws under Congress, so they're effectively doing this by themselves without any actual congressional authority. They're using executive action to completely backdoor our immigration laws and get around Congress," Vance said.

"They say that the system was already broken. The system is broken, because they broke it. They caused the wide-open border, and now they're causing -- the very same policies that caused this problem in the first place, they're accelerating them and increasing them. They don't care about border security.

"It's so clear at this point two years in that they don't care about border security. It's up to us to hold their feet to the fire and make sure the American people know exactly what's going on."

The letter spearheaded by Vance and Biggs asks DHS to answer the following questions:

1. From what source does DHS derive its legal authority to parole more than 30,000 monthly migrants into the United States?

2. From what source does DHS derive its legal authority to parole migrants before they reach the United States border.

3. Will the migrants paroled pursuant to this policy be transported into the United States using federal funds?

4. How does this policy “enhance border security”?

5. Under what criteria were the countries Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua selected for this program?

'Safe, orderly, humane immigration process'

"We're executing a comprehensive strategy to secure our borders and build a safe, orderly, and humane immigration process," Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told the nation's mayors at their annual meeting in Washington on Thursday.

"Working within a broken system in desperate need of legislative reform, two weeks ago we announced new lawful pathways for noncitizens seeking relief in the United States, accompanied by a consequence regime for those who do not avail themselves of those processes. Since then, encounters from the targeted countries have dropped significantly.

"FEMA is providing Emergency Food and Shelter Program funds to help cities around the country recover or defray the costs of noncitizen arrivals; CBP and ICE are working closely with cities to share information and coordinate the disposition of noncitizens in immigration enforcement proceedings."

Some mayors, including Eric Adams of New York, have complained loudly about the busing of thousands of asylum-seekers to their sanctuary cities from overwhelmed border states.

Biden Admin Incompetence Forces Release of Thousands of Migrants Into Country

The Biden administration will release into the country nearly 3,000 illegal immigrants, who otherwise faced deportation, because U.S. officials in November inadvertently published their personal information, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The migrants, whose names and birthdates were included in the data accidentally published by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, could face threats of violence from gangs and corrupt government officials once deported to their origin country, the agency said. The Biden administration is also offering to bring back some migrants whom officials deported before the leak was discovered.

"Though unintentional, this release of information is a breach of policy and the agency is investigating the incident and taking all corrective actions necessary," an agency official said in a statement.

The announcement comes as illegal immigration at the southern border hits record highs. Border agents reported more than two million migrant encounters in the last fiscal year. In the month of November alone, 233,740 encounters occurred, according to Customs and Border Protection data.

New York City mayor Eric Adams this week pleaded for migrants to stop coming to his city, which has "no more room," the Democrat said.

The leak comes just one month after the Department of Homeland Security "inadvertently tipped off" Havana about Cuban migrants the agency sought to deport, the Times reported:

A Homeland Security official communicating with the Cuban government about deportation flights to the country "unintentionally" indicated that some of the 103 Cubans who could have been placed on a flight had been affected by the late November data breach, ICE officials told Congress in December.

The Homeland Security official did not name any specific individuals. But telling Cuba that some of the potential deportees had been affected by the ICE leak amounted to confirming that they had sought shelter in the U.S. Every person whose information was leaked had sought U.S. protection, and the leak was widely covered in U.S. media.

Biden's DHS Secretary Downplays Immigration Crisis as 'Not Unique' to US

Comments come as Alejandro Mayorkas faces potential impeachment proceedings over record-high migration

January 20, 2023

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas on Thursday downplayed the illegal immigration crisis at the southern border, saying it is not "unique" to the United States.

"The challenge of migration is not unique to the United States, nor to the border communities that confront it every day," Mayorkas told the U.S. Conference of Mayors. "Around the world, there are more displaced people than at any time since World War II. Mass migration has gripped our own hemisphere."

The comments come as the new House Republican majority gears up for hearings on the border crisis and potential impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas.

"If anybody is a prime candidate for impeachment in this town, it's Mayorkas," Rep. James Comer (R., Ky.) told CNN this week.

Border authorities tallied a record-high 2.4 million migrant encounters in fiscal year 2022. There were 233,740 encounters at the southern border in November alone, according to Customs and Border Protection data.

Mayorkas in December issued a gag order barring border officials from sharing information with reporters about the magnitude of illegal immigration at the southern border.

The secretary on Thursday said U.S. immigration is "a broken system in desperate need of legislative reform."

Joe Biden’s weak, insulting trip to the southern border

Earlier this month, for the first time in his 80 years on Earth, Joe Biden visited the southern border as his destination.

Before meeting with Border Patrol agents, the city of El Paso cleared out large encampments filled with homeless illegal aliens, thus insulating Biden from having to see the extent of the damage he has caused. El Paso has seen a massive spike in homelessness and crime because of Biden’s border crisis, all of which was covered up for a presidential photo-op.

Biden did not speak with or encounter any illegal aliens during his trip, refusing to expose himself to the homelessness, squalor, and safety risks that El Paso residents experience on a daily basis due to Biden’s immigration policies. He is likely unaware of the dangerous situation his administration has created in El Paso and surrounding areas, and officials in the federal government who are aware simply do not care. Biden made clear how out of touch he is on this issue with the offensive and callous remarks he made in the days leading up to his border trip.

Days before his visit, Biden preposterously compared illegal aliens to Jewish refugees who fled Nazi Germany to escape the Holocaust. To compare aliens illegally entering the U.S. for better work prospects to Jewish refugees in the 1930s and 1940s who were escaping one of the worst genocides in human history is deeply ignorant and offensive, and also shows a shocking misunderstanding of the U.S. asylum system.

Given Biden’s general ignorance on important policy matters, it’s fair to assume he’s not aware that more than 90 percent of asylum seekers do not receive asylum either because they are not eligible, or fail to file an application or show up to court, as required by law. He’s likely unaware that the vast majority of illegal aliens who claim asylum are not doing so for safety reasons, but for economic reasons. Biden’s comments were absurd and offensive, but they also reveal how embedded anti-borders propaganda has become in the highest corridors of power.

Biden also announced a new immigration plan which will allow 30,000 migrants a month from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to enter the U.S. The administration’s “plan” to fix the border is almost entirely focused on importing more migrants to the country. Biden’s plan and his remarks offer nothing to the American people, and instead place the interests of foreign nationals over American citizens. While the U.S. immigration system is supposed to work in a way that first and foremost benefits Americans, this administration only views immigration through the interests of migrants hoping to come here. The notion that our immigration system should prioritize the interests of the American people first is anathema to the worldview of the White House.

Biden’s comments before and during his visit to the border make clear that his administration has no plans to change course from its disastrous policies. Ultimately, Biden’s visit to the border was meant to check a box and appease some of his critics, given that his party no longer holds full control of the federal government, and the administration may now face actual consequences for its subversion of America’s sovereignty.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has vowed to probe the Biden administration’s dereliction of duty at the border, and threatened to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas if he does not resign. The threat of investigation and impeachment is why Biden finally visited the border, after ignoring it for two years. Biden understands that his failed immigration policies are about to finally be under the microscope after Congress and the corporate media spent two years ignoring it.

Biden’s quick trip to the border was inevitable, but insulting. He spent two hours in El Paso, took a photo-op at the border wall, and jetted back to Washington, D.C.

The American people deserve leaders who take this crisis seriously, but they don’t have that in the White House right now.

Biden’s State Department Launches ‘Welcome Corps’ that Asks Americans to Help Resettle 125K Refugees in U.S.

President Joe Biden’s State Department is launching a “Welcome Corps” program that will ask Americans and green card holders to help resettle refugees across the United States.

Last year, the Biden administration announced a massive increase in the annual number of refugees it would try to resettle across American communities. Though the cap is merely a numerical limit and not a goal to be reached, top officials have suggested they are looking to resettle about 125,000 refugees in Fiscal Year 2023.

Biden’s refugee cap is eight times the 15,000 cap set by former President Trump.

As part of the administration’s goal to drastically increase refugee resettlement, the State Department has launched the “Welcome Corps” program that effectively allows Americans and green card holders to sponsor refugees for resettlement in the United States.

This year, alone, the State Department is looking to have at least 10,000 Americans help resettle about 5,000 refugees through the program.

By summer, State Department officials said they hope to turn refugee resettlement into a quasi chain migration effort where Americans and green card holders can sponsor refugees that they choose to come to the United States.

Chain migration is the process where newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. on green cards. More than 7 in 10 legal immigrants arriving in the U.S. today do so solely because they have relatives already living in the country.

Designation as a refugee is a sought-after privilege mostly because it allows those admitted to eventually adjust their immigration status to secure green cards and, eventually, naturalized American citizenship where they can then go on to sponsor more foreign relatives for green cards.

Over the last 20 years, nearly one million refugees have been resettled in the country. This is more than double the number of residents living in Miami, Florida, and is the equivalent of annually adding the population of Pensacola, Florida, to the country.

Refugee resettlement costs American taxpayers nearly $9 billion every five years, according to research, and each refugee costs taxpayers about $133,000 over the course of their lifetime. Within five years, an estimated 16 percent of all refugees admitted will need housing assistance paid for by taxpayers.

Under Obama, the Labor Department refused to share information about investigations with DHS, nor would it allow joint investigations with DHS. That practice ended most employer investigations by DHS, meaning lawbreaking employers often went unpunished. In his memo, Mayorkas calls for a review of whether E-Verify—a federal tool that allows businesses to check if a prospective employee is an illegal alien—is "not manipulated to suppress unauthorized workers from, or to punish unauthorized workers for, reporting unlawful labor practices such as substandard wages, unsafe working conditions, and other forms of worker exploitation."

NYC Mayor Eric Adams Begs Biden to ‘Fairly Distribute’ Illegal Immigration Across All U.S. Cities, Towns

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) is pleading with President Joe Biden to “fairly distribute” illegal immigration released into the United States across all cities and towns.

During a speech at the U.S. Conference of Mayors this week, Adams urged the Biden administration to take a series of actions that include amnesty for all illegal aliens living in the U.S., expedited work permits for border crossers, and an equal distribution program that would see newly arrived border crossers and illegal aliens sent to all cities and towns across the country.

“Today I am calling for a national response to the asylum seeker crisis, which includes six main points,” Adams said:

A dedicated point-person whose sole focus is overseeing and coordinating our national asylum seeker response, a decompression strategy at the border that establishes a plan for each migrant’s arrival — and creates a system to fairly distribute newcomers regionally, congressional funding for the Federal Emergency Management Agency to implement that strategy in the places of greatest need, expedited right to work options for asylum seekers who are allowed to enter the country, congressional legislation that provides a clear pathway to residency or citizenship for those who enter this country legally, and nationwide leadership that takes an all-hands-on-deck approach by bringing together nonprofits, the faith-based community, and the private sector, alongside state and local government to meet this challenge. [Emphasis added]

Adams’ plea to Biden to spread illegal immigration across all American cities and towns comes as more than 40,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived in the sanctuary city of New York City since the spring of 2022 — most of whom have been bused from Texas.

Also this week, Adams suggested that there is “no more room” in New York City for border crossers and illegal aliens, as the city’s homeless shelters are packed.

Rather than cracking down on illegal immigration, the Biden administration is creating new programs to bring even more migrants to the U.S.

Most recently, for instance, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched a mobile app where foreign nationals living in Mexico can schedule appointments to get released into the U.S. interior at the southern border.

Similarly, DHS announced a plan that blows open the doors to an even more expansive Catch and Release network at the border, where 360,000 more border crossers will be able to get into the U.S. interior by applying for humanitarian parole.

Already, Biden’s DHS is using a little-known parole program to mass-release hundreds of thousands of border crossers into the U.S. interior every month. At current estimates, the Biden administration has released 1.6 to two million border crossers into American communities since February 2021.

As Breitbart News reported, the latest projections estimate that Biden will set another illegal immigration record this year with 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens being apprehended. This figure does not include any of the known and unknown got-away illegal aliens who successfully made their way into the U.S. interior.

Washington, D.C. (January 19, 2023) – The primary reason illegal immigrants come to the United States is jobs, and the best solution for shutting off the magnet of jobs is E-Verify.  This free online system, created by Congress as a pilot program in 1986, enables employers to check whether new hires are authorized to work in the United States by submitting the same information that job applicants provide on the mandatory paper I-9 form. The program then validates applicant details by comparing them against millions of federal and state government identification records.

E-Verify processed 42.5 million cases in FY 2021 with a 99.87 percent accuracy rate. A simple DHS regulatory change or an act by Congress could mandate E-Verify for all states.

This week’s guest, Elizabeth Jacobs, the Center’s Director of Regulatory Affairs and Policy, highlights the benefits that E-Verify affords employers and their communities.  But she emphasizes that the program must be matched with enforcement to be effective in eliminating the job pull factor that brings illegal immigrants to work without authorization, producing unfair labor competition and wage suppression for American and legal workers.

Jacobs also describes a potential work authorization verification process known as “G-Verify” (for “government verification”). G-Verify allows employers to replace employers’ Form W-2, Form I-9, and E-Verify obligations with submission of the same information electronically.

In his closing commentary, Mark Krikorian, the Center’s executive director and the host of Parsing  Immigration Policy,  discusses New York Mayor Eric Adams’ visit to the border in El Paso. His visit, and President Biden’s visit, suggests that local governments have pressured the administration to enforce the border. Krikorian predicts that this pressure may incentivize the administration to step back from its open border agenda as the 2024 elections draw near.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema Previews ‘Bipartisan Coalition’ for Amnesty, Green Card Giveaway in Davos

While in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) previewed a “bipartisan coalition” that she claims to be forming to shape an immigration package that would include amnesty for some illegal aliens as well as a green card giveaway measure.

During a panel discussion with other American politicians, Sinema referenced a plan that she compiled with Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) last year that included amnesty for at least two million illegal aliens and a green card giveaway program that would funnel hundreds of thousands of foreign workers into mostly white-collar American jobs.

Ultimately, the plan failed to gain traction in the House and Senate.

Sinema, speaking in Davos, called the plan “an immigration framework” that she hopes to restore in the new Congress. Sinema said:

In the winter … Senator Thom Tillis of North Carolina and I put out an immigration framework that both addresses security issues around creating [a] secure border so we can deter individuals who want to bring dangerous drugs and criminals into the country, which by the way are happening on a nearly unimpeded basis right now.

But we also need to reform the asylum system. Right now, we have an asylum system that actually creates a pull factor for criminal cartels in South America to bring individuals to this country, to our country, who have no legal basis for a permanent path to citizenship. [Emphasis added]

So we want to combine that with also making changes to our system to create a path to citizenship for DREAMers, ending the visa backlogs so we can actually hire the talent we need at all edges and across the entirety of the spectrum. [Emphasis added]

We are building the bipartisan coalition that we believe will allow us to pass legislation through both the House and the Senate this year. [Emphasis added]

Sinema’s corporate donors have a deep financial interest in inflating the United States labor market with more foreign workers whom they can hire, keeping wages down, and who will buy their products and invest in real estate, which gets more expensive with a constant inflow of new renters and buyers competing for limited inventory.

Most recently, for instance, the EAGLE Act — a fixture on big business’s legislative wishlist — was rejected by House Republicans and many Senate Democrats. In certain aspects, the bill’s seeking to open more green cards for companies to hire foreign workers mimics Sinema’s goal.

Sinema’s donors – like ComcastCorp, Alphabet Inc., Blackstone, American Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs – lobbied either directly or indirectly through the Business Roundtable for the EAGLE Act.

More than 7-in-10 households headed by immigrants in the state of California are on taxpayer-funded welfare, a new study reveals.

The latest Census Bureau data analyzed by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) finds that about 72 percent of households headed by noncitizens and immigrants use one or more forms of taxpayer-funded welfare programs in California — the number one immigrant-receiving state in the U.S.

Florida Threatens to Suspend Licenses of Businesses Failing to Provide Proof of E-Verify Compliance

Florida is threatening to suspend licenses for businesses failing to provide proof of E-Verify compliance, which ensures they are not employing illegal immigrants. It comes as part of its greater effort to protect Florida residents and their jobs as the nation faces a mass immigration crisis on the southern border.

The Department of Economic Opportunity sent letters to several businesses, flagging the various companies for “repeat non-responsiveness” to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

“If you persist and fail to respond to the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), there will be significant consequences,” the letters reads, warning that the notice serves as the “final opportunity to respond before consequences are initiated.”

It adds that the DEP will “not grant any extensions” or excuses for nonresponses. The companies had one month from the date of the letter to provide an affidavit stating the company will comply with the law and terminate the employment of illegal aliens.

Failure to comply with the letter in the given time frame would result in a suspension of “all licenses” held by the company “specific to the business location where the unauthorized alien(s) performed work.” In cases where they do not have a license specific to the business location where the illegal alien worked, the licenses held by the company at its “primary place of business” will be suspended.

The letter was sent to several companies, including Prestige Cruise Services LLC, Upperline Health Inc, and the American National Red Cross. The deadline is Monday, January 16.

Jeremy Redfern, deputy press secretary for Gov. Ron DeSantis, told The Center Square that the Sunshine State is “cracking down on the unlawful employment of unauthorized aliens in the state of Florida”:

Companies that have not affirmed that all employees have passed E-Verify and are authorized to work in the United States are given an opportunity to cure the issue and so affirm. Six companies have failed to do so after repeated notices and are subject to the suspension of their licenses to operate their business in the state. They have been issued final notices of non-compliance.

The DeSantis administration is no stranger to touting E-Verify in the state. In 2021, the administration hung signs on all major interstate highways entering Florida, informing travelers that the state, indeed, uses E-Verify.

“For years prior to my administration, attempts to pass E-Verify legislation in Florida failed, but I would not yield until this matter was addressed,” DeSantis told Breitbart News at the time, noting he was able to work with the Florida legislature to get E-Verify over the finish line.

DeSantis added that the use of E-Verify places “upward pressure [on] Floridians’ wages” and protects public safety.

“Assuring a legal workforce through E-Verify is crucial to upholding the rule of law and deters illegal immigration into Florida, which is more important than ever given the border crisis,” he added.

A post-election Rasmussen Reports/NumbersUSA poll found that national midterm election voters support nationwide action on U.S. employers hiring illegal aliens.

Chamber of Commerce Details Globalist Agenda: Impose Unlimited Immigration, Ink More Free Trade Deals

The United States Chamber of Commerce detailed its globalist policy agenda for the year, including advocating for more overall immigration regardless of its impact on the nation’s workers along with inking new free trade deals regardless of the impact on American jobs.

Chamber of Commerce CEO Suzanne Clark delivered an annual address, laying out the group’s agenda for the year on behalf of the multinational corporations that it represents in Washington, DC.

As part of that agenda, Clark endorsed unlimited immigration to the U.S. where employers can import as many foreign workers as possible whenever “they need it” by blowing the lid off caps to employment-based visas.

Previously, Clark demanded that Congress double legal immigration levels — a plan that would bring in a record more than two million foreign nationals a year.

In addition, Clark continued the Chamber’s call on Congress to pass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens who are enrolled or eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

“Last year, with the strong support and input of the Chamber, there were meaningful bipartisan talks on proposals to secure the border, expand E-Verify, protect Dreamers, and increase the number of employment-based visas — crucial steps to get American businesses the talent they need, when they need it,” Clark said.

A flooded labor market from mass immigration to the U.S. has had a devastating impact on the nation’s working and middle class while redistributing wealth to the top one percent of earners and big business.

While creating an economy that tilts in favor of employers, the mass immigration economic model helped keep wages stagnate for decades. Between 1979 and 2013, wage growth for the bottom 90 percent of Americans grew just 15 percent. Meanwhile, wage growth for the top one percent of Americans was nearly 140 percent higher.

Likewise, Clark urged President Joe Biden’s administration to ink more free trade deals with foreign countries by which corporations would be able to more easily offshore American jobs to boost their profit margins and increase the nation’s job-killing trade deficit.

“… it has been 10 years since we’ve added a single new partner to that list. Meanwhile, other countries have inked 100 new trade deals without us,” Clark said. “… resume negotiations on a free trade agreement with the United Kingdom … give the U.S. a stronger foothold in the vitally important African continent, where competitors like China are already making strategically significant inroads.”

From 2001 to 2018, U.S. free trade with China eliminated 3.7 million American jobs from the economy — 2.8 million of which were lost in American manufacturing. During that same period, at least 50,000 American manufacturing plants closed down.

Those massive job losses have coincided with a booming U.S.-China trade deficit. In 1985, before China entered the WTO, the U.S. trade deficit with China totaled $6 billion. In 2019, the U.S. trade deficit with China totaled more than $345 billion.

Meanwhile, a recent study found that permanent U.S. tariffs of 15 to 35 percent on all foreign imports would create about ten million American jobs and generate over $600 billion in new revenue. American manufacturing is vital to the U.S. economy, as every manufacturing job supports an additional 7.4 American jobs in other industries.

MLK Day: Illegal Immigration Crushes Opportunities for Black American Men, Civil Rights Commission Finds

America’s working class — and specifically black men — have had their employment opportunities and wages crushed by waves of low-skilled illegal immigration, the United States Commission on Civil Rights finds.

In 2008, the Commission issued a briefing report following deep analysis and interviews with various experts across the political spectrum. The goal of the report was to determine the role that illegal immigration plays in the lives of the nation’s working class and, more precisely, black Americans.

“In the midst of public debate over immigration reform, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights voted to examine the possible effects of illegal immigration on particularly vulnerable segments of the U.S. working population, specifically low-skill black workers,” the report states.

The Commission ultimately found that illegal immigration — on a scale ranging from 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S., with millions of these illegal aliens holding jobs — has “tended to increase the supply of low-skilled, low-wage labor” that favors employers’ profit margins.

Black American men, with education rates lower than the average American, “are disproportionately employed in the low-skilled labor market, where they are more likely to be in labor competition with immigrants,” the Commission report states:

Illegal immigration to the United States in recent decades has tended to depress both wages and employment rates for low-skilled American citizens, a disproportionate number of whom are black men. Expert economic opinions concerning the negative effects range from modest to significant. Those panelists that found modest effects overall nonetheless found significant effects in industry sectors such as meatpacking and construction. [Emphasis added]

The Commission described the impact of illegal immigration on working-class Americans as a “piece of the puzzle that must be considered by policymakers in formulating sound immigration policy,” though recent proposals by Republicans and Democrats have focused almost exclusively on benefitting foreign nationals not yet in the U.S. rather than Americans harmed by decades-long mass immigration.

As a recommendation, the Commission suggested that the Bureau of Labor Statistics collect monthly figures on the number of illegal alien workers in the U.S. and compile data on how their employment is impacting jobs and wages for low-skilled Americans.

To date, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has refused to collect and compile such data.

Peter Kirsanow, the longest-serving member of the Commission, writes in the report that “there is ample evidence to suggest that at a minimum, [illegal immigration] has had an aggravating effect on both the displacement of low-skilled American workers and the racial divide in employment.”

“This is because illegal immigration tends to increase the supply of low-skilled, low-wage labor already available in the U.S. labor market,” Kirsanow writes.

Kirsanow, mirroring the Commission’s findings, proposes that immigration legislation in Congress should start studying how mass immigration worsens “both the displacement of low-skilled American workers and the racial divide in employment.”

In years following the Commission’s report, working-class Americans have seen few remedies from Washington, DC aimed at cutting overall immigration to boost their quality of life and employment opportunities.

Black Americans, in many cases, have seen their circumstances get worse. In a recent example, a group of black Americans lost their agricultural jobs to imported South African visa workers along the Mississippi Delta. The black Americans settled their discrimination claims against their former employers.

Mayorkas Declares War on Immigration Enforcement

Homeland Security will no longer conduct raids on workplaces that employ illegal aliens

The Department of Homeland Security will no longer conduct raids on workplaces that employ illegal aliens, the latest effort from the White House to curtail the agency's mission to enforce immigration law.

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests at worksites could discourage illegal immigrants from reporting other unlawful employment practices in violation of a Biden administration directive. DHS will now privilege other investigations that "most effectively protect the American labor market," according to the memo released Tuesday.

"The deployment of mass worksite operations, sometimes resulting in the simultaneous arrest of hundreds of workers, was not focused on the most pernicious aspect of our country’s unauthorized employment challenge: exploitative employers," the memo says. "These highly visible operations misallocated enforcement resources while chilling, and even serving as a tool of retaliation for, worker cooperation in workplace standards investigations."

Worksite raids increased by nearly 400 percent in 2018 under former president Donald Trump, leading to the arrest and deportation of thousands of illegal aliens. During former president Barack Obama’s last year in office, ICE made just 106 worksite arrests.

Proponents of the practice say worksite raids encourage employers to fill open jobs with law-abiding U.S. citizens and visa holders and regularly lead to broader investigations for other serious crimes. In 2018, the owner of a Tennessee slaughterhouse pleaded guilty to tax evasion and wire fraud following a worksite raid. He was later sentenced to 18 months in prison.

The largest single worksite raid in DHS history took place in 2019 at a Mississippi food processing plant and resulted in the arrest of 680 illegal aliens. Four Americans were also charged with violating immigration law.

Former immigration officials say the Biden administration will only encourage companies to abuse workers. Corporations will be able to hire illegal immigrants at substandard wages with impunity, according to former ICE chief of staff Jon Feere.

"Lawbreaking employers have benefited from the Biden administration’s lack of worksite enforcement this year, and now Mayorkas is outright abolishing this important enforcement tool," Feere said. "Media in Central America reported on ICE worksite operations under the Trump administration and that undoubtedly had the effect of discouraging illegal immigration."

The Mayorkas memo effectively restores Obama-era policies, which critics say hamstrung the agency from policing employers. By delegating the Department of Labor to be the chief investigator when an illegal alien files a worksite complaint, as Mayorkas’s memo orders, DHS is sidelined.

California: 10.8 Million Mail-In Ballots ‘Unaccounted For’ in 2022 Elections

More than 10.8 million mail-in ballots went “unaccounted for” in California’s midterm elections last year, data published by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) reveals.

In 2022, California election officials mailed out more than 22.1 million ballots to registered voters, the data published by PILF shows. Of those, more than 10.8 million went “unaccounted for” as researchers said election officials can only make assumptions as to what happened with the ballots.

“Typically, when a polling place opens and closes, there is an accounting of all election materials. Significant issues arise when incidents occur such as ballots disappearing at poll closing time. With mass mail elections, problems accumulate,” PILF researchers state:

After accounting for polling place votes and rejected ballots in November 2022, there were more than 10 million ballots left outstanding, meaning election officials do not know what happened to them. It is fair to assume that the bulk of these were ignored or ultimately thrown out by the intended recipients. But, under mass mail elections, we can only assume what happened. Mail voting practices have an insurmountable information gap. The public cannot know how many ballots were disregarded, delivered to wrong mailboxes, or even withheld from the proper recipient by someone at the same address. [Emphasis added]

Chart via Public Interest Legal Foundation

Meanwhile, more than 226,000 mail-in ballots were rejected in the 2022 primary and general midterm elections in California, including more than 120,000 mail-in ballots that were thrown out in the general election.

The data published by PILF finds that more than 800 mail-in ballots were rejected after California election officials discovered the person who cast them had already voted.

Likewise, more than 57,000 mail-in ballots were rejected for arriving late, nearly 48,000 for not having a matching signature, nearly 12,000 for having no signature, and 660 for refusing to provide any identification.

“Mail ballots disenfranchise,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement.

“There are many reasons mail ballots fail ultimately to count. No one casting a ballot at home can correct an error before it’s too late,” Adams said. “California’s vote-by-mail demonstration should serve as a warning to state legislators elsewhere.”

THE AZTLAN INVASION & THE LA RAZA FASCIST PARTY FOR MEXICAN SUPREMACY

“The radicals seek nothing less than secession from the United States whether to form their own sovereign state or to reunify with Mexico. Those who desire reunification with Mexico are irredentists who seek to reclaim Mexico's "lost" territories in the American Southwest.”

MULTICULTURALISM, IMMIGRATION AND AZTLAN

By Maria Hsia Chang Professor of Political Science, University of Nevada Reno

One of the standard arguments invoked by those in favor of massive immigration into the United States is that our country is founded on immigrants who have always been successfully assimilated into America's mainstream culture and society. As one commentator put it, "Assimilation evokes the misty past of Ellis Island, through which millions entered, eventually seeing their descendants become as American as George Washington."1 Nothing more vividly testifies against that romantic faith in America's ability to continuously assimilate new members than the events of October 16, 1994 in Los Angeles. On that day, 70,000 people marched beneath "a sea of Mexican flags" protesting Proposition 187, a referendum measure that would deny many state benefits to illegal immigrants and their children. Two weeks later, more protestors marched down the street, this time carrying an American flag upside down. Both protests point to a disturbing and rising phenomenon of Chicano separatism in the United States — the product of a complex of forces, among which are multiculturalism and a generous immigration policy combined with a lax border control. The Problem Chicanos refer to "people of Mexican descent in the United States" or "Mexican Americans in general." Today, there are reasons to believe that Chicanos as a group are unlike previous immigrants in that they are more likely to remain unassimilated and unintegrated, whether by choice or circumstance — resulting in the formation of a separate quasi-nation within the United States. More than that, there are Chicano political activists who intend to marry cultural separateness with territorial and political self-determination. The more moderate among them aspire to the cultural and political autonomy of "home rule". The radicals seek nothing less than secession from the United States whether to form their own sovereign state or to reunify with Mexico. Those who desire reunification with Mexico are irredentists who seek to reclaim Mexico's "lost" territories in the American Southwest.

Whatever their goals, what animates all of them is the dream of Aztlan. According to legend, Aztlan was the ancestral homeland of the Aztecs which they left in journeying southward to found Tenochtitlan, the center of their new civilization, which is today's Mexico City. Today, the "Nation of Aztlan" refers to the American southwestern states of California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, portions of Nevada, Utah, Colorado, which Chicano nationalists claim were stolen by the United States and must be reconquered (Reconquista) and reclaimed for Mexico. The myth of Aztlan was revived by Chicano political activists in the 1960s as a central symbol of Chicano nationalist ideology. In 1969, at the Chicano National Liberation Youth Conference in Denver, Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales put forth a political document entitled El Plan de Aztlan (Spiritual Plan of Aztlan). The Plan is a clarion call to Mexican-Americans to form a separate Chicano nation: In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historial heritage, but also of the brutal "gringo" invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the nothern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers ...declare that the call of our blood is...our inevitable destiny.... Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops, and not to the foreign Europeans. We do not recognize capricious frontiers on the bronze continent.... Brotherhood unites us, and love for our brothers makes us a people whose time has come .... With our heart in our hands and our hands in the soil, we declare the independence of our mestizo nation. We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan.

How Chicanos are Unlike Previous Immigrants Brent A. Nelson, writing in 1994, observed that in the 1980s America's Southwest had begun to be transformed into "a de facto nation" with its own culture, history, myth, geography, religion, education, and language. Whatever evidence there is indicates that Chicanos, as a group, are unlike previous waves of immigrants into the United States. In the first place, many Chicanos do not consider themselves immigrants at all because their people "have been here for 450 years" before the English, French, or Dutch. Before California and the Southwest were seized by the United States, they were the lands of Spain and Mexico. As late as 1780 the Spanish crown laid claim to territories from Florida to California, and on the far side of the Mississippi up to the Great Lakes and the Rockies. Mexico held title to much of Spanish possessions in the United States until the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ended the Mexican-American war in 1848. As a consequence, Mexicans "never accepted the borders drawn up by the 1848 treaty."

That history has created among Chicanos a feeling of resentment for being "a conquered people," made part of the United States against their will and by the force of arms. Their resentment is amply expressed by Voz Fronteriza, a Chicano student publication,

which referred to Border Patrol officers killed in the line of duty as "pigs (migra)" trying to defend "the false frontier."

Chicanos are also distinct from other immigrant groups because of the geographic proximity of their native country. Their physical proximity to Mexico gives Chicanos "the option of life in both Americas, in two places and in two cultures, something earlier immigrants never had." Geographic proximity and ease of transportation are augmented by the media. Radio and television keep the spoken language alive and current so that Spanish, unlike the native languages of previous immigrants into the United States, "shows no sign of fading."

A result of all that is the failure by Chicanos to be fully assimilated into the larger American society and culture. As Earl Shorris, author of Latinos: A Biography of the People, observed: "Latinos have been more resistant to the melting pot than any other group. Their entry en masse into the United States will test the limits of the American experiment...." The continuous influx of Mexican immigrants into the United States serve to continuously renew Chicano culture so that their sense of separateness will probably continue "far into the future...." There are other reasons for the failure of Chicano assimilation. Historically, a powerful force for assimilation was upward social mobility: Immigrants into the United States became assimilated as they rose in educational achievement and income. But today's post-industrial American economy, with its narrower paths to upward mobility, is making it more difficult for certain groups to improve their socioeconomic circumstances. Unionized factory jobs, which once provided a step up for the second generation of past waves of immigrants, have been disappearing for decades. Instead of the diamond-shaped economy of industrial America, the modern American economy is shaped like an hourglass. There is a good number of jobs for unskilled people at the bottom, a fair number of jobs for the highly educated at the top, but comparatively few jobs for those in the middle without a college education or special skills. To illustrate, a RAND Corporation study forecasts that 85 percent of California's new jobs will require post-secondary education. For a variety of reasons, the nationwide high-school dropout rate for Hispanics (the majority of whom are Chicano) is 30 percent — three times the rate for whites and twice the rate for blacks. Paradoxically, the dropout rate for Hispanics born in the United States is even higher than for young immigrants. Among Chicanos, high-school dropout rates actually rise between the second and third generations. Their low educational achievement accounts for why Chicanos as a group are poor despite being hardworking. In 1996, for the first time, Hispanic poverty rate began to exceed that of American blacks. In 1995, household income rose for every ethnic group except Hispanics, for whom it dropped 5 percent. Latinos now make up a quarter of the nation's poor people, and are more than three times as likely to be impoverished than whites. This decline in income has taken place despite high rates of labor-force participation by Latino men, and despite an emerging Latino middle class. In California, where Latinos now approach one-third of the population, their education levels are far lower than those of other immigrants, and they earn about half of what native-born Californians earn. This means that, for the first time in the history of American immigration, hard work is not leading to economic advancement because immigrants in service jobs face unrelenting labor-market pressure from more recently arrived immigrants who are eager to work for less. The narrowing of the pathways of upward mobility has implications for the children of recent Mexican immigrants. Their ascent into the middle-class mainstream will likely be blocked and they will join children of earlier black and Puerto Rican migrants as part of an expanded multiethnic underclass. Whereas first generation immigrants compare their circumstances to the Mexico that they left — and thereby feel immeasurably better off — their children and grandchildren will compare themelves to other U.S. groups. Given their lower educational achievement and income, that comparison will only lead to feelings of relative deprivation and resentment. They are unlikely to be content as maids, gardeners, or fruit pickers. Many young Latinos in the second and third generations see themselves as locked in irremediable conflict with white society, and are quick to deride successful Chicano students as "wannabes." For them, to study hard is to "act white" and exhibit group disloyalty. That attitude is part of the Chicano culture of resistance — a culture that actively resists assimilation into mainstream America. That culture is created, reinforced, and maintained by radical Chicano intellectuals, politicians, and the many Chicano Studies programs in U.S. colleges and universities. As examples, according to its editor, Elizabeth Martinez, the purpose of Five Hundred Years of Chicano History, a book used in over 300 schools throughout the West, is to "celebrate our resistance to being colonized and absorbed by racist empire builders." The book calls the INS and the Border Patrol "the Gestapo for Mexicans."

For Rodolfo Acuna, author of Occupied America: The Chicano's Struggle Toward Liberation, probably the most widely assigned text in U.S. Chicano Studies programs, the Anglo-American invasion of Mexico was "as vicious as that of Hitler's invasion of Poland and other Central European nations...." The book also includes a map showing "the Mexican republic" in 1822 reaching up into Kansas and Oklahoma, and including within it Utah, Nevada, and everything west and south of there

Proof the fascist far-left opened the border to an illegal invasion to cheat on elections

Two contrasting news stories show that the anti-liberty left only cares about power and not about asylum seekers from socialism.

A report that the U.S. Coast Guard Returned 177 Cuban Migrants to the Communist Island contrasted with one that DHS Is Helping Illegal Migrants Avoid Deportation is direct proof that this was never about asylum seekers. It was always about setting up a permanent underclass to keep the fascist far-left in power until the country implodes, Cloward-Piven style.

Three recent news stories show that the fascist far left never really cared about the plight of asylees or anyone else for that matter. They only care about their power.

But what is the gaslight de jour from the leftist liars (sorry for the redundancy) on the border?

Do they still laughably claim it’s ‘closed’ or is that just another way of oppressing us?

Tell us a lie and force us to believe it?

Nevertheless, it should be obvious to everyone that’s informed -- excluding viewers of the national socialist media of course -- that Biden’s opened the border to an illegal invasion… along with deadly amounts of Fentanyl in the CCP’s version of a new Opium war.

Ostensibly, this is to let in people who have been oppressed under far-left regimes. These are supposed to be asylum seekers, not economic refugees. Thus, you would think that asylum seekers from Communist oppression would be at the top of the list.  But you would be wrong:

Around 177 Cuban migrants who were apprehended off the Florida coast earlier this month were returned to the island by the U.S. Coast Guard on Thursday, CBS Miami reports.

The Cuban migrants were intercepted earlier in the month by the Coast Guard and repatriated by two Coast Guard cutters. Meanwhile, a group of around two dozen Haitians, who arrived by sailboat from Port-de-Paix, were taken into custody by U.S. Customs and Border Protection upon reaching Virginia Key, a small island near Miami.

So much for taking in asylum seekers, the excuse is that people shouldn’t risk traveling when they don’t have to. Then why have they thrown open the southern border to anyone and anything when the Darien gap is just as treacherous?

No, the fascist far-left doesn’t want asylum seekers who will oppose them when they get to the states, proof that their rationale for trying to destroy the country overloading it with people is just another big lie.

This is contrasted with the report that DHS Is Helping Illegal invaders Avoid Deportation and that New York City Mayor Eric Adams is calling for a "national solution" and immigration reform. For those unschooled in the ways of the fascist far-left, ‘reform’ has a special meaning for them. Usually, it means taking a problem they caused and exploiting it to expand their power base.

In this case, when they say ‘reform’ due to the illegal invasion crisis, it means rewarding the invaders to make the crisis even worse, while still turning away true asylum seekers.

Study: More than 7-in-10 California Immigrant

Welfare

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2018/12/04/study-more-than-7-in-10-california-immigrant-households-are-on-welfare/

Meanwhile, only about 35 percent of households headed by native-born Americans use welfare in California.

All four states with the largest foreign-born populations, including California, have extremely high use of welfare by immigrant households. In Texas, for example, nearly 70 percent of households headed by immigrants use taxpayer-funded welfare. Meanwhile, only about 35 percent of native-born households in Texas are on welfare.

In New York and Florida, a majority of households headed by immigrants and noncitizens are on welfare. Overall, about 63 percent of immigrant households use welfare while only 35 percent of native-born households use welfare.

President Trump’s administration is looking to soon implement a policy that protects American taxpayers’ dollars from funding the mass importation of welfare-dependent foreign nationals by enforcing a “public charge” rule whereby legal immigrants would be less likely to secure a permanent residency in the U.S. if they have used any forms of welfare in the past, including using Obamacare, food stamps, and public housing.

The immigration controls would be a boon for American taxpayers in the form of an annual $57.4 billion tax cut — the amount taxpayers spend every year on paying for the welfare, crime, and schooling costs of the country’s mass importation of 1.5 million new, mostly low-skilled legal immigrants.

As Breitbart News reported, the majority of the more than 1.5 million foreign nationals entering the country every year use about 57 percent more food stamps than the average native-born American household. Overall, immigrant households consume 33 percent more cash welfare than American citizen households and 44 percent more in Medicaid dollars. This straining of public services by a booming 44 million foreign-born population translates to the average immigrant household costing American taxpayers $6,234 in federal welfare.

LAWLESS LAWYER Joe Biden and other Democrats have

spent the last four years repeating the mantra “no one is above

the law.” Yet Biden has advocated policies that would, as the San

Francisco Chronicle recently noted, effectively make the United

States a sanctuary country.

Is that not what the Democrat Party has created right here

in America, transforming a once prosperous, strong, united,

and safe nation into a debt-laden, militarily weak, socially

divided, and increasingly dangerous society?  Here are some of

the Bizarro policies and beliefs inflicted on us by the neo-

socialist, globalist, anti-American Democrat Party over the past

few decades                                              —  PAUL E. SCATS

Victims wanted -- no experience necessary, apply within

When it’s not creating social injustices to overcome, the Left is busy creating victims to maintain its voter base.

In contemporary America, the Democratic Party voter base is composed primarily of individuals who perceive themselves to be disadvantaged, disenfranchised, marginalized, or in some fashion, left out.  They feel, in some sense, victimized.  With the actual numbers of those truly victimized declining markedly in recent decades, the party needs to perpetuate perceived victimhood to maintain its political appeal.  The party excels in generating victims over a broad spectrum of societal factions through identity politics and its D-E-I agenda.

  • People of color.  Victims of white privilege.  Any failings they may experience are due solely to an oppressive social structure based in white supremacy.  They are entitled to equity-based advancement and, as now proposed in California, reparations, in return for loyalty at the ballot box.
  • Women.  Victims of misogyny and patriarchy, even though they now surpass males in educational achievement and the number of women in the workforce now equals or slightly exceeds the number of men.  The overturning of Roe v. Wade has exacerbated their victimhood.  Access to safe abortion is a human right!  Women lacking access to abortion are victims.  Aborted fetuses are not -- they can’t vote.  “My body, my choice!“ is the mantra.  One wonders what “my body, my choice” has to do with a fetus’s body? Does “my body, my choice” sanction suicide?
  • The LGBTQ community.  They are victims of heterosexual bigotry (although being homosexual didn’t seem to hold back Alexander the Great, Leonardo da Vinci, Tim Cook, Oscar Wilde, Elton John, etc.).  Under wokeism’s exalting of gender dysphoria, 33% of students at liberal arts colleges now identify as LGBTQ.  21% of Gen Z are self-declared LGBTQ.  The incidence of those who identify as something other than hetero has risen from 3.5% in 2012 to 7.1% in the general public.  Not all this sharp escalation can be reasonably attributed to an increased comfort with “coming out,” but is more certainly a consequence of woke activism.
  • Our youth.  Herein lies the greatest source of potential victims.  First, strip them of societal connectivity.  Debase America, patriotism, religion, family structure, gender identity, even commitment to a first name.  Turn them all into “Rolling Stones” -- “on their own, with no direction home, like a complete unknown.”  Make them insecure and vulnerable.  Then coddle and indulge them.  Teach them that the slightest affronts are catastrophes.  Teach them to flee from microaggressions to safe spaces.  Suspend classes and postpone finals following Trump’s election.  Create a generation of victimized snowflakes who can turn only to a nurturing political elite for protection.  It’s working.  Joe Biden garnered 65% of Gen Z votes.
  • Illegal immigrants.  They are all asylum-seeking victims of political prosecution and/or human rights violations in their native lands.  No.  They are all potential Democratic voters, at least this generation.
  • Criminals.  Victims of the social system.  Incarceration only leads to recidivism -- and inmates can’t vote.  Prosecutorial leniency is the better option.
  • Whites.  Mainstream whites are not victims.  However, woke preaching teaches them that their success is unearned and inequitable, a product of white privilege and unconscious bias.  This results in a cadre of guilt-ridden, virtue-signaling whites -- today’s liberals -- who repent by supporting the woke progressive agenda.  Marginalized white residents of rural areas such as Appalachia also do not qualify for victimhood. Possessed of white privilege, it is only through their own failings that they are underachievers.  They have to be written off as irredeemable MAGA voters.

In 21st-century America, victimhood is largely a state of mind.  If Prince Harry and Meghan can be victims, anyone can! All the party need do to lock in its base is keep the glass half empty for those inclined to be dissatisfied or dissident on the one hand, while offering them "hope and change" with the other.  That leaves it free to pursue any inane policy it chooses.  Zero CO2 emissions by 2050, anyone?

FIFTEEN THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT LA RAZA “THE RACE”

by Michelle Malkin

Only in America could critics of a group called "The Race" be labeled racists. Such is the triumph of left-wing identity chauvinists, whose aggressive activists and supine abettors have succeeded in redefining all opposition as "hate."

Both Barack Obama and John McCain will speak this week in San Diego at the annual conference of the National Council of La Raza, the Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race." Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.

Here are 15 things you should know about "The Race":

15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses for illegal aliens.

14."The Race" demands in-state tuition discounts for illegal alien students that are not available to law-abiding U.S. citizens and law-abiding legal immigrants.

13. "The Race" vehemently opposes cooperative immigration enforcement efforts between local, state and federal authorities.

12. "The Race" opposes a secure fence on the southern border.

11. "The Race" joined the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee in a failed lawsuit attempt to prevent the feds from entering immigration information into a key national crime database -- and to prevent local police officers from accessing the data.

10. "The Race" opposed the state of Oklahoma's tough immigration-enforcement-first laws, which cut off welfare to illegal aliens, put teeth in employer sanctions and strengthened local-federal cooperation and information sharing.

9. "The Race" joined other open-borders, anti-assimilationists and sued to prevent Proposition 227, California's bilingual education reform ballot initiative, from becoming law.

8. "The Race" bitterly protested common-sense voter ID provisions as an "absolute disgrace."

7. "The Race" has consistently opposed post-9/11 national security measures at every turn.

6. Former "Race" president Raul Yzaguirre, Hillary Clinton's Hispanic outreach adviser, said this: "U.S. English is to Hispanics as the Ku Klux Klan is to blacks." He was referring to U.S. English, the nation's oldest, largest citizens' action group dedicated to preserving the unifying role of the English language in the United States. "The Race" also pioneered Orwellian open-borders Newspeak and advised the Mexican government on how to lobby for illegal alien amnesty while avoiding the terms "illegal" and "amnesty."

5. "The Race" gives mainstream cover to a poisonous subset of ideological satellites, led by Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan, or Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan (MEChA). The late GOP Rep. Charlie Norwood rightly characterized the organization as "a radical racist group … one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a racist nation out of the American West."

4. "The Race" is currently leading a smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race" president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment rights."

3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8 million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of collecting rain in our aqueducts. We don't need a White water fountain … ultimately the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of life will eventually lead to our own destruction."

2. "The Race" has perfected the art of the PC shakedown at taxpayer expense, pushing relentlessly to lower home loan standards for Hispanic borrowers, reaping millions in federal "mortgage counseling" grants, seeking special multimillion-dollar earmarks and partnering with banks that do business with illegal aliens.

1. "The Race" thrives on ethnic supremacy -- and the elite sheeple's unwillingness to call it what it is. As historian Victor Davis Hanson observes: "[The] organization's very nomenclature 'The National Council of La Raza' is hate speech to the core. Despite all the contortions of the group, Raza (as its Latin cognate suggests) reflects the meaning of 'race' in Spanish, not 'the people' -- and that's precisely why we don't hear of something like 'The National Council of the People,' which would not confer the buzz notion of ethnic, racial and tribal chauvinism."

Michelle Malkin: Open Borders =

Election Sabotage

By Michelle Malkin

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to wreck America's election integrity."

Yes, my friends, it's time to change the (in)famous phrase at the base of the Statue of Liberty. Open borders are not just a recipe for replacing native-born workers with cheap foreign labor and trading assimilation for multicultural militancy. They're about undermining the historic nation through devalued citizenship and sabotage of the precious right to vote.

Over the weekend, New York City's Democrat mayor Eric Adams threw his support to a City Council-approved measure to allow an estimated 800,000 local noncitizens to participate in local elections. The newly minted voters would include green-card holders, temporary visa holders, including H-1B workers mostly from China and India, F-1/Optional Practical Training foreign university students with employment authorization, and potentially unknown masses of illegal alien so-called Dreamers.

These new voters will be granted enormous influence over vital local matters pertaining to everything from education to taxes to crime and only need to show they've been in the city for a measly 30 days. It doesn't matter that these noncitizens will largely have no attachment at all to America as their permanent home but instead see it as a temporary rest stop, a cash cow, or, at worst, hostile territory.

Adams proclaimed in a statement that while he had "some concerns" about the bill, he now believes "allowing the legislation to be enacted is by far the best choice, and look forward to bringing millions more into the democratic process."

"Democratic process," of course, is a euphemism for "Democrat Party."

The demographic overwhelming of our elections through both illegal alien amnesty and unfettered legal immigration is straight out of the left-wing playbook. What's happening in the Big Apple is not new, nor is it a "conspiracy theory." As I've long reported since my early days in newspaper journalism in Southern California, there's been a steady erosion of voter integrity at the hands of open-borders politicians and operatives for decades.

Since 1991, six municipalities in Montgomery County, Md. have allowed noncitizens (with no distinction between legal and illegal aliens) to cast ballots in local elections: Garrett Park, Takoma Park, Somerset, Chevy Chase, Martin's Additions, and Barnesville. An additional five Maryland municipalities, two Vermont towns, two U.S. territories, and San Francisco (school board elections only, for now) have also opened their voting booths to noncitizens.

And don't forget: In 1993, the federal "Motor Voter" law "expanded the franchise" for political expediency — exacerbating the perilous trend of lowering the safeguards for voting that continues to undermine the value of U.S. citizenship today. The nationwide granting of driver's licenses to illegal aliens paved the way for untold election theft.

Former Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner Alan C. Nelson's warning nearly 30 years ago when Takoma Park passed its noncitizen voting referendum remains more trenchant than ever:

"In many countries of the world, an alien is always an alien. In our country, we are proud that our laws and social policies encourage aliens of all races and cultures to become citizens. In recent years, however, an increasing number of aliens have not pursued citizenship....This trend is disturbing, because it could seriously affect the assimilation process immigrants have pursued in this nation for 200 years....This important value of becoming a citizen is lost if an alien can vote without becoming a citizen. Any legal resident alien can become a U.S. citizen in five years. That is not an unreasonable time to wait to be able to participate in our democracy....The five-year wait emphasizes the value of citizenship as a requirement to vote and to becoming a full member of the community....If local voting by noncitizens is allowed, state and federal voting could be next. Either there is a policy basis for noncitizens to vote, or there is not. If we open the door, it cannot be closed halfway."

It should be as glaring as Lady Liberty's torchlight that election reform begins with a complete, total, and immediate immigration moratorium.

Mexico prefers to export its poor, not uplift them

By George W. Grayson

WILLIAMSBURG, VA. — At the parleys this week with his US and Canadian counterparts in Cancún, Mexican President Vicente Fox will press for more opportunities for his countrymen north of the Rio Grande. Specifically, he will argue for additional visas for Mexicans to enter the United States and Canada, the expansion of guest-worker schemes, and the "regularization" of illegal immigrants who reside throughout the continent. In a recent interview with CNN, the Mexican chief executive excoriated as "undemocratic" the extension of a wall on the US-Mexico border and called for the "orderly, safe, and legal" northbound flow of Mexicans, many of whom come from his home state of Guanajuato.

Mexican legislators share Mr. Fox's goals. Silvia Hernández Enriquez, head of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations for North America, recently emphasized that the solution to the "structural phenomenon" of unlawful migration lies not with "walls or militarization" but with "understanding, cooperation, and joint responsibility."

Such rhetoric would be more convincing if Mexican officials were making a good faith effort to uplift the 50 percent of their 106 million people who live in poverty. To his credit, Fox's "Opportunities" initiative has improved slightly the plight of the poorest of the poor. Still, neither he nor Mexico's lawmakers have advanced measures that would spur sustained growth, improve the quality of the workforce, curb unemployment, and obviate the flight of Mexicans abroad.

Indeed, Mexico's leaders have turned hypocrisy from an art form into an exact science as they shirk their obligations to fellow citizens, while decrying efforts by the US senators and representatives to crack down on illegal immigration at the border and the workplace.

What are some examples of this failure of responsibility?

• When oil revenues are excluded, Mexico raises the equivalent of only 9 percent of its gross domestic product in taxes - a figure roughly equivalent to that of Haiti and far below the level of major Latin American nations. Not only is Mexico's collection rate ridiculously low, its fiscal regime is riddled with loopholes and exemptions, giving rise to widespread evasion. Congress has rebuffed efforts to reform the system.

• Insufficient revenues mean that Mexico spends relatively little on two key elements of social mobility: Education commands just 5.3 percent of its GDP and healthcare only 6.10 percent, according to the World Bank's last comparative study.

• A venal, "come-back-tomorrow" bureaucracy explains the 58 days it takes to open a business in Mexico compared with three days in Canada, five days in the US, nine days in Jamaica, and 27 days in Chile. Mexico's private sector estimates that 34 percent of the firms in the country made "extra official" payments to functionaries and legislators in 2004. These bribes totaled $11.2 billion and equaled 12 percent of GDP.

• Transparency International, a nongovernmental organization, placed Mexico in a tie with Ghana, Panama, Peru, and Turkey for 65th among 158 countries surveyed for corruption.

• Economic competition is constrained by the presence of inefficient, overstaffed state oil and electricity monopolies, as well as a small number of private corporations - closely linked to government big shots - that control telecommunications, television, food processing, transportation, construction, and cement. Politicians who talk about, much less propose, trust-busting measures are as rare as a snowfall in the Sonoran Desert.

Geography, self-interests, and humanitarian concerns require North America's neighbors to cooperate on myriad issues, not the least of which is immigration. However, Mexico's power brokers have failed to make the difficult decisions necessary to use their nation's bountiful wealth to benefit the masses. Washington and Ottawa have every right to insist that Mexico's pampered elite act responsibly, rather than expecting US and Canadian taxpayers to shoulder burdens Mexico should assume.

Mexico’s President Andrés Lopez Obrador says 40 million Mexicans are living in the United States.

“Just imagine: There are 40 million Mexicans in the United States — 40 million [including people] who were born here in Mexico, [or] who are the children of people who were born in Mexico,” President Andrés Lopez Obrador gushed at a January 10 press conference with President Joe Biden and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Obrador’s proud Mexican-first advocacy for ethnic Mexicans — including ethnic Mexicans in the United States — is very different from the globalist, investor-first policies pushed by Trudeau and Biden.

At the Tuesday summit, Biden pushed the globalist, pro-migration “Nation of Immigrants” narrative as he described all Americans — including the descendants of Americans — as mere immigrants.

“Look, all of you know all of us in the United States are immigrants,” Biden said. “Mine go all the way back to the Irish famine,” Biden told the press conference.

Biden’s use of “immigrant” demotes the status of American citizens to that of illegal migrants, because the same “immigrant” term is normally used by establishment outlets to promote illegal migrants.

Biden also called for the use of global labor to fill jobs in the U.S. economy, regardless of many sidelined Americans, and regardless of the economic impact on ordinary Americans’ wages and rents:

We cannot wall ourself off from shared problems. We are stronger and better when we work together … At the top of our shared agenda today is keeping North America the most competitive, prosperous, and resilient economic region of the world …  [and creating] pathways for immigrants from Nicaragua, Cuba, and Haiti that were seeking a better life here in the United States of America.

Biden recently announced a plan to allow 360,000 people from four countries to move to the United States each year. That huge population transfer from Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela is in addition to the global inflow of illegal migrants, and Congress’s normal inflow of roughly one million legal immigrants.

In contrast, the Mexican president repeatedly boasted about how his government policies are making life better for Mexicans, and are reducing the incentives for Mexicans to migrate to the United States:

The [goverenment] budget is used for development and supporting the poorest sectors of our population, today we not only have jobs, employment, we have seen reductions in violence. We have less migration as well. And we’ve also tempered frustration. And what we can see is this flame — this flame which is alive. I’m talking about the flame of hope.

Obrador’s pro-Mexican policies include his demand that Congress give the huge prize of amnesty to Mexico’s illegal migrants in the United States:

I fully trust President Biden … I’ve asked President Biden to insist before the U.S. Congress to regularize the migration situations of millions of Mexicans who have been in the States working, living in the United States, and contributing to the development of that great nation, which is the United States of America.

As an ethnic Mexican nationalist, Obrador opposes Mexican emigration — but he also supports more ethnic Latino migration into the United States:

We do celebrate the fact that the U.S. administration has … made the decision, rather, to have an orderly migration flow in the case, for instance, of our Venezuelan brothers and sisters … Just as I was telling you that in the case of migration, first there were brothers and sisters from Central America and also from Mexico, but now, in recent times, a lot of migrants from Venezuela, from Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador.

Obrador also applauded Trudeau’s decision to import 25,000 Mexican temporary workers for Canadian jobs, such as helping to house and feed Trudeau’s huge wave of global migrants who have been invited into Canada. “This program is already benefiting 25,000 men and women — 25,000 Mexicans,” said Obrador.

“Prime Minister Trudeau is a great ally of Mexico,” he added.

Obrador downplayed the benefits gained by Mexico when U.S. investors moved many manufacturing jobs to Mexico, as he claimed that his pro-Mexican policies are reducing Mexican emigration:

There are less migrants abandoning Mexico now because there’s public investment; because out of 35 million families, 30 million families of Mexican families are now receiving at least a program — a wellbeing program …All the senior citizens, 65 or over, receive a pension … Eleven million students of low-income families, of poor families are getting grants [and] cholarships …. We are planting over 1 million hectares of fruit and timber trees. And we are giving jobs to over 400,000 peasants that are growing, planting those trees … So, then, all these programs help so that people may be staying in their own communities, in their towns.

The U.S. government has long operated a globalist economic policy of “Extraction Migration.” The policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries, disguised under the Cold War-era “Nation of Immigrants” narrative and deliberately ineffective border security.

The extracted workers, renters, and consumers are used to grow Wall Street and to expand the low-wage service sector in the economy.

This colonization-like policy has killed many thousands of unrecognized migrants, including many on the taxpayer-funded trail through the Darien Gap in Panama.

The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors, and reduced native-born Americans’ clout in local and national elections, and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.

Mexican President AMLO Praises Biden for Halting Border Wall: ‘Thank You’

Mexico’s President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) thanked President Joe Biden for halting the construction of border wall along the United States-Mexico border at a North American summit on Tuesday.

Alongside Biden and Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, AMLO praised Biden’s immediate halt to border wall construction along the southern border. The day after taking office, Biden signed an executive order that stopped all wall construction that had been underway by former President Trump.

“You, President Biden, you are the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built, not even one meter, of wall,” AMLO said during remarks at the summit. “In that, we thank you for that sir. Although some might not like it, although the conservatives don’t like it.”

Indeed, as Breitbart News has chronicled, the Biden administration has chosen to leave wide holes in the border wall, rendering the barrier useless in many circumstances for Border Patrol agents trying to reduce illegal immigration from Mexico.

Instead, the Biden administration has spent previously-allocated border wall funds on “environmental remediation” projects, even as some 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens are projected to be apprehended this year.

While rejecting the benefits of a border wall to stop illegal immigration into the U.S., Biden is spending nearly half a million dollars in taxpayer money to build a security fence around his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

President Joe Biden promoted his plan Tuesday to make it easier for migrants to come to the United States after meeting with the leaders of Mexico and Canada.

“This has been the greatest migration in human history around the world as well as in this hemisphere,” Biden said, speaking about the ongoing migration crisis after meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador during a summit in Mexico City.
But the president did not appear troubled by the volume of border crossings and migrants flooding into local communities in the United States, placing a burden on U.S. citizens and legal residents.

He spoke about his administration’s plan for new ways to allow migrants claiming asylum to sign up, get background checks, get a sponsor, and get them examined, allowing them to go directly to a port of entry to make their case.

“We’re trying to make it easier for people to get here, opening up the capacity to get here,” Biden said.

He said that the majority of migrants were fleeing the countries of Venezuela, Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua and that his administration would reach out to them directly to get them to sign up for admission to the United States.

He suggested his new plan would cut down the number of immigrants crossing at the Southern border using cartels and coyotes and getting victimized to make the “god-awful” trip to the United States.

“Look, right now the cartels make a lot of money, which they use for drug trafficking as well,” he said.

He complained that Republicans and even some Democrats were reluctant to work with him on immigration reform, despite a long tradition of immigration to the United States.

“All of you know, all of us in the United States are immigrants,” he said, speaking of his own Irish ancestors who came to the U.S. during the potato famine in Ireland.

Mexico’s President Says Biden Responsible for Migrant Surge at Border

Expectations created by President Joe Biden about better treatment for migrants led to the current border surge, said Mexico’s President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO).

During his daily news conference, AMLO spoke about the ongoing border crisis and said the increase in migrants entering Mexico and heading to the U.S. is partly due to the expectations created by President Biden.

AMLO: “Expectations were created that with the Government of President Biden there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so” pic.twitter.com/TNrZQamuWK

“Expectations were created that with the Government of President Biden there would be a better treatment of migrants. And this has caused Central American migrants, and also from our country, wanting to cross the border thinking that it is easier to do so,” AMLO said.

The statements come one day after Mexico’s military confirmed the deployment of 8,700 soldiers to curb the growing number of migrants traveling through the country.

Mexico’s president says he will share with President Joe Biden his willingness to find a way to legalize the flow of migrants from Central America and Mexico as a way to meet American labor needs.

“I have a teleconference with Biden on Monday and we are going to talk about that topic,” President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) said this weekend during one of his news conferences. “Let’s fix the migratory flow, legalizing it, to give guarantees to the workers so they don’t risk their lives, and that their human rights are protected.”

During the conference, AMLO said the U.S. would need about 600,000 to 800,000 laborers per year for economic growth. The Mexican politician brought up the Bracero program when the U.S. provided migrant farmworkers with permits during World War II.

The topic of the migrant workflow had not been previously discussed publicly by the Foreign Relations Ministry or the Interior Secretariat ahead of the virtual meeting between Lopez Obrador and Biden.

The issue comes as Mexican authorities see a dramatic rise in human smuggling activities as thousands of Central American migrants continue to make their way north. Mexican officials predicted a dramatic rise in migratory flows at the start of 2021 due to work shortages from the pandemic and recent natural disasters that shook Central America. Officials in Mexico did not publicly discuss the political effect that a Biden Administration would have on the matter.

Mexican authorities have found several large groups of migrants at hotels or being moved in tractor-trailers in recent weeks. Officials are also seeing a spike in ransom kidnappings where cartel-connected human smugglers hold migrants to further extort their families.

THE NEXT MEXICAN INVASION IS AT HAND:

"Mexican president candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador called for mass immigration to the United States, declaring it a "human right". We will defend all the (Mexican) invaders in the American," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life, job, welfare, and free medical in the United States."

"Fox’s Tucker Carlson noted Thursday that Obrador has previously proposed granting AMNESTY TO MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS. “America is now Mexico’s social safety net, and that’s a very good deal for the Mexican ruling class,” Carlson added."

"Many Americans forget is that our country is located against a socialist failed state that is promising to descend even further into chaos – not California, the other one. And the Mexicans, having reached the bottom of the hole they have dug for themselves, just chose to keep digging by electing a new leftist presidente who wants to surrender to the cartels and who thinks that Mexicans have some sort of “human right” to sneak into the U.S. and demographically reconquer it." Mexico: Where Is Your Shame?

At a demonstration Wednesday in Mexico City against Arizona's law.

ASSOCIATED PRESS

Immigration: Mexico's government gloated triumphantly after a federal judge's injunction blocked Arizona's immigration law. But it's no victory for Mexico. In fact, Mexico's leaders ought to be mortified.

As radical immigration activists crowed with glee and the Obama administration claimed victory, Mexico's government joined the applause.

Calling Judge Susan Bolton's injunction Wednesday "a step in the right direction," Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa declared: "The government of Mexico would like to express its recognition for the determination demonstrated by the federal government of the United States and the actions of the civil organizations that organized lawsuits against the SB 1070 law."

In reality, it ought to be ashamed. Supposedly framed as an issue of federal power pre-empting state power, it's hardly Mexico's business. But Mexico made a big show of saying its interest was in protecting its nationals from the dreadful racism of Arizona that its own citizens, curiously enough, keep fleeing to.

Espinosa said her government was busy collecting data on civil rights violations and her department had issued an all-out travel warning to Mexican nationals about Arizona.

That's where Mexico's hypocrisy is just too much.

First, Mexico encourages illegal immigration to the U.S. Oh, it says it doesn't, but it prints comic book guides for would-be illegal immigrants and provides ID cards for illegals once they get here. In Arizona alone, Mexico keeps five consulates busy.

That's not out of love for its own citizens, but because Mexicans send cash back to Mexico that helps finance the government.

Instead of selling its wasteful state-owned oil company or getting rid of red tape to create jobs in Mexico, Mexico spends the hard currency from remittances. It fails to look at why its citizens leave.

According to the Heritage Foundation-Wall Street Journal 2010 Index of Economic Freedom, Mexico's big problem is — no shock — government corruption, where it ranks below the world average.

That's where Mexico's cartels come in.

Mexico's encouragement of illegal immigration undercuts its valiant war against its smuggling cartels. The cartels' prowess and firepower have made them the only ones who can smuggle effectively across the border. U.S. law enforcers say they now control human-smuggling on our southern border.

Feed them immigrants and they grow more cash-rich — and right now, immigrant smuggling is about a third of the cartels' income.

Mass graves and car bombings are signs of criminal organizations getting bigger, and more powerful. Juarez, which has lost 5,000 people this year, bleeds because cartels fight over not just who gets the drug routes, but who gets the illegal-immigrant smuggling routes, too.

Aside from the cartel mayhem in Mexico, the bodies are piling up in the Arizona desert and U.S. Border Patrol rescues of abandoned illegals left to die have risen.

It's not the desert's fault, and it's certainly not Uncle Sam's fault, as activists claim. No, it's the fact that Mexicans are encouraged to emigrate. Criminal cartels don't fear abandoning their human cargo in the desert, as long as Mexico does nothing and blames Uncle Sam.

Hearing Mexico's government now cheer the Arizona ruling, which will only encourage more illegal immigration, gives the country's regime a pretty inhuman face.

If Mexico had any decency, it would do all it could to discourage illegal immigration and keep a respectful silence about Arizona.

It needs U.S. support for its war on cartels. Instead of insulting American citizens, Mexico should confront directly the reasons why its people are so desperate to leave, and do all in its power to destroy the cartels that are slowly killing the nation. That includes defunding the murderous gangs by halting illegal immigration.

Democrats Vow ‘Transformative’ Plan to Add 1M Foreign-Born Residents to U.S. Voter Rolls in 4 Years

Democrats are vowing to implement a “transformative” plan that seeks to add about a million foreign-born residents on green cards to United States voter rolls by securing them naturalized American citizenship.

Former Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) has launched the group “Our Nation’s Future” with support from Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) with the goal of helping one million green card-holders gain naturalized American citizenship within the next four years.

Such a goal would ensure that about a million foreign-born residents are likely added to U.S. voter rolls in key swing states, both Gutierrez and Durbin seemingly acknowledged. Gutierrez, specifically, called the plan “transformative” for upcoming elections.

“In America, the overwhelming growth population is Hispanic, and even a conservative Republican can count,” Durbin said during a news conference. “And if they can count they know in future elections, their fate may be decided by those same Hispanic Americans.”

Already, President Joe Biden has instituted a plan that has surged naturalization rates ahead of the 2022 and 2024 elections.

From October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 about 855,000 green card-holders became naturalized American citizens — the highest annual number of legal immigrants getting naturalized in more than a decade. Put another way, more than 2,300 green card-holders were naturalized every day in Fiscal Year 2021.

Compare that to Fiscal Year 2020, when about 625,400 green card-holders were naturalized. In Fiscal Year 2019, about 844,000 green card-holders were naturalized and the year before that, in Fiscal Year 2018, nearly 762,000 were naturalized.

The last time naturalization rates were this high was in Fiscal Year 2008, when more than a million green card-holders became naturalized American citizens.

Research and the establishment media have consistently admitted that the larger a region’s foreign-born population, the more likely that region is to vote for Democrats over Republicans.

In 2019, for example, The Atlantic‘s Ronald Brownstein found that nearly 90 percent of House congressional districts with a foreign-born population above the national average are won by Democrats. This means every congressional district with a foreign-born population exceeding 15 percent has a 90 percent chance of electing Democrats and only a ten percent chance of electing a Republican.

The Washington Post, the New York Times, the AtlanticAxios, the Los Angeles Times, and the Wall Street Journal have all admitted that rapid demographic changes spurred by mass immigration are tilting the nation toward a permanent Democrat political majority.

“The single biggest threat to Republicans’ long-term viability is demographics,” Axios acknowledged in 2019. “The numbers simply do not lie … there’s not a single demographic megatrend that favors Republicans.”

Already, the U.S. has the most generous immigration system in the world — expected to bring in 15 million new foreign-born voters by 2042. About eight million of those voters will have arrived entirely due to the process known as “chain migration” whereby newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S.

Texas Woman Convicted of 26 Counts of Voter Fraud

A former volunteer deputy registrar from southeast Texas pleaded guilty to 26 felony counts of voter fraud stemming from a 2018 local utility board election.

Monica Mendez of Port Lavaca has been convicted of “three counts of illegal voting, eight counts of election fraud, seven counts of assisting a voter to submit a ballot by mail, and eight counts of unlawful possession of a mail ballot,” Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office stated in a press release. Her guilty plea was entered on June 9, the Victoria Advocate reported:

“Mendez ran a vote-harvesting operation on behalf of a subsidized housing corporation in order to influence the outcome of a utility board election,” Paxton’s office said. The felonies stemmed from eight mail-in ballots, the Texas Scorecard reported

District Judge Eli Garza imposed a sentence of five years deferred adjudication probation, Paxton’s office said. In addition to probation, she was ordered to pay fines totaling $1,415 and has to complete 80 hours of community service, according to the Advocate. It is unclear if Mendez received a plea deal.

Per the outlet:

Victoria County Elections Administrator Margetta Hill said in June 2021 Mendez worked as a volunteer deputy registrar during the 2018 water board election in Bloomington.

The Texas Scorecard reported that Mendez’s voter fraud felonies were conducted to benefit ALMS, asserting that the nonprofit “wanted to oust incumbents and take control of the board in order to cut water rates for its rental properties.”

Mendez’s conviction follows a number of election fraud scandals that have made headlines as of late. This month, Breitbart News reported that a former Democrat mayor from Arizona pleaded guilty to ballot harvesting. Last month, the results from a Compton, California, city council election were reversed after the victorious candidate was hit with bribery and voter fraud charges in an extremely close race.

The case is the State of Texas v. Monica Mendez, No. 21-06-32996-A, in the 377th District Court in Victoria County, Texas.

ALIEN NATION: Secrets of the Invasion

Why America's government invites rampant illegal immigration

It's widely regarded as America's biggest problem: Between 12 and 20 million aliens (MOST SOURCES SUGGEST THERE ARE MUCH MORE LIKELY NEARLY 40 MILLION ILLEGALS HERE NOW) – including large numbers of criminals, gang members and even terrorists – have entered this nation illegally, with countless more streaming across our scandalously unguarded borders daily.

The issue polarizes the nation, robs citizens of jobs, bleeds taxpayers, threatens America's national security and dangerously balkanizes the country into unassimilated ethnic groups with little loyalty or love for America's founding values. Indeed, the de facto invasion is rapidly transforming America into a totally different country than the one past generations have known and loved.

And yet – most Americans have almost no idea what is really going on, or why it is happening.

While news reports depict demonstrations and debates, and while politicians promise "comprehensive border security programs," no real answers ever seem to emerge.

But there are answers. Truthful answers. Shocking answers.

In its groundbreaking May edition, WND's acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine reveals the astounding hidden agendas, plans and people behind America's immigration nightmare.

Titled "ALIEN NATION," the issue is subtitled "SECRETS OF THE INVASION: Why government invites rampant illegal immigration." Indeed, it reveals pivotal secrets very few Americans know. For example:

Did you know that the powerfully influential Council on Foreign Relations – often described as a “shadow government" – issued a comprehensive report last year laying out a five-year plan for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community" with a common "outer security perimeter"?

Roughly translated: In the next few years, according to the 59-page report titled "Building a North American Community," the U.S. must be integrated with the socialism, corruption, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. "Common perimeter" means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and Canada. As Phyllis Schlafly reveals in this issue of Whistleblower: "This CFR document asserts that President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin 'committed their governments' to this goal when they met at Bush's ranch and at Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005. The three adopted the 'Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America' and assigned 'working groups' to fill in the details. It was at this same meeting, grandly called the North American Summit, that President Bush pinned the epithet 'vigilantes' on the volunteers guarding our border in Arizona."

The CFR report – important excerpts of which are published in Whistleblower – also suggests North American elitists begin getting together regularly, and presumably secretly, "to buttress North American relationships, along the lines of the Bilderberg or Wehrkunde conferences, organized to support transatlantic relations." The Bilderberg and Wehrkunde conferences are highly secret conclaves of the powerful. For decades, there have been suspicions that such meetings were used for plotting the course of world events and especially the centralization of global decision-making.

Did you know that radical immigrant groups – including the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) and the National Council of La Raza (La Raza) – not only share a revolutionary agenda of conquering America's southwest, but they also share common funding sources, notably the Ford and Rockefeller foundations?

''California is going to be a Hispanic state," said Mario Obeldo, former head of MALDEF. "Anyone who does not like it should leave." And MEChA's goal is even more radical: an independent ''Aztlan,'' the collective name this organization gives to the seven states of the U.S. Southwest – Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. So why would the Rockefeller and Ford foundations support such groups? Joseph Farah tells the story in this issue of Whistleblower.

Why have America's politicians – of both major parties – allowed the illegal alien invasion of this nation to continue for the last 30 years unabated? With al-Qaida and allied terrorists promising to annihilate major U.S. cities with nuclear weapons, with some big-city hospital emergency rooms near closure due to the crush of so many illegals, with the rapid spread throughout the U.S. of MS-13, the super-violent illegal alien gang – with all this and more, why do U.S. officials choose to ignore the laws of the land and the will of the people to pursue, instead, policies of open borders and lax immigration enforcement?

The answers to all this and much more are in Whistleblower's "ALIEN NATION" issue.

Is there hope? Or is America lost to a demographic invasion destined to annihilate its traditional Judeo-Christian culture, and to the ever-growing likelihood that nuclear-armed jihadists will cross our porous borders and wreak unthinkable destruction here?

There most definitely is hope, according to this issue of Whistleblower. Although most politicians of both major political parties have long since abdicated their responsibility for securing America's borders and dealing effectively with the millions already here illegally, there are a few exceptions – most notably Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo.

May's Whistleblower includes an exclusive sneak preview of Tancredo's forthcoming blockbuster book, "In Mortal Danger: The Battle for America’s Border and Security." In an extended excerpt, Whistleblower presents Tencredo's expert and inspired analysis of exactly how to solve the nation's most vexing problem.
