Two-Thirds of Voters Now Concerned Biden Doesn’t Have the ‘Necessary Mental and Physical Health’ to Run the Country

An increasing number of registered voters are anxious about President Joe Biden’s mental and physical fitness to be president, results of a new NBC News survey reveal.

Two-thirds of (68%) of U.S. registered voters are concerned that Biden doesn’t have the “necessary mental and physical health” to run the country, according to a national poll conducted June 16-20 by Hart Research Associates/Public Opinion Strategies.

This represents a 17-point increase from three years earlier.

In an October 2020 poll, conducted just a month before the 2020 presidential election, 51% of registered voters were at least moderately concerned about Biden’s capability to run the country, including 38% who called it a “major” concern.

Today, more than half (55%) of those polled call Biden’s inadequate physical and mental health a “major concern.”

Biden, who is 80 years old and would be 86 at the end of a second term if reelected, has regularly spurred concerns in the media about his state of health after instances of tripping and falling over, as well as stumbling over his words during public comments.

For example, Biden sparked a social media frenzy after a video of him falling off his bike went viral. Similarly, another viral video shows the president toppling after giving a speech at an Air Force Academy graduation ceremony.

Beyond Biden’s physical fitness, there have also been concerns about his mental health, in part due to people noticing his inability to formulate complete, coherent sentences.

While delivering a speech to introduce Supreme Court Justice Kentaji Brown Jackson to the Court, Biden attempted to “define America in one word,” but what he said was unintelligible. Many people took to social media to tease the President. Here is one such example.

In April of this year, Biden attempted to address the public’s growing concerns about his age.

According to NBC News, reporters badgered Biden after a press conference in the Rose Garden to respond to voters’ concerns, in which he told them his age “doesn’t register” with him.

“I can’t even say I guess how old I am, I can’t even say the number. It doesn’t— it doesn't register with me," Biden stated. “I took a hard look at it before I decided to run. And I feel good.”

The NBC News poll also asked about the mental and physical fitness of one of the Republicans seeking to oppose Biden in the 2024 election: former President Donald Trump.

Here, 55% percent of voters say they’re concerned about Trump - 13 points less than the 68% who have concerns about Biden. In October 2020, 51% said they were at least moderately concerned about Trump’s health. Likewise, those calling Trump’s health a major concern has also inched up, from 41% to 44%.

Sunday, during his Fox News show’s opening monologue, conservative talker Mark Levin argued that historically it had been Democrats who have opposed the major social and political changes in America over the past 150 years.

According to Levin, that trend is indicative of the Democratic Party hating America.

Transcript as follows:

I really believe in fate, and I believe God gives us a path to follow, and hopefully we can find that path and follow it, and some people do.

Some people are athletes, some people are professors. Some people make sure we’re fed. They’re farmers, their truck drivers, you name it.

Me, for me, the path apparently is this. What’s this?

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I spend my weekends and my nights and early mornings doing this. Getting these bags under my eyes. I don’t sleep a lot, I just don’t. Things worry me. Things concern me.

My wife will tell you that. I have a pad next to my bed. I take notes about certain things that are going on in the country.

I am a voracious reader of mostly history. I’m trying to figure out what’s taking place, who’s responsible for what. And that’s all well and good, but if I can’t communicate that to you, if I don’t have a platform like this or radio or books, then really, it is all very interesting, but what’s the point?

So I try to convey it to you in as many ways as I possibly can, here, on the airwaves, and especially through books.

There’s a book I’ve just completed, a project that’s taken me really about 16 months, but the writing has been about 12 months — morning, noon and night — between other responsibilities, and I said we have to come to grips with something here. We, you and I and that is yes, American Marxism, but who is responsible for this? doesn’t just happen.

Professors? Yes. Ideologues? Yes. Activists? Yes.

It’s the Democratic Party.

The Democratic Party has never accepted America from its birth to today. The Democratic Party was obviously in charge of the Confederacy. Jefferson Davis was a Democrat, most of the generals were Democrats.

After the Civil War, the Democratic Party formed a group called the Ku Klux Klan. One of their generals did.

Ulysses S. Grant, a Republican president sent the Army down to put down the Klan, it was quite successful until the Democrats took the House the next election cycle, and he couldn’t get the support to do it again.

Then we have a period of segregation all the way into Plessy versus Ferguson. We have a private rail company in Louisiana that wants to allow Blacks to ride with Whites. And who said no? The Democratic Party.

Separate but equal, the Democratic Party. Segregated schools, the Democratic Party. Jim Crow, literacy tests, poll taxes, the Democratic Party; and I could go on and on.

But today, the Democratic Party, it is a very chameleon-like party, it has sort of switched positions. Now, it is a party of American Marxism and it is doing grave damage to this country.

So I thought it was time not just to call them out, as we do here all the time on Fox, but to do so in a way that is scholarly, substantive, and brutal. Because if we are going to save this country, and I truly mean it, the Democratic Party must not just be defeated, it must be obliterated.

Is that provocative? No, they’re provocative.

And so I want to read this to you. This comes right out of the box out of a book I wrote called “The Democrat Party Hates America,” because it’s never embraced Americanism.

Is it the pro-constitution party today? No. Bill of Rights? No. Private property rights? No. Individualism? No. They are for groupism. Capitalism? No, they hate capitalism.

How about E Pluribus Unum? No, it’s the opposite with them. They believe in critical race theory, promoting racism, enshrining racism.

They used to be a party of women’s rights. Now, they hate women with transgenderism destroying women’s sports under Title 9 which was intended to support it as a civil rights matter.

How about citizenry? They hate the citizenry.

Joe Biden talks up foreigners even before they come in to this country while he trashes at least half of the American citizens on a regular basis.

Do they like separation of powers? No. Do they like the Supreme Court? Only when it does what they want it to do. How about the election process in this country? No, they want to destroy it.

So what do they like about this country? Nothing. Just listen to what they say.

That’s what I point out in this book, “The Democrat Party Hates America” is not intended to be provocative, but in the Democratic Party-centric parts of our society, it undoubtedly will be. That said it is not written for Democrat Party officials, politicians, media, sycophants activists, and surrogates. It’s written for you, those patriotic Americans who fear for our country and its future.

America is unraveling. Our founding and history are under assault. Our families and faiths are being degraded. Individualism has been substituted for groupism. Colorblindness is now racist. Capitalism and prosperity are being devoured by economic socialism and climate change fanaticism.

Classrooms have become indoctrination mills for racism, segregation, bigotry, and sexual perversion and teachers unions are hostile to parental involvement in critical decisions about the health and welfare of their children.

In America, free speech and academic freedom are shrinking and the police state is growing, as is monitoring and spying on citizens.

The government is banning and regulating more and more household products from incandescent light bulbs to dishwashers while creating shortages and driving up costs of others.

Crime is out of control in our streets, public transportation, and schools, while police budgets are slashed and many prosecutors and judges coddle violent criminals.

Our borders are wide open to millions of foreigners who seek entry into the country as drug and criminal cartels ship killer drugs into our country by the tons and brutalize migrants by using them as indentured servants and sex slaves.

The Democrat Party is responsible for most of this and much more. It seeks to permanently control our governmental institutions. Just as it dominates our cultural entities from the media to academia and entertainment to science.

It seeks to de legitimize any viscera at the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, the Electoral College, the Supreme Court, separation of powers and so forth, which obstructs its ideological designs.

It abuses the rule of law by targeting its political opponents for harassment, investigation, prosecution, and even imprisonment.

On October 30, 2008, when Barack Obama shouted to a crowd that we are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America, he wasn’t kidding.

On May 14, 2008 when Michelle Obama pronounced that we are going to have to change our conversation, we are going to have to change our traditions, our history, we’re going to have to move into a different place as a nation, she meant it.

The Obamas are not alone among Democrat Party apparatchiks in their contempt for the country. In fact, it is the rare top Democrat Party politician who regularly praises America and is sincere about it.

They mostly trash talk the country and smear millions of people. The examples are too numerous to catalogue here, but it is a party that is built on the demands and propaganda of revolutionaries, demagogues, and malcontents and has a horrifying history of supporting the most contemptible causes, including slavery, segregation, the Ku Klux Klan, and even lynchings.

Indeed almost from the start, the Democrat Party rejected principles and values of the American experiment. And today, it is the home of another anti-American movement, American Marxism with its various ideological appendages.

The Democrat Party ruling class elites and activists are united in this revolution. As the title of this book declares, the Democrat Party hates America. Indeed, if you want to fundamentally transform something, you clearly do not love it or even like it.

As I’ve explained on my radio show, if someone says I wish I could fundamentally transform my spouse, that you obviously don’t love or like your spouse. But what if you do not want to fundamentally transform America and love our country? Then it is important to speak the truth about those who seek to impose the will on the rest of us.

When dealing with such a dire threat to our freedom, society and way of life, we cannot dodge our responsibilities as citizens especially in my case, when I have such large platforms to push back.

It can be difficult and unpleasant to speak out and write a book such as this, given the predictable outrage and anger that will surely result from numerous individuals and quarters.

Nonetheless, the time is late, and the cause is too important to self- censor. So let us step back and examine what is taking place and the central role of the Democrat party.

This is the longest book I’ve ever written. It is, I think, the most important book I’ve ever written, and there is scholarship in it and there’s a lot of history in it, substance in it, present day events in it and the Iron Fist.

We cannot candy coat this any longer. People want bipartisanship, they want to coexist. They hear it all the time from the Republican leadership, the Senate, from McConnell. I hear it from candidates like Chris Christie. I hear it from individuals like Chris Sununu and Asa Hutchinson.

In my humble opinion, they do not comprehend what’s going on in this country and they do not comprehend what we’re up against. From our classrooms, to our workplaces, to the border, to our economic system, to our faith, to our families, they are all under assault and they are all under assault as a result of the biggest political party in this country, the Democrat Party.

It is time to call them what they are, and that’s what I’ve done in this book, “The Democrat Party Hates America.” It’s a phrase that we need to use over and over again.

How Government is Fanning and Subsidizing Anti-White Racism

When the current occupant of the White House openly asserts that white supremacy is the greatest threat to America, it shows that demonizing whites is now an acceptable part of American life. Conservative writer Ed Brodow dubs this phenomenon the “new national sport” in the subtitle of his book The War on Whites. In a Townhall article, he says hating whites is a disease of epidemic proportions that must be called out for what it is – racism. He explains how, in the woke-perverted world of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), white people – by dint of pigment alone – are the default oppressors, obliged to feel guilty and do penance for imagined crimes of “systemic racism.”

This reversal has its roots in critical race theory (CRT) and Marxist ideology, which are working overtime to replace the American ideal of equality (of opportunity, not outcome) with a distorted version of equity. The word itself means fairness or impartiality. But the new discourse interprets it to mean providing special opportunities to minorities and groups perceived as disadvantaged and denying them to the majority and those perceived as advantaged.

With woke ideas well entrenched in academia and diffusing therefrom to the corporate world and government, this perverse interpretation is increasingly translating into a sidelining of whites. Although government programs are required by the Constitution to be non-discriminatory, instances abound of anti-white racism becoming their salient feature. Such discrimination even extends to COVID relief programs, as if whites were not affected (or were less affected) by the pandemic.

Fortunately, these are being challenged as unconstitutional in federal lawsuits. One involves a discriminatory COVID relief program for businesses in Massachusetts. The $75 million program is deceptively called the Inclusive Recovery Grant Program, but accepts applications only from firms owned by minorities, women, veterans, the disabled, or LGBTQ+.

Challenging this, the pro bono Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Brian Dalton, whose New England Firearms Academy cannot receive aid because he happens to be heterosexual and white. Dalton, a retired law enforcement officer, opened the academy in 2013 to provide firearms and safety training. During the pandemic, he was forced to sell assets and use his savings to cover business expenses. Upon reopening, he incurred additional costs to comply with mandated safety measures. So, he wanted to apply when the program was first announced, but found he was ineligible.

In Brian Dalton et al v. Hao and MA Growth Capital Corp, filed on May 31st at the U.S. District Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, PLF attorneys argue that the program violates the 14th Amendment guarantee for “equal protection under the law.” They rightly characterize the program as inclusive in name, but in fact exclusive in its application. Broadening the argument to make a case for the American ideal of individual rights, the PLF states on its website:

When the government benefits or burdens us based on traits we cannot control, it unjustly diminishes our individuality and institutionalizes and reinforces stereotypes. Such treatment also hinders opportunity. Business owners have a right to be treated as individuals, and not as part of a group to which the government arbitrarily assigns them. Our country has had a terrible history of discrimination that cannot be remedied with more discrimination.

A similar case was filed in 2021 by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) on behalf of Tennessee restaurateur Antonio Vitolo against the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA prioritized women and minorities during an initial three-week period for grants from the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund, a COVID relief program. White males were relegated to the back of the line. On May 27, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit ruled (with Judge Bernice Donald dissenting) that such prioritizing amounted to “racial gerrymandering.” It ordered the government to fund Vitolo’s grant application, if eligible.

In 2020, two whites and a Chicano sued Oregon in two lawsuits for racial discrimination when it designated $62 million in COVID relief specifically for blacks, presuming that the pandemic affected them disproportionately. Under pressure from the nightly Black Lives Matter (BLM) mayhem in Portland, state officials initially defended the program. Later, though, they admitted to its potential unconstitutionality. In an editorial commentary, the WSJ called the program “blatantly unconstitutional.”

U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut had denied a request from one of the plaintiffs to block disbursements, but agreed to examine the constitutional issues “later in this litigation.” Eventually, the state settled both cases, paying out grants to 1,252 non-black applicants.

In December 2020, Etienne Hardre, a barbershop owner from Colorado Springs, sued the state of Colorado for denying him relief under a state program due to minority eligibility criteria. Hardre’s business was hit hard by the pandemic lockdown and the restrictions under which he could reopen at reduced capacity. The program requirements were later amended, but still conferred preference to minorities. The case, however, was closed, with the judge saying in an April 19, 2021 order that it was filed before “implementing regulations had been adopted” – in short, too early.

There are other examples, too, of government programs discriminating against whites. The California Underserved and Small Producers Program (for drought relief) advantages farmers of color and illegal immigrants by awarding them 50% of available funding. A Covid relief grant in Stamford, CT, and the Source Grow Grant of Cook County, IL, both reserve one-third of funding for small businesses owned by minorities, women, the disabled, and veterans. The latter was rescinded for redesigning after PLF filed a lawsuit.

White-bashing is so pervasive now that a Rutgers professor, Brittney Cooper, had no qualms about saying “we got to take these [white] motherf*****s out,” and another from Drexel, George Ciccariello-Maher, tweeting that “All I want for Christmas is White Genocide.” Anti-white racist screeds abound: White Fragility, by Robin DiAngelo and Michael Eric Dyson, and How to Be an Antiracist, by Ibram X. Kendi, for instance.

Denver councilwoman Candi Lee CdeBaca believes in correcting what she perceives as past inequities committed by whites through higher taxes on white-owned businesses. Describing herself as more of an anarchist than a communist, she justifies such punitive measures to redistribute wealth to minority businesses on the grounds that capitalism was built on “stolen land, stolen labor, and stolen resources.”

Throughout the university system, faculty keep such extremism alive in the classroom, fanning the embers with CRT and DEI. One technique Leftist academics have deployed successfully, as Australian authors Harry Richardson and Frank K. Salter point out in their book Anglophobia: The Unrecognized Hatred, is the weaponization of victimhood, actual or perceived. Young, impressionable minds – often catalyzed by the induced guilt of being born white – absorb these ideas and perpetuate them after graduation through activism and at their workplaces.

Race has become such a dominant factor in government funding, university admissions, and hiring and promotion decisions that there is a climate of tremendous animosity against whites, who are excluded while favored categories are given preference. Former Republican Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich calls it a “cult of anti-white racism.” What is lost to the CRT-DEI ideologues is that racism is always wrong, regardless of who is targeted.

Government benefits and special privileges must be distributed on objective criteria of need and merit, not by arbitrary classifications of race, sex, or sexual orientation. The latter is both unjust and unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment. Worse, such policies encourage privilege seeking and wallowing in victimhood, both of which demean the human spirit, its quest for excellence, and its ability to rise above circumstances. This threat to our meritocracy signals the end of an America that achieved greatness through endeavor, innovation, and excellence. We can’t allow that to happen.

In her latest book, When Race Trumps Merit: How the Pursuit of Equity Sacrifices Excellence, Destroys Beauty, and Threatens Lives, bestselling author Heather Mac Donald skewers the ideology of "disparate impact"—a "once obscure legal theory that is now transforming our world."

According to Mac Donald, disparate impact—in which any negative or disproportionate outcome impacting black Americans is declared to be a "tool of white supremacy"—has been deliberately developed and leveraged as a cultural tool, targeting "the very fundamentals of a fair society."

Today, she argues, meritocracy, fealty to the rule of law, and even respect for our civilizational inheritance stand in the way of achieving so-called racial justice.

Mac Donald describes 2020 as a potentially "pivotal moment in American history," accelerating the notion that racism defines America. This idea, she believes, is tearing the country apart, with any protest rejected by the same "just believe" mandate used by the #MeToo movement.

Not only that, any roadblock to the achievement of "exact racial proportionality"—with the key to disparate impact being the presumption of racial proportionality with no regard for factors such as behavior and ability—is itself evidence of this same systemic racism.

In When Race Trumps Merit, Mac Donald explores three fundamental areas of American life to support her hypothesis that the country is engaging in a fit of "cultural self-cancellation" that is impoverishing the imagination, stunting the capacity for wonder and joy, and stripping the future of everything that gives human life meaning: beauty, sublimity, and wit.

The first two chapters are dedicated to science and medicine, which were hit "like an earthquake" by the "post-George Floyd racial reckoning" unleashed in 2020.

Mac Donald provides the reader with a deep dive into the racialized nature of today’s scientific community, arguing that American elites have simply moved on from failing to close the academic skills gap by deciding to "break up the objective yardsticks that measure it," including dismantling the system of knowledge underpinning modern medicine. "The result," says Mac Donald, "will be a declining quality of medical care and a curtailment of scientific progress."

Mac Donald then moves on from the world of science and explores the abstract world of culture. Across 10 chapters she explores the pursuit of racial proportionality across classical music, opera, and art.

The problem with this section—compared with the former and latter sections—is that the bulk of the book is dedicated to subjective expressions of art sandwiched on either side by the comparatively objective areas of science and crime. While the critiques of certain artists under the "rise of mediocrity" might highlight the breadth of the blind pursuit of racial proportionality and the erasure of Western culture, it must be said that by placing such significance upon subjective areas of human expression—rather than objective fields of pure meritocracy—Mac Donald is in danger of diluting the strength of her overarching argument.

The third and final section is an emotionally stunning investigation of the effect of disparate impact analysis on the American criminal-justice system, "where every disparity in arrest or incarceration rates is now attributed to racism."

Presenting the decline of New York City into a haven for criminal behavior as an example, Mac Donald argues that two decades of successful efforts to combat crime have been voluntarily cast aside, with the spread of violence and predation erupting as a predictable result.

"Acknowledging the vastly higher black crime rate is taboo," Mac Donald points out, with Democrats preferring to blame the supposed systemic racism of law enforcement or—if necessary—focus on the insidious (and often imagined) presumption of white supremacy.

Under "anti-racism orthodoxy," if we are unable to discuss the root causes of higher black crime—"above all, family breakdown," Mac Donald adds—then the only way we can achieve racial proportionality regarding crime is to stop the penalization of criminal behavior.

As a result, "elite ‘anti-racists’ absolve blacks from responsibility for their actions," Mac Donald writes. "This patronizing attitude is today’s real racism."

Providing the reader with an almost overwhelming trove of pure data—including a moving account of forgotten black victims of gang violence deemed unimportant by the mainstream media and the Democratic Party—Mac Donald proves that criminal violence is the main problem afflicting urban black communities, and not police shootings.

Analyzing the areas of science, the arts, and criminal justice, When Race Trumps Merit is not only an enthralling account of the reality of so-called anti-racism efforts in the United States, but a resolute warning of the dangers of unfettered disparate impact analysis.

"Western civilization contains too much beauty and grandeur, too much achievement, and too much innovation—from advances in the sciences to the blessings of republican self-government—to be lost without a fight," Mac Donald concludes. "It will be lost, however, if disparate impact continues to be our measure of injustice."

Recapturing the hijacked Democrat Party

I grew up with parents who were Democrats.  I lived in Chicago, Illinois; I was introduced to Democrat Richard J. Daley, the famous mayor of Chicago. My uncle was Democrat Dan Ryan, President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, who had a major freeway named after him.  I moved to the Chicago suburbs and became mayor of the city of Oak Forest.  My job took me to California, where I had relationships with Los Angeles Democrat mayor Tom Bradley, Democrat California governors Gray Davis and Jerry Brown, and many other Democrat leaders. Without a doubt I know the Democrat party and its philosophy.

My parents were from the Greatest Generation. They experienced war, the Great Depression, and Democrat president Franklin D. Roosevelt. As they raised me, they made it clear that Democrats stood for workers, God, and country.  They would tell me about FDR bringing the country together with his four fundamental freedoms: “freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.” In my early years I can remember listing to the radio and hearing Democrat president Harry S. Truman address the nation. I remember him talking about a sign on his White House desk that read, "The Buck Stops Here," his willingness to take responsibility for actions united the country because he was a strong leader.

Several years later, Democrat John F. Kennedy entered the scene, and he quickly became my idol. One of his speeches struck me: “The Freedom and Happiness of Man," by Thomas Jefferson, "Kennedy stated that this quotation of Jefferson has been the beacon by which the course of the Democratic Party had been chartered. He went on to say the Democrat Party was inaugurated by Thomas Jefferson in 1800, and stood firmly opposed to a strong centralized government. It stood rather for direct popular control. Jefferson’s philosophy was based on the fundamental belief that the people are capable of self-government. JFK’s words championed state’s rights and strict constitutional interpretation. JFK brought people together.  

Another individual became popular around the same time. Martin Luther King, Jr. took his inspiration from scripture and united the country with his “I have a dream” speech.  Americans knew that the United States was blessed with “Greatest Generation” leaders.  Their qualities united the country by finding solutions with Republicans.  Together with shared values they protected the Constitution, families, freedom of speech and religion, patriotism, and commitment to high moral values.

In America in 2023, our nation’s citizens are in turmoil and completely divided. Democrat leaders have surfaced who are driven by racism, extremism, wokism, transgenderism, religious hatred, corruption, and lies. These extremists do not represent historical values; they have plundered the Democrat party.  Their ideologies are rampant with envy politics, socialism, and Marxism. Author J.R. Dunn analyzed “Liberal leftism has not only failed as an ideology but has proven fatal to citizens and societies around the world.”  These society killers have infiltrated every aspect of our society: families, education, parental rights, government, and the press/social media. They show contempt for the two-party system and those challenging their views.

What is the answer? Seniors, one of the nation’s largest voting blocs, have the history, experience, and expertise to throw out these dysfunctional radicals. They must lead a crusade joined by traditional Democrats, Republicans, and other Americans, real patriots who will protect the goodness and decency of American society.   We must look within ourselves with love of country and ask questions “what life do we want for our children and their children?” “Who benefits by destroying our history and the freedom and thoughts of others?” Finally, our actions must improve the lives of fellow Americans in this world that is ours.

“Hate speech” accusations are designed with one outcome in mind: censorship. “Hate speech” is usually not hateful speech. What often constitutes “hate speech” is any language that opposes popular narrative. This label is causing damage to our nation. We find frequent examples of its effects in how it muffles free speech on college campuses.

Except as described under “Enhanced penalties,” below, a hate crime would be a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to two years or a fine of up to $5,000, or both.

Who will be Obama's arbitrators? Will they be Rachel Maddow and MSNBC, Brian Stelter, WaPo, DHS, SPLC, the Justice Department? Obviously, Obama wants some kind of censorship power under the rubric of "stopping disinformation" because lying is so hard to conceal when the truth keeps getting out.

What happened to Donald Trump in 2016 and beyond dwarfed Watergate. Most of the media not only didn't care about the corruption of the Democrats, but they were also major participants in seeking to destroy a candidate, and later, president, they didn't like.

Special Counsel John Durham has started to hit paydirt with three arrests so far, the tip of the iceberg, and the story is essentially buried because the media doesn't care, and they don't want the public to know the truth. If the public learns the truth, they will see how dishonest, corrupt, and dangerous the media is. They will set out to destroy anyone they don't want in elective office. The truth and evidence are never necessary when they are campaigning for Democrats.

The basic story of the 2016 election is that the corrupt, criminal, unlikable Hillary and the DNC couldn't run on their record or unpopular leftist Democrat policies, so they needed to destroy Trump. They clearly couldn't dig up enough truthful dirt, so they set out to create pure fiction. They paid a foreign national, a Trump hater, over $10 million to create a dossier full of pure lies. They funneled the money through Democrat operatives at a private law firm. They committed fraud when they signed documents to the FEC saying these payments were for legal fees. No one at the Hillary campaign or DNC was punished for the fraud because no one cared. They were also supporting Hillary. The swamp is deep.

Then these lies were spread throughout the media and throughout the corrupt Obama-Biden administration to destroy Trump and his associates. The lies were obvious, yet no one cared. All they cared about was electing and protecting Hillary.

Dishonest people working at the FBI used these fictitious documents in lies to the FISA court as they set out to spy on and entrap anyone associated with Trump.

 

These same agents protected the career criminal Hillary from prosecution no matter how many laws she violated and how many pieces of information she destroyed to obstruct justice. The media didn't care.

For years, the Democrats, including Reps. Schiff and Nadler set out to destroy Trump with endless investigations based on fictitious documents. The media participated in targeting Trump with no evidence. They needed to destroy him because they didn't like his policies.

Schiff, Swalwell, Clapper, Brennan and others went on compliant media outlets to spread lies about Trump being a Russia agent.

The corruption and dishonesty of the media has been clear for decades. Here are some things they haven't cared about or have lied about as they campaigned for Democrats and set out to destroy their political opponents.

Didn’t care about how many women the Clintons physically and mentally abused. People who we are told respect women called them bimbos and trailer trash. The women were disposable as the media, entertainers, and other Democrats campaigned for Bill.

 

Didn’t care about Bill committing perjury and causing a young subordinate to commit perjury and obstruct justice. Monica was disposable.

Didn’t care how many trips Bill took with known pedophile Epstein. The young girls were disposable if the Clintons wanted power. How many women and young girls were sexually abused by powerful men because so many were campaigning for the Clintons?

Didn’t vet Obama, or care that he associated with radical leftists such as Reverend Wright and Bill Ayers. They also didn’t care about Biden’s record as they sought to destroy McCain and Palin. All that mattered was electing Obama.

Didn’t care about all the lies used to pass Obamacare, nor did they care that Pelosi wouldn’t let members of Congress, the media or the public see it before it was voted on. All the media cared about was the agenda.

Didn’t care about separation of powers when Obama illegally bypassed Congress to pay for shortfalls in Obamacare.

Didn’t care when Obama and Holder obstructed justice for years on Fast and Furious.

Didn’t care when Holder or others in the Obama committed perjury before Congress. They were above the law.

Didn’t care when the corrupt, politicized IRS illegally targeted political opponents of Obama, destroyed computers and documents and lied to Congress. The politicized, corrupt Justice Department decided that the swamp creatures at IRS were above the law. Political opponents of Obama and constitutional rights were disposable.

Didn’t care when the corrupt Justice Department, EPA, and CFPB shook down corporations and set up slush funds to give kickbacks to Obama supporters. Laws and ethics were disposable.

Didn’t care when Obama and Hillary didn’t lift a finger to help people under attack by terrorists in Benghazi. Instead, they concocted a lie about a video causing the attack because the truth might have jeopardized their power in the coming election. They even sent Susan Rice out to five networks to intentionally lie. Now this known liar is high up in the Biden administration.

Didn’t care that people continually lied through the media to get the Iran deal done. Ben Rhoades bragged about how gullible and helpful the media was in perpetuating the lies.

Didn’t care that Obama sent $1.8 billion in unmarked bills to the tyrants in Iran to bribe them.

Didn’t care that Obama dictatorially ordered the politicized, corrupt Justice Department to drop a multiyear, multi department investigation into a billion-dollar drug running operation by terrorists to appease the tyrants in Iran. They were above the law. Obama’s legacy was more important.

Don’t care how many people were killed by drugs and terrorism because Obama cared more about his legacy. The Americans who died were disposable.

Don’t care that the corrupt, politicized, Justice Department was so busy campaigning for Hillary and seeking to destroy Trump that they didn’t care how many laws Hillary and her aides broke, didn’t care how many computers and documents they destroyed, didn’t care how much they obstructed justice, and didn’t care how much they lied. They were above the law because they wanted Hillary to defeat Trump.

Don’t care that Comey, McCabe, Schiff, Brennan, Clapper and others intentionally lied about Trump and Russia for years. They still trot them out when they want to trash Trump.

Willingly participated in spreading the “Hands up Don’t Shoot” lie after Ferguson to gin up racial hate against white cops. They don’t care how many cops were injured or killed by these intentional lies. The cops were disposable.

Participated in the intentional lies as they sought to destroy white Christian boys for the crime of wearing MAGA hats. The young boys were disposable. 

Participated as they sought to destroy Judge Kavanaugh with no evidence. It is astonishing and deplorable how many people the media is willing to destroy to push the leftist agenda.

Never cared about the Biden family corruption. Even buried the truthful story about the Hunter Biden laptop to protect Biden before the election. They still don’t care about all the kickbacks to the Biden’s no matter how much evidence there is.

Instead of caring about the Biden family corruption, the media and other Democrats sought to destroy and impeach Trump for wanting to investigate the corruption -- which should be his job.

Don’t care about sanctuary cities and states and the Biden administration refusing to enforce immigration laws they swore to uphold.

Don’t care about how much Fauci, WHO and others have lied or got wrong or about the Wuhan lab and gain of function research. The children’s financial, physical, and mental health were disposable as schools were unnecessarily closed.

Don’t care about natural immunity as they are willing to fire anyone who dares disagree with the dictatorial mandates to get shots.  Those people who get fired are disposable.

Don’t care about how well Florida is doing compared to the rest of the country without mask or vaccine mandates.

Don’t care about all the states where election laws were intentionally violated in the 2020 election. Instead, they pretend that there is nothing to question. They had no concerns when the 2016 election was challenged, and Trump was called an illegitimate President for four years. Instead, they participated in the big lie. They don’t care about voter integrity as they claim requiring a photo ID to vote is racist.

They participate in continuing to call an unarmed protest on January 6 an armed insurrection to intentionally mislead the public.

They don’t care about the only person killed by a weapon on January 6. An unarmed veteran woman shot by a Capitol cop. Ashli Babbitt was disposable.

They not only don’t care that CRT is taught throughout the U.S. They lie about it as they regurgitate the terms, white supremacy, white privilege, and systemic racism to gin up racial hate and division. They do this while they pretend that they are for unifying the country.

They have never cared about evidence to support the radical climate change agenda to destroy America. They don’t care that all the dire predictions have been 100% wrong for decades. All they care about is the agenda.

And they certainly don’t care what is in all the slush funds the Democrats are seeking to pass and how they are paid for. They don’t care that Pelosi is trying to get them passed before they are read and before they are scored by the CBO.  They campaign for these bills, sight unseen, because facts don’t matter and haven’t for a long time.

I am sure others can think of many other things that the media doesn’t care about.

What should we call the press who cares more about who they elect and an agenda than the truth? What should we call people who are willing to destroy anyone who gets in the way of the left’s quest for power? Wouldn’t enemies of the people be an appropriate term? Calling these people progressive is certainly mislabeling.

 Barack Obama’s True Legacy

The seeds of the catastrophe now befalling our nation.

Several weeks after the highly questionable 2020 presidential election appeared to put his vice president, Joe Biden, on the path to the White House, Barack Obama told late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert that he would like to have a third term by proxy: “I used to say if I can make an arrangement where I had a stand-in or front-man or front-woman and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff and I could sort of deliver the lines while someone was doing all the talking and ceremony, I’d be fine with that because I found the work fascinating.” [1]

Early on in Joe Biden’s calamitous presidency, it became clear that Biden was indeed someone’s proxy, and that someone was likely Barack Hussein Obama. Even if Barack Obama is not actually directing Biden’s actions from his basement, the Biden administration established itself immediately as the instrument for the resumption of the Obama agenda. What befell America during the Biden presidency was what Barack Obama envisioned for our nation and what he spent eight years setting into motion. Donald Trump did a great deal to reverse the disastrous direction in which the country was heading, but Biden’s team worked energetically to undo all that Trump accomplished.

And so, by May 2021, the United States of America faced a number of crises that appeared suddenly, were largely self-inflicted, and which threaten its survival as a free nation more severely than at any time since the bombing of Pearl Harbor. All of these crises were entirely foreseeable, and completely preventable. And, all of them are the direct result of the socialist, internationalist, and statist policies of Barack Obama.

After having attained the White House by means of an election that was full of irregularities, which were never fully investigated and buried beneath the media’s insistence that only paranoid conspiracy theorists and diehard partisans thought that the election was anything but free and fair, the Biden administration set out to pursue a number of policies that could lead to nothing less than the end of the United States as a republic of laws governed under the Constitution.

Ignoring Congress, despite the fact that both the House and Senate had Democrat majorities, Biden immediately signed over fifty Executive Orders to reverse numerous Trump policies, relax border and immigration controls, subject the nation once again to onerous economic burdens designed to fight the phantasm of “climate change,” exacerbate the hysteria and restrictions of freedom presented as measures to fight the coronavirus, and promote a far-left social agenda. Biden also restarted Obama’s objective of “fundamentally transforming the United States of America” with a culture war waged from inside the White House against Americans. Obama had made Americans poor. Biden would leave them even poorer.

Daniel Greenfield states in this book that “Obama powered a historic economic shift that took power away from workers and gave it to Silicon Valley, that took American jobs and shipped them to China, and that took jobs from black teenagers and gave them to illegal aliens.

He oversaw a historic power slide away from America to China, Russia, and the Islamic terrorists of the world laboring to build their caliphates.” During the opening months of the Biden administration, China rapidly became a massive threat to America’s economic wellbeing and standing in the world. Biden’s team emboldened the Communist Chinese to step up their activities toward economic, military, and technological domination of the entire world. This emboldening of China took place as Biden’s team ended the Keystone Pipeline project that had enabled the nation to attain energy independence during the Trump administration. Gas prices soared, and Americans once again experienced gas shortages of a severity that had not been seen since the 1970s. This was the logical outcome of Obama’s energy policies, which mandated the voluntary weakening of the United States and its increased dependence on foreign powers.

Obama had opened up the borders to demographically transform the country; Biden would go even further beyond that to build on his former boss’s legacy. Biden’s administration also worked to weaken national security by opening the southern border. As Matthew Vadum says in these pages, “An insecure border and growing disrespect for the nation’s immigration laws is the ugly legacy that President Barack Obama left behind.” Biden’s team has determinedly taken Obama’s open-borders policies as a blueprint, in a matter of months transforming a relatively quiet southern border into a hellhole of drug and human trafficking, with a massive humanitarian crisis caused by a lack of facilities to accommodate the influx Biden’s team had invited.

As could have been predicted, jihadis also took advantage. The rapid fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban in August 2021 was the foremost example, but Biden’s presidency also increased the jihad terror threat within the United States. In April 2021, US Border Patrol agents announced that they had arrested two Yemenis who were on a terror watch list as they tried to enter the United States. [2] Significantly, shortly after announcing this, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) removed the press release from its website. [3] Apparently the CBP preferred that Americans not know just how serious the crisis at the border really was.

All of this and much more represented a reimplementation of Obama-era policies and programs. And Biden’s team didn’t stop there. Immediately repudiating Trump’s deep and unshakeable support for Israel, the Biden administration returned to Barack Obama’s stance of hostility toward Israel, with blithe disregard for the wellbeing of America’s most reliable ally in the Middle East. The Washington Free Beacon reported in March 2021 that the administration was determined to fund the Palestinians with no regard whatsoever for what they planned to do with the money, up to and including the financing of jihad terror activity: “the Biden administration privately confirmed to Congress last week that the Palestinian Authority has continued to use international aid money to reward terrorists but said the finding won’t impact its plans to restart funding.” [4]

While betraying Israel as Obama did, Biden’s team is also following in his footsteps in providing aid and comfort to one of the most formidable enemies America faces on the world stage: the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Biden administration appears prepared to make virtually any concession in order to induce Iran to return to Obama’s disastrous nuclear deal, which—contrary to media myth—did nothing to hinder Iran’s nuclear program, and a great deal to empower it.

All this is taking place amid unprecedented threats to our First and Second Amendment rights to the freedom of speech and to bear arms. The social media giants and the media have colluded with the Biden team to whitewash the numerous crises into which Biden has plunged the nation, and to silence dissenting voices, most notably that of former President Trump, who have tried to alert the public to the gravity of what is really happening. The social media giants feel free to restrict Trump’s speech and that of other Americans because of legal protections that were put in place during the Obama years.

And so, by November 2021, after enjoying four years of relative peace and prosperity during the administration of Donald J. Trump, the nation faces chronic unemployment and inflation, a border crisis, grave threats to our constitutional liberties, increased violence and lawlessness from the leftist groups Antifa and Black Lives Matter, a weakening dollar, the emboldening of our enemies worldwide, and even worse on the horizon. Biden’s handlers are either catastrophically stupid and incompetent, or actively working to weaken the United States. In either case, the result is the same.

This is the world Barack Obama has made. This is his legacy.

Does Obama pay for anything with his own money?

A memoir is a history of one's past.  Mine includes attempts to reveal who Barack Obama really is — or isn't.  I recently published my memoir at the age of eighty-one years: The Rubbish Hauler's Wife versus Barack Obama. 

I have been chasing Obama since 2009, when I uncovered, while working as a licensed private investigator, that he has used a phony CT Social Security number his entire adult life.  I was undaunted when my lawsuit to keep him off the Ohio presidential ballot in 2012 was dismissed, even though it is illegal to use a false Social Security number.

My book contains other investigations, but I found more juicy information about Obama to include, especially about the alleged purchase of the Magnum P.I. property on Oahu.

I note specifically: Hawaii television station KHON2 announced on March 19, 2015 that Marty Nesbitt bought the Waimanalo property, made famous in the television show Magnum P.I. for $8.7 million and that he is the "sole investor."

Nesbitt said that Obama was not a party to the transaction. It was listed then under Waimanalo Paradise LLC and still is.  There was no sale to Obama.

But the news media informed us incorrectly in August 2022 that Obama had purchased that estate.  The original 9,000–sq. ft. house was razed and will be replaced by three houses.  The repair of a hundred-year-old seawall on the property, slipped through with the help of a legal loophole, has Hawaiians outraged.  They said it affected their beaches and the environment.

The papers for the property at 41-505 Kalanianaole Hwy. were signed by Judy Grimanis, Nesbitt's assistant, who previously worked for Penny Priztker.  Priztker, whose brother is now Governor of Illinois, was a prominent Obama fundraiser and U.S. secretary of commerce under Obama. 

In 2012, Penny thought Obama was going to lose his re-election and was trying to enlist donors to cough up $35 million to buy Plantation Estate for him in Kailua, the place where the Obamas, the Nesbitts, Valerie Jarrett, Marian Robinson, and others celebrated Christmas every year on our dime.  No one would kick in.

According to IL recorder documents, he did not own the mansion at 5046 S. Greenwood Ave. in Chicago.  The house is owned by Homefront Holdings LLC, which does not even appear as a company on the IL secretary of state's business website.  It bought the house on October 1, 2017 from ATG Trust Company for $1 and a Quit Claim Deed.  Although the filing said "Land Only," it describes a 6,243–sq. ft building. 

Obama's Kalorama house at 2446 Belmont Rd., NW in Washington, D.C., is owned by Homefront Holdings, although there is a claim that the Obamas control Homefront Holdings.  Since the property was purchased in 2020, an extra $5,000 has been tacked on each year as penalties for the late payment of $70,000 taxes due in 2021 and 2022.

And the $12-million property at 79 Turkeyland Cove, Edgartown, Mass., is listed in the name of James F. Reynolds, Trustee. 

Does Obama own anything?  Does Obama pay for anything with his own money?

If we learned anything this week, we’ve learned that the continued life of this Constitutional Republic is in grave danger from the cabal of sociopaths in critical positions of power, and that it is because scaremongers and a supine press and judiciary have permitted enactment of dangerous legislation and illegal conduct to go on and on unpunished. Worse, the perpetrators are being richly rewarded for their violation of law and public trust.

FISA

Friday the FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ) released a report that was written and kept under seal since last year.

It found that:

The FBI continued to abuse a powerful digital surveillance tool even after the Bureau promised reforms following its Trump-era abuses, according to a newly-unsealed Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court document.

The FBI misused Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) more than 278,000 times, the Washington Post reported, “including against crime victims, January 6 riot suspects, and people arrested at protests in the wake of the police killing of George Floyd in 2020.” In one particularly egregious case, they reportedly relied on Section 702 to spy on 19,000 donors to a congressional candidate.

Section 702 is a provision of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 that “permits the government to conduct targeted surveillance of foreign persons located outside the United States, with the compelled assistance of electronic communication service providers, to acquire foreign intelligence information.”

The law, created in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, allows National Security Agency and FBI employees a to search a vast database of electronic communications and other information. The FBI is authorized to search the Section 702 database “only when agents have reason to believe such a search will produce information relevant to foreign intelligence purposes, or evidence of crimes,” according to the Post.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which oversees Section 702, stated in the memorandum opinion that the FBI has shown “a pattern of conducting broad, suspicionless queries that violate the requirement that its queries of unminimized Section 702 information be reasonably likely to retrieve foreign intelligence information.

The FBI had earlier promised to fix the problems. It clearly did not. The Act which the FBI has continually violated comes up for reauthorization in the next congressional session and should be allowed to expire.

In another context -- the COVID-19 responses of the government and judiciary -- Justice Neil Gorsuch makes a compelling case on how fearmongering has led to great intrusions on civil liberties:

The FISA is another example, in my opinion.

Mark Wauck makes a strong case that in the absence of jailing FBI violators or repealing the Act we should just refuse to reauthorize it.

I agree with the late Judge Robert Bork that FISA is almost certainly unconstitutional. Repeal of FISA will only return the situation to the constitutional status quo, which always allowed for warrantless domestic spying based on appeals to “national security” -- regardless of what “principled constitutional conservatives” may mistakenly believe. That position has never been rejected in court. Warrantless national security surveillance was not illegal before FISA and will not be illegal if FISA is repealed. What is illegal is intentional violation of civil rights.

The crazy idea that by passing a law we can alter fundamental human behavior is as foolish as the idea that by adopting a written constitution we can institute a system of governance that will be impervious to human flaws and will be self-executing. Consider -- whatever happened to the war making power that has been, as far as I can tell, completely usurped by the ruling oligarchy. The only remedy for abuses of government authority is active and informed public participation in the electoral process, coupled with aggressive legislative oversight. The effect of a law like FISA, as Judge Bork presciently pointed out, is:

It provides an excuse for our elected representatives to look the other way most of the time;

It provides a platform upon which our elected representatives can grandstand and signal their own virtue to the general public -- that was largely what FISA was all about in the first place, and Congress left themselves a convenient loophole for emergency surveillance;

It offers the perpetrators of the abuses a ready excuse and ensures that they will, ultimately, remain unpunished and free to continue as before, based on the plea of ignorance and incompetence;

The result will always be the bandaid approach that leads to a repetition of all the above.

Retaliation Against Whistleblowers

Hearings this week revealed the Agency took draconian measures against three agents who, as the law permits them to do without retaliation, were brutally treated by the FBI for protected reporting of misconduct. 

The FBI’s Washington Field Office (WFO) pressured a field office in Boston, Massachusetts, to open investigations on 138 individuals who traveled to Washington, D.C., to exercise their First Amendment rights on January 6, 2021, with no specific indication that these people were involved in any way in criminal activity. The only basis for investigating these people was that they shared buses to Washington with two individuals who entered restricted areas of the Capitol that day. Rather than limiting the investigation to just the two people who entered restricted areas, the WFO instructed the Boston Field Office to open investigations on all 140 individuals who attended the political rally.

In response to the WFO’s pressure to open investigations into all 140 individuals, the Boston Field Office asked the WFO for more evidence, including video from the Capitol, to properly predicate the investigations. The WFO provided pictures of the two individuals inside the Capitol; however, the WFO refused to provide video evidence from the Capitol out of fear it would disclose undercover officers or confidential human sources inside the Capitol.

Shortly after the events of January 6, 2021, Bank of America (BoA) provided the FBI with confidential customer data -- voluntarily and without any legal process. BoA gave WFO a list of individuals who had made transactions in the Washington, D.C. area using a BoA product between January 5 and January 7, 2021. Individuals who had previously purchased a firearm with a BoA product were reportedly elevated to the top of the list. [snip]

FBI leadership pressured agents to reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism (DVE), and even manufactured DVE cases where they may not otherwise exist, while manipulating its case categorization system to create the perception that DVE is organically rising around the country.

The FBI dispenses cash bonuses to local field office leadership for meeting certain arbitrary metrics and performance goals. This bonus structure creates perverse incentives for the FBI to utilize law-enforcement tools and resources where they may not be needed or appropriate in order for FBI leadership to benefit financially.

These FBI employees have come forward to blow the whistle at great personal and professional risk. Each of these whistleblowers described retaliatory conduct that they have faced after making protected disclosures about what they believed in good faith to be wrong conduct. A recurring theme is that the FBI has violated federal whistleblower protection laws and abused its security clearance review process to hamstring the brave agents who exercise their right to make protected disclosures to Congress or who dared to question agency leadership. For example:

Special Agent [Garret] O’Boyle made protected disclosures to his Supervisory Special Agent about potentially illegal activity, and the FBI transferred him to a new unit that required him to move his family across-country. When O’Boyle arrived for his first day, the FBI placed him on unpaid, indefinite suspension, effectively rendering his “family homeless” and leaving them without any personal effects -- including his young children’s clothing -- because these items were in FBI storage.

Likewise, in Special Agent [Steve] Friend’s case, the FBI suspended his security clearance after making protected disclosures. This suspension rendered Friend unable to fulfill his duties as a special agent -- thus, the FBI suspended him indefinitely. While on suspension, the FBI refused to allow Friend to obtain outside employment, leaving his family without income.

In Staff Operations Specialist Allen’s case, the FBI suspended his security clearance for simply performing duties of his job -- conducting case-related research using open-source news articles and videos and sending his search results to his task force colleagues.

The FBI leadership’s trend toward political partisanship in recent years has disturbed the ranks of front-line FBI agents like O’Boyle, Friend, and [George] Hill. In the words of one whistleblower, the current state of the FBI is “cancerous” as the Bureau has “let itself become enveloped in this politicization and weaponization.” This testimony supplements earlier disclosures from whistleblowers, highlighted in the Committee’s November 2022 report, in which whistleblowers described the FBI’s Washington leadership as “rotted at its core” and having a “systemic culture of unaccountability.”

This only underscores the observations about the likelihood of unpunished violations of citizens’ rights expressed above by Judge Bork and Mark Wauck. The Congress has ceded too much power to the Agency, repeated legal violations go unpunished, and the violations only become more egregious as a result.

The Durham Report

The Durham Report is a damning indictment of the Mueller report which preceded it. It “makes clear that the collusion probe failed to investigate how the collusion probe began as a dirty trick by the Clinton campaign and how the FBI went along for the ride.”

“The report includes evidence that those engaged in the FBI’s initial Crossfire Hurricane probe and Democratic attorneys used their positions on the Mueller investigating team to cover up the FBI mess… Mueller hired for his team FBI agent Peter Strzok, FBI analyst Brian  Auten, and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, the very people who were main figures in the Crossfire fiasco.”

The Wall Street Journal uses as an example the fact that the Mueller team never were allowed to interview Democrat Charles Dolan, reportedly a source for the Steele dossier, an unfounded document that supposedly was a predicate for the investigation of “collusion.” Durham found that the Russians may have compromised Steele’s sources even before he began to write and peddle to Democratic press lackeys the preposterous dossier.

That was not all: Durham found that the FBI knowingly relied on Igor Danchenko. Danchenko had been undercover as a possible Russian spy yet he was hired to investigate whether Trump colluded with Russia. The notion that Mueller was compromised, drunk, or demented when he headed this investigation is hard to dismiss.

No Consequences

Professor Jonathan Turley likens the Durham findings to Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express: They all did it -- “the Clinton campaign, the FBI, and the media… It was a plot that required everyone to take a hand in derailing a duly elected president and effectively shutting down his administration for three years of investigations and prosecutions. In this conspiracy there were dozens of key participants in the campaign, the government, and the media.”

Durham’s operation, however, was not without its flaws. Hired as a prosecutor, he prosecuted only one member of the cabal. He never even subpoenaed key figures like Comey, McCabe, and Strzok. (I suspect because he knows the courts and jurors in the District of Columbia operate as another branch of the Democratic party -- recall that the Ken Starr team announced they believed Hillary Clinton had committed perjury but declined to indict her because they believed no D.C. jury would convict her.) Former attorney general William Barr praised the report, saying that Durham was not charged to prosecute the wrongdoers, only to investigate and find the truth, which he did.

Not only were the cabalists not prosecuted, they’ve grown rich thanks to their roles in this outrage from book deals, academic slots, and back pay from the government.

The main objective of “political animals” like Obama and the Clintons is to get elected; it’s not to fix a broken America, nor to protect her. There are people who govern and there are people who campaign; Obama and the Clintons are the latter. Just look at the huge Republican electoral gains under Obama and the Clintons. It’s amazing that Democrats who still care about their party still support the very people who have brought it down.


Michelle Obama’s Exploitation of the Black Community

As Obama operatives begin preparing for Michelle Obama to replace the faltering Joe Biden, they know that they have a problem on their hands: Michelle’s shameful history of exploiting the Black community. As I reveal in my film and accompanying book, Michelle Obama 2024: Her Real Life Story and Plan for Power, Michelle’s two most significant jobs in Chicago involved working on behalf of white liberal elites to deal with the problems that Black people were causing them.

Chicago liberals couldn’t hire a White person to make 20,000 Blacks homeless. Their answer was to hire Michelle Obama. She became Mayor Richard Daley’s assistant planning commissioner. Her job was to facilitate the destruction of the low-income all-Black Cabrini Green housing project and cede the choice downtown real estate to Democrat party donors developers like Tony Rezko. Nor could the White liberal elites at the University of Chicago Medical Center hire a White person to deny access to health care to Blacks. Only a Black person could fill that job. For a cool $300,000 a year, Michelle was prepared to do all the denying that was needed. Michelle headed up the “South Side Health Collaborative,” a scheme to prevent Blacks who showed up at the University of Chicago Medical Center emergency room from receiving medical care. Michelle made sure they were put into white vans and shipped to crappy neighborhood strip mall clinics on the South Side.

Only a Black person could credibly do either of these jobs while telling those turned away, “This is for your own good.” Why was Michelle Obama so callous toward the Black community in her professional career? The answer is simple: Michelle was never really a part of the Black community in Chicago. She was not even from the “South Side” of Chicago, as she claimed, but from South Shore, a middle class community on Lake Michigan. In fact, Michelle ran away from the Black community even as a child. Before moving to South Shore, Michelle’s parents, Marian and Fraser Robinson, lived in the middle-class Parkway Gardens project. Right down the street was the brand new Dulles Elementary School. The facilities were fine, but the students were not. Too many were “projects kids.” To avoid them, the Robinsons illegally sent Michelle to the mixed race Bryn Mawr Elementary School in South Shore. Two years later, the Robinsons moved there.

Michelle was also enrolled in the exclusive Mayfair Academy of Fine Arts from age 7 to 17 where she learned tap and jazz and performed in theatres all over Chicago. When it came time for high school, rather than go to the all-Black South Shore High School only one block from her home, Michelle traveled an hour and a half away every day to attend the elite Whitney Young Magnet school. While at Whitney Young, Michelle traveled to Paris with her French class one summer. Meanwhile, Michelle’s brother Craig went to an expensive all-White private Catholic school, even though the Robinson family was not Catholic.

Michelle spoke openly on her Becoming book tour about living in fear in her South Shore home, afraid to go outside due to the hostility of the Black kids toward her. According to Michelle, they accused her of “acting white” and “talking white” -- which Michelle described as meaning “you think you are better than everyone else.” Michelle writes about a fistfight she got into with a girl who had repeatedly called her an “Oreo,” meaning you are Black on the outside but you are really White on the inside. This was a major insult, but for Michelle it rang true. Michelle has said her hero growing up was Mary Tyler Moore. She also watched the “Brady Bunch” every day after school. In fact, Barack Obama said Michelle’s family reminded him of the classic 50s White family in “Leave It to Beaver,” while Michelle reminded him of his White grandmother.

In addition to all this, Michelle grew up as a child of politics. Her father was a Democrat party precinct captain who enjoyed an easy political patronage job working for the Chicago Water Department. At Whitney Young, Michelle had befriended Santita Jackson, the daughter of Jesse Jackson. They were so close Michelle has said she all but grew up in the Jackson household when he was preparing to run for President. Among Michelle’s best friends when she returned to Chicago after Harvard Law School was none other than accused cop killer Bernardine Dohrn, the La Passionara of the Weather Underground domestic terrorist group. The two bonded when both worked at the Sidley Austin Law firm and frequently dined together with their husbands, Barack Obama and Bill Ayers.

How is Michelle Obama handling her lifelong disconnect from the Black community today? For years, Michelle Obama has been trying desperately to establish a relationship with Black Americans for the sake of politics. To do so Michelle has been making a huge effort to pretend to be one of the ordinary Black folks that she spent her life either running away from as a child, or exploiting as a professional.

First, she has tried to rewrite the history of her childhood in her memoir, Becoming, with numerous phony stories of suffering from racial slights and being held back in life because of the color of her skin. Michelle likes to tell a story of witnessing “white flight” from her middle class neighborhood in South Shore. In fact, most Whites had left South Shore due to crime by 1965, six years before Michelle moved into the area at the age of six in 1971. The middle-class homes on Lake Michigan were attractive to middle class Blacks who snapped them up, so much that the prices rose when Whites moved out. Michelle also loves to tell a fake story of being racially profiled by her Whitney Young guidance counselor regarding her applying to Princeton University. In an interview with Gayle King, Michelle claimed that the counselor had said to her, “You’re Black applying to Princeton, maybe you’re stretching.” In my research I discovered that Michelle’s high school counselor was a churchgoing Black woman and assistant principal named Nan King. Michelle gets away with smearing this Black woman only because she passed away in 2005.

I am convinced Michelle Obama has positioned herself to run for President in 2024. Michelle is following the exact formula that Barack Obama did to become President. Michelle was the Keynote speaker at the 2020 Democrat Convention, just like Barack was in 2004 for John Kerry. Also, Barack Obama based his candidacy on his personal story, his book Dreams from My Father. Michelle wrote her own autobiography in 2018 called Becoming and went on a national book tour. Becoming is also a 90-minute movie on Netflix. Finally, Barack started in politics by running a voter registration organization called “Project Vote.” Michelle runs “When We All Vote,” which she has been using to position her 2024 candidacy.

Declared Republicans in the presidential race, especially Donald Trump, need to start dealing with Michelle Obama now. The best way to start is to pose these questions to her: “Michelle Obama, are you going to apologize to the Black Community in Chicago for what you did to them?” And, “Michelle, how much money did you make from White liberals denying access to health care to Black Chicago residents”?

These questions will certainly open up the discussion of how Michelle Obama exploited Chicago’s Black community. And if during a Presidential debate Michelle Obama turns to Donald Trump and says “you don’t know what it’s like growing up as a Black woman in America,” Donald Trump should respond, “well Michelle, neither do you!”

How I came to write “the war on whites.”

The United States is the best country human beings have ever devised. We are not perfect, but we are a nation that continues to redefine itself as required by the times. It is a work in progress that always seeks to correct its deficiencies.

In the 1950s we were plagued with an evil known as McCarthyism. The allegation of McCarthyism was that communists were infiltrating the federal government. Thousands of American citizens lost their jobs or went to prison because someone called them “pinko.” The victims of McCarthyism were people on the left. Eventually the country regained its sanity and kicked McCarthyism in the pants.

Today we are faced with a comparable plague called woke. To be woke is to accept that America is a racist country suffering from white supremacy and systemic racism. This time, the victims are on the right—conservatives, Republicans, and white people. Calling someone a racist is the equivalent of calling them a pinko. You could lose your ability to earn a living.

The majority of Americans do not bow down to the woke monster. “The actual number of the woke remains small,” said Scott McConnell in The American Conservative, “perhaps six percent of the population, according to Pew surveys of American political attitudes.” Their influence should not be underestimated.

Woke ideology accuses all whites of oppressing everyone else. Hating white people has become an epidemic. Whites are demonized, marginalized, stereotyped, denigrated, and suppressed by government, media, academia, Hollywood, and corporate America. Many gullible whites enable this exclusionary mindset. Before it can stop, the disease must be diagnosed and called out for what it is—racism.

Most people are not aware of how pervasive the war on whites has become. When we think of discrimination, we think of whites discriminating against blacks. The tables have turned. Now whites have become the victims of discriminatory actions and policies. A racial inquisition against whites is underway based on the erroneous notion, supported by the president, that the number one threat to America is ingrained intolerance by white people.

Whites are not given credit for their contributions to society. Instead they are defamed and subjected to abuse. No one wants to discuss it out loud. It is imperative that we have voices speaking out against this injustice. That is why I wrote The War on Whites: How Hating White People Became the New National Sport.

Anti-white training programs are all the rage in government agencies and corporate boardrooms. White employees are told to “undo their whiteness.” Our children are being taught that they should feel guilty about their skin color if it happens to be white. A noted college professor said, “We have to exterminate white people off the face of the planet.” When aimed at blacks and Hispanics, this sort of behavior is considered disrespectful and mean-spirited. When whites are in the crosshairs, no one objects.

The country has gone wild over diversity, a euphemism for having fewer whites around. The basis for diversity policy is that certain groups are encouraged to identify themselves as victims of white people. “If you’re white,” said Jeff Davidson at Townhall, “the Left has decided that you are an impediment to diversity.” The Democratic Party is using the mantra of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI) to create division, hatred, and exclusion. The most successful accomplishment of the Democrats is what author Mark Levin calls the “balkanization” of society. The Left’s objective, Levin says, is to “collapse the existing society” by dividing the people against themselves.

Instead of making everyone feel they are American, the Obama presidency played into the “divide and conquer” strategy. Obama’s destructive vision is coming into full bloom under Biden/Harris. Joe Biden is attempting to replace our belief in equality with a policy of equity, in which skin color determines everything. The right kind of skin color is black or brown. White is the wrong color. This violates the morality of most Americans, Bret Stephens wrote in the New York Times, by redefining the word equity—which in common English means the quality of being fair and impartial—to mean something closer to the opposite. “It is insulting,” he said, “to everyone who still believes we should be judged by the content of our character.”

In The War on Whites, I defend white Americans by promoting the excellent value system they created: respect for the individual, freedom of speech, the rule of law, meritocracy, the work ethic, equality of opportunity, taking personal responsibility, the importance of education. I am lauding the achievements of white people, especially white men, throughout our history. With the civil rights legislation of the 1960s, whites made it possible for blacks and other minorities to become full partners in the American Dream. No one forced them to do this. They acted willingly, unilaterally, because it was the right thing to do. What are they getting in return? Contempt, hatred, and intolerance.

Discrimination against whites is just as bad as discrimination against blacks or anyone else. It is time to declare that white Americans are victimized by racism and entitled to the same protection as any other group.

Michigan state legislature House passes censorship bill to make free speech a felony based on the feelings of someone hearing or reading it

Democrats run the state government of Michigan, with majorities in the House and Senate of the state legislature and Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer with the ability to sign bills into law. That’s why a bill already passed by the State Legislature’s House and assigned to committee in the State Senate is so dangerous.  Can you believe five years in prison for speech based on someone’s feelings about it? HB 4474 (official summary of text here; revised language of the bill here) has a good chance of becoming law, despite its obvious unconstitutionality.

Wade Vellky of the Michigan Review (a student-run publication at the University of Michigan) writes:

Michigan HB 4474 states that a person may be charged with a felony and sentenced to up to five years in prison if they “intimidate[] or harass[] another individual,” use “force or violence, or cause “severe mental anguish” based on two new additions of “perceived characteristics”: gender identity or sexual orientation. How can we define intimidation, harassment, and violence? Well, if the person feels like they’ve been intimidated or harassed, then, of course, they’ve been harassed according to this bill. It’s also important to mention that no one on the left can even define what violence means. Up until a couple of years ago, effectively everyone understood that violence was related to some form of physical harm. Unfortunately, a wide majority of Democrats no longer define violence that way. So, how do we define violence? According to Democrats, words are violence, and in particular, words that they disagree with are, obviously, violence.

Briana Oser, writing in the Washington Examiner, puts it this way:

The problematic language about “feelings” can be found in the bill’s definition of “intimidation” as “willful course of conduct, involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable individual to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or molested, and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened.” (snip)

In a May exclusive with Fox News, Alex Morey of the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression said that many college students are adopting a “victim mentality” and thus approve of censorship to combat their perceived persecutors. FIRE deals with legally ensuring that each student is able to use his or her voice.

Yes, the bill is unconstitutional. But if it becomes law, it will takes years and hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars to get it to the Supreme Court for a finding. IF it makes it there.

Meanwhile, left wing agitation to weaken the Court and drive conservatives from its bench will only intensify. If they succeed or if mortality intervenes and Democrats get to appoint more justices or even pack the court by expanding it, the constitutional safeguards may crumble in the foreseeable future.

 

Here is the official legislative summary of the bill:

 

House Bill 4474 would amend provisions of the code that now define and prohibit the crime of ethnic intimidation.
Under current law, a person is guilty of ethnic intimidation if they maliciously do any of the following with the specific intent to intimidate or harass another individual because of their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin:
• Cause physical contact with the other individual.
• Damage, destroy, or deface any real or personal property of the other individual.
• Threaten, by word or act, to do either of the above, if there is reasonable cause to believe that they will do so.
Ethnic intimidation is a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to two years or a fine of up to $5,000, or both. The act also allows a person who suffers personal injury or property damage as a result of ethnic intimidation to bring a civil cause of action against the offender for an injunction, actual damages (including damages for emotional distress), or other appropriate relief. The civil action can be brought regardless of the existence or outcome of any criminal
prosecution. A plaintiff prevailing in such an action can recover damages in the amount of three times the actual damages or $2,000, whichever is greater, as well as reasonable attorney fees and costs.
The bill would provide that a person is guilty of a hate crime if they maliciously and intentionally do any of the following to another individual based in whole or in part on an actual or perceived characteristic of that individual, regardless of the existence of any other motivating factors:
• Use force or violence on the other individual.
• Cause bodily injury to the other individual.

 • Intimidate the other individual.
• Damage, destroy, or deface any real, personal, digital, or online property of the other
individual without that individual’s consent.
• Threaten, by word or act, to do any of the above.
Intimidate would mean a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another individual that would cause a reasonable individual to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened, and that actually causes the victim to feel terrorized, frightened, or threatened. However, the term intimidate would not include constitutionally protected activity or conduct that serves a legitimate purpose. 
For purposes of the above provisions, an actual or perceived characteristic would include any of the following:
• Race or color.
• Religion.
• Sex.
• Sexual orientation.
• Gender identity or expression.
• Physical or mental disability.
• Age.
• Ethnicity.
• National origin.
• Association or affiliation with an individual or group of individuals in whole or in part based on a characteristic described above.
For both HB 4474 and HB 4476, gender identity or expression would mean having or being perceived as having a gender-related self-identity or expression, whether or not associated with an individual’s assigned sex at birth.
Penalties
Except as described under “Enhanced penalties,” below, a hate crime would be a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to two years or a fine of up to $5,000, or both. Instead of
or in addition to those penalties, the court, if the defendant consents, could impose an alternative sentence that may, if the entity chosen for community service is amenable, include an order requiring the offender to complete a period of community service intended to enhance the offender’s understanding of the impact of the offense upon the victim and the wider community. In determining the suitability of an alternative sentence, the court would have to
consider the criminal history of the offender, the impact of the offense on the victim and the wider community, the availability of the alternative sentence, and the nature of the violation.
Enhanced penalties
If any of the following apply, a person who commits a hate crime would be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to five years or a fine of up to $10,000, or both:
• The hate crime results in bodily injury.
• The person has one or more prior convictions 1 for hate crimes.

The Canadian equivalent of the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA), a bill forcing tech companies to pay off and collude with big media companies, has passed in Canada. As a result, Facebook (now known as Meta) says news content will no longer be available on its main platform and Instagram in the country — and Google is considering a similar approach on its platforms.

The bill, C-18, received royal assent this week after being passed by the Canadian Parliament, still under the control of Justin Trudeau’s Liberal party.

Much like the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (JCPA) in the U.S., a repeatedly failed bill that Senate Democrats are once again trying to revive, the primary goal of C-18 is to force tech companies to prop up the overwhelmingly left-leaning legacy media.

Just like the JCPA, C-18 allows media companies in Canada to enter into negotiations with tech companies to pay them for “carrying” their content, i.e., linking to the content and providing the media companies with traffic.

If no voluntary agreement is reached between the media and the tech company, an agreement can be forced on tech companies through arbitration, by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).

Also like the JCPA, the Canadian bill contains a massive loophole allowing for the exclusion of independent and conservative media.

From the text of the bill:

Eligible news businesses — designation
27 (1) At the request of a news business, the Commission must, by order, designate the business as eligible if it

…

(iv) is either a member of a recognized journalistic association and follows the code of ethics of a recognized journalistic association or has its own code of ethics whose standards of professional conduct require adherence to the recognized processes and principles of the journalism profession, including fairness, independence and rigour in reporting news and handling sources; or

In other words, if the CRTC determines that a news business does not adhered to “recognized processes and principles of the journalism profession,” or is not “fair,” “independent,” or “rigorous,” it can block a news outlet from receiving any of the benefits of C-18.

In response to the bill’s passage, Facebook said it is moving to restrict the distribution of all news content in Canada. The company did the same thing in Australia in 2021 after the passage of a similar law, but eventually came to an agreement with media companies.

According to CBC, Facebook is currently carrying testing the process of cutting of news content on a small number of Canadian users.

“We have repeatedly shared that in order to comply with Bill C-18 … content from news outlets, including news publishers and broadcasters, will no longer be available to people accessing our platforms in Canada,” Zuckerberg’s company said in a statement.

Google said it was considering similar measures.

“Every step of the way, we’ve proposed thoughtful and pragmatic solutions that would have improved the bill and cleared the path for us to increase our already significant investments in the Canadian news ecosystem,” Google said.

“So far, none of our concerns have been addressed. Bill C-18 is about to become law and remains unworkable.”

Zuckerberg’s apparent determination to stop carrying news content for Canadians drew the fire of the country’s leftist prime minister, Justin Trudeau.

“The fact that these internet giants would rather cut off Canadians’ access to local news than pay their fair share is a real problem, and now they’re resorting to bullying tactics to try and get their way. It’s not going to work,” said the PM.

The U.S. Army’s Protective Services Battalion (PSB), the Department of Defense’s equivalent of the Secret Service, now monitors social media to see if anyone has posted negative comments about the country’s highest-ranking officers.

Per a report by the Intercept, the PSB’s remit includes protecting officers from “embarrassment,” in addition to more pressing threats like kidnapping and assassination.

An Army procurement document from 2022 obtained by the Intercept reveals that the PSB now monitors social media for “negative sentiment” about the officers under its protection, as well as for “direct, indirect, and veiled” threats.

Per the report, the Army intends not just to monitor platforms for “negative sentiment,” but also to pinpoint the location of posters.

Via the Intercept:

The Army’s new toolkit goes far beyond social media surveillance of the type offered by private contractors like Dataminr, which helps police and military agencies detect perceived threats by scraping social media timelines and chatrooms for various keywords. Instead, Army Protective Services Battalion investigators would seemingly combine social media data with a broad variety of public and nonpublic information, all accessible through a “universal search selector.”

These sources of information include “signal-rich discussions from illicit threat-actor communities and access to around-the-clock conversations within threat-actor channels,” public research, CCTV feeds, radio stations, news outlets, personal records, hacked information, webcams, and — perhaps most invasive — cellular location data.

The document mentions the use of “geo-fenced” data as well, a controversial practice wherein an investigator draws a shape on a digital map to focus their surveillance of a specific area. While app-based smartphone tracking is a potent surveillance technique, it remains unclear how exactly this data might actually be used to unmask threatening social media posts, or what relevance other data categories like radio stations or academic research could possibly have.

According to the Intercept, the PSB wants to search not just mainstream social media platforms, but also anonymous and semi-anonymous discussion boards like 4chan and Reddit, as well as the chat platforms Discord and Telegram.

McCormick Amendment Banning Military Funding of Censorship Added to NDAA

In appearance on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM Patriot 125, Rep. Rich McCormick (R-GA) confirmed that his amendment banning the military from working with NewsGuard, the Global Disinformation Index, and other organizations that blacklist conservative media, had been successfully added to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

Speaking to Breitbart News Saturday host and Washington Political Editor Matthew Boyle, Rep. McCormick confirmed that the amendment had been voted on by the House, with votes falling along party lines, and was added to the NDAA. If the NDAA passes in its current form, this amendment will be included.

“They had military and other DoD organizations using a ranked structured system… Where they would have to go to some sort of company and say ‘which companies give false information? We’re not going to advertise on those networks,'” said McCormick, explaining how the military has sidelined conservative news companies.

“Quite frankly, they even rated Chinese, a couple of Chinese papers higher than Newsmax for example. Higher than Epoch Times. Because of course the CCP has more legitimacy than Epoch Times — ridiculous!”

McCormick reiterated the point he made in his remarks to the Armed Services Committee, that sidelining conservative media cuts the military off from potential recruits.

“Instead of advertising to people you know want to be in the military, you’re going to advertise to advertise on woke liberal media where you’re not going to get people coming to the military.”

“The very people who are ‘safeguarding against bias’ are the most biased of all, the biggest propagators of falsities and misinformation. But they don’t want anybody to believe [anything] but their truth.”

McCormick said that the government’s determination to regulate truth had the hallmarks of a communist regime.

“This is where you get into communist regimes. People who think we’re a long way off from communism don’t understand what’s happening. When you look at the overreach of executive power, where you look at the overreach of bureaucracies, when you devalue the individual and value the political system, this is in direct [contradiction] to our constitution.”

“The government literally gets to tell you when your business is open and closed, when you can travel, who you hire, who you fire. They get to literally control every aspect of your lives, including what’s truth. That is as dangerous as anything we could ever have jeopardizing our republic.”

What happened to Donald Trump in 2016 and beyond dwarfed Watergate. Most of the media not only didn't care about the corruption of the Democrats, but they were also major participants in seeking to destroy a candidate, and later, president, they didn't like.

Special Counsel John Durham has started to hit paydirt with three arrests so far, the tip of the iceberg, and the story is essentially buried because the media doesn't care, and they don't want the public to know the truth. If the public learns the truth, they will see how dishonest, corrupt, and dangerous the media is. They will set out to destroy anyone they don't want in elective office. The truth and evidence are never necessary when they are campaigning for Democrats.

The basic story of the 2016 election is that the corrupt, criminal, unlikable Hillary and the DNC couldn't run on their record or unpopular leftist Democrat policies, so they needed to destroy Trump. They clearly couldn't dig up enough truthful dirt, so they set out to create pure fiction. They paid a foreign national, a Trump hater, over $10 million to create a dossier full of pure lies. They funneled the money through Democrat operatives at a private law firm. They committed fraud when they signed documents to the FEC saying these payments were for legal fees. No one at the Hillary campaign or DNC was punished for the fraud because no one cared. They were also supporting Hillary. The swamp is deep.

Then these lies were spread throughout the media and throughout the corrupt Obama-Biden administration to destroy Trump and his associates. The lies were obvious, yet no one cared. All they cared about was electing and protecting Hillary.

Dishonest people working at the FBI used these fictitious documents in lies to the FISA court as they set out to spy on and entrap anyone associated with Trump.

 

These same agents protected the career criminal Hillary from prosecution no matter how many laws she violated and how many pieces of information she destroyed to obstruct justice. The media didn't care.

For years, the Democrats, including Reps. Schiff and Nadler set out to destroy Trump with endless investigations based on fictitious documents. The media participated in targeting Trump with no evidence. They needed to destroy him because they didn't like his policies.

Schiff, Swalwell, Clapper, Brennan and others went on compliant media outlets to spread lies about Trump being a Russia agent.

The corruption and dishonesty of the media has been clear for decades. Here are some things they haven't cared about or have lied about as they campaigned for Democrats and set out to destroy their political opponents.

Didn’t care about how many women the Clintons physically and mentally abused. People who we are told respect women called them bimbos and trailer trash. The women were disposable as the media, entertainers, and other Democrats campaigned for Bill.

 

Didn’t care about Bill committing perjury and causing a young subordinate to commit perjury and obstruct justice. Monica was disposable.

Didn’t care how many trips Bill took with known pedophile Epstein. The young girls were disposable if the Clintons wanted power. How many women and young girls were sexually abused by powerful men because so many were campaigning for the Clintons?

Didn’t vet Obama, or care that he associated with radical leftists such as Reverend Wright and Bill Ayers. They also didn’t care about Biden’s record as they sought to destroy McCain and Palin. All that mattered was electing Obama.

Didn’t care about all the lies used to pass Obamacare, nor did they care that Pelosi wouldn’t let members of Congress, the media or the public see it before it was voted on. All the media cared about was the agenda.

Didn’t care about separation of powers when Obama illegally bypassed Congress to pay for shortfalls in Obamacare.

Didn’t care when Obama and Holder obstructed justice for years on Fast and Furious.

Didn’t care when Holder or others in the Obama committed perjury before Congress. They were above the law.

Didn’t care when the corrupt, politicized IRS illegally targeted political opponents of Obama, destroyed computers and documents and lied to Congress. The politicized, corrupt Justice Department decided that the swamp creatures at IRS were above the law. Political opponents of Obama and constitutional rights were disposable.

Didn’t care when the corrupt Justice Department, EPA, and CFPB shook down corporations and set up slush funds to give kickbacks to Obama supporters. Laws and ethics were disposable.

Didn’t care when Obama and Hillary didn’t lift a finger to help people under attack by terrorists in Benghazi. Instead, they concocted a lie about a video causing the attack because the truth might have jeopardized their power in the coming election. They even sent Susan Rice out to five networks to intentionally lie. Now this known liar is high up in the Biden administration.

Didn’t care that people continually lied through the media to get the Iran deal done. Ben Rhoades bragged about how gullible and helpful the media was in perpetuating the lies.

Didn’t care that Obama sent $1.8 billion in unmarked bills to the tyrants in Iran to bribe them.

Didn’t care that Obama dictatorially ordered the politicized, corrupt Justice Department to drop a multiyear, multi department investigation into a billion-dollar drug running operation by terrorists to appease the tyrants in Iran. They were above the law. Obama’s legacy was more important.

Don’t care how many people were killed by drugs and terrorism because Obama cared more about his legacy. The Americans who died were disposable.

Don’t care that the corrupt, politicized, Justice Department was so busy campaigning for Hillary and seeking to destroy Trump that they didn’t care how many laws Hillary and her aides broke, didn’t care how many computers and documents they destroyed, didn’t care how much they obstructed justice, and didn’t care how much they lied. They were above the law because they wanted Hillary to defeat Trump.

Don’t care that Comey, McCabe, Schiff, Brennan, Clapper and others intentionally lied about Trump and Russia for years. They still trot them out when they want to trash Trump.

Willingly participated in spreading the “Hands up Don’t Shoot” lie after Ferguson to gin up racial hate against white cops. They don’t care how many cops were injured or killed by these intentional lies. The cops were disposable.

Participated in the intentional lies as they sought to destroy white Christian boys for the crime of wearing MAGA hats. The young boys were disposable. 

Participated as they sought to destroy Judge Kavanaugh with no evidence. It is astonishing and deplorable how many people the media is willing to destroy to push the leftist agenda.

Never cared about the Biden family corruption. Even buried the truthful story about the Hunter Biden laptop to protect Biden before the election. They still don’t care about all the kickbacks to the Biden’s no matter how much evidence there is.

Instead of caring about the Biden family corruption, the media and other Democrats sought to destroy and impeach Trump for wanting to investigate the corruption -- which should be his job.

Don’t care about sanctuary cities and states and the Biden administration refusing to enforce immigration laws they swore to uphold.

Don’t care about how much Fauci, WHO and others have lied or got wrong or about the Wuhan lab and gain of function research. The children’s financial, physical, and mental health were disposable as schools were unnecessarily closed.

Don’t care about natural immunity as they are willing to fire anyone who dares disagree with the dictatorial mandates to get shots.  Those people who get fired are disposable.

Don’t care about how well Florida is doing compared to the rest of the country without mask or vaccine mandates.

Don’t care about all the states where election laws were intentionally violated in the 2020 election. Instead, they pretend that there is nothing to question. They had no concerns when the 2016 election was challenged, and Trump was called an illegitimate President for four years. Instead, they participated in the big lie. They don’t care about voter integrity as they claim requiring a photo ID to vote is racist.

They participate in continuing to call an unarmed protest on January 6 an armed insurrection to intentionally mislead the public.

They don’t care about the only person killed by a weapon on January 6. An unarmed veteran woman shot by a Capitol cop. Ashli Babbitt was disposable.

They not only don’t care that CRT is taught throughout the U.S. They lie about it as they regurgitate the terms, white supremacy, white privilege, and systemic racism to gin up racial hate and division. They do this while they pretend that they are for unifying the country.

They have never cared about evidence to support the radical climate change agenda to destroy America. They don’t care that all the dire predictions have been 100% wrong for decades. All they care about is the agenda.

And they certainly don’t care what is in all the slush funds the Democrats are seeking to pass and how they are paid for. They don’t care that Pelosi is trying to get them passed before they are read and before they are scored by the CBO.  They campaign for these bills, sight unseen, because facts don’t matter and haven’t for a long time.

I am sure others can think of many other things that the media doesn’t care about.

What should we call the press who cares more about who they elect and an agenda than the truth? What should we call people who are willing to destroy anyone who gets in the way of the left’s quest for power? Wouldn’t enemies of the people be an appropriate term? Calling these people progressive is certainly mislabeling.

BUT HOW LONG COULD BIG MEDIA AND WALL STREET HIDE JOE?

Where there’s smoke, look for fire.  Biden came from humble means, never worked in the private sector, but somehow became wildly wealthy.  Several of Biden’s family members essentially work in the family business of apparent influence peddling.  Does Biden’s frequent refrain, “I never spoke with my son about his overseas business deals” come to mind?  It makes one wonder if “never” really means “never!”.  Biden has nine relatives receiving millions in foreign cash.  What were they talking about when Vice President Biden and his cronies met 80 times at the White House?  Veracity is everything when you solicit the public’s trust, and Biden’s persona is wrapped around his supposed trustworthiness.  However, the facts here point to a person who uses hyperbole, manipulation, and outright lying to sway public opinion.

Finally, when Biden recently claimed that he has "never been more optimistic about America's future," what he meant is that he has given China permission to send spy balloons loaded with explosives across the continent; criminal cartels permission to flood America with illegal aliens; the pharmaceutical companies permission to reap windfall profits from harmful, untested, yet government-mandated products; the World Health Organization and United Nations permission to usurp U.S. sovereignty; the Federal Reserve permission to print money on our way to economic Armageddon; and the World Economic Forum permission to usher in a "great reset" of centralized control and loss of individual liberty.  Surely all that carnage is worth a relatively small finder's fee of 10%.

When Commie Joe's statements are viewed in their proper context, he is just a presidential truth-teller.  Really.  After all, he gives us his word as a Biden!

How Government is Fanning and Subsidizing Anti-White Racism

When the current occupant of the White House openly asserts that white supremacy is the greatest threat to America, it shows that demonizing whites is now an acceptable part of American life. Conservative writer Ed Brodow dubs this phenomenon the “new national sport” in the subtitle of his book The War on Whites. In a Townhall article, he says hating whites is a disease of epidemic proportions that must be called out for what it is – racism. He explains how, in the woke-perverted world of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), white people – by dint of pigment alone – are the default oppressors, obliged to feel guilty and do penance for imagined crimes of “systemic racism.”

This reversal has its roots in critical race theory (CRT) and Marxist ideology, which are working overtime to replace the American ideal of equality (of opportunity, not outcome) with a distorted version of equity. The word itself means fairness or impartiality. But the new discourse interprets it to mean providing special opportunities to minorities and groups perceived as disadvantaged and denying them to the majority and those perceived as advantaged.

With woke ideas well entrenched in academia and diffusing therefrom to the corporate world and government, this perverse interpretation is increasingly translating into a sidelining of whites. Although government programs are required by the Constitution to be non-discriminatory, instances abound of anti-white racism becoming their salient feature. Such discrimination even extends to COVID relief programs, as if whites were not affected (or were less affected) by the pandemic.

Fortunately, these are being challenged as unconstitutional in federal lawsuits. One involves a discriminatory COVID relief program for businesses in Massachusetts. The $75 million program is deceptively called the Inclusive Recovery Grant Program, but accepts applications only from firms owned by minorities, women, veterans, the disabled, or LGBTQ+.

Challenging this, the pro bono Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Brian Dalton, whose New England Firearms Academy cannot receive aid because he happens to be heterosexual and white. Dalton, a retired law enforcement officer, opened the academy in 2013 to provide firearms and safety training. During the pandemic, he was forced to sell assets and use his savings to cover business expenses. Upon reopening, he incurred additional costs to comply with mandated safety measures. So, he wanted to apply when the program was first announced, but found he was ineligible.

In Brian Dalton et al v. Hao and MA Growth Capital Corp, filed on May 31st at the U.S. District Court for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, PLF attorneys argue that the program violates the 14th Amendment guarantee for “equal protection under the law.” They rightly characterize the program as inclusive in name, but in fact exclusive in its application. Broadening the argument to make a case for the American ideal of individual rights, the PLF states on its website:

When the government benefits or burdens us based on traits we cannot control, it unjustly diminishes our individuality and institutionalizes and reinforces stereotypes. Such treatment also hinders opportunity. Business owners have a right to be treated as individuals, and not as part of a group to which the government arbitrarily assigns them. Our country has had a terrible history of discrimination that cannot be remedied with more discrimination.

A similar case was filed in 2021 by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL) on behalf of Tennessee restaurateur Antonio Vitolo against the Small Business Administration (SBA). The SBA prioritized women and minorities during an initial three-week period for grants from the $28.6 billion Restaurant Revitalization Fund, a COVID relief program. White males were relegated to the back of the line. On May 27, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit ruled (with Judge Bernice Donald dissenting) that such prioritizing amounted to “racial gerrymandering.” It ordered the government to fund Vitolo’s grant application, if eligible.

In 2020, two whites and a Chicano sued Oregon in two lawsuits for racial discrimination when it designated $62 million in COVID relief specifically for blacks, presuming that the pandemic affected them disproportionately. Under pressure from the nightly Black Lives Matter (BLM) mayhem in Portland, state officials initially defended the program. Later, though, they admitted to its potential unconstitutionality. In an editorial commentary, the WSJ called the program “blatantly unconstitutional.”

U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut had denied a request from one of the plaintiffs to block disbursements, but agreed to examine the constitutional issues “later in this litigation.” Eventually, the state settled both cases, paying out grants to 1,252 non-black applicants.

In December 2020, Etienne Hardre, a barbershop owner from Colorado Springs, sued the state of Colorado for denying him relief under a state program due to minority eligibility criteria. Hardre’s business was hit hard by the pandemic lockdown and the restrictions under which he could reopen at reduced capacity. The program requirements were later amended, but still conferred preference to minorities. The case, however, was closed, with the judge saying in an April 19, 2021 order that it was filed before “implementing regulations had been adopted” – in short, too early.

There are other examples, too, of government programs discriminating against whites. The California Underserved and Small Producers Program (for drought relief) advantages farmers of color and illegal immigrants by awarding them 50% of available funding. A Covid relief grant in Stamford, CT, and the Source Grow Grant of Cook County, IL, both reserve one-third of funding for small businesses owned by minorities, women, the disabled, and veterans. The latter was rescinded for redesigning after PLF filed a lawsuit.

White-bashing is so pervasive now that a Rutgers professor, Brittney Cooper, had no qualms about saying “we got to take these [white] motherf*****s out,” and another from Drexel, George Ciccariello-Maher, tweeting that “All I want for Christmas is White Genocide.” Anti-white racist screeds abound: White Fragility, by Robin DiAngelo and Michael Eric Dyson, and How to Be an Antiracist, by Ibram X. Kendi, for instance.

Denver councilwoman Candi Lee CdeBaca believes in correcting what she perceives as past inequities committed by whites through higher taxes on white-owned businesses. Describing herself as more of an anarchist than a communist, she justifies such punitive measures to redistribute wealth to minority businesses on the grounds that capitalism was built on “stolen land, stolen labor, and stolen resources.”

Throughout the university system, faculty keep such extremism alive in the classroom, fanning the embers with CRT and DEI. One technique Leftist academics have deployed successfully, as Australian authors Harry Richardson and Frank K. Salter point out in their book Anglophobia: The Unrecognized Hatred, is the weaponization of victimhood, actual or perceived. Young, impressionable minds – often catalyzed by the induced guilt of being born white – absorb these ideas and perpetuate them after graduation through activism and at their workplaces.

Race has become such a dominant factor in government funding, university admissions, and hiring and promotion decisions that there is a climate of tremendous animosity against whites, who are excluded while favored categories are given preference. Former Republican Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich calls it a “cult of anti-white racism.” What is lost to the CRT-DEI ideologues is that racism is always wrong, regardless of who is targeted.

Government benefits and special privileges must be distributed on objective criteria of need and merit, not by arbitrary classifications of race, sex, or sexual orientation. The latter is both unjust and unconstitutional under the 14th Amendment. Worse, such policies encourage privilege seeking and wallowing in victimhood, both of which demean the human spirit, its quest for excellence, and its ability to rise above circumstances. This threat to our meritocracy signals the end of an America that achieved greatness through endeavor, innovation, and excellence. We can’t allow that to happen.

Barack Obama Pushes ‘Digital Fingerprints’ to Fight ‘Misinformation’

Barack Obama, who was instrumental in fueling the media’s “misinformation” narrative before he left office, has a new buzzword — “digital fingerprints.”

The former Democrat president wants the origin of digital information such as photos and videos to be clearly traced, to fight the spread of deepfakes.

“That technology’s here now,” said Obama in a discussion with his former advisor David Axelrod on the latter’s CNN podcast. “So, most immediately we’re going to have all the problems we had with misinformation before, [but] this next election cycle will be worse.”

“”And the need for us, for the general public, I think to be more discriminating consumers of news and information, the need for us to over time develop technologies to create watermarks or digital fingerprints so we know what is true and what is not true.”

The idea of fighting “misinformation” by tracing the origin of digital info is not new. A coalition of tech and media companies led by Microsoft is already trying to make this technology the industry standard, as is a coalition with similar goals led by Adobe.

Before he left office, President Obama helped spark the media panic over “fake news” — later rebranded as “misinformation” — that was adopted by the media, NGOs, and tech companies as a pretext to suppress conservative content.

Hours before election day 2016, the Democrat president was giving interviews to the media about the dangers of “fake news,” and in the weeks following the election of Donald Trump, used public appearances to talk about the problem of “misinformation.”

Prior to this, the topic was not discussed widely in the media. Afterwards, it was everywhere. And by 2020, it was a key part of the media and tech industry’s efforts to interfere in the election.

What does ‘freedom of the press’ mean when the media eagerly join with the censors?

Right now, censorship is more prevalent than at any time in our lifetimes. And it’s actually embraced by the mainstream media, the Biden administration and the Democrats’ party as a whole.

The Twitter Files published by a group of independent journalists, show the intense censorship promoted by the administration and its agencies through pressure on the tech companies. The mainstream media ignores and suppresses the revelations of the Twitter Files and anything else that would embarrass the administration or offend its supporters.

Democrats profess to be concerned about censorship, but only in so far as it involves what they call “book banning” in Florida, which is really regulating what books can be included in public school libraries. That is something that has always occurred everywhere and with good reason, because some books are not appropriate for young people. But until it became likely that Governor Ron DeSantis might be a presidential contender, it had never before been called “book banning.”

The result of this censorship is that most people are unaware of important facts which, though accurate, cast the administration in a bad light. That’s a huge threat to our democracy. The reason we have freedom of the press is so that the press can protect us from overreaching by the government. The theory is that the press will speak truth to power.

In this current environment, the press is worse than useless. Currently the mainstream media serve as apparatchiks of the Democrat party and the Biden administration. The mainstream media actively promoted the major lies that were powerful intrusions into our election process, which is vital.

It’s also telling that the mainstream media has used the term “The Big Lie“ to refer to Trump’s claim that he won the 2020 election, without including any of the inflammatory fabrications they promoted that were designed to turn elections and to destroy an elected administration.

And unlike Trump’s claim that he won the 2020 election, the lies the mainstream media promoted were far more impactful because their lies had the support of most media, the Democrat party, the intelligence services, and the FBI and the tech companies. Trump’s claims were forcefully opposed by all of the actors that supported the mainstream media’s fabrications.

These lies included among other things, the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, the story that Trump Tower had a direct connection with the server in the Alpha Bank, which is closely tied to the Kremlin, and the story that the authentic emails on Hunter Biden‘s laptop were Russian disinformation.

And these practices not only present the administration in an unrealistically favorable light and the political opposition in an unrealistically unfavorable light, but they mean that all of us are walking around with two very different sets of facts in our heads, depending on the information sources we rely on. This divides our polity so that we find ourselves in a situation reminiscent of the Tower of Babel.

Now Obama wants even more power...

The media, government bureaucrats and other Democrats have spread a massive number of lies to the public for years through many election cycles.  All are meant to mislead the public and influence or interfere in elections, but now Obama wants more government control to determine what the truth is.  This, from a former president who has a long record of lying.

Obama suggests digital fingerprints to counter misinformation, so we know what is true or not true.

Former President Barack Obama suggested in a new interview the development of "digital fingerprints" to combat misinformation and distinguish between true and misleading news for consumers.

Who will be Obama's arbitrators? Will they be Rachel Maddow and MSNBC, Brian Stelter, WaPo, DHS, SPLC, the Justice Department? Obviously, Obama wants some kind of censorship power under the rubric of "stopping disinformation" because lying is so hard to conceal when the truth keeps getting out.

Here is a small sample of misinformation that has been spread by the leftist mainstream media, which I do not recall Obama ever complained about.

In 2008, after endorsing John McCain in the Republican primary, the New York Times ran a hit piece on him about a supposed affair with a lobbyist. 

After the election, when a lawsuit was launched, the Times said it didn't mean to imply a romantic relationship.

I don't believe these people.  They obviously meant for the public to believe there was an improper relationship because they were campaigning for Obama. 

The media also went into attack mode in 2008 to destroy Sarah Palin as soon as she was nominated for the GOP vice presidential ticket. 

Yet they didn't have any interest in letting the public know about Obama's history of political dirty tricks, such as he pulled during his first election, when he had sealed records unsealed and leaked in what writer Ann Coulter called his "signature move" and went on to pull similar moves on his 2012 GOP rival, Mitt Romney.

Meanwhile. the media essentially buried Obama's relationship with terrorist Bill Ayers, the radical Rev. Jeremiah Wright, and the convicted white-collar criminal Tony Rezko.

In that latter case, the Cook County Assessor's Office appears to have no record of any tax being paid on a property transfer between a future convicted felon and a future president, in possible violation of Illinois law.

In 2005, at a time when Rezko was under federal investigation for influence-peddling in former Illinois governor Blagojevich's administration, then-senator Obama and Rezko's wife Rita bought adjacent pieces of property from a Chicago doctor.  Rezko would later be convicted of 16 of 24 counts of influence-peddling.

The doctor sold one parcel to Obama for $1.65 million, $300,000 below the asking price, while Rezko's wife paid full price, $625.000, for the adjacent vacant lot.

Six months later, the Obamas paid Rezko's wife $104,500 for a ten-foot-wide strip of her land to create a bigger yard and ensure a greater measure of privacy.

While the media were destroying Palin, they had no interest in telling the public the truth about Biden, whom they had chased from the 1988 presidential race earlier.

In 2009, Obama and others intentionally lied to the public to get Obamacare passed.

Basically, they had to lie to mislead voters.

An Obamacare architect even described how the effort to sell health law was benefited by "stupid" voters.

Remember him?

The media malfeasance around the Obama administration went on and on.

Instead of lifting a finger to help Americans under attack in Libya, Obama and his then–secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, concocted a lie about a provocative video causing a spontaneous mob reaction and then the attack.  They even sent NSC official Susan Rice out to promote this lie because they were more concerned about Obama's re-election prospects and retaining power than the people who died.

And they say Democrats are the party of empathy.

If you want to see what Democrats' philosophy about the truth and elections is, all you must see is what Harry Reid said about his lie that Romney didn't pay taxes for ten years: "Well, they can call it whatever they want.  Romney didn't win, did he?"

Obama didn't care when associates, such as Lois Lerner, Eric Holder, James Clapper, and John Brennan lied to Congress and got off.  They were above the law.

Obama didn't care when his FBI director, James Comey, went out and listed all of Hillary Clinton's crimes regarding massive mishandling of classified information and then lied to the public that no prosecutor would take the case.  Obama knew that many people have been prosecuted for lesser crimes.

Then there was Obama's Russia-Russia-Russia scandal, which dogged President Trump through his presidency.

In 2016, Hillary and the DNC paid a foreign national over $10 million to create a fictional dossier to destroy Trump.  Then they committed fraud by lying to the FEC that the money was for legal fees. 

Corrupt and dishonest FBI bureaucrats, who wanted Hillary to win, continually lied to the FISA court so they could illegally spy on people surrounding Trump. 

The corruption, and interference in the 2016 election by people throughout the Obama administration, with his knowledge, dwarfed Watergate.  Most of the media not only didn't care, but participated. 

For years, the biased media, along with corrupt Justice Department officials and other Democrats, colluded to continually bombard the public with endless lies and investigations based on the fictional Russian collusion.  The purpose was never to inform the public with the truth.  It was solely to destroy Trump and his administration.  They could not afford an outsider draining the corrupt swamp. 

In 2020, the public was fed with misinformation about COVID masks, social distancing, shutdowns, lockdowns, and other government edicts that Dr. Anthony Fauci and others falsely claimed were based on science.  The purpose was to get the public to capitulate to government control.  The damage was massive to children and others.  Obama still hasn't said a word denouncing the misinformation. 

Nor did he say anything when the media, Fauci, and others colluded to stop an investigation into the Wuhan lab as the source of COVID by falsely calling it a disproven conspiracy.  The purpose of stopping an investigation was to protect Fauci and others, who had funded the dangerous research at the lab. 

Obama, along with the media, has known about the Bidens, along with the Clintons, and their corrupt history of lining their pockets with kickbacks, yet all of them said nothing when the media, the Justice Department, 51 former intelligence officials, and others colluded to hide the truthful story about the Hunter Biden laptop from the public before the 2020 election.

They went to an old playbook by falsely blaming the Russians to bury the truth. 

Almost three years later, the media and other Democrats are still burying the story of massive Biden family corruption, no matter how much proof they are shown. 

And they never ceased promoting the biggest lie of all, which is that the Obama administration was scandal-free because no one went to jail.  That's called skating in the real world.

That tells how corrupt the justice system is.  The reason the criminal activity of so many within the Obama administration didn't get punished is because he had wingmen blocking any accountability. 

The Obama-Biden administration is the most corrupt administration I have seen in my seventy years, but the Biden-Harris administration is closing in. 

So why do the media continually have liars like Obama, Hillary, Comey, Schiff, Holder, Rice, Clapper, and Brennan on and pretend they are reliable sources as they trash Republicans and support Biden? 

The answer can be found in Harry Reid's words.  To paraphrase, it doesn't matter how much we lie, or whom we destroy, as long as we win. 

Yesterday, the Democrats set out to destroy Special Counsel John Durham for daring to tell the truth about how corrupt Justice officials were and how the Russian collusion story was always based on nothing. 

It never ends.  No one should believe Obama when he says we need more government power to make sure the public see the truth before they vote.  The truth has always been irrelevant to Obama, as well as government officials, and most journalists, especially people who pretend to be fact-checkers.

The Biden family is notorious for being the crookedest clan not only in Delaware, but in D.C.

Delaware is a pretty small place, but D.C. is even smaller, yet the scope for corruption, unethical behavior, conflicts of interest, and even brazen thievery are far greater in Washington D.C.

And yet the Biden family stood out even there. To be born a Biden in the era after Joe switched his party affiliation, plagiarized his speeches, and inappropriately touched every woman or girl he could get his hands on in the state and the nation, was to be bred into dirty money.

Joe Biden was now asked in Wisconsin if Hunter had “profited off the Biden name”.

“None whatsoever,” the godfather of Delaware retorted. And the entire state laughed.

Say it ain’t so, Joe.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, in Delaware, everyone knows that the Biden name means money in the bank. Literally. Just ask MBNA, Hunter’s former employer, whose executives poured $200,000 into Joe’s coffers, and one of whom bought his house.

“Don’t worry about investors,” James Biden, Joe’s brother, famous for scoring a billion dollar contract to build houses in Iraq, told executives at Paradigm Global Advisors.  “We’ve got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

James had bought Paradigm together with Hunter Biden.

Biden can try to deny the obvious, but he isn’t even trying to deny that the emails and photos are real, or that it was his son’s laptop. Instead, he spouted a word salad of gibberish, stating, “the vast of the intelligence people have come out and said there’s no basis at all.”

Why does Biden need to call on “the vast of the intelligence people” who carefully avoided making a firm statement, to deny something he is better able to deny on his own?

Because it’s really an admission.

The latest emails make it all too clear that Joe Biden got Viktor Shokin, the Ukranian prosecutor, fired because Burisma wanted him gone and that Hunter Biden’s purpose in making deals with a powerful Chinese energy company linked to the Communist regime was to produce income for “me and my family”. It’s no wonder that the latest reports link the FBI’s subpoena of the laptop, not to the media’s false claims of a Russian op, but to a money laundering investigation.

Investing in Joe Biden or, as one message allegedly has it, “the big guy”, meant depositing the money with James or Hunter. And then Hunter deposited a laptop with a small computer repair shop in Delaware five miles from his father’s home, and never picked it up. The rest is history.

And the history is happening now.

The Hunter Biden laptop unrolls two ragged threads. One is the descent of Joe Biden’s son into new depths of depravity and the other are the foreign investors who bought into Joe Biden Inc.

The alleged photos of Hunter Biden’s drug use and underage girls might be dismissed as a spoiled rich kid’s demons. But, looking at public photos and videos of Joe Biden touching, caressing, and sniffing women and young girls, it’s hard not to see the influence. What did a teenage Hunter grow up seeing his father do? How did that shape him into the man he is?

And why was Hunter able to get away with it for so long?

In alleged text messages exchanged between Joe and Hunter Biden, father and son discuss “sexually inappropriate” behavior with a 14-year-old girl.

“She told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with [name of 14-year-old girl redacted] when she says that I facetime naked with her and the reason I can’t have her out to see me is because I’ll walk around naked smoking crack talking [redacted] girls on face time,” Hunter appeared to message his father.

What was done about this? The odds are good that the answer is nothing.

The Hunter Biden laptop was turned over to the FBI in December of 2019. And the FBI appears to have done little with it. Giuliani submitted material allegedly showing criminal sexual behavior to the Delaware police who passed it off to the Delaware Department of Justice.

A spokesman for Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings said it was sent to the FBI.

Jennings is not only a Democrat, but a friend of the Biden family who had worked under Beau Biden and has been vigorously campaigning for Joe Biden.

“I’ve known Joe, Jill, and the Biden family for most of my life. Joe is one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever known,” Jennings had posted on her Facebook page.

The Biden family may have been able to get away with a lot for the same reason as the Kennedy clan. They were big fish in a small pond being protected by the Democrat club. Like some Kennedy sons, Hunter may have spun out of control because he could get away with it.

That’s why Hunter Biden’s story is just an echo of Joe. Father and son appear to share a boundless greed for unearned wealth and women, and a complete lack of self-control with both.

And both men have spent their lives being protected from the consequences of their actions.

Laptop computers, like notebooks, are the mirrors of their owners. We use them and fill them with the things that matter to us. Going through a lost laptop or phone tells us a lot about the man or woman who spent years with it. Hunter Biden’s laptop is a mirror of the man. And the mirror shows a broken and corrupt human being filling its gigabytes with his demons.

What were Hunter Biden’s demons? The same as the ones that bedeviled Joe. Women and money. And as dirty and wrong as possible. That’s why Hunter allegedly didn’t just seek out money, he went after business opportunities in the most corrupt places in the world, like Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China, and he didn’t just chase women.

Instead, Rudy Giuliani has said that the laptop contained photos of underage girls.

But the bigger story isn’t Hunter’s depravity, it’s the business opportunities, the lobbying gigs and board seats offered to him by foreign companies looking to invest in Joe Biden.

In less than two weeks, Joe Biden’s stock will either boom or bust. And voters are entitled to know who, beyond the battalions of domestic special interests from Wall Street to Hollywood, from the gun control lobby to green businesses, pouring hundreds of millions into his campaign, is getting ready to collect interest on the foreign money that financed Hunter’s lifestyle.

Hunter Biden’s emails offer a window into a global operation, in the Ukraine, in Kazakhstan, and the People’s Republic of China, of investing in Joe Biden courtesy of his wastrel son.

Joe Biden has claimed that he has nothing to do with his son’s business affairs, but that’s a transparent lie that had been shot down even long before the laptop by media reporting. The media is frantically trying to bury information that backs up their own reporting from the primaries when the same media now trying to save Joe Biden originally wanted to bury him.

Why did so many Democrat officials, beginning with Barack Obama, try to keep Joe Biden from running in 2016 and then 2020? Joe Biden is a mediocre hack, but he’s a better candidate than Hillary Clinton, not to mention lefty luminaries like Al Gore or John Kerry. The problem was that the small state that spawned the Biden crime family was littered with their dirty laundry.

And now, in the final stretch before Election Day, the messy stained laundry is spilling out.

Like Humpty Dumpty, all the Democrat horses and men are trying to keep the mess contained. Twitter and Facebook are blatantly suppressing the story. The media has refused to cover the biggest scandal of the election while falsely claiming that Hunter Biden’s laptop is Russian disinformation despite clear denials by the intelligence community and the FBI.

Hunter Biden’s laptop isn’t just evidence of a degenerate past, but of the coming attractions.

The Biden crime family has built a global network of contacts. And when their father was a mere veep, they could only wet their beaks a little. If he wins, they’ll be able to drown in money.

Joe could throw around his weight in a backwater like Ukraine, but if he wins, Burisma will just be a tiny taste of what is to come. And the corruption in D.C. will make Delaware blush again.

Corruption is nothing new in D.C., but what the laptop reveals about Hunter Biden and his father is that, like the Clintons, they have no self-control. And the only thing more dangerous than cunning crooks at the head of a nation are inept kleptocrats who would leave evidence of their financial and sexual corruption on a laptop abandoned in a Delaware repair shop.

As new details trickle out, two things are obvious about the Biden crime family: they’re not only as crooked as a bent tree in a thunderstorm, they’re also hopelessly stupid at covering it up.

Even as the media denies everything for the Bidens, they have yet to deny the core facts.

Rep. Schiff may claim that Hunter Biden’s laptop is a Russian conspiracy, but neither Joe nor Hunter will say it. And what Schiff and the Democrats and their media can only say behind their backs is that they can’t believe how corrupt and incompetent the horse they bet on really is.

They haven’t seen anything yet.

Barack Obama’s True Legacy

The seeds of the catastrophe now befalling our nation.

Several weeks after the highly questionable 2020 presidential election appeared to put his vice president, Joe Biden, on the path to the White House, Barack Obama told late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert that he would like to have a third term by proxy: “I used to say if I can make an arrangement where I had a stand-in or front-man or front-woman and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff and I could sort of deliver the lines while someone was doing all the talking and ceremony, I’d be fine with that because I found the work fascinating.” [1]

Early on in Joe Biden’s calamitous presidency, it became clear that Biden was indeed someone’s proxy, and that someone was likely Barack Hussein Obama. Even if Barack Obama is not actually directing Biden’s actions from his basement, the Biden administration established itself immediately as the instrument for the resumption of the Obama agenda. What befell America during the Biden presidency was what Barack Obama envisioned for our nation and what he spent eight years setting into motion. Donald Trump did a great deal to reverse the disastrous direction in which the country was heading, but Biden’s team worked energetically to undo all that Trump accomplished.

And so, by May 2021, the United States of America faced a number of crises that appeared suddenly, were largely self-inflicted, and which threaten its survival as a free nation more severely than at any time since the bombing of Pearl Harbor. All of these crises were entirely foreseeable, and completely preventable. And, all of them are the direct result of the socialist, internationalist, and statist policies of Barack Obama.

After having attained the White House by means of an election that was full of irregularities, which were never fully investigated and buried beneath the media’s insistence that only paranoid conspiracy theorists and diehard partisans thought that the election was anything but free and fair, the Biden administration set out to pursue a number of policies that could lead to nothing less than the end of the United States as a republic of laws governed under the Constitution.

Ignoring Congress, despite the fact that both the House and Senate had Democrat majorities, Biden immediately signed over fifty Executive Orders to reverse numerous Trump policies, relax border and immigration controls, subject the nation once again to onerous economic burdens designed to fight the phantasm of “climate change,” exacerbate the hysteria and restrictions of freedom presented as measures to fight the coronavirus, and promote a far-left social agenda. Biden also restarted Obama’s objective of “fundamentally transforming the United States of America” with a culture war waged from inside the White House against Americans. Obama had made Americans poor. Biden would leave them even poorer.

Daniel Greenfield states in this book that “Obama powered a historic economic shift that took power away from workers and gave it to Silicon Valley, that took American jobs and shipped them to China, and that took jobs from black teenagers and gave them to illegal aliens.

He oversaw a historic power slide away from America to China, Russia, and the Islamic terrorists of the world laboring to build their caliphates.” During the opening months of the Biden administration, China rapidly became a massive threat to America’s economic wellbeing and standing in the world. Biden’s team emboldened the Communist Chinese to step up their activities toward economic, military, and technological domination of the entire world. This emboldening of China took place as Biden’s team ended the Keystone Pipeline project that had enabled the nation to attain energy independence during the Trump administration. Gas prices soared, and Americans once again experienced gas shortages of a severity that had not been seen since the 1970s. This was the logical outcome of Obama’s energy policies, which mandated the voluntary weakening of the United States and its increased dependence on foreign powers.

Obama had opened up the borders to demographically transform the country; Biden would go even further beyond that to build on his former boss’s legacy. Biden’s administration also worked to weaken national security by opening the southern border. As Matthew Vadum says in these pages, “An insecure border and growing disrespect for the nation’s immigration laws is the ugly legacy that President Barack Obama left behind.” Biden’s team has determinedly taken Obama’s open-borders policies as a blueprint, in a matter of months transforming a relatively quiet southern border into a hellhole of drug and human trafficking, with a massive humanitarian crisis caused by a lack of facilities to accommodate the influx Biden’s team had invited.

As could have been predicted, jihadis also took advantage. The rapid fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban in August 2021 was the foremost example, but Biden’s presidency also increased the jihad terror threat within the United States. In April 2021, US Border Patrol agents announced that they had arrested two Yemenis who were on a terror watch list as they tried to enter the United States. [2] Significantly, shortly after announcing this, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) removed the press release from its website. [3] Apparently the CBP preferred that Americans not know just how serious the crisis at the border really was.

All of this and much more represented a reimplementation of Obama-era policies and programs. And Biden’s team didn’t stop there. Immediately repudiating Trump’s deep and unshakeable support for Israel, the Biden administration returned to Barack Obama’s stance of hostility toward Israel, with blithe disregard for the wellbeing of America’s most reliable ally in the Middle East. The Washington Free Beacon reported in March 2021 that the administration was determined to fund the Palestinians with no regard whatsoever for what they planned to do with the money, up to and including the financing of jihad terror activity: “the Biden administration privately confirmed to Congress last week that the Palestinian Authority has continued to use international aid money to reward terrorists but said the finding won’t impact its plans to restart funding.” [4]

While betraying Israel as Obama did, Biden’s team is also following in his footsteps in providing aid and comfort to one of the most formidable enemies America faces on the world stage: the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Biden administration appears prepared to make virtually any concession in order to induce Iran to return to Obama’s disastrous nuclear deal, which—contrary to media myth—did nothing to hinder Iran’s nuclear program, and a great deal to empower it.

All this is taking place amid unprecedented threats to our First and Second Amendment rights to the freedom of speech and to bear arms. The social media giants and the media have colluded with the Biden team to whitewash the numerous crises into which Biden has plunged the nation, and to silence dissenting voices, most notably that of former President Trump, who have tried to alert the public to the gravity of what is really happening. The social media giants feel free to restrict Trump’s speech and that of other Americans because of legal protections that were put in place during the Obama years.

And so, by November 2021, after enjoying four years of relative peace and prosperity during the administration of Donald J. Trump, the nation faces chronic unemployment and inflation, a border crisis, grave threats to our constitutional liberties, increased violence and lawlessness from the leftist groups Antifa and Black Lives Matter, a weakening dollar, the emboldening of our enemies worldwide, and even worse on the horizon. Biden’s handlers are either catastrophically stupid and incompetent, or actively working to weaken the United States. In either case, the result is the same.

This is the world Barack Obama has made. This is his legacy.

Our mostly complicit, compliant, sycophant press has no concern about facts, only Democrat power

What happened to Donald Trump in 2016 and beyond dwarfed Watergate. Most of the media not only didn't care about the corruption of the Democrats, but they were also major participants in seeking to destroy a candidate, and later, president, they didn't like.

Special Counsel John Durham has started to hit paydirt with three arrests so far, the tip of the iceberg, and the story is essentially buried because the media doesn't care, and they don't want the public to know the truth. If the public learns the truth, they will see how dishonest, corrupt, and dangerous the media is. They will set out to destroy anyone they don't want in elective office. The truth and evidence are never necessary when they are campaigning for Democrats.

The basic story of the 2016 election is that the corrupt, criminal, unlikable Hillary and the DNC couldn't run on their record or unpopular leftist Democrat policies, so they needed to destroy Trump. They clearly couldn't dig up enough truthful dirt, so they set out to create pure fiction. They paid a foreign national, a Trump hater, over $10 million to create a dossier full of pure lies. They funneled the money through Democrat operatives at a private law firm. They committed fraud when they signed documents to the FEC saying these payments were for legal fees. No one at the Hillary campaign or DNC was punished for the fraud because no one cared. They were also supporting Hillary. The swamp is deep.

Then these lies were spread throughout the media and throughout the corrupt Obama-Biden administration to destroy Trump and his associates. The lies were obvious, yet no one cared. All they cared about was electing and protecting Hillary.

Dishonest people working at the FBI used these fictitious documents in lies to the FISA court as they set out to spy on and entrap anyone associated with Trump.

 

These same agents protected the career criminal Hillary from prosecution no matter how many laws she violated and how many pieces of information she destroyed to obstruct justice. The media didn't care.

For years, the Democrats, including Reps. Schiff and Nadler set out to destroy Trump with endless investigations based on fictitious documents. The media participated in targeting Trump with no evidence. They needed to destroy him because they didn't like his policies.

Schiff, Swalwell, Clapper, Brennan and others went on compliant media outlets to spread lies about Trump being a Russia agent.

The corruption and dishonesty of the media has been clear for decades. Here are some things they haven't cared about or have lied about as they campaigned for Democrats and set out to destroy their political opponents.

Didn’t care about how many women the Clintons physically and mentally abused. People who we are told respect women called them bimbos and trailer trash. The women were disposable as the media, entertainers, and other Democrats campaigned for Bill.

 

Didn’t care about Bill committing perjury and causing a young subordinate to commit perjury and obstruct justice. Monica was disposable.

Didn’t care how many trips Bill took with known pedophile Epstein. The young girls were disposable if the Clintons wanted power. How many women and young girls were sexually abused by powerful men because so many were campaigning for the Clintons?

Didn’t vet Obama, or care that he associated with radical leftists such as Reverend Wright and Bill Ayers. They also didn’t care about Biden’s record as they sought to destroy McCain and Palin. All that mattered was electing Obama.

Didn’t care about all the lies used to pass Obamacare, nor did they care that Pelosi wouldn’t let members of Congress, the media or the public see it before it was voted on. All the media cared about was the agenda.

Didn’t care about separation of powers when Obama illegally bypassed Congress to pay for shortfalls in Obamacare.

Didn’t care when Obama and Holder obstructed justice for years on Fast and Furious.

Didn’t care when Holder or others in the Obama committed perjury before Congress. They were above the law.

Didn’t care when the corrupt, politicized IRS illegally targeted political opponents of Obama, destroyed computers and documents and lied to Congress. The politicized, corrupt Justice Department decided that the swamp creatures at IRS were above the law. Political opponents of Obama and constitutional rights were disposable.

Didn’t care when the corrupt Justice Department, EPA, and CFPB shook down corporations and set up slush funds to give kickbacks to Obama supporters. Laws and ethics were disposable.

Didn’t care when Obama and Hillary didn’t lift a finger to help people under attack by terrorists in Benghazi. Instead, they concocted a lie about a video causing the attack because the truth might have jeopardized their power in the coming election. They even sent Susan Rice out to five networks to intentionally lie. Now this known liar is high up in the Biden administration.

Didn’t care that people continually lied through the media to get the Iran deal done. Ben Rhoades bragged about how gullible and helpful the media was in perpetuating the lies.

Didn’t care that Obama sent $1.8 billion in unmarked bills to the tyrants in Iran to bribe them.

Didn’t care that Obama dictatorially ordered the politicized, corrupt Justice Department to drop a multiyear, multi department investigation into a billion-dollar drug running operation by terrorists to appease the tyrants in Iran. They were above the law. Obama’s legacy was more important.

Don’t care how many people were killed by drugs and terrorism because Obama cared more about his legacy. The Americans who died were disposable.

Don’t care that the corrupt, politicized, Justice Department was so busy campaigning for Hillary and seeking to destroy Trump that they didn’t care how many laws Hillary and her aides broke, didn’t care how many computers and documents they destroyed, didn’t care how much they obstructed justice, and didn’t care how much they lied. They were above the law because they wanted Hillary to defeat Trump.

Don’t care that Comey, McCabe, Schiff, Brennan, Clapper and others intentionally lied about Trump and Russia for years. They still trot them out when they want to trash Trump.

Willingly participated in spreading the “Hands up Don’t Shoot” lie after Ferguson to gin up racial hate against white cops. They don’t care how many cops were injured or killed by these intentional lies. The cops were disposable.

Participated in the intentional lies as they sought to destroy white Christian boys for the crime of wearing MAGA hats. The young boys were disposable. 

Participated as they sought to destroy Judge Kavanaugh with no evidence. It is astonishing and deplorable how many people the media is willing to destroy to push the leftist agenda.

Never cared about the Biden family corruption. Even buried the truthful story about the Hunter Biden laptop to protect Biden before the election. They still don’t care about all the kickbacks to the Biden’s no matter how much evidence there is.

Instead of caring about the Biden family corruption, the media and other Democrats sought to destroy and impeach Trump for wanting to investigate the corruption -- which should be his job.

Don’t care about sanctuary cities and states and the Biden administration refusing to enforce immigration laws they swore to uphold.

Don’t care about how much Fauci, WHO and others have lied or got wrong or about the Wuhan lab and gain of function research. The children’s financial, physical, and mental health were disposable as schools were unnecessarily closed.

Don’t care about natural immunity as they are willing to fire anyone who dares disagree with the dictatorial mandates to get shots.  Those people who get fired are disposable.

Don’t care about how well Florida is doing compared to the rest of the country without mask or vaccine mandates.

Don’t care about all the states where election laws were intentionally violated in the 2020 election. Instead, they pretend that there is nothing to question. They had no concerns when the 2016 election was challenged, and Trump was called an illegitimate President for four years. Instead, they participated in the big lie. They don’t care about voter integrity as they claim requiring a photo ID to vote is racist.

They participate in continuing to call an unarmed protest on January 6 an armed insurrection to intentionally mislead the public.

They don’t care about the only person killed by a weapon on January 6. An unarmed veteran woman shot by a Capitol cop. Ashli Babbitt was disposable.

They not only don’t care that CRT is taught throughout the U.S. They lie about it as they regurgitate the terms, white supremacy, white privilege, and systemic racism to gin up racial hate and division. They do this while they pretend that they are for unifying the country.

They have never cared about evidence to support the radical climate change agenda to destroy America. They don’t care that all the dire predictions have been 100% wrong for decades. All they care about is the agenda.

And they certainly don’t care what is in all the slush funds the Democrats are seeking to pass and how they are paid for. They don’t care that Pelosi is trying to get them passed before they are read and before they are scored by the CBO.  They campaign for these bills, sight unseen, because facts don’t matter and haven’t for a long time.

I am sure others can think of many other things that the media doesn’t care about.

What should we call the press who cares more about who they elect and an agenda than the truth? What should we call people who are willing to destroy anyone who gets in the way of the left’s quest for power? Wouldn’t enemies of the people be an appropriate term? Calling these people progressive is certainly mislabeling.

Diversity and its cousins, inclusion and equity, are woke America’s new guiding principles. Sports, education, media, government, military, and big business are all in on the “DEI” mantra.

Rearrange the letters from DEI to DIE. Is that a more fitting acronym for where this recent liberal push may lead?

There is nothing wrong with diversity, as long as that extends to all aspects of humanity. Why only diversity of skin color and gender? Are those the only determinants of diversity?

A civil rights icon with a national holiday in his name, once spoke of the true measure of his fellow man, ”I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

Diversity is now contrary to Martin Luther King, Jr’s dream. What about diversity of thought, ideas, political views, and so on? How tolerant was the government, and its big tech and social media propaganda arms, over diverse views on COVID vaccines, masks, distancing, lockdowns, and off-label therapeutics? Can we have diverse views on transgenderism, Ukraine, or Trump?

This past week’s news included the president’s son enjoying his white privilege, receiving only a hand slap on crimes for which a darker skinned individual unrelated to a prominent Democrat would receive a long prison stay. There was also the horrific loss of a research submarine and 5 poor souls that perished in almost the same spot that 1500 persons died over 100 years ago, both tragedies related to the Titanic.

The OceanGate submarine was venturing two miles beneath the surface of the Atlantic Ocean to explore the sunken Titanic.

Lost aboard the vessel are pilot Stockton Rush, the CEO of the company leading the expedition. His passengers are a British adventurer, two members of a Pakistani business family and a Titanic expert.

Mr. Rush had woke views on diversity that may not have served him well in his dark, ice water coffin far below the turbulent North Atlantic,

He once declared he didn’t want to hire “50-year-old white guys” on his team even if they were seasoned submariners.

Rush was previously adamant that he values youth over experience when it comes to assembling his crews.

Who knows what role diversity indicatives played in the submarine’s fate? But it was one of Rush’s guiding principles,

When I started the business, one of the things you’ll find, there are other sub operators out there, but they typically have gentlemen who are ex-military sub-mariners, and they — you’ll see a whole bunch of 50-year-old white guys.

“I wanted our team to be younger, to be inspirational,” he continued.

Was the sub’s implosion due to diversity over competence? Or slipshod safety measures? According to CBS News, “In 2018, a professional trade group warned that OceanGate's experimental approach to the design of the Titan could lead to potentially ‘catastrophic’ outcomes.” Who oversaw safety, a 50-year-old white ex-submarine military dude or a 25-year-old non-binary inspirational person, a Sam Brinton type?

Might the sub have fared better if Rush surrounded himself with some “non-diverse” types? I’ll bet that’s who led the Navy and Coast Guard search and rescue mission.

This is where diversity veers from virtue signaling to life and death. How would US Airways flight 1549 have fared if instead of some “50-year-old white guy” in the cockpit, the pilot had been a 25-year-old diversity hire?

Captain “Sully” Sullenberger was in his late 50s, a “white guy” with 7 years’ experience as an Air Force fighter pilot, followed by 30 years as a commercial airline pilot. His experience saved 155 passengers when his plane lost power in both engines, yet he landed the plane safely in the Hudson River.

Would a “younger inspirational” pilot have handled the catastrophe as well? Who would you rather have had in the cockpit if you were on that flight?

Captain Sully was not hired for diversity, instead for competence and experience. He became a commercial pilot in 1980, long before MLK’s dream was deemed racist. Many commercial airlines wouldn’t hire a young Captain Sully now.

“Chicago-based United Airlines wants to train 5,000 pilots by 2030, and wants half of them to be women or people of color,” as the Chicago Tribune reported. Sorry, next-generation Sully! Better learn to code.

United pilots are “13% people of color”, about the same percentage of Blacks in the US population. It seems United is already doing well on the diversity front.

They are certainly more diverse than some professional sports leagues, but they never raise the ire of DEI nannies.

The NBA is 17 percent White, 72 percent Black, 2 percent Hispanic and less than 1 percent Asian. The NFL is similar with 25 percent White, 58 percent Black, and less than 1 percent each Asian and Hispanic, both leagues far different from America of 59 percent White, 19 percent Hispanic, 13 percent Black, and 6 percent Asian.

Any cries for diversity in professional sports?

The medical world also plays diversity games. The once prestigious American College of Surgeons pushes critical race theory. Rather than promoting their mission, “To serve all with skill and trust”, this longstanding surgical organization has declared itself to be “structurally racist.”

Patients, regardless of skin color, want the best and most competent doctors caring for or operating on their bodies. Instead, future doctors are  admitted to medical school based on their skin color, rather than character or knowledge, as medical schools increasingly ignore MCAT scores and grade point averages, favoring diversity over demonstrated competence.

Another life and death situation, more for entire countries rather than individuals, is the military. If America is at war, do Americans want the best military leadership and fighting force or the most diverse?

The likely next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Q Brown, Jr is all in on quotas. As Daniel Greenfield reported, “Brown’s quotas limit the number of white officers to 67% and cut white men down to 43%.” Will that provide the best and most competent military? I’ll wager that Russia and China favor competence over diversity.

Is this over-emphasis on diversity over competence making us safer or putting people at increased danger? Furthermore, will patients or plane passengers look suspiciously at their physician or pilot, wondering if that person is the best for the job or merely checking the box on some woke corporate diversity scorecard? What would any of the sub passengers or their families think about this question?

Wokeness is turning MLK’s dream into a nightmare, a fatal attraction to diversity.

Recapturing the hijacked Democrat Party

I grew up with parents who were Democrats.  I lived in Chicago, Illinois; I was introduced to Democrat Richard J. Daley, the famous mayor of Chicago. My uncle was Democrat Dan Ryan, President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, who had a major freeway named after him.  I moved to the Chicago suburbs and became mayor of the city of Oak Forest.  My job took me to California, where I had relationships with Los Angeles Democrat mayor Tom Bradley, Democrat California governors Gray Davis and Jerry Brown, and many other Democrat leaders. Without a doubt I know the Democrat party and its philosophy.

My parents were from the Greatest Generation. They experienced war, the Great Depression, and Democrat president Franklin D. Roosevelt. As they raised me, they made it clear that Democrats stood for workers, God, and country.  They would tell me about FDR bringing the country together with his four fundamental freedoms: “freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.” In my early years I can remember listing to the radio and hearing Democrat president Harry S. Truman address the nation. I remember him talking about a sign on his White House desk that read, "The Buck Stops Here," his willingness to take responsibility for actions united the country because he was a strong leader.

Several years later, Democrat John F. Kennedy entered the scene, and he quickly became my idol. One of his speeches struck me: “The Freedom and Happiness of Man," by Thomas Jefferson, "Kennedy stated that this quotation of Jefferson has been the beacon by which the course of the Democratic Party had been chartered. He went on to say the Democrat Party was inaugurated by Thomas Jefferson in 1800, and stood firmly opposed to a strong centralized government. It stood rather for direct popular control. Jefferson’s philosophy was based on the fundamental belief that the people are capable of self-government. JFK’s words championed state’s rights and strict constitutional interpretation. JFK brought people together.  

Another individual became popular around the same time. Martin Luther King, Jr. took his inspiration from scripture and united the country with his “I have a dream” speech.  Americans knew that the United States was blessed with “Greatest Generation” leaders.  Their qualities united the country by finding solutions with Republicans.  Together with shared values they protected the Constitution, families, freedom of speech and religion, patriotism, and commitment to high moral values.

In America in 2023, our nation’s citizens are in turmoil and completely divided. Democrat leaders have surfaced who are driven by racism, extremism, wokism, transgenderism, religious hatred, corruption, and lies. These extremists do not represent historical values; they have plundered the Democrat party.  Their ideologies are rampant with envy politics, socialism, and Marxism. Author J.R. Dunn analyzed “Liberal leftism has not only failed as an ideology but has proven fatal to citizens and societies around the world.”  These society killers have infiltrated every aspect of our society: families, education, parental rights, government, and the press/social media. They show contempt for the two-party system and those challenging their views.

What is the answer? Seniors, one of the nation’s largest voting blocs, have the history, experience, and expertise to throw out these dysfunctional radicals. They must lead a crusade joined by traditional Democrats, Republicans, and other Americans, real patriots who will protect the goodness and decency of American society.   We must look within ourselves with love of country and ask questions “what life do we want for our children and their children?” “Who benefits by destroying our history and the freedom and thoughts of others?” Finally, our actions must improve the lives of fellow Americans in this world that is ours.
