American deaths at the hands of illegal aliens “should not be politicized,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who is facing impeachment, told the Washington Post this week.

In a long profile by the Post, Mayorkas is featured as a victim of attacks by Republican lawmakers. This week, House Republicans fell just shy of the majority needed to approve articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, though leadership has vowed to try again.

One of the reasons House Republicans have sought to impeach Mayorkas, as the Post notes, is the federal government’s inability to protect Americans from illegal immigration. Last year, for example, Mayorkas recalled having to face Angel Mom Elisa Tambunga.

Tambunga’s 71-year-old mother, Maria Tambunga, and her 7-year-old daughter, Emilia Tambunga, were killed in a Texas crash caused by a human smuggler from the United States-Mexico border that was trafficking 11 illegal aliens into the country.

Maria Tambunga was bringing her granddaughter Emilia Tambunga home from a play date at the time of the fatal crash.

During the congressional hearing last year, Mayorkas recalled making a vague apology to the Angel Family. Elisa Tambunga, though, said the apology did not cut it and met with Mayorkas after the hearing, showing him a video of her daughter following the crash.

“I shared a very, very, very private video of my daughter after the crash,” Tambunga told the Post. “And I made him watch it and I said, ‘Don’t you dare look away. You need to see what’s happening.’ And he watched it. And from that moment, I saw [a] human come out, I saw emotion come out. It hit him.”

Mayorkas acknowledged to the Post that the Tambunga case is “just extraordinarily tragic” and followed up saying that losses like the Tambunga family have suffered “should not be politicized.”

The remark comes as Mayorkas refused to face Angel Families last month who told their stories before the House Homeland Security Committee and blamed his actions at the southern border for each of their daughters’ deaths.

“All [DHS] had to do was make one phone call to El Salvador to know he was an MS-13 gang member on the list,” Angel Mom Tammy Nobles said last month, who is now suing the Biden administration for her daughter’s, 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton, rape and murder.

As Breitbart News has chronicled, Hamilton was strangled to death and raped in July 2022, allegedly by an illegal alien MS-13 gang member who had recently been released into the U.S. interior as an unaccompanied alien child (UAC) despite being an MS-13 gang member.

Biden, as president, has refused to acknowledge the plight of Angel Families.

For instance, for three consecutive years, Biden has ignored the “National Day of Remembrance for Americans Killed by Illegal Aliens” on November 1, which was first declared by former President Donald Trump to bring awareness to the American victims of illegal immigration that often go ignored by the corporate media.

From Hamas to drunk drivers, is there anybody Democrats won't vote against deporting?

Other than German homeschoolers, is there any group of illegally present foreign nationals Democrats won't vote to protect from deportation?

Four immigration bills were presented in Congress and all were no-brainers to pass, but Democrats voted 'no,' on all of them.

Among the millions of illegals in the U.S. there are the Social Security number thieves, identity thieves who steal others' Social Security benefits. What did Democrats do in Congress when a deportation bill came up on Thursday? But of course. They voted against deporting them.

 

In the same bill, they voted to keep illegals convicted of drunk driving exempt from deportation, too.

According to the Daily Caller:

Over one hundred Democrats voted against a bill intending to deport illegal migrants caught driving under the influence (DUI).

The bill, titled Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act, passed the House with a 274-150 vote, with all voting against the legislation being Democrats, according to the roll call vote. Fifty-nine Democrats joined all 215 Republicans to vote in favor of the legislation.

Some of the Democrats who voted in favor of the legislation include Reps. Henry Cuellar and Colin Allred of Texas, Pennsylvania Rep. Brendan Foyle, California Rep. Jimmy Panetta and New York Rep. Patrick Ryan.

The bill makes driving while impaired grounds for barring a non-U.S. national from entry into the U.S. and for deportation, according to the legislation’s description. The individual must be convicted of the offense to be subjected to deportation.

And still they voted against that --150 of them were against that, some saying it was because the bill included green card holders. Why, exactly, should non-citizens with no loyalty and no obligation to the U.S. and no regard for its laws in posession of coveted green card privileges be protected from deportation after this kind of disrespect?

 

 

And more dangerously still, they voted against a measure to keep criminal charges from being filed against those who flee the Border Patrol -- you know, the million or so gotaways who know they'll be thrown back or jailed if they surrender to the Border Patrol the way most illegals are now doing under catch-and-release. These are the ones who lead the Border Patrol on high-speed chases with major crashes and casualty events. If those people aren't deportable (after serving long prison sentences) who should be?

Worst of all, in yet another bill, a pair of them, Rep. Rashida Rlaib and Rep. Cory Bush, voted 'no' on a measure to keep participants in the October 7 attacks on innocent Israelis out of the country, our country.

According to the Jerusalem Post:

United States Congresswomen Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) were the sole votes against a bill in the US House of Representatives on Wednesday that would bar entry to the United States by members of Hamas or Islamic Jihad, as well as officers of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and anyone who participated in the October 7 attacks but is not a member of a recognized terrorist group. Rep. Delia Ramirez (D-IL) voted ‘present.’

Representative Tlaib, who represents one of the most Democratic districts in Michigan and is the only Palestinian-American currently in Congress, said that the bill was “redundant” as entry to those who have participated in terrorism, such as the October 7 attacks or who are members of a recognized terrorist group, such as Hamas or Islamic Jihad, is already prohibited. This echoed statements by Democratic leaders, such as the House Democratic Whip Katherine Clark, whose statement said the bill was “largely duplicative of existing law.”

The “unnecessary” bill, Tlaib said, is “just another GOP messaging bill being used to incite anti-Arab, anti-Palestinian, and anti-Muslim hatred that makes communities like ours unsafe.”

Two Democrats is two Democrats too many. This is lunacy. They had a chance to make a stand against terrorism and they claimed 'redundancy' as if this is the sort of thing that matters to them. Tlaib even played the victim, not the person with the guilty conscience.

Apparently, there is no one on their should-be-deported list, other than the hapless German homeschoolers, who were ordered to be sent back for the 'crime' of homeschooling their kids and have been fighting it in the courts ever since.

It just goes to show how unfit they are from office and need to be voted out of it by this November.

150 House Democrats Vote Against Bill to Deport Illegal Alien Drunk Drivers

The overwhelming majority of House Democrats voted against legislation this week that would make sure illegal alien drunk drivers are deported from the United States following their convictions.

On Wednesday, 150 House Democrats voted against the “Protect Our Communities from DUIs Act” by Rep. Barry Moore (R-AL) which would make drunk driving grounds for ineligibility to be in the U.S.

In practice, the law would ensure that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents can swiftly take illegal aliens convicted of drunk driving into their custody so they can be deported.

Just 59 House Democrats broke ranks with their party leadership, joining 215 House Republicans to ultimately pass the bill.

“There was a newlywed couple from my hometown of Enterprise, Alabama, named Angel and Jeremy Seay. I knew them personally,” Moore said on the House floor. “Angel and Jeremy were riding their motorcycle together when an illegal immigrant under the influence of alcohol collided into them with his pickup. Their lives were cut dramatically short.”

 

“Sadly, tragedies like this are not uncommon across our country,” Moore said.

In another vote this week, 155 House Democrats voted against legislation from Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA) that would ensure ICE agents can promptly deport illegal aliens convicted of Social Security fraud against American citizens.

Only 55 House Democrats joined 217 House Republicans to pass the bill.

Social Security fraud, where American citizens have their Social Security numbers and thus identities stolen by illegal aliens, is extremely common.

In 2018, an Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) investigation revealed potentially 39 million cases in the prior four years where Americans had their identities stolen by illegal aliens.

A CNN news team is stunned to learn that imprisoning criminals works

A short clip of a CNN news segment about the illegal aliens who beat up New York City police officers is making the rounds, and deservedly so. In it, the team sits in stunned silence after John Miller, CNN’s own “Chief Law Enforcement and Intelligence Analyst,” explains that the gangs who terrorize New York live peacefully in Florida, where they would go to jail for the same crimes. But what’s notable, too, about the clip is that Miller explains how illegal aliens are instantly hooked into crime networks upon their arrival in America.

Here’s the video, which I’ve followed with a transcript. The relevant part begins at the 6-second mark, after Gov. Hochul stops speaking:

FEMALE CNN ANCHOR: I mean, we’re hearing a change when it comes to immigration in general from President Biden on down. To hear her talk about that. It is also directly related to the fact that These were police officers. Does that have any impact? Does that change anything?

JOHN MILLER: Well, it’s so complicated because, you know, you’re a New Yorker. You move through the city every day, as I do. We see these people. We touch these people. They’re out looking for work. They’re delivering our food. They’re at the gas stations and the car wash. I mean, these are people who came in waves, you know—a 170,000, probably, to New York City.

But within that group, this hard-working, you know, throngs of people in search of hope and a better life, there is this one percent, you know, criminal element that looks at a different opportunity here.

These individuals, I went over their rap sheets yesterday. Multiple charges: grand larceny, robbery, attempted robbery, grand larceny, grand larceny.

This particular crew operated on mopeds and scooters. They were doing organized retail theft. They were doing snatches on the street—iPhones, iPads, clothing, so on and so forth. One of them that they are still seeking has 10 charges on one day because he’s part of a pattern that’s been going on.

And I’m looking at the dates that their arrest started, which is probably close to when they got here. They’ve only been here a couple of months. So, what the detectives are telling me is they have crews here that operate in New York through all their stealing, then go to Florida to spend the money, and then come back. And I’m like, well, why don’t they just stay in, steal in Florida? And they said, cause there you go to jail.

FEMALE CNN ANCHOR: Oh.

MALE CNN ANCHOR: Oh.

[Three seconds of stunned silence.]

MALE CNN ANCHOR: Great reporting.

There are several things in that short clip that are noteworthy:

One: It’s almost obscene for Gov. Kathy Hochul to say that cops are off limits, who’s covertly supported the Democrats’ anarchic defund the police movement.

Two: John Miller, a reliable leftist, cannot speak about the crime before him without doing the obligatory, and now reflexive, assurance that the millions of people illegally entering America without any vetting at all are good people who just want jobs.

Three: After only two months in the country, the men who attacked the police had developed staggering rap sheets. But despite myriad alleged criminal acts, they were on the streets again and still in America. No bail, no jail, no trial, no deportation. Indeed, when it came to walking away from the courthouse, the illegal aliens openly expressed their contempt for the American system that gives them a pass:

Additionally, it’s obvious that they’re part of a criminal network, which tells how deeply the cartels—which already control the border—have sunk their talons into America itself.

Four: The standards are different if you are a white person defending yourself and others:

Five: And, of course, the fact that Miller and the CNN anchors were all surprised to learn that the criminals lived in Florida, a law-abiding state, and reserved their crime sprees for New York, a lawless free-for-all. To those of us who are normal, this was obvious. To those who live at the apex of the leftist bubble, the obvious comes as a surprise.

Lawlessness cannot continue indefinitely. One of two things will happen: The first is that the people themselves will rise up and put a stop to it. It’s to be hoped that happens through the ballot box, as people elect politicians who promise to and then actually do enforce America’s laws. The second is that someone operating outside of our election system and singing the siren song of order will gain power through force of arms.

The window for the first option is closing; the possibility of the second option grows daily as people watch the system collapse.

Illegal Alien Freed into U.S. by Biden’s DHS Charged with Killing Young Mother, Toddler

An illegal alien, released into the United States from the southern border via President Joe Biden’s parole pipeline, is now charged with killing a young mother and her three-year-old daughter in the sanctuary county of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Brayan Alejandro Gonzalez-Paez, a 22-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela, has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, accidents involving death while driving without a license, and more charges for the deaths of 20-year-old Anjelica Guadalupe Amaya Briceno and her three-year-old daughter.

According to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, Briceno and her daughter were in the vehicle with Gonzalez-Paez — driving without a license at the time — when he struck a tree, which killed both of them.

Gonzalez-Paez was driving 70 to 80 miles per hour (mph) where the speed limit was 35 mph. Police noted that it was raining heavily when the fatal crash occurred. The toddler was not in a child’s car seat.

FOX 29 Philadelphia’s Steve Keeley reports that Gonzalez-Paez had crossed the southern border in May of last year, was given parole, and released into the U.S. interior thanks to Biden’s expansive catch and release network.

In 2023, alone, Biden’s parole pipeline freed more than 745,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities — a foreign population that exceeds two months of U.S. births.

The Democrats know that if they don’t shift the blame for President Biden’s immigration policies to the GOP, they could get slaughtered this fall. They might even get Trump reelected.

Their plan: Work with open-borders, amnesty-supporting Republicans to concoct an immigration “deal” that’s way worse than what we have now. If Republicans are fool enough to vote for it, then they own the border crisis. And if they reject it, the media will never stop telling us that it was a fantastic bill, it would have totally shut down illegal immigration, but Republicans rejected it for churlish reasons.

The most cursory glance at the immigration “deal” shows that it would do absolutely nothing to protect the border — and a lot to make things worse.

One example of many: The deal expressly provides for up to 5,000 illegals to come into our country every day. That’s 2 million a year, or about twice as many as under Presidents Bush and Obama. Biden can admit more, but that’s the bare minimum of illegals to be admitted.

It’s as if senate negotiators were playing a trick to see how many members of congress actually read the bill.

Republicans seem poised to reject this monstrosity. But keeping bad things from happening is a pretty low bar, insurmountable only by Sen. James Lankford and Fox News. It’s when we get to the Moving the Ball Forward step that the GOP usually chokes.

Impeaching Mayorkas would have moved the ball forward. Unfortunately, his impeachment was blocked this week by three cretinous House Republicans: Ken Buck of Colorado, Mike Gallagher of Wisconsin and Tom McClintock of California. You can get some Republicans not to step on a rake all of the time, and all Republicans not to step on a rake some of the time, but you can’t get all Republicans not to step on a rake all of the time.

Fortunately, a vote on Mayorkas’ impeachment can be brought up again, and, if Republicans aren’t trying to lose, it should be. Over and over and over again.

The Democrats’ control of the media can muddy the waters on the heinous immigration bill. Republicans need something dramatic to prove irrefutably that, no matter what individual Democrats say, they’re all rooting for the destruction of America.

The only way to lay the blame for the immigration Armageddon at Democrats’ feet, where it belongs, is to make them vote on Mayorkas’ impeachment. (You always forget this, Republicans, but you don’t have the media.)

Biden keeps claiming he’s dying to enforce the border, if only Congress would pass a law giving him the tools to do so.

You’re probably asking yourself, Didn’t it ever occur to any previous Congress to give the president authority to stop illegals at our border?

Why, yes, it did! In fact, the law requires that the president detain illegals at the border — even the dearly beloved asylum applicants.

Almost none of the “migrants” Biden is admitting have a credible fear of persecution, the requirement for asylum. They’re coming here for the welfare and criminal opportunities after having wrecked their own countries.

But even those found to have a credible fear of persecution must be detained until their cases have been fully adjudicated. (Section 235(b)(1)(B)(ii) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act.) Under written federal law, no illegals should be getting in.

These are laws on the books that have been banged out by Republicans and Democrats, negotiating over generations of Congresses, and signed into law by presidents of both parties.

Mayorkas is openly breaking the law.

Democrats claim that Republicans are trying to impeach Mayorkas over a mere “policy dispute,” not “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

This is like saying Dylann Roof had a “policy dispute” with the state of South Carolina about its murder laws. Roof thought he should be allowed to gun down defenseless black people in a church, but the state disagreed. See? Policy dispute.

I’m amazed that this needs to be said, but you can’t break the law and then walk away by saying you disagree with the policy underlying the law.

That is seriously what the Democrats — plus three not-smart Republicans — are arguing.

Fox News’ Neil Cavuto mocked the Mayorkas impeachment as pointless, telling Rep. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, “he’s not going to lose his job.” Right, so what’s the point?

The point is to do what I’ve been begging Republicans to do since they won a majority in the House: Force Democrats to cast unpopular votes.

We have an important election in 10 months, there are half a dozen Senate Democrats in vulnerable seats, and, so far, they’ve been able to avoid saying anything about their party’s worst issue.

Do Democrats care that millions of criminal, terrorist and needy illegal immigrants are streaming into our country? Who knows!

Make them vote. Mayorkas is entirely responsible for the invasion. Will Democrats vote to keep him in office? How about Sens. Sherrod Brown (Ohio), Kyrsten Sinema (Arizona), Bob Casey (Pennsylvania), Jacky Rosen (Nevada) and Tammy Baldwin (Wisconsin) — all up for reelection in conservative or semi-conservative states?

Could you at least put them in a difficult position, Republicans? If the House impeaches, Senate Democrats will be required to express an opinion.

Either they vote to remove Mayorkas, or they admit they don’t give a crap about our wide open border.

That’s a gift to every Republican running for office this year.

Joe Biden Promises 2024 Campaign for More Migration and Amnesty

An angry President Joe Biden said he would make immigration a central issue in his 2024 campaign if Senate Republicans do not back his more-migration bill on Wednesday.

“If the bill fails, I want to be absolutely clear about something,” Biden told reporters at the White House on Tuesday.

The American people are going to know why it fails. I’ll be taking this issue to the country … Every day between now and November, the American people are going to know that the only reason the border is not secure is Donald Trump and his MAGA Republican friends.

“It is great news if the President wants to make immigration a key issue for the 2024 election,” responded Chris Chmielenski, president of the Immigration Accountability Project. “People know that the chaos started when Biden took over the White House,” he said.

In his Tuesday speech, Biden touted support for his migration-expanding bill from the investor-dominated U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Wall Street Journal, saying:

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports this bill because they know this bill is not just good for the border, it’s also good for American business and for the American economy. And it’s why the [editorial board of the] Wall Street Journal endorsed the bill. The headline this morning reads “A Border Security Bill Worth Passing.”

But Americans do not want business groups to run the nation’s immigration system, Chmielenski noted:

Americans don’t want to see more migrants coming into the country to help boost the economy if it means American workers are going to lose … They understand that our current immigration system is a detriment to our economy because we’re bringing in millions of workers that we don’t need for lower-skilled jobs … [and many] white-collar workers to take jobs that Americans are willing to take for higher wages.

“That’s what the Chamber of Commerce and Wall Street are pushing for … [but] Americans [prefer migrants] that won’t directly compete with them but will complement them,” he said.

Biden also insisted he would push for amnesties in the 2024 campaign, saying “We’re not walking away from true immigration reform including permanent protections and a pathway to citizenship for young DREAMers who came here when they were children.”

McConnell: Open Borders Bill Has “No Real Chance” to Pass

Biden’s 2024 challenge to Trump came after the caucus of 49 GOP Senators decided not to support the bill in a Wednesday vote, despite advocacy by GOP Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell, Sen. James Lankford (R-OK), and other Senators.

The GOP decision came despite much establishment pressure — but amid a populist pushback that GOP Senators are closely tracking.

“A vote for this border surrender bill is a vote for Biden’s open-border policies,” said William Gheen, the president of ALIPAC, a grassroots group that opposes politicians who back pro-migration policies.

Many polls show that the public wants reduced migration, especially reduced labor migration.

In 2014, the GOP gained five Senate seats after Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) helped pass the very unpopular “Gang of Eight amnesty through the Senate. The bill was blocked in the House by GOP activists.

Yet the Democrats’ 2024 bill only promises more — albeit better-organized — migration into Americans’ communities and workplaces.

Many polls also show that Biden’s easy-migration policy is a political deadweight in 2024, raising the GOP’s hope of winning a majority in the U.S. Senate.

ABC News reported on February 5:

According to a Nov. 3-4 poll from ABC News/Ipsos, American adults said they trusted Republicans to do a better job handling immigration than Democrats, 36 percent to 24 percent. That 12-point gap was tied for Republicans’ second-biggest advantage on any issue (out of 11 tested).

And acrosssevennonpartisanpollsconductedinJanuary,* President Joe Biden’s average approval rating on immigration and/or the southern border was just 29 percent, and his average disapproval rating was 63 percent. That’s significantly worse than his already-poor 39-percent-to-57-percent average approval and disapproval ratings in those same polls.

ABC added, “16 percent of independents also identified immigration as their most important problem, which was up from 6 percent in July.”

Republican candidates should recognize that 70 percent of swing-voting independents “strongly” or “somewhat” favor the deportation of illegal migrants, according to a poll by Cygnal that was released mid-January. The report advised:

Republican candidates at all levels would be wise to tap into this sentiment and contrast themselves with a sheepish bench of Democrats who have largely let the issue fester to a boiling point no locality can afford to further ignore because it’s impacting voters day-to-day lives.

Biden’s migration failure also worsens voters’ worries about the economy. The polling firm of TIPP Insights issued a report on February 4 noting:

Nearly four in ten (38%) Americans picked the economy as the country’s most important issue, followed by immigration/border security at 36 percent and crime at 19 percent as the other top concerns. Interestingly, the importance of immigration increased sharply from 29% in December to 36% in January and remained at that level in February.

A recent TIPP Poll and Bankrate survey revealed that the majority of Americans live paycheck to paycheck. Their wages have not grown, while stubborn Bidenflation, at 17 percent, has taken a toll on their finances. Only one-third (34%) say they’re better off than four years ago.

Biden’s eagerness to challenge Trump on immigration politics likely reflects his growing dislike of Trump. On February 1, Politico reported:

According to one of the people who has spoken with the president, Biden recently said of Trump: “What a fucking asshole the guy is.”

Extraction Migration

Since at least 1990, the federal government has relied on Extraction Migration to grow the economy after allowing investors to move the high-wage manufacturing sector to lower-wage countries.

The migration policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries. The additional workers, consumers, and renters push up stock values by shrinking Americans’ wages, subsidizing low-productivity companies, boosting rents, and spiking real estate prices.

The economic policy has pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors, reduced native-born Americans’ productivity and political clout, reduced high-tech innovation, crippled civic solidarity, and allowed government officials and progressives to ignore the rising death rate of discarded Americans.

The policy also sucks jobs and wealth from heartland states by subsidizing coastal investors and government agencies with a flood of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers.

The colonialism-like policy has also killed many thousands of migrants, including many on the taxpayer-funded jungle trail through the Darien Gap in Panama.

NYPD: Migrant Moped Gang Terrorizing New Yorkers Drags 62-Year-Old Woman down the Street

A “sophisticated criminal enterprise” made up of newly arrived migrants living in New York City’s shelter systems are terrorizing locals on mopeds, including a 62-year-old woman who was violently dragged across the pavement as thieves rode away with her belongings.

Cleyber Andrade, 19, and Juan Uzcatgui, 23, were arrested Friday in connection to the migrant gang that has been linked to at least 62 separate instances of grand larcenies throughout the Big Apple, reports the New York Post. 

One of the most terrifying robberies allegedly committed by members of the group took place just three days after Christmas when a moped-riding criminal brutally dragged Irina Panteleeva down Sheepshead Bay Road in Brooklyn.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) released shocking video footage of the incident, showing the innocent woman flying into a metal bike rack.

Panteleeva, whose bag, keys, phone, credit cards, and glasses were stolen in the attack, told the Post that she feels “bad” after undergoing that trauma. 

Her building superintendent, Nesat Mamudoski, told the outlet that the bruised woman was so shaken that she requested a new lock for her apartment. 

“She’s a nice lady, a good person,” Mamudoski said, calling Panteleeva’s attackers “scumbags.”

“I came here 44 years ago from Yugoslavia, and I had respect for the USA,” the 69-year-old immigrant said. “Not like these thieves.”

Though two alleged members of the criminal network have been caught, police are still searching for a recent Venezuelan migrant staying in the Bronx named Victor Parra for his role as the 14-member crew’s alleged ringleader.

Parra, 30, was freed from jail by a judge in December after getting picked up for grand larceny, sources told the Post.

NYPD Inspector Nicholas Fiore said Parra convinced others to “go do his dirty work to grab phones and stuff” during a Monday press conference.

“He’s the big target. He’s caused a lot of problems in New York City. And hopefully, we’ll grab him, we get some headway on this,” Fiore told reporters.

Sources also said Andrade and Uzcatgui have already given up their boss in statements to investigators, so the NYPD hopes to catch him and other members of his ring soon. 

Other migrants police have connected to the group include Yan Jimenez, 25, of Manhattan; Anthony Ramos, 21, of Manhattan; Richard Saledo, 21, of the Bronx; Beike Jimenez, 21, of the Bronx; Maria Manaura, 32, of Manhattan; and Samuel Castro, 27, of Queens, according to the Post. 

It is unclear if the migrants already in custody or known by police are the same ones suspected of assaulting Panteleeva.

All of them have previous grand larceny arrests for criminal activity, but all were free without bail before their court dates. 

Sources have said they have been terrorizing the city since mid-November 2023.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Joe Kenny said the suspects are part of a “sophisticated criminal enterprise” made up of new migrants at a separate Monday press conference.

“Parra will blast out a message via WhatsApp that he is looking for phones,” Kenny said. “And then the text will say, ‘I have money, I’m available, go get ’em.’”

Police said that the drivers of the mopeds could make $100 a day, while the accompanying phone snatchers could make $300-600 per stolen device. 

According to Kenny, the phones are hacked to drain the victims’ financial assets and then sold to buyers all over the states and the world. 

“This network of thieves predominantly live in the migrant shelter system,” Kenny said. “They use social media platforms to organize and coordinate this. This is how they operate.”

Investigators have linked the gang to 62 incidents across the city, but they could be involved in as many as 150, potentially racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars of stolen goods.

“We want to be extremely clear,” Mayor Eric Adams (D) told reporters. “It doesn’t matter if a person is a migrant, an asylum seeker, or the person is a long-term New Yorker — you break the law, you will be investigated, and it will be handled by our criminal justice system.

“You should not be allowed to walk the streets of the city of New York if you are committing any form of criminal behavior that’s impacting the quality of life of New Yorkers,” he continued. “These people do not have a license to steal in our city.”
