CALIFORNIA - THE THIRD WORLD CORRUPT DUMPSTER STATE

And more laws and measures making the crisis worse, so more taxes can be raised, and the crisis can be made even worse.... SEND 15 MILLION ILLEGALS LIVING IN CA PACKING AND THE HOMELESS CRISIS IS OVER. SO IS THE LA RAZA WELFARE STATE AND MEX CRIME TIDAL WAVE!

"When we hear stories about the homelessness in California and elsewhere, why don't we hear how illegal aliens contribute to the problem?  They take jobs and affordable housing, yet instead of discouraging illegal aliens from breaking the law, politicians encourage them to come by lavishing free stuff on them with confiscated dollars from this and future generations."  JACK HELLNER

The population of illegals nudges up crime rates, pushes down Americans’ wages, and boosts housing prices. But business groups welcome the extra population because it provides more workers, customers, and renters to businesses. NEIL MUNRO

“Currently, the U.S. admits more than 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants every year, with more than 70 percent coming to the country through the process known as “chain migration” whereby newly naturalized citizens can bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. In the next 20 years, the current U.S. legal immigration system is on track to import roughly 15 million new

Furthermore, the much-quoted estimate of 11 million undocumented aliens in the U.S. may be woefully short of the truth. A new study by Yale University suggests the true number of illegals is probably in the 20-to-30 million range, more than enough to kill the two-party system at one stroke, if they eventually receive the citizenship amnesty promised by Democrats. JAMES DELMONT

“About 70 percent of illegal alien households are on welfare … plus this is a bloc of voters that seems unusually susceptible to the racial divisions that the Democrats advance,” Brooks said. “You have to look at the big picture in all of this, and to me, we should not be importing as much foreign labor as we are. We should be helping the least among us earn more and importing foreign labor that suppresses wages is not the way to do that.” MO BROOKS

"There Are Over 1,000 Open Positions Across the Homeless Service Delivery System"

Daniel Greenfield

Los Angeles has poured an inconceivable fortune into the manufactured "homeless crisis".
Proposition HHH was going to solve the homeless crisis by hiking property taxes to raise $1.2 billion. The money would be used to build housing for the homeless. $1.2 billion could house all the homeless.
Couldn’t it? If it couldn’t, it was part of a $4.6 billion package of homeless tax hikes. There was Proposition H which added to the already hefty sales tax. Los Angeles voters backed that one too.
And, even more predictably, no amount of social services spending was ever enough. The annual shortfall was estimated this year at $270 million. The new projected cost hovers at $628 million.
Where did all that money go? There are the $500K homeless housing units.
The homeless housing being approved costs an average at $479,000 per unit. Two run at $650,000.
And the homeless-industrial complex, as former candidate Roxanne Beckford Hoge calls it, has employment opportunities for all.
In 2018, the online ticketing service Eventbrite carried a listing for a Homeless Service Professionals Job Fair of Los Angeles.
“Due to the significant increase in funding from Measure H to fund homelessness services, there are over 1,000 open positions across the homeless service delivery system in the L.A. area,” the listing announced. “We will have at the job fair over 40 employers from throughout the L.A. region who are hiring for these positions.”
Just like the time Mark Zuckerberg sank $100 million into Newark public schools, the money went to the expected places and vanished without a trace.
The money collected by L.A. County from the Measure H sales tax increase, about $355 million per year, funded the hiring of “senior management, executive directors, CEO/CFO/COO, and more,” according to the job fair listing. Also “professional level” employees “with advanced degrees” as well as “management/supervisory level” staff with titles such as “supervisors, coordinators, program managers and directors.”
All these people are in charge of managing “direct service/entry level” workers: “case managers, outreach workers, housing navigators, employment specialists, administration, finance, and more.”
This is where the money always goes.
Homeless funding doesn't help the homeless. That would require mental health and drug treatment. It builds up a massive social services infrastructure benefiting a professional class and politically connected contractors.
There’s no limit to the amount of money California taxpayers will be asked to pay to fund non-solutions to this part of the homelessness crisis. In his State of the State address, Gov. Gavin Newsom called for new and ongoing revenue sources to pay for homeless services and housing.
“New and ongoing revenue sources” means new and higher taxes.
And more laws and measures making the crisis worse, so more taxes can be raised, and the crisis can be made even worse.
And they say perpetual motion isn't possible. Psha

END WELFARE FOR ILLEGALS TO END THE INVASION? - PUT EMPLOYERS OF ILLEGALS IN PRISONS BUILT ALONG THE NARCOMEX BORDER SAND THE INVASION WILL END THAT DAY

New immigration crackdown begins, no more welfare

The Trump administration today is reinstating a Clinton-era welfare reform rule, once widely embraced by top Democrats in Congress, requiring immigrants to be self-sufficient, a move that could end up to $3 billion in federal and state welfare payments to them.
After receiving a blessing from the Supreme Court Friday, the “Public Charge Grounds Final Rule” kicked in nationally, essentially forcing immigrants to prove that they won’t become a burden on taxpayers.
Under the rule, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services “will look at the factors required under the law by Congress, like an alien’s age, health, income, education, and skills, among others, in order to determine whether the alien is likely at any time to become a public charge,” said an official.
The rule is expected to affect millions and force many immigrants to shift off public welfare programs so that they are not deported. Some of the programs covered include Supplemental Security Income, cash assistance from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, and state or local general assistance programs. The use of Medicare can also be included.
“Self-sufficiency is a core American value and has been part of immigration law for centuries,” said Ken Cuccinelli, acting deputy secretary of Homeland Security and acting director of USCIS. “By requiring those seeking to come or stay in the United States to rely on their own resources, families, and communities, we will encourage self-sufficiency, promote immigrant success and protect American taxpayers," he added.
The rule recently published in the Federal Register said there will be some costs associated with the change, but that there will also be a substantial reduction in the use of welfare programs.
In one section, it was estimated that there will be a reduction of $2.74 billion a year “due to disenrollment or foregone enrollment in public benefits programs by foreign-born non-citizens who may be receiving public benefits.”
Another reduction of $1.01 billion will come from federal medical spending tapped by immigrants.
A Department of Homeland Security official told Secrets that the president’s goal was not budget savings but enforcing laws on the books.
“The intent behind implementing the Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds Final Rule is not to save money, but rather to faithfully execute the nation’s long-standing public charge inadmissibility law, and better ensure that aliens seeking to come to and remain in the United States temporarily or permanently are able to support themselves as they seek opportunity here, relying on their own capabilities and the resources of their families, sponsors, and private organizations, rather than public resources,” said the official.
Several states have challenged the rule and lost in the Supreme Court. Several Democrats backed the rule when it was OK’d in 1996, but have since turned on it. They include Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and House Majority Leader Steny Hoye

DHS ACTING DEPUTY SECRETARY KEN CUCCINELLI SAYS CRIME BY ILLEGALS SHOULD BE ZERO - 93% OF THE MURDERS IN MEXICO'S SECOND LARGEST CITY OF LOS ANGELES ARE BY MEXICANS

As Breitbart News has previously reported, sanctuary counties in California release thousands of illegal aliens back into American communities every day, according to federal immigration officials. In Los Angeles, California, for example, up to 100 criminal illegal aliens are released every day from police custody.

Violent Crime Up Twice the National Average in Part of California

    http://www.breitbart.com/california/2017/09/27/violent-crime-up-double-the-national-average-in-part-of-california/

Violent crime is up across the country, but in some pockets of California, violent offenses — including murder, rape, robbery and assault — are up twice the national average, according to an FBI report released Monday.

While property crimes were down both nationally and in California, violent crimes spiked almost 4% in the Golden State, even though some in academia made a point to downplay the dramatic increase, according to the San Francisco Chronicle:
In California, 1,930 people were slain last year, an increase of 3.7 percent that came on the heels of a rise of 9.7 percent the previous year. But the 2016 rate — 4.9 victims for every 100,000 population — is relatively low compared with the rate 10 years earlier (6.9) and far lower than the rate in 1980 (14.4).
“The overall picture is that homicide and violent crime rates went up dramatically in the 1970s and ’80s and ’90s, and then underwent a dramatic drop in the last 20 years, and leveled off,” said Robert Weisberg, a Stanford University criminal law professor and co-director of the school’s Criminal Justice Center.
The FBI’s 2016 numbers, he said, “are not inconsistent with that.”
Still, Bay Area law enforcement officials have expressed concern about the recent trend, opening up a debate over whether crime has gone up due to several factors, including the effort to reduce jail and prison populations and a struggle in some places to recruit and retain officers.
And Bay Area law enforcement officials are not the only ones wondering if recent prison and sentencing reforms have led to the dramatic increase.
Sacramento’s NBC affiliate (KCRA) reports that the
[v]iolent crime rate — which includes the number of homicides, rape, robbery and assault — was 716.3 per 100,000 people in 2016. Nationally, the violent crime rate was 386.3.
With violent crime in Sacramento rising at twice the national rate, there are additional questions about the impact of Gov. Jerry Brown’s signature prison reform, known as “AB109 Realignment.” That measure transferred many dangerous and violent felons from state to county supervision, and effectively commuted many sentences. It also put violent felons back on the streets and ended state parole supervision for those offenders altogether.
In February, California’s law enforcement community was rocked when a Whittier police officer, Keith Boyer, 53, was murdered by an unsupervised AB109 offender, who would have been behind bars had he been subject to state parole supervision.
While Brown has not yet signed the “Sanctuary State” bill, which would make California a sanctuary for criminal illegal aliens, it is unlikely that the latest alarming rise in violent crime would stop him.

A twice-deported illegal alien, accused of murdering three men in the sanctuary state of California, has been arrested by law enforcement officials.
Jose Luis Torres Garcia, a 33-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was identified this week by Riverside County Sheriff’s Office in Southern California for allegedly murdering three men execution-style, as Breitbart News reported. The victims include 50-year-old Jaime Covarrubias Espindola, 38-year-old Jose Maria Aguilar-Espejel, and 28-year-old Rodrigo Aguilar-Esepjel.
Garcia had been on the run, fleeing to Cheyenne, Wyoming, but was arrested by local authorities there when he was pulled over for a traffic stop. During his arrest, police found 15 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.
According to law enforcement, Garcia already has an active warrant for his arrest for allegedly drunk driving and a warrant for drug crimes before the murders. Though the illegal alien was previously deported from the U.S. twice, he returned to California at an unknown time following his last deportation.
Law enforcement officials were worried that Garcia may have fled to Mexico before locating him. He will now be held on a $3 million bond for the murders.

Cuccinelli: Rate of Crime Among Illegals Should Be Zero – They Shouldn’t Be Here

    By Melanie Arter | February 28, 2020 | 3:12pm EST

(CNSNews.com) – DHS Acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli said that when Democrats defend sanctuary cities, their argument is usually that the rate of crime among illegal immigrants is no different than the rest that of U.S. citizens.

That’s not the point, Cuccinelli said. The rate of crime among illegal aliens should be zero, because they shouldn’t be in the United States.

During a discussion at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in National Harbor, Md., on Friday, moderator and Fox News contributor Deneen Borelli asked Rich Valdes, host of the “This is America” podcast, to comment on the case of an illegal alien who was released by NYPD in November 2019 with an active ICE detainer because of New York City’s sanctuary policies and went on to allegedly murder a 92-year-old woman in January 2020.
Valdes he told her he had a personal connection to the victim.

“Reeaz Khan, an unlawfully present Guyanese national was arrested Jan. 10 by the New York police department and charged with murder, sexual abuse, contact by forcible compulsion and sexual abuse against the person incapable of consent. Con was previously released from a local law enforcement in November 2019 with an active detainer due to New York City’s sanctuary policies. The victim is a 92 years old woman. There was an active ICE detainer, which was ignored by local law enforcement,” Borelli said.

“What Deneen was talking about, something hit really close to home. We were talking and I was telling her I got a text from my brother about that story. It was from Fox News, and I told him I’d already seen the story, I read it in the New York Post, and he said you’re missing the point. I said what's the point, and he says that is Darius' grandmother. And I said, oh wow,” Valdes said.

“Darius is his sister-in-law's cousin grandmother, so there’s like two degrees of separation. I said oh my gosh. That's when it became incredibly real that this was not just a sweet and innocent, poor woman that was strangled, raped and murdered in Queens, but it was actually someone that we knew. It really, that pulls the heart strings and it makes you think. It gives you pause and says, who cares about your politics. We have to put America first and the security and safety of our citizens,” Valdes added.

Cuccinelli said it was “one of the more stark and violent tragedies we’ve seen, partly because it’s one of the more helpless victims, but at the same time, we have seen this happen to children from people who we had requested, Department of Homeland Security, ICE had requested from previous arrests that criminals be turned over to us.”

You’ll hear two things frequently - I won't say in defense, because there’s really no defense, but on the other side. One is that well, the rate of crime among illegal aliens is no different than any others. I won't even argue over that, because it doesn’t matter.

The reality is in this woman's case, in the Fuentes case, and many of the children I’m thinking of, and we’re sitting here in PG County. They had MS-13 murder of a 14-year-old girl last summer with their policies right here in this county, and these are crimes that should never happen. It isn’t a question of the rate of crime. The rate should be zero, because the criminals shouldn’t be in this country.

And we have given these communities the way to protect themselves by removing these violent criminals from their communities. So zero, that's argument one. Argument two is that the victims have no voice. They have no voice. So when you are a PG county right here where we sit or New York City, they're literally defending criminals. This is not against President Trump. They're defending criminals at the expense of victims. So who are you for? Well, Mayor Deblasio’s for criminals. Governor Cuomo’s for criminals.

We can go around the country to mayors and governors across the country who are literally picking criminals over crime victims in completely preventable crimes. That’s the worst of all here is how completely avoidable all of this is. These aren’t percentages or odds or maybe it will happen to me.

These are literally crimes that could have been completely prevented, 100% guarantee if they had simply cooperated with Immigration and Customs Enforcement with ICE, with the Department of Homeland Security and with President Trump's effort to keep all of you safe and everyone else in America as well.

When asked why Democrat support sanctuary cities, Valdes said it comes down to money and congressional seats.

“Coming up in politics, somebody taught me a long time ago and they said it’s about the money, and when it’s not about the money, it’s about the money. I think there’s so much truth in that. I think irrespective of how people will vote it’s more about heads and head count and Census and redistricting, congressional redistricting, congressional seats,” he said.

“The more people you have, the more money, the power of the purse. That's what it comes down to, and I think they're putting not only party but politics over patriotism, and that’s sinful,” Valdes added.

Did you know illegals kill 12 Americans a day?

ICE: Sanctuary California Hiding Details on Accused Illegal Alien Child Abusers

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency is accusing the sanctuary state of California of refusing to disclose if they plan to release a number of criminal illegal aliens, including those accused of crimes against children.
This week, ICE officials sent subpoenas to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office (SDCSO) asking for whereabout information and if the sanctuary state plans on releasing a series of illegal aliens.
“Issuance of these immigration subpoenas is necessary because the SDCSO is forced to comply with California’s sanctuary state laws, and therefore cannot cooperate in honoring immigration detainers or requests for non-public information to assist in locating criminal aliens that have been or will be released from custody,” an ICE release stated.
Specifically, ICE officials are seeking information on these four illegal aliens:
A 40-year-old illegally present Mexican national who was arrested in December … for continuing sexual abuse of a child, lewd and lascivious act of a child under fourteen years old, and oral copulation with a person under fourteen years old. An immigration detainer was lodged with the SDSO. He has two DUI convictions, both from 2009. He has been returned to Mexico on eleven occasions between 2009 and 2011. He remains in SDSO custody at the county jail; [Emphasis added]
A 42-year-old illegally present Mexican national who was arrested for first degree robbery … in November 2019. He has a prior conviction for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) from 2013. A federal immigration judge granted him voluntarily departure, but he failed to depart the United States as ordered. After his November 2019 arrest, an immigration detainer was lodged with SDSO but due to California sanctuary state laws the detainer was not honored, and he was released back into the community; [Emphasis added]
A 31-year-old illegally present Mexican national who was arrested … for battery of spouse and false imprisonment in December 2019. He has a prior conviction for deceptive government identification, 2008. U.S. immigration authorities previously returned or removed him from the U. S. three times between 2008 and 2010. ICE lodged an immigration detainer with SDSO following his December arrest but due to California sanctuary state laws the detainer was not honored, and he was released back into the community; [Emphasis added]
A 28-year-old illegally present Mexican national who was arrested for assault with force, great bodily injury, child cruelty and battery of spouse … He was previously arrested in 2017 for battery on spouse by local law enforcement. He was returned to Mexico multiple times in 2004. A final order of removal was issued by a federal immigration judge in January 2018 and he was removed to Mexico. Once again, he illegally reentered the United States. An immigration detainer was lodged with the SDSO and he remains in custody. [Emphasis added]
“The public needs to be aware and concerned that California sanctuary state laws do not protect public safety and is bad public policy,” ICE official Gregory Archambeault said.
“Criminal aliens are being released back into the community daily and most will re-offend resulting in more victims,” Archambeault said. “For ICE, the most concerning part about dealing with uncooperative jurisdictions, or places that are not allowed to work with us, is that we don’t always know who is being arrested, when they’ll be released, or if they are at-large in the community again.”
The ICE subpoenas come as Attorney General William Barr has filed lawsuits against sanctuary jurisdictions New Jersey and King County, Washington, for obstructing federal immigration law and enforcement.
At the same time, President Trump is reportedly sending about 100 “elite tactical agents” to about 10 sanctuary cities to aid ICE agents in arresting and deporting criminal illegal aliens, Breitbart News reported. The administration is hoping to increase arrests of criminal illegal aliens by 35 percent.
As Breitbart News has previously reported, sanctuary counties in California release thousands of illegal aliens back into American communities every day, according to federal immigration officials. In Los Angeles, California, for example, up to 100 criminal illegal aliens are released every day from police custody.
