CNN Iowa Entrance Poll: 68% Believe Joe Biden Didn’t Legitimately Win Election - AND THAT IS WHY BIDEN HAS ORCHESTRATED 15 MILLION UNREGISTERED DEMS OVER THE BORDER

Per the latest polling from far-left ABC News and the Incredible Shrinking Washington Post, His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s job approval rating has crashed to 33 percent. In comparison, his disapproval rating has climbed to 58 percent.

In this poll of adults, ABC/WaPo adds that Biden’s 33 percent job approval is “worse than Trump’s low as president (36 percent) and the lowest since George W. Bush from 2006-2008.”

The internals for Biden are just as awful. Only 28 percent of Independents approve of the job he’s doing. Only 31 percent of women approve, even after he won (allegedly) 57 percent of women in 2020. Even the dumbest people on the planet, college graduates, are coming around. Normally, Biden polls over 50 percent with these pinheads. Currently, only 41 percent approve. Among black and Hispanic adults, Biden’s polling is well below his average:

Further, Biden’s approval rating is 21 points below average among Black people and 15 points below average among Hispanic people, compared with 6 points among white people; more Black people, in particular, offer no opinion. There’s a striking difference among Black people by age in their views of Biden: He has an approval rating of 65 percent among Black people aged 50 and up, dropping sharply to 32 percent among Black people younger than 50. Age gaps are not apparent among white or Hispanic people.

The poll of 2,228 adults asked respondents to grade former President Donald Trump’s job approval rating retroactively, and he comes out eight points higher than Biden at 41 percent. Trump’s disapproval rating is five points lower than His Fraudulency’s at 53 percent.

Even on the issue of favorability, The Donald comes out ahead. Only 33 percent view Hunter’s Dad favorably, while 57 percent view him unfavorably. Trump’s favorable/unfavorable rating sits at 35/58 percent.

Biden’s only edge is being “honest and trustworthy.” Forty-one percent say Biden can be trusted, compared to just 26 percent for Trump.

Trump clobbers Biden on the issue of mental sharpness: 47 to 25 percent. Concerning physical sharpness, Trump is up nearly 30 points over Biden, 57 to 28 percent.

Only 31 percent approve of Biden’s handling of the economy. An even lower number, 24 percent, see the economy as “good.” A whopping 71 percent see it as “bad.”

“Biden has a tepid 65 percent approval rating among Democrats for handling the economy, a career low,” writes the pollster.

Only 18 percent approve of Biden’s handling of the Southern border, while 63 percent disapprove.

This poll is a bit of an outlier, even when you look at other “all-adult” polls. Currently, in the RealClearPolitics (RCP) average poll of polls, Biden’s approval rate is 39.13 percent. His disapproval is 56.7 percent. That’s a gap of 17.4 points, his worst showing since the summer of 2022.

Sixty-eight percent of Iowan caucusgoers do not believe President Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 election, while 30 percent think he did, a CNN entrance poll found Monday evening.

The poll also asked respondents if former President Donald Trump is fit for the presidency, even if convicted of a crime. Sixty-four percent said he was, while 34 percent said “no.”

The top issue for Republican caucusgoers was immigration (40 percent), followed by the economy (35 percent), foreign policy (11 percent), and abortion (11 percent).

Among Republicans who caucused, Trump was also the early winner, per the CNN entrance poll, with 53 percent. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) placed second with 21 percent. Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley had 18 percent, followed by anti-woke businessman Vivek Ramaswamy with seven percent.

The poll sampled 311 GOP caucusgoers across 45 different caucus locations with a three-point margin of error.

CNN explained the value of entrance polling:

Entrance polls are a valuable tool to help us understand caucusgoers’ demographic profile and political views. Like all surveys, however, entrance polls are estimates, not precise measurements of the electorate.

That’s particularly true for the preliminary set of entrance poll numbers, which doesn’t yet reflect the views of those who arrive later, and which hasn’t yet been weighted to match the final results of the caucuses. More enthusiastic and committed caucusgoers tend to show up earlier in the night, meaning they may not be fully reflective of the overall electorate.

JOE BIDEN'S ASSAULT ON BLACK AMERICA - ACTUALLY, JOE IS INCLUSIVE! HE'S SCREWING ALL OF AMERICA FOR HIS GLOBALIST PARTNERS IN CRIME

JOE BIDEN is known as a serial liar, a "public servant" who has somehow managed to accrue tremendous wealth, a race-baiting opportunist, Catholic-in-name-only, and a bought-and-paid-for politician in bed with criminal cartels and foreign foes.  In another era, Joe Biden would have been run out of his country much the same way Benedict Arnold was two and a half centuries ago; in an era when integrity, honor, fortitude, fidelity, and grit have been jettisoned for immorality, unscrupulousness, weakness, betrayal, and craven pliability, however, he is elevated to king sleazeball in a city drowning in sleaze. Chicago Job Fair Offers 400 Jobs for Migrants as Native Black Population Suffers Rising Unemployment

Migrants were treated to a job fair in Chicago where employers were looking to offer about 400 of them jobs. Meanwhile, unemployment for city residents continues to trend upward.

The job fair was held on November 2 at the Chicago area Misericordia Home on the city’s north side where nearly 500 refugees from Venezuela, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Ukraine showed up to be courted for potential employment.

With interpreters provided for them, the migrants met with representatives in fields including health care, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, and others.

The companies also offered help securing government services, legal papers, and even training and educational opportunities.

One of the organizers of the job fair was a migrant from Afghanistan.

Siam Pasarly, the co-founder of Kaar Poh Staffing Agency, told Chicago’s WGN-TV that he hopes to help immigrants avoid the struggles he went through when he first came to Chicago.

“It is very difficult, it is very tough. Until you experience it, you just don’t know,” he exclaimed.

Meanwhile, even as other sectors in the city have recovered, black unemployment in the Windy City is still bad.

According to Crains Chicago Business, the black unemployment rate is 10.9 percent in Illinois, more than three times higher than white unemployment at 3.4 percent.

In Chicago, it is worse as the “jobless rate rose from 43.7% to 57.4% between 2019 and 2021 for Black people ages 20 to 24 in Chicago. The unemployment rate increase for Black women aged 20-24 was staggering, rising from 32% in 2019 to 60% in 2021,” the business paper noted in June.

By August, national unemployment was at 3.7 percent, but for black Americans in Chicago it was 14.3 percent, WTTW-TV reported.

This is one of the many problems that is riling the city’s black population against the rapidly growing number of migrants in the Windy City.

The influx of illegal aliens has many activists for Chicago’s black community worried and angry. In September, left-wing Chicago Catholic priest Father Michael Pfleger said that fast-tracking work permits for illegal immigrants would put jobs for his black flock at risk.

“What are we putting in place to make sure that there are no institutions in this city, this state, and country that will fire Black people because they have to pay them $15 or $16 an hour and then hire a migrant and pay them $5 an hour? What are we putting in place?” he asked.

In another case, Chicago activist Zoey Lee, who appeared at a Chicago City Council meeting, voiced a growing sentiment among black Chicagoans, accusing city leaders of trying to start a “race war” between black Americans and Hispanics.

“To come here and continue to see more Hispanics and Latinos get jobs than blacks here is a disrespect,” she added. “It’s a punch in the face.”

MLK’s Wife Coretta Scott King: Illegal Immigration Drives Down Wages, Living Standards for America’s Working Class

Coretta Scott King, the wife of Martin Luther King, Jr., once helped successfully quash legislation from Republicans and Democrats in the early 1990s that would have eliminated fines for United States employers hiring illegal aliens over Americans.

In 1991, former Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) led an effort in Congress to pass legislation that would have thrown out the ability of the federal government to fine American employers for hiring illegal aliens — the leading magnet for illegal immigration to the nation for decades.

Former Sens. John McCain (R-AZ), Ted Kennedy (D-MA), Arlen Specter (R-PA), and Jeff Bingaman (D-NM) were co-sponsors of Hatch’s legislation, while in the House Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and then-Reps. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and John Lewis (D-GA) were among the co-sponsors of an identical bill from former Rep. Edward Roybal (D-CA).

When Scott King got wind of Hatch’s legislation, she authored a letter with other Civil Rights leaders detailing how illegal immigration diminishes wages, living standards, quality of life, and employment opportunities for America’s working class and, specifically, black Americans who are most likely to compete against illegal aliens for jobs.

“We are concerned, Senator Hatch, that your proposed … elimination of employer sanctions will cause another problem — the revival of pre-1986 discrimination against black and brown U.S. and documented workers, in favor of cheap labor — the undocumented workers,” Scott King wrote in 1991.

She told the nearly 50,000 persons gathered that “racism, poverty, and war” had combined to make matters worse for poor black and white alike. (Bettmann/Getty Images)

“This would undoubtedly exacerbate an already severe economic crisis in communities where there are large numbers of new immigrants,” Scott King continued:

Finally, we are concerned that some who support the repeal of employer sanctions are using “discrimination” as a guise for their desire to abuse undocumented workers and to introduce cheap labor into the U.S. workforce. America does not have a labor shortage. With roughly seven million people unemployed, and double that number discouraged from seeking work, the removal of employer sanctions threatens to add U.S. workers to the rolls of the unemployed. [Emphasis added]

Additionally, it would add to the competition for scarce jobs and drive down wages. Moreover, the repeal of employer sanctions will inevitably add to our social problems and place an unfair burden on the poor in the cities in which most new immigrants cluster — cities which are already suffering housing shortages and insufficient human needs services. [Emphasis added]

According to Scott King, fining U.S. employers for hiring illegal aliens over Americans is a “necessary means of stopping the exploitation of vulnerable workers and the undercutting of American jobs and living standards.”

Those who signed the letter with Scott King included William Lucy of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists, Norman Hill with the A. Phillip Randolph Institute, and Dr. Ramona Edelin of the National Urban Coalition, among others.

Thanks in part to Scott King’s opposition, Hatch’s bill failed in the House and Senate.

U.S. Civil Rights Commission: Illegal Immigration Makes Black Americans Poorer

Mass immigration, and primarily illegal immigration, disproportionately makes black Americans poorer by reducing wages and crowding out the workforce, the United States Civil Rights Commission detailed in a briefing report from 2010.

The bombshell report, conducted in 2008 and published in 2010 by the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, interviewed several experts and researchers reviewing the impact of mass immigration on black American communities.

The report addressed “the consensus by panelists that there is a negative effect on wages of low-skill black workers and the range of the negative effects,” and found that the nation’s importation of tens of millions of illegal aliens and legal immigrants over decades has only exacerbated the problems of America’s poor and working class.

Annually, the federal government gives green cards to more than a million legal immigrants in addition to about 1.2 million foreign nationals who are given work visas to take American jobs. At the same time, there are an estimated 15.5 million illegal aliens in the U.S. today.

Black men, the report showed, are most negatively impacted by illegal immigration because they are “disproportionately employed in the low-skilled labor market, where they are more likely to be in labor competition with immigrants” with about 6 in 10 adult black men having a high school diploma or less.

The report states:

Illegal immigration to the United States in recent decades has tended to depress both wages and employment rates for low-skilled American citizens, a disproportionate number of whom are black men. Expert economic opinions concerning the negative effects range from modest to significant. Those panelists that found modest effects overall nonetheless found significant effects in industry sectors such as meatpacking and construction. [Emphasis added]

The report reflects recent data from the Brookings Institute which found that the wealth gap between black Americans and white Americans has continued to grow significantly since 1992. This growing wealth gap coincides with the inflow of tens of millions of illegal aliens and legal immigrants who inflate the labor market and are a boon to business and Wall Street.

“… from 1989 to 2022, the Black-white median wealth gap has averaged $172,000, and rarely dropped below 10% of this,” the Brookings Institute writes:

However, between 2019 and 2022, the gap breeched 10% of the average—signaling an increase in disparity not seen since 2007, when the gap reached $214,970. The growing disparity means that in 2022, for every $100 in wealth held by white households, Black households held only $15. [Emphasis added]

Brookings Institute

Vernon Briggs Jr., former professor emeritus of labor economics at Cornell University, told the Commission that “no issue has negatively ‘affected the economic well-being of African Americans more’ than immigration,” according to the report:

Dr. Briggs emphasized that the distinguishing characteristic of the illegal immigrant population is that 81 percent of them are probably in the low-skill sector of the job market; about 57 percent of them are without a high school diploma, and 24 percent have only a high school diploma. Since they often come from poor countries, he said, the quality of their education is likely poor, and they frequently lack English language skills. According to Dr. Briggs, the competition they pose for native youth and 43 million low-skilled U.S. workers causes the low-skilled labor market to suffer the highest unemployment levels of any measured segment. He further noted that the low skilled labor market is most vulnerable to economic hardship. During an economic downturn, higher skilled workers back up into the low skilled labor market, producing even more competition for low-skilled jobs. [Emphasis added]

U.S. employers prefer to hire illegal aliens over poorer native-born Americans, Georgetown University professor and economist Harry Holzer told the Commission, “because of a perceived superior work ethic and tolerance for low wages, and use ethnic networks to recruit.”

“Dr. Holzer … indicates that employers filling low-wage jobs that require little reading/writing or communication, clearly prefer immigrants to native-born blacks, and encourage informal networks through which immigrants gain better access to these jobs,” the report states.

Dr. Carol Swain, formerly a professor at Vanderbilt University, told the Commission that the federal government ought to create an independent commission dedicated to reforming the nation’s immigration levels designed to lift Americans out of poverty while imposing far higher costs on American employers who choose to hire illegal aliens.

The Commission, at the time of the report, recommended the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) collect data related to illegal aliens in the U.S. labor market and track the impact on working class wages and blue-collar American workers. While BLS collects data on the foreign-born workforce, the agency has yet to compile data on illegal aliens and their impact on American wages.

Report: Criminal Aliens Are Beneficiaries of
Biden Immigration Policies

Comparing ICE criminal data from fiscal years 2017-19 to 2021-23
WASHINGTON, D.C. (January 15, 2023) - For the past three years, the Biden administration has asserted that its immigration policies prioritize addressing criminal aliens more effectively than the Trump administration. However, a Center for Immigration Studies analysis comparing ICE criminal data from fiscal years 2017-2019 to 2021-2023 finds that criminal aliens have been top beneficiaries of the Biden administration’s immigration agenda.

Contrary to the administration’s promises, official data from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) show a significant decline in arrests, prosecutions, and removals of criminal aliens under the Biden administration compared to the Trump administration.

The report, authored by Jon Feere, the Center’s Director of Investigations and a former ICE Chief of Staff, reveals alarming statistics:
  • 57 percent decrease in arrests of criminal aliens
  • 68 percent decrease in at-large arrests of criminal aliens
  • 44 percent decrease in detainer requests issued on criminal aliens
  • 67 percent decrease in deportations of criminal aliens
  • 55 percent decrease in immigration-related criminal convictions

The report further exposes the impact on public safety by examining total numbers of offences on the records of aliens arrested (many committed more than one crime). The findings: a 63 percent decrease in larceny records, a 57 percent decrease in stolen vehicle records, a 55 percent decrease in burglary records, a 48 percent decrease in assault records, a 47 percent decrease in robbery records, a 34 percent decrease in kidnapping records, and significant decreases in all other criminal record categories reported by ICE.

Notably, compared to the first three years of the Trump administration, the Biden administration’s policies have led to a 56 percent decrease in the total number of criminal offenses on the records of aliens arrested.

Feere states, “The Biden administration’s failed policies have proven that taking large numbers of criminal aliens off our streets requires a robust, broad approach to enforcement. Their gutting of immigration enforcement has been a win for criminal aliens and a disaster for public safety. If Congress wants to put an end to the lawlessness, it must significantly increase resources for interior enforcement and demand that taxpayer funds are spent in a manner that gets results.”

Adams on Taxes: We’re ‘Hemorrhaging’ ‘Working-Class People’ and Worried About Losing Tax Base

On Wednesday’s broadcast of WCNY’s “Capitol Pressroom,” New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) responded to a question on state tax policy by stating that “We’re seeing a hemorrhaging of, not only working-class people, but we’re concerned about losing that high tax base, because that tax base pays for our police officers, our teachers, our firefighters, keeps our streets clean.”

Host David Lombardo asked, [relevant exchange begins around 10:10] “Gov. Hochul (D) has repeatedly drawn a line in the sand on increasing taxes, and that’s something that came up again in her State of the State booklet. Is that the right decision, considering it will limit the state’s ability to send dollars to New York City at a time when serious cuts are on the table and you need aid from Albany?”

Adams responded, “Well, when you look at it, we are one of the highest-taxed states in the country outside of California, and you have to find the right balance. The last numbers that I checked, in New York City in general, 2% of New Yorkers pay 51% of our taxes. We’re seeing a hemorrhaging of, not only working-class people, but we’re concerned about losing that high tax base, because that tax base pays for our police officers, our teachers, our firefighters, keeps our streets clean. And so, she must find the right balance with the leaders in Albany of how do we come to an economic understanding without hurting our long‑term plan and our long‑term tax base? So, I respect her decision to make the right decision for New Yorkers.”

He added, “I’m sure that there are going to be those in Albany who [are] going to speak on raising income taxes, particularly for high-income earners. And I think this is the part of Albany where you sit down and come to a fair negotiation strategy to come up with a plan that everyone can live with.”

Immigration Policies Invite Robberies, Visa Fraud with Dangled Work Permits

Migrants wait in front of barbed wire as hundreds of migrants are attempting to reach the United States border to seek humanitarian asylum in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico on December 29, 2023. Despite the efforts of the Texan National Guard, the migrants managed to traverse the river and overcome obstacles, including …

Illegal migrants are staging robberies at their own illegal workplaces to get work permits and the life-changing bonanza of green cards and U.S. citizenship.

The latest example emerged in Massachusetts where prosecutors have arrested two Indian-born men who were hired to conduct fake robberies of Indian illegal workers at roughly 19 workplaces so the claimed victims could get U Visas and work permits from a federal program for crime victims.

“This is a common practice — mainly among Indians — to qualify for a U Visa,” said Jay Palmer, c0founder of The Forced Labor Project and a former immigration adviser to President Donald Trump’s administration.

Palmer works with many Indian migrants, and told Breitbart News:

They’ll hire someone to rob them at gunpoint — and even cause physical violence against them — with a witness. Sometimes the witness is a family member. Then family members — who are normally illegal too — will file [for a visa] claiming emotional distress or for a T Visa for [people who are] helping the police solve a crime.

Many want to be harmed, physically harmed, in order to get a hospital report. Many times, they’ll go to the emergency room where there is an Indian doctor there that relates to them. Sometimes the doctors are … coerced into overstating or exaggerating the injuries.

Once they apply for it, they can get biometrics [identity documents] and an Employment Authorization Document … [for] up to five years. They’re buying time to be legal to work in the United States while hoping and praying for some type of mass amnesty — and this comes straight from Indians — or some type of immigration reform that will make people who have been over here illegally or have overstayed their [temporary visa] welcome … to get some path to citizenship.

Even the application for a U Visa helps illegals evade deportation, Palmer said. “It’s like a parole [status] and if you get stopped [while driving] and you get questioned, you’ve got a case number and [when the cop] enters the case number into the databases it shows as ‘Case pending.'”

Many illegals also invent a story to explain why they are in the country, Palmer said:

The typical story goes like this: “I came over and my passports were stolen. I was scared to report the robbery because I was scared I would be immediately deported and I didn’t have all my information. So I stayed here and I got thrown into labor trafficking and I worked at so-and-so’s hotel, or I worked in a’ convenience store, then I was robbed at the convenience store. And I’m looking for a visa because I’ve been a victim twice.”

Migration fraud is commonplace because the potential payoff is huge for the illegals, their employers, and participating lawyers — but also because officials and local police have little incentive to fight the problem.

For example, successful fraud allows ambitious young men and women to leap from their impoverished and backward home countries into a wealthier life in the United States. The fraud also allows them to win citizenship for all of their future descendants, provide citizenship to many other people in their home countries, and skyrocket their social status in their home district.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is run by a pro-migration zealot, Alejandro Mayorkas. He has appointed like-minded advocates throughout the agencies, and since 2021, they have been using the U Visa program to sneak lucrative work permits to illegal migrants who claim to have been victims of crime. By September 30, more than 340,000 migrants had filed for U Visas even though only 10,000 U Visas are distributed each year.

Mayorkas also pushed the same pro-fraud policy when he was a top official in President Barack Obama’s DHS.

In January 2022, the Inspector General at the Department of Homeland Security reported that the DHS’ U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office showed little interest in countering the fraud:

First, USCIS did not fully address U visa program fraud risks. We identified 10 USCIS approved petitions with forged, unauthorized, altered or suspicious law enforcement certifications. USCIS also did not track outcomes of U visa program fraud referrals. As a result, individuals may be discouraged from reporting suspected fraud and USCIS may miss opportunities to address fraud risks in the program.

The newest example was revealed on December 29, when the Department of Justice announced that two “New York men” were paid to stage eight robberies so that the supposed workplace victims could win work permits and green cards from Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security:

According to the charging documents, starting in March 2023, [Rambhai] Patel [born 1987] and his co-conspirators, including at times [Balwinder] Singh [born 1984], set up and carried out staged armed robberies of at least eight convenience/liquor stores and fast food restaurants across the United States, including at least four in Massachusetts. It is alleged that the purpose of the staged robberies was to allow the clerks present to claim that they were victims of a violent crime on an application for U nonimmigration status (U Visa). A U Visa is available to victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and who have been helpful to law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.

In the course of the alleged staged robberies, the “robber” would threaten store clerks and/or owners with an apparent firearm before taking cash from the register and fleeing, while the interaction was captured on store surveillance video. The clerks and/or owners would then wait five or more minutes until the “robber” had escaped before calling police to report the “crime.”  The “victims” are alleged to have each paid Patel to participate in the scheme. In turn, Patel allegedly paid the store owners for the use of their stores for the staged robbery.

The complaint notes, “Investigators have learned that this scheme is not unique. In at least two other jurisdictions, within the past few years, individuals have staged armed robberies, with the consent of the apparent victims, so that the “victims” could later apply for U-visas.”

The complaint says:

In early 2023, PATEL hired CW-1 to do construction at PATEL’s home in New York, which CW-1 did. Soon thereafter, PATEL told CW-1 that he had a job that would pay $1,500. PATEL explained to CW-1 that he would be going into stores to commit robberies and that the people inside the stores would be aware that they were going to be robbed. Furthermore, PATEL advised CW-1 that some of the people who acted as victims did not work at the store and traveled from out of state to take part in the staged robbery. CW-1 explained that those people posing as victims were doing so to “get papers” to allow them to stay in the country. PATEL told CW-1 that the victims would not call the police when CW-1 committed the robberies, but CW-1 later saw on the news that victims were in fact calling police after the robberies. At least initially, CW-1 had not expected the police to be called at all.

CW-1 said that each victim paid PATEL $10,000 to take part in the staged robberies for the purpose of receiving “papers.” PATEL knew the store owners and the store owners allowed their respective stores to be used for the staged robberies. CW-1 understood that the store owners were fully aware of the robberies. PATEL paid each owner $1,500 to $2,000 to use the store for a robbery.

CW-1 said that during most of the robberies, CW-1 communicated with PATEL via a Bluetooth headset. During the staged robberies, PATEL would be in contact with the target store’s owner or an employee who would notify PATEL when the store was empty. PATEL would in turn instruct CW-1 to go inside to “commit” the robbery.

Furthermore, investigators believe that PATEL had direct access to a store insider and/or the store’s video surveillance system to coordinate the timing of the prospective robbery.

Federal agents monitored text messages between the supposed robbers and the business owners in October 2023:

[Cooperating Witness] CW-1 to Patel: “When go tell me”

Patel to CW-I: “Ok.”

CW-1 to Patel: “No one inside how many people”

CW-1 to Patel: “Check that”

Patel to CW-1: “One old lady and 1 guy inside”

CW-1 to Patel: “Soon they leave tell me”

Patel to CW-1: “Lady leaving”

Patel to CW-1: “Ok”

Patel to CW-1: “Leaving soon both”

The criminal complaint provided a list of the confirmed robberies:

However, the complaint also noted that “there are an approximately 11 additional robberies, beyond those listed, under investigation as potentially being linked to the SUBJECT PERSONS and the scheme outlined herein. ”

If convicted on the fraud charges, the two current defendants can be jailed for up to five years and be fined up to $250,000.

The number of fraud cases is also rising because Biden is admitting many illegal migrants on temporary status who have the incentive and U.S. wages to organize citizenship fraud. For example, Mayorkas has admitted roughly 200,000 Indian migrants and 100,000 Chinese migrants since 2021. There is no official evidence that significant numbers of those migrants have been sent home.

Biden is also admitting many legal migrants who then import illegal migrants to work for low wages at their businesses. For example. this illegal hiring is common among foreign managers who are imported with low-cost E-2 visas to run franchised hotelsrestaurants, gas stations, and corner stores.

The result is a rapid growth of Indian illegal migrants throughout the United States. The population is expected to soon reach 1 million as Indian smugglers send more migrants along semi-legal “donkey routes” to the United States, Europe, and Australia. The population flow is so large that Bollywood is making movies about the movement:

The migration has created a growing number of foreign-run business islands inside the United States, said Palmer. The islands are growing because the foreign firms cooperate with each other, often ignore laws, and share cheap foreign employees under foreign workplace practices, such as a reliance on tax avoidance and foreign banking systems, he said.

The U Visa fraud occurs within these Indian economic islands, said Palmer. “A lot of these people are convenience store owners and hospitality and hotel owners who’ve come over on [temporary] F-1 [student] visas or B-1 [visitor visas] and overstayed their welcome,” he said. “It is widespread.”

Lawyers for the supposed victims in seven of the eight robberies filed paperwork for green cards, the charging document notes, saying “the PATEL PHONE was in contact with a telephone number that record checks indicated was associated with that attorney.”

Many of the foreign migrants are being used or imported to operate foreign-owned criminal enterprises, such as marijuana farms and telephone scams.

These expanding foreign economic islands overcome nearby law-abiding American companies who are disadvantaged by their compliance with tax laws and federal safety, health, and employment regulations, he said.

The economic islands also exile U.S. workers and American managers, partly because each of the foreign firms cannot survive an American whistleblower.

The government-supported migrant inflow is so unpopular among ordinary Americans that half of the public regards it as an “invasion” that burdens and threatens Americans and their society.

  • Rep. Mark Green: DHS Chief Mayorkas Has Imported 5 Million Illegal Aliens — Outpacing Annual U.S. Births

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has brought five million illegal aliens to the United States in three years, a foreign population that outpaces the nation’s annual births, Rep. Mark Green (R-TN) says.

Green, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, opened impeachment hearings against Mayorkas on Wednesday. In his opening statements, Green detailed Mayorkas’s expansive Catch and Release network, in which the DHS briefly processes a reported 85 percent of illegal aliens before releasing them into American communities.

“Multiple sources confirmed Secretary Mayorkas admitted that release rates of illegal aliens are currently around 85 percent,” Green said:

All told, DHS numbers indicate that well over three million inadmissible aliens have been released into our country on Secretary Mayorkas’s watch. Factor in the 1.8 million known gotaways, and that’s roughly the population of the state of South Carolina. [Emphasis added]

The figure suggests that Mayorkas has released more illegal aliens into American communities from 2021 through 2023 than the number of babies born annually in the U.S., which is fewer than four million.

The majority of these illegal aliens, released via parole, will end up securing work permits to hold American jobs — a boon for big business, Wall Street, and real estate investors looking to keep wages low by inflating the labor market, add as many residents to the population to drive up housing demand, and increase the supply of consumers to whom they can sell products.

Green also noted that the rate at which the DHS never detains illegal aliens at the southern border has skyrocketed under Mayorkas compared to former President Barack Obama’s leadership:

In Fiscal Year 2013, according to [the] DHS’s own numbers, the Obama administration detained 82 percent of illegal aliens from the moment they were encountered until their case was decided, and another nine percent were held for at least some portion of that time.

In Secretary Mayorkas’ first year on the job, that 82 percent number dropped to just ten percent. Illegal aliens not detained at all jumped from nine percent in FY 2013 to 64 percent in FY 2021. In a court opinion earlier this year, federal judge Kent Wetherell wrote, ‘The evidence establishes that in late January or early February of 2021, [the] DHS made a discrete change in detention policy from release only if there is a compelling reason to, to release unless there is a compelling reason not to.” [Emphasis added]

On Monday, Mayorkas visited the U.S.-Mexico border, where he called on Congress to approve President Joe Biden’s billions of dollars in supplemental funding to bus and fly more border crossers and illegal aliens into the nation’s interior.

“Some have accused [the] DHS of not enforcing our nation’s laws. This could not be further from the truth,” Mayorkas said.
