JOE BIDEN AND HIS MUSLIMS - 'Beaten, Raped, and Left for Dead' The persecution Christians experienced in just one month under Islam.

Mayorkas Extends and Expands Amnesty-Lite for Yemenis
Biden increases total TPS population by nearly 500,000
Washington, D.C. (July 9, 2021) - A new article from the Center for Immigration Studies reports that President Biden’s DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has extended and "redesignated" Yemen’s TPS designation for another 18 months, through March 3, 2023. With mass amnesty legislation currently stalled in Congress, the Biden administration continues to resort to the closest alternative it can implement through the Executive Branch.

Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, was designed to be a temporary form of relief that allows certain aliens to remain in the United States for a period of time if the DHS secretary determines that conditions in the home country temporarily prevent the country’s nationals from returning safely. Once the DHS secretary designates a country for TPS, beneficiaries—often illegal aliens who had no intention of voluntarily returning home—are generally not removable, are permitted to work in the country, and may receive permission to travel abroad. It’s often said that “There’s nothing as permanent as Temporary Protected Status.”

Consistent with the Biden administration’s new TPS designations for Haiti and Venezuela, the stated reasons for the (unlawful) “redesignation” for Yemen (i.e., the granting of work permits to new illegal aliens, in addition to renewal of those who already have them) fail to meet the statutory requirements of a designation. Neither economic woes or poverty, or the existence of Covid-19, which is worldwide, prevent Yemenis from returning to their country in safety.

Instead, this ultra-vires application of TPS benefits every Yemeni who found his or her way into the country since the 2017 TPS extension. According to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) email announcing the Mayorkas decision, an additional 480 Yemeni illegal aliens will benefit.

In less than six months, the Biden administration has granted amnesty-lite to nearly 500,000 illegal aliens from five countries. This includes, 320,000 Venezuelans, 100,000 Haitians, 1,800 Syrians, 1,600 Burmese, and now almost 500 Yemenis.

Biden Ends War On Radical Islamist Terrorists 'Over Here' and 'Over There'

Too bad the terrorists aren’t calling it quits.

On July 2, 2021 CNN reported, All US forces have left Bagram Air Base, as US withdrawal from Afghanistan nears completion.  That report began with these three paragraphs:

(CNN) The last US troops have left Bagram Air Base, according to a US defense official, marking the end of the American presence at the sprawling compound that became the center of military power in Afghanistan.

The full withdrawal of US troops from the country is not complete yet but expected very soon.

Nearly two decades after the first American troops arrived at Bagram and helped take control of the field after the 9/11 attacks, the transfer of the field to the Afghan military proceeded without fanfare, a hushed finale that portends the imminent conclusion of America's longest war.

As the CNN report noted, the massive U.S. presence in Afghanistan (and other countries in the Middle East) was triggered by the terror attacks of September 11, 2001.

Now it is believed that U.S. troops will, literally, unceremoniously, clear out of Afghanistan by the 20th anniversary of the worst terror attack ever carried out on U.S. soil.

The CNN report went on to note:

Bagram was officially handed over to the Afghan military Friday, Rohullah Ahamadzai, spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Defense told CNN.

But the withdrawal from Bagram, devoid of any pomp and ceremony, is a symbolic victory for the Taliban, who have waged a relentless cross-country battle against the Afghan military, pushing back government forces and overrunning a growing number of districts.

Today the Taliban is waiting in the wings to take control of cities across Afghanistan to provide terrorists the opportunity to regroup in that beleaguered country to create training camps and pose a threat to countries around the world, including the United States.

When President Bush sent troops to the Middle East, in the wake of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, he said that we would fight the terrorists “over there- so that we won’t have to fight them over here.”

President Obama echoed that claim, that our military efforts “over there” were being carried out so that the United States would not have to fight the terrorists “over here.”

Both Presidents ignored what should have been obvious- we have to fight the terrorists “over here” because they are here!

Subsequent deadly attacks inside the United States and other unsuccessful terror attacks attempted by international terrorists in the United States makes clear the unavoidable fact that there is, indeed, a continuing “war on terror” being waged inside the borders of the United States.

To state the obvious, if alien terrorists are operating inside the United States, the immigration system is failing and national security and public safety are being undermined.

The 9/11 Commission determined that multiple immigration-related failures were exploited repeatedly by international terrorists and not just on 9/11.

Now, although the “All Clear” has not sounded, the Biden administration is essentially ending the war on terror “over there”.

Add this fact to the open borders policies of the Biden administration that has not only encouraged, aided and abetted a human tsunami of illegal aliens to head for the United States from countries around the world, in including countries associated with terrorism, but has also al but shut down the enforcement of the immigration laws from within the interior of the United States.

This is a catastrophe waiting to happen!

I wrote about my concerns about Biden’s immigration agenda in an article published on January 19, 2021, What Biden’s Immigration Policies Would Do To America.  The subtitle to my earlier article said it all, Americas adversaries cant wait for this massive betrayal.

In an earlier piece I urge you to read, Biden's DHS: Department of Homeland Surrender, I expressed my extreme consternation over Mr. Biden’s pick for the vital  position of the Director of the DHS (Department of Homeland Security), Alejandro Mayorkas who had created DACA for the Obama administration came to the job with lots of “baggage.”

Mayorkas had garnered a reputation for demanding that the adjudications officers who worked under his “leadership” at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) “get to yes”.  In other words he wanted applications for various immigration benefits approved, even though the 9/11 Commission identified immigration fraud as the key method of entry and embedding for terrorists.

By a strange coincidence, my earlier article about Mayorkas was published on December 7, 2020, the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.  The parallel between the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 and the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese fleet is a parallel worth considering to underscore the magnitude of the threat we face to international terrorists.

Nineteen terrorists carried out the attacks of 9/11 and they killed more people than America lost to the Japanese Fleet on December 7, 1941.  Furthermore, the death toll from 9/11 continues as more Americans, mostly first responders, continue to die from their exposures to the deadly toxins that were released when the buildings collapsed.

In point of fact, the 9/11 Commission determined that the ability of the terrorists to travel around the world and cross international borders, especially the borders of the United States, was essential to ability of the terrorists to carry out those deadly attacks.

These obvious facts were not only a major theme of the 9/11 Commission Report but was the focus of an official report authored by the 9/11 Commission Staff that consisted of government attorneys and federal agents, 9/11 and  Terrorist Travel.

This report focused specifically on the ability of the terrorists to travel around the world, enter the United States and ultimately embed themselves in the United States as they went about their deadly preparations.and carry out an attack.  The preface of this report begins with the following paragraph:

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

Page 46 and 47 of this report noted:

Once terrorists had entered the United States, their next challenge was to find a way to remain here. Their primary method was immigration fraud. For example, Yousef and Ajaj concocted bogus political asylum stories when they arrived in the United States. Mahmoud Abouhalima, involved in both the World Trade Center and landmarks plots, received temporary residence under the Seasonal Agricultural Workers (SAW) program, after falsely claiming that he picked beans in Florida.” Mohammed Salameh, who rented the truck used in the bombing, overstayed his tourist visa. He then applied for permanent residency under the agricultural workers program, but was rejected. Eyad Mahmoud Ismail, who drove the van containing the bomb, took English-language classes at Wichita State University in Kansas on a student visa; after he dropped out, he remained in the United States out of status.

Page 61 contained this passage:

Exploring the Link between Human Smugglers and Terrorists

In July 2001, the CIA warned of a possible link between human smugglers and terrorist

groups, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and Egyptian Islamic Jihad.   Indeed, there is

evidence to suggest that since 1999 human smugglers have facilitated the travel of

terrorists associated with more than a dozen extremist groups.  With their global reach and connections to fraudulent document vendors and corrupt government officials, human smugglers clearly have the “credentials” necessary to aid terrorist travel.

This paragraph is found on page 98 under the title “Immigration Benefits:”

Terrorists in the 1990s, as well as the September 11 hijackers, needed to find a way to stay in or embed themselves in the United States if their operational plans were to come to fruition. As already discussed, this could be accomplished legally by marrying an American citizen, achieving temporary worker status, or applying for asylum after entering. In many cases, the act of filing for an immigration benefit sufficed to permit the alien to remain in the country until the petition was adjudicated. Terrorists were free to conduct surveillance, coordinate operations, obtain and receive funding, go to school and learn English, make contacts in the United States, acquire necessary materials, and execute an attack.

It is important to note that bin Laden obviously paid attention to the 9/11 Commission Report and understood the significance of our immigration system.  The New York Times published an article on May 20, 2015, "In Osama bin Laden Library: Illuminati and Bob Woodward" that reported on what American commandos discovered when they raided bin Laden's compound on May 2, 2011.  Here is a significant paragraph:

He also appeared to have maintained a keen interest in what the United States government thought of Al Qaeda. A copy of “The 9/11 Commission Report” was found in the compound in Abbottabad, as were three reports on Al Qaeda by the Congressional Research Service. There was also an application for American citizenship (no word on whether it was filled out).

It has been reported that up until his demise, bin Laden was determined to carry out future attacks on the United States to kill Americans.  Clearly he was interested in the analysis of the attacks that was produced by the 9/11 Commission.  Perhaps he was concerned about vulnerabilities that were identified that future attacks he wanted to carry out might not be able to exploit.  It would also be interesting to know what the Congressional Research Service reports found in his compound were focused on.

Finally- and of great importance, is the fact that an application for United States citizenship was found in bin Laden's compound, certainly pointing to his interest in the United States immigration system.

Furthermore, that United States citizenship provide the “Keys to the Kingdom” to those who acquire U.S. citizenship, whether it is through birth in the United States or through the naturalization process was obviously not ignored by bin Laden or his adherents and successors.

The 9/11 Commission worked to prevent terror attacks in the United States.  It is incomprehensible that Biden and his administration are acting in direct opposition to the findings and recommendation of that report, thereby undermining national security and public safety.  Nevertheless, no one from either political party ever mentions the 9/11 Commission Report or its findings and recommendations.

It’s time we dusted it off those vital reports and demand answers from those elected to “represent” us, We the People!

The following are among the abuses Muslims inflicted on Christians throughout the month of May, 2021:

The Slaughter of Christians

Uganda:  On May 3, hours after he engaged in a public debate about Islam and Christianity, Muslims severed the tongue of and beheaded Pastor Thomas Chikooma, a well-known pastor and father of 11 who had planted 50 churches in eastern Uganda. During the open air event, which Muslims had invited him to, he used the Bible and Koran to make his points.  He won over several people—including six Muslims, who went on to convert to Christianity—prompting angry Muslims in the crowd to cry “Allahu Akbar,” which, in turn, prompted the pastor and his young son to rush away from the event.  “Two motorcycles carrying two Muslims each and dressed in Islamic attire speedily bypassed us,” his son, a minor, later explained. “When we were 200 meters to reach our house, the two motorcycles stopped at the junction opposite Nalufenya primary school and the road near our house.”  The pastor told his son to wait while he went to confront the four men. “Immediately some commotion began as the men started talking about the open-air debate, and soon one of them slapped my father,” said his son. “I got scared and fled … and arrived at home.”  The boy eventually met up with his mother, and they went searching for Pastor Thomas.  According to the wife, “As we continued doing the search, we found my husband in a pool of blood, beheaded and his tongue removed.”  His tongue was likely cut out as punishment for “speaking against Islam.”

Separately, Muslims poisoned and killed a Christian pastor over his land and whether a church or mosque would be built over it.  Initially, area Muslims urged Pastor Yolonim Oduchu to sell them his land, so they can construct a mosque on it. According to the pastor’s brother, Francis, “Aliasa Opeduru and a number of [other] Muslims had approached my brother to sell them the piece of land several times, but my brother declined because their offer was small, and he also wanted to have part of the land set aside for constructing a church structure.  Later my brother received a threatening message from Opeduru saying he would not negotiate with him again.”  Eventually the Muslims “found a sponsor in Turkey to fund the construction of the mosque.”  Now the problem became that the Muslims did not want a church near their mosque, but Pastor Yolonim began clearing his parcel of land in preparation of construction. Then, one day, after eating at a hotel owned by a Muslim, “my husband,” said his wife Mary, “took a motorcycle and arrived at home complaining of severe stomach pains, diarrhea and started vomiting. We rushed him to a nearby clinic, and he succumbed to poisoning.”  Soon after his burial, his brother saw blood sprinkled atop the pastor’s grave with papers with Arabic writing: “We then sought assistance from police, who came with a sniffing dog that directed the mourners up to Opeduru’s home, where we found the suspect inside the house sleeping.  When police asked him about the blood, he admitted to pouring the animal blood there because the pastor didn’t respect him.”  After being interrogated by angry residents, the hotel owner confessed “Muslims had given him poison and instructed him to put it in Pastor Oduchu’s food.”  The pastor is survived by his wife and eight children, ages 2 to 16.

Pakistan:  A group of Muslims abducted, beat, and poisoned a Christian man, before dropping him for dead in the middle of a street.  Thirty-two-year-old Arif Masih’s crime was that he had tried to defend his younger sister from sexual harassment.  According to the report, on May 20,

Rehana Bibi, 18, had gone to the bazaar to buy some milk. Returning home, two young men, Muhammad Tariq and Muhammad Majid, began to harass her. The girl tried to escape and took refuge in the house. The two broke into the house and got into a fight with Arif [her brother]. The two young men also took the girl and dragged her to the bazaar, tore off her clothes and mocked her.

Although the family registered a complaint with police, the latter failed to act. Instead, Masih began to receive threats from the two accused men to drop the complaint or else.  Then, on May 23, “both perpetrators went to Arif's home and attacked him. They loaded him onto their motorcycle and then beat and poisoned him, throwing him on the street. Local people informed the family that their son was lifeless in the middle of the road.” He was rushed to two different hospitals but, “due to his injuries and the poison, he died.”  Because they could not get justice, Masih’s family took his body and exhibited it in the middle of a road, stopping vehicles and begging for justice (picture here).

Germany: During court proceedings, it was learned that a Muslim migrant from Syria murdered his sister’s boyfriend for being Christian.  According to the May 18 report,

[H]e had killed his sister's boyfriend because, as a Muslim, he would not tolerate his sister’s relationship with her Christian boyfriend. According to the verdict, the man waited more than an hour in the backyard for the victim in January 2019. When the 25-year-old got out of the car, the defendant fired shots from close range. The man died in the hospital from his gunshot wounds.

Democratic Republic of Congo: The Allied Democratic Forces, which is designated by the U.S. as an Islamic terror group, massacred between 50 and 57 people in the Christian majority nation, and torched 25 homes between May 29 and 30.  The group is committed to creating an Islamic Caliphate in Central Africa.

Burkina Faso: On May 18, Islamic terrorists attacked a Christian baptismal ceremony, where they massacred 15 Christians. “People are shocked and many are running,” a native in contact with town residents had reported at the time.  It is the fourth such attack in the nation’s Sahel region.  According to the report,

Violence linked to al-Qaida and the Islamic State extremists has left thousands dead in the West African nation over the last several years. In recent weeks, attacks have spiked in Burkina Faso's Sahel region and in the country's east.  Two Spanish journalists and an Irish conservationist were among more than 50 people killed during one week in April.  The violence has displaced more than 1 million people, and aid groups say it's also brought tens of thousands to the brink of starvation by disrupting aid operations to those in need.

South Sudan:  On Sunday, May 19, a group of Muslims launched an attack on and killed over a dozen Christians.  The attack and other forms of “senseless violence” before it are occurring in the most northern part of the nation, particularly in Abyei, “an area that experiences Islamic encroachments followed by harassment, intimidation and frequent attacks carried out by Arab Islamic militias,” said the Episcopal Church of South Sudan in a statement.  Of the most recent attack, the Bishop of Abyei, Michael Deng Bol, said that the village of Dungob-Alei, had been

barbarically attacked by militiamen of Sudan since around 5.30 am on Sunday 16 May, killing 13 people and wounding eight others. The fighting is still continuing up to now [late Monday night]….This is not the first attack of its kind. In 2020 Kolom village, 12km away from Abyei town, and Mabok Diil village, 18km east of Abyei town, were also attacked in the same way with 38 killed and 22 wounded, together with the abduction of 17 children and burning down of 77 houses including our prayer centres and medical facilities.

Nigeria: Some of the massacres of Christians at the hands of Fulani Muslim herdsmen throughout the month of May follow:

May 23:  “Fourteen Christians were butchered to death, including children,” a survivor from a raided village wrote in a communique. “Eight members of one family have all been killed. This is beside an additional six other Christians killed by the herdsmen in the village.”  More Christians were killed in another village on or around that same day, for a total of 37 dead.  Survivors heard the attackers shouting the jihadist war-cry, “Allahu Akbar.” Discussing the fate of her brother, one woman said, “The armed Fulani herdsmen spotted him and shot him dead. I feel very sad about the way my brother was killed in cold blood. Why must we live in fear every day, not knowing the evil that awaits us as Christians in this country?”

May 21: The Muslims shot to death a missionary pastor, Leviticus Makpa, 39, and his three-year-old son, Godsend (picture).

May 21: Fulani herdsmen killed two Christian men—both of which left behind young families.  That same day, a young Catholic priest’s body was found thrown in the bush. “Sokoto Diocese has been struck again by another set of blood-sucking demons,” church member Emmanuel Albert wrote in a text. “The Rev. Fr. Alphonsus is gone but will never be forgotten. He died because of his Christian faith, and as he has gone to meet his Maker, may eternal rest be granted to his soul.” Another church member said, “My aging mother’s wailing when I broke the news to her over the phone is jaggedly ringing in my soul…We pray for other priests and good people in captivity that God will bring them back home.”

May 20: The Muslim herdsmen killed two Christians, 21-year-old Ladi Jeffrey, mother to a 16-month-old child, and her nephew, during a nighttime raid on the family’s home.

May 19: The Fulani murdered eight Christians and burned down a church.

Finally, according to another report published on May 12, between January and April of this year alone, 1,470 Christians were hacked to death by the Muslim Fulani.  On average this comes out to about 368 Christians killed every month for four months straight.

Attacks on Apostates, Blasphemers, and Evangelists

Pakistan: Another Christian nurse was falsely accused of blasphemy.  Sometime in early May, Sakina Mehtab was shocked to see videos of her Muslim colleagues marching on hospital premises while shouting Islamic slogans and accusing her of blasphemy.  Soon thereafter she began to receive anonymous but threatening messages to “maim and kill” her—prompting the Christian nurse to go into hiding. Her “crime” was to have shared a video on WhatsApp of a Pakistani Muslim in France criticizing the response of Pakistan to an EU resolution.  “There was no religious element in it, but a group of nurses spread lies that the video was anti-Islamic and accused me of blasphemy,” said Sakina, who was set to retire from the Punjab Institute of Mental Health in Lahore in two years. “My life has been put at serious risk with this false allegation, and I don’t know how I’ll be able to resume work at the hospital with the fear that someone might attack me from nowhere. My fear is not unfounded.”  According to the report,

Hours after she shared the video, a large group of Muslim nurses and paramedical staff, some armed with clubs and sticks, staged a protest rally. Witnesses said the protestors intimidated Christian workers in hospital wards and repeatedly tried to provoke them into fights. There are about 345 Christians in the 600-strong workforce.

The Muslim mob then stormed into a hospital auditorium that Christian staff members and patients used as a church for worship and prayer.  They “desecrated Bibles and other property and asserted that there would be no more Christian prayer gatherings there”; they, moreover, “took over the church and threatened their Christian colleagues with blasphemy cases if they failed to raze the church and convert to Islam.”

Speaking on condition of anonymity, another Christian nurse said that such false blasphemy charges are part of a systematic plan to “replace them [Christians] with Muslims….  The administration’s bias towards Christians is evident, because no action has been taken against the persons who brought the false charge against Sakina and put her life at risk.”  This is the third instance this year in Pakistan that Christian nurses are falsely accused of blasphemy.  Earlier,

On April 9, two Christian nurses complying with a supervisor’s orders to remove stickers at a government hospital were arrested in Faisalabad after a Muslim employee attacked one of them with a knife over the removal of a sticker bearing Koranic verses.

Nurse Mariam Lal and student nurse Navish Arooj were charged under Section 295-B of Pakistan’s blasphemy statutes against “defiling the Koran” after an Islamist mob demanded “death to blasphemers” inside Civil Hospital... Conviction under Section 295-B is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or a fine.

The two Roman Catholic nurses are in judicial custody while their families have gone into hiding out of fear of Islamist mobs.

On Jan. 28, Tabeeta Gill, a nurse at a Karachi hospital and a gospel singer, was slapped, beaten and locked in a room by a violent mob after a Muslim co-worker baselessly accused her of blaspheming Islam. Police initially cleared her of denigrating Muhammad but later succumbed to pressure of an Islamist mob and charged her with insulting Islam’s prophet, punishable by death under Section 295-C. Gill has reportedly fled the country to avoid arrest.

Uganda: After beheading her husband some years back, on May 2, Muslims burned down the reconstructed home of Kanifa Namulondo and her children.  Earlier, the Muslim family had converted to Christianity; local Muslims responded by beheading the father in 2015, prompting Kanifa and her children to flee their home.  Recently, however, and through the help of friends, the apostate family moved back into the same home, which had been reconstructed, on April 25, 2021.  On May 2, Kanifa noticed that the Muslim calls to prayer were unusually early.  Then, “around 4 o’clock [in the morning] I heard people talking near the door,” she later explained. One of the voices said, “The husband betrayed our religion. We should do away with the entire family.”  She responded by hurriedly awakening her children, escaping through the backdoor, and breaking into her neighbor’s home, where she and the children locked themselves in the bathroom.  She soon saw flames through the window and realized that her home had been set ablaze by the would-be murderers. Last reported, she and her children were “living in great fear in temporary quarters … and must relocate far away, again.”

Separately, a Muslim motorcyclist intentionally targeted and struck Hassan Muwanguzi, a former Muslim turned Christian long known for helping other persecuted converts from Islam; Hassan suffered a leg injury. After he was struck, passersby surrounded both men and prevented the Muslim from fleeing the scene. “The mob wanted to beat him,” the victim explained, “but he shouted, saying, ‘This man has been a trouble-maker to our Islamic religion,’ Soon the police arrived and arrested him.”  He was later released on bail. Before this, Hassan had been receiving threatening messages from Muslims.  A recent one said, “You have been converting Muslims to Christianity. We have been warning you about this several times. But you have refused to heed to our directive, so be ready with whatever action we are going to take.”

Attacks on Churches

USA:  Ali Alaheri, a 29-year-old Muslim man, went on an anti-Christian and anti-Jewish crime spree in Brooklyn, NY, until he was finally arrested and charged with hate crimes.  During his rampage he knocked down and destroyed a large crucifix that had stood for eleven years outside of St. Athanasius Church in Bensonhurst.  He also burned the American flag on the church’s premises.  The damage was discovered on May 14. “It was a terrible morning,” said Monsignor David Cassato. “It was probably the saddest day in my life, to see this desecration of a cross of Jesus and the desecration of the flag.”  The Muslim man also deliberately set fire to a yeshiva and synagogue on 36th Street in Brooklyn.  Surveillance video shows Alaheri piling and lighting garbage bags alongside the building.  Firefighters responded in time to extinguish the flames.  He also “allegedly attacked a man wearing traditional Hasidic garb.”

Turkey:  In the same village where Christians were earlier persecuted, on May 11, the Marta Shimoni Church in eastern Turkey was desecrated and vandalized by unknown persons. A year earlier, the elderly parents of a Chaldean priest were kidnapped; the wife was later found dead, whereas the husband remains missing. According to the report,

Marta Shimoni is a cave church built into the mountains, and thus cannot be destroyed in the same way as other churches. Video footage … shows that the destruction was primarily against the Christian items and relics inside the church. Crosses, pictures of Jesus, and rosaries were strewn across the path leading away from the mountain church’s entrance.

Armenia/Azerbaijan: Azerbaijan continued to abuse the Christian heritage of the ancient Armenian territory of Artsakh, which was recently appropriated by its Muslim neighbor.   For example, in October 2020, Azerbaijan shelled and damaged Ghazanchetsots Cathedral in Shushi.  Although Azerbaijan claims to be repairing the damage they caused, subsequent pictures and video footage suggests that they are actually defacing it some more; angles that sat atop the pillars of the main entrance are now gone, as are its domes. According to Nagorno-Karabakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan, Azerbaijan is seeking to alter the cathedral’s appearance: “We have seen many times how Azerbaijan actually treats Armenian cultural values, and it is already clear what is hidden under the ‘restoration work.’ The goal is to eliminate traces of the Armenian presence.” In a statement, the Armenian Foreign Ministry said that “Azerbaijan carries out actions related to the church without consulting the Armenian Apostolic Church, which clearly violates the right of Armenian believers to freedom of religion.” UNESCO experts have also been denied access to Armenian cultural heritage sites.

In the same area of Shushi where the cathedral is being profaned, Azerbaijan is preparing to build a “victory” mosque.  On May 12, the same day Azerbaijani troops entered Armenian territory, President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation for the new mosque on ancient Armenian land.  Further underscoring that it is meant to be a “victory” mosque, the new structure was commissioned to resemble the figure 8, because Shushi was conquered on November 8, while its two minarets will represent 11, for the month of its conquest.

Finally, Azerbaijan is using gravestones from Armenian Christian cemeteries as building material.  During a May 10 interview, Foreign Minister pf Artsakh, David Babayan, said,

There is evidence showing that the Azerbaijani are demolishing the Hadrut cemetery. ….This is another manifestation of cultural genocide and barbarism with a political purpose.  They are not only completely destroying the Armenian trace, but are also using it for economic purposes.

The gravestones, he said, are being used for the construction of the Hadrut-Shushi road, thereby allowing Azerbaijan to save money on construction material.

Indonesia:  On May 31, police arrested 11 Islamic militants accused of plotting the bombings of several churches in the Christian-majority Papua province.  The accused are members of a terror group that is affiliated with the Islamic State and which has carried out several suicide bombings in Indonesia before.  Among the items confiscated during police raids were jihadi literature and bomb making manuals, chemicals for explosives, and modified air guns capable of firing real bullets.

General Attacks on Christians

Pakistan:  Muslim men raped a Christian child and molested another.  First, on May 2, Muhammad Awais, “beat, raped, and left for dead” Anum Bibi, an 8-year-old Christian girl, after he caught her trying to retrieve water with her 9-year-old brother. She was later found unconscious in the field and taken to a hospital.   Two days later, on May 4, Christians protested on learning that an 8-year-old Christian girl was sexually harassed by her teacher’s brother.  According to that girl’s mother, “Muhammad Amir, the Muslim culprit, attempted several rounds of wrestling with my daughter to fulfill his sexual desire; however, he did not succeed.  Jemima started shouting and crying very loudly. Finally, she managed to escape from Amir’s arms and ran into the street.” “The assaults,” the report adds, “are only the most recent examples of the vulnerability of Christian women and girls who are targeted by sexual predators in Pakistan.”

Separately in Pakistan, after a petty dispute was sparked between some Christian youths who were cleaning their church, and their Muslim landlord—who accused them of throwing dust on them—a Muslim mob consisting of some 200 persons formed and terrorized the eighty Christian families living in the same village on May 15.  Eight Christians were seriously injured and 15 Christian households ransacked. “They were armed with glass bottles, stones, axes, batons and bricks,” one Christian who lost a thumb in the attack said. “Others used stairs to climb to our roofs and started breaking our furniture. We pleaded to spare the women, but the attack continued for half an hour.” “They broke the locks, grabbed our hair and pulled us out one by one,” another female survivor said. “Young girls were assaulted and left with torn clothes.”  The boys accused of dirtying their Muslim landlord were especially sought out and punished.  “The weakness on the part of the administration encourages such attacks on religious minorities,” said a local clergyman. “The culprits are usually let off scot-free. Religion is used to settle personal scores. The locals fear another attack.”

Bangladesh: A group of Muslims attacked a Christian family and destroyed their home in an effort to seize their farmstead.  “Muslims destroyed our mud house,” the mother later explained. “They stole our tin roof, took the rice, food, everything of value. They also beat me and my husband with a stick, even my children.”  The attackers are from the same village, which contains only two Christian families; everybody else is Muslim.  As a result, police failed to respond or make any arrests and instead asked for money of the victims.  “Being Christian and a minority is a problem,” the mother continued. “If Muslims want to, they can take over our land, occupy it quickly and easily. But let us not lose hope. We shall fight to keep our land.”  Although her family has been living on land that has long belonged to her ancestors, the Muslim attackers acquired land adjacent to the Christians’ and want to absorb it.  A regional clergyman confirmed that the Christians “have valid property documents,” but “those Muslims want to seize their land illegally. It’s an injustice.”

Iranian Lawyer Wants UN To Investigate Ebrahim Raisi’s Role In Mass Executions

Will the world look at what kind of man the new Iranian president so unrepentantly is?

Ebrahim Raisi is the President-elect of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He was also the Deputy Prosecutor in Tehran who, as part of a panel of four “hanging judges,” ordered the execution of 5,000 political dissidents in 1988. Since then Raisi has continued to play a role in other murders, as of those hundreds of non-violent protesters in 2019 who were killed by the police – a crime that the Iranian state never investigated. The UN investigator on human rights in Iran, Javaid Rehman, who teaches international law in London, has called for an independent inquiry into allegations of state-ordered executions of thousands of political prisoners in 1988 and the role played in them by President-elect Ebrahim Raisi when he was the Tehran deputy prosecutor.

The story of Rehman’s demand is here: “UN Expert Backs Probe Into Iran’s 1988 Killings, Raisi’s Role,” Algemeiner, June 29, 2021:

Javaid Rehman, in an interview with Reuters on Monday, said that over the years his office has gathered testimonies and evidence. It was ready to share them if the United Nations Human Rights Council or other body sets up an impartial investigation.

He said he was concerned at reports that some “mass graves” are being destroyed as part of a continuing cover-up.

“I think it is time and it’s very important now that Mr. Raisi is the president (-elect) that we start investigating what happened in 1988 and the role of individuals,” Rehman said from London, where he teaches Islamic law and international law.

A probe was in the interest of Iran and could bring closure to families, he said, adding: “Otherwise we will have very serious concerns about this president and the role, the reported role, he has played historically in those executions.”

It’s hard to imagine Iran ever agreeing to cooperate with any outside investigation, by the UNHRC or by any other body. But that does not mean that UNHRC should not go forward with such an investigation of mass killings of dissidents in Iran. Even without Iranian cooperation, Javaid Rehman has plenty to work with. His office has for years been collecting testimonies from those whose relatives and friends were executed in 1988, and other evidence, including visual evidence – satellite imagery of mass grave sites — that could be supplied to the investigators. The role of Ebrahim Raisi, now that he is the President-elect and will soon be the second most powerful official in Iran, should be the main focus of the inquiry.

Raisi, a hardline judge, is under US sanctions over a past that includes what the United States and activists say was his involvement as one of four judges who oversaw the 1988 killings. Amnesty International has put the number executed at some 5,000, saying in a 2018 report that “the real number could be higher.”

There were no real trials for the more than 5,000 political prisoners condemned to death by Ebrahim Raisi and three other judges in 1988. Names were called, charges read out, sentences quickly handed down. No defense lawyers or defense witnesses, no lengthy deliberations, no one found innocent, and all the sentences were the same – execution – and swiftly carried out.

Raisi, when asked about allegations that he was involved in the killings, told reporters: “If a judge, a prosecutor has defended the security of the people, he should be praised … I am proud to have defended human rights in every position I have held so far.”

Raisi remains proud of his role as a ruthless hanging judge; condemning political dissidents to death was his way of “defending the security of the people.” He is unrepentant. He believes that he should be not criticized but “praised” for his role; he declared that “I am proud to have defended human rights.” In his topsy-turvical moral universe, killing 5,000 political dissidents constituted an admirable act.

Rehman said: “We have made communications to the Islamic Republic of Iran because we have concerns that there is again a policy to actually destroy the graves or there may be some activity to destroy evidence of mass graves.”

Of course the Islamic Republic is destroying the mass graves of the 5,000 dissidents that they had killed in 1988 and the graves, too, of lesser numbers of victims, political dissidents and street protesters who have been intermittently killed up to the present day. Given the certain refusal of the Iranian government to allow any investigation inside Iran, there may still be ways to obtain evidence of mass graves, and attempts to destroy them, through the use of satellite imagery. And the many Iranians in European and American exile stand ready to provide their own testimonies about the Iranian regime’s atrocities.

“I will campaign for justice to be done,” he added.

Raisi succeeds Hassan Rouhani on Aug. 3, having secured victory this month in an election marked by voter apathy over economic hardships and political restrictions.

Voter apathy was really voter despair: 52% of the electorate didn’t bother to vote, because they knew that the fix was in for the hardline Raisi to be elected president, which meant there would be no change in the oppressive regime they have to endure. So why vote? And of those who did show up at the polls, 3.7 million Iranians chose to mangle or otherwise destroy their ballots, again expressing widespread disaffection with the government. Rage over the mismanagement and corruption that have led to a near-collapse of the economy, fury over a police state that punishes – that kills – dissidents, have reached what many believe is a boiling point; if Iranians again take to the streets as they did in 2019, this time all over Iran, they will be hard to contain. Some think the regime is coming near its end. Javaid Rehman’s investigation of mass killings might help to topple it.

Rehman denounced what he called “deliberate and manipulative strategies adopted to exclude moderate candidates and to ensure the success of a particular candidate.”He had in mind the recent election of Ebrahim Raisi to the presidency.

To exclude moderate candidates, the Iranian regime took three steps. First, the Guardian Council of Islamic clerics and scholars whittled down the original field of 592 candidates to 7, all of them hardline Islamists. Then those seven were further reduced to four candidates, those deemed most fanatical in their faith and in their loyalty to the regime. But only one candidate, Raisi, was given extensive, and favorable, attention in the Iranian media; he was clearly the chosen candidate of the regime. And sure enough, Raisi was elected, although with only 60% of the 48% of the electorate that bothered to vote at all. Do the math; you discover that Raisi received less than 30% of the total votes that could have been cast. Raisi’s victory was not, as the government crowed, a “landslide.”

During the Presidential campaign, “There were arrests, journalists were stopped from asking specific questions about the background of the presidential candidate Mr Raisi and there was intimidation towards any issues that were raised about his previous role and background.”

The arrests of journalists, and the prevention of any questions being asked bout Raisi’s history, through physical intimidation, made sure that his role as a hanging judge in 1988 was never publicly discussed. Everything was done to protect Raisi and to suppress news about anything in his past that might damage his chances.

Iran has never acknowledged that mass executions took place under Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the revolutionary leader who died in 1989.

“The scale of executions that we hear imply that it was a part of a policy that was being pursued … It was not just one person,” Rehman said.

He said there had also been “no proper investigation” into the killing of protesters in Nov. 2019, the bloodiest political unrest since the 1979 Islamic revolution.

Along with the mass executions of 5,000 political dissidents in 1988, in 2019 there were killings of hundreds of economic protesters on the streets of Iranian cities, and no one has ever been charged with those murders, nor any recompense offered by the state to families of the victims.

“Even by conservative estimates we can say that more than 300 people were killed arbitrarily, extrajudicially, and nobody has been held accountable and no compensation,” he said.

“There is a widespread and systemic impunity in the country for gross violations of human rights, both historically in the past as well as in the present.”

All over Europe and North America, there are tens of thousands of Iranian exiles, sworn enemies of the monstrous regime that took control of their country 42 years ago. Like Javaid Rehman, some have been collecting evidence, from relatives, friends, fellow dissidents both outside and still in Iran, of the regime’s many crimes. If mass grave sites are now being destroyed, there is still likely to be satellite imagery — American or Israeli — that has captured before-and-after pictures of those sites.

The election of Ebrahim Raisi provides the perfect justification for opening an investigation, with or without UN sponsorship, into the crimes of the Islamic Republic against its own citizens. The Biden Administration, which likes to emphasize its commitment to human rights, should offer Javaid Rehman and his fellows its enthusiastic support, including funding if the U.N. fails to provide it. The world needs to see what kind of a man Ebrahim Raisi, the new president of Iran, so unrepentantly is, and what his mass-murdering past tells us – one more bit of grim evidence – about the unspeakable regime of which he is now second in command.

GEORGE W BUSH'S CRONY SAUDIS WHO INVADED AND MURDERED THOUSANDS OF AMERICANS WERE ALL VISA OVERSTAYS!

Last month, Ã…kesson claimed that Sweden was in a war-like state due to “imported” crime and unemployment, saying: “Parts of Sweden are currently in a war-like state. Streets and squares have been left in the hands of criminal gangs. Shootings, murders and revenge are dictated by clan leaders.”

Populist Party Leader: Mass Migration Has ‘Destroyed’ Sweden

Sweden Democrats leader Jimmie Ã…kesson has claimed that mass migration and “imported crime” has destroyed his country after a police officer was recently shot dead in a no-go zone.

Mr Ã…kesson stated that following the fatal shooting of the police officer in BiskopsgÃ¥rden in Gothenburg last week that “organised and largely imported crime celebrates another victory over Sweden.”

The Sweden Democrats leader, writing in an opinion piece for Expressen, went on to note that the man arrested for the killing of the police officer had been convicted of attempted murder just a year before for stabbing a man in the neck.

According to Ã…kesson, the ruling Social Democrats are to blame for the rise in violent crime due to “mockingly lenient punishment” for criminals.

“It is the segregation in torn Sweden that feeds gang crime. Multiculturalism and mass immigration have failed miserably. It has divided and destroyed our country,” he said.

The solution to Sweden’s problems, particularly for foreign criminals, is a better deportation policy Ã…kesson stated, hinting that coming from an unstable country is no reason not to deport someone.

“If, for example, you have deprived someone of their life — the situation in the home country is a completely uninteresting detail — then you should be returned there, however reluctant you may be,” he stated.

Deportation of criminal migrants has been a major issue in Sweden for years, whether it has been activists blocking deportations or courts refusing to remove convicted migrant criminals, as was the case last year with a migrant who raped a child over 100 times but managed to avoid being deported.

More recently, migrants set for deportation have refused to take Wuhan coronavirus tests, which has also led them to avoid being deported.

In May, a 21-year-old Afghan convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl refused to be tested for the Chinese virus and managed to stay in the country.

His comments came after a report that revealed a surge in fatal gun crime in the country, putting Sweden at the top in Europe for deadly shootings.

Swedish Prosecutor Seeks Life for Stabbing Spree Migrant

Swedish prosecutors have demanded life in prison for the Afghan migrant who injured seven people during a stabbing spree in Vetlanda.

The trial for the 22-year-old Afghan national resumed this week in a Swedish district court. Prosecutors demand that the migrant be sentenced to ‘life‘ in prison and then deported from Sweden.

The lawyers representing the 22-year-old have argued that he should not be sentenced to a prison term of more than 16 years, Swedish broadcaster SVT reports.

The sentencing demands come just a week after medical examiners determined that the migrant did not suffer any type of mental break during the March attack and, as a result, was responsible for his own actions and liable to a prison sentence rather than psychiatric care.

The Afghan previously testified before the court that he admitted to having stabbed several people but claimed not to remember the entire incident.

Last month it was revealed that the migrant had interacted with a person at the town’s train station before the attack who had angered him by claiming God did not exist.

With the aid of an interpreter, the Afghan told the court: “A person I didn’t know said God doesn’t exist.”

Adding: “This person made me angry.”

The 22-year-old said the comments had enraged him so much that he had gone home to pick up a kitchen knife with the intent of attacking him and then ending his own life. Instead, he stabbed seven people, none of whom was the atheist in question.

It also emerged that the Afghan had tried to claim asylum in Norway before applying for asylum in Sweden a year later, allegedly giving different ages on his applications in both countries.

Afghans Accused of Murdering Teen Had Years-Old Deportation Orders

Three of the four Afghan migrants suspected of raping and murdering a 13-year-old Austrian girl had their asylum claims declined. But due to appeal proceedings, they were not deported.

Four Afghan asylum seekers are suspected of drugging, raping, and murdering 13-year-old Leonie in Vienna. Police arrested three suspects, aged 16, 18, and 23, last week, while a fourth suspect, aged 22, remains at large and subject of a Europe-wide arrest warrant.

The body of the teen was found on Saturday, June 26th. The three arrests were carried out a short time later, with the third migrant being apprehended on Thursday.

The wanted 22-year-old has been on trial three times before his alleged involvement in the teen’s murder. He had been convicted of drug crimes and reported for drug trafficking, theft, and bodily injury.

According to a report from Kronen Zeitung, the migrant came to Austria in 2015 as an unaccompanied minor and applied for asylum. His claim was rejected in 2017, and he was ordered to leave the country.

The Afghan national, however, appealed the deportation order and, despite committing crimes in the following years, was not removed.

The 18-year-old suspect has had his subsidiary protection revoked but appealed the decision in November 2019, and the case had yet to be resolved. Some have also questioned whether the Afghan is actually 18, with speculation in Autria’s establishment press that he may be as old as 30.

The 23-year-old suspect is said to have also filed for asylum during the height of the migrant crisis in October 2015. He received a negative decision in February 2018, and the Austrian Federal Office for Immigration and Asylum (BFA) issued a deportation order. He also filed an appeal to the deportation order with the Federal Administrative Court in March 2018. Despite receiving a sentence of 24 months for bodily injury and sexual coercion in May 2020, he was also not deported.

The Federal Administrative Court has not disputed large delays in processing failed asylum cases, claiming that in 2019, 80 per cent of the procedures before the court, 40,000 in total, were asylum claims.

Meanwhile, police interrogated the 16-year-old suspect, who admitted that he had brought the 13-year-old victim to a friend’s apartment in the Vienna area of Donaustadt and claimed he and the teen had been given drinks spiked with drugs. He told police that he had passed out and not witnessed the sexual assault.

The 13-year-old was later found dead, her body slumped against a tree near the area of the apartment where she had allegedly been raped and murdered.

Biden Throws Out Trump’s Crackdown on Foreign Student Visa Overstays

President Joe Biden has thrown out a reform sought by former President Trump that would have brought more federal oversight to foreign nationals in the United States on student visas.

This week, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas withdrew a regulatory proposal by Trump which would have set fixed time limits on student visa-holders.

DHS officials admitted that they withdrew the regulatory proposal after pressure from university systems and higher education officials whose schools profit immensely from charging foreign students, on average, nearly $27,000 for tuition and fees.

The proposal, if implemented, would have ended the process whereby student visa-holders are allowed to remain in the U.S. so long as they continue to be enrolled in classes at colleges and universities.

Instead, the proposal would have set time limits on student visa-holders, requiring most foreign students to extend their visas with DHS after spending four years in the U.S. The goal, Trump’s DHS said, was to provide more federal oversight to prevent visa overstays and investigate potential national security risks.

The proposed rule stated:

These changes would ensure that the Department has an effective mechanism to periodically and directly assess whether these nonimmigrants are complying with the conditions of their classifications and U.S. immigration laws, and to obtain timely and accurate information about the activities they have engaged in and plan to engage in during their temporary stay in the United States. If immigration officers discover a nonimmigrant in one of these categories has overstayed or otherwise violated his or her status, the proposed changes may result in the alien beginning to accrue unlawful presence for purposes of unlawful presence-related statutory grounds of inadmissibility under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). DHS believes this greater oversight would deter F, J, or I nonimmigrants from engaging in fraud and abuse and strengthen the integrity of these nonimmigrant classifications. [Emphasis added]

Center for Immigration Studies Director of Policy Jessica Vaughan told the Wall Street Journal that the Biden administration’s throwing out the proposal “is a big mistake.”

“It makes it much more difficult to enforce the law against overstayers,” Vaughan said.

The move comes as criminal cases involving student visa overstays have revealed the vulnerabilities in the federal government’s inability to track down illegal aliens who originally arrived in the U.S. on visas.

Khaled Awad, a 24-year-old from Egypt, was charged this month with stabbing a Boston, Massachusetts, Rabbi, a father of 12 children, outside of a Jewish school. Awad entered the U.S. in August 2019 on an F-1 student visa but had not been enrolled in classes as of May 2021, thus violating the terms of his visa.

Last year, Nigeria national Ayoola Adisa Ajayi pleaded guilty to murdering 23-year-old University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck in June 2019. At the time, Breitbart News exclusively reported that Ajayi had first arrived in the U.S. on an F-1 student visa in July 2009.

Despite attending the University of Utah from 2009 to 2017, though, Ajayi never got a degree. In 2014, Ajayi was able to adjust his status, securing a green card, after marrying an American citizen. Ajayi later divorced his wife.

Every year, the U.S. issues nearly 800,000 F, M, and J visas to foreign students and their family members, according to State Department data. About 30 percent of F visas are awarded to Chinese nationals as well as about 23 percent of all M visas.

Democrat Congressman: No Spending Package Without Amnesty for Millions of Illegal Aliens

Rep. Jesús García (D-IL) says he will not support a reconciliation spending package, which only would need majority support in the Senate, that does not include amnesty for illegal aliens.

In exclusive statements to The Hill, García said “a robust and equitable budget reconciliation deal must include” amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, specifically those enrolled and eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and so-called “essential workers.”

García told The Hill:

We must seize this historic opportunity to bring compassion and dignity to our immigration system and provide the certainty that comes with having the legal status that millions of immigrants and their families deserve. [Emphasis added]

This is crucial for thousands of undocumented essential workers I represent. They sacrificed themselves to keep this country running during the worst of the pandemic and frequently had no access to relief or medical assistance for fear of being deported. We owe it to them. [Emphasis added]

As Breitbart News has reported, House and Senate Democrats are looking to slip an expansive amnesty for illegal aliens through the little-known reconciliation process where federal spending can receive approval with only a majority of support in the Senate and no threat of a filibuster to hold up a vote.

One such package by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is expected to include provisions that would force American taxpayers to spend $150 billion on providing amnesty to millions of illegal aliens.

Likewise, members of the House Progressive Caucus have nearly threatened to tank any package that does not include amnesty for millions of illegal aliens.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), head of the caucus, said amnesty is one of her “needs” in a reconciliation package:

The amnesty proposals come as corporate interests have boosted their push to inflate the United States labor market by legalizing for American jobs the majority of the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens.

Center for American Progress, a left-wing lobbying group funded by big corporations, is insisting to lawmakers that amnesty for illegal aliens “can and should be done through the budget reconciliation process.”

In May, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s FWD.us hired a former assistant Senate parliamentarian to craft a plan for Democrats that would pass amnesty for illegal aliens through reconciliation.

Democrats, along with some House Republicans, have the support of a large amnesty coalition which includes former President George W. Bush, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Business Roundtable, and a number of Koch brothers-backed organizations.

Already, current immigration levels put downward pressure on U.S. wages while redistributing about $500 billion in wealth away from America’s working and middle class and towards employers and new arrivals, research by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine has found.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has repeatedly found that amnesty for illegal aliens would be a net fiscal drain for American taxpayers while driving down U.S. wages.

Every year, 1.2 million legal immigrants receive green cards to permanently resettle in the U.S. In addition, 1.4 million foreign nationals are given visas to take American jobs while hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens enter the U.S. annually.
