Michelle Obama’s on Coronavirus Quarantine: ‘I’m Tired of My Husband’ — Need Some ‘Other Energy’

1:25

Former first lady Michelle Obama joked Monday on NBC’s “The Kelly Clarkson Show” that she was “tired” of her husband, former President Barack Obama, during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown.

Clarkson said, “When I went to the White House, I asked Dr. Biden what is the first thing she would do post-pandemic. So we know you are knitting now. She said, ‘get a martini and fries.’ So what are you going to do after knitting?”

Obama said, “I need to just remind Jill that they actually do have plenty of fries and martinis at the White House. You don’t need to wait. They got it all there. But I think maybe what she meant is that she wanted to have fries and a martini with some makeup on out in a restaurant somewhere. I’m in that same place, too.”

She continued, “The first thing I want to do is get back out in the world. I want to go to a concert. I want to go to Broadway. I want to see a play. I want to be with people. I want to sit in a movie theater. I’m tired of my husband. I have heard everything he has to say, and it’s really fascinating. It really is. But I just need some other energy.”

Clarkson said, “I get it. I just want to go out with my girlfriends to a dinner, have some wine, have a good time.”

On the policy front, the White House has rapidly undone almost all of Trump's reversals of Obama policies, while ratcheting up the Obama agenda with even more radical steps than Obama took in his first eight years of "fundamentally transforming" the country.  The border is open again.  The Keystone Pipeline is canceled.  Coal-mining and energy independence are out.  Subsidies to "green energy" and Big Tech are back.  So are Big Pork and the great party slush fund.

Barack Obama Has Now Been President Longer than FDR

This week, Barack Obama passed Franklin Roosevelt for the longest presidential tenure in American history.

What's that, you say? — president for longer than FDR?  But FDR was elected president four times; Obama was elected president two times.

Yes, all of that is true. That's why this record has an asterisk next to it.

For anyone with eyes to see, the current presidency is being run by Barack Obama.

Even before this presidency began, its roots were laid in Obama's home in Washington.  Over the past couple of years, Obama House was the royal court for receiving, selecting, and anointing the party's standard-bearer for 2020.  Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris were Obama's favored candidates, and Obama House functioned as the campaign war room.  But Harris gained no traction, and she dropped out of the race on December 3, 2019, exactly two months before the Iowa caucuses.

That left Warren — to face off against Bernie Sanders in the left-wing bracket of the sweepstakes.  The party had already determined, four years earlier, that Sanders was unsuitable as its standard-bearer, because he wielded an abrasive, in-your-face style of Marxism.  Obama himself expressed such sentiments more than once.  So the party scuppered his campaign in 2016.  But in 2020, Sanders was bettering Warren in the early primaries.

So, the Obama camp had to go to plan B — find somebody who was "presentable" to the public.

In the first two contests of the nominating process, Joe Biden fared badly — maybe even worse than Harris would have done had she stayed in.  He finished a distant fourth in Iowa and a much weaker fifth in New Hampshire.  He was bumbling along on stage and on the hustings and going nowhere fast.  Obama didn't even like Biden — but Biden would have to do.  There weren't really many other options on hand.

So all the other candidates immediately dropped out, the Black vote in South Carolina and across the South was delivered to Biden, and he was anointed the nominee.

We know the rest of the story: Biden was banished to the basement, the media carried the water for him and continued demonizing Trump, Big Swamp exploited and manipulated a virus, and big-city machines stopped counting the votes late on Election Night to figure out how many "votes" they needed to get their man over the finish line.

This leads us to the inauguration of Joe Biden as president.  On his first day in the White House, Biden expelled the bust of Winston Churchill from the Oval Office, as Obama had done on his first day in office.  (This was because Churchill was an imperialist and led the suppression of the Mau Mau Rebellion in Kenya, during which, Obama said, his grandfather was tortured.  Trump brought the Churchill bust back on his first day in office.)

Then there are Biden's appointments.  They say personnel is policy.  Well, the old Obama gang is back, and at the center of the action is Susan Rice.  A foreign policy specialist (ambassador to the United Nations and then national security adviser under Obama), Rice was one of Biden's first appointments, as director of the White House Domestic Policy Council.  That's her official title, but her actual job is Obama's "messenger boy" in the White House and to cover any remaining tracks to past criminal activities.

Heading the White House press room is Jen Psaki.  She was Obama's communications director.  Anthony Blinken moves up a notch, from being Obama's deputy secretary of state to the top job at Foggy Bottom.  Obama's chairman of the Federal Reserve, Janet Yellen, is now secretary of the Treasury.

Anita Dunn, who had to resign from her top post in Obama's Department of Education because she'd praised Chairman Mao, is back.  Merrick Garland, whom Obama wasn't able to get into the Supreme Court in 2016, gets the consolation prize of attorney general — a "take that" from Obama.  Those are the most glaring of a slew of Obama retreads.  It wouldn't be surprising if Van Jones and Samantha Power get appointments soon, and David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, Rahm Emanuel, and other members of the Chicago Mafia are major behind-the-scenes players.

Then there are the rewards to the people who tried to sabotage the Trump campaign in 2016 and who took part in the "resistance" to his presidency.  Peter Strzok, his wife, and anybody else who made "sacrifices" in the effort are being compensated for their pain and suffering.

China is no longer an enemy. Climate change is an existential threat again, and the Paris Accords take center stage.  The Iran nuclear deal is back on — actually, John Kerry never stopped negotiating with Iran.  And to curry favor with Iran, the administration is lifting sanctions against the country and has halted the sale of weapons to its Arab enemies that recently made peace with Israel.  As for Israel, the White House is stiffing the country, big time — especially as it has the wrong leaders.

Okay — so that makes this the beginning of a third term for Obama, but FDR was elected president four times.

To complete the set of four aces, we have to rewind the tape to 2016.  Obama was finishing his second term and handing off leadership of the Marxist revolution to Hillary Clinton.  On the Republican side, three candidates for president — Trump, Cruz, and Carson — were vehemently opposed to Obama, his policies, and the direction of the country.  So Obama spied on their campaigns.  Trump still won.

But not only did Trump trump the swamp; he then actually tried to put the breaks on the Marxist revolution.  He took steps to reverse the regulatory state, and he allowed the economy to boom.  Worst of all, Trump bruised the swamp's ego.  He exposed it as arrogant, corrupt, and incompetent, and as the entrenched D.C. front of the Marxist revolution.

After he arrived in Washington, Trump quickly learned that Obama was running the "resistance" to his presidency — the government's opposition from within (in the summer of '16, Trump had informed the world that his campaign was being spied on).

During Trump's four years in Washington, Obama ran the shadow government out of his D.C. home, probably exerting more influence over the wheels of government than the man in the Oval Office did.  Obama lined up whistleblowers, leaks to the press, and resistance to the president from within the government, including in the White House and the president's Cabinet.  He advised "the gang of four" and other radicals on policy and presentation.

The ultimate goal of the efforts was to impede and hobble the duly elected president; to subvert, sabotage, and undermine his agenda; and to ultimately expel him from office — by any means necessary — in the bowels of government, in the media and entertainment, in academia and education, in Big Tech, Big Finance, and Big Business.

So we ought to face reality.  As of this week, Obama has been running the show in Washington for 4,424 days — and counting — and he's not shy about letting us know it.

Biden’s amnesty plan is being cheered by big business, tech conglomerates, and corporate special interests who boost their profit-margins by cutting labor costs, which often begins with hiring cheaper foreign workers over Americans.

Crazy Old Biden and the Countdown to Kamala

President Joe Biden is a shadow of his former self.  Long gone is the aggressive, pugnacious, and partisan Democrat who mistreated Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas in the latter's confirmation hearings.  Today, Americans see a president who is clearly mentally diminished and is getting worse on a daily basis.

During the campaign, Biden refused to submit to a cognitive test.  When asked by CBS News correspondent Errol Barnett if he would take a test, Biden snapped, "No, I haven't taken a test.  Why the hell would I take a test?  Come on, man, that's like saying, before you got in this program, if you take a test where you're taking cocaine or not.  What do you think?  Huh?  Are you a junkie?"

Biden refused to take a test because it would show he is in mental decline.  His last medical report was issued in December of 2019.  While his doctor, Kevin O'Connor of George Washington University, labeled Biden "vigorous" and fit to successfully perform as president, other experts did not share that view.

Dr. David Scheiner, the former personal physician for Barack Obama, claimed that Biden is "not a healthy guy."  In fact, U.S. congressman Ronny Jackson (R-Texas), the former White House physician for President Obama and President Donald Trump, said Biden "does not have the mental capacity, the cognitive ability to serve as our commander-in-chief and head of state."  He also reiterated a concern shared by many Americans: "I really think that he needs some type of cognitive testing before he takes over the reins as our commander-in-chief."

Unfortunately, no such testing has been conducted in recent months.  Americans have no idea when Biden took his last cognitive test.  Biden is now president, and Americans are being subjected to the uncertainty of a person with serious mental issues serving in the most important position in the world.

Ever since his inauguration, President Biden has been making frequent misstatements and obvious gaffes.  The most recent episodes occurred on Friday.  Earlier in the day, he forgot to put on a mask after finishing a speech.  Then, after a trip to Houston, Texas, Biden made a series of troubling statements.  He referred to high-profile U.S. congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) as "Shirley."  Also, he mispronounced the name of Congresswoman Lizzie Pannill Fletcher (D-Texas) twice.  After the mistakes, he asked, "What am I doing here?"

Ironically, Biden stumbled upon the ultimate question that needs to be answered.  In his first two presidential campaigns, Biden was a stunning failure.  In 1988, he was forced out of the race after his repeated plagiarism was discovered.  In 2008, he bombed again as a presidential candidate, barely registering 1% support.

Biden was rescued politically when Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama chose him for the vice presidential slot.  This selection was made not because of any great chemistry between the two men.  Obama chose Biden even though Biden had made a stunningly racist comment.  Biden referred to Obama as "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.  I mean, that's a storybook, man."

Clearly, Biden was chosen because he was born in Pennsylvania and could theoretically appeal to white, working-class voters in the Rust Belt.  During eight years on the same ticket, President Obama did not value Biden as a vice president and never invited him to his personal quarters in the White House for a visit.  Biden admitted this embarrassing fact in a recent CNN town hall meeting.

Obama held Biden in such low regard that he did not encourage him to run for president in 2016.  Instead, he endorsed Hillary Clinton.  In the 2020 election, Obama endorsed Biden only when it was apparent to everyone that Biden would be the Democratic Party's presidential nominee.

Obama's reluctance about Biden extended to many leaders in the Democratic Party. It was only after the surge of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in the presidential primaries that leading Democrats decided to rally around Biden.  Top Democrats knew that a socialist like Sanders could not win the presidency, and they reluctantly backed a mentally compromised Biden as their choice.

In the presidential campaign against Trump, Biden barely left the basement of his home.  He held few events and news conferences so he would have few opportunities to stumble.  Although he performed adequately during the two presidential debates, he made plenty of other verbal blunders and curious comments during the race.

After the election, his mental decline has become obvious.  To cover for his cerebral issues, he has not held a formal press conference and has been interviewed only a few times by friendly reporters.  His one town hall meeting was broadcast on CNN, a pro-Biden network that supports his agenda and uses most of its airtime to fume about President Donald Trump and his supporters.

On a typical day, Biden will make a statement or issue an executive order.  He will give a speech filled with bumbled or contorted language and then immediately exit the room as reporters are ushered out shouting questions.  This is in contrast to President Trump, who gave impromptu press conferences constantly.

Sadly, the liberal mainstream press is covering for Biden.  If Trump had acted in such a manner during his first five weeks, there would have been a press uproar.  Eventually, these mental problems will be too severe to hide, and even the liberal media will have to report on them.

Biden is mentally deteriorating, as most astute observers knew he would.  His condition has become so worrisome that 31 House Democrats are demanding the control of the "nuclear football" be removed from the sole authority of the president.

In the background, smiling and patiently waiting, is Vice President Kamala Harris, a socialist with radical views on a range of issues.  To bolster her position, she has the full support of former President Obama and his political entourage.

She knows that her ascendancy will come sooner rather than later.

Harris is biding her time, as the countdown has begun.

Exclusive – Paul Gosar: Big Tech Getting 15 Percent Discount to Hire Foreign Workers over Americans

ORLANDO, Florida — Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) warned that big tech companies are incentivized to hire foreign workers over Americans as he discussed President Joe Biden’s immigration agenda during an exclusive interview with Breitbart News at the Conservative Political Action Conference.

Gosar highlighted continuing visa programs he says “don’t work,” particularly the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program for crowding Americans out of tech jobs while tech corporations profit.

In 2019, Gosar introduced legislation titled the “Fairness for High Skilled Americans Act” to end the OPT program as Americans cannot be hired through the program.

“I’m one of the big people talking about OPT, which is the Optional Practical Training program, that Congress never authorized,” Gosar said in reference to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) running the program on its own accord instead of enacting the program through Congress.

“This is an unkept intrusion of foreign workers that gives benefits to people like big tech to bring in folks from China, and from Pakistan, and from India, and one of the problems that exists here is that you get a 15.5 percent discount to hire them over American citizens,” Gosar said. “That 15.5 percent discount is the FICA [Federal Insurance Contribution Act] withholding tax that puts money into Social Security and Medicare.”

Indeed, the OPT program provides a tax incentive, and thus a subsidy paid for by American taxpayers, for corporations to hire foreign workers over Americans. Every year, about half a million foreign students enrolled in U.S. universities secure American white-collar jobs through the OPT program.

Corporations such as Amazon, Google, Deloitte, and Intel employ thousands of OPT foreign workers over American STEM graduates every year — reaping a more than 15 percent discount because the employers can evade at least $20 billion to $30 billion in FICA taxes over the years.

As Breitbart News has reported, there are nearly 500,000 Chinese students in the U.S. in any given year — more than any other nation — taking seats in university classrooms and looking to eventually obtain OPT authorization to take entry-level jobs in white-collar professions.

Gosar said the OPT program, by exempting employers and foreign workers from paying FICA taxes, is increasing Medicare’s insolvency.

“Isn’t it interesting now that we just got the new numbers for the insolvency of Medicare coming up shortly in 2024,” Gosar said. “These are people not putting in, or these companies are not putting that money into those programs, and yet they’ll be eligible down the road to get that, so it’s a double-dipping. So we have to highlight what doesn’t work.”

The OPT program shifts billions in economic wealth every year out of middle America and into coastal cities. OPT beneficiaries pay billions in tuition and fees, a boon for U.S. universities.

OPT data from 2017 showed that most foreign workers in the program were taking jobs in New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, or another coastal state — further concentrating wealth by providing an annual wage subsidy of $10 billion to these employers.

Josh Hawley: Biden ‘More Focused’ on Amnesty than Working Class Job Losses

WASHINGTON, DC - OCTOBER 22: Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) makes a statement after voting in the Judiciary Committee to move the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court out of committee and on to the Senate for a full vote on October 22, 2020 in Washington, DC. …

Sen. Josh Hawley says President Joe Biden is “more focused” on providing amnesty to millions of illegal aliens than grappling with potential economic doom for America’s working class.

Last week, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) introduced Biden’s amnesty legislation into the Senate. The plan seeks to legalize, and eventually provide American citizenship to, about 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States today.

Also, the plan is likely to double legal immigration levels — where already more than 1.2 million green cards are awarded to legal immigrants annually — even as more than 17 million Americans are jobless but wanting full-time employment.

Specifically, a McKinsey Global Institute analysis detailed by the Washington Post reveals that the overwhelming longterm economic burden, as a result of the Chinese coronavirus crisis, will be put on working and lower-middle class Americans.

The Post reports:

In a report coming out later this week that was previewed to The Washington Post, the McKinsey Global Institute says that 20 percent of business travel won’t come back and about 20 percent of workers could end up working from home indefinitely. These shifts mean fewer jobs at hotels, restaurants and downtown shops, in addition to ongoing automation of office support roles and some factory jobs. [Emphasis added]

“We think that there is a very real scenario in which a lot of the large employment, low-wage jobs in retail and in food service just go away in the coming years,” said Susan Lund, head of the McKinsey Global Institute. “It means that we’re going to need a lot more short-term training and credentialing programs.” [Emphasis added]

Indeed, the number of workers in need of retraining could be in the millions, according to McKinsey and David Autor, an economist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who co-wrote a report warning that automation is accelerating in the pandemicHe predicts far fewer jobs in retail, rest, car dealerships and meatpacking facilities. [Emphasis added]

Hawley, in a statement online, called Biden out for pursuing an amnesty and increased foreign competition against Americans while millions remain jobless and millions more are underemployed and potentially looking at future unemployment.

“Can’t figure out why Joe Biden is more focused on supporting illegal immigration than working Americans,” Hawley wrote on Twitter.

In Hawley’s home state of Missouri, unemployment is especially hitting the working and middle class. For example, Americans in construction, extraction, building and grounds cleaning, food service, production, and transportation have the highest rates of unemployment as of last month.

In contrast, those in fields like engineering, architecture, and criminal justice — all of which are vastly less likely to have to compete for jobs against foreign workers — have some of the lowest unemployment rates.

Biden’s amnesty plan is being cheered by big business, tech conglomerates, and corporate special interests who boost their profit-margins by cutting labor costs, which often begins with hiring cheaper foreign workers over Americans.

“We look forward working w/ the administration & Congress to advance these proposed solutions,” Amazon executives wrote in a statement about the amnesty.

A flooded U.S. labor market has been well documented for its wage-crushing side effects, so much so that economist George Borjas has called mass immigration to the country the “largest anti-poverty program” at the expense of America’s working and lower-middle class.

Recent peer-reviewed research by economist Christoph Albert acknowledges that “as immigrants accept lower wages, they are preferably chosen by firms and therefore have higher job finding rates than natives, consistent with evidence found in US data.”

Albert’s research also finds that immigration “raises competition” for native-born Americans in the labor market. Similarly, research from June 2020 on U.S. wages and the labor market shows that a continuous flow of mass immigration exerts “stronger labor market competition” on newly arrived immigrants than even native-born Americans, thus contributing to the wage gap.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO), likewise, has repeatedly noted that mass immigration cuts Americans’ wages. In 2013, CBO analysis stated that the “Gang of Eight” amnesty plan would “slightly” push down wages for the American workers. A 2020 CBO analysis stated that “immigration has exerted downward pressure on the wages of relatively low-skilled workers who are already in the country, regardless of their birthplace.”

Every year, about 1.2 million legal immigrants are given green cards to permanently resettle in the U.S. In addition, 1.4 million foreign nationals are annually awarded temporary visas to full U.S. jobs that would otherwise go to Americans.

Joe Biden Appoints Special Envoy to Stem Border Surge as White House Asserts Situation ‘Not a Crisis’

The Biden administration appointed a special envoy Monday to help oversee its efforts to stem the ongoing influx of Central American migrants to the U.S. southern border as it faces bipartisan pressure to address the surge.

The White House remained adamant Monday that the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border is “not a crisis” despite photos and videos showing otherwise.

Still, the Biden administration found it necessary to create a new position to help its effort to contain the flood of illegal migrants reaching the United States, particularly unaccompanied children. The U.S. State Department, which will oversee the new envoy, described the move as a high priority.

Nevertheless, Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have yet to visit the border.

Biden officials tapped Ricardo Zúñiga to serve as a special envoy for the Northern Triangle, a region comprised of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.

Those three countries have long been the source of a significant portion of illegal migration to the United States.

Last week, Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele told Fox News soaring migration levels at the southern border are bad for the U.S. and even worse for Latin America because it extracts the people vital to building the solid financial conditions that would keep them in their home country.

Bukele suggested that current U.S. immigration policies are incentivizing Salvadorans to head to the United States.

Jalina Porter, a spokesperson at State, told reporters Monday:

The special envoy will advise the secretary and acting assistant secretary for the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, coordinate closely with the National Security Council, and oversee the department’s comprehensive effort to manage regional migration and address the root causes of migration.

Zúñiga will engage with governments and non-governmental organizations in the region, including but not limited to Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, on improving conditions in Central America to keep potential migrants in their home country, Porter explained, adding:

[He will also] hold government actors accountable to their commitments to address root causes of migration and to address the increase in arrivals of unaccompanied children at the U.S. southern border. He will also keep congress apprised of our efforts. This is one of our highest priorities.

In a statement announcing the new appointment, the State Department stressed that Zúñiga would help oversee “the administration’s comprehensive efforts to stem irregular migration to the United States.”

He will also help implement Biden’s multi-year, $4 billion measure to address root causes of why people leave Central America.

Congress has yet to approve the $4 billion effort, “a potentially difficult process as Biden’s immigration bill faces opposition in both chambers,” the Hill noted.

In 2019, El Salvador’s president said he favors jumpstarting private commerce between the United States and El Salvador and improving conditions to prevent Salvadorans from leaving over U.S.-taxpayer-funded foreign aid “handouts.”

Unlike the previous administration, the Biden administration prohibits press requests to visit the detention centers and overcrowded processing centers holding children to take pictures or tour the facilities.

Some videos and photos have recently surfaced on social media, courtesy of U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) and James O’Keefe. The videos and photos show the deplorable, overcrowded conditions of migrant children held in South Texas, with kids forced to sleep on floor mats amid a worsening humanitarian crisis.

Republicans, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and others who visited the border recently, have stressed the situation at the U.S.-Mexico border is nothing short of heartbreaking.

Addressing the Hispanic American community, some Latino Republican lawmakers have emphasized that the surge fuels child sex trafficking and forced labor, and many girls are raped on their dangerous journey up north.

At the height of a similar surge of unaccompanied children in June 2018, the Trump administration allowed the media and Congress members to tour the facilities holding the kids, giving Democrats the opportunity to criticize the former president’s immigration policy.

Leftist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) went as far as accusing former President Trump of running “concentration camps” at the border and locking children in “cages.” She has remained mostly quiet during the ongoing crisis.

A career member of the senior foreign service, “Zúñiga has served in a number of posts in Latin America and also served as senior director for Western Hemisphere Affairs at the National Security Council under former President Obama,” the Hill pointed out.

Chamber of Commerce: ‘Critically Important’ for Senate to Pass Amnesty

The United States Chamber of Commerce says it is “critically important” for the Senate to pass two amnesty bills that will pack the U.S. labor market with more foreign workers whom millions of jobless Americans will be forced to compete against.

Last week, the Democrat-controlled House — with support from 30 House Republicans — passed two amnesty bills. One of the amnesties would put about 4.4 million young illegal aliens on track for American citizenship while the other would provide green cards to up to 2.1 million illegal aliens claiming to have worked on U.S. farms.

The Chamber of Commerce praised the House Democrats’ passage of the amnesties. In a statement, the Chamber’s Vice President, Neil Bradley, called the amnesties “critically important” to big business and corporate interests.

“Both the American Dream and Promise Act and the Farm Workforce Modernization Act are critically important to the business community,” Bradley said:

For years, Washington has spent time bickering about immigration and letting huge problems go unaddressed. Today’s votes are steps in the right direction towards solving some of our nation’s pressing immigration challenges. The U.S. Chamber is committed to ensuring these proposals are passed in the U.S. Senate and signed into law. [Emphasis added]

In a letter to Congress, Chamber executives urged lawmakers to pass the amnesties, claiming “they provide bipartisan solutions to very important issues.”

The Chamber’s push to pass the amnesties is significant because of the campaign cash that the business group continues to funnel to lawmakers, mostly Republicans. In the 2020 election cycle, for instance, the Chamber donated more than $573,000 to Republicans and nearly $212,000 to Democrats.

The biggest campaign donations went to lawmakers such as Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

The Chamber’s support for the amnesties comes as multinational corporations like Amazon, Google, Marriott International, Verizon, and Apple are driving the lobbying effort to pass the more expansive of the two amnesties in the Senate.

Annually, more than 1.2 million legal immigrants are awarded green cards, and another 1.4 million foreign nationals are given visas to take U.S. jobs. In addition, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are added to the U.S. population every year.

Flooding the U.S. labor market with more foreign competition, whom working and middle class Americans must compete against, is a boon to the corporate interests, Wall Street investors, and Big Tech as they seek to slash wages and widen profit margins.

Exclusive — GOP Memo: Democrats Introduce Amnesty Policies to Make Biden ‘Border Crisis Worse’

The Republican Study Committee (RSC) is publishing a new memo on Thursday that will expose several immigration proposals from their Democrat counterparts that the conservative bloc of House members says will make the burgeoning crisis at the U.S. border with Mexico even “worse” than President Joe Biden already has.

The one-page memo, obtained exclusively by Breitbart News ahead of its public release, details how Biden has unleashed a crisis on the border—and then how various Democrat proposals will make it worse. The memo is designed to arm up Republican lawmakers with talking points and information so they can fight the various immigration proposals from the Dream Act amnesty to the farm amnesty and more that Democrats are attempting to ram through Congress in the coming days and weeks. The RSC’s chairman, Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), has made fighting illegal immigration and Biden’s and Democrats’ amnesty pushes a central part of the RSC’s agenda.

“DHS recently announced that officials should no longer use the terms ‘alien’ or ‘illegal’ to describe illegal aliens,” the memo opens. “There are now only ‘undocumented noncitizens,’ so illegal immigration can’t be a problem—that’s how their fantasy goes. The problem with acting as if illegal immigration is good, is that eventually you collide, headfirst, with reality: illegal immigration causes suffering. The Biden admin can ‘imagine there’s no borders,’ but that doesn’t change the fact that 73% of voters are concerned about the border crisis. Until Democrats are forced to confront political reality in 2022, they seem determined to ignore the humanitarian crisis and widespread suffering they created and sip margaritas in their alternate reality. RSC previously outlined how the crisis on our border can be 100% traced back to Joe Biden’s immigration executive orders. That is no longer the case. Joe Biden had to deploy FEMA to our border last week and House Democrats responded by introducing TWO am- nesty bills. As AP’s Julie Pace explained, the Biden administration claims that illegal immigrants don’t have an ‘open invitation’ to come to the U.S., but, ‘that’s not the message that’s actually being received,’ at our border.”

The memo argues that Biden’s actions, despite rhetoric saying the border is not open, indicate a willingness to accept migrants in droves despite them not coming to the United States legally. What’s more, Biden and his Democrat allies on Capitol Hill offering up multiple amnesties legislatively sends an even worse message to those who seek to illegally enter the United States.

“What kind of message does TWO amnesty bills send?” the memo continues. “When H.R. 6 hits the House floor, illegal immigration will rise even more, and the Border Crisis and Democrats’ amnesty push will become undistinguishable. Because: Biden’s Border Crisis IS AN AMNESTY CRISIS. Democrats haven’t just refused to reverse the policies that caused the border crisis—they are introducing new policies that are meant to make the Border Crisis worse. RSC’s job is to shake Democrats awake and convince them they have no choice but to end the Border Crisis. So, please, use the below fact sheet to explain to your constituents just how disastrous Biden’s amnesty bills will be.”

The memo then breaks out several specific pieces of what it calls “Biden’s immigration legislation.” The first, H.R. 6 or the “American Dream and Promise Act,” is an amnesty for millions of so-called “dreamers.”

“H.R. 6 would provide amnesty for so-called Dreamers, to recipients or potential recipients of Temporary Pro- tected Status (TPS) and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED), and children of certain nonimmigrant visa holders,” the memo says about this bill. “A total of roughly 2 million illegal immigrants would receive amnesty.”

The Democrat Dream Act would, according to the memo, “increase budget deficits by $26.3 billion over the 2020-2029 by allowing formerly illegal immigrants to receive federal assistance” and “allow the Secretary to waive inadmissibility grounds on health-related grounds (such as having a communicable disease of public health significance)” as well as “establish a difficult standard for denying green cards to criminal gang members, so much so that the individual Secretary of DHS himself or herself would have to issue denials.”

The second Biden and Democrat amnesty plan that the RSC memo exposes is H.R. 1603, the “Farm Workforce Modernization Act.” This bill, according to the RSC memo, would “grant amnesty to over 1 million unlawful illegal alien agricultural workers and their dependents.”

“Agricultural worker is defined as someone who’s worked 180 days over 2 years in agriculture,” the RSC memo says of the bill. “That’s equivalent to a 5.6-hour workday.”

Even criminal illegal aliens convicted of two misdemeanors, like two DUIs, would be eligible for amnesty under the farm amnesty plan according to the RSC memo.

The third Biden amnesty bill exposed in the RSC memo is the much broader amnesty for every illegal alien in America. That bill, the “U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021,” would according to the RSC “immediately” grant amnesty to all of the approximately 22 million illegal aliens in America. They would “become ‘Lawful Prospective Immigrants’ and be eligible for work authorization and SSNIs” right off the bat and then “after 5 years they’d receive a green card.”

The broader amnesty plan also includes a fast-track for some illegal aliens in specialized groups.

“So-called Dreamers, TPS holders, and immigrant farmworkers who performed 400 workdays of agricultural labor over the past 5 years, as well as their spouses and children, would be eligible to receive green cards immediately under the legislation, then citizenship after 3 years,” the RSC memo says.

It also allows previously deported illegal aliens a chance to come back and get amnesty.

“Illegal aliens that were deported during the Trump administration that lived in the U.S. for three years prior to their deportation could return to the United States,” the RSC memo says of the broader Biden amnesty plan, adding that it also “reduces immigration restrictions on criminals by shrinking the types of adjudications that would constitute a ‘conviction’ under the Immigration and Nationality Act.”

The bill also “eliminates per-country employment visa caps,” and “over the next 10 years, Biden’s immigration bill would double our legal immigration levels and lead to an extra 37 million immigrants moving to the U.S.”

“That’s more than the entire population of California,” the memo concludes.

MSNBC’s Tur: Lack of Media Access at Border ‘Very Frustrating’ — Not Transparency Biden Promised

1:39

MSNBC anchor Katy Tur said Monday on her show that the lack of press access inside U.S. border facilities holding migrants is not the transparency promised by President Joe Biden.

Tur asked, “Why is the media still not allowed into these facilities?”

NBC News correspondent Gabe Gutierrez said, “Well, Katy, that’s the question that keeps being asked of the Biden administration. Right now, what they continue to cite is COVID protocols, but as you know, Katy, even the Trump administration, did allow reporters inside some of these facilities. I remember going in many of them back in 2018 and 2019, especially over in  Clint, Texas near El Paso, where there was a lot of controversy of overcrowding in one of those border patrol stations.”

He added, “Certainly a lot of questions about why reporters haven’t gotten more access to those facilities and why the Biden administration didn’t have a better plan to house these huge numbers of unaccompanied children that they probably saw coming, but they just don’t have a plan for it.”

Tur said, “The Biden administration kept talking about transparency, and we’re not getting any transparency here with what is happening at the border. That we have to get those issues from a congressman who won’t say where he got those images is very frustrating for not just journalists, but for the American public who want to know what’s going on inside those facilities.”
